IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!!!! I’M OLD NOW!!!! so!!! as celebration i’m finally posting my isatsona!!! because a while back i saw someone bring up the idea of making sonas based on our roles in the fandom and i thought that was a fun idea teehees. he is like 2 inch tall and obsessed with a weird card game involving sacrifices. they’ve apparently Changed at some point but no one can tell what’s actually different about them. they keep a small bird in their apron at all times. do enjoy them.

Thinking about how Lucanis can never relax and is always on guard, doesn't even take a moment for himself, always needing to work to take his mind off things, and maybe if you romance him, his first thought is that he doesn't trust your intentions

But then maybe later on... he manages to sleep a full night, entirely vulnerable around Rook

It's a seemingly small thing, but it's something that got me with Cullen's romance too tbh, having nightmares and struggling to relax so throwing yourself into your work, for one person to go "I'll take some of your worries, you can trust me"

And you actually do manage to relax for the first time since... Well, when was the last time you were able to relax?

Honestly my personal Shadowzel head canon is that shadowheart is uming and arring about catching strong feelings in a friend with benefits weird situationship because lae'zel doesn't seem to want more, while lae'zel is convinced she is with the love of her life.

This is mostly on Shadowheart for not bothering to work at a cultural barrier but it's also a little on Lae'zel who refuses to use any terms of endearment that aren't in Githyanki, a language she mostly switches to in order to insult people.

Ughh Spite being so defensive and protective towards Rook means so much, it kills me omg

The fact you can tell how much he trusts Rook and all is insane, like, he will just trust Rook to help make a life altering decision for both Lucanis and himself too

His own actual love for Rook is so sweet, the way he even shields them in the romance scene is.. *sigh*

I mind before the game came out, and the wee clips from the beginning of act 1 were circulating and Spite just seemed like a bit of a gremlin but actually he's so much sweeter than that, in his own way
