Like I get why everyone portrays Bill as a theatrical conman and pathetic but like. He's also canonically incredibly intelligent at least in mathematics and physics (also like, history and all the knowledge he knows???). He's legitimately extremely intelligent, and like sure he's a liar and a cheat and a partier so he doesn't fall into the classic 'stereotype' of studious nerdy and intelligent characters like Ford, which is why I think it's not explored in fanon... there are other numbers that can bring certain types of intelligence but when discussing intelligence in general and as a whole these are the main numbers indicating someone is smart

7 energy - this is the number of intelligence itself. in my eyes it’s always been more about being book smart, analytical, and spiritually intelligent more so than street smart. they make great teachers

9 energy - this is the number of the mind itself. people with this energy are often more street smart than book smart i’ve noticed. they can be book smart in their younger years though

22 energy - this is the number of wisdom. these people come off as very old souls and tend to talk very intelligently. they always give great advice

33 energy - these are the oldest souls so of course they’re usually very smart not just spiritually but they also tend to be street smart. these are the people that are always into activities that older people do even from a young age. if they can’t handle their high vibration sometimes they do make stupid decisions in life and become alcoholics, smoke a lot, or drug addicts at worst. they make great teachers though, even better than 7’s

Since centaurs aren’t native to the land, and Punz not being fluid in the language yet, it takes a bit for the others to learn about centaur habits and culture. One of them being dressing! He was given a shirt right away but Sam eventually noticed he seemed flustered and uncomfortable with his state of dress, often trying to cover up his back and lower torso. at this point i get mad at anyone who even jokes about utena being stupid because i've seen so many people who wholeheartedly mean it. i just think if you're making a statement like that about a character it should be supported by the text. which it isn't. please, point to one moment in the show that demonstrates her being less intelligent than an average 14 year old. all i ever see as reason for it is "she's a jock" which doesn't mean anything, and "oh she doesn't realize [very specific thing that has only been revealed to the audience and a select few characters who are hiding it from her]" which is like. how the fuck is she supposed to know that without jumping to insane conclusions about people

I've seen some people who are saying "Kaeya already chose Mondstadt!"

Sure, we can agree that his heart is with Mondstadt, but his storyline so far isn't leading to a clean-cut decision at all. Something will happen that will make him decide, and that means there will be heavy consequences for either choice.

He could learn vital information that would make deciding hard for him, or he could be forced into doing something he doesn't agree with to keep others safe.

He'd do everything to protect the people he loves and cares for, and if that might mean teaming up with the Abyss or the Tsaritsa? Even if he might get hated for it? Even if it could kill him? He'd do it.

And do not be so quick to think that he doesn't care for his homeland- a nation where time and time again, the narrative of "not all of its citizens deserved getting cursed" and "there might be a cure to the curse" keeps coming back (the cure being known to an Alberich at that, as far as we know of). No matter how he may feel about his father, he is still aware of his responsibilities as an Alberich. He says he doesn't hold much concern now for his birth nation, and yet he has used what he knows in concerning ways ( Windblume letter to Venti that could be perceived as a threat/warning, luring out Dainsleif with his surname)

Basically, what I'm saying is that there is no way it is going to be that easy for him.
