( 🎶 “on the night shift 😉) ... anyways, wanted to get a quick workout in since me & the kiddo have a day planned at the movies (I’ll probably find my way back to the gym this afternoon) actually at @planetfitness this time. If you haven’t noticed, I utilize multiple gyms. Some get it, but many question why. Well, I know ME, and once I get bored somewhere, it’s a wrap. For a number of years, I’ve done this to break up the monotony and by golly, it’s worked thus far. Naturally, they all offer something different; a certain ambiance. Some still say 🤚🏾 #whatever, but I’m here to say you have to do what works for YOU. No one thing works for everyone, as many of us find with weight loss and work out plans. All has to be crafted and designed specifically for YOU. If you’re someone who struggles with staying consistent in the gym, that could be something that breaks down the barrier for you.
