spencer had been looking forward to this moment all week. you had invited him over to your place—not to study, but to simply hang out.

of course it wasn’t the first time he had been over, he had sat at your dining table so many times to the point he could practically draw each groove and scratch from memory.

but this was much different. it wasn’t studying, it was a genuine friendly hangout. from the moment you asked him he was over the moon, spending nearly an hour curating a good outfit to wear, adjusting his hair so it fell just right, and making sure to keep extra mints in his bag just incase.

fiddling with his bags straps he knocked on your door—three times like always, a pause between the first and second one. he rocked back and forth on his heels for a moment, before catching a glimpse of your silhouette through the window, a smile creeping onto his lips.

a few moments later the door was opening, his face lighting up at the sight of you in-front of him, raising a hand to give you a small wave. “hey, sorry if i’m a little late.”

“it’s okay, you’re right on time. come in.” you stepped aside for him, allowing him to carefully step inside. as always he bent down to untie his shoes, placing them next to yours on the small shoe rack before following you into the living room.

he hesitated for a second before carefully walking over towards the couch, fingers flexing around his bag strap before he awkwardly sat down a few feet away from you on the couch.

“you alright? you seem way more tense than usual.” your voice caught him off guard, looking over at you and smiled a little, following with a nod and a thumbs up. “i’m good—just not used to sitting anywhere besides the table.” he gestured into the dining room, before carefully setting his bag down at his feet.

to say it was awkward was an understatement. spencer felt like he had no clue what he was doing. when you moved closer after putting on a movie, when you made yourselves sandwiches, when you had offered to head to your room and play with your console—he felt so embarrassed.

he stared down at his hands as you explained the game you were teaching him, his gaze occasionally flicking up to meet yours, smiling and nodding before taking the second controller you had handed him.

your fingers had brushed against his, it was such a cliche, but he didn’t care. he was loving every second of this. every second of being close to you.

“did you get all that? any parts i need to go over again?” you asked as you messed with the controls a bit, waiting for his confirmation. “yeah, i got it all. i always do.”

in reality he was barely paying attention to the game, mostly copying what you were doing, apologizing everytime he screwed up—even though you swore it was okay since its just a game.

eventually you guys abandoned the game, resorting to go through some of your music instead, shuffling through cd’s and introducing him to new music.

spencer was listening to every word, a faint blush on his face as he stared at you. he loved listening to you, and with you constantly telling him things for the past however long he had been over, he felt like he was in heaven.

you had started picking up that he was starting to lose focus on what you were actually saying and instead was focused on you. you couldn’t help but find it cute, smiling more as you turned to him and handed him your favorite album.

“you okay with this one?” you asked, moving a bit closer to him, waiting for his respond. of course he nodded, looking up at you, the second his gaze met yours he felt like his heart was gonna explode.

there was a comforting silence between you two, your hand finding his and giving a gentle squeeze, watching the way his ears started to turn bright red.

“you’re blushing.” you teased him, letting out a laugh as he started to crumble. he let out a small shaky chuckle, looking down for a second before turning back to you, mentally battling himself about what to do next.

a few seconds passed before he hesitantly moved closer, placing a small peck on your lips before quickly pulling back and looked away. “sorry—i just really wanted to do that.” he blurted out, pressing his lips into a thin line, his hand tightening around yours.

you felt your face heating up from his action, your own gaze falling to the floor, before a smile took over your expression. “i don’t mind. i liked it.” you responded, glancing at him out of the corner of your eye. “i like you.”

your words caused the butterflies in spencer’s stomach to go insane, a smile matching yours painting his lips as he glanced at you as well. “i like you too. a lot.”

“you wanna listen to that album now or are we gonna sit here for the rest of the day?” you held up the cd again, earning a nod from him. you got up and put it in your player, before returning to sit next to spencer, much closer until your knees touched. your head found its place on his shoulder, hand in his again, and smiles stuck on both of your faces.

What if???

Walpurgisnacht my favourite antagonist, we know so little about her and her origin but Im hoping that new new movie sheds some new light about her. ( I will be the first person in the cinema trust) The most popular theory is that she's made up of many different magical girls and that's why she's very overpowered. I don't know if it's been confirmed but it definitely seems like she's also getting stronger with every new timeline just like Madoka. If that's truly the case that would mean that Homura's time traveling is directly contributing to Walpurgisnacht's strength.( just spray bug spray atp) We all know that the reason Madoka was getting super strong was because of Homura and how Madoka was the only consistent thing about her time travelling. ( I dont know if I worded that correctly) But if Walpurgisnacht seems to be getting stronger with each time loop something needs to be consistent and apart from Madoka the only consistent with all the time lines is Homura herself.

So is Homura Walpurgisnacht?????

Nah I don't think so especially since rebellion contradicts this idea. ( Homulilly your design is literally perfect)

But lets say the whole rebellion arc disappeared( and ive not read any of the manga only arcs yet sooo )and Kyubey didn't conduct his little experiment. Maybe Walpurgisnacht is the manifestation of all the pain and suffering that Homura endured whilst trying to save Madoka.

I'm glad that someone pointed out that Izuku is definitely feeling really lost rn. And also that Ochako was also not the only person with the kind of goal he had, and that there's still quite a lot of stuff to be shown.

im surprised most ppl arent talking about it! But well, many are focus on Shigaraki or just disliking the manga, sooo....

And yeah, even tho he didn't talk about it directly with him, he knew Shoto's intentions -the difference is that theres a familial connexion between him and Dabi, so Ochako's link to Himiko looked more similar to his and Shigaraki (even tho we learn there are huge differences). I'm curious to see if they do end up discussing it, and if she'll be honest about her closeness with her -how they had mutual feelings, etc-, or if Hori will decide to keep them more separated. What I mean by this is, instead of repeating the cliff scene, show us what's going on with togachako without Izuku being involved.

I'm guessing this is the route for Shoto and Dabi, and the rest of the Todoroki family -developing their arcs outside of Izuku, and him being the one who needs to express himself out loud, or something similar.

Right now, the questions to cover:

Izuku's feelings -including the taboo ones, like rudeness, rage and selfishness-; is he going to express them openly? Will someone assign him a therapist? Is the new character going to make him confront what he hides?

The new character -who is this person? What is going to happen? Personally, I expect this to be kind of a test. Are they going to hide him and pretend people like him dont exist? Or are they going to help? Could there be people who want to change things, and people who prefer to continue with the status quo?

The All Might vestige Katsuki saw -wtf was that. In the past chapters, every time he appears someone comments on how it makes no sense that he is still alive and can move (Sero, Mitsuki, Club Penguin doctor, Present Mic, if I remember right even kinda AFO and All Might?). Is this foreshadowing?

Izuku's quirklessness - is he going to get a new quirk? Keep OFA somehow? Become quirkless and a hero? Will there be discrimination and challengers because of this?

Dabi and the Todoroki family -are we confirming he is alive in the next chapters? If he is, is he going to just be unconscious, or is he waking up? What will be his reaction to see his abusive father? And his siblings? What about his mom? Is he getting therapy, because of his suicidal tendencies? Is he going to jail?

Himiko and Ochako -where is she? Alive, dead, unconscious in the hospital, recovering there, or in jail? Could she be free in another place? Are they going to talk, or are they seeing each other regularly? Is she going to be considered an adult in a trial, or is she going to be seen as the teen she is? What kind of life could they have? Is there any possibility Himiko attends UA?

Spinner -is he okay? Same previous questions apply to him. Is he going to react to Shigaraki's death? Will he create a new League and look for revenge? Is he going to connect with other ppl with mutant quirks?

Their world -will it really change? Will they find resistance from the status quo? Is the hero system going to disappear? In that case, what would bkdk's dream look like?

These are the main points I can think about at the moment. Maybe also discuss Present Mic and Aizawa, or All Might's future. There's a lot to cover, and im glad we'll get probably another volume!

Now let's go to the juicy part. The title. This title is absolutely loaded. like wth. We all know whose favourite girl is related to the moon right? of course we are worried. But I think she's gonna be ok, in the end at least, let me explain.

Of course I'm asuming this scene from the teaser may be from episode 5. We see Callum falling in a moonless night but I'm guessing the title isn't that literal. I think Callum is falling emotionally and literally just as he has before for Rayla. He fell in love with her‚ he fell off a cliff for her and then fell emotionally when she left. The sky he is in is dark‚ no moon‚ representing his own mental state without Rayla. Rayla left him at night just as Callum is falling in the night (omg)

Callum had a moonless night every day for two years because his guiding moon wasn't in his life. I think they may talk about it or it will affect Callum in this episode some way.

Note that the teaser opens with this scene, next we have Aaravos saying "we are all of us, stardust, held together by love for an instant"

She jumps, not knowing if it's going to work, wakes him up after catching him‚ Callum is able to get his wings back and fly them both into safety, Callum gets his love wings again for her but this time she's being the savior (in the most part). Maybe even completing whatever mission they ask as well. TOGETHER.

After this we may get a Rayla is a hero speech or this time Callum is a hero speech, I don't know‚ I think it would be more fitting if it's from Callum and the hero Callum speech is from Rayla to her parents. Whateve, they finally have their three sesaon dragged conversation and they both kiss like in S3 but maybe reversed this time (Rayla kissing first and apologizing and Callum kissing her next) and they fully come back together :'). I dont think we will get an I love you until ep 9 but we won't really need it here right? we already know!

The episode ends with them kissing under the moon. Moonless Night ending with with a moon night (metaforically and literally)

as someone who is east asian and who views food and sharing food a huge part of my culture and my familial relations and like. a giant part of the idea of home and what being safe and loved is AND what sharing love and safety with others is, the way you illustrated the latest chapter genuinely made me cry.

it has been a very long time since ive really connected with my culture in that way because (unfortunately) living in the US as an asian american has majorly whitewashed me, and my mom is the only other asian person i have that is close to me, but seeing that portrayed in a comic strip that i read for fun and to feel like happy and unwind a little bit was ... idk it was really really really beautiful. and to see you confirm that that was what that scene was all about just...

aaaaah no this is so sweet. im so glad you could connect with it that way and i sooo get the disconnect with culture bc im to close with my parents and my partner isn't chinese but food culture is something you grow up with and it never leaves you i feel like and on top of that i feel like its both so individualized to the culture but also so universal.

i ended up picking hotpot as the meal bc of how much of like a communal meal it is and how easy it is to show different character dynamics (e.g. percy handing annabeth the cooked food, sally feeding percy and percy being exasperated but accepting of it in a 'mom im not a chiiiild anymore' way etc.). there's so many little social dynamics that happen in big group meals like hotpot from like setting the table for it, passing certain foods around, cooking and feeding for someone.

uh anyways that was a huge tangent but im so glad that that connected and its rlly special to me to be able to insert this into my story.

I read the spoiler about Effie in sotr and im so conflicted about it and lied to in a way (or Susan is preparing us for the fact Effie is lying about who she is)

Apparently she is coming to help the d12 stylist, who is her younger sibling with the outfit (so called). And apparently she is older than Haymitch!!! Which was a surprise in itself cause I feel like we’re given the feeling that she is on the younger side - like the fact she wanted to be promoted. From what I understood she has at least five years on Haymitch, which mean she is at least 45. And if the Capitol is an allegory or a reflection of our modern society - in no way a 45 year old woman would get promoted from the lowest level at that age, they would keep her at her position, and she would have known that (or she pretended to what to get promoted - katniss said in thg about her something along the lines of “as if she have to say something insulting”) before she said she might finally get promoted. And Susan is an exclusive producer of the movies. She could have guided the casting towards an older woman for Effie (I can think on a few, non is as good as EB) and not at the time 38 years old Elizabeth banks, who is ten years younger then woody Harrlson.

So the kiss and the flirting in the movies does not make since anymore, then why allow it? You knew their age difference for awhile, soWhat’s up with the teasing Susan🙃

then the hayffie of it all. (which I’m a huge fan of cause it makes so much since as a sexual relationship, at least one thy started in THG) now it doesn’t make any since to date/sleep/whatever with someone that you first met as a minor when you are not, it is weird. Especially when she is represented is both the trilogy and as of what I heard in sotr as generally good person, so she would not use him. And we know they do have some bond - otherwise why would he save her? And keep her out of the loop of trouble in CF (katniss said something about the silent agreement of keeping Effie unaware) Because she was helping in his games? I don’t buy it. It’s too random. And even if it’s true - they known each other of 25 years. It had to mean something, but they were never the friends type in my mind. They are allies (which is stornger in my opinion).

The whole thing is so weird to me, cause technically we really know almost nothing personal about her from the OG books. We know her character traits and her fashion facade, her caring about her team. Personal stuff? Only her interest in architecture, which shown to us by her knowing a type of balcony 😂 we really know her, but we can assume she is hiding a lot, maybe that’s why she wear wigs (if I remember she is the only one who we see with wigs) she is hiding something from us.

And there is one other thing - in THG when they watch the scoring from the game makes she says something about the fact that katniss and petta are from 12 is not a reason to ignore them, and then she is aware suddenly of what she said but she does not regret it. From other spoilers I saw, it’s not standard for an escort to respect her tributes like that. It’s must have come from within her upbringing. Not just from her working close with the game.

In short, I will wait for the sunrise to assess my thoughts, and confirm the whole thing but I’m sure that something is going on there that we don’t ever consider (maybe we will get a book for her IDK, but she is the most interesting character to explore in a new book)

Soooooo um yeah GTOP broke up and probably went no contact.

2) But all is not lost, don't worry. GD spends the rest of the year low-key flip flopping, from making a clear OT3 post (I swear to GOD this happened, and I KNOW I said I will only post what I saved, but I PROMISE this happened and I promise when I have an entire day of no work to myself, I will scroll through all the dms I have sent to gtoppers and find that screenshot) to a subtle OT3 post to posting the painting TOP gave him on Insta.. so like, a lot of bts stuff happened here that we'll never know, and GTOP was as confusing as it always is in their break up eras. In 2024, we got more clear GTOP-isn't-really-over moments, like GD wearing a ring that is POSSIBLY linked to GTOP and him wearing bracelets that are DEFINITELY linked to GTOP. There are other moments too, like his Insta post of Home Sweet Home with the moon in the background and him looking at the sky after saying the line that I believe is for/became for TOP (no don't ask for an explanation for the sky gazing that will take you down delulu street except it is REAL) (and the rest of the GTOP stuff is too delulu lmao). What is my take on all these subtle GTOP gestures? GD is yearning and manifesting lulz. I don't think they were talking in 2024 either, that much is clear from all that T.O.P. and GD to a certain extent showed us and all that they've done from that time period.. I do think they must've spoken in 2023 because of GD's flip flopping and then his clear determination from a certain point onward to get TOP back. BUT THEN WE GET TO 2025 ToT. an insane series of events happened and no one believes it wasn’t my fault but it WASNT this time. it’s a dumb long story but i have to share

so in feb i got beyonce tickets off vividseats bc there was a solid chance i’d be in nyc for memorial day anyway and i didn’t want an eras tour situation. tickets were expensive but like fine enough to take the hit, plus id be going w a friend so like whatever. and i figured if i couldn’t go i could sell em.

but so the vivid seats confirmation email doesn’t give any details about the ticket you got, and it doesn’t actually provide the ticket but someone else sends it to you. ig it’s kind of a scalper site but the prices are better than TM so i was like sure. but then it turned out the bach party on memorial day weekend was gonna be in dc so i was like hm do i fly to nj sunday night that seems excessive etc etc let me mull it over.

and THEN when they sent me the tickets they were for the weekend BEFORE in CHICAGO???? and i simply do not believe i fucked up that bad. like i am obsessive about checking dates for big purchases and looking at the chicago stadium map for the seats i picked i was like i have never seen this before in my entire life. i had picked seats in the section next over from my friend blah blah like what the hell.

so ok let me sell them ugh at least that solves my flight question and it’s a bummer but alas. either vivid seats fucked me or i’m the dumbest person alive (everyone assumes i’m the dumbest person alive). ok turns out you cannot sell these electronic transfer tickets on vivid seats. buried 4 levels deep in their FAQs and not in the fine print when you buy them. I was ready to kill myself. like ok the tix were like $200 but the fees were so bad i had to recoup a lot of cash. i certainly didn’t want to LOSE money on these tickets AND not see beyonce that’s ridiculous.

so i tried to contact vividseats and they couldn’t even find my account so i was like what the hell do i do. can i sell them on TM. maybe but? who would pay enough for the tix for me to break even. like i’d have to price them higher than i bought them so i can get the same amount than what i paid. and cowboy carter isn’t selling bc tickets are too pricey anyway sooo am i really gonna have to eat several hundred dollars bc vividseats cannot tell me if they fucked up.

so i filed a dispute with my credit card while continuing trying to communicate w vividseats and listing the tickets for a comical price on TM. i didn’t figure anything would come of it but just in case. ok yesterday i got the notice that they issued a FULL REFUND and closed the dispute ig because vivid seats literally did not communicate w them??? so its over??? im saved????

and not only did i get a full refund i got to keep the $50 cash back i got from a little card promo. AND i appear to still have the tickets on TM which is objectively insane so im going to sell them for a normal amount and maybe give some of it to charity bc i feel bad. anyway. i just basically made an extra $[redacted] this week. Yay

which is funny bc I'm not shipping or appreciating their dynamics less or denying that victorian society manipulates Ellen into thinking that her experience is lesser then. this is all true. i agree with that.

what I don't agree with is the plain simple "they're bound by destiny", not because I don't like it, but because i feel like it takes away details that 1) we don't and won't have because Eggers won't reveal the fold 2) deepens Orlok's past lore. may i remind that this is a loose adaptation of an old movie, which by itself is a loose adaptation of a book, they could and they did add new things.

people's influence and impact in Ellen's experience, from close relationships to doctors, this is all happening on the screen. I'm talking about interpretations, what happens between the lines, from the details, the elements in the scenario. this is a gothic story, and as someone who loves gothic stories, gothic studies, I'm very invested in understanding all the little things Eggers has put in this movie (because historically he does that) to catch a glimpse into what we don't see explicitly, what they don't say. like, someone around tumblr has already talked ab Orlok's mustache, i loved that post. we don't have confirmation from Eggers' that that's what it meant, but i liked it

so, OP (the person who printed my post and blocked me), I'm not fighting you, I'm as invested in Orlok as you are. I'm just curious ab the past things he did because as far as folklore and myths go, and the type of things Knock was doing in his office, the symbol in Orlok's coffin (and many many other stuff I'm sure I don't even know yet), he probably did made a pact with the devil. and that's okay for me, I don't like him less because of that, i like him just the same if not more. as i said, we like fucked up characters and stories, i just want to see the other details and elements and don't deny that he is, in fact, fucked up.

as for the guardian angel thing, again, it's an interpretation. Ellen didn't know what she would get and as far as anyone knows, based on the fact that biblical angels are scary as fuck, she might not know that he was specifically Orlok. she acts in despair, she's begging but not for him, but he repeats again and again that this was something she wanted, like she wanted him specifically. Knock keeps acting like Ellen's situation is a fate, is providence, while in the beginning it was Orlok answering a call that didn't have his name on it. he tricks Thomas into giving up Ellen (which is a very misogynistic and fucked up act in treating her like a property Thomas can pass on through a contract) and then tells her her husband purposefully sold her off. he acts like her spiritual sensibilities are directly connected to him, while we don't know that, Ellen doesn't know that (and she says she has had this weird situations since she was a child), he's the one treating it this way. he's a creep who then lurks into her friend's life, kills the children (which btw omg the girls saying there was a monster under the bed and that they hear it breathing??? that's even before Thomas going away) and puts on her responsibility when talking to her. Ellen is seeing everything falling apart around her, everyone will die unless she sacrifices herself and she does that tricking Orlok to suck her blood until the sun shines and the roosters crow.

by saying that I'm not thinking "eeeeewwww he's sooo bad i hate him" I'm thinking "omg this fucking weirdo... how was your pact, how and why did you answer her calls, could something/somebody else have answered her instead?" i wanna know more about him. he's a creep and i expect him to be that way, not less. again, it's a gothic story, i expected him to be a fucked up character and weird and a dark sorcerer - because he is. and a bunch of other ppl around Ellen did terrible things, but some of them were generally consonant with the time, no one did a pact with the devil except for Orlok (and Knock i guess? but I'm not sure if it's a pact with Orlok only or with the devil too, if someone could clarify I'd be grateful). he's a vampire and through folklore and myths he is supposed to do weird and scary things, it's not a "oh vampires exist how exciting and romantic, he wants me for eternity or something" story, it's a "there's this evil lurking in my life wanting to suck my blood and kill people around me and/or me and I'm spooked, having nightmares and having hysterical and melancholic symptoms according to those around me" story. which i absolutely love btw. there's a fucking ton to investigate here and I'm excited as hell and i want to eat up every 10+ pages long analysis i can get my hands on!!!!!!

(edit: btw, I'm not locking and saying that this is the true and that in right and that i can't change my mind after seeing other interpretations! if i read stuff and my opinion changes, it changed, and that's great! I'm just curious to know more ab the shit he does. and about ellen, I also absolutely want to know more about the interpretations concerning her role in all of this, i just don't think him being a dark sorcerer is forgettable. i saw a post about Ellen being Nosferatu and I'm like "fuck yeah". it's supposed to be fun, it's movies and stories and art)

(edit 2: after reading some more posts, i absolutely love the fact that Ellen is acting in a level without even knowing, and that's why Orlok's words sound cryptic at first. the way her spiritual/magical sensibilities and abilities manifest aren't something she knows how to control because she doesn't have language or knowledge, because people constantly put her in a illness place, because the way they manifest are seen as hysterical and melancholic. her being Nosferatu, her being the one causing all of this doesn't negate that on a surface level, to her, for more than half of the movie, this was never wanted. she doesn't know it consciously, it's through her sleepwalking and dreams and episodes that she has contact with these forces. and the reason why she repressed and didn't have contact with her desires is because she never had access to the knowledge that could make her a full force consciously at first. i think she wants more than one thing, is acting unconsciously to get one of them which negates the other, and because she doesn't have the proper apparatus to do it in a way that would cause less damage, it became all of this. but in the end, she gets what she wants) (the posts: 1 2 3 )

SCREAMS!! YES!!! sorry that it took so long to respond to this, i had to write a lot and im answering on mobile where i cant type as fast!! (also apologizes for my grammar in this, i was in a silly mood) prepare for the massive info dump under the cut!!!

okay anyways! the “magical girls” are wxs (bc im biased for them) and their theme would be “sweets” and “deserts.” their outfits are based around the fluffy dreamland set + other cards that i think suit them. (ex: nene messenger of feelings combined with her afterparty with fireworks(mermaid nene)) but emu is only based off of her smile of a dreamer card bc she’s the goat and it’s her focus. she’s sort of the leader of the magical girls (sorry tsukasa!! youre my favorite but ur not the leader for this au!! i have a lot of plans for you though >:3)

HOWEVER bc rui and tsukasa dont have clear full body outfits in that set im thinking of basing their outfits on different sets. tsukasa is the most clear for me, because he’s going to be an combination of his backstage encouragement card (lilykasa) and his an unexpected classmate card. i dont have any ideas for rui but i want him to be based on a lim card of his so his hair can change during the transformation ueueueuwuuwe (；′⌒`) .

since their theme is around sweets im thinking of naming their “charm” or those things that give magical girls power “___ candy” emu’s would be “sweet candy” since she’s the leader. nene’s would be “mermaid candy”. tsukasa would be “star candy” and rui’s would be “robo candy” or “thunder candy” (IM SORRY RUI I AM NOT TREATING YOU RIGHT IN BUILDING THIS AU 🙏) the names before ‘candy’ is either based off of their cards (nene) or their overall personality or actual theme (tsukasa, rui)

the order of who turns into a magical girl would be emu -> nene -> rui -> tsukasa. emu was the first to recieve her powers and has been fighting against “evil” for a good length of time. maybe around 4-6 months. because of this she is somewhat popular around japan and on the internet. everyone has at least heard of her if theyve stayed up with the latest trends. (saki is a MASSIVE fan of her’s).

nene recieves her candy during a particularly difficult fight she witnesses emu having. (here). in this au nene is more pessimistic that gets resolved soon when she gets to know emu more. the reason she knows emu’s identity in the comic i made is because she soon realized it after emu said something eeriely similar to her magic girl persona. she then confirms it during the battle and as she realizes the reason for why emu fights, she is determined to reciprocate those feelings to her. thus, she recieves her candy.

tsukasa and rui im not sure yet but i want it to be an accidental encounter. maybe during a show they have an enemy appears and they have to fight, thus leading tsukasa and rui to find out their identity. im still not sure how to make the enounter different for tsukasa and rui since i want there to be at least some time for nene and tsukasa to get popular on emu’s level (or at least close to it).

the “big bad” that magical wxs is fighting is called project DULL. it’s…nightcord… yeah. the enemies are n25. they have tragic backstories and i really want to see them snap at someone sooo /lh. haha! no actually though i want n25 to have another secret persona that NO ONE knows the identity to. even themselves. they work together but they have no idea of the real person theyre working with. yes, they still in n25 together working on songs but they also work together as the main “villains” (wink wink. nudge nudge ;3). a few times one or more of them come to their nightly vcs more tired than usual and theyre suspious but brush it off thinking “oh they must have had a more exhausting day than usual, i wont pry but i’ll tell them to take care of themselves!”

virtual singers and sekais still do exist in this au by the way! im also thinking of making each group into a villain fighting group but i have no idea where to start with that and i think my brain would implode trying to think of all of their lore in one go soo no mention of them here lolol.

project DULL wants to reset the world to a state where everything is neutral. no positive emotions, no negative emotions. no sicknesses either! the main reason they oppose magical wxs is bc n25’s “neutral” is tasteless (or at least that how i think) and wxs is based around sweetness and the different flavors of everything.

there are many other things i want to explain about project DULL and others associated with them but that would be spoliers and it would ruin the surpise!!! one last thing about them is that theyre based off their imprisoned marionette set and wear masks. (WINK WINK. NUDGE NUDGE)
