Is Raphael supposed to be a dark reflection of Gale? Like, they’re both chasing the Crown of Karsus in order to achieve Godhood, both are flawed by unchecked ambition, both of them have a similar (fuckass) haircut. Raphael’s love of being a saviour is a dark version of Gale’s need to be needed. Arguably both have a need to be perceived as charming and intelligent. Pre-orb Gale probably would have had a familiarly large ego.

The difference between the two obviously being that Raphael is like. very evil.

This could be an utterly dogshit take because I don’t feel like I have the best understanding of Gale’s character, and it could just be that Gale and Raphael are simply the sorts of people that The Crown tends to attract but idk

I kept the pose and the amount of coverage the same, but the FIT got a MAJOR upgrade. made it fit, gave it layers, traded out the skinny jeans for proper stockings, and added some bows and accessories.

My weirdest headcanon is that at the end of 4th year Remus bites his leg off during a transformation. It's the first moon after his mum's funeral so he's extra distressed and the wolf isn't having it. Pomfrey is terrified when she finds him all mangled and cold from blood loss, and it's the first time James, Peter and Sirius aren't allowed to see him right away. Pomfrey magically sews his leg back together, of course, but like all his werewolf injuries it doesn't heal quite right. Now Remus has to hide his newfound limp to avoid suspicion. It makes Severus question him even more than before though, especially with Professors making up new excuses for Remus' absence after that since, you know, his mum's illness can't be a reason anymore. It also makes James, Peter and Sirius work faster on their animagi master plan cuz "bloody hell he chewed off his leg!"

And yes, I'm talking angst type of dislike here where he absolutely detest her soul. Like, that smile of his just drops when he sees her.

this has been sitting in my inbox for a while and honestly I couldn’t answer it literally had me brainstorming honestly love to deep dive into suo’s character so this is perfect 👌

so a couple types of reasons came to mind so lemme just go through them one by one by no means it’s canon just personal thoughts

1.) a fake

there’s nothing more suo hates than a fake person who doesn’t know how to be themselves. suo values honesty and you not being yourself to him is a lie. not only is it a lie to him but to everyone else around you. suo doesn’t care what kind person you really are as long as you stay true to yourself.

2.) know it all and stubborn (never admits your mistakes)

there’s nothing wrong with not knowing some things but if you’re smarty ass who keeps refuting others suo is gonna get hella annoyed up to despising you real quick

3.) if you’re a bully

suo hates a bully he absolutely does don’t ever show your face is you are one or he’ll show you something to be really scared of

4.) if you hurt animals

suo absolutely loves all kinds of animals even the imaginary ones. so if he ever sees you harming once even a small insect needlessly he’s gonna hate your guts.

5.) likes to tell him what to do

suo likes being in control but he doesn’t mind following orders if they’re within reason but if you’re here yapping your mouth telling him to do this do that it’s gonna be hard for him to not to sucker punch you

Those are just a few a thought of that would make him absolutely despise/avoid you. Next are just some things I thought of that might annoy the heck out of him.

1.) when you cut off his words

and no, this is not a joke. Misha, through GISH especially, showed me not just the power of art-as-activism, but what creative modes function best in that setting, and how to organize and lead such efforts.

what I've done with that knowledge, again, would be legally dangerous to admit online

but I'm so happy I know how to do it. I've become a leader in my community, and a supporter of large and powerful movements.

specifically, those spaces know me as an artist. an artist with endless and diverse creative ideas, who knows no fear, takes no shit and is especially good at resistance and point-making via "funny" and lighthearted art.
