Hi lolz I rewatched Jurassic World and I drew a Mosa ^___^

A trailer recently dropped for a new Jurassic World movie titled "Rebirth". I gotta say I like this direction they are going with.

It looks like a fun thriller film; it reminds me of classic adventures like King Kong, as well as the Jurassic Park sequels.

It also looks like they are combining elements of Tomb Raider into the film with Scarlett Johansson acting like Lara Croft which is fitting since Lara has fought against dinosaurs before.

Okay, so, who do I have to commission to make a “Yaz dies from the Mosasaurus” fic?

NOBODY GIVE ME WEIRD LOOKS BECAUSE YOU GUYS LOVE MAKING BEN ACTUALLY DIE TO THE PTERANODONS !!! I’ve seen the fics ,,

The scenes happen back to back too, so it’s like — almost equal amounts of angst !! Because when Yaz breaks her ankle and Sammy runs over to her, she’s still pissed at Sammy, so imagine the guilt Sammy must feel if she watches Yaz die in front of her without ever making things right ??? Not to mention Ben’s guilt of feeling like he caused her death bc he was slowing them down with Bumpy. Maybe even Kenji too for not pulling her to safety fast enough with the feeding hook !!

Which is an ironic name..

I’d write it myself if I had the motivation to finish things ..

December 22, 2015: Jurassic World Is Closed

It’s finally here and I can’t believe how good it looks!

Aside from the Cloverfield monster, which had already two cool scenes in the first trailer, it looks just amazing. So I don’t mind it that much, but let’s wait and see how it will turn out in the full movie. But I need some time to get used to it, because it looks nothing like a Dinosaur. The hybrids were on the opposite the design wise faster to get used to.

It’s like Jurassic World rebrands itself from the ashes of Dominion. And also gives the Spinosaurus and his gang a spotlight and finally the Mosasaurus. The new Designs look amazing like out of one of these spectacular dinosaurs documentaries. I‘m so excited and hyped for this and I have still faith that this will be a good movie and worth a watch.

Today's not-so-random portfolio artwork (sticking with the Platecarpus theme) is a large mural depicting a pod of Platecarpus fleeing the mighty Tylosaurus (human figure for mural size). I do so love big mosasaurs – painting this was fun!
