#natalie scatorccio #shauna shipman #shaunanat #jackienat #jackieshauna #shackie #jackieshaunanat #shauna x nat #jackie x nat #jackie x shauna #yellowjackets #*#i’m obsessed with this moment. earlier in the episode we see nat sitting outside just staring at jackie’s bones. she’s clearly been thinkin #this over. that they can’t just leave her there. a visual reminder of what they did. making them all feel sick #that jackie deserved better. that in death. even now that she’s just bones. she deserves a burial or something. and nat takes initiative.#comes up with a plan and shares it with the group. but even then she looks to shauna for permission or maybe reassurance? maybe it’s out of #respect. they all remember how shauna reacted when it was initially suggested they get rid of jackie’s body. this is hard on all of them #jackie’s death and what they did. but they all know it’s affecting shauna the most.#maybe nat is even hoping shauna will want to help or that someone else besides natalie is feeling the way she is. that she won’t have to do #this alone. that someone else wants to honor jackie or feels as sick as she does about it. and they clearly do!! so many of them feel that.#i mean maybe only shauna and taissa are feeling it as strongly as she does? but shauna is kind of in shock and sick with guilt and grief an #in no place to meet nat half way here. she’s retreating into herself. and tai doesn’t even remember eating jackie. think she’s still #processing that it even happened. that they all aren’t lying to her. and also dealing with the knowledge that she’s having memory gaps.#dissociating. so nobody that is present there with natalie is feeling the way she is. lottie seems to think it was necessary for their #survival (probably true and nat even tells jackie’s bones as much.) but lottie doesn’t seem to be feeling guilty and when she takes a mug #out to natalie while she’s wrapping the bones. nat seems angry at the way lottie is handling it. and travis offers to go with her but it #reads to me like he is worried about nat specifically and not that he’s feeling that bad about what happened. i think nat is just feeling s #alone in this episode. and the one person that gets that is shauna but she’s just not in an actionable state. just tells nat to take the #lead. dismisses responsibility in a way. she just can’t handle thinking about it. that last look nat gives shauna just feels soooo loaded.#like maybe there’s a little bit of judgment there. also likely worry. maybe understanding. idk maybe i am extrapolating and making shit up

FUCK Liam Payne! I will no longer support OT5 and I don’t even want a 1D reunion anymore. It’s so disgusting how so many of you defend these boys actions, but especially Liam, in light of everything that has come out. Maya Henry has every right to speak about her experiences. And it’s gross that I’m seeing literal threads and tweets upon tweets of people calling her a liar and saying all these horrible things. You’re proving Liam right! “No one will believe you anyways and the fans will always defend us!”

Is that not absolutely horrifying to yall? That this man is weaponizing his fanbase against women that he has treated poorly? And yall continue to enable him! Everything Maya said in her recent TikTok was true! Yall defend this abuser because of boy band nostalgia? What the fuck is wrong with some of yall? It makes me sick. It’s always “believe women” “believe victims” until it’s your fave, right?!

We don’t know these people! “He would never do that…” YOU DONT KNOW HIM! These parasocial relationships are going too far.

What’s scary is based on some of the stuff Maya said, I wonder if this is only the tip of the iceberg with Liam. He’s probably done so much shit we don’t even know about. Maybe even the other boys???

I know I’m ranting and no one probably cares but some of the tweets I saw defending Liam were so triggering and upsetting. Trending hashtags like #FreeLiam and #WeLoveYouLiam when a woman CONFIRMED that he abused her is just so sickening. This is why women don’t come forward. This is especially why victims of celebrities and people in power don’t come forward. Because this is how they’re treated. Maya literally even confirmed that Liam and his team have tried to silence her and didn’t want the book to come out. I just… there are no more words.

This whole situation is so triggering… I’m so angry and upset.

#one of my uncles passed away abruptly from a heart attack this afternoon #and another one passed away earlier this week from a heart attack that he never woke up from #both of them are following on the heels of another uncle who passed away from heart attack-related complications back in May #which brings the grand total of uncles that I’ve lost to heart attacks in 2024 up to three #I’m devastated for my mom‚ who in less than a year has lost all but one of her remaining brothers #and I’m mourning a family that suddenly feels very small at a time of year when we’d normally be coming together #I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t also reflecting on my own life in the context of everything suddenly feeling very finite #and I’d be lying again if I said I was satisfied with what I saw #anyway… I’m currently feeling very sad about a variety of things #and I’m finding that my enthusiasm for the looming Christmas season is pretty limited #not a big fan of 2024‚ friends

I know this isn’t a particularly common characterization of them (at least not what I’ve seen) but I personally think of the two;

Shanks rarely gets restless, he’s the one more content to just bask in a moment, it may not be in silence but he’s comfortable just doing nothing with his crew. As long as there’s alcohol, a hammock and the people he loves, Shanks is straight.

Contrary to that Mihawk is always itching to do something, entertain himself in some way. If he’s not dueling/training, he’s gardening if it’s not that then he’s cooking or he’s reading and if nothing else will do then he naps. but he’s always trying to occupy his time with something.

I think a lot of people don’t notice it because it’s not the jittery hyperactivity that people associate with it. But Mihawk is restless, endlessly so. He’s in a never ending fight with his boredom but it’s all internal.(except when he decides to make it someone else’s problem ala Don Krieg)

Mihawk’s the type of dude to implode instead of explode so it makes sense that things like restlessness don’t really show themselves in an outwardly physical way. Instead it’s more of an internal pressure and incessant need to stave off boredom. But because of his preference for being alone and the fact that the activities he chooses aren’t ones usually associated with restlessness. It goes unnoticed.

Except by Shanks who’s always going out of his way to make the life of a pretty little birdie a litte more interesting.

#Mishanks #It’s less flitting from project to project and more this burning need to be entertained #throwing thoughts to the void #it’s something I identify heavily with because by appearances I’m just lying in bed at peace #but restlessness and boredorm are a Pressing heat in my head that’s hard to get rid off #so maybe that’s why I identify with him that way #but I’m interested to hear other peoples opinions on this #I know alot of people characterize Shanks as hyperactive but he’s always felt more bubbly calm to me #like he’s sunny and loud but in a lazy way but that might just be his age showing #I’m not shitting on the take just thought I’d give my perspective #Shanks being the only one to truly see how lonely Mihawk is is something I hold dear to my heart #and something I’ll probably one day post about #dracule mihawk #akagami no shanks #hawkeye mihawk #one piece #op #red hair shanks #a character who has Mihawk’s general disposition but not his restlessness #is Zoro who much like Shanks is just chill to be lazing away in the sun in the presence of his crew #and sure he trains a lot but it never feels like it’s because he’s just looking for something to do
