Hi!! I am looking for a long term partner to write with!! I am genderfluid use they/them generally but am also good with any other pronoun set 🫶 & I am an adult if that matters to you! kaoru's whole character conflict revolves around his dead mother. his relationship w his parents was Fine but when his mom died his dad got infinitely worse. he then seeks out girls to fill the lack of mother-ness he has. it's why he gets close to kanata (and even nagisa to an extent. the beach cards and all). because the ocean reminds him of his mother. and also kanata calls him a good boy. thus if his mother never died he would have no character conflict

tsumugi states that he doesn't really know how friendship works because he's constantly worried about how ppl see his mother (x)

kanata's dead mother. i am not well versed in this but as of now but i'm telling you. alive mom = kanata does not inherit title of god = kanata grows up at least slightly more normal

eichi's mother thinks she's the reincarnation of marie antoinette. while this has no bearing on the narrative other than a one off gag in element, something tells me that eichi's mother was perhaps one of the causes of his whole issue

kuro's mother changes how shu sees himself fundamentally. because he has no real role model due to his family generally disliking him. shu then likes to provoke kuro by saying shu was closer to her than she was to kuro. and also she's dead

natsume's mom gets more busy with fame and thus has no time for him. meaning he is a lonely child and clings to the eccentrics harder than he could've otherwise

listen i know the sakuma parents aren't relevant but i'm Telling you that mom neglected her kids and it is not because i want a neglectful mother in enstars. it would never be because of that

aoi mother is not in the picture leading to their dad having full reign on making their childhoods suck

there has got to be more. mommy issue havers unite
