You had always been used to the spotlight. As the lead guitarist of Lunar Eclipse, one of Korea’s rising star rock bands, you had a fair share of viral moments—most of them showcasing your electrifying performances and cool stage presence, some are funny clips from your livestreams or even variety shows. But lately, the internet seemed to love something else even more.

You and Park Seonghwa.

It had all started months ago when fans noticed your adorable on-stage interactions. From Seonghwa subtly headbanging during Lunar Eclipse’s set at a festival, to you singing along to Ateez’s songs when she thought no one was watching, the internet had gone wild.

Not to mentioned when Lunar Eclipse and Ateez were invited to do a variety show together, the show went popular just in few days, between your group's loudness combined with Ateez's chaotic energy, fans begin to notice the subtle interaction between you and Seonghwa.

From the way you share a few glance at each others, the subtle skinships when you both think no one is looking, but of course unfortunately for you both—the cameras that have been set on the studio caught all of them, making the fans go crazy.

Even before any of your agency officially confirmed your relationship, fans were already calling you the rockstar x prince couple. And when both of your agency finally announced that you both are dating, the reactions had been surprisingly and overwhelmingly positive—people absolutely adored you guys together.

Tonight, you aren't performing. Instead, you were one of the MCs for a major award show along side Myung Jaehyun from BOYNEXTDOOR, a new challenge for you but something you were excited to try.

The show was going smoothly between the amazing performances of multiple groups, Jaehyun have been an amazing mc partner, with his extroverted personality and positive energy makes you feel alot more comfortable and less nervous.

What you aren't prepared for, however, was how weak you would become watching your boyfriend on stage.

Ateez delivered a breathtaking performance, as expected. The crowd roared with excitement as they executed their intense choreography, their charisma filling the massive venue. But then came the ending fairy moment—something that had become a staple in K-pop performances.

The camera zoomed in on Seonghwa, his gaze piercing and smoldering as he stared straight into the lens. His plump lips curled into the faintest smirk, a sheen of sweat on his skin making him look even more ethereal. He tilted his head slightly, fingers brushing his jawline in a move so effortlessly seductive that the crowd erupted in cheers.

And unfortunately for you, the camera also zoomed in on your reaction.

your eyes widened in pure shock, jaw dropping, and breath hitching as you visibly struggled to keep your composure. A second later, your expression melted into something almost comically lovesick—your lips pressing together in a desperate attempt to suppress a smile, cheeks burning with undeniable affection. you quickly covered you mouth with the cue card on your hand, but it was far too late.

A familiar chuckle made you peek through your fingers. Seonghwa stood before you, still slightly out of breath from performing, but his smile was soft and utterly amused. “I saw the clips already,” he teased, tilting his head. “You think I’m that stunning?”

you huffed, crossing your arms. “Please, you knew exactly what you were doing.”

He grinned, stepping closer to gently tap your chin. “Maybe. But I like seeing you flustered.”

You rolled your eyes playfully, your heart raced as your boyfriend steps closer to you. “Congrats,” you muttered, “now the entire internet knows I’m down bad for you.”

Seonghwa leaned in slightly, his voice dropping to a whisper. “Well… lucky for you, I’m just as down bad for you.”

And just like that, your face burned even hotter.

The internet would definitely have a field day with this one.

You have been an employee of JYP Entertainment for the past year, and it was almost unbelievable how kind everyone is. When you first got into the industry, people would warn you about how the people in different companies would treat staff. However, none of your higher-ups or idols made you feel that way.

Your first group was Itzy, but they decided to switch you to Stray Kids for 5-star and Rock-Star. The members treated you almost like another member in the short time you have known each other. You were also a young man, a mere 00 liner, and trying to work in hard environments. 

Since you met the group, they would invite you out and you got especially close to a certain member. Changbin, for once, was taller than someone and he would tease you while making sure you were fine with it. He would cuddle and flirt with you no matter how bashful you got. Honestly, he got worse when you more embarrassed.

Somewhere in September, you both started to hook up. While drunk, he confessed that he realize he liked men a while ago, but was never had the chance to hook up with one. You suggested, just as drunk, that maybe you didn’t mind hooking up with him. It didn’t happen then but once you both were sober, you guys finally became friends with benefits.

You grabbed your supplies just in case there was a tear or something to patch up and guided the older man to an empty dressing room. He locked the door behind him just incase and you bent over and sat everything down and set everything in their right place.

I Can See You (Chilumi Idol / Pop Star AU)

He first saw her in the green room of Iridescence Entertainment’s music festival. 

It was a good idea, in theory, Tartaglia supposed as he observed the green room with a cocktail glass filled with M&Ms in hand. He’d give his manager some credit, Kamisato Ayato was nothing if not business savvy. Hosting a music festival sponsored by the entertainment label that managed all of them? Genius.

The problem was that all of the entertainment signed under that label were eccentric artists in their own right. Tartaglia wouldn’t consider himself as especially weird as some of his colleagues. But even he noticed how when they all came together, they clashed. Attitudes and tempers were starting to run high. 

It didn’t help that there was no leaving the green rooms allowed, not unless you were actually performing. It cut down on security costs, and given how many rabid fans were out there right now—it wasn’t a good idea to try to go through the festival incognito anyway. 

Although Tartaglia was pretty sure that Zhongli had somehow given security the slip and was doing just that. He was pretty good at differentiating himself from his stage name, Rex Lapis, and the persona associated with it. 

Tartaglia just wished that Zhongli had thought to ask him to join. Because he was bored. Bored enough to consider walking over to where 6REEZE was sitting and picking a fight with their bassist, Scaramouche. 

Scaramouche was already arguing about something involving Aether, the drummer and one of the fellow songwriters of the group. Then again, Aether and Scaramouche were always at it with each other. 

He considered the Arataki Gang, but they were getting ready to go out on stage. There were some of the girl idols, like Barbara or Furina, but they weren’t exactly the kind of people PR wanted to hear about one of their stars getting into a fight with. 

Then he saw her, right between Furina and Barbara. 

One of the pop idol girls—but one he’d never seen before. 

With golden eyes and short blonde hair with longer tendrils and bangs in the front, there was something ethereal, otherworldly about her. She looked familiar, too, as if he had seen her before—even though he was pretty sure he hadn’t.

Was she a new debut for Iridescence Entertainment?

Stop staring, Ajax.

He could practically hear his little sister chiding him. 

Still, he kept stealing glances at her when he could, beyond taking selfies for the Instagram page his manager insisted on him updating and checking Tonia’s secret meme account. 

She really was trouble, that girl was. 

He wondered if the new debut was trouble herself. He liked that in a woman. 

“Well, it’s been nice talking you both, but I’ve got to go talk to Aether before he goes onstage.” Her voice carried across the room like a melody, and he couldn’t help but as she walked right over to break up the fight between the drummer and bassist of 6REEZE. 

Now that she was next to him—

Well, shit.

Aether Apocalypse was her brother. 

Isn’t that great?

Aether seemed like a sunny, fun guy to most who knew him. His fans adored him as this prince of light character, similar to Kazuha, one of the guitarists. 

Unfortunately, Tartaglia had seen a lot of him (and the rest of 6REEZE for that matter) in the green rooms like this one. Aether Apocalypse was not a nice guy. He was an asshole when pressed. 

As he’d seen when Aether and Dainsleif, the lead of the Twilight Sword band, had broken up last year.

Man, that was brutal.

Just as Tartaglia contemplated if it was worth getting his bones broken before his performance to talk to Aether’s sister—and wondering if the preceding fight would cure his boredom—he felt two pairs of golden eyes on him. 

Aether was glaring at him, just as his sister’s head swiveled toward him as well.

“That’s him,” Aether said, not breaking the glare. 

“I’ll take care of this.”

The sister folded her arms over her chest and sauntered over to where Tartaglia was sitting, legs kicked up on the mini-table. He figured he’d at least put them down if the pretty pop debut was coming over to talk to him.

At least something good was coming out of Ayato’s logistical nightmare. Maybe he was wrong to blame Ayato for this, in retrospect. This also sounded like something Yae Miko would do, and hadn’t she just joined management when she bought some stocks or something last year?

It wasn’t like Tartaglia really knew all that much about that part of the business. What he did know was making music and putting on a show. 

What kind of riff would he play to open a song about a girl like the one storming toward him? It would have to be a powerful one, something like Eric Clapton or something. 

“Hey girlie.” He nodded, turning on the old charm. His fangirls loved his smile. 

The pop debut was not nearly so impressed. “My brother said you’ve been staring at me. What’s your deal?”

“I’ve just never seen you around before, that’s all.” He set down the cocktail glass full of M&Ms—he was still surprised that Ayato had honored that part of his contract—to give her his full attention. “You’re a new debut, aren’t you?”

“Yeah, they’re announcing me today, actually.” Her eyes betrayed a little nervousness. “Why do you care? You’re one of the headliners here at Iridescence.”

“Maybe I just want the autograph of the new debut before she becomes too famous for me.”

Something about her face shifted. “You’re serious. You’re actually serious.”

Honestly, that surprised him too. “Yeah.”

He pulled a spare pen and napkin he kept for song-writing emergencies in his pocket. “What do you say?”

She pressed her lips into a very thin line. Then she smiled—and it was electrifying.

“Only if you become my biggest fan.” With that, she took the pen and napkin from him, and in flowing script, outlined her name—Lumine with a star over the i.

With that, she turned and walked away, but winked at him from over his shoulder. 

Oh, what a woman. He did like the ones who were certain to be the death of him. He’d have to write a good song about her.

What were some good rhymes for Lumine?

He’d have plenty of time to think of them. Suddenly, the green room wasn’t nearly so boring.

i always think crazy hard about cutie marks they are like my #1 stressor when it comes to ponies……. so here’s why i chose certain cutie mark designs !!

also i tried really hard to make sure they all shared some colours , especially making sure to include each others’ colours !! i wanted to have the original masked circle all have a star somewhere (BC.astrology or something…) LOL , maya sort of stands out both in colours and cutie mark , but that was on purpose !!

tatsuya: his was 100% the easiest to come up with . it’s gotta be his lighter !!! not only is it like His Thing but also very much representative of the bonds with his friends , as well as everything that got them into the events of IS … both in the game and here , the lighter is a symbol of both destruction/power and connection/creation !! which really fits tatsuya :] you can also think of it being like he “lights the way” !! the little teal star is in lieu of the little prince quote , and it’s kinda clear who this star is meant to represent ;U

jun: THIS ONE TOOK FOREVER TO DRAW . my issue was i had an idea , but couldn’t figure out how to make it work !! i wanted to include both flowers and a shooting star and fought 1 million battles trying to figure it out….

i wanted to include a shooting star for many reasons !! stars obviously for jun’s love of stars , but also because the shooting star is a symbol of something to follow (like Jun making himself a leader/savior as joker) as well as being representative of wishes and dreams (which is joker’s whole thing !!) !!! i wanted to add 4 forget-me-nots for both the obvious meaning of memory and his love of flowers , but also to mimic other stars and represent both masked circles he was involved in ! i love jun if you can’t tell

lisa: though this one looks simple it actually was pretty thought-out !! i wanted to figure out a way to both have her love of kung fu and role as an idol represented , which led me to these sort of boom-flash symbols ! these symbols are meant to be representative of her personality (feisty and explosive, but also fascinating and even lovely !) as well as what i said earlier , both of her paths~ they can be read as punch SFX , as well as the flash of cameras/lights on stage !! they’re pretty simple , but i feel like they pack a lot of punch (LOL)~!!

maya: the standout girlie of the whole bunch !! i immediately had the sort of idea for an intersection of heart/moon , and came up with this ! the heart is for ahh.. reasons most people know , but also she’s just associated with hearts in general (think mr bunbun) !! they obviously are related to her compassion and big heart , and if we want to have a sort of more darker and serious inspection of it.. how she’s the heart of her friend group and the loss of that heart (literal and figurative , in many instances) makes everything fall apart .. i also wanted to include the moon for her association with the moon (and Artemis !) , which also serve to show her duality and antithesis to the heat and light of the tatsuyas ! i like to think the EP cast’s colours would be more based around her cutie mark colours , like how IS were all based around each others’ !!

eikichi: i struggled with this one the most & i think it’s obvious.. U~U; .. i wanted to , again , make a symbol that’s not too complex , but is able to encapsulate so many different elements of a character ?! i ended up coming up with this skull (for his association with death/self proclaimed title as the “death boss”) and rocker/vkei/darker alternative aesthetics in general~ the starry eyes are BC welll…! star ! and also because it’s like he’s “starry-eyed” and looking towards the future :] the little glowy shine thing is meant tp be a spotlight , like he’s in the spotlight ! maybe one day I’ll come up with soemthing better , sorry eikichi , i love you ! 😞💦

Frisk/Hero

A young human child who loves superhero comics. They came to the Underground to learn how to be a hero.

Flowey

A mysterious, snarky flower who hangs around the ruins. He claims to be a Ruin Ranger looking for humans that have fallen down.

Toriel

The former queen of the Underground, and the leader of the Ruin Rangers, mid-tier heroes stationed across the Underground. They say she makes a mean radish and jam pie.

The Great Nefarious Papyrus

An aspiring villain, his ridiculous scheming, clever puzzles, and weekly capturing of the mayor's daughter Snowanne have put Holiday City in a state of disarray.

Badbones

The Nefarious Papyrus's faithful (if lazy) sidekick and brother, he would much rather be napping or hanging out at Grillby's than committing various acts of villainy.

A robot who lives in Hotland, Mettaton is the biggest star and hero of the Underground...but it's only because Alphys helps him.

The king of the Underground and leader of the heros, as well as a connoisseur of herbal tea.

Chara

Asriel's sibling, they came to the Underground because of their hatred of humanity, despite being one themself. Their disappearance eventually led to the disappearance of Asriel and the Fallen Children.

Asriel

The prince of the Underground, he left home to investigate Chara's disappearance and never returned.

The Fallen Children

A group of misfits turned close friends by their involvement in the Ruin Rangers. Unfortunately, they disappeared shortly after starting their first real mission together.

This game is still in its beta stage, so you’re working with just the rules and a hint towards the kind of setting the game is designed for. If you want to use this game for more than a simple one-shot, I’d recommend using some of your session 0 time to talk about the world these pop stars inhabit - is it in the past? The future? On another planet? It’s up to you!

Road Trip: The Musical is a game designed for 1-5 players, and while it's recommended that you be actively on a road trip while playing, it is not required. To play, all you need is a way to make a playlist, this could be Spotify, an iPod touch, a CD, or just a piece of paper and a pen. All that matters is that you can keep track of the soundtrack for your road trip.

Each player will have a different role, such as The Driver, the Navigator, or the Snack Captain. Each role comes with a special ability, such as “I’ll turn this car around”, or “Pit Stop”. This allows you to affect song choices as long as they fit certain criteria! At the end of the game, you’ll have a playlist for the group to listen to when you actually hit the road, and you can remember the game you used to create it whenever you’re on the move.

Jukebox is a musical roleplaying game, played over 4 hours, with 3-4 friends and a karaoke setup. You’ll play a cast of characters who are all struggling in their own way against an overwhelming challenge. During three acts, hidden longings will be revealed, grievances will be aired, and songs will be sung. Will old wounds and personal drama doom you all to failure? Or will you change and grow just in time to save the day?

Jukebox requires no preparation and is GM-less. This is a chance for you and your friends to write your very own musical, using your favourite songs. You will design an opening setting, and create characters with their own personal challenges, while using a deck of cards as your randomization tool. This might be worth looking into if you have a group of friends that needs to stretch their legs a bit, or need their roleplaying sessions broken up into chunks.

Super Holo Bards is A Transformational, Totally Sensational Bardic Adventure game borrowing a few game creation elements from Lasers and Feelings. This game can be played with 1-5 players and has optional rules for a GM also known as the Band Manager if one is wanted/desired.

This is a game about heroes with magical instruments - your characters are secretly super-musicians, using your powers for good. The game has a built-in setting that feels renaissance-fantasy in nature, but changing the options on the GM guide tables and the player backgrounds is all you should need to put your characters in whatever setting you desire. Each player has the ability to cast magical spells, as well as the ability to transform into your heroic self! Be warned though, the transformation doesn’t last - and you need time to recharge after using a spell. If you like Lasers & Feelings but you want a little bit more to the game, Super Holo Bards might be worth checking out!

Damn the Man, Save the Music, by Turtlebun.

In Damn the Man, you’ll juggle the responsibilities of a day that will determine the future of your record store, all while trying to accomplish a big personal goal. Can you confess your love to your crush and find the money that went missing from the cash box? Can you pay off your debt to your parents while promoting tonight’s big show? The clock is ticking and you’ve got until midnight to try.

Damn the Man is inspired by movies like Empire Records, Dazed and Confused, and a love for the ’90s. It’s silly and tender and no familiarity with the source material is necessary to enjoy the game.

This game is built with a lot of support tools for nervous GMs. It plays over the course of three acts, and uses playing cards to help determine what kinds of troubles the players encounter. It includes examples of play and a great outline of safety tools. By the end of the game, you'll know whether or not the store is saved or not. The game uses playbooks making character creation a little bit quicker and easier - all in all, a great option if you want to introduce roleplaying to someone new.
