the very beginning or near the beginning when you first shift from an idea to getting some words on the page when it just works/flows and you know you'll be able to execute what you had in your head. it doesn't always work like that but i love when it does. also getting into a groove where i can write for a long stretch. and also brainstorming/spitballing ideas with friends <3

MALEXA MORNING AFTER PLS

i'm basically at the sex for this one so it's fighting me bc group sex is always challenging to write but i did get a bit.

“Michael,” she says, meeting his eye, and that’s all it takes and Michael is kneeling between Alex’s legs, cleaning his wound, changing the bandage, caring for Alex with all the love he’s always had for him and has rarely known what to do with. When he’s satisfied, he looks up at Alex with wide eyes, and Maria feels the same pull she felt last night between the three of them.  She could let it drop, or she could surrender to it. She wants skin and heartbeats under her hands, wants to kiss the taste of Michael into Alex’s mouth, but she knows if she really wants this, wants something more than last night, she’s got to be careful.  She looks at Michael and he seems to understand, resting a hand over Alex’s wound for a moment before standing and backing out of his space. Alex looks vulnerable, and Maria wants to protect him from everything she couldn’t when they were kids.

Watches Michael watch him, take him in.  He wants to kiss him, wants to hold him, wants to light his uniform on fire, wants to rip this hotel room apart piece by piece with his bare hands. He wants to kill his father. Wants to watch Michael choke the life out of him.  Michael catches his hand with his mangled one; Alex hadn’t realized he was shaking.  Michael holds his gaze as he slides onto his knees at Alex's feet.  “Take what you need," he says quietly. “It's okay. I've got you.”

20. favourite things about the night?

i don't spend enough time outside at night, but i love looking at the night sky, especially if i'm out of the city. the light pollution here is terrible, but i still love looking at the moon. when we go camping or something outside the city i love looking at the stars.

rude. 59, on this laptop. i should probably close some of those 😬

34. any pet peeves?

leaving the big light on (evil). leaving cabinets, drawers, etc. open. wasting time in a meeting/meetings not being led efficiently. unclear expectations (my beloathed). people screwing up my name when they have it in writing.

40. any bad habits?

clenching my jaw when i'm stressed. i don't know if it's a habit but i do it all the time without realizing and it's causing some issues. keeping my legs crossed all the time. spending too much money when i'm stressed.

yes, my mom. mostly focused on not getting knocked up but she did a good job trying to counterbalance the mountains of sex negativity and shame id gotten from the catholic church my whole life. i was comfortable asking her questions and she took me to the doc to get a script for birth control without any judgement.

WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME CHOOSE 😭 if i HAD to give one up i'd prob give up reverse cowgirl bc i don't do it AS much but both are absolutely critical and necessary. two of my faves for sure.

the character everyone gets wrong

ooooh. um. all of them? laksdjflkasdlf BUT its hard to blame anyone when the writing is a little all over the place. i think its easy to boil characters down to oversimplified traits that ignore other important parts of those characters' experiences. obviously this happens with scott REAL BAD but it happens with stiles and derek too. i think for me a big thing is that those boys are both INCREDIBLY fucked up. in very different ways but, still. stiles is not a happy go lucky nerd. he's violent and stubborn and yes he's smart as hell but he's also carrying a lot of baggage. derek is trauma personified, and it can be really fucking hard to write him because we don't usually see his responses to that trauma on screen and the show sometimes forgets or conflicts itself with regard to what happened to him but no matter how you slice it that boy is deeply fucked up.

2. a compelling argument for why your fave would never top or bottom

NEVER top or bottom? nah. my boys are vers kings for sure (if for no other reason than that they WILL be fucking in every conceivable location configuration style position etc no stone left unturned type of shit) BUT i hc that derek prefers to bottom. why? because he deserves to get tenderly railed by his scrawny ass boyfriend and because i said so and because look at that ass somebody should put a dick in there and stiles is happy to volunteer

9. worst part of canon

wheres that video about teen wolf where the girl is pretending to talk to jeff davis and she says 'look at him! you took a perfectly good himbo and gave him ptsd!' or something to that effect. a lot of it? teen wolf is fucking poster child for wasted potential. the characters are so fucking compelling but then the show forgets what happened to them two episodes ago. its a lot. why did erica and boyd have to die? why dont we fucking see derek dealing with that? or with isaac leaving? why don't we ever do anything with both stiles and derek living with the guilt that they killed their moms (GOD the fic i wanted to write about this aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh it would be so dark and angsty and you would hate it mwah). we dont get consistent pack lore. WHY DONT PAPA STILINSKI AND MAMA MCCALL EVER GET TOGETHER WTF?!?! why doesn't melissa put her fucking hair up at work? why does nobody acknowledge that theres a sterek mpreg baby in the movie? you know what, we shouldnt talk about the movie, we don't have time for all that. what even is stiles and why don't we ever fucking figure it out? re: kira - WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?! how is everyone on this show queer but nobody is actually queer except cory and mason and one of the weird twins. why did someone approve the two twins becoming one werewolf? ew. idk man. i could keep going but we've all suffered enough. teen wolf my most beloved terrible tv show <3 always in my heart

“It’s okay,” TK pants, desperate to keep Pat here, under him, flushed and beautiful. He doesn’t want to let him catch his breath or think about what they’re doing or what it means.

Pat throws his head back and thrusts his hips into TK’s hand where he’s got a firm grip on Pat’s dick.

TK leans closer, nervous but greedy, and Pat doesn’t stop him. He keeps his eyes squeezed tight shut and whines as TK works over his dick with only a little spit to ease the way.

“I’ve got you,” TK whispers into the space below Pat’s ear. The pale skin of his throat is right under his lips and he can’t quite stop himself from leaning in and licking at his sweaty skin before nipping at the tendon there. Pat moans instead of freaking out, so TK leans in all the way, sprawled mostly in Pat’s lap at this point, so he can kiss his throat.

Pat’s hips start working faster and he makes a delicious little noise that TK wants to swallow, so he sucks a mark into his throat instead. Growls, “you can tell the guys you took the blond girl with the big tits home,” and then licks over the spot again, kissing his way up and down his neck as Pat whines and thrashes under him.

He comes hard and fast with TK’s teeth in his throat and his fingers dug into TK’s waist. TK lets himself slump into Pat’s body instead of rolling over next to him on the couch and waits to see how Pat will react. He tenses when Pat cracks an eye open to look at him.

“Fuck, Teeks.” TK feels a smile stretch across his face and a matching one appears on Pat’s face as he pushes his fingers down into TK’s shorts and murmurs, “your turn.”
