With the chickens feeling content and well-loved for a change (look at Smiler petting the cute little rooster chick, awww~), Smiler headed inside to check out the new TV, while Alice transformed to do a bit of scavenging and hopefully earn some werewolf XP, and Victor headed into the crafting barn to make some new planters! A process that was NOT helped by him getting sick halfway through. :( I mean, seriously, those orange swirls do NOT look healthy. Come on, game, I was on a good streak of my Sims not getting sick. . .

However, we had other things to worry about -- namely, another fox (with a permanently-glitched-open mouth) menacing the chicken coop! Fortunately, Shadow was on the case, running up and barking the potential prowler away. I promptly had Smiler go outside to praise her for doing a good job. :) I mean, they just worked hard to actually get some relationship with those chickens for a change! No point in having it all ruined by one fox!

While that was going on, though, I did notice that Smiler was looking a bit thirsty -- and as Victor was both a) busy and b) unwell, I instead had Alice offer up her wrist for the drinking. After all, now that Victor actually Likes werewolves, they don’t get the “dog water” moodlet from drinking from them anymore. :) This evolved into them and Alice having a nice chat -- Smiler giving Alice some encouragement, and Alice discussing her werewolf nature with them and asking for sympathy. Smiler, already a “Werewolf Ally” thanks to their preferences, was only too willing to say yes, allowing Alice to unlock the “Werewolf Diplomacy” power! I dunno how much she’ll actually use it, but it’s there if she needs it. I think that deserves a hug, right? They thought so too. :)

really wish my one friend would quit flirting with me. and trying to goad me into hanging out more. and assigning us fictional characters that are oh-so-coincidently either couples or with romantic tension. and then interrupting our gameplay to ask me repeatedly if I think they’re “like us” (which they rarely are…). and matching my icon on discord without asking (again, usually by insinuating a couple connection). and giving me random things I do not want and did not ask to receive (and then forcing me to take them???).

#there are these 2 girls i went to school with #one was my best friend in elementary school #and the other was my best friend for all of middle school #and in high school i started drifting apart from the middle school one #but THEY randomly got really close in like 11th grade #and they’re still best friends now and post together all the time #(i actually rarely EVER go on personal social medias but whenever i see a post from one of them i always check up on what theyve been doing)#(in like a lovingly curious way not a creepy way)#and them being friends has NOTHING to do with me like i stopped being close w both of them before they ever even became aware of each other #well it’s actually kind of ironic bc while i always loved my friend from elementary school my middle school bff kind of hated her #and in middle school i would’ve given ANYTHING for the three of us to hang out #so it’s kind of i guess bittersweet? that they’re friends now #again i haven’t been close to either of them for years and years but it’s still just strange to me that they are so close #i don’t really think i’m jealous (?) because we are very different people and i don’t know if i’d even like being friends with them anymore #but i do kind of miss them and the friendships we used to have if that makes sense #it’s more like a longing for what USED to be rather than a desire to be part of what they have now #also like i said it’s still just weird and hard to conceptualize them being such good friends now

Lazy story idea today, but what about a.... Idk how to describe this. A more lower level basic level robot falling in love with a human, so it keeps seeking to upgrade itself over and over until it has the kind of body that is the closest to that of a human.

#rambles #story ideas #hmmm #depending on which way you take this it can be creepy but it can also be a cute story #i rather like this idea #thinking about this more what if it started off with lower level processing too but like....#due to an error in its code it develops a curiosity for the human #this error creates the ability for desire #i just want it to start off very robotic at first #inputs and outputs. logic #like it inputs that it does not have the fire to properly process the collected data #so it finds a way to upgrade it's processing power #probably the story would be that the human's father is a programmer or some kind of robot engineer #this specific robot is a special robot because it's the only one that has this special program built into it #it was a small project on the father's part #i'd say 'but he died before he could complete it' but that's too cliche #maybe the project ended up in a dead end so he abandoned it not realizing that he actually succeeded #idk

I accept that I have trash taste because I ship my Last Dragonborn with Ulfric, but Ulfric is a teddy bear compared to the gross behavior of Bishop. Like seriously, this guy's behavior is reminiscent of a really bad anime based on an even worse manga. Ulfric's problem is he's layered and the devs cut some of the layers.

honestly the thing that baffles me the most about all the disney “live action” remakes is that they won’t touch the live action adaptations that not only existed long before their remake plans, but have been WILDLY successful!!!

Some of those doctors make hating oat milk their entire personality. I hate them. Cannot pretend to find them funny or like i give a shit. Fucking pretentious assholes

#also my colleague (the girl i had my shift with) is the exact opposite of me in all aspects. asked me if I'd ever worked in customer service #because i couldn't care less about being fake friendly to assholes and don't care if they like the service or not #like bitch those people don't have any other choice but drink our fucking coffee it's not like I'm competing with anyone #or like they pay us in any way. i get paid for doing the dumb work i have to do not for stroking some dumb ass doctors' egos #they come out of their rooms once an hour to get coffee and we have the cups on the table and i wouldn't even Think of #HANDING them the cups and smiling sweetly at them and asking 'coffee? tea?? :))'#I'll just assume these grown adults will get their stupid coffee or tea when they want some. it's not like they don't know where it is #(and i AM friendly and smile when someone is coming in our direction but why the fuck do you need to get so disgustingly friendly with them #if someone held up a cup asking if i.want some coffee I'd leave immediately even if i came just for coffee. it's creepy)#anyway. she's nice.
