#just the people who thinks he’s actually innocent

So. You ever heard the song Final Girl by Graveyardguy? It's basically a dude talking about getting off on stalking and terrorizing this girl who he thinks is all innocent and sweet only for the song to reveal that the girl is just as messed up as the guy, if not even more. So, with that song in mind, could you perhaps write a fic about yandere Pete with a fem reader who actually enjoys the disturbing displays of "affection" and loves playing the innocent victim for him despite being just as twisted as he is. The type of dynamic where he'd send her those gorey and disturbing love letters, and she'd frame them and swoon over every bloody Polaroid photo he'd send. Every animal bone in her mailbox is cleaned and displayed on her dresser. Every threat of violence seems like a declaration of love to her. Maybe she'd even do things on purpose to drive him crazier. Leaving her clothes drying on the clothesline for just a little longer than needed so that he has ample time to steal them. Pretending not to notice when he stares at her so he can fantasize for even longer. Yeah.
God I love your work so much I really hope this isn't too deranged of a request. Okay thank youuuu!!
signed,
- Pete's final girl <3
Do You Wanna Be The Final Girl?
Tumblr media
Summary: Yandere! Pete x Willing! Reader
TW/CW: Yandere behavior, obsessive tendencies, stalking, animal bones, preserved body parts, implied erection, Pete being a pervert
A/N: A lot of you want to die, and that’s kind of real <3
Reblogs are appreciated!
* You first notice him looking at you in class. Doodling in your notebook, you looked up and saw him
* Red baseball cap, blue jacket, skull shirt. His eyes looked straight into your soul. You swore he was drooling a little while doing so
* Admittedly…he was kind of cute. You don’t know, something about the way he stay fixated on you while doing the most mundane tasks was something
* Then came him staring you while you were at your locker. His friends were talking about nerdy shit, and he was still focusing on you. It was like you froze him in place
* Okay…he had a staring problem, but so what? Maybe there’s something behind you that he’s invested in (you know you’re lying to yourself, but whatever keeps your mind busy
* The final straw was a package sent to you. Opening revealed the complete skeletal form of a bird.
* Strangely, you didn’t freak out. Sure, most people would be calling 911 right now and report the creepy horror kid’s sending them bones of animals
* You, on the other hand, were flattered. Finally, a guy that wasn’t afraid of expressing his emotions and actually had the balls to open his heart like that!
* You displayed the bones proudly, and wrote in your journal about him
* Could you consider it a cat and mouse game? Maybe
* He dropped his schedule one day, and you took note on what his breaks were.
* Pete started to see you more often. It was like when he was there, you were there as well. Pretending to be busy (you were just looking at your locker) and felt your heart go out of your chest when you felt those same eyes on you
* It was so exhilarating, honestly. You had a secret admirer, and sure, it may be stalkerish, but who cares?! He was a catch
* Sadly, looking in his direction met him hiding from you.
* Every time he sent you weirder stuff (like a preserved mouse heart or a pig’s kidneys), it was proudly displayed on your desk. Some nights, you look at them and admire them. He was such a sweetheart, honestly! He even started to memorize your favorite animals
* And those “love letters” kept you going for the entire week when you were feeling down
* You finally got to talk to him when the teacher partnered you two up.
* Admittedly, it was weird. For someone so brave, he was weirdly silent with you
* Looking away at you, becoming red face while you talk, and mainly focusing on the blank piece of paper
* You said your goodbyes, and “left” your hoodie.
* Pete was shaking at this opportunity. You always had that hoodie on, and just leaving it here?! It was like the gods answered his prayers
* He looked left and right…he picked it up…
* And he smelt. Every sweat, lotion, body mist, food you had for lunch today. EVERYTHING was on your hoodie.
* He may or may not have a tent forming in his pants
* You? Watching him in the corner. God, it was so exciting seeing him act like a creep. His true nature. It was like watching all of your dreams come true
* “Fuck tease” he growled. He stuffed your jacket into his bag and ran out of that library
* Even his thick accent was so fucking hot!
* God, you can get used to this

Mh wilds spoilers
I'm genuinely surprised how frequent it seems people are misrepresenting Nata's character arc and saying that they don't like him, every time it feels like they're actively leaving something out. I don't know if it's a lack of critical thinking or failure of narrative comprehension but idk
Like, it's not the most well written dialog but I think the kid has a pretty fleshed out set of motivations, his arc makes sense and none of it felt rushed to me.
Like, kid is in an isolated secret civilization, he doesn't know shit, he seems almost too innocent to be informed of anything. The most he seems to know is that monsters are dangerous, which seems very informed by his experiences in the intro. He doesn't know shit, his village is attacked by a terrifying creature he doesn't know much about, and his elder pushes him out of the village to "find help". His only community being presumably destroyed, everyone he cares about presumed dead, as a kid seemingly no older than 12 or something.
He gets picked up by hunters from the West or whatever, and they start an expedition to the forbidden lands because this kid is the first proof that there is /any/ civilization out there, and this traumatized child is having to be a part of this expedition because he's the only one alive they know who has any knowledge of the land. But the fucked up part is, he doesn't really know the land.
He spent the last few days (?) running scared out of his mind, luckily avoiding anything too particularly dangerous, across lands so large and dense the player needs a super fast dinosaur to navigate. The kid doesn't know much of anything about the land, only hoping he recognizes enough of the way out to see the way back home.
So you have a kid who's scared shitless, having to help an expedition to his home that /no one else/ knows about, through lands he doesn't know anything about, with the implicit expectation that his entire people are dead at the hands of a creature that still lingers in his nightmares. The glimpses of the brutality of Arkveld still plastered in his mind. And it seems until he travels with Alma and the player, this brutality has no context.
As he follows along with the party, he starts to see reasons for the behavior of monsters (which is probably subtly indicating that his home isn't a place where regular monsters live) He sees an ecosystem thriving, a cycle of life and death, things doing things to survive. This further stokes the growing hatred he has, survivors guilt and thinking he's the last survivor of Arkveld. He thinks his people are probably gone, and he can't see any reason why a creature would do that. Narratively, Arkveld isn't a Monster™️, but a Monster, who does things out of maliciousness, cruelty, with no rhyme or reason.
Later, Nata and friends actually spot his White Wraith, attacking the Apexes, draining power from Rey Dau. In this part of the story, this "Villain Arkveld" conceptualization is firm in his mind, a target of revenge for his fallen kin. He is too weak to enact any meaningful revenge, just wishing to stop Arkveld from hurting anyone else in the way his people were hurt. The Hunters he's with prevent him from doing anything reckless, but he's fully in the fuck Arkveld club.
All the while, he's still a child. Optimistic, still has hope. They're able to actually find his home, in Sild, and he (despite really thinking everyone would be dead) still calls out for Tasheen. He hopes that someone else survived the horrors he was saved from. And lo and behold, Tasheen lives, among many others. His people weren't wiped out, many did survive. Tasheen then does something that changes Nata's path directly.
Tasheen tells Nata about his people and their actual purpose/role as the ones who reside and look over this land filled with guardians, artificial monster shaped constructs who only exist to be tools for a civilization that no longer exists. And that the "White Wraith" was simply one of these creations who was behaving erratically, unable to be controlled.
Tasheen specifically does this reveal in combination with celebrating Nata for successfully escaping and getting help as something they were not supposed to be able to do. The people in Sild weren't supposed to be able to leave really, bound by duty and second hand shame from a civilization that no longer exists, but Nata was freed from that cycle of imprisonment.
In doing all this, Tasheen gives purpose for Arkveld AND Nata. No longer just a child, he was supposed to be one of these protectors. Arkveld, no longer a creature without direction, but a guardian who is acting strangely.
This information is given to him with the explicit understanding that Nata's purpose (as ascribed to him) isn't set in stone, and by him leaving and finding help he has already been given agency to be his own person and make choices his people could/would not. In this part of the narrative, the vengeance seeking Nata is largely replaced with concerned curiosity. He knows /what/ Arkveld is, but not why it's doing what it's doing.
They eventually discover a reason why. Arkveld, seemingly too powerful a construct, is attempting to revert to it's original status as the wyvern it was before extinction. Trying to engage in the behaviors it knows it should do, either from instincts or seeing other monsters in the wild. Predation, subsistence. Arkveld, as an extinct predator reinvented, has all the tools to hunt but not all the tools to survive, leading to it seemingly rampaging in acts of violence as it attempts to overcorrect by eating and hunting despite not needing to.
When Nata understands this, his perspective on Arkveld is informed and he becomes very sympathetic to it. It isn't the monster he was lead to believe. It's a creature who's agency was taken from it, that found freedom and sought to behave in a way it felt right over what it was predestined to do. In a very literal sense, Arkveld and Nata /ARE/ the same. Both are children of the ancient civilization, given purpose by people who no longer exist. They are both given opportunity to understand the outside world, and in doing so are given chances to make choices for themselves. If Nata decided to stay in Sild once he knew people were safe, this wouldn't be the case. He was given opportunity to do more and see more and he took it because his horizons were broadened. By Arkveld's attack both of them were unchained by fate.
Nata at this point starts to truly empathize with Arkveld for two reasons: one being the stuff listed above, but also his learned understanding of the ecosystem. Arkveld is just doing what any other monsters are doing. He's seen several environments where the monsters fight and struggle for survival. Arkveld is textually (for Nata) really "just like him frfr". Steeped in wylk, finally able to see the sun, able to eat the cheese (animal flesh) and be their own person.
When it is deemed Arkveld has overcorrected and is too dangerous for the ecosystem, Nata objects, but he does so purely from empathy. Before Arkveld had no purpose in its cruelty, now its cruelty is somewhat overstated and its purpose is no different from anything else. Why must it die for doing what everything else does? Why must it die when it was finally free?(Like Nata himself has come to recognize in himself)
It's very straightforward honestly. None of his arc feels rushed, he is a scared and traumatized boy who is then given new information and hope, and that hope informs his empathy. It's like if a kid grew up in a cult and his whole family got attacked by a knife guy ™️, they escape into the outside world to find out that Knife Guy was actually kidnapped and kept in his cult family basement. Knife Guy only did what they did to escape but now they're too maladjusted to society to not be knife guy other places. I'd probably feel bad for Knife Guy ™️ too if I was the kid who escaped.

Magikey Event by @quartztwst !!!
Thank you for this beautiful idea I love this au a lot maybe we should make some Yuu company and overthrow Crowley's agency together 🫵
Tumblr media
"The Shooting Star" --- Yuki Rei
Don't worry, no matter who you are, where you are, and what happened, Yuki will try her best to help you!
(Detailed infos below!)
Yuno's part
Settings:
The lovely little girl who got chosen to become the magical girl by Crowley. Of course she doesn't understand much about her new ability and power, she is only 5. But don't worry, Mr. Spider is willing to help her!
Mr. Spider teached her how to use that giant syringe, its a little scary at first, Yuki hates being poked by their sharp needles! But seeing her patients feel better after then, she felt happier and braver!
Mr. Spider also taught her, she just have to do her best to help people who is in pain. If anything happened, he will give her supports. She can rest and take a break if she wants to, Mr. Spider will give her some candies and cuddles.
Ability
1 - Let me help you!
Yuki always had the urge to help people, even when she was stressed.
Its a habit she get after her father turned into a monster.
She would used her giant syringe and heal her patients. No worries to the liquid inside, its all her pure love and care.
"Its just a little mini miny pain on your butt, sir. 3, 2, 1!"
2 - Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
After gaining the magikey, Yuki starting to see the little stars everywhere!
It can be on the street, in the air, around the flowers, everywhere thats beautiful.
Its hard to understand, but Yuki likes to collect them up, and put them carefully into her little bag.
When enemies were trying to attack people, she will throw these little stars to the enemies and hit them hard!
The stars would help her, making shiny lights and blind the enemies!
"Hehe, I did it again, thank you, little stars."
3 - Take a break, Yuki
It only happened in specific scenarios. Yuki always fought with the other heros since she is a supporter and healer.
However, when it comes with Yuki being separated from the group and unable protect herself, Mr. Spider will showed up and guard Yuki.
Not many people have seen Mr. Spider's human form yet, and everytime he and Mr. Crowley met, Mr. Spider will try to eat him (actually just to scare him and threaten this fuking crow)
"Don't worry Yuki, do you see the people over there? I'll come to find you ten minutes later, you can help them a little and eat some biscuits. Its blueberry flavour."
Bonus
Yuki's mother was horrified when she knew her daughter gained the magic key, as a single mother who raised her daughter alone, she can't do anything but watching Yuki doing her "responsibility".
The villains were acting more frequently recently, and the government will make these who have the ability to work, to fight for the weaks.
She is only 5, she will got hurt, she is just a innocent, naive little child
Yuki doesn't know her mother's fear, she is happy that she gain new powers that can save people.
Its her dream to be someone like a superhero, to be a cool doctor!
Maybe she can make new friends, maybe people will like her again, instead of thinking her as a criminal's daughter.
Her father used to be a cursed magikey user, yet he got corrupted and hurt so many people.
So she will fix all of these, she will change how people feel about her family, she will protect her mommy!
Yes, I will create one more post for Yuno.
I mean I love to see magical creatures protecting the magical girl or something
Its a lovely dynamic, and Im going to make that man unhinged

I was thinking about the southern raiders again and i think one of the reasons i love it so much, is that despite not being in the group for very long, zuko immediately understands what katara needs to do more than anyone else in the group and takes it upon himself to give it to her - peace and to earn her forgiveness.
it's not really about revenge, its about confronting her trauma head on. ripping the monster from under the bed so it can no longer haunt her.
i like that zuko never puts an idea for what she has to do. it's actually aang who brings up revenge. zuko never says that's what she must do, and when she snaps back at Aang that hell, maybe revenge is what she needs, zuko doesn't shut her down either. its absolutely up to her.
the argument between aang, katara, zuko and sokka is telling - aang, while well meaning, can't understand katara's perspective. aang's pain is vast and deep and he has processed/is processing that in his own way, but what works for him, will not work for everyone. zuko sees katara's anger and it resonates with him - that is something he can understand.
I just love that zuko offers to find the man, and then goes all out defending katara's need to confront him. she needs this.
Here's the argument:
KATARA: We're going to find the man who took my mother from me. ZUKO: Sokka told me the story of what happened. I know who did it and I know how to find him. AANG: Um ... and what exactly do you think this will accomplish? KATARA: [shakes her head in dismay] Ugh, I knew you wouldn't understand. [begins to walk away] AANG: Wait! Stop! I do understand. You're feeling unbelievable pain and rage. How do think I felt about the sandbenders when they stole Appa? How do you think I felt about the Fire Nation when I found out what happened to my people? ZUKO: She needs this, Aang. This is about getting closure and justice.' AANG: I don't think so. I think it's about getting revenge. KATARA: [angrily] Fine, maybe it is! Maybe that's what I need! Maybe that's what he deserves! AANG: Katara, you sound like Jet. KATARA: It's not the same! Jet attacked the innocent. This man, he's a monster. SOKKA: Katara, she was my mother, too, but I think Aang might be right. KATARA: Then you didn't love her the way I did! SOKKA: [hurt] Katara! AANG: The monks used to say that revenge is like a two-headed rat viper. While you watch your enemy go down, you're being poisoned yourself. ZUKO: That's cute, but this isn't air temple preschool. It's the real world. KATARA: Now that I know he's out there ... now that I know we can find him, I feel like I have no choice. AANG: Katara, you do have a choice: forgiveness. ZUKO: That's the same as doing nothing! AANG: No, it's not. It's easy to do nothing, but it's hard to forgive. KATARA: It's not just hard, it's impossible.
but I also love that because none of this happens without zuko's knowledge.
zuko is just the means to an end, and he's okay with that. What katara ultimately decides to do is up to her;
but zuko is going make damn sure he's there to make sure she's able to make that decision:
they make it to the southern raiders and zuko charges in, deflects the commanders fire and when he asks them who they are, zuko responds perfectly. he's angry for her. he never tries to make it about himself and his actions confronting the Southern Raiders Commander and Yon Rah reflect this:
COMMANDER: Who are you? ZUKO: You don't remember her? You will soon, trust me. [katara starts bloodbending him. zuko looks shocked for a moment, before quickly returning his attention back to the commander] ZUKO: Think back. Think back to your last raid on the Southern Water Tribe. COMMANDER: I don't know what you're talking about. Please, I don't know! ZUKO: [bending down closer to the commander] Don't lie! You look her in the eye and you tell me you don't remember what you did. [katara realises he's not the man, says as much and begins to walk away. zuko realises he still has a role to play to help katara] ZUKO: [grabs the weak commander and pins him to the wall] If you're not the man we're looking for, who is? COMMANDER: You must be looking for Yon Rha. He retired four years ago.
He does it again when they confront Yon Rah:
[Yon Rha is walking. he stops and turns around once more] Nobody sneaks up on me without getting burned! [drops basket of vegetables and firebends at a nearby bush] sensing no one, he picks up the fallen vegetables and continues on his way. He unknowingly steps on a thin wire, causing him to fall into the mud. He tries to get up only to see a fire blast coming his way which he quickly avoids. Zuko appears before him. ZUKO: We weren't behind the bush. [zuko takes a step forward to threaten him] And I wouldn't try firebending again!
After this, zuko steps back and lets katara handle it in the way she sees fit.
even its inferred that zuko thought it was violence that katara needed by what he says to aang at the end of the episode;
ZUKO: You were right about what Katara needed. Violence wasn't the answer.
the point is he never says it to her and he keeps that largely to himself and when she decides to spare his life, while visibly shocked and hangs back a moment to glare at yon rah, he respects katara's decision and sees that's what she needed:
basically what im saying is that whether you ship them or see them as friends, their dynamic is immediately compelling, interesting and respectful.

this is a very very VERY long rant, but it needs to be said, so:
This a friendly reminder that THESE girls are 17-18 (probably some even 19 due to being stranded here for year and half and not being clarified when they were born), they are JUST kids (i feel like most people are forgetting about this fact that these girls are just teenagers who were so excited to play soccer at nationals and didnt know, that they will be stuck in the wilderness for 19 months, go thru hell and do things in order to survive).
Ofc they will do questionable things that would make you hate them/dislike them, they are just kids. they didnt even thought they would or could get rescued anymore. They had to adapt to their new life out there.
so heres a friendly reminder that:
!!! Spoilers for S3 in here so dont read if you havent seen it yet !!!
THIS is a 17-18 (probably 19 at this time) year old lottie without her meds who just killed a guy because she wanted to protect her friends (mind you shes schizophrenic and she probably thought they wanted to harm them. First human contact in months, that werent her friends. she thinks what she she did was right :( )
she saw the hikers as a thread to the way they live now. Lottie probably doesnt want to go home because back home, she was 'punished' for her visions, but here in the wilderness, they were appreciated and seen as truth (which some of them were). She was appreciated and be finally herself.
Tumblr media
THIS is a 17 year old nat who just killed her coach, who begged her for weeks to kill him. The only father figure she had, butchered him and got under a lot pressure of her friends for several things for months (she feels guilty for javis death, jackies death and now bens death. and as well the pressure of being a leader and before that, being the ones together with travis to be responsible for food)
Tumblr media
THIS is a 17 year old misty who HAD to fight for ben in trial, who she talked out of a suicide attempt before. Killed her best friend. Helped to give BIRTH as a teenager (and took a place as a 'nurse')
Tumblr media
THIS is a 18 year old Mari trying to redo whats done. The one shauna took her anger the most at. Knowing their way to back to society was just ruined because someone who she looked up to before just killed their ticket to home.
shes was a scared teenager who followed the one who leaded/was in "charge" because she was scared teenager girl who just wanted to survive and wanted to have someone to 'lean on' in this tough times, so ofc she will switch up when a new "leader" happens. She just want to live..
she didnt want to rat Ben out, she couldnt find a believable lie they would believe (and was intimidated by shauna). She voted him innocent the whole time. She saw him suffering and thats why she was glad Nat did what she did. She loved ben esp after spending time with him in the cave. She was glad he didnt have to suffer anymore.
Tumblr media
THIS is a 17-18 year old Shauna who was butchering for months, not only animals, but also a kid, a kid she was close with. Shauna who gave birth as a teenager in the middle of nowhere without medical help and lost her baby, lost her best friend forever due to an argument all in just matter of months.
Her hate and actions this season are very valid actually
Tumblr media
THIS is a 17-18 (also like Lottie, probably 19) year old Taissa who saw her soulmate (almost) die in front of her. Who developed probably DID due to the trauma and the evil Tai took over her to 'protect' her from it.
Tumblr media
THIS is a 17-18 year old van who got attacked by a wolf who almost killed her (in fact she did die for a while and almost got burned in a plane) who just wants to go home even if its her mother whos neglecting and abusing her.
Tumblr media
THIS is a 16-17 year old travis who got sa'd, lost his father AND a brother, had a pressure of being a hunter and provider of food together with Nat. Who got pressured doing shrooms as a form of therapy (and connecting to wilderness) and started his addiction here. He was an outsider, he didnt knew these girls as they knew eachtoher. He was all alone when his brother died.
Tumblr media
they were just kids. ofc they will act like how they did out there. Ofc they would start a 'cult'/their own society in here. They didnt thought they could get rescued anymore. They gave up hope on that months ago.
the concept of wilderness or it is the girls coping mechanism to deal with the fact, that they are stranded somewhere they have no idea where they are and the fact they might have never been back to society again.
They accepted that this is their life, so ofc they would react how they did when there was a possible change of that.
In fact, Ben indeed was their bridge to home. If Nat didnt kill him, didnt 'celebrate' his death and if they didnt sing, the hikers wouldnt find them.
So at some point, he indeed did save them, not right away, but eventually. Because the hikers will get missing and a rescue will come look for them (because they know where they went) and instead of the frog hikers, they will find the girls.
You can dislike the character but keep in mind, those girls are just teenager girls trying to survive what life throwed at them, aka, being in the middle of wilderness.
Hating a character in this show is too much imo. All of the characters are beautifully written and portrayed by the actors. If you hate the character i assume you dont understand them (which is fine!!) but i feel like the hate is actually so forced and people are forgetting THAT THEY ARE JUST KIDS who didnt even in their worse nightmares thought they will be stuck in the wilderness when the plane crashed.
yes, each girl did some questionable things that might have make you dislike them, each one of them has their pros and cons but THEY ARE JUST TRAUMATISED KIDS TRYING TO SURVIVE.
me personally i am not a big fan of shauna and taissa, both adult and teen timeline, however thats what makes them so interesting to me. I wanna learn more why they act the way the do so i can understand them more. And i know, over time i will.
Lottie, nat, mari and misty are my favourite since season 1 for multiple reasons, but mostly because i see myself in them, not completely but i see myself in them.
so over all, this is just a friendly reminder that these girls, the ones you are hating on, are just traumatised teenagers who tried their best to survive somewhere in the middle of nowhere without knowing they will get rescued one day.
it probably does not make sense, but my point was just to point out that they are just kids and the hate im seeing everywhere on each mentioned girl (and travis) is making me sad.
Like, are we all watching the same show? This incredibly amazing show, that shows how trauma and ptsd makes you act/develops you into a different person?

Sub! Aventurine
Tumblr media
It's not a fic or even hc but more like synopsis of my thoughts about him being submissive in bed.
NSFW themes but without detailed description of intimacy so GN! reader, mention of Aventurine’s past > mention of SA and slavery
Aventurine doesn't mind passing control to you during bed time, even if it's only the start of your relationship. In this case, his usual frolicsome behavior would turn him into a spoiled brat who demands more pampering and attention. So there couldn't be found any embarrassment in his responsive touches or moans: actually, Aventurine would prefer to unleash his voice and let you know loud and clear how much he enjoys your actions.
At this point it's more like a game of who will take the lead, as even in the bottom role he continues to be pretty active and lead you, if not command, on how to properly serve him: both with his disobedience and brash comments. So if you would decide to punish him or just be a little rough, he would take the spice and also enjoy this.
It's actually even surprising how open Aventurine is to try new experiences, but the answer to his nonchalant behavior is pretty simple: he doesn't just trust you enough.
One of the main Aventurine’s traits is to always attract attention to his persona and show off in front of a crowd both by his showy appearance and easygoing, smug maneuvers. The facade he built needs to attract more people, so no one would try and dig into his bosom. And yes, this rule would apply to you too, at least in the first few steps of your relationship, where Aventurine is still considering this like some game. And he's still musing about taking the risk and letting you actually step close enough to notice what hides in shadow behind his mask of dapper gambler.
When this stage would pass, you would be introduced to his real self - and I'm pretty sure that deep inside Aventurine’s heart he's still partly being Kakavasha. There probably would be a moment where he would regret doing this and play it off like some old story that doesn't disturb his sleep anymore, but if you manage to show enough patience with his attempts to toss away his traumas, his behavior would change drastically. The usual loudness of his voice would be softened up, as he tried to relax completely for the first time in a long while.
It probably would take a while: not because he doesn't want to, but because thought about being absolutely vulnerable and dependable in front of even one person is still responded with a cold knot in his stomach. Last time he was this weak was during his slave days, so there's more work that needs to be done for him to not be afraid of ACTUALLY passing control to you.
And now there is where all his timidity arises, the almost innocent embarrassment of a virgin,
as now you wouldn't be able to drag even a full sentence from Aventurine: all his remarks lost all the usual acuity. It's like he not only opened his soul, but also exposed a new body that is much more sensitive to any touches and praises - his lips would probably be swollen and red even without your kisses after his attempt to muffle every whimper.
Would prefer something slow and gentle, of course, with doubled praise kink as Aventurine NEEDS to hear how good and beautiful he is, and that you love him even in a defenseless state, so love bombing would also work. In reverse, cold or silent treatment would break his heart or even scare him off, reminiscent of what he usually got when his last owner wanted to use him in bed.
He needs to learn that there's a good and pleasing side in being under someone's power, so he hopes his bet on you being a good teacher will lead him in the right way.
P.S: Also thinking about him not undressing fully in the start, where he's playing the role of powerful bottom. Would let pull his pants to get the work done, but if you want to caress his body then only through some clothes, usually thin but strong fabric, not something transparent.
And in the second part, where he's trusting you, he slowly would take more and more clothes off and show you the scars of his past. Would be insecure about them, considering every bruise as a mark of his weakness, so all lewd commentaries about this are prohibited. Double points if you would be gentle about it or even kiss a few of his scars during slow gentle sex.

Sooo… any headcanons about the most innocent/wholesome/guileless things about AGSZC? (❀ ❛̤⌄❛̤)
(@violetinkclouds)
Angeal: Has a habit of tucking people in if they fall asleep around him, doesn't matter who—Zack, Genesis, Sephiroth, younger SOLDIERs, no one wakes up cold when Angeal is around. Will absolutely stop mid-conversation to kneel down and pet a stray cat or dog (especially dogs!). Has full-on heart-to-hearts with them. The animal understands. The animal respects him. Keeps granola bars in his pockets because "you never know when someone might need a snack." Wears big, warm sweaters in private. If you borrow one, you're never getting it back because it smells like comfort and safety. Genesis hoards them. Will casually lift things out of people's hands if they're being stubborn. Zack refuses to take a break? Boom, his sword is now in Angeal's hand. Genesis refuses to stop reading? Book confiscated.
Genesis: Acts completely above "cute things" but has been caught multiple times cooing over stray cats and reciting poetry to them. Reads bedtime stories to his friends and other SOLDIERs whenever they spend the night together. Whenever he eats something really good, he makes this tiny, involuntary happy sound (if someone notices, he gets very defensive). Completes small tasks for anxious people without question, such as asking the barista for a straw or asking a question during a meeting when someone else is too shy to. Has a habit of gently fixing people's clothes—straightening ties, fixing collars, adjusting buttons—without even thinking about it. If anyone calls him out on it, he just raises an eyebrow and goes "Well, someone has to make sure you don't look appalling." If a child hands him a toy phone, he will answer it with complete seriousness. "Yes, this is Genesis Rhapsodos. Speak quickly, I'm very important."
Sephiroth: Holds tea cups with both hands and makes a happy humming noise when it tastes good. If someone asks him to describe something beautiful, he always says something from nature like cherry blossom trees, sunsets and rivers. Children love him because he actually listens when they talk and he's actually very sweet to kids. Laughs gracefully in public but is the type to fall over if he's in private and sitting on a bed. Makes more jokes than people think he does and makes use of sarcasm to annoy his friends. Gives Zack, Cloud and younger SOLDIERs quiet, thoughtful compliments that stick with them for days. ("You've improved a lot." "You handled that well." "You're stronger than you think.") If he's reading a book and someone speaks to him, he will look up at them over the cover like some kind of ancient judge weighing their soul.
Zack: Waves enthusiastically at everyone he knows—from across the room, down the street, even if they just saw him five minutes ago. Cannot sit normally in a chair. He's either backwards in it, sprawled out like a starfish, or perched on the armrest. If he sees a dog, all plans are canceled. He must pet it. He must know its name. If the owner says "oh, she's shy," he will sit on the ground and patiently wait to earn the dog's trust. Collects dumb little trinkets from gumball machines and keeps them in his pockets. Will absolutely gift them to people like they're rare treasures. "Here, I got you this tiny plastic dinosaur. He looks like you." Will pick flowers from random places and tuck them behind his friends' ears without asking. Has done this to Angeal multiple times.
Cloud: Tries to act all cool and distant but if someone ruffles his hair affectionately, he completely melts. When he gets praised, he doesn't know what to do with himself. Just stands there like (⊙_⊙) before awkwardly mumbling "Uh… thanks…" Collects little rocks he thinks are cool and keeps them in his pockets. If he sees a flower growing in an unlikely place (like between cracks in concrete), he stops to look at it every time. Acts all tough but is actually very polite. Always remembers to say "thank you" to waitstaff, cashiers, and mission personnel. Even if he's exhausted, he'll still say it automatically.

so like . maybe opening a Google doc for this is a bit much however (future sage after they finished, it was not. it was not a bit much) . consider . who cares
the paragraph analysis (that isn't 2k words) - morally grey, maybe leaning more villain, some vague concepts of like- power? (of the magic kind?), probably was part of a group / company and isn't anymore . also like . getting vague toxic ex vibes from at least two of those songs.
anyway. I've gotten very good at analyzing songs as we all know. and so - a short little analysis based on nothing but the vibes of those songs <3
-> [Bones]
-> giving very morally grey kinda vibes? something about like- “I'll take the long road home that's lined with blood and snow” have they killed people? maybe their past involves some kind of death? the whole thing of innocent but they'll still serve time, maybe they're being blamed for some kind of death? The line about being your own worst enemy - do they blame *themself* for something that happened? do they think they're a bad person and keep going on anyway? Also that first like “can you believe in something that you can't even see? Can you agree we're part of something bigger than you and me?” Very ‘part of a suspicious group” kinda vibes, especially with the other lines about blood and innocence. “The mirror's always showing me a shell of who I used to be” maybe they used to be a better person than what they are now? (Looks at Little Wolf. looks at Little Wolf so hard)
-> vaguely kinda . toxic (or more than just toxic) ex vibes if you look at it in the right lens . like the lines about “you can give and take” and “Crack my bones but my heart won't break” like. yeah
-> [AC/DC]
-> this one is giving me . a time . because okay the main thought is of course like- robot. or some kind of mechanical parts, connected somehow to something like that?
-> if we go robot route, you have the obvious of like- morally grey robot being used by slightly evil group / company to do their dirty work, but in combination with all of the other songs I'm not quite sure that really fits completely?
-> could actually be more *the group / company* talking to starbound!sherb as opposed to starbound!sherb themself, which in context to the other songs I feel might be a bit more likely? honestly this song is the most confusing one to me-
-> [Rats]
-> something about how the group they work for is a little evil and they're all kind of rats and rats aren't considered good or clean or anything (something about having blood on their hands?) “Guess he's only got himself to blame” Something about how they've done bad things but (they believe) it's kinda their fault because they kept doing it without any question
-> and the other thing . toxic ex vibes . just very toxic relationship vibes . something about “love me like the rats in the cupboard” but like they wouldn't be loved because no one *wants* rats in their cupboard. the “watch me me burn and feed the flames” something about a possible partner (or I guess this could be like- okay I have brain worms and they definitely *were* apart of some kind of group so this could be referring to that but . lemme have my fun <3 - and this doesn't feel like the kinda song sherb would pick if thats the case? soooooo /silly) letting them wear themself down and feed the fire of why they're not a good person? “Do you ever get sick of watching me cave in” like ??? okay now . something about getting close to someone and then just . They don't help you and just watch you from afar. mmm. “Pull me apart and spreed me thin” do I need to elaborate . like. same reason as the last one- “told me she was back and here to stay, said she loved me and she wants my money, well I told her not today” very like- maybe controlling past partner maybe? this whole song gives very toxic relationship vibes and I dunno how else you want me to say that- “love me like the rats in the cupboard, not enough to keep a dying flame” something something starbound!sherb finally walking away from this? finally going off and trying to distance themself from this person?
-> half vaguely coherent thought of maybe like- them leaving the possible group they could've been apart of and like- getting into a relationship that isn't healthy in the slightest bc they haven't been able to process and the other side is just toxic? you know? shrug
-> [Sinners]
-> very just . morally grey vibes. not like lyric wise just like Vibe wise you must listen to it to understand I feel. “I must be good for something” so they want to be useful huh? is that a thing they wanna do? hm? /silly “oh Sinners come down, come gather round” something about maybe formerly being in a group - maybe being in some sort of higher up position? who knows, not me, clearly. “Let's go have some fun before they put us in the ground” so there's people after their group or just them perhaps? (with the addition of leave me alone later on the playlist, this is highly likely that *someone* is after them) “lions sit in solemn lines, drinking gin and dropping lines” something about whatever they do being very like- controlling? (could tie back to AC/DC maybe?) like them being on a tight ship perhaps? there's a lot of repeating lyrics in this one so there's not too much for me to look at with my eyes :(
-> [Little Wolf]
-> so this is the outlier of the group it'd seem . and . okay I've been brain worms about this one. because there's like- two ways yoou can see this one. also they're for sure not Athena I hope we can agree on that-
-> so option number one that- I think makes the most sense, is that in the context of this song they'd be antinuous. Kinda of more of that “morally grey, leaning a bit more ‘villain’” kinda vibes they got going? Just very antagonistic and stuff like that? (To who is another question but we probably can't get that just from the playlist)
-> other option is they're telemachus - a younger version of them only hoping to be a good person (perhaps joining a group in hopes they'd be able to help out with space horrors?), being taken under the wing of someone older and willing to protect them. (something about how arguably, under this interpretation, they could very easily be *both* telemachus and antinuous, trying to be good at the beginning and only ending up a worse person despite. Perhaps this is some kind of internal dialog, who knows. it's funky thinking about what's up with them)
-> [Dark Science]
-> This is the part I get the vague power vibes from? it just has that vibes and I can't explain it more than that-
-> actually on second thought it could also just be like- the group they were / could've been a part of? like something about their leader or a recruiter talking to starbound!sherb? and or star!sherb talking to like- a victim, but I lean more to the first option? something about the pre-chorus “Of your cold heart, no spark Restarting your true dark With mismatched animal parts Cannibal starved, natural Death is just the start” Feels very like- trying to convince them that it's gonna be fine and whatever they're going to do to star!sherb will all be fine (maybe they're like- cyborg? or along this song maybe some funky alien things? which could maybe also add to the powers idea that I've slightly squashed) and the chorus telling someone to not be afraid feels very “someone trying to convince someone else this group / these people are good and this is completely normal and ethical :)” also this - “With every draw I paint a picture Perfect murder scene But if these mortuary walls could talk We both know that they’d scream Hindsight is the only judge and jury that I need” feels very like- their story has *something* to do with death of some kind, be that literal or like- something else I'm not sure we can figure out. also the bridge talks about control and being a “cog” and. yeah I think their story perhaps also has something to do with control . I feel like those are the two major vibes I get. (Add the toxic ex idea to that? mmmmmm)
-> [Cavalryman]
-> something about being a soldier something about doing people's dirty work something about being apart of a slightly evil group something something. I don't have big brain worms about this song its just very big vibes honestly. also a lot of stuff about death yet again? like I feel like this could perhaps be a big part of their story… just guessing here though who knows… /silly
-> [Do What I Gotta]
-> morally grey bitch <3 /pos - also, seems like they might be on their own now perhaps? not apart of a group anymore - something like they left it for something better? (being morally grey still <3) anyway. “This city got issues lucky for us though I'm a one man armada” something about them trying to fix everything on their own (points back to that idea in Sinners of “I must be good for something” perhaps?) “I'm a bottle half full cause I got a good feeling that this world will truly start healing long as I do my part and keep a head start” very funky vibes going on here - seems a but more optimistic than the previous songs seemed? maybe they're trying to change their ways (albeit still in a definitely morally grey kinda way) or something like that so they can reverse any harm they could've done? “Imma do what's best if I get knocked down i'll start from the bottom” something about how they're willing to start all over if they get knocked off wherever they are? thyre *willing* to start over and still climb their way back up to the top. and then the . “count your days, I don't care what city you stay, I don't care what path you walk, the fact that you walks enough to get slain” Oh so like they're definitely killing people . so like regardless of what they did before they're probably definitely killing people still- “”we are your friends, we're in your crew, we are like you,” or that what they say” so maybe they're killing the people they used to associate with question mark? “Your choice is easy just pick a side but pick the wrong one and you'll probably die” funky funky funky for sure guys . normal
-> [Leave Me Alone]
-> puts my fingers together . toxic ex makes an appearance perhaps . I dunno something about this song in combination with Rats (and also Bones a little) is giving very toxic ex vibes and also probably like- their past group too but. lemme toxic ex truth here for a little bit please <3 “you took the money but the money couldn't buy a friend” points, there was a reference to money in rats and it was In a very oh this person wants this but I won't give it to them and this also maybe has that kinda vibes. also the whole just . leave me alone idea . toxic maybe kinda controlling vibes from rats and bones - it's not a *long* stretch to assume they might be after star!sherb? “The devil that you is better than the devil that you don't” perhaps like- maybe star!sherb not wanting to hurt whoever after them despite everything (the devil they know being the person after them, and the devil they don't being star!sherb? something about how star!sherb definitely is like . okay with murder-) “go fly a kite until your tangled in the hanging tree” Well that's a way to tell someone to kill themself- okay no for real something about how maybe in this case star!sherb doesn't want to get their hands dirty? and they want someone else, or even the person after them, to do it themself as opposed to otherwise (if we go toxic ex situation, something about still feeling things for them despite everything?)
uhhhhhhhh, I think that's all. word count on all of that is like two thousand words . thought that'd be shorter guess I'm just too much of a loser for that. anyway I have brainworms about starbound!sherb I hope that's clear 🧍‍♂️

☆—ink…or whatever…M!TATTOOARTIST!Whitney
TW; rambling idea about aged up Whitney that’s not well orchestrated…sorry.
—Whitney always thought it was satisfying when he gave people tattoos. Not because it shows off some of his learned and natural skill, but because he thinks the entire experience is just begging for a porn scene to be made of it. Some of that shit beats some of the newest amateurs out today, the sole reasons he began wearing baggier pants during sessions.
It’s all so sweet, an innocently sexy thing that shouldn’t make him that down bad but it’s almost therapeutic. His low voice speaking in a mocking way that isn’t caught onto by the people feeling too nervous. His hands wandering on smoothed, freshly shaved skin as he touches places he might not have to but they don’t exactly seem to be opposed to his gloved fingers dipping into places. Whitney especially loves when he gets to tat up some interesting spots; the soft gasps, the squeezing of the faux leather seat, the cute pleading eyes they give him when he’s barely at the midway point…he has a hard time not saying something that could give them a peek into his own little brain full of carnality.
His own instincts are telling him to take advantage of the laxed position of more experienced clients by sitting his hand around their neck and finally getting to mark up their skin in a different way. He wants that scenario of them knowing what they want; he knows he would show them something other than that art book when he’s glazing the newly tatted ass properly instead of just getting in a few squeezes. In his head he’s actually just sloppily fucking the mouth of the client who’s attempting to show him that poorly drawn reference and knowing they’re unaware that they’re getting creamed in his head makes him able to endure that torture a bit longer.
Of course some do allow for something more, if they’re not a pussy. He appreciates a gentle rubbing over him as they curiously rock their hips against his fingers; him pausing every once in awhile to give them a passionate kiss, his tongue lapping over theirs eagerly as he moves the tools away for the moment. Whitney thinks of those moments where he can quickly slip it in on a particularly slow day as the noises and quick movements are allowed to be slower and deeper with him able to really feel every inch with more control. And yes, receiving head in his car after an appointment does count as a proper token of gratitude.

okay my jayessence post because they're actually so tragic. sequel to this post.
another preface: in my u, jason came to the all-caste in the lost days arc (right before issue 6 probably) as a final attempt from talia to get him to see the light basically (and ya know, not go through w utrh and killing more people). plus she knew he wouldn't be able to kill his teachers.
okay so basically. jason is brought into the all caste and absolutely no one likes him. ducra barely tolerates him. why the hell would the all-mother attempt to train a human? a human who has killed people??
he survives the cleansing and they only hate him more. they all see this homocidal human and think, this is everything the all-caste is against, the evilness of modern humanity. it goes against the traditional teachings of purity in the all caste.
essence hates him too, but it's more of a rivalary thing. her mother seems to believe in HIM more than she believes in essence, in HIS goodness, but not essence's. essence hates that, but she's also totally intrigued by this human boy.
when he begins training, she basically tutors him. they begin to talk and spend more time together, she is basically the only person in the all caste that tolerates him (apart from ducra). they bond over their relationships with their parents, being prodigies, and other things like rebirth (her being reincarnated constantly and him being brought back to life).
they begin a romantic and sexual relationship, but due to all castes puritanism, it is strictly forbidden and therefore secret. jason is also seen as ducra's son because she treats him like her own child, thus most people see jason and essence as adopted siblings (obviously they're not but they can't deny it because that would mean admitting they were in a relationship) (this comes from rh:o and that all caste member referring to them as step siblings)
to me, their relationship is very intimate. they're each others first everything. they understand each other in ways they never thought they'd be understood.
anyway, they're extremely close and essence starts to realize that she wants more out of life than just training. she hears about the world outside of the caste, and she wants to experience more than what she does just under her mothers supervision. although she still wants to fight and be a warrior of the all caste, she wants freedom too.
she goes to ducra and says, "hey i want to leave the acres and battle the untitled, i can use my connection to them to find them and end them."
ducra flips out, "no you're being stupid you're not ready. your connection to the untitled is a curse, not a blessing. i should've cleansed you a long time ago, and i was a fool for giving you that choice and allowing you to remain uncleansed."
essence is basically, "i will not succumb to your "purification", we both know im not as pure as you want me to be."
and ducra is like, yeah bitch, i know. you're fucking the human boy. he corrupted you, you've lost your innocence. and you refuse to cleanse yourself, to conform to MY standards of purity.
so ducra exiles her. kicks her out of the all caste, away from the acres. jason is devastated, but he finishes his training. then leaves the all caste and you know the rest. utrh!
now, let's talk about some parallels, contrasts and similarities between essence and jason.
-> "rebirth": essence is given a new life every time she dies. jason todd is killed and reborn in every single universe, and is pretty much implied to be unable to properly die/stay dead. they are both unable to die, there is no end to their suffering, they must keep living. they are soldiers who will fight for eternity (in their parents' war).
-> parents, rapid fire: having a parent who must be right/correct at all times (bruce because of the narrative & "batman can't be wrong", ducra because she's omniscient/knows all). the high expectations put on them. being the black sheep of their people/family. not being able to give up their "impurities" (essence literally and jason with killing) for the sake of their parent's conscience. wanting to fight their family's war but disagreeing with the methods of their parent.
-> souls/shadows: to me, essence's shadows are her soul. she has no actual soul, she hasn't been a real human in a long time. as much as i think the blood blades are fine and can work for a fun story with her and isabel, i think her smoke/shadow stuff should be her main weapon/power (at least when fighting regular stuff, while the blood blades can be used for fighting untitled).
her shadows should be the equivalent to jason's all-blades. they are both weapons using physical manifestation of their "souls."
what do/did they get out of each other?
jason showed essence freedom, rebellion, and broke the black and white view she had been taught. he showed her that life doesn't just have to be about her mother's mission, that there is a whole world outside of the all caste that she can see. he helped her realize that her powers and connection to the untitled can be used for good. he also helped her understand that killing and "immoral" acts do not define someone and that one is not evil or corrupt for committing act for the greater good (killing the untitled is not seen as really killing because they're essentially demons. killing humans is a different thing, regardless of how the human is, if they are not fully corrupt, it's not okay.)
essence showed jason rebellion too. that he can fight and kill and help people without worrying that they're innocent. that there is a way to know when someone is truly beyond saving. she also showed jason care, and intimacy that he wasn't used to. someone who would love and touch him with gentleness and without needing something from him.
they both helped each other realize that their parents way isn't the only way, and that they aren't alone in being messed up, and "impure" in the eyes of their parents. (obviously they met before jason had his confrontation with bruce, but jason knew bruce wouldn't approve of his methods already.)
anyway... i don't know if this explains them well enough, but they're very perfect in my mind (romantically or not). weird freaky looking nonhuman girl x traumatized loser human guy who has never felt the touch of a woman, save me.
i don't necessarily think they need to be in a current romantic relationship, and honestly think her and isabel would benefit from like. haunting and/or torturing him. their relationship is very much a first love kind of thing to me, but i think they still hold a lot of affection for each other and a special place in each others hearts. like they wouldn't be where they are without each other.
hope this makes sense... 😓

#oh yes and the fact that she's responsible for all her ppl and constantly feels the weight of their grief#like when that woman slaps her for losing her son in the war and miriel just lets her and then hugs her... she'll shoulder it bc she has to#and bc no one else should#and bc she can take it#but it's very much not fair#and how unfair it is is VERY highlighted in this vision bc she's around innocents; the typical “women and children” that are not sent to war#to fight but nonetheless feel the burn of a nation's devastation#and she can't protect THEM like she can't protect the soldiers like she can't protect herself like she can't protect anyone#we're talking abt a woman who (figuratively) jumped in front of her bodyguard to protect HIM#girl it's HIS job to protect YOU#(she also did it bc she loves him and he loves her but you get my point)#“no one will get to escape god's wrath” now that you mention it YES the imagery is insane and it further emphasizes how cruel the gods in#this universe actually are#meanwhile galadriel has always been a fighter more than a leader and has always been afraid of ending up alone which is directly tied to her#being a fighter first and foremost etc. etc.#like they both place themselves on the front lines but in VERY different ways#tar miriel#trop#viola watches trop
Insane tags by @queenmotheralicent
OOOO very very good point on how it also shows how much protective she is of her people and how she cant protect them despite everything .''She'll shoulder it because she has to and bc no one else could'' YEAH! Like WHO could take so gracefully getting slapped by a woman at her fathers funeral! Insane to me how she pushes away almost all the time the possibility of being protected it has NEVER crossed her mind she should be put first ,probably because she grew up with knowing she would have to be responsable for a nation plus the prophetic dreams she has and the Palantir.I didnt think about the whole woman and children thing but now that you make me notice IT IS a very deliberate choice.Galadriel being alone because she has always feared this ....crying .Many people say she is a leader and in some sense she is for being a commander but like shes also quite alone and for now she is more of a fighter. since i think she has her duty to slay Sauron first so perhaps she cant get too attached to too many people and people look at her with admirance but also suspect? as in like idk why shes like that ,that people dont have with Miriel.
I just can’t stop thinking about Miriels prophetic vision .Shes not alone like in Galadriels one ,she’s with women and their babies ,to talk about how much of a blessing it so have new life on the island .And even as she’s waking towards the giant wave she’s still holding one of the women’s babies .
I think it’s supposed to be a reference on how not even the most innocent creatures like literal babies will get to escape the gods wrath .And the writers were very evil in this .

I didn't see the original poll for context but I'm assuming we're talking sentient/emotional life. "People" as it were?
-whips out the list- (I'll prolly rb this over to my xiv blog as well even tho it's been collecting dust)
Izumi: I'd say she has killed before, but only in matters she absolutely has to like self defense or when there's clearly no other option. She takes no pleasure in it, trying to find other solutions first. The one time she might have enjoyed it (Zenos, because she hates his guts)? Her WoL AU is shared with her husband and we agreed that he's the Azem shard and the one Zenos is obsessed with trying to get a fight from, not her. The idea was to make her a non-seated ancient with ties to Azem in their old life that has also been getting beefed up every rejoining like the WoL does. (We originally thought to make them two halves of Azem's soul but realized the way the story works that doesn't really make sense).
Kalith: Has definitely killed before, and often makes threats to do so if she thinks someone deserves it. She only takes pleasure in it for those she deems particularly heinous, but in general gets a huge extra adrenaline rush out of fights with life on the line. Often has to have her leash reigned in to not accidentally go too far, because she's not particularly good at finding non-violent solutions.
Draelkiith: Any kills he has made have been on accident, and he regrets it nearly every time(there are those he eventually has to realize there was no saving them). He tries to think his way through problems first, but with the nature of the magic he's most skilled at (black magic) it can be difficult to toe that line before lethal.
I'm currently reworking Samir bc of dawntrail/the arcadion, and not sure if he has a WoL AU anymore due to having to work out his timeline. The new version of him for RP at least was born inside the time dilation bubble of solution 9, and has very complicated feelings he hasn't yet sorted out on the value of life and whether or not it's okay to take someone else's. He knows sometimes it's a necessity to protect others, but he doesn't enjoy it. I'd say, at most at the current point of his history, he might have 'killed' a fellow resident who he knew had spare souls in their regulator, but not out of malice or an actual killing intent - just the two fighters knowing there was no real danger in the tussle and deciding to go all out to see what would happen.
Kohaku: Kohaku has, absolutely, 100% taken many lives before. They've long since become very numb to having any sort of reaction to personally killing though, and view it mostly as a means to an end. They don't kill needlessly though, and is furious at those who would needlessly harm innocent life - if anything, they view taking the life of those who do such things as a fitting punishment.
Iekka: Iekka absolutely abhors taking life, finding value in all of it. Being a healer, her role is in supporting those around her, so others would be the ones landing the finishing blow in inescapable scenarios. She'd be desperate to a fault to find common ground or talk others down, but sometimes she reads in the stars or her cards ahead of time to know if it's inevitable. In such cases she stands down, and lets another finish the job. For scenarios where the WoL is alone and has to kill the opponent (Zenos for example), it is her being pushed to the absolute necessity of self-defense.
Seral: being very much a doing good but not necessarily for the right reasons kind of guy, Seral has absolutely killed before. He gets the biggest rush out of combat to the death and triumphing as the victor, asserting his power. Depending on his feelings about his opponent, he can even sometimes get his own level of satisfaction out of it.
Well okay then! I guess I should've expected that result lol. So now for the follow up nuance (no polls tho since there's a few questions here):
If your WoL has canonically killed people:
Have they taken pleasure in any of their kills?
Do they only kill people when they deem that they must or have they ever gone out of their way to do so?
If your WoL has not canonically killed anyone:
How do you work with the storyline of XIV (e.g. someone else is always there to deliver the killing blow/they just have the Kiryu Kazuma-like ability to maim people so bad that it puts them out of commission forever without actually straight up ending their life/canon is merely a guideline/something else entirely)

People hating on Dumbledore because he chose to take the hard way and step in and lead the fight against Voldemort. And now they blame him for all the people who have died (not just order members but also death eaters like Regulus?!) but if he hadn't done anything they would still have died. The difference is that a lot of other people who survived would have died too.
Yes, I agree that Dumbledore sometimes had a bit of an ego, and he should have maybe trusted more people/told more people (especially Harry and Snape) about his plans. But on the other hand, I totally understand why he didn't or maybe even couldn't trust anyone. There are literally a couple of reasons. Like the last time he trusted (not only trusted but loved) someone, his sister died, and he never forgave himself for that. Or the time the Potters trusted someone and they died. And simply the fact they were fighting a war, and it's common knowledge that you don't know who to trust in times like these, especially when you know the enemy uses spies.
Dumbledore also didn't raise Harry to die. I mean, as far as I remember, he only figured out that Harry was a horcroux when he already went to Hogwarts. Before that, he probably knew something was up, but I don't think he believed that this something would mean that Harry would die (or at least he chose not to believe it because it was too terrible to think about). And even when he knew Harry was a horcroux I think he still hoped that there would be a way for Harry to survive this because he did care about Harry (and I mean as a person not as some kind of weapon). But even if he raised Harry to die, what else was he supposed to do? Nothing? That would mean that thousands of other people would die. If you have the choice for either one or thousands of people to die, what would you do? It's obviously a horrible situation and I hope no one ever has to see that happen, but sometimes the only choices we have are bad ones, but we still have to choose.
In the end, Dumbledore was a morally grey character who made a lot of mistakes and also some character flaws but he had a good heart and most of his mistakes were made with the best intentions but under horrible conditions.
