📖 Journal Challenge 📖

Fill an entire page completely with doodles, scribbles, and sketches in pen or marker!

Often times we’re so caught up in keeping our journals in pristine condition with perfect pages “deserving” of being in our journal that it deters us from actually using it for what it was meant for:

A space to express yourself and record your present authentic self

This challenge is designed to work through your fear of “messing up” your journal and fulfill its purpose.

💭 Introspective Reflection:

❔What were you thinking about when doodling?

❔Are there any mistakes? If so, describe any feelings it invoked.

❔Do you often get discouraged from using your journal after an unsatisfactory journal entry?

❔The last time there was a large time gap in your journal use, what provoked it?

❔Which are your favorite doodles?

❔ What is something positive you’d say to yourself about making mistakes? Write it somewhere in your page!

Not every page has to, or will, fit your standards of perfect/good, especially when it results in repeated incomplete, blank journals!
