She was genuinely curious and didn't notice she was staring... Ah and also that she wasn't using an umbrella. 

Kamui picking fights was definitely nothing new. It was one of the reasons he'd stop by earth, enjoying taking out strong samurai. That was just how the Yato blood in his veins encouraged him to behave, that love for fighting, and bloodshed. However, lately it seemed like he wasn't able to find a decent enough opponent to really pose a challenge. His sister wouldn't let him kill that samurai she lived with either. How lame.....

Some amanto had the nerve to interrupt his fun too, saying something along the lines of how he was 'wrecking havoc' and 'disturbing the peace'. Which led to this scene. Unfortunately, more often than not, one would assume he was like any other human. Given that Yatos so strongly resembled humans. Too bad for this guy that he wasn't a human, that was proven in how he so brutally punched him, with an all too unsettling smile on his face ended up covered in the guy's blood.

''Eh? Are you dead?'' The guy stopped showing any life, eventually falling limp on the floor. Kamui just sighed in disappointment. ''That was boring. Although, beating him up was fun. If only he put up more of a fight.''

Kamui would then look over at the person who had been watching him the whole time.

''Oooh, did you enjoy the show I put on? Haha, well it's over now. Unless you think you can give me a good fight, unlike this worthless amanto.''
