6/9/2024 Journal Entry - I'm back on Tumblr!! Let's Dance!!

I remember in 2013, my first girlfriend, a mormon horse girl who was a blackbelt in karate, introduced me to Tumblr. Chloe, if you're reading this, don't contact me.

Anyway, it's been 10 years, my high school reunion is this week. I'm not going, but to be fair, I would never put myself through that. I didn't recognize my graduating class when it was happening, I'm not going to suddenly know them now. lol

I love you Tumblr, I hope you missed me, I've been doing some things. I started an lgbt guild that has 500 people. The other day, I went to pride with my girlfriend and we saw my favorite youtuber, Sloan, whose rippling muscles just happened to be inches away from my face while passing by in the street, there were a lot of people. I said "Sloan?!" and He said "Yeah?" It was like seeing a dolphin in the wild.

Genuinely, it was my first pride and I had a wonderful time.

hehe ghost-turbo haunting felix au

turbo is connected to the last piece of his code in the whole arcade - a trophy he gifted to felix in mid 80s as a symbol of him genuinely caring about their relationships on par with being the best racer. felix also gave him one of his medals and both kept their gifts next to other rewards, but when roadblasters and turbotime were unplugged, the medal was gone with everything else

now, after burning in cola-lava turbo is basically dead, but scraps of his code still were intertwined with the trophy (after all, it was his first winner's cup, but felix never knew about it), giving turbo an opportunity to exist as a shadow incapable of interacting with anything and anyone besides felix, who kept the trophy even after the roadblasters incident

Day 4 of ??? of drawing Professor Layton, today we got Descole and Emmy for the first time every! I really enjoyed drawing both of them so expect to see more in the future :)

Also this got a little sad all of the sudden, idk what happened there 🤷‍♀️ I wonder if Descole ever looks at Layton and sees the little brother he lost, or does he look completely different from his childhood self?

I HC that Gotham’s so full of ghosts, smog, and various chemicals that it messes with Constantine's ability to tell ghosts from the living. He starts stepping around ghosts while walking (making Batman have to slow down so the man can keep up), talks to lost ghost tourists, or accidentally flirts with the dead at bars, freaking out other patrons and getting kicked out. On of the earlier occasions, John nearly performs an exorcism on one of the Robins after the kid flips around too well, and cheerfully informs Bruce about all the death omens around him when the man pisses him off.
