Joker's kid! reader, who was shocked by how gentle Batman's voice sounded, how gently he put his hand on the shoulder, how he led them to his batmobile, how he gently buckled up their belt, how he put blanket on them (why would Batman have a spare blanket in the batmobile?).

Joker's kid! reader, who had to spend so much time in the medbay, not only because they were malnourished, but because they had so much health issues.

Joker's kid! reader, who is visited by Batman on many occasions, and were shocked by his care. Why he was so caring? Gentle? Was it a part of some elaborate scheme?

Joker's kid! reader, who had to learn identity of Batman and batfamily, because they would be moved to the manor. At one hand, it was a good change, but they were so scared.

Joker's kid! reader, who recives unpleasant glances from all the family: Dick looks at them like they are sick animal, Jason looks like their are a ticking bomb, Tim like they are remnants of his nightmares, Damian like they are disgusting criminal.

Joker's kid! reader, who think they all will hate them more because they keep breaking things (they just don't know how to use them). Alfred looks at them with such an intense gaze, that they couldn't help but shiver.

Joker's kid! reader, who looks at interactions between Bruce and wounders if this is how familiar is? Is it supposed to be warm like this? Is that care? Is that what happiness is?

Joker's kid! reader, who thinks that they are so out of place. They do not deserve this, not after what their father has done.

Hello, I'm building the world of my Hetalia Cardverse AU fanfiction

I'm trying to sort the various character into the four suits (even though I probably won't use all of them anyways), but I need help for some, so I made a Google Doc with polls for you to vote (while choosing, remember the main characteristic about each kingdom that I listed both below and on the google doc):

The world has 4 Kingdoms:

Chapter 4: Joker's POV

I’ve seen it all before.

Fear. Panic. Desperation. Those little worms scrambling over one another, clawing at the last scraps of their lives like they mean something. That’s how it goes, isn’t it? They all want to survive. They’ll sell their souls to stay alive for just one more heartbeat.

But then there’s her.

She wasn’t supposed to stand out. Just another pretty face in a sea of nobodies. Quiet. Soft. The type you’d expect to cry and beg like all the others. But oh, she didn’t, did she? No, no, no... she stayed in that chair. She stared at me, all wide-eyed and shaking, but still... still. And she chose. She chose to die for them.

That quiet defiance.

It wasn’t loud, wasn’t desperate or grand. It was simple. She was done with the suffering, done with the fear, and she just... stopped playing. A little flicker of something else beneath all that fear—something different. And I’ll be damned if I didn’t feel a spark from it.

Why? Why didn’t she pick someone else like they all do? They always pick someone else. But not her. She chose to stay. Now that, that’s a rare thing. I can’t have that slipping through my fingers. No. That kind of spark—you don’t just walk away from that.

She fascinates me.

I’ve been watching her since then, of course. Following her little footsteps through the muck of Gotham, watching her routine—predictable, mundane. Pitiful job, crappy apartment... it’s all so pathetic, and yet she trudges through it, like she’s carrying some invisible weight. Like she’s stitched herself together after being torn apart and hasn’t decided whether it’s worth holding on. A broken thing trying to look whole... now, that’s worth watching.

She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s already mine.

I’ve been inside her place, touched her things, left little... traces. It’s thrilling, watching her catch on. The way her heart pounds when she realizes something’s off, when she feels my presence, even though I’m not there. The delicious confusion mixed with that icy stab of fear... it’s addictive.

I wonder if she knows how pretty she looks when she’s scared.

The way her lips tremble, her breath quickens, but she keeps it together. She tries so hard to keep it together. That’s the part I like best. That little flame inside her that says, “I won’t break. Not yet.”

Oh, but she will. And I’ll be the one to do it. I’ll snap her in half and put the pieces back together exactly how I want them. I’ll carve her into something new—something no one else can touch.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve replayed it—the way she looked up at me in that chair, wide-eyed and trembling. Like prey caught in the jaws of a predator but too stubborn to cry.

I want to see it again—those pretty eyes all wide, wet, and locked on me, begging without words. They betray everything, spilling secrets without even meaning to. I can almost feel the weight of it, how she'll finally understand there’s no escape. That’s the moment. That’s when she’ll truly shine.

It’s not just her fear I want. Not exactly. It’s the way her fear sharpens everything about her, makes her burn brighter—makes her alive.

The funny thing is, I don’t even know if I want to hurt her. Not really. Scare her? Oh, definitely. Twist her up until she doesn’t know which way is up or down. I want to keep her in one piece... I want to see her break. It’s maddening, really—this tug-of-war she doesn’t even know she’s started.

But there’s something... more to this one. Something raw, something alive that I've never seen before. That little defiance, buried under layers of quiet.

And I want it. All of it.

I wonder how long she can last before she realizes she’s already mine.

I’ve given her space to breathe, let her think she’s still in control. But control’s the biggest joke of all.

Watching from afar has its limits, though. Sooner or later, you’ve got to take the toy out of the box if you really want to play.

And me? I'm done waiting.

Hear me out: Slugterran Liar's Bar.

Do you understand the absolute CHAOS a Slugterra Liar's Bar would be?

For those who don't know, Liar's Bar is a game about a card game, known as Bluff/BS/Cheat where the aim to get rid of all your card, but your playing them face down and they gotta match the face up card that was placed at the start of the game. Two or more decks are typically used. (But you can play with one)

Obviously, at some point, you'll run out of the matching card. Let's say kings in this example and that were playing with 2 decks. That means 8 kings, and depending on the rules, 4 jokers(they normally sub in as acceptable stand ins so long as it's agreed on beforehand, otherwise there removed). You gotta call Bluff/BS/Cheat and flip that card that was put down, if it's not a king, the Liar takes the pot(pile of cards) but if it's a king you take the pot.

With the Liar's Bar game however, instead of taking the cards, you play Russian Roulette! You guess right? The Liar's gotta pull the tigger! You guess wrong? 1/6 chance of a bullet to the head!

The last one standing wins

Also, I think there was an update that allowed those who guessed right to shoot other players, but that's Chaos Mode, so let's stick to regular rules, lol

It opens the door to a lot of chaos. Simply because of the Slugs.

First, we are going to need opaque blaster shells and a revolver style blaster to shoot.

Second, an agreement on the kind of slugs you're allowed, Floppers are a yes since they are harmless, but the others? Not so much, but it would be fun to risk the chance of webbing or sliming yourself.

Third, an agreement on the number of decks used.

And finally, a poker face and no fear!

With the right gang it would be fun, chaos, but fun.
