Something that would irk me whenever I would go in the EAH fandom is that some people straight up just ignore EQ’s awful actions to paint Grim and Snow White as the only villains

Like girl I’m sorry to break it to you but EQ is ALSO a villain. She is a victim of the system technically but that doesn’t mean she’s good. But instead of rebelling and strive to be good like how her daughter decides to, she instead decides to do worse. She cursed an entire kingdom(Wonderland) so she could conquer and split up families due to it. She was pressuring her daughter to be just like her even tho Raven said multiple times that’s not what she wanted. She was planning to conquer even more kingdoms. She put multiple innocent children in danger

Her redemption arc can’t be as simple as killing the other people terrible people because SHE CHOSE to cause misery towards the Wonderlandians. SHE CHOSE to pressure her child and make her feel guilty for not following her destiny. She is just as much a symbol of Ever After High’s oppressive system as Headmaster Grim and Snow White are
