Tetsuna's Adult Cooking 101 I love Krazy Poppin' Cooking even as an adult, okay? I bought a sushi package in Amsterdam (one of my favorites) and my mom started pushing me again to try to prepare it with vodka instead of water. Because it is her birthday, I decided to do it. I did it with what was meant to be the caviar first, but unfortunately it doesn't becomes gooey with vodka at all. Experiment failed. I ended up using it instead of the brown sauce as I prepared the remaining package with water as it should. I am now about to make cute sushi out of my vodka-candy abomination. Wish me good luck.

i follow a toy asmr channel on youtube (dont ask) and its so funny to me that you can STILL tell "boy toys" and "girl toys" apart even in this day of one use disposable potion toys
because boy toys you get METAL MONSTER and his SNOT MONSTER FRIENDS
and with girl toys you get sun and moon fairy familiars with glitter eyes
#evora original#every now and then you get a japanese candy diy kit and it makes me want to find the sushi one and order it#that candy is the BOMB its so good genuinely if you can try some diy japanese candy kits

You can choose whichever Antiques you'd like for this one!
Taking them to a store (Walmart style or a department store with a bit of everything), giving them a hundred dollars, and telling them that they can buy whatever they like within that price limit.
Who takes advantage of it and what do they buy?
Enfield — He happily buys food, medical supplies, and other necessities. Although he can't see it as anything other than a normal supply errand, he's at least content to find useful things to buy for both of you. And to try to show how competent and helpful he is.
Snider — He'll buy anything that he thinks can be used as a weapon, and is openly irritated about the lack of actual military supplies in the department store. He's also trying to make a "point" about why the whole idea is stupid, so his choices are intended to piss you off.
George — His purchases are mostly food (will you cook burgers for him???), and he doesn't have the slightest second thought about spending the full amount. However, there's at least one surprisingly sweet gift for you mixed in with the junk food and impulse buys.
Kentucky — He mostly gets various craft and DIY supplies, fully intending to make gifts for you later. There might be an accessory for himself included too, though— one that he asks your opinion about before buying it, just to make sure Master likes his style.
Pennsylvania — He feels kind of bad about spending your money (he really doesn't need to be spoiled...), so he tries to buy things that will be useful to both of you. It's mostly practical items and things he knows you like, and he spends far under the full amount given.
Charleville — He's both deeply insecure about being too "high-maintenance" and unsure of what he should want, in the first place, so his purchases end up being little more than a piece of flattering clothing and some sweet wine. He gives most of the money back.
Chassepot — The main thing he gets is a showy, "romantic" gift for you, but if you pay close attention, you'll notice him smuggling a couple of bags full of cheap alcohol (an emergency emotional control measure) past you when he thinks you aren't looking.
Tabatiere — All he gets are cigarettes and some nice things to cook with, like new utensils or food he knows you like. He's deeply uncomfortable with the amount of money you gave him, so he's trying to make sure you get something out of this too.
Dreyse — A mixture of whatever practical supplies he needs (such as non-perishable food or exercise equipment) and Herme management tools, such as a belt that takes some coordination to remove. He'll also give you a good portion of the money back, in the end.
Jitte — His main purchase is nice sake for the two of you to share! Depending on what's available, he might also get Japanese candy, a little potted plant, or an interesting novel, but he's thanking you profusely for being so nice to him, regardless. Master is so kind!
Karl — He gets a fair amount of nice chocolate, and that's it. The rest of the money goes back to you. It's partially a dignity thing and partially just that he doesn't want to look needy, but he can't make himself spend very much. A small treat is plenty, really.
Lorenz — There's not much in a department store that interests him, so his selection ends up being an eclectic selection of objects that he intends to experiment with somehow. He'd also get a book or two if there's anything available that seems worth his intellect.
Cutlery — He spends the full amount, and it's all food. Specifically, non-perishable food that he can hide in his room and hold onto for the next few months. He tries not to let you see exactly what he's getting, and is concerningly protective over the bags when you leave.

MarriageToxin Profiles Vol.1
Haven’t seen these in English yet, so I’m posting them! Taken from the Japanese manga releases. Translated by myself. Sorry for the image quality;;
Gero Hikaru
DOB: November 24th Blood Type: A
Heir to the "poison user" Gero family. The type to have many copies of the same clothes. Keeps a large number of work tools under his coat. If the room he lives in isn’t constantly clean, he feels unsettled. On nights after something rough happened, he cleans public toilets and other places until they’re better than new. Due to that, rumors of an urban legend “the Midnight Cleaner” have begun to spread throughout one portion of the city.
Amount of money spent on DIY candy kits per month: approx. 200,000 yen *(approx. $1,500 USD )
–
*TL Notes: Here’s Gero! Starting off strong with the main character.
Blood types are included in almost every profile in this series. In Japan, blood types are actually considered pretty important for determining one’s personality and romantic compatibility. It’s similar to Western astrology with star signs. For more detailed information, search google or read here. In Gero’s case, Blood Type A is actually the most statistically common in Japan (40% of the population) so that makes him a relatively normal guy. According to one article, “people with blood type A are known to be highly-organized, particularly precise, and pay much attention to details. They are diplomatic and friendly in nature, so you won’t have a hard time approaching them. They seek harmony among other people, but they sometimes prefer to be alone because of their sensitive nature.” Checks out overall.
The DIY candy kits money is…far too much. Gero please what are you doing. Upon searching, a single package is like, $3.90 USD. So, $1500/$4 = 375 kits per month. That’s 93 per week. That’s 13 per day. Gero is the personification of that one dril “spend less on candles. no.” tweet. --
Kinosaki Mei
DOB: May 18th Blood Type: AB
A marriage swindler. Capable of winning-over any partner within 30 seconds. The possessor of an outstanding "mix-and-match" fashion coordination technique. On days off, ends up lounging around inside the house all day. After a long life in abject poverty, will eat anything. Once survived for 3 weeks based only off of gorging food on dates. Living space is small, and strewn with clutter. Is hiding a big secret. –
*TL Notes: The original text actually manages to avoid using any pronouns for Kinosaki. Given how Japanese is structured, it’s possible to sometimes drop a subject/object/pronoun entirely, without compromising the sentence. Unfortunately in English that’s much harder to manage, and often ends up sounding like you’re suspiciously trying to avoid the words. I tried to compromise here by arranging the text around. Just know that in the official text, they avoid giving any specific he/she gender markers for Kinosaki as of current.
For Blood Type: “This blood type is the combination of the precise qualities of A types and the free-spiritedness of B types. Given that it’s a rare blood type, people with this type are often perceived as geniuses or [eccentric]. They can be unpredictable and curious. People who belong to the AB type usually jump around from one activity to another, depending on their mood and situation. They chase ideal dreams and pursue learning and knowledge in a wide range of fields. They are calm and rational but have a complicated personality.” Again, checks out for a swindler known for changing to handle any situation.
…Yes the final line does say “a big secret”. Uh. EDIT: Chapter 54 sheds new light on this line! Perhaps it’s not a dirty joke after all, but something far more tragic. 👀
More coming soon!
#marriagetoxin#gero hikaru#kinosaki mei#mei kinosaki#marriage toxin#MT profiles#lmao official Protagonist Syndrome multiple sets of the same clothes#congrats to Gero on becoming an official Cryptid#also November is uhhhh 9 months after Valentine’s Day#does the Gero family celebrate that or…#yknow at the start of the series I wondered if he ate candy kits and nothing else#we’ve seen him eat real food since#but given that budget I Wonder#Gero does the family have a special medicine to control your blood sugar or something#also I want to see Kinosaki eating chips and binging TV on his days off#love how the second line in Kino's could mean win someone in love or topple an opponent#the fashion term specifically refers to re-using the same item in different ways btw#must be that scarf he always wears#Gero’s clean room requirement is rly unfortunate given uh Kinosaki’s profile info#them living together would be a DISASTER

Eichi, Hokuto, and Chiaki's little talk in the "Heart from ME STREAM".
Including characters' lines on screen and chat comments! In the chat, 3 people are commenting: Midori, Tomoya, and Shu!
Text is below.
Heart from me STREAM! Eichi & Hokuto & Chiaki
Note: this is two-part story.
Part 1
[♪]
Location: Makoto, Adonis, Chiaki's Room
Chiaki: …Haha! Good… -ting! …-ming!
Hokuto: Morisawa-senpai, your pin mic appears to be not picking up.
Chiaki: …? Sorry, is this okay?
Eichi: Everyone, can you hear our voices clearly? Can you comment something?
Hokuto: Alright. It seems that we are now streaming without any trouble.
Eichi: Fufu. The chat is asking what Chiaki was saying, and a lot of interesting answers are coming in. Chiaki, can you clarify it for us?
Chiaki: Umu! If I have to convey this feeling then no matter how many times, I will keep on telling you!
Fuhahahahaha! Good kids out there! I have kept you all waiting! Now it is time for the idle talk streaming!
Today, I will tell you about the splendor heroes to my heart's content… ☆
Hokuto: If, we can pull that topic card. Tenshouin-senpai, please pull one.
Eichi: Understood. For today's topic… "On stream, if you can pull any content, what kind of content will you pull?"
[☆]
Part 2
[♪]
Location: Makoto, Adonis, Chiaki's Room
Eichi: In Chiaki's case, certainly it is going to be the heroes' talk?
Chiaki: Umu. I want to have a deep discussion with all the hero experts out there, and tell all the lucky children, who haven't known anything yet, about the charm of heroes.
Hokuto: Lucky children?
Chiaki: That's right. They haven't understood anything, so from now on they can experience the joy of knowing. Learn about the heroes, and you can be a hero too…☆
What about you two? What kind of things are you planning to do?
Eichi: You see, normally I will do what I want to do, so I can't think up anything significant… Maybe making the "Idol Karuta"?
Hokuto: Idol Karuta?
Eichi: You read the words that give hints about idol's features, and you have to guess the idol correctly. You can deepen your knowledge while also talking about idols until you are satisfied.
Hokuto: You guys are just doing talkshows…
I want to try to do some educational sweets-making stream.
Eichi: Educational sweets.
Hokuto: Like doing crafts, but you are making your own playable sweets. For kids, it might be the same familiar treat but if they are making it, it will be a new thing that they never tried out before, right?
Eichi: Something like that is different from the trend. Sounds good, I want to try it.
Chiaki: "I want you to make it!" Thank you for the comment. Someday we will certainly make things happen… ☆
Hokuto: Now then, it appears that i’s time to wrap everything up. Thank you for watching our stream.
Eichi: Fufu. Please look forward to the "Idol Karuta" plan too. Well, let's us meet again ♪
[☆]
Translator’s note:
Karuta are Japanese playing cards. There are many kinds of Karuta, but supposedly Eichi is basing his Idol Karuta on the E-awase game. The yomifuda (reading cards) will write idol’s characteristics on it while torifuda (grabbing cards) will have idol’s face on. You have to match the correct yomifuda with its torifuda.
Educational sweets that Hokuto mentioned are the kind that you make and eat, like a kit set of DIY candy.
Characters’ lines on screen
Chiaki: Today’s stream is from mine and Yuuki's and Otogari’s room! Can you tell where is my private space in the room?
Hokuto: You can slightly hear Morisawa-senpai, that because our pin mics are picking up his voice. His volume is tremendous.
Eichi: Today Chiaki seems to be having more fun. The look of the people who can talk about the thing they like is nice, just gaze at him is enjoyable ♪
Characters’ comments on chat
@Midori_T: Uwa~ That person already has an accident right at the beginning.
@Itsuki_S: What is the point of watching Tenshouin’s stream?
@Tomoya_M: Hokuto-senpa~i!! I love you~!
Continuation: Aira, Tatsumi & Rei's talk.

Any weird things gojo and mochi do together or have in common?
This one's not weird but I think they both get heat exhaustion during summers and Mochi-chan would give her uncle a weak nudge before saying, "Gah, it's so hot.. Get something to cool us off." but Gojo with his parched voice goes, "N-no can do... I'm melting into a puddle as we speak." A few minute later Megumi comes back from the convenience store with cold drinks and ice cream bars to help cool them down.
I don't think this one's too weird either but when Mochi-chan was younger she would pick out all kinds of those (Japanese) DIY candy making and miniature food kits and makes them with her uncle, and eventually they'd somehow treat it as a competition and have Geto and Shoko be the judges of the final product and presentation. This is the closest experience that Mochi and Gojo has to cooking by the way.

A list of alternative fashion shops
NOTE: DIY and thrifting are amazing options to getting the type of clothing or accessories you want and also this list is very unfinished so if you have any shops I'd love if you could repost this with shop names
Hot Topic: great for emo/scene/egirl
Spencer's: I just recommend it for accessories and if you're under 16 I don't recommend it because it's kind of got an X rated section
VampireFreaks
Devilinspired: they're a taobao seller which basically means they sell stuff from taobao shops and they don't just sell lolita stuff but do be aware of the fact they're pricey
Glitzywonderland: Lolita taobao seller
ACDC Rag: sell kinfa Japanese punk(?) Clothing they've done collabs with menhera chan and Gloomy bear
Dark in love: goth shop
Ink Forest: goth shop
Chaotic Candy: sells pastel PVC (I do believe) clothing but you can order custom clothing like Emily boo did ^^
Black Moon Cosmetics: sells dark/gothic makeup
Jellypinch: they sell ita jackets (jackets with little windows/clear pouches(?) on them so you can put things like pins, acrylic keychains (I've seen ppl do this), etc) they also sell pins, phone grips, stickers, shaker charms/keychains

Cutie DIY: Chocolate Kinako Mochi
I did this kit days ago, maybe Friday or Thursday, but I honestly haven’t had it in me to do this. No idea why, I’ve calmed down with the manga and I’ve been focusing on stuff I need to do again. But I’ve been feeling tired and low in energy.
Okay, so this is a simple little kit that essentially requires little to no instruction. Here is everything included:
1x fork
8x “mochi“
1x kinako powder mix (for those curious, Kinako is a roasted soybean that is finely pounded. The smell is essentially the default scent I get off of a squishy; when it doesn’t stink like burned rubber.)
1x chocolate cream
And this is all you need for the kit:
(If its too hard to see, there’s water in the cup).
Alright, so lets get started!
First you open your packets and dump them into each side of the tray. The kinako powder is very fine and soft, while the other is very creamy and thick.
Next, you’re going to pour some water only on the mochi pieces. It will only take them a few seconds, or maybe a minute to soften enough to be edible. You can tell because they’ll become floppy and sticky, and very shiny.
See, like that. You really don’t need much water, so I would recommend a small amount at a time. It’s also better if you spread out the mochi because they become stuck together and hard to pull apart.
Now basically you eat :3 everyone’s favorite part! You can dip the mochi in either side, or eat it with both or none at all; it’s all up to you.
~CUTIE RANKING~
Skill Level: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ It’s extremely easy. I want to say it might be the most easiest DIY kit I’ve ever tried- even in comparison to the drink ones.
Directions: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ All you need is water for the mochi pieces. I think the rest is self-explanatory. But I could see someone thinking you need water in the kinako powder if they weren’t sure about the directions? Or am I over thinking that?
Packaging: ♥ ♥ It’s probably just me but the packaging of this kit has never appealed to me. It’s so strange and cartoony, it’s different from other ones.
Quality: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ I can’t really say if its realistic, but I do know mochi and other Japanese deserts are eaten with kinako and chocolate cream. I like how simple it is.
Taste: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ I like each individual taste in this kit. I feel like everyone would like the chocolate cream with no questions. But the kinako powder and mochi may be more questioned. The kinako powder is light and a little sweet and toasty, sorta reminding me a little bit of peanut butter. But the mochi is rubbery and a teensy bit slimy, which might bother some people who struggle with “food textures“.
Content: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ There’s little packaging at all, unless you throw away everything in these kits- then I’d say there isn’t really any sort of collecting value to it. Although I did hang onto the fork-pick thingy because I thought it was cute.
I’d give it a 6 out of 10, if I had to score it. I really like it, but I feel like this could be a hit or miss with people depending on taste preferences. I like the concept behind it if you should like trying Japanese things or new DIYs- but this clearly has no little to no DIY to it as well. So I can’t say it’s super fun. It’s quick and easy though.
