Now. As for WIPs. Idk man, I’m still clacking away at old coach Joel. A few words here, a few words there, a couple paragraphs thanks to the little devil that is @murder-wife sitting on my shoulder giving me nasty ideas!

Also doing the occasional typing on the Joel/Tess/reader threesome that I lost steam on.

I wrote out a whole little delulu beach fantasy that I was really enjoying but I don’t think it’s enough for a whole fic on its own. Maybe I’ll just post that. Anybody want some rich sugar daddy Joel on the beach pwp?

You could feel him pulsing and you moved your hips just a little, but you kept reading your book. He rubbed your hip, your stomach, your arms, kissed your shoulder, careful not to interrupt your reading.

i have said it before and i'll say it again, 2025 is the year of living my life. and doing shit! i find myself constantly not doing things just because i'm scared, whether it's scared of change, or just living...idk. nothing changes if nothing changes. i have things i wanna get done this year (i.e. my degree!) and i'm doing it! change is scary but this year i wanna embrace it & grow with it. i also am always too worried about what everybody else is doing and i want to try to stop that, cause it doesn't matter. there's no timeline for life. it seems scary that i'm 25 this year and haven't done a lot of the same things as others my age and it seems lame but i'm on my own path and i need to realize that! ANYWAY enough seriousness... my other goals for this year are: run a half marathon race, dare i say... get a boyfriend..? and attend a formula 1 race later on this year (george & lewis im coming for you!!) & read more books...its good for you!! oh, and become a morning person and wake up earlier, that's good for you too.

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYBODY?

Nope. Family lore is that my mom and dad went through a baby name book and my mom circled all the names she liked in red and my dad circled all the names he liked in blue and mine was the only one with two circles. My first middle name is the name my mom wanted to give her sister when my aunt was born. And my second middle name is my mom’s maiden name.

2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?

When my spouse and I were on vacation abroad and our flight home had been cancelled and we got scammed trying to get another flight and had to cancel our credit card and still find a way home. I very rarely cry (except when watching stupid things on tv) but I sobbed I was so stressed out. And on my period. Which y’know made traveling home super fun.

3. DO YOU HAVE KIDS?

Childless by choice (I love being an auntie to my nieces and friends’ kids though!) (I hate that I worry people will assume I hate kids because I’m a woman who didn’t want them!)

I played basketball for one memorable season in elementary school. I ran cross country for one memorable season in high school because it exempted me from gym class (joke was entirely on me when I realized being on the track team meant actually exercising more than going to gym class. And I used to be a (very very slow) runner (a whole slew of half marathons, 5 and 10ks, and exactly 1 marathon). My body doesn’t work like that anyone. But I miss it.
