Charlie Spring, An Appreciation: Part 3, Cool
Charles Francis Spring is epically cool, and no, I won't be taking questions. Yes, Nick is undeniably awesome, and he's popular, and he's the rugby king, but Charlie is by no means outclassed here. It's even stated (by some of the rugby lads, no less) in the first comic that Charlie is generally liked wherever he goes and fits in with everyone. So let's take a stroll through the many ways Charlie embodies cool--all, it must be noted, while being his authentic self.
We'll go for the obvious first: our guy plays the drums, which has been synonymous with coolness basically since time began. And Nick agrees, so there's no point denying it. [Side note: I really wish we got to see more of Charlie playing for fun in the show. Other than when he's trying to teach Nick to play and preparing for the spring concert, we only see him play when he's upset about something. And only once in S2, which is criminal. Can't wait for that festival gig in S3.]
If musical talent isn't enough, we've got Charlie's academic prowess. Sure, this could class him as a "nerd," but really, I think we all know this just means he's all-around brilliant. Not to mention that he's maintained his high academic standards (with the exception of that history coursework, and who could blame him) throughout some really challenging life experiences. I mean, look at Nick's I-know-the-answer-to-this-question-because-my-super-smart-boyfriend-helped-me-revise face. That's all you need to know.
It's well established that Charlie is a "super fast" runner, so he also has physical accomplishments we can add to the list. But let's talk about rugby, because as we all know, this is not something that comes naturally or easily to Charlie. And yet. He attacks it, learns it, and ultimately succeeds. Will he ever be a rugby king? No, but the fact that he manages to go from a complete novice to a competent, productive part of the team reveals yet another facet of his determination and tenacity. And I challenge anyone who doubts Charlie to watch this little moment (with Flor's pitch-perfect "Heart" playing in the background) and still think this boy can't do anything he sets his mind to.
Charlie may not be the rugby king, but he is indisputably the Mario Kart king. Honestly not sure why anyone bothers challenging him anymore. That throne cannot be toppled. 👑
Charlie has a lot more self confidence than I think he's usually given credit for. He has periods of doubt, of course, but who doesn't? I love seeing these moments where his confidence is on display, whether they're big, consequential moments or quiet ones, because it shows that his past trauma hasn't completely overruled his sense of self. He knows his worth, and his strength, even if he occasionally forgets. Charlie is as strong as they come.
Let us not overlook the fact that Charlie Spring is a huge, unapologetic (and very successful) flirt. And, I'd venture to argue, a little bit more of a smooth operator than even Nick. Even though he occasionally second-guesses himself, these flirty shenanigans reveal that Charlie has a core of confidence both in Nick's reciprocation of Charlie's feelings, but also in himself and his own desirability.
But really, all we needed to see to know Charlie is cool is this: epic jumper collection, ripped black skinny jeans, raglans, Nick's hoodies, plaids...
And this:
Your honor, I rest my case.

Just the Tip
— Thomas Hewitt x Fem!Reader —
MDNI!!!
Summary: It’s the 1960s and Luda Mae frowns upon premarital sex like any good Christian woman. You and Tommy are young, hot, and in love but the only problem is that Tommy was raised to wait until marriage and never lets you two go any further than kissing and some groping.
But the devil lives in the hot Texan sun and even God takes a break from the summer heat.
Notes: this is super short, just pure smut, self indulgent I’m obsessed with big boy Tommy 😭😭😭 i swear I’m working on part 2 of my sister Sinclair fic but Tommy has me in a choke hold and I needed an outlet.
No TW that I can think of other than bad smut and maybe ??? Coercion??? Cause Tommy wants to be a good boy and stop before y’all go too far but you flash him and then he’s absolutely 100% in. A bit of religious stuff, period typical sexism but vaguely. Let me know if I should add anything else and I’ll get right on it. Reader isn’t ever referred to using “she/her” pronouns but is described as having breasts and does have female genitalia so I tagged it fem reader to be safe
Enjoy!!!
The early morning sun burned, chasing away what little cool air remained of the night before. While the barn shaded you from the unforgiving sun and hid you from disapproving eyes — or lecherous in the case of the older men of the family — it also trapped in the heat your two bodies gave off.
Thomas pressed his open mouth to your own, tongue swiping over your teeth eager to taste you. Your hands gripped his dark hair, ruining any half-effort attempt he had made earlier in the day to smooth down his unruly hair. He held you in his arms, body pressed tightly against him in an attempt to get as close as possible, his large frame hiding you even further from prying eyes than the shadowed corners of the old barn. The kiss was deep and hungry and served as a brief respite from Luda Maes ever watching eyes. While she had been fine with you living with the family before you and Tommy were married, she forbade you from sharing a room or being intimate, a rule she absolutely refused to budge on and one that Uncle Charlie took a strange glee in ribbing you about. But much like the Texan heat, the heated looks you gave each other were unavoidable and only grew hotter as the summer days went on. Luda Mae wanted to wait until the following spring to make your union official but at the rate the town was drying up, there wouldn't even be a priest to officiate the ceremony, much less any guest to attend. You highly doubted anyone outside of the family would want to witness your union anyway but still, Luda Mae didn't want the few who would to get wise and start counting months.
These stolen moments in the barn were as good as you could get — and by god were they good.
Tommy’s large hands groped at your breasts, pawing roughy at your nipples through the worn fabric of your old dress. It wasn’t long before you found yourself in the familiar position of being sprawled out on the barn floor, coarse hay a discomfort you had long learned to endure for the sake of pleasure.
You desperately thrust your sex up onto his growing bulge, whining when he groaned and pinned your hips with his own, preventing you from getting your desired stimulation. “Please Tommy,” you beg, lips separating, “We don’t have to do too much, I just wanna touch you.” You press open-mouthed kisses to his neck, pulling softly at the flesh with your teeth and tongue dragging across the bites to taste the salt on his skin. Your hands eagerly worked to untuck his faded green shirt and wrap around him, roaming the vast expanse of his back. His whole body shuddered in your arms, an attempt to hold back from eating you whole.
You know Thomas will put an end to your romp soon, the tense lines of his shoulders and the way he shuts his eyes a sign that he's reaching his limit, that if you two don't stop now you won't be able to stop — but that’s exactly what you want.
You're tired of holding back, of this constant edging you have to endure when you’re in his presence and it gets harder every day. Just yesterday afternoon, Uncle Charlie sprayed Tommy with the hose, telling him that he was filthy and needed to get out of those clothes before he went inside. Watching as he undressed by the back door so that you could put his clothes on the line to dry had nearly given you a heatstroke — and if Charlie’s leering grin was any clue, you swear he did it on purpose in an attempt to rile you up. You ran off before you sinned right there in the yard, the memory of Thomas's shirt clinging to his arms, his chest glistening with water had kept you company well into the night.
So before Tommy puts a stop to your roll in the hay you make your move. You lift your dress up past your breast and expose yourself to him, you can see his breath stutter in his chest, this was quickly becoming the farthest you two had ever gone.
“Just watch me, Tommy, watch me,” you say breathlessly.
And he does, he sits on his haunches like a predator, his engorged cock straining against his pants and imagining just a taste has your tongue darting out to wet your lips, his gaze fixated on the movement.
Sliding your panties off your legs, your fingers dip briefly into your wet hole, gathering slick to rub onto your clit. At the very first touch, you let out a shuddering breath and you watch as his shoulders heave.
You begin rubbing your clit at an intense pace already turned on from the earlier heavy petting, not once breaking eye contact with Thomas as you do. With each moan you muffle you see his eyes grow darker with desire breathing with his mouth open as though he could taste your scent in the air. When he finally lets his cock spring free you let out your loudest moan yet. It’s better than you ever thought. His cock is thick and heavy, drooping slightly under its own weight but still undeniably firm. It curves slightly and you imagine that if it was inside you it would scrape against your walls in a way you've never been able to do with just your fingers.
Thomas grips his cock firmly and gives it a few tugs, eyes alternating between hungrily drinking in the sight of your blissed-out expression and your dripping pussy. You buck your hips, desperate to press your clit against your fingers and Thomas jerks his length even faster, rubbing his tip and spreading his precum on his hand.
God, you wished it was you that was touching him.
Thomas settles onto his knees and after a brief hesitation begins to shuffle closer to you. The sight of him crawling to you on his knees with his dripping length in hand made your pussy clench around nothing and you let out a whimper. You remove your fingers from your clit, feeling the heat radiating from his cock as he settles on top of you, legs spreading around his waist, your hips slightly raised and resting on his thighs.
The tip hesitantly pressed against your clit and your moan fills the small space before you can suppress it. This was better than you were hoping and it felt as though you were pressing against the boundaries the lord had set for you. Tommy’s eyes find yours looking for reassurance, asking without words, “Do you think this is okay?”
You find enough comprehension in your lust-addled brain to come up with a coherent answer, “It should be fine, I think,” you stammer out, “I mean, it’s not like — not like you’re putting it in so, it should be fine.”
You’re not overly familiar with the word of God outside of Sunday services and Luda Mae’s lectures, both of which you were forced to attend and spent tuning out in favor of watching the sweat build on Tommy’s brow while he worked through the window.
You think that if God could feel the weight of Thomas like you did, feel the heat like you could, you think he’d forgive the sin of your act.
It seems like that was all the reassurance that Thomas needed because no sooner than the words fumbled their way out of your mouth that he begins to drag the length of his cock against your slit.
God, if this is what hell was supposed to be like, burning and full of decadence, then perhaps you didn’t mind being a sinner.
The way he ruts against you is euphoric. Heavy breaths escape you both and you can’t help the words that spill from your lips.
“God, Tommy, I wish you would put it inside me,” you whine out “‘wanna feel your fat cock in my pussy, wanna get filled,” you might as well be begging at this point, and Tommy's increases his pace to the point that you think he wants the same thing, that he’s desperate to thrust into you rather than against you and —
And then the tip of his cock catches on your entrance and you both stop breathing.
“Maybe — Maybe it doesn’t count.” You stammer out, “It didn’t go in and it’s just the tip, and I don’t think that the tip counts” With the slightest twitch of his hips the tip of his cock has slipped inside.
"It's - it's just the tip it's fine” Your words sound empty even to you but the reassurance is all Tommy needs to push forward and let the head of his cock slide into your welcoming heat
His soul nearly leaves his body when he feels your raw pussy on the head of his cock. He jerks his length furiously and your fingers begin to move against your clit again, eager to meet your high with Thomas.
But it’s not enough. He was right there, right there just one push of his hips he’d be right where you needed him
“Please Tommy” Canting your hips slightly so the tip begins to dig deeper into you, you begin to plead once more, “wanna feel you fill me up, wanna remember the shape of your cock please”
Thomas feels years of control break at your words and with one swing of his hips, he bottoms out instantly. You feel like you've been punched in the gut as the air rushes out of you and you let out a sound like a wounded animal. Tommy stays still deep inside you, shaking and heaving, absolutely drunk on the feeling of your soaked walls clenching vigorously around his length.
You feel full in a way you've never thought possible. His length throbs, its girth stretching you in a way that burns.
When he finally starts thrusting, you’re not ready. He’s like a man possessed, solely focused on the feel of you around him, your skin pressed against his, his blood pounding in his ears.
“Wait— Tommy, ah, slow — slow down, oh god!” You can’t hold back your moans and he can’t stop, both fully engrossed in the feel of each other with no control over your own lust. Thomas crashes his lips onto yours in a halfhearted attempt to keep down your moans, it’s sloppy, clashing teeth and drooling tongues, spit escaping your lips, unlike any you’ve shared before.
This is completely different from what you’ve imagined your first time together would be like. It’s not your wedding night, you're laying on the dirty barn floor and there’s absolutely nothing gentle about the way Tommy is ravaging you. Your pussy is sopping wet and with every thrust, it lets out an embarrassing squelch, your juices and Tommy’s pre-cum leak down your ass and make a sticky mess in his dark pubes.
He doesn’t stop even as your walls spasm around him, cumming on his cock and digging your nails into his strong back. He works you through your orgasm even as your mouth clumsily forms the words to beg for him to slow down or to give you a moment. It’s too much, the sensations completely overloading your brain and all you can do is hold on tightly to him, lost in the ecstasy of your release.
Thomas lets out a deep, guttural groan as he cums, hips stuttering as he bullies his fat cock into the deepest part of your sex, filling you to the brim and your vision goes white.
Boneless, neither one of you makes a move to separate from the other, so thoroughly satisfied and content to lie where you are holding each other, Thomas’s softening cocking slipping out of you and spilling his release onto the ground.
His weight on you is comforting, you gently press kisses to his face and bask in the way his heavy breaths caress your sweaty skin.
“I love you.” You whisper into the shell of his ear and he squeezes you against him, repeating the words in his garbled voice the best he could. Your love is just for the two of you, no one else had a place in your world, no one else had the right to peak in on your affection or gawk at your differences.
This moment in time was just for the two of you.
“Thomas! Where the hell are ya, boy!”
Well, until Uncle Charlie’s voice brought you back down to reality.

things i love about heartstopper 34/?
Okay so I know I said Tara and Nick are key to Paris Squad and I stand by it. But can I put forward for your consideration the delight that is Charlie Spring. People often seem to sideline Charlie (which is very weird given he's a main character) but he’s so important for so many reasons.
There’s a reason so much of the story revolves around Charlie, especially in the beginning - and not because he's an everyman audience stand-in!! He's a unique and powerful character in his own right. There’s a reason all his friends stuck with him when he was sick and absent - that’s so often not the case, especially at that age! There’s a reason Tao basically wanted to fight the world for him. There’s a reason Isaac tried to reach out to him. There’s a reason Elle painted that beautiful portrait of him.
“Well, I was friends with Charlie first, and Tao sort of came along as a package deal.”
There’s something in this line that’s so easy to skip over, but for Tao and Elle and Isaac and Nick, Charlie came first.
Tori talks in Solitaire about how the world isn’t a good place for people like Charlie, and she’s right. He’s sensitive, and kind, and hopeful, and despite his best efforts, so open and giving, and the world hurts him for it. But it’s also what brings him so much good. The saddest part of watching Charlie’s journey is knowing that all these people love him so much, for very very good reasons, and he can’t accept any of it for so long. He thinks the only way he can keep his friends is by sacrificing himself and making himself small (not necessarily physically, but by not having needs or feelings - but it makes sense that his OCD is linked to disordered eating), but what they love is all the ways he fails to do that.
You can see him starting to grow through S1 and 2, but seeing him start to really come into his own after ‘Winter’ is so fucking beautiful. His talks with Geoff, playing with the band, slowly becoming more confident in his body, standing up to his mum in a way that forces her to change and allows them to start building a healthy relationship, it’s all so good.

kinktober day seven and eight
Virginity | Waxplay | Stuck in Wall
Breeding | Gore | Master & Slave
third person reader because that is how it turned out oops
Sequel here
Thomas Hewitt
The day had finally come.
The wedding dress is older than the bride. The bride is considered an adult in every part of the world, in basically every sense. And yet she still wears a dress that Luda Mae had brought for herself a long time ago, back when she had hopes for a whole other life that had never come to pass. It’s obvious why she’s doing this, but it’s harmless in comparison to everything else about the situation.
One interaction had been all it had taken for this deal to be worked out. The bride had come from a family of carnival workers that had passed through Travis County that had decided to stick around, her mother becoming friendly with Luda Mae despite the two of them living seemingly very different lives. All the girl had done was shyly ask Tommy about his job at the slaughterhouse as she offered him a bowl of the chili she had brought over. This was some good meat. I bet you had something to do with it. And Luda Mae had noticed the shift in her son’s body language, how he wasn’t as on guard as he normally was for a moment.
It had started as joke between the two mothers. And then they had started seriously discussing it. It made sense. The pool of candidates was already small and neither of their children were exactly…popular. The bride had struggled to finish school after fighting tooth and nail to get in. Thomas had dropped out. Their families were already close. And then, the tornado happened, killing the bride’s father. It was as good a time as any, they had figured. The town was dying slowly, the writing was on the wall. They needed to make it happen before the bride left town for good.
And so, they had wound up in the backyard of the house, the town preacher pronouncing the young couple man and wife, on edge due to the gun that Charlie had aimed at him, ready to pull the trigger if this marriage wound up not being true in the eyes of the lord. While he didn’t believe in that shit, Luda Mae did and his sister’s word was law in their home. The bride was a vision in antique white, her voice trembling as she said ‘I do’. Thomas only grunted in response, Charlie snapping ‘the boy damn well does!’ when the preacher tried to get the larger man to speak.
“I’m glad it’s you,” Luda Mae says to the bride after the cake has been cut and everyone is milling about the yard, the preacher nowhere to be seen. He would never be seen again, but no one would notice or care. “You always had a kind word for my boy.”
And for the first time since her hesitantly uttered vows, the bride speaks. “Of course. He’s a good boy. This was all just a little fast, Mrs. Luda Mae.” But that was intentional, something she would realize later. The mother of the bride had all but dragged her down the aisle. The woman had cried, wailed as she told her daughter that she need to do this, so she could be taken care of, implying that it wouldn’t be long until the bride’s parents were reunited.
After the party, the happy couple was led upstairs, where they were to stay all night. “I want a grandbaby by next spring,” Luda Mae instructed. It wasn’t the wistful dreaming of a woman who yearned to more little ones to spoil. Well, it was, but her tone was that of an order. They were going to grow the family, one way or another.
The room was dim, the sun peeking through the curtains. Thomas makes no move to take off his mask, choosing to just stare at his new wife as she walked towards the bed. The dress is pulled off, revealing a white slip covering her everyday undergarments. She folds it up, so it can be put away in the morning. Maybe it will even be used again one day. The sun shines down on her as she lays on the bed, waiting for him to join her.
“It’s alright. If you…want to.” She speaks softly, not approach him too closely. “I know your mama said that we have to, but I can wait.” Thomas is staring at her, watching her legs twitch slightly, fascinated by the dark peaks on her chest. Her breathing is steady, she’s not looking for an escape. Her eyes are meeting his whenever he allows it. Thomas knows what to do. He’s seen farm animals do it and Charlie had shown him a movie once, short and filthy. Luda Mae had found out about it and been cross for weeks.
The real thing is different. Thomas feels almost cornered as he tentatively touches the hem of the slip. His fingers graze her bare skin and he flinches, which makes her sit up and grab his hand.
“It’s alright, it’s alright,” she coos, stroking his hand with her thumb. “Tommy…I know neither of us exactly wanted this to happen. But if it had to be anyone, I’m glad it was you. I’ve always liked you.” His face didn’t matter to her, she didn’t care that he had to hide what had been eaten away by the sickness inside of him. He wasn’t going to kiss her, he couldn’t get to that point. Not yet.
They needed to do what was expected of them first.
It takes a while, the sun is almost gone when Thomas is finally ready to get on top of her, still mostly dress, only his nice trousers unzipped. She’s naked, comfortable with allowing him to see, to explore. Her body is warm, soft, and he’s so hard it hurts until he pulls it out of his trousers. But he doesn’t put it in, not yet. He can’t quite manage that last little bit of movement, not yet.
“It could happen, Tommy. Us havin’ a baby because of tonight.” She strokes his arm, not touching his face, not until he’s ready. And maybe that won’t be tonight. “I like the idea. Go on and feel how much, darlin’.” She spreads her legs slightly to let him know he could touch her. His prodding fingers found something warm and wet, and when he pushes, a finger slips inside. “It’s good when it’s wet like that. Means I’m excited. Like you are now.”
Another fingers joins the first and she gasps, but she doesn’t stop him. “We could make a baby tonight. You and me…” The images start coming to Thomas as he fingers explore her. His wife’s belly swollen with their child, her tits full of milk, everyone knowing that she belonged to him and only him-
He’s inside of her before he can stop himself. She gasps, grabbing onto his shoulders as his cock fills her up. Her breasts bounce as he thrusts, slow and experimental at first. “Good boy, good boy,” she whispers, her body suddenly filles with sensations she’s never felt before. Thomas is equally overwhelmed, she’s so warm and wet and good and hot and everything he’s ever wanted. She’s gripping onto him tightly, he’s in awe of the sight of himself inside of her.
Thick fingers stuff his seed back inside of her after he’s done, and he prays for the first time in years that it worked.

(More of the Queen Adam story)
*Lilith looking at the newspaper celebrating the continued peace between Heaven and Hell, the picture was of her former husband Lucifer Morningstar, the King of Hell with his new Queen, Adam, who was also Lilith’s husband, the couple looked so happy and in love that it made Lilith sick with envy just looking at them, what made it even worse was the quotes from Charlie calling Adam her mother, she wasn’t really in love with Lucifer, more like she loved the adoration he had given her and the power that came with being his Queen*
Lilith: That fool is having what I should have, I will take back what is mine.
*at the Royal Morningstar Manor Adam put the crown for the Queen of Hell on his head, it went so well with his short brown hair and horns that was one of the markers of him being a fallen angel, Adam was dressed in a black and gold suit that really showed off his eyes that looked like molten gold, he smiled and looked down at the pregnancy test showing that he was pregnant again and he couldn’t wait to tell his Luci about it, they had four beautiful children and he couldn’t wait for more, just then the door opened and four children ran in, three of them were girls and one was a boy, the triplets Lyra, Lydia, and Luke who were six, and his little girl Avery who was five, Adam quickly hid the pregnancy test and knelt so the kids could hug him*
Adam: My babies.
Lucifer: They are just as beautiful as their mother.
*Adam blushed when he looked up and saw Lucifer standing in the doorway, the fallen archangel was the most beautiful man Adam had ever seen and that man was his King and his husband, Adam smiled, they were about to go to a royal gala and Adam wanted to tell Lucifer the big news there*
Adam: Don’t forget, you also contributed to how beautiful they are.
*Lucifer went over to Adam and helped him up*
Lucifer: We should go, you know how I love to show off my Queen.
*Adam blushed and smiled while he giggled a little, Lucifer loved to show off his Queen*
Adam: Alright kids, be good for your brother Cain and make sure Farly is taken care of.
*the four kids cheerfully cried out that they would while Lucifer walked out with Adam to the limo to take them to the Gala not knowing that an unwelcome guest was about to bring chaos*
Adam couldn't wait to tell Luicfer about the baby. He knew he would be just as excited as he was.
Their little garden was growing even more.
Adam: So after your annual speech, I have an announcement that I would like to make.
Luicfer: Oh really? And what would that be?
Adam: Nope! Not telling, it's a surprise. A good one I promise.
Luicfer got a mischievous smile on his face: You won't tell me now?
Adam shook his head playfully: That would defeat the purpose of it being a surprise silly.
Lucifer took his hand and kissed up his arm: And I can't sway you to tell me?~
Adam giggled, he loved when his husband did this but it always tickled.
Adam: You'll just have to wait like everyone else.
Lucifer: Staying firm. I respect that. Then I look forward to your surprise my dear.
They shared a quick kiss before getting out of the limo, the paparazzi were in full swing on the red carpet. Everyone wanted a picture of Hell's King and Queen.
Once inside, Adam and Lucifer greeted and shook hands with everyone they came across.
Lucifer and Adam went to the stage to give their opening ceremony speeches.
Lucifer welcomed everyone, thanking them for being here tonight and hoping they all have a good time.
Lucifer: And now my husband has some exciting news to share.
Adam: Thank you dear. As you all know, the royal family is a big one. Well, come this spring it's going to get even bigger. As we are expecting our fifth child.
The room erupted into cheers and congratulations.
Lucifer: Oh my father! For real?
Adam: For real my King.
They share a kiss.
Lilith: How touching.
Adam and Lucifer pull away and stare dumbfounded at the former Queen. The room goes silent and tense from the once happy mood.
Adam and Lucifer: Lilith!?!

SUB!Charlie x FEM!Reader
❥WARNINGS: NSFW, smut, oral (m receiving), unprotected sex, whimpering, mommy kink (kinda), praise kink, PORN WITHOUT PLOT!!
A/N: This is my first actual smut that isn’t a joke, so I’m sorry if it sucks, but im TRYING
You wanted tonight to be the night you and Charlie finally did it. You had been together for a month and neither of you had built the courage up to make the first move, but tonight you were ready. You got dressed and called Charlie, asking if he wanted to come over for a “movie night” since he LOVED movies. Of course he replied yes, so you were preparing, getting dressed and popping some popcorn.
Once he arrived, you had let him choose the movie, and he of course chose a classic; Friday the thirteenth. He was very invested in the movie, and then you began to rub against him subtly.
“B-baby, what are you d-doing?” He muttered, beginning to get worked up.
“Trying to get comfortable,” you claimed.
You could feel his now hard cock, poking you. So you decided to be bold and straddled him. You looked at his lips, yours slightly parted, then back to his eyes. He looked at you, his eyes also darting to your lips then back to your eyes.
He leaned in, kissing you hungrily, the desire evident. Your tongues fought for dominance as you began to stroke his hard cock through his sweatpants. He broke the kiss, whimpering and looking up at you.
“I’ve never-“ he started, but you cut him off rather quickly.
“Shhhh, I know.” She mumbles.
Thats when he began to snake his hands up your shirt, groping your breasts as he sucked big hickeys around your neck.
“Im ready though.” He mumbled against you.
He didn’t really give you any time to respond to that, lifting your shirt over your head and tossing it aside
He sat back, admiring your bare torso and breasts, but you broke him out of his trance, popping open his flannel, buttons flying everywhere. You ran your fingers over his chest and down his abdomen, towards the waistband of his sweats. He let out a soft whimper as you did so. You pushed your shorts and panties off as he quickly shedded his underwear and sweatpants, his hard dick springing free. You dropped to your knees as he spread his legs, giving you access. You licked the tip as he let out a moan of pleasure, his head falling back against the couch.
“You like that? Hmm?” You teased before licking up the underside of his shaft.
His hands found their way to your hair, tangling into it and urging you onto him more.
“Yes mommy, I need it.” He whimpered.
“Good boy, such a good boy for me,” you cooed, as you started to bob your head on his cock.
He whimpered as you sped up, his moans and whines getting louder and louder each second.
“Im gonna c-cum” he whimpered, but you stopped sucking him off and straddled his lap.
“Not just yet baby” you said, sinking down onto his cock, your eyes rolling back.
“Oooh, fuck” he whimpered as you started to bounce on him.
“Hold out for me, okay baby?” You said.
He agreed as you continued to ride him, the knot building in your stomach. His hands moved to your hips as he helped you, your moans growing louder until you came with a cry. As soon as you came, so did he. You pulled yourself off of him, your liquids mixing and running down your thigh. You moved back beside of him on the couch with a contented sigh as both of your attentions returned to the movie.

Hi!!! I literally discovered your blog yesterday and I'm in love with it🥰
I watched Dead poet's society last night for like the 16th time and I'm in love with Charlie, you portrayed so beautifully in your writing.
Anyway I'm babbling. Could I request him being a dad ? I just imagine him letting his little boy be able to explore his passions and his little girl breaking stereotypes
Thank you 😊😊😊
The Best I Could
Pairing: Charlie Dalton x FemReader
Warnings: fluff, mentions of past trauma, self doubt, super cheesy.
Summary: Charlie had his doubts about having kids knowing all the things he went through growing up, but as you watch him with your kids you realize he’s a better Dad than he ever thought he could be.
word count: 900
Masterlist
The warm breeze blows softly against your skin as you rock back on forth of the porch swing. It’s a beautiful spring day, the ease of the weekend enveloping you as you live in your blissful little world. The air smells like flowers and the sun is warm. Best of all, the laughs of your small children fill the atmosphere as your husband chases them around the yard. You can’t help but realize just how blessed you are.
“Charlie” you start to scold as your little girl dangles from his arm by her ankles. Her dress is flipped over her head, revealing the bloomers beneath, and he gives you a sheepish smile as he returns his daughter upright despite her happy giggles.
“Sorry baby” he says with a grin he knows could get him out of anything. You just shake your head, laughing as your son jumps on his back. It wasn’t hard but Charlie still manages to make a show of it and falls to the ground as if the boy had actually knocked him over even though he was only a quarter of Charlie's size.
“You’re getting so strong Eli” he says proudly, laughing as he rolls to his back in the dirt. The boys grins, eyes glowing with adoration towards his father.
“Daddy can we please play baseball?” your little girls begs, already equipped with the wooden baseball bat. Charlie smiles up at her from the ground, chuckling to himself at the sight and your daughters odd love for the mostly male sport.
"Sure Marnie, get the helmet though" he tells his daughter and you smile at how he doesnt question it. In fact you gave up on that a long time ago. You just let the girl be when she decided she didn't like dolls and liked sports instead. In fact Charlie never questioned it either. When Eli said he preffered art over football your husband had a paint set in the house the next day and as for Marnie, he'd pitch a hundred balls to her as long as she was happy.
You knew his freedom with them came from years of being told there was a specific way to do things. Some unwritten set of rules about society that had been shoved down his throat for a very long time. Charlie lived in that world, was suffocated by it, so now he let your kids explore any new hobbies they wanted. He hung every single one of Eli's paintings in his home office and had bought Marnie sports gear months ago so they could practice the things she wanted. You had even watched him fight the local coach when he claimed girls couldn't join the team. When Charlie showed him the rule book said nothing about gender, the coach begrudingly had to take her on anyway. You didn't care if you were the family that got weird looks in the stands, you and Charlie always cheered the loudest.
“Nice hit Marnie” Eli claps as his sister wails the ball Charlie just threw. You watch impressed as it glides through the air. She had a strong arm, you were in for a world of trouble when she gets big enough to fight Eli back.
“Eli why don’t you toss her a few while I sit with Mama” Charlie urges the boy and he happily takes over as pitcher, winding up to try and strike out his sister who was guaranteed to hit every single one.
“Tiring you out?” you question as he jogs up the porch and lands into the swing beside you. He smiles, arm wrapping around your shoulders as he moves in motion with you.
“Just a touch, I’m not as young as I used to be” he says and you laugh, leaning to rest your head against his shoulder as you watch the kids play in the yard.
“You’re the best Dad, they really love you” you tell him, absolutely bursting with love over the beautiful family you had been blessed with. In no way were either of you doing a perfect job, but at least they were happy.
“I wouldn’t say that, I’m doing the best I can” he mutters into your hair, pressing a soft kiss to your head. You roll your eyes even if he can’t see.
“You’re not them Charlie, you’re letting your kids be who they want to be and that’s a beautiful thing” you tell him and Charlie knows exactly who you’re talking about. His Parents, Nolan, all of his teachers. They had forced conformity on him for so long.
“I just don’t want the world to break them like it did me” he tells you and you sigh, knowing that life had taken a toll on him. You move your hand to rest on his stomach, holding him close.
“It won’t, because they got a really good Dad to keep them from it” you say and you can’t see the smile that covers his face or the tears that begin to rim his eyes. As he looks from you to the kids he realizes he made something of himself. Whether his Dad, Nolan, or anyone else thought different. He was happy and that was the only success he needed in the world.
“They got a really good Mom too”

The (purely hypothetical) film adaptation of Stardew Valley should be about Shane fixing up the farm.
Hear me out.
The star can't be the Farmer. I know, I love the Farmer too, she's me, they're you, but it can't be them. Their in-game characterization is just too weak: it has to be, so that you can read the personality you want for the Farmer into them as you play. But you know who is strongly characterized? Who already has a powerful arc that takes him from the depths of despair to the heights of joy and, finally, to a place of growth and lasting change? That's right, our favorite substance abuser, Shane StardewValley. But how to get him involved?
First, we cut the Farmer out of the story almost entirely. We gotta keep them from doing things that would take away our chosen protagonist's agency, and the best way to do that is by not letting them come to the Valley. So the farm still lies abandoned after Grandpa's death, the Farmer is still slaving away in the Joja cubicles. That's fine, Shane's gonna handle it.
So we give him an inciting incident. Shane's still miserable in his soul-sucking retail job, still grieving the loss of his gridball glory and the deaths of Jas' parents, still drinking his life away. But in this version of the story, he's the one who wanders into the ruins of the Community Center. He's just looking for a quiet place to drink away from the judging eyes of the town, but instead he discovers our favorite apple-ly squatters. Seeking answers about his bizarre encounter, he goes to the Wizard, gains the ability to speak with the Junimos, and receives their mission to restore the Community Center.
Shane's skeptical at first. He doesn't believe someone so weak, so pathetic, could possibly do everything the Juminos are asking. But the abandoned farm, just to the north of his house, calls to him. What would it hurt to grow a couple of Parsnips there? It's not like anybody is using it. So he starts building the area out in his free time. He fishes and mines and forages and fights, just like the Farmer would were they there. He gets Robin to build a coop for Charlie and his other beloved chickens, then a barn, then other buildings. He seeks advice and aid from the other townsfolk, building friendships with each of them (and giving each one a chance to show their character). His new hobby leaves him less time for the Saloon, so he drinks much less. As he makes more money from his farm produce, he picks up fewer and fewer shifts at Joja. He's invested in the work he's doing, which he finds far more rewarding and meaningful than stacking boxes all day. He feels strong, that he can take on anything the Valley throws at him. Sometimes he's even happy.
But then comes Morris. Irked that Shane isn't acting like a loyal worker anymore, he investigates his erstwhile employee. When he learns that Shane is farming land that doesn't belong to him, he springs his trap. Out come Joja's lawyers, claiming that the farm really belongs to the corporation. Armed with expensive suits, legal jargon, and reams of official-looking documents, they bulldoze Shane. They'll be generous, they say. As long as Shane cedes the property to them, they won't sue him into the ground. Shane's devastated. The one thing that is giving his life purpose, Joja is taking from him. And he isn't strong enough to stop them.
So here's where Shane's rock-bottom moment happens. Just as in the game, he's overwhelmed with despair, gets drunker than he's been in his life, and contemplates ending it all on the cliffs. But instead of the Farmer stumbling across him, the townsfolk find him. He's their friend and a vital part of their lives now, so when they notice he was missing, they organize a search party. Guided by the Junimos, they quickly discover Shane and carry him to the Clinic together. Because Shane wasn't getting his strength from the farmland, not really. He got it from the life of purpose, connection, and love he was building for himself. A life that improves so many other's lives. That was Shane's true strength all along.
And hey, guess what? Mayor Lewis remembers that Grandpa talked about leaving the farm to their grandchild, and tracks down the true owner -- the Farmer! And it turns out they asked their dear old friend Shane (wink wink, nudge nudge) to fix up their family farm for them. Their claim to the land revealed for the sham it always was, Morris and the Joja lawyers retreat to lick their wounds, and the Farmer comes to the Valley to claim their birthright. Of course, they are happy to keep their dear friend Shane on as a farmhand, where he can continue with all the good work he does for the townsfolk. The Farmer arrives on the very day the Juminos fully restore the Community Center, and everyone celebrates the Farmer's homecoming. But more than that, they celebrate the man who brought the town together: Shane. The End.
#if it's a Studio Ghibli adaptation like ConcernedApe suggested Shane gets to be one of those Ghibli DILFs#you see my vision now. you get it.#shane stardew valley#stardew valley#stardew valley shane#stardew shane#Shane stardew#sdv shane#Shane sdv

Can we talk about the dinner scene in "Sorry" (2.7)
I have plenty of issues with Jane and Julio Spring. This is just. An analysis??
Maybe it's just me, and maybe it's just because of how different Jane and Julio's reactions were in the comics, but I have this idea in my head that Jane and Julio are a little convinced that Charlie is just some phase for Nick.
Like, I imagine that they had this idea that Charlie was safe with this big, strong rugby lad that would protect him from bullies. There are all these stories of boyhood and best friends and how strong those bonds can be, but suddenly they aren't best friends. They're boyfriends, and that means that Charlie is now investing himself into something that could break his heart. And yes! I am calling on biphobia and visual stereotypes when I say that I can feel it in my bones that Jane and Julio were convinced that Nick isn't as serious about Charlie as Charlie is about Nick.
And then there is the dinner. And can you just imagine what these overprotective parents must have felt when this boy was being relentlessly teased about his feelings for their son? Like, David was being a dick because he wanted to embarrass Nick. He wanted to taunt Nick and everyone else at the table with the ideas that these BOYS are together. That they are queer. They are different and so it MUST be uncomfortable.
Jane and Julio are quite distant and a bit cold, but they aren't stupid. And then Nick--who is dealing with all of these awful feelings-- COMES OUT to his father whilst being respectful and composed. There is not a single indicator of embarrassment or shame, just his desire to protect both himself and Charlie.
I just can't get over it!! How safe Nick must feel to them!! A boy who clearly comes from a house of cold, distant men growing up to be so warm and kind and loving!!! And he's all in for their little boy, who they have been so so worried about and I am just. UGH
Sorry. I was a teensy bit 🍃 and cried about it for like 10 minutes and uhh had to post about it 🫶🏼

Hazbin Hotel||Alastor X Reader||Stress Relief
Take a deep breath, before you yell at some poor face who just happens to have the misfortune to walking in to one of your days, where everything seems to be going south.
This seemed to have taken one of the most bizarre turns you could have ever imagined, you had no idea why you had agreed to such a trivial, petty matter.
Oh! Now you remember it was Charlie, who had clasped your hand looked at you with the doe eyes which reminded you of some of the Korean shows you watched as a teen and young adult.
You would admire the eye makeup, the most because once your dad who had been a makeup artist had told his philosophy of makeup to look absolutely flawless, the eyes and lips should be standing out the most.
Totally irrelevant, you didn't understand the point of recalling this faint memory of your dad. You wished you could just go back to your suburban house, in the mountainside feel the spring flowers touch your skin again, you can't believe you once hated them.
Well, you always, miss what you once never cherished and lost.
"Coming this far, can't believe all the messed-up hotel mess is on Y/n." Angel dust once told Alastor, "The civil examinations study there and study even after your dead!"
"A what now?" Alastor questioned, "Oh! you didn't know? Not very bad now, are you?" Niffty asked, climbing on Alastor.
"What exams?" Alastor had asked once again, pushing Niffty from his shoulder,
"You always are the last person to know about anything are you? Don't you have like special powers or something which you can spy on anyone?"
Alastor looked at them like he was just about to lose his smiling grin, but of course smile is the best makeup.
"So, you know right Heaven is facing some economical crisis they spent so much time providing the 'perfect after life' guess the angels forgot money doesn't exactly grow on trees." Angel said sarcastically. But some hints of satisfaction could be made out.
"How exactly is this related to Y/n now?"
"You seriously don't know anything." Vaggie interjected, "When you had mysteriously run of in one of your 'expeditions' Adam the asshole came to the hotel, not for the execution apparently in the weekly magazine or something in heaven there was about a mysterious economist, or a business manager who was really good at managing expenses and could stabilize the afterlife."
"Well that turned out nicely did it not?"
"Ugh!" Vaggie hit her head, "No you egocentric, piece of shi--"
"Don't try that with me." Alastor warned,
"Yeah yeah she's really good." Angel finished, "It was tracked to Y/n, now heaven knows that Y/n is still choosing to be in hell, Now they want her there in heaven."
"To help them manage there life."
"Y/n has to write a civil exam the hardest one, or else they would attack the hotel."
"Well they don't know who they are messing with."
You sniffled, "Can't do this anymore." You murmured, "Want to die."
"Now my dear, is that a word you should use when you are literally saving the hotel?" Alastor appeared like the shadow, like always.
"Alastor?" You slowly poked your head from the blanket, "Why dear you're a mess!" Alastor said moving next to you on the bed,
"Can I put my head on your lap?" You asked, he nodded cheerfully.
"So why did you agree to this my dear?"
"I didn't want to fail everyone the extermination is already scheduled earlier than expected I didn't want to crush Charlie's dream."
"You're working really hard, without sleeping, isn't that concerning? It's concerning me."
"Thank god your here!" You said,
Alastor put a hand on your tear-stained cheeks.
"It's time for a little rest. Dear."
"I can't the exam is in three more days I think, I don't know how time works in hell."
"If That Adam guy keeps bothering you, I'll just remind him why I am here."
You laughed, "I'm sure you will."
You kissed his cheek, "Thank you."
"Never forget to smile my dear, and now take care."
He switched of the lights, and saw you instantly hold him close before cuddling up to him, he really knew how to make you loosen up a bit.

alr since @thelonelydreams humbly requested, I'm making MICHEAL HOLDEN HEADCANONS BC MICHEAL HOLDEN SUPREMACY (btw im using the show micheal not book micheal):
He LOVES cheese. will drown his food in cheese. once went on a date with Tori where they had pasta. He just loaded it up with cheese (tori just casually regretting her life choices atm).
Sorta canon but he's a total dog person. just loves them and would keep some when he gets his own place.
Just starts working directly instead of going to college (in solitaire, he mentions that he has no plans of doing college).
Squirts ketchup into his mouth. like at a diner or something where he takes the squeezy bottle and just, squeezes it right into his mouth.
He's a mix of a golden retriever and an orange cat personality-wise.
Has undiagnosed audhd (was totally a gifted kid growing up but then school got hard).
Spends lots of time online on tumblr and fanfiction sites (for sherlock x watson fics)
Writes his own sherlock x watson fics and uploads them onto AO3/wattpad or smth.
The song "Wake Up" by Cheese People is definitely in his playlist.
Has repressed anger most of the time (may have tried to sh to cope with it but didn't work for him so he stopped).
Is that weirdo who loves pineapple pizza (him and tori have opposing pizza tastes).
Has seen "The Perks Of Being A Wallflower" and enjoyed it.
Would be the main character of an indie film (yk those 2000's ones with the whole vibe).
Doesn't bother with taking care of his hair (it has a soul of its own at this point since it's wild).
Didn't know how to tie a tie or his shoelaces until he was 13 or smth.
Tori, Charlie, Nick and Oliver are his found family (and nick's dogs ofc).
Cries when he gets emotional/has an anger outburst.
Climbed trees when he was younger, fell and something happened, next thing yk his eye is now blue (his heterochromia) and that eye is really weak he can't see too well from it.
Is always that one friend whose just, there, in the sidelines, not really included in anything but really wants a band of mates to call his own.
Listens to Glass Animals, Cavetown, Green Day, and just a bunch of indie and 2000's music.
Hates wearing shorts, it's a sensory issue for him tbh.
Is passively suicidal but having Tori in his life reduced that a bit or else according to him, who else would make her feel okay at times?
Becomes a professional speed skater in the future (sorta canon ig?)
Pedro Pascal and Leonardo DiCaprio were his pan awakening. In middle school, he wouldn't mind dating anyone, regardless of gender. Then later on realized that it was an actual thing called being pan and yea just a bunch of questioning before realizing ig.
Doesn't need physical intimacy in a relationship, he's fine with hugs and kisses and that stuff.
Would LOVE carnivals and their games, food, rides etc.
Likes wearing crocs, just ridiculous lime green froggie crocs. Switches them between default and "sports" mode.
hope y'all like it.

NickxCharlie fic recs
Joe made his Broadway debut this year, and Kit is about to, so reading some Nick and Charlie theatre fics seems like a great way to celebrate, eheh 🎭
Heartstopper school musical: the bisexual metaphor by MooseHMUU: Nick Nelson has always loved rugby. But when injury strikes he must find something else to fill in his time. This leads him to the school theatre to kill time in his afternoons but little does he know the way the theatre will grow to be dear to him, and maybe one curly haired member of the cast in particular.
Fable and Fortune by fickle_pheasant: Charlie Spring is the production manager for his university's production of Twelfth Night. When former athlete Nick Nelson scores a leading role in the play, Charlie must employ his own acting expertise to pretend he isn't catching feelings for him.
Take Me, Baby by allamosaurus: “Um, do you want to work together?” a deep voice says from behind Charlie. He turns around to see none other than Nick fucking Nelson standing there, looking ridiculously perfect, shuffling his feet and staring down at Charlie with a quiet, nervous air about him. Charlie doesn’t even know why Nick even joined the theatre soc; he’s already bloody rugby king and one of the most popular lads on campus. And fuck, he is such a lad. And yet here he is, asking to be Charlie’s partner for a musical warm up. Charlie doesn’t even think he’s ever heard the blonde man sing.
Theatre Club by RockySidewalks: "Otis, you know damn well I have no musical ability."Otis is not gonna get him to join the school musical play with that logic. However, his friend knows him too well. There is a logic that has more probability to get to him. “It's your opportunity to finally talk to him, mate". Him. He knows exactly who he is talking about. Nick has heard from Otis that a certain popular brunette named Charlie Spring, who is also the head boy of Truham Grammar School and Nick's unbearable crush, is gonna be participating in the next school play. Nick knows he's being manipulated, and it's working.
I’ll be the Princess by charliespringed: a partially canon-compliant universe where Nick is cast to play Romeo in the Spring play and he needs some help from his best friend Charlie to run lines. Bi-panic ensues.
*I’ll try to keep these lists updated, so I suggest you come back from time to time if you more interested*
More lists to come!

Solitaire Book Review
Solitaire Book Review by Alice Oseman
I’ve loved every book I’ve ever read by Alice Oseman. Granted, that’s only been Loveless and Radio Silence, but both of those books were fantastic. I never read Oseman’s infinitely popular graphic novel series Hearstopper, but I did watch the first season on Netflix and really enjoyed that too.
So going into Oseman’s book Solitaire, had me filled with high expectations and eager anticipation. Unfortunately those expectations and excitement dwindled to something I’ve never experienced with Oseman before: disappointment.
Apparently, Alice Oseman wrote Solitaire when she was seventeen-years-old. I’m a little confused on the history, but I’m assuming she wrote Heartstopper first and then Solitaire as a follow-up side novel.
Again, I didn’t look into the details. All I know is that she wrote this book twelve years ago, that it was her debut novel, and that it shows.
Instead of focusing on Nick and Charlie, Solitaire focuses on Charlie’s sister, Victoria Spring. The best way I can describe Tori is that she is Wednesday Addams embodied, which is ironic seeing as Tori dresses up like Wednesday for Halloween in the novel (very on the nose, Alice).
However, people seem to like Wednesday Addams’ despondent and cynical attitude (I don’t get it, for the record). I abhor Tori Spring. Maybe abhor is too strong of a word, but she was not a likable narrator. She’s pessimistic, apathetic, rude, judgmental, callous, and mean.
Her whole schtick is that she thinks other people are “fake” and dislikes that people don’t act in the world, allowing the world to happen to them and only being bystanders to violence, hate, and toxicity.
And yet…Tori does nothing? The entire novel? The person she supposedly hates the most describes the person Tori is herself.
Which I guess is fitting because Tori seems to despise herself more than anyone. You think as a reader that Tori will grow out of her depression by the end of the novel and come to some sort of understanding or epiphany.
Spoiler alert: she doesn't.
If anything, she spirals worse and worse, becoming increasingly sleep-deprived, paranoid, despondent, and obsessive. I get that Oseman wanted a more realistic portrayal of mental health perhaps, or maybe she didn’t think it was realistic for Tori to have a happy ending.
However, she didn't really get any ending at all.
Before I get to the conclusion of the story, I guess I should actually explain what the novel is about.
Tori’s childhood best friend, Lucas, suddenly reappears in her life years later. Around the same time, mysterious pranks start occurring around Higgs, Tori’s school.
Harmless at first, the pranks pulled by the anonymous group Solitaire continuously grow in popularity and in danger, eventually leading to a boy getting beat up, Tori getting hurt by a firework exploding near her, and then, at the end of the novel, Higgs burning down.
You might ask: why did the school burn down?
I wish I could tell you, but I have no idea.
Apparently, Lucas was in charge of Solitaire and was doing it all to impress Tori and to bring some “joy” back into her life before the jokes spiraled out of control.
However, Lucas comes to understand that Tori is no longer the girl he knew back in primary school and that she’s drastically changed. He did it because he was in “love” with her, but then admits at the end that he was more in love with the idea of her.
Okayyyyyy.
Then, for some inexplicable reason, other people are at Higgs at 5am, including one Michael Holden, Tori’s new fiend and resident “weirdo.”
The ending of the novel then churns out nonsense after nonsense. Tori and her ex-best friend Becky confront Solitaire and persuade them to not burn down the school.
But then, inexplicably, Tori walks out of the room and a classroom is on fire. How? Why? I don’t know.
I’m unsure if the insinuation is that Michael did it or if Lucas or Solitaire still managed to do it, but all I know is that I was confused.
Instead of getting better it gets decidedly worse.
Somehow, Tori thinks she’s going to put out a raging inferno with a single fire extinguisher and chooses now to act instead of evacating a burning building, is lead to believe that Michael is dead from the fire, and then decides to go up to the roof to contemplate suicide.
Somehow, though, her brother Charlie, Nick, and some other people are outside telling her not to jump. Why are they out there? Some kind of reason.
Apparently Lucas tweeted about it or blogged about the fire so the whole student body is there at 5am to witness the school burning down and see Tori standing on the roof.
But no fire trucks, police, or authority were there originally, because that would be too logical.
Alas, Michael is not dead and shows up on the roof to tell Tori that she’s his best friend, they kiss out of left-field, and Tori is convinced not to kill herself.
The novel ends with them driving to the hospital and with Tori realizing she’s not alone.
….what?
The ending was such a jumbled catastrophe that I don’t understand what really happened. It was too climactic and intense in a way that was completely at odds with the tone and plot of the story.
You don’t get any kind of meaningful resolution with Tori other than realizing that she needs a lot of help and care.
This book was a mess.
Tori was unlikeable, has no discernible growth as a character, and other people weren incomprehensibly drawn to her and wanted to be friends with her, despite her flat out ignoring them, blowing them off, or being uncommunicative.
The plot involving Solitaire was ridiculous and uninteresting, culminating in an ending that made no discernible sense and lacked purpose and logic.
I know people love Heartstopper and Alice Oseman (myself included), but this book is not it. If they decided to publish this novel written twelve years ago simply because the show is popular and they said, “Hey, why not?” they chose wrong.
I know publishers these days have the mentality of milking a series for all its worth, but this book didn’t add anything of substance, purpose, or heart.
If anything, it detracts from the Heartstopper universe and makes me appreciate how much Oseman has grown as a writer. The Heartstopper universe is doing just fine on its own. It doesn't need side novels about Tori or about any other character.
Leave it alone, please, I beg of you.
Recommendation: Solitaire is a poor man’s crappy version of Catcher in the Rye—a book Alice Oseman herself mentions at the end of the novel, stating that none of her characters have read it. Well, they probably should have. It’s a much better story than Solitaire.
Score: 4/10

Bunch of New OCs
Descendants
Calen (x Ben) & Morrigan (x Jane) in Control – the children of Chernabog, very powerful magic users who grew up on the isle. Not a part of any crew, preferred to just stick together, but Calen has a history with both Harry and Jay, and Morrigan has a history with Evie. TBD if they're invited to Auradon or if they just invite themselves, here to cause chaos
Chernabog takes a technically female presenting body when trapped by the isle magic and is Aubrey Plaza probably but also maybe Kathryn Hahn idk?
Glee
Lucinda (Patti Lupone) & Vanessa (Kathryn Hahn) Hope in The Art Of Making Art – Danny's mothers, details in Danny's intro
(ft. introduced Nadia & Pip, Danny's therapist and boyfriend respectively)
Heartstopper
Isabella Belly Spring in Personal Best – Charlie's twin sister, probably has BPD because i can't write any mentally stable ocs rn, autistic queen, bit of a loner at Higgs but she and Elle have always been close so when she transfers, baby girl gets pulled into the friend squad with Darcy & Tara, Ben's ex girlfriend (while he was also with Charlie, dumped him when she found out about that) and current president of the Ben Hate Squad
Juniper Catalina Solano in A Place In This World – Nick’s best friend, moved away when they were 13 (basically just before his kiss with Tara and before he became friends with Imogen), they stayed in touch and are still very very close
Details iffy but her parents die early in season 1 and it was in their will that if anything happened to them, they wanted their daughter to live with Sarah Nelson (they got along well and trusted her, she wasn’t their very best friend but they knew it was the best choice for their daughter), so she’s just moved back
Marvel (Agatha All Along)
Naomi Kaplan in Darkest Hour, Wake Thy Power – William Kaplan's twin sister, not a Maximoff but born with magic (tbd what kind of witch she is but loves crystals and tarot readings even before knowing she's a witch), can immediately tell that something is Not Right with her brother after the accident (maybe also died/almost died in the accident and that's when her magic kicks in? tbd), the only one who knows the full truth of who he is, invites herself along when Billy goes to find Agatha
Renna Vidal / Renna Vidal-Harkness in Earthly And Divine – Rio & Agatha's magically created witch daughter, Nicky's older sister. Withdrew from both of her parents after Nicky died and might never have reconnected with them if she hadn't somehow gotten herself swept up in Billy Kaplan's plan to walk the Witches' Road
Elizabeth Zella Maximoff in Maiden, Mother, Crone – Billy & Tommy's triplet, ends up in a slightly older body after the Hex breaks down, finds Billy completely by chance and now will not rest until they get Tommy back too
bonus: Kassandra's AAA title is Glory At The End & Cheryl's is Sewn With Fate
RWRB
Christian Douglas Charles William Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor in History Has Its Eyes On You – Youngest prince, 18/19 when everything starts, gay and closeted, adores Henry more than anything in the world
dating Emilia Harper Claremont-Diaz, who knows that he's gay and is okay with being his public beard and forever best friend, but Mary is starting to put more and more pressure on him to propose
Emilia Harper Claremont Diaz in History Has Its Eyes On You– baby of the Claremont-Diaz family, she is in her first or second year at GWU in RWRB. Was a total daddy's girl growing up and never outgrew the pain of Oscar leaving. Majoring in International Relations because she feels like she has to and minoring in art history because she loves it, undiagnosed ADHD like her brother. Often referred to as the People's Princess in the US and as the American Princess internationally, loves Texas with all her heart, Secret Service codename is Buttercup which she chose because of her favourite Powerpuff Girl
Fashion icon (not as much as June though), idolizes her big sister forever, social media star, loves art and art history and museums and creating art, often feels like she might not be smart enough to make her family proud, happily fake dating her best friend Christian Fox
named after Harper Lee and Emilia Casanova de Villaverde, probably goes by her middle name (except with Oscar's family) but tbd
Titans
Morvan Abbott (x Jason Todd) in Abyss – Rowena Abbott's younger, lowkey the reason she was in jail (specifically, she killed their step father while protecting Morvan from him). After Rowena's arrest he ran away, found himself taken in by a woman with powers somewhat similar to his own and a vested interest in not letting Trigon destroy the world. After Rowena ends up with Dick and Rachel, they encounter this woman on their search for answers, and Rowena finally sees her baby brother again

Thank you to Flor @raincoffeeandfandoms for creating such a lovely little celebration that’s allowed me to revisit my OC Celia! This moodboard, and accompanying blurb, are set after the epilogue in the story. Enjoy! :)
A Sunny Spring Day
Warnings: none
Summary: Celia and Eden spend some time out on the grounds of Arrow House during one of the first warm days of the year.
“Mummy, look at this one!” Eden Shelby called as she ran through the field towards the tree her mother was sitting under.
“What do you have, Eden?” Celia asked, setting her copy of Thoreau’s Walden (which she was reading for the umpteenth time) down on her lap so that she could give her daughter full attention.
“I picked these purple flowers!” Eden was excited to share, the hand holding the small bouquet of flowers out in a proud manner.
“Oh, they’re pretty, sweetheart,” Celia cooed, a smile on her face as she took a better look at the flowers.
“Don’t they smell so nice?” the child was anxious to know.
“They do,” her mother happily agreed, “I believe they’re hydrangeas,” she added after studying the flowers for a few moments. There were many bushes of them scattered all over the grounds of Arrow House.
Eden brought the bouquet back up to her nose and inhaled deeply, a blissful expression forming on her face after she smelled them. “Hydrangeas smell pretty,” she confirmed, her words making her mother laugh.
“Do you want to put them in the basket as well?” Celia asked then, motioning to the basket she’d brought out with them; the basket that Eden had been placing flowers in all afternoon.
“Yes!” Eden quickly agreed before moving over and placing them securely in the basket. She then scooted over to an empty space on the blanket and sat herself down. Celia watched her with a soft smile, happy that the little girl was going to take a break from her adventuring. She’d been out and about for the entire time they’d been outside. “Do you think daddy will like the flowers?” she asked after a few minutes passed.
“Oh you’re picking those flowers for daddy?” Celia asked, her eyebrows raising in surprise as her smile grew. The slightest tinge of blush formed on Eden’s face at her mother’s question, and all that she could respond with was a bashful nod. Celia smiled at her daughter’s admission, her heart swelling, “well I think he’ll love them, darling,” she finally said, her words making the biggest smile grow on Eden’s face.
“Where did dad and Charlie go today?” Eden asked another question then, changing the topic of conversation.
“Dad took Charlie out to the stables. He wanted to see how your brother’s pony was doing,” was Celia’s answer. She had to push down the uneasy feeling that arose every time she thought about her three year old son having a pony already…even if this was the second time Tommy had done something of the sort - he got Eden a pony when she was two - it still rattled her a bit.
“Can we go and see them?” Eden asked after a few minutes had passed.
“You want to go see them now?” Celia checked, her eyebrows rasied again.
“Yes,” Eden was sure.
“Alright then,” the older of the two confirmed, setting her book to the side so that she could stand up, “help me with this blanket and we can go see what they’re up to.”
Eden jumped into gear as quickly was she could, helping her mother fold up the blanket before she swapped it for the basket of flowers she’d be giving to her father in just a few moments. She eagerly took off running in the direction of the stables then, not waiting for her mother to follow her.
Celia stayed several steps behind - she wasn’t about to run to catch up, watching her daughter as she dashed through the field of freshly grown grass. This was the first of many days that the Shelby family would be spending out in Arrow House’s grounds, and it was safe to say that this day had kicked the spring season off to a very good start.
