Ever since doing Haarlep's sex scene, I genuinely find him terrifying. You show up, and first he's like, "Fuck me or I'll kill you." Which, fighting is fair, I guess, since we did break into the house. But the fact that he's willing to use that to try and coerce you into sex is still, you know, concerning. So then, if you take the sex option, he basically pleasures you into an altered state of mind where you can try to fight it off and then go into combat anyway, or you can let him use your body for the rest of forever, or you can lose yourself entirely, in which case he literally eats your heart and puppets your body around as a sex slave 😶 You can get a game over by having sex with Haarlep!!! Everyone talks about the Vlaakith game over and the going back to Act 1 game over. No one talks about the Haarlep game over! Probably because it's pretty obvious you shouldn't choose that, but still!

hey everyone, sorry for not checking in sooner things have been rough. i'm currently sick so i thought now would be a good time to update you all.

the short of it:

-family members keep ending up in the hospital.

-i've been baby sitting a lot (temp. parent of 2)

-i got sick

the long of it: (tw for medical stuff) :

my younger sister was admitted again to the hospital back in September cause she has heart failure, has had it for a few years actually, i have been taking care of her two kids in the meantime, but its has gotten to the point were she is on life support. a lot of things have been going wrong , along with her having suffered two strokes during her stay there and yeah i've been pretty scared of losing her. she's finally off of the ecmo machine (life support that does a lot of the work load for her heart and lungs) and are on two other life support machines, one for her left and right sides of her heart. she still has a long way to go for her recovery.

i have been struggling to keep myself afloat since i've had to cut my hours at work to take care of the kids( doctors appointments and school meetings) and try to complete my care training to look after my sister when she finally can leave the hospital.

not long ago my other sister was sent to the ER cause her pneumonia almost took her out, she was super lucky to survive. then my mom was also sent to the ER cause of her heart, she recovered as well.

i'm still not sure when i'll get to post again, i might get a small break soon idk, my ass is tired lol

oh my god. its funny how there's 2 scotts and one of them i just adore, he's like a dad for me and i always there to watch his vods (bc i sleep while he's streaming)

and the other one..... um.... i'm not saying that he's bad, but i don't really likes him. he maybe good, but its not for me

i will probably talk abt it more in the coming days or so cus I've been rotating impulse in my mind quite a bit of recent, but since you've given me an excuse...... (scott/impulse parallels and brainrot thoughts under the cut) (i think it's only me who sees these but yanno. fun)

for the record this is specifically life series scott and impulse but i tend to incorporate elements of other series into my headcanons too 👍

they're both:

very logic-orientated people. they tend to gravitate towards looking for the solution that makes the most sense rather than acting on instinct.

the designated "responsible one" in their respective groups, a role neither of them really asked for but kind of just ended up finding themselves in. it's not that either of them Hate having to be the responsible one but they certainly tire of it at times.

^ because of that, they also tend to somewhat isolate from said groups when things go wrong cus they're used to relying on themselves instead of looking for help. think (former) dogwarts impulse.

i joked abt this with the screenshot already lol but both of them have a bitchy streak. impulse's is alot less talked about and tends to be "tamer" than scott's but it's definitely there (it's more noticeable when skizz is nearby)

both can hold grudges FOREVER while acting like they couldn't care less.

when they're freed from that "responsible one" role, they both tend to enter this freaky gremlin mode where they start giggling and pulling dumb pranks.

they're both smooth-talkers who can hide their real emotions really well ESPECIALLY compared w/ other ppl in the series. sometimes they do it on purpose other times it's almost more of an instinctual thing.

the key difference is that impulse is more emotionally mature than scott. scott closes himself off in fear of being vulnerable while impulse is always to sit down with you and have a heart-to-heart. impulse has "settled down" a lot more, so to speak, and isn't quite as dramatic or in need of attention or approval.

it results in impulse feeling like a lot warmer of an individual, he's not intimidating because he's not trying to be (even though he very much has the ability).

anyway uh i rlly want to write or draw some sort of one shot where impulse takes scott under his wing a bit. i think they'd be good for eachother's character development is all.

HIS LITTLE 1 ON 1 SILLY TIME WITH IMPY???

And then on the other side of that we have Tango with Skizzie's screaming literally. In his base. To listen to. Always. He's not as outwardly weird unless you put them anywhere together. I will not forget him commenting on Skizz's ass. Or their little??? Fishing honeymoon in Simple Life. What is wrong with them. What the hell.

did..did Aisha impy that "they" went to their showrunner and pitched the idea that Buck denies feelings for Eddie on the show? Because if so, it looks to me like at least the actors have had it with Buddie and the constant talk about it and probably with Tims engagement farming by never outright saying "no". I would not blame them.

No, I think maybe they went to Tim, and Tim basically said, "we're addressing this shit, and then we're moving on. We're wiping our hands of it."

What Tim really said was, "we're going to speak DIRECTLY to this situation and to this conversation, and the fans can do with that as they will."

By having Buck deny being in love with Eddie twice, no hesitation, is what you're supposed to understand and believe as the audience. They can't make Buddie canon, especially now, because that would make Buck untrustworthy, and no one wants an untrustworthy main.

And I don't want to brag or honk my own horn... but I have said from day 1 that the cast and crew are over buddie. It's all those journalists talk about.
