Kabal

Honestly, this man loves making out with you. It tells him that you don’t care about his burns and he feels more confident and at ease with you.

He LOVES your style. He will admire you from afar. He especially loves your black lipstick 😏

Which is why Kabal dragged you to y’alls favorite place to make out; a dark alleyway.

Kabal loves the feeling of your lips on his and the feeling of your black lipstick smudging onto the corners of his mouth.

He would put his hand on the back of your head, wanting more. He is obsessed with your kisses. (he may even be a bit submissive for you..~)

During the light makeouts, you would pepper his face and neck with kisses, which would leave the imprints of the black lipstick on it.

Kabal wouldn’t wipe his face nor neck. He would leave it there. He doesn’t care if someone mentions it, it’s staying on. (Until you wipe it off and he begs you to kiss him again)

Johnny Cage

You already know Johnny making some dumb ahh names for you💀

“Emo Girlfriend” “Shadow Queen.” etc;

Johnny would always playfully tease you by calling you these nicknames.

When making out with him, he loves holding you waist and pulling you close with your arms wrapped around his neck.

He loves your kisses especially when your black lipstick smudges his cheek.

He would ask you to kiss him anywhere. His shoulder, neck, forehead, his cheeks, etc;

When they smudge his cheek (or anywhere else), he won’t wipe it off. Even if you protest, he won’t wipe it off.

It’s his way of showing how you belong to him ;)

Other soldiers would mention it to him and he would proudly say that you did it. (and if your with him, you would blush and hit his shoulder)

𝔄/𝔑: I just made these randomly because i was CRAVING Erron Black content and there isnt much out there about him, anyway enjoy!

𝔚𝔞𝔯𝔫𝔦𝔫𝔤𝔰: none, gun's I guess? (but that was expected)

•He’s the type of guy to REALLY play into the cowboy part for you, flaunting his skills and making the accent a little heavier because he KNOWS the effect his voice it has on you (don’t lie gang, you know its true)

•If you ever took his hat he would totally let you keep it, no debate. Not that he would consciously give it to you but say that you found it on the ground after a fight and decide to put it on? He will let you keep it, he tells it looks better on you then it ever did on him.

•On that note if you dress up as a cowboy or you are actually just a cowboy he is SWOONED, like bro cannot stop looking at you and its totally messing him up at all times (not his fault you look so perfect cowboy or not)

•He’s probably really touch starved, like damn bro when was the last time you had physical contact with someone and it wasn’t kombat. Probably has his hand on the small of your back or on your waist in public n’ always brushing past you.

•sometimes you don’t even notice his touch because of how ghostly it is. He acts like if he touches you, you’ll break. So just reassure him and he will be fine for like 3 days and then he goes back to acting like you will break

•sometimes bro just pulls you along to his bounty jobs or wherever he’s going. And if you are also a mercenary he will worry about your safety, he gives you almost every gun in his arsenal and then when you tell him you cant carry all of that on you he’s just looking up at you and back down at the gun with puppy eyes

•your arsenal becomes like 50% of his guns after that because whos gonna say no to him (not you)

•he is the type of guy to just drag his ass back home to find your arms, or if you were already working with him he’s just yapping about how he cant wait to get back home and just relax with you.

“Erron there’s like 20 minute’s until we get back home can you just focus for a little bit? PLEASE?!”

•Likes teaching you how to use his guns and ngl its just an excuse for him to hold you, and it’s not like he’s going to be verbal about it. But if you already know how to use a gun he’s having a marksman contest’s with you all the time and he’ll say something snarky like “you cant beat me, better just to accept it darlin’” and then when the day comes that you beat him his jaw is DROPPED

Headcannons about a smartass S/O with Jade, Liu Kang, Mileena, Kabal, Skarlet and Cassie?

S/O:

Likes reading books. (Kinda obvious eh?)

Knows a lot about Earthrealm history.

So how would their lover act/react:

S/O wants to give them a book to read? (giving a book to a bottom-feeder like Kabal??)

S/O talking about their history knowladge, giving them some of their knowladge? (Could be interesting since Jade, Skarlet and Mileena aren't from Earthrealm)

Hcs for smart S/O with their loved ones, Jade, Liu Kang, Mileena, Kabal, Skarlet, and Cassie!

Jade

Jade loves to read especially if it’s about history or an interesting novel, She still read books, even when she was Shao Kahn’s assassin. She reads to busy herself and kill the bordem.

She likes history, and she reads history books in Shao Khan’s library, but it is usually Ermac there and she doesn’t want to be with him, she is kind of annoyed, Afraid of him, or even worst, she doesn’t want him to read her thoughts since he is a telepath.

So, Jade grabs the history book and leave to read it in her room. She loves to learn either by reading a book or by some of her friends telling her their knowledge, Stories, etc.

But, She also learned not to believe anything she hears, so she trusted books, she trust them and they are a reliable source in Outworld.

Once she met her S/O, they are very clever, Smart, Loves to read just like her. What shocked her the most is that her S/O is from Earthrealm.

She thought that earthrealmers are stupid and naive, But as there is an exception to every rule, her S/O is a senior in college, and they love to read books about history, philosophy, and even science.

Once they told jade about WW1 and WW2 and the horrors of them, what happened to people in that time and such, Jade was horrified to know this, as her S/O when he once read about them. The victims and the casualties are just too much.

Jade wonders if earthrealm suffered more than edenia or if both are equal in suffering. She asks her S/O for more of these events, and they told her of other wars/calamities, Like Civil wars, Invasions, and such. Every battle is much scarier and more horrific than the last one.

Jade asks if she can borrow her S/O history book about Earthrealm and they agreed to it.

Jade was horrified yet continued to read about Earthrealm's history Since she is an edenian who was born thousands of years ago, she thought about what could’ve happened if she left edenia and went to Earthrealm what war or calamity she would witness?

She doesn’t know for sure, But, It would be better than living under Shao Kahn’s rule for sure.

Her S/O thought that Jade wouldn’t continue reading this book, But Her S/O is surprised when Jade finished reading the whole book and asks to borrow another book.

Her S/O gave her a book of science, and Jade enjoyed reading it and finished it too, Her S/O didn’t anticipate that Jade would read science because they thought it would be boring for her, her S/O gave her a book of philosophy, “Philosophy of Plato”

Surprisingly! Jade enjoyed reading the book, she learned new things! The philosophy of earthrealmers is indeed smart and fun to learn!

Liu Kang

Liu likes to read in his free time, he reads about Chinese philosophy, Chinese history, and such.

But mostly, he focuses on training his body and his mind.

When he met his S/O, Liu is fascinated by his S/O's knowledge, His S/O knows so much about history and what happened in the past, Like wars, etc, His S/O even told him about phenomenal things like the Aurora lights and tornado.

His S/O encourages him to read more and learn more, So that’s what will Liu do, He started to read more, Gaining more knowledge about the universe and such.

He is just impressed by his S/O, His S/O even encourages him by letting him borrow their books and reading them all, one by one.

Liu isn’t a bookworm but he loves to read, If not regularly, He learns so much from books. Much like most classic kombatants he dislikes technology.

Mileena

It is known that Mileena is not keen on reading, she considers it boring and a waste of time, unlike most royalties, She doesn’t like reading, but she will learn in a fun, interesting way. When her S/O told her of books, she groans in annoyance.

But her S/O discovered a way of letting her learn or read, For Example, Her S/O taught her how to read, and she likes it considering it is useful for her, Her S/O gives her small books of their design as a new way to let her learn, in each 10 page she reads she will find a treat either sweets or mini meat pie wrapped in plastic wraps.

This makes her enjoy reading books, either history or fiction. Her S/O is very proud of themselves for making her enjoy reading.

Mileena loves comic books, Fiction, they are her favourites! Well, because mostly, they have treats in them, LOL 😆.

Kabal

I think Kabal's favourite books are comic books! Especially if they talk about horror characters or cryptid-core (such as me), Horror comics such as slashers, and gorey stuff!

He kept bored when he sees his S/O read books on history, philosophy, and science. He teasingly calls them bookworms. They don’t like it at all.

Once, Kabal asked himself to try to read a history book or philosophy one, but he chose to read history, it was better for him, He read a book called “History of mafias”

It majorly talks about the mafias of the world, Italian ones, Chinese ones, and such, He was bitterly disappointed that the book didn’t mention anything of the black dragon or red dragon, or even the Lin-Kuei. But he learned something useful himself. About mafias!

Skarlet

TW; Blood, Historical figures connected to blood; Thou art warned!! (You are warned)

I think everybody knows that Skarlet loves history, and that is, because of the bloody people who killed other people in the bloodiest of ways, such as Elizabeth Bathory the Vampiress Queen of Hungary, this bloodthirsty woman who has a taste for the blood of the little girls who are unfortunate enough to work for her in the palace, Skarlet know about this historical figure and she felt a connection to her, why not? Both love blood and such.

But in Skarlet’s case, it is different, Skarlet uses blood to sustain herself, while that Crone uses blood to “regenerate” her youth. Which Skarlet finds it stupid.

Another figure skarlet loves is Dracula! No, No not Films/movies Dracula, Not this Dracula🧛‍♂️, it is Vlad the impaler! The real Dracula! Skarlet loves this historical figure so much due to his connection with blood.

It’s safe to say that Skarlet loves historical figures whose legacies are connected to blood, Blood rituals, and such, Skarlet DOES has more than a thing for blood.

Cassie Cage

Cassie LOVES history! And I have proof remember her intro with Geras?

“You remind me of someone” Geras intro, Cassie replied “Helen of troy?” So, this is a proof that she knows something or two about history, Yep, Much like skarlet, Cassie is a history books lover!

When her S/O came into her life, she loves history books even more, so, she started to read more of more.

Her S/O Gave her books about “The life of Helen of troy” which made Cassie squeal in happiness and read them all!

She loves to read about the Helen of troy, The women's role in wars and politics stuff, She is just a proud woman of the woman's roles in the past, and she swore one day that she will make a legacy like those women, her name will be on every tongue, and she will be as much as famous in the future! Most importantly, she will make her family, the cage family proud of her!

Headcanons:

-Kabal and Stryker are childhood friends.

-Kabal came from a somewhat poor family and his mother had an affair with the Black Dragon, Kabal's mother wanted to make Kabal a future Black Dragon member, she was not a very good parent. Stryker had good family ties and he was the perfect student of his class, he was the class president. During their childhood, Stryker was upset about Kabal's family problems and wanted to help him. They parted ways at university, as Kabal went to work at the Black Dragon and Stryker went to the police academy, but when Kabal left the black dragon, he became Stryker's new police partner.

-Kabal was always jealous of Johnny Cage constantly talking to Stryker.

- Stryker loved Kabal when Kabal was not burned, but Kabal was unaware of this. Stryker's affection for him after Kabal was burned made Kabal feel feelings for Stryker, but Stryker was afraid of Kabal.

-Kabal personally likes to lean on Stryker's chest 👀

-Stryker feels remorse whenever he has to fight Kabal because hurting his own friend gives him guilt.

How they meet:

I haven't thought about it in detail yet, but I have a little plan in mind for them to meet:

(Childhood) When Stryker first saw Kabal, he saw him playing with a lighter. Kabal had a devotion to fire, and the reason was unclear. Stryker took Kabal's lighter and said it was dangerous and that's how they meet each other.

Stryker was born to protect people, and Kabal was born to burn.

in this coconut head of mine here are some music headcannons i have:

-Johnny Cage is easily a swiftie and attends the eras tour with Cassie and makes bracelets

-he also was hugely into the Spice Girls (younger Johnny), that man knows spice up your life by heart

-Sonya is into more 70's classic rock. Catch her listening to Clapton.

-Kabal listens to punk music, but also hardcore rap. One minute The Casualties, next Mobb Deep

-Erron also listens to jazz on top of country, I cannot be convinced he doesn't

-Kano likes mainstream metal bands (megadeth, slayer, judas priest) and unironically sea shanties

- Kitana likes more indie leaning music (beabadoobee, Sir Chloe, men i trust) but doesn't talk about it. Only shares this with Liu Kang, who does not know a lick of mainstream music.

-Fujin likes indie as well, but more on the side of Porter Robinson.

-I feel like somehow if you exposed Liu Kang to every genre, he'd take a liking to Europop. Also would like Post Malone.

-Mileena listens to bimbocore music. Y2K music is a must. Ayesha Erotica remixes all day for her.

-Nitara likes specifically female-lead rock bands: Runaways, Kittie, Babes in Toyland

-Jacqui Briggs is a phoebe bridgers and sza stan.

Ohh! May I add some headcannons for the Defection AU?

Erron Black definitely sees Kabal as a little brother. He's the only he has cared for enough to go out if his way to help. I hc he had siblings but they were assholes like his parents and they never got along.

Kabal left the black dragon for a while until Kano foun him and threatened to kill everyone he cares for.

At one point Kabal had a dog but Kano killed it, he didn't want kabal loyal to anyone else but him and him alone

(I don't like Kano and I will make him as evil as possible lol)

The dog thing did kinda throw me off but that is also very in character for Kano

I'll add, when Kabal left, it was kinda accidental. He got stranded on a job, couldn't contact Kano or anybody, and was too injured to head back. My headcannon of Lei Wulong x Jun Kazama in my 'Mortal Kombat x Street Fighter x Tekken's fanfic:

Lei Wulong and Jun Kazama have cooperated with each other before the investigation of Mishima Zaibatsu and Shadaloo.  Therefore, this is their second time of cooperation.  Lei knows he has a crush on Jun, and hopes that he can have a chance to confess his love to her.

Lei Wulong: Extrovert ; Jun Kazama: Introvert

The change of Lei Wulong’s role:

Jun Kazama's 'PERFECT BOYFRIEND' → Jun Kazama's 'PERFECT HUSBAND' and Jin Kazama's 'PERFECT FATHER’

Lei protects and supports Jun, and respects her wishes.  He also hopes that he can give her whatever she wants.

Jun isn't outgoing like Lei, but she is willing to express that she actually loves him.

Jun isn’t a good cook. Lei can cook. Sometimes, he helps her prepare the meals. Jun loves vegetables (especially raw green beans) Lei doesn’t mind having raw green beans as his meal. Also, she is willing to watching movies with him as she has leisure time. They love having fun during bathing together. Both of them love sleeping naked together. Sometimes, they just wear underwears and boxers (Until their children are born. When Jun is pregnant, they wears pyjamas and nightgown to sleep)

During having sex, Lei helps Jun get rid of her clothes gently.  They can swear a lot, or have fun together.  Anyways, their sex scenes are always sweet af.  

They adore their son - Jin Kazama very much.  As Jin grows up, they train him in martial arts, and teach him how to become a good guy.  Lei also hopes that he can become the police or the wildlife surveillance officer of the conservation group like Jun.

During communicating with each other, Lei finds that it is his best chance of confessing his love to her.  He finds that she is tired, and wants to take a shower…

It pains him to see his lover sad and concerned about their troubles and related stuff.

Raiden offers his S/O to take them to a lovely place to change their mood, at first his S/O refused to go due and apologized for “not feeling it today,”

Raiden couldn’t just stand still seeing his S/O sad, so he thought of ways to cheer them. His S/O seems doesn’t want to leave the couch, so Raiden has to move them by himself!

Raiden, With a snap of his finger, the two of them teleported to a place in the sky temple.

The place is magical, it is like a beautiful majestic garden with huge trees and different flowers and roses. The place is so beautiful that it changed Raiden’s S/O mood.

“Wow!! You didn’t tell me about this lovely place!” His S/O muttered.

“I… Kept it as a surprise for you!” Raiden replied.

“For me? Really!” His S/O added, Happily

In mere seconds, Raiden teleported to bring the tea tray and sit with his S/O to talk for a while with them.

“Tell me, why are you sad?” Raiden asks his S/O

“It is just that I feel depressed for no reason at all!” His S/O answered.

“I know what it feels to have depression for no reason at all!” Raiden said,

“You… do?” His S/O muttered in disbelief, his S/O uncontrollably shed a tear, while hiccuping.

“Oh no… Dearest~” Raidden muttered while hugging them,

“Yes, Even Demigods aren’t immune to depression, something they share with mortals” he continued while hugging them.

After calming his S/O, Raiden poured tea for his S/O to drink.

His S/O smiles at him, they took a sip of their tea too. No longer feeling depressed, they give a chuckle, Which made Raiden happy and smile in return.

Shang Tsung

In the middle of his experiments, His S/O came from the door that was behind him and lazily sat on the couch.

“Greetings Luv~” Shang muttered to his S/O

“Hey..” his S/O replied in an annoyed tone.

“Do you want to help me with the experiments?” Shang asked with excitement in his tone.

“Ugh, Not feeling it today,” His S/O replied in an annoyed tone.

“Really? Why is that?” Shang asked, worrying is shown in his tone.

“I’m just sad,” His S/O emotionally muttered, trying the hardest not to cry in front of their lover Shang.

“Then let me enlighten you!” Shang offered with a big smile on his face.

Shang Tsung and his S/O teleported to a lovely yet hidden place on his island. The place was more like a wonderland, a strange place, with flying tea tables and sweets. Colourful plants and places, Strange yet goofy creatures appear here and there. They only say;

“Excuse us but we are late!” Then they disappear.

“Whoaaah! This is so awesome! Shang~” His S/O happily Says

“I’m glad that you liked this place!” Shang smirked,

“Thank you dear for showing me this lovely place!” His S/O thanked him, then sips their tea.

“You are welcome my dear~” Shang replied in a happy tone.

“Th-thank you, Again,” His S/O repeated while shedding a few tears, Shang raise an eyebrow in amazement.

“You are always welcome my dear~” he repeated to his S/O.

“Now! Let us enjoy this moment together my dearest~” He announced,

Mileena

In the rebel camp, Mileena saw her S/O crying, she can’t blame them. Kotal is plotting against her and them, He won’t stop until all the rebels are dealt with.

“Dearest~” Mileena called in her sweet, sultry voice.

“Y-Yes Kahnum?” Her S/O replied while wiping their tears.

“Dearest! Please don’t cry,” Mileena told with the sweetest smile she could ever offer,

“But… Kahnum..” They croaked, and a hard lump in their throats are etching, begging them to gulp.

“I know what kind of harsh reality we are dealing with, but, we must be positive! You can’t anticipate anything either on our side or his side!” Mileena spoke, all her words are coated with wisdom. Something rare comes from Mileena, the irrational, Crazed Clone.

“Kahnum… as wise as always~” her S/O happily remarked

“Thank you~” Mileena thanked with a big smile on her face.

“I have a story to tell you,” Mileena told,

“You know that I wasn’t always the wise, honest, and kind one in all of the outworld..” Mileena continued,

“I’m a clone of royalty. I’m Kitana’s clone, Life isn’t kind to me but, I met you!” Mileena spoke, sitting near her S/O to talk with them.

“I met the most kindest and loving person and that is you!” Mileena admitted,

"No one is gonna tear us apart, Nor Kotal, Raiden, or anyone!” Mileena promised,

“Wow… Kahnum! I never thought that you are gonna say something like this!” Her S/O chuckles,

“I never thought too!” Mileena admitted,

Mileena and her S/O kept talking and talking, plotting against Kotal to win the outworld throne again.

Skarlet

Skarlet was sad as well when she saw her S/O sad too, her S/O is about to cry, She decided that she will lighten up the mood for her S/O. She thought of ways to make her S/O happy, and that is magic tricks!

Skarlet uses her blood magic to make her S/O happy, She made funny faces made of her blood magic floating near her S/O, unlike most people, Her S/O doesn’t see her magic as disgusting or repulsive. They always admire it and tell Skarlet that her magic is unique!

As soon as her S/O saw the funny faces they laughed hard, they laughed so hard that they shed a few tears of joy.

Skarlet, On the other hand, she is happy because she made her S/O happy, She doesn’t like it when her S/O is sad, But now, her S/O is very happy, and Skarlet is pleased to hear her S/O's laughter.

Kabal

As same as others MK Krew who doesn’t like to see their S/O sad, Kabal never likes to see his S/O Sad. His significant other, The love of his life.

So, Kabal dashed to his S/O, the moment he came to them. They started to cry, Kabal stuttered and then asks them why they are sad

“Oh n-no no no!” Kabal said in a hurried tone, He came near them and hugged them. His S/O sniffed and hugged back.

“Don’t cry sweetheart,” He said in a soft tone, as he gently caressed his S/O face and wiped their tears.

“*Sniff* I’m …. I’m just sad..” his S/O replied after they sniffed.

“It is okay,” he muttered softly, as he still caressed his S/O face.

An idea popped into Kabal’s mind, How about he carries his S/O like a bridal style then they both run around the city, Without any words, Kabal Carries his S/O in a bridal style and takes a dash around the city, But he decided he doesn’t want this journey to end, while carrying his S/O into a bridal style and running using his powers, He stopped at a lovely cafè, He want there to order cake and coffee.

“Two White Chocolate mochas and two cheesecakes please!” Kabal ordered, then he paid for his order

After receiving the order, he and his S/O sat in a lovely atmosphere near a window, His S/O mood changed to 180 degrees. They started to smile and enjoy their time.

Both of them started to sip their coffee, and both talked at the same time

“Delicious coffee!” Both said at the same time,

“Thank you, Kabal~” His S/O thanked him, then they kiss his cheek

“You’re welcome dearest~” Kabal muttered, Then took another sip of his coffee.

After drinking and eating in the cafè, Kabal carries his S/O bridal style again to “trip” around the city they live in.

Jacqui: She is actually not the most avid listener of pop (she prefers older music) so she has to listen to this song to know what on Earth you’re talking about. The edginess kind of rattles her, so she rests a hand on your shoulder before asking if you’re ok, fully sincere.

Sonya: *aggressive eye roll*

Johnny Cage: He’s definitely heard of 21 pilots via Cassie and isn’t opposed to it but he’s more of a classic Rock and Roll man. He does know all the words to “stressed out” and wants to make sure he’s the only one who’d know such an embarrassing thing about him. He gives you a simple “Yikes,” when he understands your current mood.

Raiden: He understands the universality of music and knows that it’s just part of human culture but he just can’t get into it. When you inform him about your current mood, confused he further inquired cause he just doesn’t get it.

Kung Lao: Tells you that you need therapy.

Lui Kang: He personally doesn’t share your taste and gives you more “positive” music recommendations.

Kabal: He related deeply but isn’t willing to admit that he enjoys your taste in music.

Uuuuuh controversial MK headcannons? Sorry not that creative.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeell now…….

1) Kabal is Indian-American. His mother is Indian, and father is American. He makes a mean curry.

2) Kenshi is NOT Japanese. I am FULLY in the Midway!Time-line of Kenshi is Eurasian. @eulerami pretty much captures Kenshi the best. Their Mongolian inspired Kenshi is pretty much the one that I reference to like ALL the  time when I was trying to design him (though I do end up using more Malaysian images when I draw him)

3) Kurtis Stryker is gay. He took French and German in high school, and just knows the very basics. He’s a former Marine.

4) Shinnok was not always evil (once again this was confirmed via Midway!Time-line) just…open minded. However because of that, the other Elder Gods viewed him as a threat.

5) Ermac’s body was not created. It’s real flesh and blood, just altered and modified. Usually the souls act as one consciousness, however there are times where disputes will erupt.

6) Johnny Cage is a Pansexual Icon.

7) Sonya Blade is an Asexual Icon. 

8) Liu Kang is a Bisexual Icon. 

9) In his younger years, Raiden had a very  VERY short temper. Fujin would recall moments where his brother’s temper caused MASSIVE devastation. It wasn’t until Raiden was force to witness the aftermath that he began controlling it…but ends up just repressing it. (It is WHY he falls under corruption almost too easily.
