I love that in the Kenobi series we had a simple moment where Ben actually spoke about what he remembered of his birth family:

I feel this is probably an unpopular opinion, but I really do think that before the Ainulindalë, at least, Melkor was Eru's favourite. "To Melkor among the Ainur had been given the greatest gifts of power and knowledge, and he had a share in all the gifts of his brethren." -- he, not Manwë, was meant to be the Elder King. Before the Music, he had free rein to go into the Void, and even after the Music, Eru still let him enter Eä. That strikes me as a great indulgence on his part.

you know how in MoM, Sinister Strange talks about the feeling of falling and waking up right before you hit the ground when you sleep is him going and killing off other Strange varients??

well one of the brain's silly little tricks it likes to play on it's owner is hypnagogic hallucinations. hypnagogic hallucinations are vivid, dream-like hallucinations that occur as you're falling asleep. They're usually harmless, effect around 80% of people, and the most common one is visual -- like seeing shapes and colors, almost like a kaleidoscope, or feeling like something is in the room with you, hearing music or voices, etc. Harmless, but occasionally terrifying.

Now another common hallucination, one that I get the most often when I'm really stressed about something, is the feeling of falling. Like dropping or plummeting, even though I'm not moving, and sometimes I will get really dizzy, like I'm spinning rapidly. These specific hallucinations are accompanied by what's called a hypnic jerk -- sudden contractions of all or most of the muscles in your body. These contractions, however, only usually happen during stage 1 and 2 of sleep, or when you're transitioning from wakefulness to sleep.

And while a majority of people do dream about falling occasionally, the hypnagogic hallucination of falling is usually more common.

so when Sinister Strange talks about variants falling, is he referring to the hallucinations before fully falling asleep? And if that's true, then what other hallucinations that we thing are normal are really caused by multiversal varients?

Is there a counterpart of someone staring up at the stars or is there another you being pushed off of a cliff?

And in that universe, we've established that dreams are gateways to other, alternative universes. In our world, we still don't have a reason for why dreams occur, or why hypnagogic hallucinations occur, and various other psychological phenomenoms.

So in Stephen Strange's world, what psychological things are explained by multiversal counterparts? And is there a need for psychologists if everything is explained so easily or are there different fields of psychology from our own dedicated to figure out what's real and what's not, or what's caused by you and what's caused by someone else who shares your face?

It's so funny starting with the !! era cause so many of these kids are so incredibly sweet now but if you go back to read their stories chronologically either from when they're first introduced or during the remini yumenosaki war flashbacks it's like "oh, I wanna strangle you, actually"
