so Sif and King here got a very codependent relationship going on and it's very complicated but they... they do really love each other, they were not healthy for each other or in general but they do love each other.

I tend to focus mostly on the redemption ending because i've come to love this guy, he's so mentally unwell and a little liar but so genuinely convinced what he's doing is good and I want him to be happy :( he's savable if he lets himself be and i just want a happy ending >:(

But he's not the best person, not at all and sometimes you can't save people no matter how much you love them because they won't let you. It didn't feel right to not acknowledge the the very real reality that loving Siffrin wasn't enough to stop him, especially when he believes he's saving everyone...

in one world it wasn't enough...

but in another world it was, instead of doubling down and hurting Siffrin to get what he wants, he hesitates and it leads to great explosion on Siffrin's part as they can't watch their friends kill each other one more time...

King has to give up, because everything he wants to protect will be destroyed if he doesn't... Siffrin is what he chooses and he still doesn't think he's wrong or that he hurt anyone really but Siffrin is what was important...

it's fine tho, he gets thrown in baby jail and gets some therapy and medication finally, like damn, this guy is so unwell

"Friends Don't Look At Friends That Way" - Hazel Callahan x Reader

“Maybe we could go hang out at your place? You could help me study for Mr.G’s final” You say, lightly grazing your fingertips on Hazel’s arm while batting your eyelashes up at her.

“Didn’t he literally give us the test answers as a study guide?” Hazel says, oblivious to your flirtation as always.

This was the billionth time it feels like that Hazel has shut you down, and honestly, you’re sick of it.

You decide to try a different tactic, gently grabbing her hand and admiring her rings, “I just love your rings” you rub your thumb across them and let your other hand rest on her thigh.

“Thanks! Most of them were gifts from friends, and this one was from a cool thrift shop downtown” Hazel rambles on while you sigh as she continues to ignore your obvious attempts at flirting with her.

You genuinely thought all hope was lost…until you heard PJ shout from across the gym.

“Jesus! Get a room you two, have some decency for the rest of us and go fuck in the janitor’s closet!” the girl shouts and your face heats up as a deep blush settles over your cheeks

Hazel scoffs, “What? We’re just friends PJ, don’t be a loser” she says while laughing nervously.

It took all of your willpower not to crumble right then and there.

You’ve had enough of this, you weren’t going to put in all this effort for someone who just sees you as a friend. Sniffling as tears start to form in your eyes from embarrassment, you quickly excuse yourself and practically run out of the gymnasium.

Your feet carry you to an abandoned classroom, where you let yourself finally let out the sobs you were holding in. Of course Hazel didn’t feel the same, why would she? She was amazing in every way and you were just some loser.

You’re so consumed in your thoughts that you don’t hear the door crack open and Hazel slowly walk inside.

“Y/n? Are you alright?” she says in a near whisper, but it still makes you jump and quickly look up at Hazel while wiping your tears.

“Hazel, what are you doing here? The club meeting is about to start, you know how PJ is with people being late” you try to speak in a confident voice, but it comes out shaky and thick from the lump of emotions in your throat and you look away from her so she can’t see your tears.

Hazel shakes her head and sits down beside you, “You’re more important than a stupid meeting” she says softly, “Josie told me about your feelings for me”

You groan at her words and put your head on your knees, looking back at her with a sniffle, “I’m so sorry Hazel, I get it if you don’t feel the same way and I won’t blame you-” your words are cut off by Hazel grabbing your face and hurriedly pressing her lips to yours in a bruising kiss.

You shriek in surprise at first, but quickly kiss back, shuddering as you feel her tongue enter your mouth.

Hazel pulls you onto her lap, your fingers threading into her soft hair as her hands rest on your hips. You both pull away after a moment, pupils blown, breaths heavy as the both of you just stare at each other for a moment.

Hazel is the first to speak up, “I’ve actually wanted to do that since the first time I saw you” she says breathlessly while moving a hand up to cradle your jaw and gently stroke your face with her thumb, “You are so beautiful y/n, I would be lucky to be able to call you mine” she says with a smile that makes your heart melt

“And I’m sorry for being such an idiot” she quickly adds which makes you laugh

You kiss her softly, pulling away just enough so your foreheads touch and you can just live in this tiny moment the both of you have created.

“As long as I can call you my idiot, then that’s all that matters” you say before the both of you dissolve into giggles.

The way you draw neuvillette and Wriothesley has me giggling and kicking my feet, they’re such little guys they make my soul start doing ribbon dances.

I do also have a question, 👀, you mentioned you mainly draw neuvi from head cannons, are there any you don’t draw but enjoy a lot just in your mind?

I let this sit for some days to think about headcanons, since I can't think of many. I mostly just get scenarios into my head at like 1am, write them down and doodle them in the evening as a relaxation so it's not like a very thought through thing. But I managed to write down some.

Appearance wise:

First of all, I sort of completely disregard canon details. It's not because I don't like them, but because I draw quick, have no patience, and after drawing a character onec or twice I get their general idea into my head and from there on only draw them from memory. I find it helpful since it is not only quick and comfortable, but allows my sketchy drawings to avoid overcluttering with details. As long as the general shape and colour palette are close to the original - I am happy. Second, I like the idea of some draconic features on Neuv. Sharp teeth, longer sharper tongue, eye pupil delation when he is happy or excited to see something (same for zhongli) and I think it would be cute if his horns would glow when he is pleased, happy or at peace. That's why if you sleep next to him and can't fall asleep because of the light - shh don't wake him up - he is having a sweet dream. Third: he likes to dress up. I need to think of some outfits I could draw him in. In game he often points out that he stands out and causes confusion when he walks around, his status and looks intimidate people into thinking he is there on official business by default. That's why I think over the centuries he acquired an interest in fashion and has a lot of outfits he puts on for more casual outings in that little free time he has.

Personality wise I can't say much. I am like always scared of going too ooc, because I genuinely love the way he is presented in canon, so all I do is more of an addition to it rather than substitute... But I think he would like plants. He would feed them the finest water and enjoy watching them bloom. Plus, Sumeru is right there so perhaps he finds himself fascinated by plants growing there and has a few saplings.

And on a slightly NSFW note: wriolette in my head are switches. I always tag it with wriolette only but I also never draw explicit stuff, but I think they love each other in ways where there is no dynamic of one overpowering another: they tend to each other's comfort and pleasure and happiness in equal matter.

To start off, my memory is pretty bad, so I just know I'm gonna miss tagging people... and honestly, there's way more people on here I'm grateful for than tumblr's limit of 50! So I'm starting out addressing everyone.

To everybody that likes or reblogs my posts, sends comments or asks, shares their sims with me, or uses my cc: I love you. Yes, you! I may be bad at answering back sometimes, but I cherish every interaction I get- a lot of the times they have me kicking my feet and giggling, or sometimes I'm barking and scaring my cat. Asks really make my day and even when I don't reply so fast, they warm my heart. Asks I've gotten on here have genuinely helped me in my dark times, and renewed my faith in this community as a whole, because some of you are just so freaking amazing and kind. Especially now with everything I've been going through, sims and being here has remained a comfort for me because of you all. Regardless, I’ve been reading your fics on Ao3 and I absolutely LOVE the banter between gojo and reader 😭 it flows so fucking well I can feel the chemistry radiating from my screen. When I first started reading IHM, I was also an ancient hag like reader (29) so I found myself able to really relate to her. Usually when I envision Y/N, it’s a random person in their place but with this fic specifically idk why I lowkey insert myself? Everything she does, I would probably do the same and it makes me nervous (in a good way) that I’m gonna get attached to gojo and y/n’s relationship 😭

I absolutely love how gojo provides the security Y/N so desperately needs in the span of the fic. She has been suffocating on her own for so long that he just provides some fresh air. Dare I say meant to be?

The domesticity is everything and I like how we’re learning more about him alongside Y/N. So far we’ve seen just how supportive gojo has been and I’m excited to see how y/n comes through for him because my spidey senses (and your amazing writing) shows me that he has some baggage and it might resurface soon.

60. Have you had a writer you admire comment on your fic? What was that like?

Several times! And it's an incredible feeling. Like a clutch your phone and giggle and kick your feet kind of feeling. @astarionfreak heavily inspired a scene in the first chapter of Office Hours and whenever she comments on my work it's like senpai noticed me lol. And @pursuitseternal is funny bc the first time she commented on one of my things it became the spiderman meme of "omg I love your work!" "No, omg, I love YOUR work!!" And then on top of that, I've found many writers I admire who commented on my work first, including @wolfywolfy and @marlowethebard. This community continues to do nothing but give and I'm extremely grateful for it.

66. How do you deal with pressure (ie. Pressure to update, negative comments, deadlines)

LMAO badly. Pressure to update is entirely self-imposed, my readers are nothing but kind and understanding about my life being a bit of a mess right now. But the problem is that I want to keep writing and I want to update. So it's really a matter of writing when I can and have the motivation, and doing my best not to beat myself up when I can't.

I'm lucky enough that I rarely get negative comments, but when they do, they stick with me. If it's clearly from a troll I just block and move on, that's usually fine. But if it's from someone who I think might otherwise mean well but it still hit me wrong? Or who had a genuinely negative reaction to my work? They live in my head rent free. Fuck, sometimes it doesn't even have to me my work, sometimes I still get mad about a comment that @moochiepoo got on a fic and get angry lmao. To deal with these fuckers who take up space in my head, I try to talk to my spouse about it, or sometimes I'll write out a response to them that I'll never send. But it's tough. I have really bad RSD and have a tendency to hold grudges when I feel wronged by someone. (Don't ask me about my former roommates who owe me $100 lmao)

Reading with Ru: 2023 oct/nov/dec fic and book recs

Hello hello! Back again with some final recs from what I was reading towards the end of the year. Gonna start with cod because that's where most of my moots are, and then some from other fandoms and published romance I've been enjoying as well.

Just in case this goes outside my little circle, please check the tags of anything I rec; I'll try to mention if I think something is particularly dark, but don't read anything you won't like!

landscape with honey by @ceilidho - (bear shifter!price x reader) starting with ceil because, at this rate, I can't write a list without including her. my friendship with ceil partially started from bugging her asks about bear price, so this one is always gonna be special, but I genuinely love it, ceil writes blatant dubcon really well (as we all know), but I think it's in fics like this—when the hero is just a little off, and the reader is caught between what seems too good to be true and a gut instinct that something isn't quite right—that her writing really thrives. Anyway, I'm okay with a big, burly man hibernating with me in a cozy cabin in the woods for a winter. (side note: we need to be talking about ghost x feral witch reader more)

Mind the Drop by @sprout-fics - (BDSM au, price x reader) more aftercare in fics!!! This wonderful one-shot is based in a universe where people are biologically designated as dominant or submissive. Reader is a sub who is feeling the effects of some missed aftercare, which Price takes notice of and offers his... assistance. Honestly, this is just some really well-written comfort and aftercare from a fun concept.

My daddy didn't love me, so I guess I've moved on to you by @makoodles - (price x reader) clearly, I was back in my Price era, and this fic hits on the central theme of my attraction to him in the first place: daddy issues :) So, if you may want to read 17k of Reader and Price succumbing to their attraction and mutual daddy kinks, this one is for you.

Light On by @peachesofteal - (ghost x singlemom!reader) I feel like everyone was reading it, but if you haven't checked out this lovely story yet, please do! It's nice to take a break from the darker fic, and this one is so lovely while still acknowledging Simon's trauma and obsession. Peaches is an excellent writer, and this sent me down a rabbit hole of single-parent fics and books! I could read so much of this.

Pornstar!ghost by @ghosts-cyphera - ( x reader) lo is on a little break right now, but this is another wonderful entry on the soft side of cod fic. I really enjoy Ghost's charisma and confidence on display here, and every update had me giggling and kicking my feet. (I found lo through her price wife x 141 post, which is also a must read)

okay, so @ohbo-ohno (hopefully) knows I love her, and she wrote a ton and is constantly throwing out mind-bogglingly yummy drabbles, so here are some of my favs from her kinktober and 1k celebration: price x reader breeding (surprise, surprise), soap x reader somno (drugged noncon), 141 x reader orgy, ghoap ft price deepthroating, 141 x free use reader (the dream), kingpin price x reader, ex husband price x reader, gaz x reader a/b/o, and my personal fav I think about all the time ghoap x brand new vampire reader. Maybe got a little carried away, but I adore Bo's work, and she has a unique ability to make everything hot.

And finally, @charliemwrites. When making this list, I was tempted to just rec everything Charlie has posted in the last few months, so if you aren't reading her stuff already, I'm jealous that you get to experience it for the first time. Obviously, it would be a mistake to not start with her current fics: charmed slasher simon (he's a serial killer, so violence warning) and woof woof johnny, which are both so fun and compelling, I get so excited whenever I see a new update. I almost daily think about this dark(ish) Price decides you're his wife post. Charlie also writes just wonderful fluff and lighter but emotional relationships too, and both childhood friend simon and bodyguard!gaz have a special place in my heart

casualties by little fools writing/tianawritesfic - (darklina) yet another person I could rec every single work by. This is a boyfriend's roommate cheating fic with the perfect amount of mean man.

You kept me like a secret (i kept you like an oath) by burninghoneyatdusk - (darklina) I genuinely think everyone should read this; it's modern setting, so no canon knowledge needed. Alina wakes up after an accident and discovers she's pregnant, but she doesn't remember the last year of her life, doesn't know who the father is, and most importantly, doesn't remember the affair that ended her relationship. I could talk about it for ages, but I'm just gonna share my comment on the last chapter: "every action, line of dialogue, description, and internal thought felt deliberate— not a single word felt wasted. you stripped both aleks and alina bare and it felt impossible to not take them in completely. i don't even know how to talk about the therapy sessions and alina's healing. the exploration of her guilt, her past, her anger, her confusion it all felt so earnest and raw. what a gift to read."

Bury Us Both by morriganmercy - (Lavinia Lucia/Nick Bruin) this is sibling incest! For the love of god, don't read it if it's not your thing. I know nothing about The Royals of Forsyth series (books?), but this was recd by someone, and I saw the tags codependency, slowburn, heavy angst, pining, and religious guilt, and now here we are.

Return to Monte Carlo by Cate C. Wells - set in 1982, fmc runs away from her stifling life with her rich italian husband and his snobby family before discovering that she's pregnant. fun, smutty, warning for miscommunication galore. i saw some comments about the fmc being immature but she's swept into this crazy life at like ~19 so idk enjoy your smut and stop thinking so much.

Between the Devil and Desire by Lorraine Heath - a widowed duchess must learn to get along with a notorious self made rogue when he is given guardianship of her beloved son. I'm a sucker for historical romances and for single parent stories but the combo is so hard to get right and this one did it for me! while sometimes a little ridiculous, i felt the characters actions had clear motivations. watching the mmc's relationship with the son grow was really nice and it actually made sense given his backstory rather than the sudden "guy who hates kids suddenly cares" trope other books do. (warning for discussions of childhood abuse and sa)

Luna and the Lie by Mariana Zapata - say what you will about MZ slow burns but no one else can get me to read 600 pages for one sex scene at 95% in. are most of her character's really similar? yeah. but they're never annoying and i love that they're always good people trying their best. i love all the small details and i love me an older man who is secretly down horrendously bad only to gets worse and worse at not showing it.

Icebreaker by Hanna Grace - people have things to say about this book. do the characters get together early on? yeah. do they hook up in the back of an uber filled with their friends? also yeah (i thought it was hot so). is their very little plot in a 400 page book? sure. i'm here for a good time not to be intellectually challenged. i actually enjoyed seeing their time together and really enjoyed that they just fucking communicated even if there were mistakes along the way. plus big nice hockey player who cares about consent? swoon my little canadian heart.

Re: analysing Ryan: he's the "love to hate" character in the best possible way (for me, at least). So far he comes across as the most competent in his family and it makes him such a great antagonist; like, his mother is fixated on superficial details(whether Onyx acts graceful or not) over matter(whether he completes tasks or not) and his brother is basically a rich kid bully: the moment he realises he's on equal footing with someone or that confrontation may not end in his favour, Cadran folds like a wet newspaper(at least that's the vibe I'm getting so far). So far, Ryan feels like someone who would be just as functional out of the lap of luxury as he is in one; he can work(or quickly learn to work) his way if not back into lap of luxury, then to being seen as(mostly) a reasonable authority figure position and resources that come with this - and this is what makes him terrifying in a very grounded way (unlike his brother or mother, who seem more set in their ways as rich assholes). Also, we already have indirect proof of Ryan's competence as a whumper - Onyx's behaviour. He's the guy who conditioned him to behave as the perfect servant and supressed Onyx's memories of whatever life he had before serving the royal family. Ryan is ruthless and competent, and this is a very scary combo when established through his actions (as opposed to establishing it through narration - "show, don't tell" at its best). He's not unlikable just because its a genre convention, you written him as a genuinely scary antagonist, and I love this so much i struggle to put it into words. I want to hit him with a chair but I also want to see what schemes he's up to😈😈 also, I love the "every time I write Ryan, he thinks its okay to monologue" tags - he is the antagonist who earned his right to monologue. He's very pragmatic in his vileness(at least so far; based on your tags, he has some major trouble coming his way), and I really like the way it plays out in the story so far.

Tl;dr: I love the way you edit and write those characters so freaking much :3 :3

OH MY GOD. HI. OKAY. THIS ASK HAS MADE MY WHOLE WEEK. I HAVE REREAD THIS ASK LIKE FOUR TIMES JUST GIGGLING AND KICKING MY FEET.

I feel like you know these characters even better than I do, which is maybe a sign that I've done well writing them but also kind of intimidating?? but yeah. let's talk about Ryan.

The first time I tried to write this story was about a year and a half ago. I stopped for a few different reasons, but I still wanted to rewrite it on my new blog. And when I was rereading my old work, one of the things I got frustrated with was that I was excited to write multiple whumpers, but all of the whumpers sort of blended together. They didn't have any personality, if that makes sense? They were just a bunch of people who wanted to torture a guy. Which is fine but I really wanted them to be more individual, so that's when I started assigning them actual motivations.

And yeah, you pretty much nailed their main motivations. Lucia (the queen—I don't think I've ever mentioned her name but it's Lucia) is very superficial because she is very driven by how she thinks other people see her (she thinks that holding onto the title of royalty is more about popularity than anything else) and it reflects in the way she sees other people, especially the ones who work for her. Cardan is driven by entertainment because he thinks he can get away with anything (hence the surprised folding like a wet newspaper anytime something doesn't go his way). Ryan, on the other hand, is driven by something like productivity? He also sees himself as the most competent person in the family.

I've honestly never considered how well Ryan would do in, like, a job that didn't already come with authority. But he is very... put together, in a way that intimidates everyone around him. He is the type of guy who people praise by saying "They can make the hard but necessary decisions" the way people say about historical figures. Ryan can be super ruthless whenever he thinks he needs to be, whereas if we see Cardan being cruel, it's out of boredom or curiosity.

(On a somewhat separate note, the twins are more or less supposed to be literary foils. Foils are two characters designed to contrast each other, usually to highlight good qualities in the protag of a story, and the twins are meant to highlight how horrible the other one is. cuz they're both horrible.)

Also, it means SO much to me that you included the part about show vs tell because Onyx is not a reliable narrator whatsoever when it comes to the morality of the royal family, due to this conditioning. And I've been kinda nervous about the way it's written because I was worried that the narrator saying "oh yeah this is normal :) they're the royal family they can do whatever they want" might make people think that it's not as bad as it is or something? Especially in spots like chapter three where Onyx is like "oh yeah Ryan hates his brother more than he hates me." But like. I'm glad we can all agree that Ryan is a dick anyway

If you want to, I'd also like a fic about Ash being a Daddy to his little one... you write him so perfectly it genuinely has my heart. It could be Ash waking up to his baby boy sitting on him and giggling, immediately pepperoni his face in kisses and squealing out 'Daddy!!'... and Ash gets so happy because the reader hadn't regressed for a little while and he missed his baby boy, even calling out of work so he can spend the day with the reader. Ash liked to take things slow in the mornings. Blinking awake and laying in bed for at least an hour before going to get his coffee had become a staple of his days, and one he quite looked forward to. So when he yawned awake on Saturday morning, he expected his routine to stay exactly the same. What he did not expect, however, were two wide eyes blinking black at him and a wide, blinding grin that immediately made his heart melt.

“Daddy!” You cried, giggling a bit when Ash groaned at the loud noise. You leaned forward and began to pepper his face with kisses until he laughed and pushed you back. “Hey baby boy!” He yawned, ruffling your hair. “Someone’s feeling peppy.” You nodded quickly and rolled off of Ash, kicking your feet while wriggling about in the soft blankets. Ash sighed and smiled fondly. It had been a long time since you had regressed, and he had really missed being able to care for you. It was always a bright spot whenever he knew that you were happy, safe and well taken care of, and he was always happy to watch you be happy. 

Ash rolled over with a grunt and watched as you babbled to yourself about something or other, looking forward to spending the rest of the day with you. Then he remembered. 

“Work.” He groaned. You looked up at him in confusion. He stared back down at you thoughtfully. ‘I can always call out’ he thought. ‘They couldn’t fire me if they wanted to.’ 

As if reading his thoughts, you rolled over and grabbed his phone from the bedside table before rolling back over and handing it to him with a big grin. Ash chuckled and took the phone. “Yeah, okay baby. Just for you.” He winked, opening the phone and dialing the store as you flapped your hands excitedly. 

The rest of the morning was a happy blur. Ash pulled out the last of the pancake mix and sat you on the counter top to “help” him make the sweet breakfast (you mainly just poured in the chocolate chips). He then lifted you up with an oomph and carried you over to the couch before grabbing your plate and bringing it to the coffee table. You giggled as he slung an arm around your shoulder and turned on some Saturday morning cartoons. “Cool!” You gasped as the images flashed across the screen. 

“Yeah, they’re pretty cool.” Ash mumbled around the food in his mouth. “Now eat your pancakes, or I will.” You gasped and shook your head. “No, I eat!” You said, shoveling pancake into your mouth to demonstrate and smiling with your cheeks puffed like a squirrel’s. Ash laughed and ruffled your hair again, ignoring your indignant grunts as you swallowed your bites. “Good job, bub.” You beamed up at him, swallowing slowly before shoveling even more pancakes into your mouth. 

Eventually the plates were cleared and Ash had to leave to put them in the sink, ruffling your hair as he passed by. “Don’t cause too much chaos while I’m gone, slugger.” He teased from the sink, humming as he cleaned the plates. No response came. Ash frowned. When you got quiet, Ash knew something else was probably catching fire somewhere he couldn’t see.

 He left the dishes in the sink and rushed over, sighing as he saw you had disappeared off somewhere. “Kid?” He called, “Come on, it’s time for uh…” He paused, trying to find a way to say chores without saying chores. “Time for… the big competition?” He cringed at himself. Suddenly you came bouncing down the stairs, scissors and what looked like letters in your hand. “Whas’ dat?” You asked, eyes wide. He reached out and gently pulled the letters and scissors from your hand. “It’s the uh– jesus christ that’s important– the big competition remember? The one where we see who can get all their tasks done the fastest?” You scrunched up your nose, starting to get suspicious. 

“Like chores?”  

“No, no of course not!” Ash laughed. You stared up at him. “Okay maybe a little, yeah.” 

You pouted and crossed your arms. “But, but! These chores are fun! At least we can make ‘em fun.” He said, kneeling down so you were level with each other. You swayed back and forth, looking him in his eyes and frowning. “Mmm, okay, bu’ I don’ fink I’ll like it.” You huffed. Ash grinned and hoisted you up, laughing as you wrapped around his neck. “Well then let's get going! Sooner begun, sooner done right?” You nodded, and you both walked over to look at the chore chart.

The chores went by in a snap, and though you’d never admit it, it was pretty fun. Ash put on some music, and he made almost every chore into some kind of game you two could compete in (though he made sure you won almost all of them). Everytime you won he would pick you up in his arms and swing you around, pressing little kisses all around your face and telling you how proud he was. “Wow, already done! That’s the fastest I've ever seen the chores get done around here, good job bud!” He cried, grinning as he stood, stretching his back and putting you in a playful headlock. You wrestled your way out and grabbed his arm, latching on and going limp, giggling when he gasped dramatically and collapsed on top of you. 

“Oh god, I’ve been caught!” He groaned, rolling over on top of you. “He’s just… too… strong!” 

You squealed, pushing at your caregiver in vain. “Dada!” You laughed, “Too heavy.” Ash rolled off of you with an oof and sat up. 

“Well,” he started, smoothing his shirt down jokingly, “you’ve defeated me. What’s next?” You thought for a moment, pursing your lips. “Umm. Dinosaur show?” You asked. Ash smiled down and nodded, kissing you on the forehead before carrying you over to the couch and setting up your cartoons. You bounced happily, making grabby hands at the box of little gear your daddy kept for you. Handing you your favorite stuffy and paci, Ash sat next to you, wrapping an arm around your shoulder after placing a blanket over you both. 

You snuggled in, making a contented noise as he tucked your head under his chin. “My beautiful boy.” Ash murmured into your hair. You giggled and wiggled happily, resting against his chest and fiddling with your stuffy. 

“Thank you for today.” He said, smiling as you nodded. “It was better than work could have ever been.” You wrapped your arms around him and snuggled in close. “Fank you too, Dada, I love you!” Ash sighed happily and kissed the top of your head. 

“I love you too, kiddo.”

I don't think any of them do? If anything maybe my most recent one Help Me Hold On to You because it's more of a hopeful ending

All of them do but a genuine happy ending that I adore and always makes me smile and giggle and kick my feet would have to be All of This Silence and Patience (Pining and Anticipation) (I honestly just love a great mutual pining reveal and the giddiness that comes with it)

Not that I know of but I think it would be so epic

Not yet but me and @inexplicablymine have a very silly idea in the works that i'm very excited for

Oh goodness I have hyper fixated on many but I would honestly say FirstPrince and Narlie are pretty close to one another

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I don't want to say any of them bc I genuinely love all of the ideas that I have and I would love to see all of them get written

16. What are your writing strengths?

Prose and introspection seems to be my loves at the moment - I think I'm pretty great at writing very descriptively, using literary devices, and getting into character's minds

And feelings.... simp action for everyone all around (but I've also apparently made ppl cry so there's also that)

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Maybe dialogue? I think it's just a part that I need to practice more so that I personally feel more confident in my ability to write it

Also (sorry if this sounds so faux interview of me) but I think I write too much sometimes maybe? Like I cannot find it in me to be succinct. I want to try to write fics that are more plot oriented and whatnot but I have to figure out how to not end up writing 8-10k for just one day/night first

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I'm not the most confident in my abilities to do so but @read-and-write- has helped me whenever I wanted to include spanish in my fics

I also like the idea of pet names in other languages so I would incorporate those too

If I include two.... no I didn't (yeah I did) but I love them for seperate reasons

It's so soft and sweet and fluffy and I love writing flustered Henry and confident and snarky Alex and mutual pining and boys hiding in a small closet together and and and and (and I'm writing a 3+1 companion fic for this one soon too which I'm so excited for)

Help Me Hold On to You - My most recent fic. Hurt/comfort, very cathartic to write, genuinely means so much to me, I got to write so prosey and use all the literary devices that I wanted to use (the bees.... the bees) and get into my Alex's mind more and many people have sent me love for it which makes me incredibly happy

omg 1) you're very beautiful, 2) you got pretty much everything spot on! I do think she has some tattoos, but not many that are that's visible to the general public lol! but I always envisioned long dark hair with piercings, so you aced it!! I see her just kinda alternative and very hot :)

okay, most of these pictures aren't from that era, specifically, BUT they all work for how I picture his outfits/hair in the au!!
