#thinking. perhaps even thoughting. thunking.#anyways i was trying to figure out why 1) there arent any 100k~ fics of timbrady and 2) why even i couldnt come up with a 100k fic#like mattdrai has some crazy fics that are between 75k-100k right and thats like the trend#so at first i was like. oh is it the disrepancy of mattdrai not having their shit together IRL and most narratives being made up#vs timbrady wrote itself already so like. narratively soeaking there's not much more to cover right#and that got me thinking if timbrady is already extremely married irl#WHAT circumstances could they be in rpf that would get them to 100k#and then i was enlightened by the voice of god telling me#brady service too eager to please etc but isnt. Gay. except he falls into a very gay relationship with timmy#and the crux of it is that it's not - he cant really think about it being real#its like schrodingers cat relationship and hea kinda leading timmy on#and he feels bad about it#because hes always been the good guy#and hes the captain#and he has more of his shit together than matthew right!#the younger sibling of watching your older sibling implode and feeling of having your shit together as a result#except growing up comes for everyone and leaves no one behind#and its likr this whole thing where brady golden child more so than MATTHEW arguably maybe idk#has to deal with his capacity to hurt people#accidentally! also he is Very Gay#but anyways this is very highly compelling to me

WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF I WAS A WORM?
furina, lyney, & navia… if they became the worm. gn reader. headcanon format. short, trying to figure out tumblr. pt 1 maybe if i think it’s funny enough to add more characters.
FURINA:
she’s living like this now.
that’s it that’s the post.
i think she’d. leave before anyone had the chance to find her tbh, since she lives alone now... alternatively if it was before everything happened i fear she would just further become entertainment. hydro archon is a… worm ??? 😱😱😱 is this the purest form of water.
how much of worms are water
more than 75%.
they’re just like us fr… new conspiracy theory
we’re all worms.
anywayyyy
fontainians are so funny
would she be disappointed at the lack of mac and cheese? maybe. but in the aftermath of everything, she’s looking for simplicity, for reprieve and a way to enjoy life in the barest of forms. of course becoming a worm would be hard to get used to, but i think she could, fairly easily actually in the grand scheme of things. maybe it’s close enough to what she wants.
she’s been in a human body while playing the role of a god for 500 years. i think she could use a change
becoming a worm in this situation is sort of a metaphor for her situation actually. hehe. learning to live with such a modest, small existence after a lifetime of a lavish, celebrated, constantly watched one. and learning to love it— gunshot
after so long of pretending perhaps being a worm would allow her to shed her old skin and simply be.
i think she deserves it
anyway if you lived with her or visited her like every day, maybe she’d just like. curl up and wait. would probably be fairly particular about how she likes her . um. enclosure.
treat furm kindly or i will get you
:3c
as a wild worm, probably extra afraid of the water. panics in the rain. would be the first up if charmed.
like. worm charming. not. you know what i mean
ok so i’ve been enlightened. that is not why worms come up. ignore that
would wormtainians dissolve
erm. next.
oh yeah. if she’s able to turn back, she’d be happy and relieved of course, but i don’t think she’d be as upset about the experience as the others (except for the fact it may be a bit embarrassing, especially if you saw her). she’s lived a long time, she’s seen a lot, i think she’d appreciate the new perspective. even if it was. silly :3
LYNEY:
oh yeah. totally normal . wait. what
i think he’d magic pocket himself . he’d be safe in there for a bit . right
do you think worms could do card tricks.
do you think he could use his vision
worm. on fire.
anyway
i think he’d try and find out wtf happened and try to get himself to turn back first. if he couldn’t/needs help he’s going to try and find lynette first.
he’s silly to get loved ones’ attention. flips over. attempts to lift a card. rolls around
imagine he could change to a worm and back at will and used it in his shows
disappearing act . but what you don’t know is that there’s a tiny worm on the stage.
i keep getting distracted.
wonders what’s going on but thinks it’s funny at first. then it’s like. oh. oh!!
tries his best to figure out how to turn back. there’s panic there definitely, as any sane person would have, but i think it would especially set in after a little while — he starts thinking less about himself and more about his siblings, father, and you. will you know it’s him? he’s stripped of his capabilities, his tongue, his tricks. he was never a good fighter, but like this he is completely helpless.
if he can’t turn back, i think he’d want to stay w/ lynette at all times. sorry. she’s getting enclosure privileges . you can visit though
would a sentient worm be a funny addition to a magic show
could a worm gather intelligence..?
that would be funny
lynette just sets him down places to eavesdrop and he somehow idk recounts what he heard later
weaponized wormification
anyway. learns to live with it, especially if he’s able to stay near his siblings, though not as comfortably as the others
if he turns back he’s very relieved, a bit shaken. not because of really being a worm but just the helplessness that comes with losing your entire body and existence and what you deem useful about yourself . i think this goes for all of them, though
he’s okay
NAVIA:
president, leader, boss, commander-in-chief of the spina di rosula. my girl !!
you think anything’s changing??? nuh uh
get her some nice soil and a piece of paper with letters on it. congratulations . you’re her translator now.
my sister said wormija board im dying
anyway
might be a little shocked at first and wonder what’s going on, but ultimately i think she’d have fun being a worm if she knew she was going to turn back. she’s sillay like that. i loove her
i think first and foremost she’d try to get the attention of you or other loved ones. might stay close to something of hers if there isn’t a way to reach someone quickly, to try and signal that she’s. herselfff
but like she’s having fun. she’s enjoying it. unbothered queen
so wormquette !! :3c
in wormification angst land, she would mourn her human body but if there’s no way to get it back, she’s not going to let it stop her. she’s been through hardship before. she has overcome it before and she can do it again.
would be the best worm president, leader, boss, commander-in-chief to ever live. for sure
girlypop. she eats. she would slay . beauty and brains even in a worm body. :3
would not be that picky about living space tbh . might like some decorations and a nice place to sleep, though. i think she’d like it being watered! unlike someone.
unbothered. moisturized. happy. in her lane. focused. flourishing.
she’d enjoy sweet fruits in particular! worm version of baked goods.
considering the people she’s lost to being dissolved though, being wormified is kind of funny. like . similar situation (losing your body etc) but she’s still here
:3
hehe. fate
worm angst…
i’m silly
promise

Can you write something with like vox x reader and the reader makes like animal noises like meowing and such as a vocal stim and idk💀 I meow and make random noises a lot and yeah😭🙏 sorry for rambling I apologize🦖
A/N: Don’t be sorry; I don’t mind people rambling in my inbox. I encourage it. Speaking of my inbox, it’s currently empty right now because I draft all of the requests first before I start working on them. So, uh, give me more requests, please? By the time I post this it’s probably empty now. This is formatted in headcanons, btw. And the reader is GN because it wasn’t specified. Neither platonic nor romantic. Interpret it however you like.
Warnings: None
———
Vox x Reader who vocally stims
• the first time you vocally stimmed (made a noise that was indistinguishable), he raised a brow but shrugged it off
• then it happened again
• were you…calling for him?
• he’d just ask you straight up
• “the fuck are you doing…?”
• after you explain, he’d stare at you weirdly before nonchalantly going back to his phone, storing that info in his hard drive
• he’d get used to it after a while
• you also pause whatever you were doing after you do it as if you’re waiting for someone to respond
• if he’s in a good mood, he enlightens you by responding with a whistle (he even does it unintentionally sometimes)
• he won’t outright scream or make animal noises
• I think he’d be most weirded out by the latter
• ooh, I thought of a random scenario where Vox yells in frustration (probably about Alastor, lol) while you’re in the room, and you just scream back
• he’d get so confused that it momentarily stunts his anger (if he heard you, that is)
• after that, it would sort of ruin the moment for him, so any anger he feels just dissipates
• moving on, if your vocal stim is singing or humming, he’d ask you, “What’cha singing?” in the same manner as the time he asked Val, “—someone who owes you money?” in episode 2
• I don’t think he’d sing with you or hum, but he would listen
• I like to think that he likes having background noise
• if your vocal stim is more about quotes from shows or movies, he’d probably think you were talking to yourself at first
• he does that, too, so he doesn’t judge too harshly
• perhaps just a little sideways glance, but there’s no thought behind it
• after a while, he’ll start to tease you about it or start smiling to himself as he scrolls through his emails
• if you quote more intense dialogue from dramas, he chuckles because of how random they are
• if you quote something from his shows, he’d just smugly grin to himself
• all in all, you don’t have to be afraid of judgment because this guy will not care after he gets used to it

Chrysos Heirs
people who play both hi3 and hsr are WINNING rn
anyway. i've determined likely flamechaser parallels for a majority of the chrysos heirs. most of them do not actually look like their flamechaser counterparts, which makes me think they're not direct expies but merely parallels.
I also sprinkled some minor analysis of what little lore we have on these guys. Amphoreus is massively inspired by greek mythology.
watch this before reading!
Aglaea = Eden (both associated with gold)
Eden owned the Elysian Realm previously, but at that time it was called the Golden Courtyard
Eden is also called the Bearer of the Gold Signet
Aglaea is called the Goldweaver
You're not going to believe this-- Aglaea is named after the Charis called Aglaea.
The mythological Aglaea basically runs errands for Aphrodite, which would explain why HSR Aglaea bears the Coreflame of Romance.
HSR Aglaea is from the city of Okhema. In greek thought (plato I think?), Okhema is an intermediary between the body and the soul. I did as much research as I could and the best I could figure out is "it carries the soul through rebirth". SORRY IF THAT'S WRONG-
HSR Aglaea has the "divine authority of mnestia". After lots of research, I think mnestia can be loosely translated to Remembrance, so perhaps that's the Amphorean way of saying she's a pathstrider of Remembrance?
Aglaea's drip marketing references the myth of Prometheus, where Prometheus stole fire from the gods and returned/gave it to humanity.
Tribbie = Vill-V (multiple 'selves')
Tribbie is called the "three-faced messenger"
We see Tribbie adopt multiple personas in the video. She can even take multiple forms at once
Vill-V has partitioned her personality into 8 different segments
Anaxa = Su (both associated with knowledge/enlightenment)
Anaxa is said to have "enough knowledge to refute faith, and to stir up a torrent capable of slaying gods."
Su is called the Enlightened of Bodhi, Enlightened One, and other similar titles.
These two have lots of physical similarity
Anaxa's namesake has some interesting connections with Nous actually
Hyacine = Griseo (both Asleep)
In the video, when Hyacine is on-screen it says "let the sky become the slumbering cot from which she wakes".
Due to the 8th Honkai Eruption, Griseo fell into a deep sleep.
Could be named after Hyacinthus
Mydei = Kalpas (fire in battle)
In the video, Mydei is seen in a post-battle poise surrounded by fire.
Kalpas is constantly surrounded by fire during battle.
Both characters constantly seek out fighting/strife.
Mydei is likely related to the greek god Deimos
One of the unnamed people has a mask too though, but these guys are too similar in aesthetic and personality
Cipher = Pardofelis (...come on.)
Cat girls.
Same eye and hair color
Castorice = Aponia? (butterfly theming)
Castorice is pictured with butterflies both in the video and in the twitter art. These butterflies look highly similar to the butterfly motif in Aponia's design
Aponia is very strongly associated with butterflies. Her dress is patterned like one and she has butterfly wings in her ult
Both seem to have devastating levels of power
IDK about the greek origins for this one. Castor? Kratos (who is actually a child of the Styx)?
Phainon = Kevin (deliverance)
Yeah they're both related to deliverance. They literally outright said deliverance in the video, and Kevin bears the Deliverance Signet.
Also they look EXACTLY THE SAME
Also both seem to be the 'leader'
In mythology, Phainon is the star of Cronus/Saturn (cuz they thought saturn was a star)
Cyrene = Elysia (...COME ON.)
They look identical and have almost the exact same personality
i have yet to figure out the two unnamed ones, Hysilens, and Cerydra. nor can i find their name origins... the closest i found, after ages of digging, is this for Hysilens
the remaining flame-chasers are Kosma, Sakura, Fu Hua, and Mobius. only one of the unknown people seems to be male ("unknown 2"), so that one's probably Kosma.
And yeah that's the culmination of me losing my mind for the past 6 hours. lucky you, you didn't have to watch me try and fail to decipher what the 12 titans might be connected to. (greek titans, 12 olympians, and HSR aeons all didn't line up easily waaaaaa)
here's the failed attempt to figure out the aeons if anyone else gets ideas from this
OK thanks for reading. normally I post my loredumps in discord servers with my friends. this is my first time posting it anywhere abfiushdliueh
#hsr#hsr lore#coreflame#chrysos heir#i need to do my work#but this has been on my mind all day#and i can't rest until i write this out#hsr aglaea#hsr mydei#hsr phainon#hsr castorice#hsr anaxa#hsr tribbie#hsr cyrene#hsr amphoreus

I consider contracts to have built most of our world, and as a force of nature. It makes me a lawful compatibilist and on the level of anarchy I'm anywhere from lawful neutral to chaotic neutral.
Do you consider law valid as a concept, with individual defense of rights? Or is it #NotYourAnarchy anymore when two people mutually and willingly decide to argue in court?
Look if we're getting right down to it i consider anarchy an process. It's fun to spin hypotheticals about what the world could look like but i don't think we'll ever actually get there so in the meantime i'd like to focus on getting closer to an ideal than we currently are.
in ideal anarchyland where there are no bad actors and you can communally and democratically eject someone who does harm from your community without dooming them to starvation or death from exposure and where everyone equally values everybody else's right to participate in and shape society and wouldn't dream of acting against the people around them, sure. Perhaps law wouldn't matter and I'd rather not have it.
But we're not living in ideal anarchyland and sometimes you have to sue your neighbor who is dumping used motor oil into your duckpond, and calling the cops has decent odds of killing at least one participant in any conflict so you don't call them unless someone is literally getting killed already.
I don't know i don't think there's one true anarchy that's the only right thing to pursue and the concept of a world that doesn't *need* governments sounds pretty good to me but until we reach that enlightened state of existence I think that it's good that we have governments to make services available to people who need them (POST! OFFICE! GOOD! More like that and less like the military please!) but I'm also skeptical of the systems we have in place in the US specifically because they've ossified into unchangeable hulks and you have to provide proof of residence for your drivers' license because of anti-terror security theater that started two decades ago and has been useless since.
Are there anarchies that are compatabile with law as a concept? I mean. I guess? But we're not living in any kind of anarchic system so fuck it if the laws are there we can put effort into improving them while still running food shares. Like, prison abolition is, I think, unlikely to ever actually end the existence of prisons but that doesn't mean that's not a worthwhile thing to fight for and that fighting for it won't do any good.
IDK man everything bad, let's try to make it better and hopefully try to make it better in the least coercive way that we can.

North and onwards to new beginnings. South towards the past that we once knew.
I think, philosophically, it wasn’t so much South/the past that Gojo chose, but rather, he chose to reunite with Geto, who represented happiness.
Not saying that there were no other reasons (I believe there were which I’ll touch on in a moment), but I think the significance of him having felt left behind, always watching Geto’s soul, his one and only, his only complex, etc. - collectively, it’s undeniable what Gojo drew inspiration from and held close to his heart.
For certain, for Gojo, the time pre-“enlightenment” was also significant. I think this was what many of us theorised over Gojo heading South. It certainly was something I see as him letting go of, especially considering his words to Yuji over how he felt about wanting something else for the world - a world without a singular “the strongest”. A world where people relied on each other and there was less ignorance in the world, which was what was achieved. This was a shared dream between Gojo & Geto.
And for Gojo, I interpret it in a way where he did feel that strength was tied to his identity to some degree, and when he lost that title of “the strongest” in his battle to Sukuna... it seemed like a finale to his character arc where growth and actualising his true congruent self meant relinquishing this as a soul, and a large part of it was realising that he needed Geto to feel satisfied after all - and this further demonstrated that he wasn’t attached to his strength in the end.
And Gojo being Gojo. In his death, his choice of where to go was indicative of what he really wanted. What really fulfilled him. Unrelated to strength.
So… again, I personally think that, more than returning to a time before his powers awoke (pre-“enlightenment” if you wish to call it that), he was drawn to being reunited with Geto, who symbolised a happiness he already knew. Who he formed a complex over having left him.
Geto, who in this theory of mine, had been the one who chose to be in the past - before he felt crushed by what happened with Riko & Kuroi, and lost Gojo to the situation, and saw Haibara suffer his fate. Thus, following Geto, Gojo went South too. The past, to a time they were happiest due to life being simpler back then.
“Happiness” in itself was inseparable from the other, so they inevitably chose each other. There wasn’t just one reason or explanation. So the combination of it led them to opt for the South.
Once again, it’s just a theory. Geto chose South first, drew in the other souls, and Gojo found him. It’s all speculation. And it kinda makes sense to me based on how Gojo seemed to only ever care about 1 person from his past (according to the GIGA book) after all. His only complex, and the relationship chart didn’t seem to emphasise on much else.
Possibly, the others being there might be from Geto’s need more than Gojo’s vision. So that’s why he was surprised Nanami was there? Idk. But it was more Geto’s regret to not have saved Riko or fulfil his promise to her, more than Gojo - who held no regret or anger over her death. But that said, the other theory that they are all symbols of the past & tied to a cherished time before fate was broken - this who’s linked with Okinawa.
Also, I can’t ignore how it was depicted as the opposite to Sukuna. So South was also perhaps in deliberate contrast with Sukuna, who wanted to try choosing something different in the “next life”, he chose North which represented the cycle of rebirth. To try again meant he wanted to seek a new happiness.
Whereas for Gojo and Geto, they already knew the happiness they desired & lost & wanted again. So they chose each other, and that meant it was a time they were together - the past with each other that they already knew as happiness.

Idk if it sent on your birthday, so I'll send it again, sorry:
What are your most favourite asks you ever got on this blog? Perhaps memes, weird ways of wording, insane propaganda, anything
You did send it on my birthday, but both then and now I've kinda been stumped for an answer. Some of the scourge war asks were wonderful, especially the ones that sent in art.
I love any wholly genuine thirst asks, especially the ones about the less smashable, or obscure characters. It always just makes me really happy when overlooked bots have someone out there that thinks the world of them.
This post is a classic, I salute @fishleeks for their willingness to consolidate the data this blog collects for our entertainment and enlightenment. Anyone else popping in here with analyses of any sort will always be welcome, I love that slag.
This post over here and asks like it are also very, very fun. I love when things that happen on this blog result in sort of a loose lore, especially when it inspires actual silly headcanons people start believing about the canon series.
(NSFW warning for this last chunk, it's nothing too bad but it's enough detail that I feel a cutoff is warranted)
There is one that's kinda just. Stuck with me a little and I am not wholly sure why. Awhile ago, I made this post and somebody sent me an ask about the tags I left on it
Something about the phrasing of this particular ask pushed my buttons enough (/pos) that I started writing a TFA prowl x reader smut ficlet in response. It's still sitting in my notes app. I still need to finish it. This ask makes me feel like something is wrong with me and I'm not sure I want to be right.
You know that post about how not being direct about something dirty makes it feel more scandalous? It's that vibe.

OK then.
I find myself saying that a lot, now that I come to think about it.
Ok then.
We have concept photos from JK. And a short clip too.
And all those that had their pearls in a knot, are we starting to calm down?
Or are they in a knot now because of JK's overwhelming sexiness? Lol.
Peeps (I love that one too), JK is in the building.
Well, copycat JK, that is.
You are me I am you JK.
If people cannot see that JK has mirrored JM with his concept photos then they are totally blind.
Those are even literally the same pants.
Down to the single silver chain over the white T.
Oh, and did you see this one?
Would that be another coincidence you think?
NOT IN MY BOOKS.
And you know what? I am not surprised at all. Really not. I knew JK would not disappoint us.
Let's be real for a second here.
He NEVER does.
JK has been consistent for years now.
It's the fans that just are not willing to see it, or understand him. Understand what he's telling them.
No ring on the JM finger in this shoot.
But when it was time to showcase the hands...
2 things I have to say before I go:
First of all, god I feel like a genius. There, I said it. That enlightenment I had last night with the 2 silver rings... and I thought I was being delusional. With JK's copycat, you are me I am you stunt, I kind of feel like I might have been on the right path with that one.
Second, I'm left here sitting and wondering... did the powers of be not realise what JK was doing? Like, it's so friggin' obvious. Or did he just manage to slip this right under their non existent gaydars? Maybe doing this in LA and not Korea, perhaps different stylists, idk, it's just sooooooo obvious. If they did realise it, was it too late? I can't see them being happy about it. Not at all. Same people that didn't know about Letter until it was too late...
Can't wait for the song to come out.
Like I wrote in my previous post, the song isn't written by JK, but perhaps he connected with it, and yeah, with this shoot, this you are me I am you, I can't help but wonder what else he is trying to tell us. About the song. About himself. About JM?

TMAGP 29 Spoilers (Theories and Reactions)
Ok, ok ok ok.. Holy shit I cannot wait for the finale!!
Celia and Sam:
Honestly, I'm glad Celia found Sam. While it would have been interesting to see one of the others find him, I like that Celia did, because we got more insight into her!
1) We know she cares about Sam. While we knew this from other episodes and their relationship, we can confirm that Celia deeply cares for Sam and isn't just manipulating him. The statements that Celia cares for Sam and Celia is manipulating Sam can co-exist.
2) Imo - Celia is the one most likely to survive. She knew the right questions to ask Sam to get to the important details about that Archivist (I'm going to try to call them, "that Archivist" so they won't be confused with TMA!Jarchivist), and why they attacked Sam. She also was reluctant to go to the Hilltop Centre, knowing that that Archivist was planning on heading there from Sam. Furthermore, she was planning on stopping Sam until he basically begged her to go.
3) Celia cares for Alice. While this episode had Sam/Celia interactions and no Alice/Celia interactions, we still saw Celia caring for Alice. Sam didn't want to tell Alice anything about his encounter with that Archivist. Celia was the one to force him to, and even then, Sam still blew her off when the train left the station. Celia understands that Alice cares for Sam and is very protective of him, and she understood that if Sam didn't tell her about that Archivist, it would devastate her, thus she made Sam call Alice.
So that Archivist is after The Magnus Institute and Hilltop Road. Interesting. While I initially thought they were feeding, I don't think that was the case. They wanted as much information as possible on the Institute and Hilltop Road, therefore, they went to the person that let them out. They were after Alice before, and on their way to find her, they found Sam instead. That's why Alice felt like she was being followed before, that Archivist was looking to get information out of the people who let them out. They initially followed Alice and found Sam instead; and they took advantage of that. Now they are on the way to the Hilltop Centre, perhaps they followed Sam there...
Gwen and Lena:
Ok, so Lena is proud of Gwen and Gwen dropped the act of being kinder to her, showing her true emotions. Interesting. I guess because Gwen gave her (and Augustus's/Jonah's (my theory lol)) information to Trevor, she assumes she will get the job anyhow. It makes sense for her characterization so far. I'm starting to wonder if Gwen is going to take a more Jonah-Magnus-approach to the job, if she gets it, and Lena is the one with the Gertrude-Robinson-approach.
Case: This case was very much a Buried case, with Viola even saying that she was afraid of drowning alone. It's interesting that she specified "alone" since Stan was with her. It reminds me of "Alone" in TMA Season 1, the statement of one of the Lukus's fiancée. So perhaps Lonely undertones as well? Maybe the Stranger or Spiral too, with the door/lock themes and the overall theme of unlocking yourself? Still, it's definitely related to the Buried.
Viola and Stanely Locke, I wonder if this is a reference to John Locke of the Enlightenment.
From my memory, I took a lot of history classes: John Locke was a philosopher during the Enlightenment, advocating for so-called "natural rights" - life, liberty, and property - as well as theorizing on the "natural state" of humans, basically, what would we do if we did not have a government. He believed that humans have a "natural state" of kindness and helping each other, and that we exchange some of our rights for a government to organize and protect us, and because of this, if a government became tyrannical, we could take back our rights and rebuild the government. His ideas influenced a lot of people, including those involved in the American, French, and Haitian Revolutions.
There might be a connection there but IDK. I'm in a similar situation with them and their last name to what I have been with Ink5oul and their last name of Wilde (possibly a reference to Oscar Wilde).
This case was so interesting, and I was devastated for Stan.
That old scruffy person who opened the door for the Locke's had to be an avatar. Maybe the case is more Spiral related as they opened the door into an illusion/another realm? Then again, the Buried's coffin worked in the same way...
Maybe they were this universe's Breekan or Hope? Possibly a Lukus? I wonder if they will show up again...
Teddy and Alice:
Teddy has insomnia. I wonder if it is from staying away from the OIAR? (sorta like how Tim got sick when he stayed away from the Archives for so long)
I like Teddy's and Alice's interactions, I hope the two can talk after whatever will happen in the finale!
Teddy needs to talk to Alice about something in regards to his job, something "serious." I wonder if he's been having problems since he left the OIAR? Maybe in a similar way to Sam pre-OIAR? Oooh, or maybe he's Becoming? Maybe he had a run in with an External during his new job and has started Becoming? Or maybe he had started Becoming when he got the OIAR job and Lena, and/or her higher-ups were able to prevent it? Maybe the food helps the OIAR crew build up a resistance to the Fears? Lena has been very insistent on the crew eating the OIAR food, so maybe she did something to it (maybe with alchemy) to help the crew resist the Fears, like how Sam was able to resist that Archivist in the beginning and survived them messing through his memories?
"It's on the train:"
Yay! Go Alice! Protect your friends/potential love interests! (please talk to Teddy afterwords though!)
I like how Alice keeps fighting to save Sam and Celia here.
Wait, so only Alice can see that Archivist? Oh, maybe because they are an avatar and the OIAR crew is being marked/already marked/aligned with the Fears so they can see it? Either way, this is definitely an interesting detail!
Predictions for the Finale:
Ok, predictions time! So, I think Celia is going to die or be at least severely injured. You may be thinking, "But didn't you say earlier that Celia is the most likely to survive, in your opinion?" Yes. Yes, I did. However, I think that she would be the most likely to survive, IF Sam did not involve her in this mission. Now, that is not to say this is Sam's fault at all! (although, if she were to die/get injured, he will probably blame himself) I think that Sam and Celia are going to get chased by that Archivist, and Celia will die so Sam (and possibly Alice) can get away. Before she does, she is going to expose her being from the TMA-verse by asking that Archivist about the stuff she saw. This would leave Georgie and Sam having to take care of Jack for one, and for two, it would leave a good cliffhanger to explore both worlds and possibly figure out more about FR3-D1 and that Archivist.
Someone is going to Become, or at least, start Becoming. I'm not sure who though, my best bet is Alice, probably for the Spiral or Dark. I'm still not quite sure for this one, so I don't have much else to say.
Lena is going to play a key role in the survival of the OIAR crew. Going based off the theory that she is taking a Gertrude role; she is going to be the key to surviving. My theory is that Lena is going to go hunt down that Archivist when she finds out that it was near the OIAR, they are not an external, therefore, her superiors don't know about them, and she has free reign. She is going to find Sam and Celia (and probably Alice), with that Archivist, and either witness Celia die or Sam holding Celia injured or dead. She will be the one to beat/kill that Archivist, probably take the crew to the OIAR or to a "Fear resistant room" and start explaining general things to them (basic, things, not even as much as Gerry told Jon). We will end off with them coming in battered and traumatized and learning why. If this happens, one of two things could happen in S2: 1) Lena's superiors find out about what she is doing. She is killed by them and Gwen, having proved her loyalty by giving Trevor the files, gets her job like she wanted.
2) Lena's superiors find out too late, and they are Protocolled. Lena leads the team in a sort of resistance-style movement against the fears (and possibly Gwen, who may have taken over for her), to destroy the fears and prevent the alchemy project that the Institute was working on.
Also, I think near the end of the episode or near the end of the Hilltop Road shenanigans, we are going to get a glimpse of Annabelle Cane. (I really want to hear her again, guys; I want her to be involved with this grand plan)
I really don't want anyone to die, especially Alice and Lena, since they are my favorites, but I have a feeling Lena is going to die )):
Anyway, I can't wait for the finale! I will most likely have a lot to say about it :D

February Reading Recap
Monsters: A Fan's Dilemma by Claire Dederer. I didn't find a whole lot new in this book, as far as thinking through questions of how to deal with art made by people who have done things or hold opinions that one finds morally reprehensible, but it was a well-written and thoughtful probing of the subject nonetheless. I really appreciated the fact that Dederer was comfortable (or, if not comfortable then at least accepting) of coming to a place with no easy answers. rea
Stars of Chaos: vol. 1 by Priest. I'm not sucked into this one yet, but I am intrigued by it enough that I'm going to keep reading. I haven't hooked into the main relationship, and it hasn't had the same level of delightful banter (at least, as yet) that I have enjoyed in other Priest novels I've read, but I do have volume 2 sitting on my shelf and I'm looking forward to reading it.
System Collapse by Martha Wells. I find that I've liked the early Murderbot books a lot more than the later ones, and this one unfortunately continued that trend. I don't think the series has overstayed its welcome for me yet - I'll probably continue to read it, at least for now - but I find myself losing interest.
Three Parts Dead by Max Gladstone. I said I was going to reread it and I did! And it didn't blow me away in quite the same way I remember it doing when I read it the first time around several years ago, but I still really enjoyed it, and I enjoyed it enough this time around (and was still compelled enough by the worldbuilding, which I do remember being a big part of what stood out to me), that I plan to reread the rest of the series as well. But while, again, it didn't blow me away the way I remember, I would say that I generally recommend it, particularly as a fantasy that is doing some things different.
Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (Manhua): vol. 5 by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. I am only and specifically reading the volumes of the manhua that have Yi City in it, so I'm pretty much exclusively assessing this based on my Yi City feelings. And while overall I feel like the art style isn't working for me in a way that is impacting my ability to really get into it there was at least one panel that really conveyed something and made me Feel Things, so it gets credit for that. I am enjoying the experience of doing Yi City in a whole new format, though, that's enjoyable for the sheer "getting to do Yi City, again, but in a different medium this time" reason.
We Are Satellites by Sarah Pinker. I read this book for a book club I'm in and I found it rather too didactic and the ending a little too pat. The family dynamics were strongly written and I sort of feel like Pinker could've written a stronger book that was just about a family without the part about New and Suspect Technology. I wouldn't even say that I necessarily disagree with the points I think she's making in this book, but I would say that it went a little too hard and a little too obviously on making those points.
Too Like the Lightning by Ada Palmer. I liked this one and particularly as of the last...idk, five pages or so, I'm so on board for what comes next. I am promised that it gets even weirder and given that it was already fairly weird...I'm fascinated by the worldbuilding here, and the conceit of the Enlightenment-style contrasted with the future setting is a fun one. I'm looking forward to more.
Ring by Koji Suzuki. I was neither scared by this book (though perhaps I was ruined by knowing the whole thing more or less beat for beat) and did not particularly enjoy the experience of reading it, and then the part where Sadako was revealed to be...genderweird? somehow? unclear to me what the author was going for exactly, sort of tanked it for me. I probably will not be reading the rest of the series unless I get truly desperate for horror to read.
Ashes of the Sun by Django Wexler. I don't know that I'd say this was the highest quality fantasy I've read recently but it might be the new-to-me one I've liked the best in a while. It was a lot of fun, very fast-moving, and I was intrigued enough by the entire set-up that I pretty much immediately put the second book on hold at the library after finishing this one. Maybe it's just been too long since I read a new-to-me fantasy book that really grabbed me, but I liked this one rather a lot and even if it was maybe more "fun" than "good" I'm still calling that enough to give this one a loose recommendation.

I love The Knight (Reverse: 1999) which means that I will be thinking angst about them.
So far, these are the things that I've thought about;
- Oder is supposed to be Alde, who is Oliver's sister and the fianceé of Roland. Considering that Oder died, I feel like he must've been just a tad bit heartbroken lol... Which is funny because in the epic it's reversed... OMG REVERSE 199—
- He's a spirit now, and he's dead. There must be some sort of delay from his death to his 'ressurection'. Imagine if he woke up, wondering where everyone went, having memories of the war, then realizing that he is merely a spirit, or atleast knowing that everyone he knows and loves; families and friends, are all dead. 1200 years is a long time.
- He said that's it's been a "while" that he celebrated the Knight Comic Festival, which is set on his birthday. I feel like he'd be replaying the memories of the Festival in his head during his birthday, perhaps talking to the plants and making up stories about the nature around him. I thought it'll be cool if Druvis III heard The Knight's stories via plants but wasnt really able to pin-point where he is(?). I'm sure they havent met but it'll be cute if they met and Druvis realizes idk it's not canon lol
- The fact that he calls himself as "Someone" and not "I/my/mine" gives me the thought that he doesn't think that his name is worthy enough to even refer to as himself. Sure he'll talk about Roland but he wouldn't explicitly say that HE is Roland. Though at the same time its like he has accepted it since his Monologue says that he'll just start anew and acknowledges that his past will be forgotten. Imagine being the only person that knows your beloved comrades....
- I wouldn't say he's depressed, but he's WAYY too casual about the things that happened, which means that he has already moved on, but hey, he misses them sometimes (or maybe always). In his times of solitude, he'd probably think about how things would be if he didn't die, if Oder didn't die, or just some minor changes in his life.
- Since he's a person of piety, I feel like he'd imagine his friends and family just waiting for him in the afterlife. Perhaps since he's just a spirit now, he'd never see them again. Though like I said, he probably moved on from it, and now that he knows APPLe, Vertin, An-an Lee and the others, he cares about them and wishes not to leave their side so soon. He's loyal to Timekeeper as well too, so that's a plus! We love healthy-minded characters here.
- Usually I think of the character's Insight 2 as something that's canon in their story, whether it will happen in the future, current or in the past. So to see The Knight's Insight 2, where he's bowing infront of an angel, and based by his anecdote and his past, I'm thinking that perhaps he recieved some sort of enlightenment, I mean he has Durandal, and from what I know, the one issuing the "Tap of the sword" uses their *own* sword, and not the sword of the knight (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG PLS). But then it could also just be the angel giving him a "knighted" ceremony again as a Spirit now that he's uh, dead. He still has value as a knight, and he will faithfully do his duty. I'm so happy that he doesn't resent it and actually takes pride in it.
- Since he's a spirit now, and spirits doesn't really, necessarily eat/drink, he would probably find it filling to just see the team having fun, enjoying snacks and having drinks. Perhaps he'd sometimes think what it would be like to eat/drink again, but in all honesty he'd probably just be happy that he now has someone to talk to.
That's all I have rn...
Additional (Unrelated):
- Him and Dikke would act like parents while APPLe is the cool uncle, sorry I just like to think that Regulus and Matilda would be close...oh and Sotheby too! Sotheby would def be talking to Dikke as a second opinion! Yasss found family
- For some reason I'd think he wanted to be a father at some point but chose to dedicate himself as a knight, and now just 1.2k years later he's..acting upon it to idk, Oliver and An-an?
- APPLe is the first one he connected with deeply after a very long time. But then I fear that APPLe will die at some point and the friends/family-dying thing repeats again :(. And even if APPLe lives he would be devastated about Regulus and the others passing away.

as someone who lived in spain (barcelona) for a semester, everyone knows that the nightlife there is crazy. even i who is usually a homebody + on my schedule indulged in the party life a bit 🤭 so it makes me wonder if sae ever participated in such activities? like partying, drinking, or even hooking up since it’s also not uncommon for footballers to be seen out and about. i would love to know your thoughts!
😭 i want so badly to write about sae and spanish party life, but i just don't think they would mix. let me work out the math here: sae + alcohol = sae + french fries, as in "it's delicious but deadly to my health." his virgo mars would never let him anywhere near alcohol especially if he was the one on chaperone duty for the night. my man is tucked into bed, complete with a face mask and skin care lotion by 9 pm.
there could be some potential exceptions though. off the top of my head, they involve either a mandatory charity event or shidou ryusei. i think the latter is more likely. the only viable method to convince sae is through coercion. idk about royale, but the u-20 team probably dragged sae’s ass along with them cus we all know he isn't immune to putting his pride on the line and engaging in bets. oliver be clutching his euros tight cus sae wins like 99% of the time.
to our u-20 captain's greatest pleasure and the chagrin of underlashes senior, god finally decided to grant that 1% miracle on a random friday night in june. for the first time in his life, sae itoshi actually joined the post-game afterparty. shidou took the lead. got shit-faced not even ten minutes in. sae sat next to him at the bar, sipping his drink with the world's most boring look of impassivity on his face. he somewhat enjoyed the bitter taste, but then after a few more sips, he was quickly reminded that rin unfortunately inherited both alcohol tolerance genes.
you can never really tell if an itoshi is drunk. mostly because they were born with only one facial expression in their incomplete arsenal of human expression. but there are some tell-tale signs. if an itoshi has flushed cheeks, then he is mildly tipsy. if he has ears with the same color as this flag 🚩, then he is somewhat drunk. if he looks at you for longer than socially acceptable and then proceeds to frog-blink, he has reached heaven or nirvana or enlightenment. idk which one but at least one of those three. in other words, he has had an eye-opening, earth-shattering, fault line-splitting epiphany in his drunken state of stupor. perhaps he will finally realize how badly he traumatized his own brother at eighteen. perhaps he will finally remember his once-forgotten ability to smile. perhaps he will finally confess the feelings to which he has been painfully oblivious for the past decade. anything is possible with a drunk itoshi. it's just impossibly hard to get him into that state.
as for hookups....it's complicated. it ends either with sae lying face down ass up in his underwear or you puking your guts out in his ceramic toilet bowl. you choose which one you want.

Outside of V and Emile/Fritz what’s your fav relationship V has?
Ok I warned you that this was going to be a long answer, and idk if you meant specifically a romantic relationship, but I'm going to pretend that you didn't so that I can yap about my absolute favorite V relationship, which was with Claude Philippe Fyot de la Marche. And I have to yap about it extra since only one bio I've read has ever mentioned him, and even then, it was only to get facts wrong about him :/ (thanks Pearson).
V and la Marche were students together at Louis le Grand, and we have five letters from 17yo V to la Marche after la Marche had left the school early. There's.. a lot in those letters: (italics are originally in Latin)
"Please disabuse me of your perversity [la Marche had evidently called himself an Epicurean, and V wasn't having it] as I disabuse you of the opinion you have of my virtue, and make me a confession as sincere as the one I make to you. I know that it will cost you more than me, but I don't believe you want to hide your true feelings from me; this will be for me a lesson which perhaps I will not benefit from and will content myself with admiring; I see and I desire the better, I follow the worse. I finish with this line for fear that in continuing the picture I will make it so true that you'll believe me as insincere as you are when you speak of yourself."
And here's the context for the quote V said he couldn't finish w/o la Marche thinking him insincere:
(From Metamorphoses): "Medea, you struggle in vain: some god, I do not know which, opposes you. I wonder if this, or something, like this, is what people indeed call love? Or why would the tasks my father demands of Jason seem so hard? They are more than hard! Why am I afraid of his death, when I have scarcely seen him? What is the cause of all this fear? Quench, if you can, unhappy girl, these flames that you feel in your virgin heart! If I could, I would be wiser! But a strange power draws me to him against my will. Love urges one thing: reason another. I see, and I desire the better: I follow the worse. Why do you burn for a stranger, royal virgin, and dream of marriage in an alien land? This earth can also give you what you can love. Whether he lives or dies, is in the hands of the gods. Let him live! I can pray for this even if I may not love him: what is Jason guilty of? Who, but the heartless, would not be touched by Jason’s youth, and birth, and courage? Who, though the other qualities were absent, could not be stirred by his beauty?"
There are multiple ways you could interpret this ofc, but also... gay
The rest of the letters are a combo of similar to the above and just depressing; V was super broken-up about la Marche's leaving. He also keeps trying to set up a time for them to meet in Paris, but there's no record of anything ever coming from that.
And then, in 1761, a monk murdered someone in Ferney and V wrote to la Marche's son about it since he thought it wasn't being investigated thoroughly enough and Marche fils was a magistrate at one of the parlements, and through that he and la Marche got back in touch and it's so 🥺🥺🥺
"M. de Ruffey, sir, made me shed tears of joy when he told me that you wanted to remember me, and that you resume the exchange of letters in which you have always been charming. My heart is still moved in writing to you. To think that it's been almost sixty years that I've been attached to you! My hair has gone white, my teeth have fallen out; but my heart is young: I am tempted to cross the mountains and the snow that separate us, and to come embrace you. I'm ashamed to admit to you that I consider myself in my retirement as one of the happiest men in the world; but you deserve to be so more than I do, and I warn you that I shall cease to be if you are not. You are honoured, loved, I know you have a very beautiful soul; a charming, fair, enlightened, sensitive soul ..."
And then eventually la Marche came to visit V at Ferney, and helped supervise the printing of the engravings for V's Corneille book that he was raising subscriptions for Mlle Corneille with
I think la Marche is my favorite just because all the letters are so sweet, and for the longest time I thought it was just the five early ones and then I was legitimately so fucking happy to find out that they did meet again in person. I also really wish there was more written about him, cause even if he's not super important historically when writing about V, V clearly cared about him a lot and la Marche was important to him

Timeline
A timeline of every time a Spacelander has visited Flatland! Starting with...
Flatland's Year 0!
My friend @frau-line had the idea of a messiah and an apostle that fell in love and lived in Spaceland together. I also saw an idea for a god myth that included a picture of a sphere with a line orbiting around it and thought that that was a banger design for a god(s). Though I cant for the life of me find it now... its a small fandom I'll see it eventually.
With that out of the way, heres these two nameless but lovely ladies. I think at this point Flatland would be in like, caveman times or something, but the line is a fast learner and quickly absorbed all information that the sphere gave her.
As for Spacelands society, theyre far ahead of Flatland, but still not nearly as technologically advanced as they are in the film. Maybe like aztec times...?
Theyve just found Flatland and know exactly nothing about it. They sent the sphere to go check it out, and when she came back a month later they had a Flatlander with them.
They study the line and Flatland and they find out... something... that makes it so they set a concrete rule to only ever visit once every thousand years to impart knowledge upon the primitive Flatlanders.
I have no idea why they decide to do this every 1000 years. Perhaps the line dies shortly after her ascension to Spaceland (due to gravitational forces) and the sphere is heartbroken and bitter and shes like "Flatland is extremely fragile we must only interact with it rarely or we will FUCK UP and KILL things"
Year 1000
frau-line fuels this scenario and the next as well. Her ideas are some of the most interesting and compelling I've seen so its hard not to steal :P
The messiah of the Year 1000 wasnt exactly thrilled to do this job, but the first official visit was something highly anticipated and that he was specifically taught to do, so he studied hard and practiced well. He thought it easy and simple until, well...
Unfortunately, the year 1000 apostle must have been at least a little unhinged before enlightenment, so this messiahs mission went wildly off the rails. As soon as he finished his geometry homework, he started a massive country-wide riot, and martyred himself before anyone could ask what he was rioting for.
As for his shape I think he was either a hexagon or an octagon i cant remember im so sorry frau line 😖😖😖
Any fucking ways the messiah is like
And he has some like. Idk not trauma, but he is a little fucked up by it and thinks he should have taken it more seriously or whatever. Who cares though
Year 2000
Saturnius and Areia. Thanking frau-line every day for creating these guys, their plot is so captivating and I have a huge soft spot for Ariea specifically.
Saturnius is a noble sphere prince that takes his job deathly seriously, and Areia is a low class line determined to spread the gospel no matter the cost. The cost ends up being a holy war that is far more destructive than the year 1000 apostle could have even imagined...
Nothing I could say about them could live up to Suovetaurilia, so please give it a read!
Year 3000
You know who these guys are.
Year 4000
Finally, my home grown boys!
Xerxes is very lacking in the self confidence department and is trying to be the best most effective messiah to date to prove himself. His hopes are shattered when he happens to pick Claude, an average pentagon working an average 9-5 job, who doesn't give a singular shit about the third dimension at all. Xerxes doesn't give up easily, and secretly interacts with Claude even after the millennial visit in order to convince Claude to become an apostle. Unfortunately, it turns out Claude is just as stubborn.
...And thats all I have! This is all just my personal headcanon, so I'd really love to hear what you all think the timeline looks like!!

hey! sorry if this is invasive but i was just looking for some advice
i’ve recently been getting into pee stuff and idk how to feel about it. it kinda started when I really needed to go but I couldn’t be bothered and I was horny so I touched myself and when I came I peed too. but I wasn’t like ‘ew’ it kinda turned me on more
I like to drink lots of water and hold it
I like to watch girls (I’m also a cis girl) pee themselves
I often find myself wanting to pee myself again but I’m scared to do it, any advice?
thank you!!
Honestly I dont have too much advice specifically for wetting because I've never done it (I'm strictly a dom and all the times I've done omo play irl have been me controlling my partner's bladder, we never go as far as actually wetting because it's not as much of a turn-on for me as desperation + we dont want to have to clean it up). But if you want to do it, can I ask why specifically you are afraid? Do you live in a situation where you feel you couldn't get away with it/dont have enough privacy? Or is it a hang-up about having a "weird" "shameful" kink? Bc if it's the latter, rest assured there are lots of people who are also into it too and you aren't doing anything wrong by pursuing your pleasure as long as you are safe and healthy!
If clean-up is an issue, you could try wetting in the bathtub or the shower where it will be easy to clean. Also I know some people have an issue with being able to mentally let go enough to actually wet themselves even if they're desperate/their bladders are too big so it never gets to that point for them. But it seems like you don't have that issue if you've already wet before.
Aside from that, the general advice I'd give for somebody just getting into pee kink is know your limits. Always make sure not to drink too much if you're holding (water-poisoning is a thing, most people can easily get desperate with only a couple of drinks so theres no need to overdo it). Don't hold multiple days in a row and always stop the hold if you start feeling sick or dizzy.
I hope that pee kink can be more accepted by society soon, because I know a lot of us struggle with shame for what we like. Unfortunately we do not live in a sexually enlightened world. However, I think since previously taboo things like BDSM are becoming more normalized, in a few years hopefully perhaps it will not be so shameful or controversial to say that you like holding your pee, or watching people hold it. Either way, I think we can change things by being confident in ourselves and expressing ourselves and what we like without guilt or apology. If no one is getting hurt and everyone involved is consenting, then nobody has any legitimate reason to object to it. I also think its a kink that a lot of people secretly have but don't realize/admit to, so good for you for finding that out about yourself!
I kind of went on a rant at the end there lol, I hope this was in some way helpful. And dont worry, your message was not invasive at all. This is a blog all about omo topics so anyone feel free to message me about it if they choose <3
