Edit: Ending up going out with my dad, sister, and niece and somehow managing, as a vegetarian, to eat too much at a steakhouse, so I think I'm done for the day
My choline + inositol is crumbly and yellow (originally white) and should be thrown out, but I remembered I had some citicoline that I ordered for my mom that she didn't end up taking, so I took 600mg of that. Not sure if it helped or not. I guess the frozen feeling eased a bit? and I was somewhat able to carry a conversation
Anyway this is where I'm at again -- taking OTC supplements to try to manage my brain problems. I guess it's better than nothing, though a bit frustrating after having been on medication
Oh well. I will have access to meds again someday. Not sure when since I don't qualify for Medicaid in South Carolina or a subsidized healthcare exchange plan, but you know...sometime before I die, I guess
