One of the biggest things that makes me see Leo as trans is absolutely the size of his carapace in comparison to his brothers’.

And I’m not talking about height! I’m specifically looking at his shell here, because when you compare him to the others, particularly Donnie who is nearly the same height as Leo, it’s very clear that Leo’s carapace is much longer in proportion to the rest of his body.

Like - standing side by side, even though Donnie is shorter his carapace ends noticeably higher up than Leo’s does. And I like this not only because it really helps push the idea that Leo could very likely be trans (or intersex!), but it’s also just a fun design difference between them.

(It also lends way to future scenarios of Donnie eventually getting taller than Leo, but sitting down still has Leo being the taller one haha.)

We started watching Pearl's POV of Double Life for the first time and it's so interesting but tragic? Like we knew that her and Scott were divorced since episode one but from every other POV we watched it always seemed like it was a mutual split. So imagine our surprise end of episode one when, after doing Martyn's silly game, Cleo and Scott said they decided to be one another's soulmates, explicitly saying they wanted nothing to do with their soulmates AND Martyn (in a fit of misguided frustration) also leaves Pearl.

Which in that same breath I'm surprised that people don't really seem to talk about what are they called, "cheater duo" more often. Especially since for most session one, Martyn and Pearl had been getting along amazingly? They were singing back and forth with each other, generally riffing off of each other. Even in some later episodes, Martyn and Pearl start getting along again. Martyn goes into the water to get Pearl's disc after Scott threw it off the bridge, pretending to run away from her with it to only give it back in his base.

I will admit I'm still not done with watching her POV yet and I know Martyn was trying to get Cleo back most the season as well but how does no one talk about them???

It makes me laugh when people are like 'urmmm there are plenty of men characters who are rape / sa victims, actually? You're just not looking hard enough...' and none of them are well written and all of them were just the writers poorly disguised fetish and all of them get made fun of by the writers and the fandom for being victims and or they're completely erased in the majority of retellings, continuations, etc. Like, I wonder why people don't consider them to be good representations of men victims... Okay, but what about og SoapGhost meeting reboot SoapGhost, and they are all just super confused about what the fuck is going on.

Soap is constantly getting into arguments with Johnny because he can't really stand the thought that there is another version of himself, and since Johnny doesn't like getting treated like shit, he fights back and they're basically at each other's throats all the time.

Meanwhile Ghost is somewhat scared of the thought that LT is another version of him, and therefore probably the only person who knows Simon Riley as good as he himself does. It is a terrifying thought that LT is aware about all of Ghost's weaknesses and stuff, and so he's always super careful around him.

Plot twist: LT actually hasn't gone through all the shit Ghost has been going through in his past. He's just some weird guy with a mask who likes to creep out newbies with his appearance and behavior. And since over time this whole image of the mysterious and somewhat intimidating soldier called Ghost had began to stick with him he just went with it. So when Ghost actually manages to speak up on the topic of "their past" LT is confused because in contrast to Ghost nothing really traumatizing happened in his past, except for like the usual military stuff.
