Listening to I don't smoke by Mitski always reminds me of Clarke. Clarke griffin's inherent goodness bleeds out of her the same sticky red as all the blood on her hands and it takes and takes and takes & she can never outrun it because it's the beating bloody heart of her. She's the commander of death & she pulls the lever & takes the blame every time and she knows people will hate her for it and that's okay because as long as they're alive she can stomach it. For character's so soaked in bloodshed we see people become cynical & hardened and she's not exempt from this but what always stuck out to me is that love is at the centre of every thing she does and everything she is. I could give on entire essays on why I think she's the most character ever but I'll just leave this rant here.

Hi. Why jason hated bellarke so much?
Also, couldnt he just wait with filming for season 7 if The main actors - Eliza and bob needed a break for few months. I mean they were main leads, it could have been done but it needed a bit of effort and good will from showrunners....
Jason hated that
1. He had a lot of younger female fans
2. We liked the relationships and characters more than his increasingly ridiculously plots because he couldn’t just be grateful he had fans period
3. He wasn’t running game of thrones
Hope that man never gets a job again!

honestly if I see one more person call thasmins ending queerbait, it's not!!! they acknowledged their feelings!!! Alongside the fact that 13 was inevitably going to regenerate so they held off as to not hurt each other further!!!! and the AUDACITY some people have to say jodie and mandip queerbaited by posting fanart like babes they literally made it happen on screen get their names out of your mouth I'm sorry they didn't kiss but for some of us seeing that relationship grow AND GET AN ON SCREEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT was iconic because newsflash 13s era was more than just the romance between 13 and yaz and some people are forgetting that

I'm more in the CM fandom ‐ but I'm sure it happens elsewhere - why are fanon ships so offended when their fanon isn't happening? Many act like the show is against them. You mentioned one of the ships in your other ask response that I constantly see in the tags mad because their ship isn't canon.
Oh, it happens almost everywhere I’m sure - I’ve been through so much of it in differently fandoms and it’s just not necessary? Especially to shippers of canon ships because liek what did we do to you? It’s really not that hard to just be a kind person.
I will say that the most disgusting and vile fandom I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with were b@risi’s. Like I’m sorry Dominick Carisi is straight ??? and in love with Amanda Rollins but there’s no reason to be so ugly. Not to mention how they constantly twisted canon just to hate on Amanda for their own sexist reasons.
A lot of superc*rp shippers also weren’t the greatest either.... And I say that as a shipper of them. There were so many that were actually chill and really nice; but those bad eggs kind of ruined it for everyone.
I’d say that a fandom that gets a little bit of a pass for how were Bellarkes because Jason Rothenburg is honestly one of the most vile human beings with how he treated not only fans of the show, but the actual cast (to the point that he bullied an actor off the show the show and then executed his character - like gun to the back of the head while on his knees type of bullshit. And another actor took time off for his mental health and JR completely ruined his character in the process).
But really, there is absolutely no reason for how some of these shippers act. It’s not that serious. It’s never that serious. It’s a tv show and they’re fictional characters. And there are real people behind these blogs/account, really people with feelings - so can we just think before we send hate and death threats over fictional characters and ship.

The 100 is a post apocalyptic science fiction drama television series created by Jason Rothenburg that debuted on The CW in March 2014 and ended in September 2020, loosely based on the young-adult novel series of the same name written by Kass Morgan. The series follows the survivors of a devastating nuclear apocalypse coming back down to Earth from a habitat in space called the Ark, 100 years after the world ended. The first bunch of people sent down are a gang of juvenile prisoners, who after coming down to Earth discover descendants of survivors that are still living on the ruined planet.

Please read and help answer
I'm just trying to work things out so going to put a timeline here:
Scientific families on Earth elect to go on an interstellar mission to start a colony. They are given Beca's serum to protect them from potential radiation and memory drives to store their experience and Earth's history for the new colony.
They land on Sanctum with the plan being to build a colony and to have the females carry genetically variable black-blooded offspring so that the population is diverse(?)
Three weeks in the eclipse happens and Russel kills most of the colony (I guess?)
Russel and Gabriel spend 25 years converting the memory drives into mind drives to ressurect their loved ones in black blooded people.
Where did they get the other black-bloods? Were there women left alive who implanted and carried the embryos and let their kid get killed? Did Russel have sex with one of the remaining women and then implant Josephine into his actual other daughter, murdering her? Where did Josephine II's body come from since she's younger than 25?!!?
Josephine is successfully resurrected and so Russel and Gabriel begin murdering people to ressurect the rest of the Prime's. Gabriel is given a new body so he can be young like Josephine. Not only did his original body not need to be thrown away yet, this is seriously creepy for a now 50+ year old to still be hot for a ~21 year old. They begin the god-story to keep the peace. Everyone is black blooded because they're from the embryos??
After his first couple of bodies Gabriel begins seeding dissent against the Primes and gains his followers. He destroys the remaining embryos so that it's hard to find black-blood hosts because black-blood is a very recessive trait. He is almost executed for his crimes but Ryker helps him escape.
In he ensuing years the Prime's use up most of the available black-blood hosts and begin killing red blooded infants to convince people to keep breeding perfect hosts for them. Gabriel and his Children keep trying to save people from Sanctum and capture Prime's so that they can destroy the chips and the godhood once and for all.
The Lee's decide that the Lightwood's are dangerous and must be stopped because they think the red-blooded people are still people. Kaylee kills Josephine and when our heroes land the Lee's try to leave the Moon to find safety somewhere else.
After adventure squad find Sanctum and the children ask 'Are you here to take us home?' I guess we're supposed to assume that the kids were like 'we were just hiding in a safe bunker from the eclipse, are you taking us back to our regular homes'?
But really, where did they get new babies from after Russel killed most people in the first eclipse??!? I guess we have to assume that not all Prime's were killed. Josephine, Simone and the Lee's were. But maybe Priya carried the embryos knowing that they were for experimentation??!?
Like Josephine II's body, the first successful resurrection was someone's *child* that they spent 21 years watching grow up into their own person and then get murdered for Russel and Gabriel's benefit and the only way I can understand sacrificing your non-genetic kid like this is if it was a promise that they would bring Ryker back next.
But also, would parents do that? You lost your child 25 years ago. Would you groom all of your other non-genetic kids to be murdered for 21 years over and over just to bring your first genetic kid back??!?
Also, because it would take years to grow a population big enough to have enough women to carry the embryos, would Josephine II have ever had to carry an embryo, raise the baby for 21 years and then watch her child get murdered and turned into one of her friends??!?!

At the end of season 1, episode 9 of CW’s “The 100” Clarke witnesses what appears to be the death of her mother and only living parents. At the time, Bellamy Blake was the only person with her and presumably the only person who realized what had just happened. It stands to reason that following this traumatic event, Bellamy would have been the one to comfort Clarke during her first moments of grieving. Given the fact that this tender and incredibly important developmental moment between the two was left offscreen, we can only assume many other important bellarke moments were left unshown meaning it is perfectly possible that Bellarke was in fact involved (sexually and/or romantically) at some point in the show without any open acknowledgement from Jason. In this essay I will-

I don't give two shits if the creator of a tv show gets upset when fans of said tv show hate the creators "vision" and message.
No one likes tv shows or movies where the main characters die/everyone dies in end, no one is happy, or the bad guys win. It's not revolutionary, or some artistic vision or whatever bullshit they try to spin about human nature and how awful it is or something--it's just shitty writing that leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth, and heart.
And I fully support raking shitty producers over the coals, for trying to promote that shitty message in a medium that many of us use as a brief distraction from our daily lives.
