Summary:

Years after the world fell apart, various communities have established themselves, one of which is ran by four men who claim to be divine.

When they decide it's time to and heir to be born, they chose a virgin from their cult and make her their wife. Reader is offered a choice, of course. She doesn't have to marry them. But if she doesn't, the savior won't be born. She choses to become the Madonna. She is wed to all four of them, and moved into their home where her body is open to use whenever her husbands desire (free use au), in the hopes of getting her pregnant. It doesn't matter whose baby it ends up being, because they are all part God, so it doesn't matter... right?

stained glass windows I can't get enough of.

1/ Sainte-Chapelle, Paris

The stained glass windows in Sainte-Chapelle form a drenched masterpiece of stained glass with 15 immense bays of vibrant colors and intricate biblical scenes. These 13th-century windows document the scenes of the Bible, from Creation to Apocalypse.

2/ Cologne Cathedral, Germany:

The stained glass windows of Cologne Cathedral were done in a number of periods, such as the 14th and 16th centuries, when some windows, including the St. Peter window and the Tree of Jesse Window, date from 1509. The design for the window of the south transept of the cathedral was done by Gerhard Richter, finished in 2007, with 11,263 glass squares in 72 colors.

3/ Canterbury Cathedral, England:

The stained glass of Canterbury Cathedral dates back to the 12th century, with some panels thought to be among the oldest in the world. In fact, the oldest glass within the building is over 840 years old, showing biblical figures and their genealogies. A range of the Ancestors of Christ series, dating from the mid-1100s, possibly constitutes the oldest surviving stained glass windows in England.

4/ Santurio Dom Bosco, Brazil

The stained glass of Santuário Dom Bosco in Brasilia was designed by architect Cláudio Naves with Hubert Van Doorne in the 1960s, it contains giant walls in stained blue glass with rosé glass at each corner, creating a really dramatic interior illumination.

5/ Grossmunster Zurich, Germany

The stained glass windows of Grossmünster Zurich were designed by Sigmar Polke and installed in 2009. The windows feature seven windows in the nave made from agate, which were cut into thin slices through which light was passed to create a brightly glowing effect. Five further figurative windows, depicting Old Testament figures leading towards the chancel window created by Augusto Giacometti in 1933.

6/ Metropolitan Cathedral of St. Sebastian, Brazil

The stained glass windows of the Metropolitan Cathedral of St. Sebastian were designed in an intricate symbolism in the city of Rio de Janeiro. 7/ Augsburg Cathedral, Germany

i love this one because it's a great introduction to alice i think. also it radiates spiral so i hope we get avatar alice not dead alice (isnt there a podcast called alice isnt dead?)

this one was just fucking powerful and caught me so off guard like 😶

the norris statement <3 it feels like martin asking what he would do without jon which makes mag200 a lot sadder and i love them

they got him 😔😔 the horrors got sam 😔😔 also i found this to be an interesting contrast to jon's heavy resistance in season 1 like he was being compelled but he wasn't going to let anyone know that vs sam "its kinda compelling to trauma dump on this paperwork :]" how is he somehow even more victim material

episode 10: "Gosh you’re sexy, here’s a twenty for your trouble.” - alice

does this count as a quote if shes also quoting what she thinks sam should say? idk anyway i love her i would say that to her if given the chance and it was very silly. i will not be addressing bonzo i am scared.

episode 11: "...Thank you, Alice" - gwen

dyhard dyhard dyhard dyhard dyhard. okay also, the way she CRUMBLED at the idea of anyone doing anything nice for her please someone give her a hug and let it be ME. this series is tossing me back and forth between sam & alice (what is their ship name) and dyhard but this put me back to dyhard

episode 12: "You know it's rude to have absolutely no game?" - alice

she's so fucking funny i need her to be okay so badly!!!! i don't think even tim made me laugh as much as she makes me chuckle and this one really got me. it's hard to write such a comedic character in a podcast since you only have the voice but they really nailed it i adore her

episode 13: "Is it my fault?" - gwen

each of these episodes just reveal a little bit more about how loving and soft gwen is and idk i love her so unbelievably much so seeing that she felt guilt about the bonzo stuff just made her so much more real :(

episode 14: "Christ, they’re in the walls…" - statement

theyre in the walls!!! theyre in the goddamn walls!!!!! anyway that got me because i realized the hole before the statement said it. made more sad than scared tbh

episode 15: "Babies are cool!" - alice this entire interaction between her and sam & celia was so awkward, she is so obvious and i love her anyway

episode 16: "It’s not like I was holding doors open for Mr Bonzo or anything." - gwen my wife is so so so stupid but i adore her AND this gives room for character development. i wish she did not do that though. i love when characters are flawed and have depth but i struggled to get past THIS flaw of hers

episode 17: "Thanks, I guess. Not exactly the same, though, is it?" - celia shes talking TO JON IN THE COMPUTER. SHE KNOWS. i lost my damn mind i love her i love her. get the gay people out of the puter please queen

episode 18: "Why would I need to talk to you? Your work is satisfactory. Unless you have a work-related issue I could assist you with?" - lena solidified my opinion that lena is the best boss to ever have, i adore her and i would want to work for her if she wasn't the boss of Creepy Establishment #1

episode 19: "You’re going to throw it in the fishtank, aren’t you?" - alice colin's behavior is like really worrying BUT i'm glad he's back. i was not convinced he was still alive

episode 20: "I suppose it’s too late for remorse, isn’t it? And why should I be sorry? This is what I deserve!" - ink5oul/statement they reminded me of jon a lot, like especially his season 3/4 transformation when he doesn't quite know everything but he knows he isn't who he was in season 1 anymore, i hope we see more of their life and they can be helped :(

Hello. I’m glad you like my descriptions for your TMA Tarot.

They are very basic for cards. Mostly just enough to get a message.

But given each Tarot deck is personal to the images they use, I might eventually have time to really go into depth of cards meaning. I have 5 decks myself, and though messages can be the same, the way they are presented are different depending on the cards images.

(Example being my Arcana Deck’s star is very big into hope and courage. As the person who represents it is these things. But my Vampire Deck’s Star is more about the determination and desire of hope than the feeling of it.)

So for your deck I’d be going into more about how the Star and The Dark go hand in hand. Your deck would talk more about the facing of darkness rather than the hope the Star invokes. And would give more messages to the reader that, say reversed, means they are in despair.

So say they got Strength and The Star reversed, the reading would indicate they are in despair and fear, the darkness is about to consume them, and Strength would tell them to face the Dark with calmness and resolve. Invoking in a way two beings, to face the fear of The Dark you must embrace the strength of The Hunt.

I hope this gives you an idea of why I adore Tarot Deck’s that are stylized to certain fandoms. Because though the meaning of the cards are roughly the same, the way they are presented and told to the reader is very different depending on the art and/or fandom they are based in.

Sorry for this info dump, I wish you well with your exams and your project. Dont feel any pressure to continue it, doing 72 cards with 22 of them being heavy stylized as Major Arcane is not easy. (Not to mention the 16 Court Cards.)

I absolutely love your descriptions for the tma tarot cards I drew!

I don't have a lot of practice with more flowery/metaphorical language. Seeing your proposals for the card meanings really sparked up my drive for this project once again. I can go in depth about my reasonings and analysis but poetic prose is a whole other ball park.

The fact that I don't actually have a lot of experience with tarot is also certainly a factor. at the beginning I had trouble matching characters with their cards since all decks are different but that is also the beaty of tarot I learned!

Here's the whole list of the Major Arcana matches so far (keep in mind these might still change, some of theses matches I am more attached to than others)! I paired up all these cards a few months ago so atm am a bit fuzzy on my exact thought process but I made it a point to give each fear AT LEAST one card of the Major Arcana (including the extinction). I have not done the Courts as of yet and probably won't for a while.

PS.: Actually I should probably check out the Courts before I finalize these matches. who knows maybe I'll find better ones and push off some of the Eye servants over there I mean I love them dearly but also this deck is VERY heavily Eye stacked. the 'one card per fear minimum rule' definitely stays regardless

List of personal Magnus Protocol theories:

1. By ticking that box on the intake form, Sam has sold his soul in some way, similar to how the institute’s contracts function in some way. Unlike Teddy, he won’t be able to quit.

2. The Magnus Protocol was named after the Institute after something happened there in the 90s. The protocol dictates if the event repeats, the site should be burned down.

3. Whatever happened in the charity shop is an example of the Magnus Protocol being employed.

4. People rejected by the Institute are more susceptible to the forces at play. Sam included.

5. Alice knows more than she’s saying. Not in a villain way - she’s just got strong suspicions about what’s happening. It’ll be her that eventually reveals the workings of the OIAR to Sam.

6. There’s only one entity behind everything. The fears have finally unified. (Less sold on this one.)

7. The Web controls the OIAR (if I’m wrong about 6 or if we take the imagery of the person destroying the ant hill).

8. There exists entities of love etc in this universe, but they’ve been massively distorted by the appearance of the fears from the alternate reality.

9. We will get an Agnes appearance, purely because Jonny knows people were disappointed never to meet her.

10. Jon, Martin and Jonah are using the statements they read as the computer voices in an attempt to warn/sway Sam without having their own words.

11. There exist no 1:1 counterparts to the Archive crew. A different story is being told.

12. We’ll get at least one Avatar from TMA either living a normal life or influenced by a different fear.

13. People who’ve listened to TMA are at a disadvantage to knowing what’s been going on because we’ll be distorted by our TMA knowledge. Jonny’s going to pull something insane out of the bag.

14. Celia is the same Celia from TMA, she’s still affected by memory loss from the Eyepocalypse but has a faint idea what’s happening, hence her recognising Chester’s voice but not being able to place it.

15. [Error] most likely denotes someone from the TMA universe, but I think plausibly could mean someone generally corrupted by universe hopping in generally, e.g. someone coming into contact with something that’s hopped timelines.

16. Off the back of that, we’ll get someone who is from neither this world or the TMA world but a third world making an appearance.

17. The fears didn’t originate in the TMA universe.

NEED VOICE ACTORS

I need voice actors for my final project in English. Will be credited, Ideally voluntary work, though compensation is negotiable

The total length of the podcast is 15 minutes but it has multiple characters

It would be preferable to have more masculine voices, but anything works

The characters are:

I can edit most characters (switch genders, edit accent), but i’m keeping the old man the way he is

JANE: Main character (most likely will be voiced by me)

TRENT BONNES: Honestly just any American accent

Jane's 'assistant' in that he does most of the work. He's introduced as the Mythology specialist, but later on is shown to really be doing most of the investigating

MARIO ROSSI: Slight Maine Accent, In Middle-ages

Head of the police who creates a program to curb gang violence in teens which is actually just a way to train kids to hunt the monsters

DYLAN WRIGHT: Slight Maine accent. In 20s

Anonymous initially, he's a police officer who shot 3 monster who are children and is now haunted by them.

TRAVIS MATHEWS: Very Heavy Maine Accent. OLD

Owner of the house next to the forest, his nephew died in the last fires and since then he's been a conspiracy theorist who posts on monster forums

Plot Below

Jane is a Podcaster who travels across the US and solves paranormal mysteries. She goes to Maine with her crew to investigate a series of fires which plague the town of Pesk Brukato every 20 years. She's 1 year early. Her and Trent consider demonic creatures.

She initially talks to the head of police, Mario Rossi, and an anonymous police officer, Dylan Wright, who tell her about a program where they train children to boost morale. At one training session the anonymous officer shoots 3 monsters who are children and is forever haunted by them.

She then finds some audio files, all labelled on the date of the last round of fires and repeating a ghazal. Here she gets an address to the edge of town. She also gets a vocal analysis to find out they're jinns.

In the forest they lay a trap, but find char, and the dead body of Travis Mathews, tho the audience doesn't know who he is until after the ghazal is heard (involves banjo now)

Travis reveals his nephew, Jonah died as a result of the fires and killed the monsters often. Claims its to protect children.

Jane ends up 'kidnapped' and sends out one more message, the jinns ghazal changed, the words reflecting of the lost history of African American Muslims who were brought by slavery.

It turns out Jane and Trent are dead, and these sound files are what are found by Dylan Wright, who is currently investigating. This explains the constant clicking to change audio and the ending where Jane's audio is unedited, and why earlier episodes are corrupted.
