ive spent like 20 minutes trying to world this eloquently but i give up; im a big fan of linebeck just. not being capable of watching over kids not the person to be the guardian of a group of young people he struggles to take care of himself at times and has so much shit going on that it takes about one conversation with oshus for the old man to realize that this guy is. not doing great
#this was gonna be like. a jokey post at first juxtaposing oshus’ expectations vs reality with linebeck but im too emotionally drained#so real linebeck talk in the tags bc idk if ive actually talked much abt like. the specific as on why. iwrite and see him the way i do#likr. off the bat i put him at like 19 in ph and im too fucking tired and just. done rn to justify that like whatever kill me if you wish.#like. hes. been throught a lit hes been abused neglected used ignored hurt ridiculed violated deceived hes so fucking tired#hes worn down over the course of ph it causes him to finally like. express his anguish over what hes been theough its cathartic#hes getting pushed but talking to oshus and being around link loosens him up and he fucking. cries properly yknow#he cries about everything and the last bit of ph hes kind of an emotional wreck but hes finally letting himself feel all that shit#he cries he struggles to articulate himself he has a violent public meltdown as he becomes fed up with his reputation#and it all culminates in bellumbeck just. being a really raw examination of what hes been through and how he feels and what to do now#he hates people he has people he wants to kill people he wanted to kill but after bellumbeck its just. hes tired. hes processed everythjng#and then he needs the post ph crew and everyone they meet along the way to just. be a fucking support system for the first time ever#like post ph hes rhe captain he runs the ship he keeps everyone in line he can do that. but hes softer more vulnerable more self doubting#hes kinder and more hesitant but trying new things and being more openly passionate abt his interests#and he keeps working through his trauma he finds out what else it causes problems for and everyone. supports him#hes not capable of like. being any kind of parental figure to link in ph his perspective on like. how to handle kids is fucked#because his perspective on what a normal childhood should look like is kind of a mess#his perspective on relationships is murky on love on adventure on self expression but post ph hes just. free. tired but free#he manages to take naps the group helps him eat properly he learns his physical boundaries and actually does what he loves#idk. im just. man idk. its still measy but like. my version of linebeck is. i really hate the idea that its so out of character its not him#like. idfk what to even say abt that. idfk what ‘in character’ looks like when you hc a character to be masking in canon#when you hc them to be lying and covering things up and just. subdued bc theyre working on stuff#that they lie and exaggerate their own traits on purpose but let the truth through some cracks like what rhe fuck then#i hate it bc i dont see anyone else think of linebeck anything like this so im scared im fucking wrong somehow#im tired. i recently learned that one of my cats has been burrowing under and chilling under a blanket we cover a couch with#its very cute

My Perfect Hologram (Not Meant To Be, But Thank You)
Recently hurt, lost, and afraid
I saw you standing over there
Appearing to come to my aid
Though seemingly part of a pair
“Just friends” I hoped to myself
So easy to talk and relate to
Like a rare read on a bookshelf
Perusing veins of each other’s bamboo
I though that you could be it
The other part of my cracked half
It was indeed her that you were with
But thank you, my perfect hologram

Hey, I just saw that you only take gn!reader or male!reader for the poly nick and Charlie thingy. I made a request earlier today where I said I'd prefer female reader but I'd also take gn!reader if that's fine by you. You still don't have to write it, but I just wanted to say it.
Sorry, if I asked to much.
No worries! If you want F!Reader that is fine, it’s just the reader won’t have romantic feelings for Charlie :)
Do you still wanna change your request? Also lmao, I’m not sure I’ll be able to write it as a fanfiction per say… like it’ll be wrote into bullet points with a scenario written under it, if that makes sense.
It might switch between Reader and the dude’s pov too 🤔 I’ve decided to name him Aaron lol so for exmaple:
There were little things that caught Aaron’s attention and those little things may have been because of his fall. He couldn’t say, he didn’t even realize he had a thing for you until he walked in on you and Nick in the classroom. (Luckily not kissing, right? For him atleast)
His heart turned at the sigh of your eyes gleaming with affection as the blond spoke with very big animated movements, he didn’t like you laughing at it.
“And then I had to apologize because he was just trying to get his poor ol’ cane. I picked it up and helped him to a bench to rest but, till this day, I’m surprised why I thought he was trying to kidnap Nellie?” Nick’s raised arms now flop to his sides and he heaves a heavy sigh – ending his outrageous story with a question which makes you laugh harder.
“That poor old man… good for you for wanting to protect your dog though, no? Even old men can be so dearly scary.” You’re currently sitting on top of a table so you cross your legs and poke Nick with the tip of your shoe. He lightly slaps your leg away with an eyeroll.
“Thank you but were you mocking me at the end?”
“No, I could never, sweetheart.”
From his cheeks down to his neck, red tint dusts them and he looks away. Aaron did not like that. Especially the petname, if he wasn’t frowning before, he definitely is now. Plus you haven’t even noticed him standing here this whole time?
//
(Newsflash Aaron, she dgaf about you! just kidding)
That… isn’t necessarily a canon thing from the story I just came up with something silly on the spot aha. Let me know if the writing form is alright for you and if you wanna change the reader’s gender!
This’ll be written after I finish another request first but I already have some notes/ideas written down for it so it’ll be done in a jiffy I hope :,) Thank you for requesting!

read me!
hello and welcome!
this is my tag list directory. if you wish to be tagged in any writing from here on out, reply, reblog, or ask and let me know what you want to be tagged in! subject to change as the blog develops.
all writing will be tagged with participating characters' names as well as the following group tags. unfortunately i am not going to build tag lists for one single character (ex. #eli or #rembrandt), so if you only want to see bits starring them, i'll add you to their group tag.
all writing
#iwrite - everything i wrote myself, from either this or my other blogs
#uwrite - writing reblogged from other people
superpowerverse
a modern-day setting in our world, but some folks have superpowers. you know the drill!
#mi - writing with mercury independent characters. mi is a private security company made up of superpowered people who get up to all sorts of fun office hijinks. also sometimes they'll punch a hero (or villain) in the face. eli & co. are here.
#novred - writing with november red characters. november red is a specialized unit in the american military made up of superpowered soldiers whose job is to specifically deal with threats posed by other powered people. this sometimes includes heroes. this often includes mi. rhiot and loula & co. are here.
#superpowers - encompasses all writing in this setting, including both the above and any miscellaneous. NOTE: several of you simps are only here for the rembrandt and winn nonsense. unfortunately, they don't have their own 'group' tag, but will be tagged under this, and also individually by character names. example: #winn #rembrandt. i love you all. you keep me going. please let me kill rembrant already.
'medieval' fantasy
these are stories and bits that take place in fantasy settings before the advent of modernish technology. i don't know my time periods, so don't @ me.
#bannerworld - writing with banner, of course, but also any other characters set in the eola/cordell setting, such as mafvin and dayehmon.
#the crown - writing for the crown's story. includes the crown, sayolris, and prirrum.
#medifant - encompasses all the above writing, and anything else in similar settings.
other fantasy
#ythea - writing set in a fantasy setting that is closer to our level of technology, but in a wholly different world with magic. keo & sheisha are here.
the following tags i will not build tag lists for, but are for your general reference:
#iprompt - prompts made up by yours truly uwu. if you fill a prompt, let me know! feel free to reblog, tag, or dm me, i'd love to read it.
#uprompt - prompts reblogged from others
#writing prompts - all prompts
#writing - all writing, by me or by others
#reference - any writing resources, reference materials, tutorials, things i just think are useful in general, either reblogs or original posts
disclaimer
i use trigger and content warnings sparingly. partially because i forget, mostly because i don't know at what level something should be tagged, and it is different for everyone. extreme and/or descriptive things will be tagged, but minor mentions probably won't be. consider this your warning that you will likely run into whump, violence, abuse, mental illness, suicide, drugs, and war. i don't really write smut, so you won't see any graphic sexual content (consensual or non), but there may be references made to such. take care of yourself, but at the end of the day, this is my blog and my writing, and i will create what i will create.

That Jenny Stardust arms song is still in my brain so I'm going to have to get a copy of it. So far the only other song of that type that I like is I wish I knew what a v****a looked like.
I self sensor some words so I don't attract bots. Around here you play a little game of where's the bot or the subject you don't personally agree with every time you check out someone's blog.
Everyone who's not a bot has the right to post their subject I don't personally agree with and I'm not going to report it or nothing so respect my choices to disagree with it.
As for the Simon Gallup being compared to an ocean sunfish thing, in looking at the pictures of a sunfish being eaten possibly alive by a sea lion the fish's expression reminded me of a few looks I've seen on Simon's face. Do either have the sensory awareness to know they're being eaten?
Saw a pic of Robert Smith with Reeves Gabrels that cemented in my mind he's a weirdo like the other long term Cure members, except Roger who I assume is the score keeper or something in their little weirdness war. And someone somewhere said that girls who want a horse are batshit insane which would explain Perry's marriage and why he wanted to sell his house to buy one with a bigger yard so his wife could have more horses. It's been his job to look after batshit people since 1984.
Starting to wonder if part of my back is the chair I have, a used gamer chair we got for $20 because like hell I'll ever pay $$$ for a fucking chair, so I might switch it for one of the others in the house.
I used my back yesterday around 6am and it was hit or miss for the rest of the day if it wanted to cooperate or not but the room does look bigger and more inviting now.
Taking it easy today, back wise, incase I have to go out and real life tomorrow. But it does look like it's getting time to start going thru the fabric to pick out which bits will be in the use it up pile.
If I didn't say before I combined a sale and coupons to get a rotary cutter and one of those templates with slits in it to square things up. The price and the need to cut squares quickly finally collided.
Also have a writing idea I might free write on in the iWrite book. Remind me to look in there and see what I can do with the suddenly appeared Cardassian and Vorta idea. Didn't even get to naming them but I think I was on to fleshing out a plot bunny worth posting.

Day 2 — Sick Days ₊˚✧ ゚
Submission for @goldengroovy's @olnfweek2024
MC: Micha
So, I've mentioned this in at least one other post but, Micha is a very sick little guy ✊😔pour one out for the baby homie
I've tried to do research to back up a condition for him (I've also mentioned he's based off an old OC, so this research has been going on since I was a kid really) but 🤔 to be honest, the older I get as a person who also has chronic illness myself, sometimes there just isn't a nice clean box to put your sickness in and sometimes doctors are just as confused about what's happening to you as you are 🤷‍♂️ So, at this point, I'm just going to say he's chronically sick. Like, whatever, I guess! It's just a part of who he is.
Now, with that disclaimer out of the way, if you want the nuances to his condition: He faints in cold weather and goes hypothermic really damn quick. He can be easily fatigued and his immune system can crash if he isn't careful about taking care of himself.
This all being said, Micha is a very stubborn and very angry little child that frequently likes to push past his limits 😂 he hates that his illness limits him and it plays a really big part in his developing personality. It's why he's competitive and combative, it's why he keeps going even when he should stop. It's why he's so independent but also why he's so brave. It's also a big reason why he gravitates towards Opa 🥺💖 they have similar temperaments and I think Opa is going to be a really amazing influence on him as he grows up.
In the meantime, Micha's going to give the gang a few scares throughout the years of knowing each other 😂 he'll certainly mellow out as time goes on and take a priority onto his health because he's at least practical enough at his core for that to kick in naturally. The early years will be an experience for everyone though, I think.

Earn Money Writing: How to Monetize Your Articles
Tumblr media
Get Paid to Write: Unlocking Income Opportunities through Content Creation
The goal of becoming a professional writer is now more feasible than ever in the digital age. You may make a good living as a writer because there are many websites, companies, and magazines that are always looking for high-quality content. Here are some ways that you can get compensated for your writing, regardless of your experience level.
Determine Your focus: It's critical to determine your area of expertise or focus before venturing into the paid writing industry. Whatever your passion—travel, technology, health, or finance—focusing on your expertise will help you attract profitable possibilities and the proper kind of audience.
Create a Robust Portfolio: Securing paid writing assignments requires a strong portfolio. Make a professional website or portfolio of your finest work to start. Provide a range of writing samples that demonstrate your abilities and knowledge in the field you have selected.
Tumblr media
Platforms for Freelance Writing: Look into platforms for freelance writing where companies and people list writing jobs, such Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Make a strong profile that highlights your abilities and expertise, and aggressively seek out writing possibilities that fit your interests.
Content Mills: Although they might not pay the most, content mills might give you a consistent flow of writing tasks that will help you develop your portfolio and get experience. Writers and clients looking for writing on a variety of themes are connected by platforms such as Textbroker, iWriter, and WriterAccess.
Finding journals in your niche and submitting article ideas to editors are two ways to pitch publications. Examine their guidelines for submissions and adjust your pitches accordingly. Although it could be difficult, publishing in renowned journals and online publications can result in considerable visibility and better-paying positions.
Guest blogging: Writing for other people while earning money or exposure is a great opportunity to demonstrate your writing abilities to a new audience. Make contact with bloggers and websites within your niche, offering to provide high-quality content in return for remuneration and a byline.
Tumblr media
Affiliate marketing: To generate passive money, include affiliate links in your posts. Join together with businesses and brands that fit into your specialty to write about and promote their goods and services. To preserve audience confidence, be open and honest about any affiliate relationships you may have.

Tumblr media
In today's digital age, the demand for online content creation is skyrocketing, opening up a plethora of opportunities for individuals looking to make money through typing and writing. Whether you're a seasoned wordsmith or just dipping your toes into the world of online work, there are numerous platforms willing to compensate you for your skills. But with the vast array of options available, it can be overwhelming to discern which sites actually pay for online typing and writing jobs. Let's delve into this topic and uncover the best avenues for earning money through your writing prowess.
Introduction to Online Typing and Writing Jobs
Online typing and writing jobs encompass a wide range of opportunities, including content creation, copywriting, transcription, and more. These jobs offer flexibility, allowing individuals to work from the comfort of their own homes and set their own schedules. However, not all online platforms offering typing and writing gigs are created equal. It's crucial to distinguish between legitimate opportunities and scams to ensure you're not wasting your time and effort.
Types of Sites That Pay for Online Typing and Writing Jobs
When it comes to finding paid typing and writing jobs online, there are several types of platforms to consider:
Freelance Platforms
Freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer connect freelancers with clients seeking various services, including writing and typing. These platforms allow freelancers to create profiles showcasing their skills and expertise, bid on projects, and negotiate rates directly with clients.
Content Mills
Content mills are websites that produce large amounts of content for clients at a rapid pace. While the pay rates may be lower compared to freelance platforms, content mills offer a steady stream of work for writers looking to build their portfolios and earn consistent income.
Blogging Platforms

By publishing high-quality articles on these platforms, writers can attract a loyal readership and earn passive income over time.
How to Find Legitimate Sites
With the proliferation of online job opportunities, it's essential to exercise caution and due diligence when searching for legitimate sites that pay for typing and writing jobs. Here are some tips to help you find reputable platforms:
Research and Reviews: Take the time to research different platforms and read reviews from other freelancers to gauge their reputation and reliability.
Avoiding Scams: Be wary of platforms that promise high pay for minimal work or ask for upfront fees. Legitimate sites will never ask you to pay to join or access job listings.

Tips for Success in Online Typing and Writing Jobs
