Alright, I'm hooked. Jekyll and Hyde (and maybe Adam Frankenstein?) with a partner who likes to sing? Disney princess singing, or any kinda singing they'd like. She'd sing to them if they asked, and she often sings whenever she isn't doing anything else or when she's doing something that doesn't require her to be thinking about what she's doing. while hyde likes just normal music with no singing, like compositions and all that, jekyll actually prefers singing

he’ll probably ask you sing at the most random parts of the day, he doesn’t really care what it is as long as you’re singing

i think he’d like to do his work and just let you do yours in the same room, but he will request you to sing, if not sing than atleast hum

at some point anybody singing in general just starts to remind him of you

i feel like for some reason he knows how to play piano so if you really wanted he’d play piano while you sang and it’s like a little duet

yes he’d ask you to sing him to sleep

either laying on the actual pillow or his head in your lap, he barely sleeps but your singing helps him so much

within ten minutes he’s knocked out

nobody loves girls who sing more than henry jekyll

but i do think there’s certain days where he’s just too tired to actually get up and wreak havoc so he just has you sit in front of him, and he just plays with your hair while you sing/hum

i feel like he might just subconsciously call you songbird every once in a while but idk (it’s 1am leave me alone my brain is cooked)

if you’re lucky he might let you show him different exercises for fun or see what the highest and lowest pitches you can go see but he’d probably have to be in a very good mood

although usually he won’t ask you to sing to him and kind of just gets used to you normally doing it, there have been days where he’s actually requested that you sing for him

at some point after months of this he just gives you a look that lets you know he wants you to sing

“sing for me?” to “sing?” to just a certain glance that you’d know a mile away

i think he might’ve been a little shocked the first time you sing in front of him, since there’s a big chance he’d never heard it before

from that day on he gets very interested in music and wants you to tell him everything you know about and will want you to sing to him quite a few times a day

he’s very interested in your vocal range (vocal range is fascinating istg)

would love lullabies to be song to him

sometimes, after you guys get a house or somewhere you can actually live in peace, he likes to just lay in bed with you and have you sing

he learns his favourite type of singing is like. kind of opera but also not quite (like christine in phantom of the opera kind of)

he’s so proud of your talent and tells you all the time you should get a job with your voice

he also says nobody in their right mind would refuse your voice

he gets interested in lots of singers after that, but you’re always his favourite

I’m a bit religious myself (not in Christianity though so maybe I don’t totally understand the design choice) but I really appreciate the nun (?) imagery though!! It speaks to me in a certain way.

My Evo Grian is purposely Catholic, but the Watchers are canonically angels, so I pull inspiration from Evo lore, Bible lore, and my own personal feelings towards angels ! Evo Grian feels like a Saint that didn’t know what he was getting into, he worked so hard !

The nun outfit isn’t necessarily canon to my AU either, it’s more so …. To express the mood I guess…. He has the Watcher’s equivalent of a nun outfit though, baggy clothes and a hood.

Tim:

Tim isn't the most crafty or handy when it comes to things like art, so he's always admired everything you're able to do. You can impress him so easily with every piece of art you can make, regardless of if it's just little cartoon doodles or a fully painted landscape, he thinks all of it just looks so cool, and he always tells you as much. Tim is the type to take your pieces and hang them up around the house so that when he's going about his day he can look around and just admire the wonderful pieces of art you've made over the years. Tim really does love and admire every single piece you've created, and it just makes him feel so happy to have a partner that so freely expresses themselves through something like art, and maybe, just maybe, one day he might ask you to help him dabble in art as well. 

Brian:

Brian absolutely thinks that it's amazing, the various types of art that you can do. My Brian really enjoys woodworking as a hobby, and I can absolutely see him trying to get the two of you to combine forces on something, with him designing and carving something out of wood and you painting across the finished piece in whatever style you think fits it best. Honestly, I can see that as a recurring thing, the two of you working hard together, relaxing, and ridding yourselves of stress through your hobbies. Brian really admires your craftmanship and all the little things you do, and he gushes about them constantly, really excited to be able to witness you at work. Part of the reason why he loves when you paint over his woodworking is also that he feels so happy to be able to give you space and area to express yourself through your art right alongside him, it truly makes him so incredibly happy.

Liu/Sully:

Liu and Sully also both adore all of the art that you create. Liu himself has a knack for drawing and keeps sketchbooks and art supplies constantly stocked up in his bedroom. He enjoys drawing realism and landscapes, and it's absolutely something he'd love to do with you, especially for a date idea, the two of you sitting out in an open field drawing and painting your surroundings together, the thought just sounds so heavenly to him. Sully, on the other hand, is not as artistically inclined, and is amazed at what the two of you are able to do together, if not a bit jealous that he isn't as artistic as Liu. Sully really, really loves watching you at work, as he finds it so incredible the things you're able to do, and he could sit for hours curled up by your side amazed at every line and stroke you place. Both of them are incredibly fond of your artistic skills, and you'll never be short on praise from either of them.

- hidden mole on his scalp in the bck of his head, nothing extraordinary but he’s kinda embarrassed abt it n if u touch it he’ll flinch n scowl

- bad habit of slipping forms when he sleeps (the beginning of the night starts out normal but when u wake up there’s gonna be feathers in ya mouth n a 9ft inky demon snoring cuddled completely under u)

- once he catches a chill it’s rlly hard for him to warm up, he hates the cold

Mammon

- vapes 🗿 though he used to smoke cigarettes, once MC arrives he stops (Devildom cigarettes r basically fiber glass for humans 😭 he’s quitting for u MC 🫶)

- doesn’t know how to ride 🗿 he’s too embarrassed to ask lmaaaoo he just likes fixing it up

- forces mammon to make his “gamer fuel” smoothies to shave off some of his debt (its just berries, a ton of sugar, veggies he doesn’t know abt, n energy drinks) don’t drink it

Satan

- doesn’t like form slipping infront of u n if he does that’s it. He’s done. He’s getting even more pissed n punching whatever’s near n going to his room to trash everything. After that he’s touch starved n his head hurts from crying. Just pamper him

Honestly I haven’t been writing that much lately. The past few weeks have been a lot of stress lol. My girlfriend was in the hospital for around a week, but she’s home now, which I’m very thankful to report :)

I’ve been a fan of Shawn’s for just over four years, but I didn’t start my Shawn tumblr till early April 2021. (Happy belated two-year tumblrversary to me?)

No, I’ve never been a fan of Camila’s, nor have I ever liked them together. I don’t believe you’ll find anything about her in my archives. I tried never to disrespect her (publicly) because of my respect for Shawn, that’s all. So, having never liked them together, and seeing the state he was in for so long following their split, and how he seemed to be doing SO well without her recently, his choice to begin again with her is disheartening. I love him and only want the best for him, and in my personal opinion, she’s not it. I don’t want to see him hurt again.

Thank you for your honest opinion on my last story, and I agree with you about the flow. It’s definitely not one of my better stories and I have moments where I wish I hadn’t posted it. (I even apologized to my friend, who was the requester, that it wasn’t better, but bless her heart, she still said she loved it.) Idk if you follow me, and if you do, for how long you have been, but in previous posts of mine, and for awhile now, I’ve spoken about my struggles with my writing. I haven’t opened any of my documents/started requests/WIPs since then. I’m not currently in the right headspace. I don’t feel like I can give my best right now, and I don’t want to post anything (else) subpar.

I’m not a regular reader on Wattpad, - I can probably count on maybe two hands how many stories I’ve read over there, - so any similarities to any story over there was completely unintentional. I won’t hesitate to remove FF if ever necessary. The only person I’ve ever intentionally plagiarized is myself (taking pieces of earlier, incomplete stories and fitting them better into new ones).

I’d still like to complete my OC story, with my OC character. I really don’t want “Some Girl” to be just another abandoned story. I’m just not sure how long that’s going to take. And no, Camila won’t be returning in any capacity. Why would I write him back with Camila in any way when Charlotte is perfect for him?

I haven’t fully returned to tumblr (or any social media), - three reblogs/posts and a few asks after ten days is hardly a “comeback”. I just don’t want people to think I’ve given up on Shawn, because I haven’t. 💕

Hi bri!!🥺😭🫶🏻💛 my sunshine!! I was gone for so long and didn’t fully come back on here yet but gosh I missed you so much and couldn’t stop thinking about all my friends here esp you!

tmi- I mean.. you knew I’ve been talking to you since last year so excitedly how I wanted to move countries for my studies!!🥹 and I worked so hard for it and finally did it but like…yk a lot of bad things happened and my education agency actually scammed around $ 15000 and also messed up all my application documents.. and I found out about it after I came here? It was so stressful, everyday was filled with panic attacks and constant prayers to fix everything..and it was admist ramadan too so I was fasting on top of all this stress. It kinda affected my mental and physical health a lot💔

And then all of a sudden life got so hectic, that issue kinda got resolved and living alone all by myself while studying medicine and surgery in uni with shit ton of assignments, exams, lab practicals and lectures to study actually consumes all of my time and I can barely find time to sleep! >:( communication is hard for me atm bc I can’t find the time (to even call my parents sometimes😭) so I’ve been away from tumblr for so long! And I’m waiting for my break to come so I can come back here and post and answer asks and everything but my break is a long wayy and before that I have to go through so much more as my exams are also coming up.
