Friendly reminder; don't make queer ships straight by making one of them a woman! If you want one to be a woman, both should be women. You can't just make the small twink character a girl and not make his big buff counterpart also a girl it feels gross and fetishy cause at that point why are you shipping queer ships at all? Just find a straight ship? Subtract the twink from the equation all together you don't have to make him a woman to make the ship better in some way, he's adding nothing if you make him a girl then it's just the same ship we have a million times in any other media. Gay erasure in fandom space is so annoying cause it's like YOU LIKE THE GAY SHIP OBVIOUSLY, WHY ARE YOU MAKING THEM STRAIGHT??

tlh side of the fandom is dead anyway but even if it wasn’t i still wouldn’t interact because i’ve come to realize that people just don’t like herondaisy and that’s so disheartening to me. even people who do like them usually go “yes but *insert character that is actually better*” and i know people can like whoever they want of course and i know it’s not a competition of which ship/character is better but also it’s very tiring to come online and see your personal faves being disliked at worst and tolerated at best by basically everyone with very few exceptions.

my X Men ships

not really sure what inspired this but oh well. We're gonna try to keep this semi organized. These are mostly from movieverse and also general fanon. Also the two comics i read and the small bits of x men 97 that I actually remember.

(my favorites are italicized.)

OTP of x men: Charles/Erik

Now there's logan. Logan is... Logan. This is the longest list for sure. In no particular order:

Logan/Charles (as a fling tbh. They both know charles is gonna end up with Erik)

Logan/Ororo

Logan/kurt

Logan/Scott

Logan/wade

Logan/morph (this just isn't italicized because i just don't know morph that well. I watched x men 97 while i was really, really sick and don't remember most of it.)

(I firmly believe there is a branch in the multiverse where Logan ends up with each of these people)

Now for my girl jean! I've only got two for her:

Jean/Scott (my babies)

Jean/Ororo (This never occurred to me at first but then i read a fic that they were a couple in and OMG on board immediately)

Now Kurt:

Kurt/Ororo (i think this one's really cute tbh)

Kurt/Warren (the original ship i had for him really)

Kurt/Peter (I'm like, fine with this one. they're cute. I just really like aro/ace peter who just chills without a romantic relationship.)

Now Raven:

Raven/Hank

Raven/Irene (never even seen a canon piece of work with irene in it but she's a queen in the fics so we stan)

Raven/Azazel (mostly in fics. idk about canon he has like two lines and i think both of them were "niet.")

Some randoms:

Rogue/Remy (cuties!!!)

Kitty/Piotr

Ororo/Angel

Azazel/Janos

Alex/Darwin

And for rarepair, I don't really think I have that many. But:

Honestly, though, there's really only a few ships that i don't like (ahem ahem rogueneto charles/moira raven/erik jean/logan ahem ahem) (sorry this is just personal preference I do not judge if you like these). I'll pretty much read cherik fanfiction with any of these ships in the background... lmao.
