As we know Homura split Madoka and the law of cycles into 2. Do we think that was a good idea or not?

Because how i see it, it was the only logical solution because the Kyubey's wanted more energy bc the new system wasn't working as well, and they basically wanted to bring back the whole witch system. The Kyubey's were able to prove that Madoka existed bc of the whole rebellion thing. Firstly, imagine sacrificing your life to stop witches for them to only appear again. I'd be soo annoyed. Secondly, the Kyubey's know that Madoka exists now, and they couldn't get to her through Homura. What makes you think they won't try it again with another magical girl?
