So who wants to put me in a coma until they dismantle the entire MCU, start over, and let me live my SamSteve dreams with Sam and Steve actually working together both as Captain America. I need my Captain Husbands. Times is hard as a SamSteve shipper. We barely had shit then and we barely have shit now because they want to insert Bucky into everything. Like I’m all for polycules or whatever but I really don’t give any damns about Bucky (and I don’t even like Stucky all that much either. I don’t hate it it’s just meh) . Like I tried but I don’t really care. I was a SamSteve trooper before SamBucky came along and even though I’m partial to SamBucky and whatever the throuple ship name is my heart will forever and always belong to SamSteve first. “On Your Left” was and forever will be iconic. Sam sitting next to Steve while he was hospitalized and playing Marvin Gaye will forever be iconic. Sam saying “I do what he does just slower” will forever be my crack rock. Steve going straight to Sam because Sam was the only one he could trust ? Steve inviting Sam to an avengers party as his plus one ? “Home is home you know” ? That’s the guacamole on top of the taco and that’s not even all their best lines for each other.

I’m just really yearning for SamSteve straight with no Bucky chaser. That’s all I’ve been craving for the past eight years and there’s no going back. Endgame didn’t fucking happen. That shit was cancelled for a tax write off. Steve and Sam are Captain America together and they’re married and they go on runs together every morning and Steve volunteers at the VA and they have Sunday dinners with Sam’s family (his parents aren’t fucking dead I don’t care) and they regularly babysit Sam’s nephews and come in for career day

I just came across this SamBucky fic that i had to stop reading. The plot was cool, the tags were not that crazy but Sam didn't seem like Sam to me. I was looking passed that until it came to the sex. Now, i respect authors who don't fall in line with the sterotype of Black men and how big their package is. I have read fics where this is written perfectly, Sam is still packing without falling into the sterotype but this author took it too far for me. The author had Bucky making fun of Sam's size and feeling pride that he was bigger and better than Sam. And to top it off, Bucky said out loud, "Steve is WAY bigger". WTF, are they for real. We are heading into 2023 and people are still writing this shit. And their icon pic is Steve as Cap. Ugh, i needed to vent. I'm sorry.

It’s not really even anything, just CATWS and CACW with cap!sam and civilian bucky and natasha playing the steve and eventually tony role? Like, a thriller romance(?) with best friends samnat, romantic sambucky, and winter soldier riley. Yelena and becca are major players, too.

It probablyyyy wont ever get written because i’m terrified of the brain damage i'd get rewatching catws and cacw after all this time… but… god.. i want it so bad lol

Closed my eyes and chose a doc named ‘i wanna write mess’ which is what it sounds like. Its inspired heavily from the iconic Stolen Moments and a couple of fics by mackiesmcu that have been taken down. 

It’s a sambucky steve tony natasha besties college au. tbh i have about 14 of these but in this one they all reunite at the hospital because Sam’s still Bucky’s emergency contact even though no one in the group’s really spoken in years. It’s just a bunch of disconnected scenes rn, usually someone fighting someone for one reason or another..

💗Is there a scene you can’t wait to write for a WIP? Yeees! I recently decided the last chapter of to be good for you (would be the end of me) would be slightly different than i originally drafted, and therefore even moreee ridiculously soft and corny. (: sort of to mirror the beginning because i love shit like that

imagine him after a nightmare. he gets rather sweaty after a nightmare, and so you had stripped his clothes off and climbed into your lap as he regressed. Big Bucky had given you his dog tags, so his flesh hand wrapped around the small metal plates and sucked them into his mouth.

"bubba, let's not bite that. it's not good for your teeth." you said, reaching beside you for his paci. you pulled the chain from his mouth, and replaced it with his paci.

being half asleep still, he took it for a moment, before deeming it not cold enough, and spat it back out, reaching for the chain again. but, he got distracted by your ringed up hands a moment later, as you grabbed the paci and placed it back on the beside table. he grabbed your hand and began to suckle on your pointer finger.

you looked down at your little bubba, and smiled. "Sam!" you called out for your partner, and he came into the room moments later with Bucky's sleep meds that you both forgot to give him before bed.

"yeah?" he asked, concern etched into his features. "is he okay?"

"yeah, he's better." you said, playing with his hair with his other hand. "can you grab one of the paci's from the freezer?" you asked, and Sam nodded before going to grab it.

"can Mama see your face?" you asked, and he looked up at you. you cooed, seeing how small he looked. "let's get you comfy my sweet sweet boy." you said. "can Mama have her finger back? Dada went to get your cold paci." he nodded, and let you maneuver him back onto the bed.

he let you strip his boxers off, and slide a diaper underneath his bum, and fasten it. he regressed even smaller, and babbled slightly as Sam came back in the room, and turned on the A/C unit. you managed to give him his meds, as Sam sat on the bed, and tickled Bucky's stomach.

"a'Da!" Bucky exclaimed, and let you pull him back into your lap. Sam laid in the bed, one of his hands holding the Nippii Freezable Paci in his hand, and you laid on your side, letting your baby settle between the two of you. Bucky's hands slid under your shirt, and you lifted your shirt, letting him latch on, and begin to nurse. his hand found yours again, and he pressed it to his cheek as he ate.

he ate for a few minutes, before unlatching, and letting Sam slide the frozen paci in between his lips. he sighed in happiness, and snuggled up to you, falling asleep easily. Sam cuddled up to Bucky, and kissed his cheek that was moving as he suckled his cold paci.

"i love you, sweet boy," Sam whispered, wrapping his arm around him as he snoozed, his head in your chest. Sam reached up and pressed a kiss to your lips.

"i love you." Sam whispered into your skin. "you're an amazing Mama."

you giggled. 'you're an even better Dada. i love you both."

Again, I have neglected you, I am sorry! I have apparently been bad at replying to asks! Thank you for asking!

OBVIOUSLY, my favorite Sam 'ship is Sambucky. I have devoted an entire blog to these two fellas. I have a weird interest in SamRiley because I love to live in rarepair hell. I enjoy Sam/Misty in the comics. I also love SamSteve (in either the MCU or the comics you can't convince me these two haven't banged) and SamNat - I'm a big fan of the cap quartet as a poly ship, tho. Sam/Happiness IS a great pairing! Samquin and SamRhodey are cute, too. Sam/T'Challa has big enemies to lovers vibes and I'm here for it.

I tend to ship almost anything. There are few ships that are my NOTP.

Friendships? I really love the relationship that TFATWS started to build for Sam and Sarah as siblings. Joaquin both in the comics and the show has a cool dynamic w Sam.
