Added on edit: That's why I kinda want more flashbacks in s3 from Crowley's pov. Because he's still a demon, yes, his main demonic tactic is being a massive annoyance, but that's mainly in modern times, he still had assignments to do and I doubt Beelzebub gave him jobs where he just needed to be an inconvenience. He could get away with not killing Job's kids but what if for other assignments he wasn't so lucky? And he probably had to be buddy buddy with not so top-nutch people too. I know we'll probably not gonna see the moral complexity of this explored but I think it's something interesting to think about.

I'm from Rio, and it's almost carnaval soo.... behold: Crowley and Aziraphale in one of our famous street parties/parades (bloquinhos de rua)!! obviously, they did their best to dress the part (or maybe each other's part actually... 😆)

lots of glitter, confetti, and silly costumes appropriate to the infernal summer heat (halloween?! idk her)... I'm sure they would have a blast! ���🇷🎉✨

oh, and fun fact: aziraphale unknowingly is really in fashion with his hair, bc as of late it's been really trendy (especially for men/boys) to bleach their hair white in summertime/carnaval! we call it "nevou" (literally "snowed" lol)

You ever think that Crowley isn’t a bookseller and refuses to even act like one because Aziraphale doesn’t like to sell books? He won’t act like a “bookseller”, because Aziraphale doesn’t like selling books. That’s Aziraphale’s safe place and he doesn’t want to somehow mess it up.

“Are you a bookseller?” “Not even at gunpoint.”

Sitting right across from Aziraphale, he says that he wouldn’t sell books even when he was being threatened. Yes, it’s Crowley being over dramatic, but it’s also a reassurance. He doesn’t even let the books burn in 1941. He didn’t have a choice in 2019. Crowley might not run a bookshop, but he’ll keep it safe. Even if keeping it safe just means not letting anyone buy books from a bookshop

We all know that the most accepted interpretation is that Crowley fell for Aziraphale at the Garden of Eden, and that Aziraphale fell for Crowley at the Blitz in 1941. there’s something so fascinating that a demon, a creature meant to cause trouble and mayhem, fell for an angel in the (comparatively) most peaceful era on planet Earth. storms didn’t even happen at that point.

While Aziraphale, an angel, bringer of goodness and justice, finally found true love at what is considered the darkest point in humanity’s history, in the ruins of an actual church, an important place to his religion. 

They fell in love in each other’s opposite environment. Crowley had to ‘go up there and make some trouble’ just to make it to Eden, trespassing on holy ground. and Aziraphale was surrounded by death and destruction happening at every second during the Blitz, standing in the ruins of “God’s house”. 

Something about ‘not knowing anything’ yet ‘being certain that everything will be better if you were near that one particular person’?

I hope in S3 we get a moment where everything clicks for Crowley. Like he realises how much Aziraphale REALLY loves him.

He'd be in the bookshop (probably drunk) outwardly complaining about how he hates everything in there. And he looks at the walls

"Yellow! Stupid Yellow! I hate the color Yellow! All the worst things are Yellow! Sunshine, flowers, my eyes-"

Then it clicks and he just has a moment of remembering every moment Aziraphale has flirted/loved him over the past 6000 years. Cause Crowley only recently realised HE loved Aziraphale, S3 he needs to figure out how much Aziraphale has loved him.

Then he'd strom into Heaven to get his husband back.
