Carmy has to learn to stop leaving. Just be present, both physically and mentally.Stop leaving. be here. stop promising not to leave and then leave. It keeps happening over and over. Our girl Sydney, she's hanging on by a thread in all levels of being his partner.

she finds it hard to lean on people outside of her Dad. To trust, but she trusts Carmy and she's waiting for him to show up finally. but he still isn't here. He's a ghost. Ha needs to take what she offers him: patience, being realiable, gentleness, and taking responsibility for yourself. She's right there but he seems to be fit on leaving and running to things he knows doesn't serve him.

You think Vi looked at Caitlyn after the fight and thought of Jayce??? Idk the thought just strikes me now and then. Caitlyn didn't have to deal with the guilt of killing a child. Not yet. Jayce already had. Jayce knew when to stop. Caitlyn expressing her emotions to Vi in such a manner is the same as Vi arguing with Jayce after the attack on the Shimmer factories—but so far the difference is that Vi learned from her mistake.

Given the clips we've seen as of now, Ambessa's enabling of Caitlyn just makes it all the more frustrating to look at and think of because Jayce (at the end of Season 1) was what Caitlyn could've been. She could've still sued for peace, even if it was futile in the end, but she didn't. She accepted the violence. That's not to say Caitlyn doesn't have the chance for redemption (as we are still in Act 1), that's not to say she (probably) wouldn't learn just as well the hard way.

But at the end of the day, you have to wonder: at what cost?
