The more stressed I get the more I want to eat the same premise over and over like the perfect reliable after school snack.

I know some fic writers get stressed about writing tropes they think are too popular or overdone, and I need you all to know that I just spent 4 hours reading every iteration of the same exact fic plot I could find, and they all brought me an indescribable amount of joy. There’s something disheartening to be reminded that “you dont have to mask all the time” is a lie. They meant “you don’t have to mask as long as it’s not inconvenient or uncomfortable to me.”

Me at 2-3am, having slept approximately only 1h last night (…/day), yawning: Hmmm. I could go to sleep before dawn for once, or perhaps read a bit of that fic I have been meaning to keep up on.

Me, 50min later, accidentally ruminating on vampires instead: OR…………. I could spend the next five hours & notable craft mess on creating a couple of assemble-able little clay puppet dolls, for the sole purpose of having better anatomical and positional clarity when playing out ephemeral little scenes between fictional little fool men inside my mind 🤔

Yes, actually, I do! See, my husband is not the only one in our tree house who stims. I quite frequently wring or play with my hands when I'm nervous, overexcited, or full of pent up energy, although Runaan usually helps with that last one. *winks*

Humming is also something I do to occupy my time! Whether I'm cleaning the dishes, making little trinkets, or running my hands through Runaan's silky hair, humming is something I enjoy doing without even realising!

Something that only very few know about me, though, is that I like to toss smaller objects, especially if they fit the size of my palm comfortably! They're just so shaped.

Runaan says I'm very good at tossing.

Maybe it's just the ADHD in me but every time someone expresses an opinion along the lines of "it's not that hard, just...." i get extremely livid.
