I am not a fan of pinkpoly whatsoever but I am a huge fan of Romance and Abby trying to woo Mira and homegirl is very, VERY aggressively rejecting them because:

1. She has her canon soulmates who she loves beyond belief- and what more could she possibly want? Hope for? They’re her heart, her family, her red strings, the Rome that all her roads lead to. She loves them so, so much it makes her teeth ache and yet she’s still craving for more

2. She just straight up absolutely hates Romance and Abby LMAAOOOO

its so frustrating how a lot of scu fans cant handle other sonic fans not having the exact same taste in sonic media that they do. like i feel like you can say something negative about literally any other sonic media on here and people generally wouldnt care that much but the second you say anything less than positive about the movies people start getting all weird about it and trying to argue with you ive had it happen to me and seen it happen to others as well .... like the sonic franchise is very big and has many different media types and writing styles not everyone is going to uncritically love everything. get over it ? im not trying to be mean but idk what else to tell you

Do you think it is possible for the other trolls to gaslight Eridan into do the murder for the right cause? E.g. not like the murderstuck in the canon but guiding his murderous direction to align with the purpose, using him as a disposable glass cannon and a cannon fodder to take down enemies? but not easily disposable due to seadweller's physical strength and his fighting skills. Not the optimal way to handle him but given that he needs some presence of others how will this scenario go?

OH ABSOLUTELY NOT. i think that's right on the mark and where the whole thing stems from, and why fernsong starts doing it (besides as an excuse to mollify ivypool's worries about getting pregnant/having kittens). I think he doesn't really care for fighting much, but it's less about spending time w/ the kittens and more about the attention whenever he's in the nursery (which may be slightly more than other toms but is still not often). and i think at the same time the expectation that ivypool will stay in the nursery full time until her kittens are apprenticed make her feel like a prisoner and is a big reason why she's so eager to get out of there.

while we're at it i hate that whenever somebody brings up tibetan mastiffs nowadays they're almost always referring to the viral overbred monstrosities coming out of china and not actual normal tibetan mastiffs.

if you're going to a registered breeder who regularly shows their dogs in AKC/KC/CKC circuits, they will look something like this:

in recent decades it became fashionable to breed very exaggerated dogs as a status symbol for wealthy people in china, nothing about these dogs are practical it'll cost an arm and a leg to keep groomed. these are very extreme examples of the breed and really really shouldn't be normalized as the desired tibetan mastiff type:

for contrast, here's a bitch from the 1920s bred in UK and old photos from central asia, yes they were large but were never meaty or extremely heavy-set dogs, they should not look as if they're constantly fighting gravity.

People will see two characters who are entirely devoted to each other and whose lives are intertwined in cosmic ways, and be like "what if they were just buddies? 😊" But then one second later go ape shit about a more popular ship with less than half the chemistry, but a dynamic that is considered more appropriate for the surface level, overused, interchangeable fandom tropes that have replaced any sort of genuine character interpretation
