What a close one! Jonathan came in with 27.7%, the mysterious Mr. Morse with 24.9% and, delicious irony of ironies, London Dracula with 18.9%. Rest in pieces. Now, what does all this mean going forward?

First, just to reconfirm: I will absolutely be looking into the costs for having more than one plushie character produced at a time. For all that Mina has the top spot if it comes down to a solo run, Nobody Wants to Separate the Gothic Horror Soulmates, even as wee little plushies. It hurts my heart to think of. Mina and Jonathan deserve to sit side by side on everyone’s pillow. Just as Quinn Morse deserves to haunt the pillow next to theirs while casually throttling and carving London Dracula into pieces. For enrichment.

But beyond that, some other key things:

How is this getting done?

Sadly, I was not a cool enough kid for Makeship to greenlight a collaboration with me. Tragique. But while I was sitting around waiting for them to get back to me, I had time to browse around for other options. During that sniffing around I dug up a couple of promising manufacturers—one of which has some really neat options for not only plush toys, but all sorts of bric-a-brac like stationery, shirts, bags, cups, et cetera—and I plan to reach out to them for quotes to start with. Nothing really gets to move forward until I can nail down prices and the amount of X plushies to be made.

I am more than a little hesitant to tell anyone MAKE ME 1000+ PLUSHIES, PLEASE, THE TUMBLR POLL SAID THEY’RE GOOD FOR IT. These aren’t as simple as print/make-on-demand products, so I need to be careful estimating the amount of folks ready and willing to drop money on the little guys. But I will keep everyone updated on the numbers regardless!

Sooo is this a crowdfunding thing or an investment or what?

Don’t know yet. I am still between jobs at the moment—reminder to check out my Ko-Fi if you want to drop me a buck or commission some art!—but if this is something I can safely drop some of my own money in with the guarantee that it will let me do better than break even, I’ll do what I can out of pocket. However, if the cost of making something of good quality turns out too steep, I’ll start looking into stuff like Kickstarter and Backerkit and so on. I want to be sure I’m not gutting anybody’s wallet to pull this off and I want to be double-sure that what we’re paying for isn’t some flimsy throwaway junk. We are all here on the same Dracula book club starving artist site, so It Has to Be Worth It and not a money-sink for anyone.

For the plushies specifically, this is when I’ll start:

Polishing up the current four designs into cleaner illustrations with different angles to provide for mockup samples with whoever I pick to manufacture with. If I get stuck on something—(which is likely)—I may throw up another poll to bug everyone about palettes and fashion choices. I have a few more designs I haven’t dropped yet for Epilogue Harkers, a non-Bloofer Lucy, and keychains that I’d love to share too!

Eyeballing materials. I’m already picturing a very close-cut cloth for the build and clothes, but I need to decide on filling too. Stiff overstuffing to hold a pose versus softer/lighter plush for floppy cuddleability. 

Poking at other character roughs, ala the Suitor Squad, the Weird Sisters, Van Helsing, Renfield, and Baby Quincey. And if all of those go well…

…maybe some designs for other favorites in the public domain playground. (Looks meaningfully at Clarimonde, Carmilla, Victor Frankenstein and the Creature, the King in Yellow, too many others.) ((But that’s all far-future stuff at the moment.))

Every day we don’t have these things with the Harkers’ mark upon them is a victory for the forces of Count Dracula’s document-destroying evil. Hell, I’ll probably even get on with making stuff for The Vampyres to link on my website too. Because I am. Maybe behind on that. By several months.

alright since RGG seems bent on putting merch behind things like UFO catcher shit, here's my crappy how to use a proxy guide lol

gonna be using buyee as an example but most proxies are more or less the same so it's your choice on what to use. I look at fee prices and customer service reviews to decide on my proxies. sorry if it's wordy! but I think I cover the most important bits for general use.

so on the landing page you got all the goobly gook but what you'll mainly be looking at is the stuff in the red box. all the shops are listed there - the ones I mainly use are yahoo! japan auctions and mercari. the other shops are more like regular shopping sites. pretty much all proxies use the same sites as they're just a directory for wherever you wanna shop.

auctions are self explanatory - you bid on things till the time runs out or some auctions offer an immediate buyout price.

mercari is largely a secondhand seller marketplace but you can find companies on there as well.

when I search for stuff, I prefer putting in the actual terms for better accuracy over auto translating. so here I put in ryu ga gotoku (龍が如く). on buyee, I have rgg and dead souls as saved searches so I can just click on them to easily autofill the search bar which is handy.

items will populate and you'll see prices in yen and for me, usd. these are the *listing prices, not the *final price. since I'm using a proxy, there will be additional fees per item I get. also, the currency exchange rate occasionally changes so if something goes up or down in price, that be why.

💥 pls also note prohibited items that proxies cannot ship internationally such as items with flammable fluid which can include perfumes, lighters, etc. other things like alcohol, which may be okay for like 99% of countries is not okay, for example, in the US lol unless you go thru customs paperwork n shit. *ebay is usually where you want to go for prohibited items as those sellers *will go thru the process of filing the proper forms to send such items.

💥 pls be aware of scalpers! I tend to browse multiple pages and multiple listings of the same item to see what the prices typically fall around. if it looks too cheap, be aware of an item's description. if it looks too expensive, it probably is.

let's use this bad boy as an example. the main things you wanna look at on any item is the condition and the photos to be *sure* you are happy with what you're getting. if you see the same photos across listings, be a lil wary. you can see estimated shipping times and the seller's general ratings. always read item explanations if there is one in case the seller makes any notes of defects or other things.

you can add to shopping cart to keep browsing or you can go to the order page to immediately purchase.

so proxies typically have different plans you can choose when you buy items and that adds towards the fees. these can include inspections, insurance, etc of items when they arrive at the proxy warehouse (see your proxy's FAQ for plan descriptions). it's up to you what you deem worth choosing, if at all. for most things, I just go with whatever costs me 0 lol - especially if it's a cheaper item that I really don't feel needs to be inspected or insured, like a plushie or keychain. regardless of plan, you'll have to pay some proxy service fee (here the "buyee service fee"). in the top right, you'll see the total cost of everything. once you're happy, then you pick your form of payment. I usually go with paypal.

you can go to your page and see typical stuff like orders, settings, and the like. there's often specific tabs for certain sites like auctions so you can go there for anything you purchase in that way. the cart is anything you've added but haven't bought.

the orders tab is for anything bought and you may see the status of its shipping to the proxy warehouse which I'll get to in the next bit.

package information is everything that has arrived to the warehouse so here you can see I have 12 items currently waiting to be shipped to me.

user information, pretty basic but do MAKE SURE your addresses and things are 100% correct. it would really suck nuts if you pay out the ass for international shipping and it gets sent to the wrong place.

on the orders tab, you can see the status of the item. it contains important bits like date ordered and order # (I've blotted out mine). order received is *you* paying for the order. order completed is *buyee* paying for the order. shipped means the seller has shipped to buyee's warehouse address and arrived at warehouse is self explanatory.

*sometimes, a seller may cancel an order after you've paid for it and you will be refunded. this is often due to the seller unable to actually send the item for whatever reason or they don't sell to proxies. nothing you can really do about it but I've only had it happen a couple of times in dozens of purchases.

back to the package information tab, here you can see all the packages that have arrived at the warehouse waiting for shipment. proxies will store packages for free for a certain number of days - buyee being 30 while I've seen other go to 45 days, etc. after that time is up, you will be charged for storage per day so be aware of that!

here you can consolidate packages which means putting everything into one shipment instead of going individually. you can see estimated costs of shipping per item which, if you did each item individually, that would be mad expensive. when you consolidate, things can still be pretty pricey but imo better to pay idk 150 bucks in shipping for 10 items instead of 300 bucks for all 10 individually.

💥 shipping is calculated by weight so be aware of that when you buy items - however baseline costs will be the same for lighter items regardless of how much they weigh. baseline costs for me is around 15-30 bucks regardless of what I get. for example, I have a teeny tiny keychain in storage and several figures. the shipping for that keychain is the same cost as the figures so it's only sensible to lump them into one package cuz I ain't paying out the ass to ship 1 keychain lol.

you are free to consolidate what you want and how. if you wanna consolidate some packages to ship now and you wanna do others later, you are free to. just keep in mind your budget and storage time!

proxies also offer services to protectively wrap your packages. if you're concerned about damage, then choose that option when you consolidate. I don't often do it unless what I'm buying can break otherwise all my packages have arrived relatively unharmed.

💥 proxies will consolidate things AS IS so if you have a buncha figures that don't have their boxes, the proxy will put them in a shipping box just as they are, however they received them from the seller. so if the seller only bubble wrapped the figure, it will be sent to you just like that, no additional protection unless you pay for that option.

*consolidation can take some days and you'll be informed when items are ready to ship. at that point, you pay the shipping and that's it! you can choose what type of shipping you wanna go with (such as DHL, EMS, sea mail (if it's available), etc at differing prices and arrival times. pick what's best for you. *note, sea mail is often the cheapest but the slowest (like several months arrival time) and not available to every country (plus you'd want protective packaging for this just in case cuz boat rides be bumpy)

here are some examples of shipping costs for a single one of my items. some of these options will disappear when I consolidate cuz shipping a lil figure is very different from shipping a larger box full of multiple things.

💥 be sure to read EVERYTHING and make sure you know what options you're choosing to make sure it fits your budget and expectations of arrival time.

one more thing proxies can do is order from a number of sites that aren't on the main page. for buyee, you want to go to the other sites information tab and then click "purchase request for other sites."

here you can input the information of whatever site you want to see if the proxy can purchase it for you. this is how I buy things on ebten like the jpn only preorders. if the proxy cannot buy the requested item, they'll let you know.

if they can go thru with the order, they will confirm your payment and it goes thru the same process as any other order.

Man I hate to say it but, you definitely do not fit his ideal type. You were not what he wrote down in his book of ideals. And he couldn’t have asked for anything better. It took him a bit to warm up to the idea of dating you, but once he realized how much he’d fallen for you, and how well you two pair together, he decided to screw the damn book and officially ask you out.

To be honest, he spoils you rotten. As I said in my cuddling headcanon post, if he’s in a relationship with you it’s serious. In my opinion, you ground him. Your happiness is his happiness. He wants you loved and cared for. So, even if physical affection is not his thing (it’s not) he’ll do it for you, he’d do anything for you simp.

When it comes to affection, it goes from quality time, acts of service, gift giving, words of affirmation, and then physical affection. Listen, I know words of affirmation is ranked lowly, but I’m sorry this man with his words sometimes is a mess. He’s not the best at verbally comforting someone.

Now what exactly is it like being a cuddle bug in a relationship with an idealist? Let me bullet that for you.

Cuddles are always initiated by you. Even if you’re not feeling well, you always stretch your arms out for him before he can even blink.

On the off chance it’s initiated by him, it comes out of no where.

I mentioned this in the headcanon but I’ll say it again, after a rough day or mission he craves your touch and comfort. I’m going to assume physical affection is your main love language, so it becomes second nature to him to seek out your touch for affection. He’s the type to bury himself into your arms in that case. He’s vulnerable and sensitive, and while I see him as being only dominant in a relationship, sometimes he just needs to be held and cared for.

Sometimes though he will insist on holding you, and that’s a key indicator that something happened where he felt threatened losing you. If that’s the case, let him holding you and baby you for a bit, he needs to reassurance you’re safe in his arms and not going anywhere.

Wow that got angsty haha, my bad. Let’s move onto something more… fluffy. Literally.

He knew about your love of plushies due to you carrying a couple of small ones in your bags, or having plush keychains. He had to admit at first he didn’t understand the appeal, but it made you happy and, you were quite cute with them. He won’t cuddle them though, I’m sorry.

The first time he saw your plushie collection was when you invited him to your house and allowed him to look around.

He knew you loved plushies but seeing just how many you had, he couldn’t fathom how you afforded them all. Or how you manage to give them all attention, but you do.

He actually sits on your bed and listens intently as you introduce every single stuffie to you. He genuinely cares.

And you better believe he wrote all their names in his notebook. Just please don’t let Dazai see.

He will buy you more plushies for your collection. He keeps tabs on your favorite plushies too. Say you love squish mallows and there’s a rare one coming out, he’ll make sure you get it.

He does sometimes get jealous of your plushies though. There’s been a few times he’s come home to you asleep with your favorite plush in your arms, when it should be him. Eh, it’s his fault for being gone late at work no?

It takes a while for him to let you move in, but he doesn’t stop you from taking over his apartment. There’s always special plushies that stay there. Gifts from him and ones you think resemble him. Whether that’s physical appearance or personality. He found himself comforted by their presence when you aren’t there. The fact they smell like you being a bonus. He will never tell you this though. He will die before admitting it.

The most common cuddle positions involve spooning or laying against his chest. If it’s sitting, then you’re somehow in his lap, or laying your head in it if possible.

It’s become a ritual for you to lay on top of him and tell him all about your day, while he plays with your hair and listens intently. It’s fun listening to his heartbeat pick up as he tells you about the stupid thing Dazai had done today.

It’s also the most convenient if either of you feel like reading a book. He does it a lot, he reads through his book or writes in them to prepare for things.

He’s not the best with you being cuddly and affectionate at work, not at first. It didn’t help that a certain suicidal maniac was his partner and would never leave him alone about it. But after rejecting your affections and see how sad it made you, he learned his lesson and will always allow you to be affectionate with him in public. Not too much though.

Actually now that I think about it Dazai has probably playfully flirted with you (in the dumbest ways) as you sit in Kunikidas lap, asking you to commit double suicide with him, etc. Just to drive his partner insane. You both know that, Kunikida still tries to kill him though. Dazai waits for you to be in his lap since he knows you don’t like to be disturbed and Kunikida can’t get up to hit him.

Funnily enough Ranpo helps ease Kunikidas mind about the affection in the office. You two are great friends by the way. He helped you bully Kunikida into being affectionate with you in the office once. It was great.

I’m sorry though, it doesn’t happen much that you’re affectionate in the office. Cuddles are one thing, which is stretching him enough, but kisses are another. And that’s usually a no. It’s not appropriate in the work place. Sometimes some pecks here and there are okay, but he wouldn’t make out with you.

Behind closed doors or at home though he loves kissing you. I hope you know that. He’s addicted. But that’s a story for another time.

A nice pair of shoes. It even came with the receipt. It wasn’t wallet breaking but more than you could ever afford. But for the quality, it was an absolute steal. Floyd has always had good taste in shoes.

how do you clean the plushies (or do they just have to stay dirty)?

For the larger sitting ones and smallest keychains (the ones with their faces printed on as opposed to embroidered), I usually just spot clean them with a wet cloth. It's generally all they need, and I want to preserve their blushes and mouths, respectively!

As for the nuis with embroidered faces and no airbrushed blush, I usually follow something along these lines

Throw them in a ziploc bag full of baking soda, shake them around so they're coated in it, and leave them in there for about an hour. Along with neutralizing any smells they've picked up, it also draws out any oils that've been embedded in them, ensuring that their colors stay as bright as they can.

Fill a bucket or sink with water as hot as your hands can comfortably stand, get a tiny bit of laundry detergent (a little under a teaspoon for every nui being washed is good), massage the soap and water into each nui for about a minute. Place them in the sink, squeezing the air out of them so that as much of them stays underwater as possible, and leave them to soak for 15 minutes to an hour, depending on how dirty they are and how much time you have.

Drain and refill the sink, again with hot water, and rinse your nuis out With Force to make sure absolutely no soap is left in them. Repeat this until the water no longer comes out discolored.

Wring your nuis out until either they stop dripping or your hands cannot carry on any longer, whichever comes first. Swaddle each one in a wash cloth or hand towel like the little babies they are, and squeeze them a few times to help the towel start to absorb the leftover water. Leave them like this in a place with good airflow (or, even better, directly in front of a fan) for about an hour, then unswaddle them and leave them there until they're fully dry. If it's especially cold where you are, you may want to enlist the help of a hair dryer on its lowest setting for a few minutes.

Notes:

If they're filthy beyond belief, like, they were forgotten outside or dropped directly into a mud puddle or something, add a scoop of oxiclean to their initial bath 👍

Don't worry about being too aggressive while washing your nuis. This is enrichment for them, they like it.

There is no easy way to clean up the pilling that so commonly happens on them. I wish I had tips for this, but alas, your only option is to spend thirty minutes taking the pills off by hand.

I've been thinking about how Genshin merchandise for Dottore and [Name] would be like, and I've come up with two!

The first would be a plush version on Dottore and [Name], their holding each other's cute plush hands and there would be this tag or sign next to them saying "WARNING: THIS IS A SET, DO NOT SEPARATE"

The second would be Foxtorre and sparrow! [Name], and the segments would be cute little fuzz balls with tiny beaks and a big glowing red eye, all abit unique to differentiate between eachother. Omega would have his usual ruin guard core eye thing instead of a big red eye, theta (that's webttore right??) would have messy fur that's got blood splattered here and there. Zandy would be noticeably the smallest and would have the softest fur compared to all of the segments, and I'd like to think he can fit under/is attached under one of sparrow![Name]'s wing.

This out of context but i live for sharktorre 🙏, I'd like to think that [Name] crochet their own sharktorre and foxtorre plushies and they just sit on their bed for them to cuddle, the segments are definitely abit (very) jealous because why would you need to cuddle some plushies when they're right there?? They're 100% more comfortable just ask, they'll drop whatever they're doing for you ❤️

You were the one who proposed that the plush versions of you two should not be separated. In fact, that was how Pantalone marketed the whole thing... let's just say it worked very well. (Definitely starts to consult you more).

I can just imagine the real Foxttore's reaction when suddenly you have a non-moving version of it... are you trying to replace it? It's so much better than that inferior thing! Probably bites it a few times and when it doesn't react it, glares at it before cuddling up to you. You're very amused. Yeah, plushie Foxttore is cute and all, but you got the real-life thing here! It obviously gets all the attention. Also, the plushie of raven Dottore would be a lot bigger than sparrow [Name]... you could definitely tuck the two closely to each other!! And the fuzz balls of the segments,, they definitely get made into keychains too hehe (you've attached them to your bag).

I live for Sharkttore as well, I mean, look at those teeth. Reader definitely makes their own plushies so Zandy wouldn't be lonely and night and so you wouldn't be either. I can imagine, if you like leaving your plushies on your bed, how much the segments and Dottore have to fight to fit on your bed comfortably... (you get mad if they try to toss them to the side).

Knights with an Idol S/O (part 2)

Knights (separately): Ritsu x gn reader, Tsukasa x gn reader, Arashi x gn reader Fluff, Little angst, idol stuff Warnings: Established relationship, jealousy, and little teasing (Ritsu) nicknames, capital letters in the written. Ritsu Sakuma

At the beginning

When you debuted, he was performing at the same concert as you, so he watched you in his dressing room, when you finished he was already in front of the door, and the first that he do when he saw you, he hugged you, then he would say how great you did it and how much he loves you. 

He had “little merch” about you, like photocards, keychains (that he put on his phone once in a while) but his favorite is a little plushie that he had of you! (he sleeps with them)  

The advice that he give you was that you don't need to do things that you are uncomfortable with, it's fine to do only things that you like, don't feel egoistic about it. 

He would make sure your bandmates know that you had a boyfriend, for example, he would show up randomly at your practice room saying that was an accident (this already happened too many times to be one)

Besides that, he had a pretty good friendship with your bandmates.

How he shows his love (in public, in private, etc.)

One of his love languages is quality time, he loves spending time with you (even though he is sleepy he always knows all the things you said to him!)

When he had free time for his activities he would go to yours! Only because he wants to be with you (you had to call Arashi to make sure that Ritsu really doesn't have activities), but when he can't do that he would message asking how you are.

Both of you had inside dates, Ritsu loves cuddling with you nothing is compared to hugging you while you are telling him about your day or telling him your ideas for songs, both of you also had sleepovers (some members of Knights and Mika would join whenever they can, but mainly is only you and him.)

He kisses you a lot, he said that he can't live without your kisses (he pouts every time that you separated) and also he is a very physical person, he loves to hug you every time he had the chance.

In public, he would intertwine your arms, grab your hands (maybe kiss you when nobody is looking) intertwine your pinkies!

I believe he teases you murmuring sweet things in your ear in public only to see you blushing.

“You look great in that outfit” “You are my sun” “They don't know how much I love you” and things like that he says teasing you.

If both of you share a stage he would always interact with you, like sharing words of encouragement! ( I believe he would even ask the managers if he can do a special presentation with you).

Ritsu is a very observant person, he would be able to know when you feel bad or uncomfortable in a situation (which he will get you out of) he also knows the things you love and hate, and this makes things easier for him to show his love! 

"How are you able to get these tickets?" " I know that you love those series, I do my best to get them" "Thanks my love".

How rumors start

As I said before, Ritsu is a very physical person, your fans and his already know that you had a friendship, and they were chill about it (some of them already shipping you both)

But they didn't know how close you were, until Ritsu show to his fans his phone wallpaper, it was a collage of all the things that he is thankful for, you could see photos of Mao and all Knights, but in the center, there was a picture of both of you, this is where the fans start to get a little suspicious.

Later, in an interview that you had, they challenged you to show the 10 last pictures that you had in your camera roll, the surprise was, that in 5 of the 10 photos was Ritsu sleeping you explain why.

“Some of these pictures of Ritsu-kun were taken by me, other ones were sent by Knights and Ritsu-kun himself, Isn't it cute? It's shocking how he doesn't get up easily with the noise” that was even more suspicious.

How the fans know about your relationship.

Knights were doing a Live, and Ritsu was sleeping in the same room when they started, later Ritsu woke up and said: “(your name) already came, I'm going to kiss them and I come back.” ignoring the fact that his bandmates were on Live.

Knights were in shock after Ritsu left, all the comments on the Live were “OMG Ritsu x (your name) canon” “RITSU REALLY WAKE UP FOR THIS” “Me too Ritsu, if (your name) came, I will run to kiss them.” (you can imagine that Knights change the topic quickly)

“You are finally here, I miss you sooo much” he was already hugging you.

“I miss you too baby, don't you have to be on Live at this time? I believe I heard Izumi-san say that” you ask while hugging him.

“Oh, so that's why they were talking at this hour" he murmurs "I think I messed up, now all our fans know that we are dating" he gets comfortable on your shoulder. 

"What?! Did you say something about that?!?" you grabbed him by the shoulders moving him from your shoulder. 

"How noisy, please calm down" he caressed your cheek "I said out loud that you had already come and that I was going to kiss you and come back" with his free hand he hugged you by the waist. "I was excited because I want to see you, I'm sorry" in his gaze you could see that he meant those words.

“Don't worry, you were sleepy, besides, some people were already shipping us, I don't think the companies take this the bad way” you caressed his cheek.

“You mean we'll have more jobs together? Awesome!” his smile was the most beautiful thing in the world to you.

“I thought that you didn't like to work” you murmur approaching his lips

“Everything is different when I'm with you” he was finally kissed you.

Tsukasa Suou

At the beginning

He had a little trouble buying the ticket online for your debut concert, he ended up buying more than he needed (he invited Knights and Sora don't worry about the tickets) 

He buys all the albums and mini-albums that your group release (if your group has alternative or unique albums he had them.)

The advice that he would give you is that you don´t need to over-work yourself, the trust in your bandmates is essential and asking for help doesn't make you less capable, it's a brave thing to do.

He had a get along well with your bandmates because he also cared about their health, for example, when he orders food for you and you are in practice he also would order for your bandmates.

Other than that, he gets a little jealous when you pay too much attention to your bandmates, please make sure that he knows that you love him more than them.

How he shows his love (in public, in private, etc.)

One of his love languages is to give you things that he knows you need, for example, if you need a notebook to compose he would make sure that he gives that, but he only gifts the best to his beloved.

He would prefer to call you rather than write you a message ( it's because he misses hearing your voice) he always makes sure that you are eating (whenever he can he sends you food) and resting well.

Tea dates with a lot of sweets in your free time! As I said before, he would rather catch up than go to see movies, but if you want to do something else he would accept!

He is very reserved with his private life, he always would kiss you in private (probably you have to take the initiative on that) but in public, he never lets go of your hand ( i believe that he needs to hold something to feel safe) 

Tsukasa is an honest person, and because of this, the communication between both of you is great, if you had a problem or you feel misunderstood, please tell him! He will do his best to change that.

Another love language that he had is acts of service, for example, he would give you his jacket or scarf when its cold, open the door for you, carry your things, ordering food for you when you are working (he wants to make sure that you are comfortable and well.)

“It's cold, please have this” “but is your´s ” that its how you share the scarf with him for the first time.

Tsukasa is a shy person when it comes to things related to love, he would blush if you give him compliments, or give thanks for all the things that he does for you. 

When both of you are on the stage, he would be blushing so hard, I really believe that in his mind he is like “Cool, nobody knows”  BUT THE BLUSH IS SO NOTICEABLE. (Probably knights would joke with him about that).

How rumors start

As I said before, is noticeable when he blushes, one time Knights were  in an interview they asked what are their first thought when they heard the word love, when was time for Tsukasa to answer his mind you appear has first thought, he blush, he take so long to answer (he finally said he thinks that his passion for making music for his fans counts has love)(you can guess that the fact that he slows to answer was suspicious.)

Both of you start to be MC’s in a variety show, Tsukasa had to promote his next Tour, fortunately, you know how to do it.

“Tsukasa-kun, I heard that we had the opportunity to see you and Knights soon, is that right?” “Yeah, we are gonna have our next tour in two months!, you can start to know to buy the tickets online” “Please go to see them, I already had the opportunity to see them in the past, Tsukasa-kun you had a lovely voice, heard you in public is an experience that changed my life” “T-thanks (your name), I will do my best in the next performance” he said to you looking at your eyes, he was blushing so hard.

Especially Tsukasa-kun, his voice is so beautiful, you will fall in love with him if you heard him in Live.” The rumors only increase after you said that.

How the fans know about your relationship.

You were filming a song video, and he sent you a food truck for you and your bandmates to eat well during the break. It was decorated so precious, the message “for my beloved (your name), please enjoy this meal and continue doing a great job as you always do! For everyone, this is also for you to keep going your best, fighting!” could be read behind the truck. 

The thing here is that in the behind-the-scenes video of the making of the new song the company didn't erase the message, and you said in that video that Tsukasa sent you that truck, “He is such a good person, later I will thank him later”.

Before you knew it, that part of the video was going viral on the internet, Tsukasa didn't take long to appear in your room.

"Sugar, we had a problem” he said while opening your room door.

“I know, I already saw that clip on all the social media” 

"How can the company be so careless!, I can't believe that they let that unedited"  he let himself fall on the bed sheets.

“Baby you have to calm down, the company will take care of it" you give him a gentle pat on his head.

“I wanted to say it when the both of us were ready,” he said making a pout, which is a cute habit that he does while is angry.

"I know, the good thing is that I can make this in public”

“Make wha-?”you give him a little kiss on his lips, when you move back you saw him flustered.

“Feeling better?” you smile at him

“Can you give me another one? Just to make sure” he was even more flustered than before.

Arashi Narukami

At the beginning

When you debuted she not only was in the first line at the concert, but she also went backstage to tell you that you were amazing.

She would live offered merch, but also she will have cute handmade merch that she buys, and even uses them. (Her fan's gift your merch because they saw Arashi wearing and using some!). 

She would give you the advice that you have to be yourself, not fit in the standards that other people have on you, and live the way you want, she always is gonna support you no matter what.

She gets along really well with your bandmates, sometimes she will invite them to spend time with both of you, she doesn't get jealous that easily.

But when she does, you will notice right away, she will be more clingy than normal.

How she shows her love (in public, in private, etc.)

One of her love languages is physical touch, is a common thing for her to intertwine your arms with hers while walking, grab your hand, and comb her fingers through your hair (she loves doing that when both of you are cuddling) She would also fix your hair even your makeup in public (By the way, she LOVES doing your skincare routine on you!)

She would send you messages and would call you in your free time between activities, asking about how your day is going, if you need something, or if you are feeling comfortable. 

Spa dates in her room! (Tetora and HiMERU would join once in a while) Also outside dates, like shopping together or drinking tea in the school garden (Arashi takes every time with you as a date, because spending time with you is always special to her)

As I said before, she would give you a lot of kisses and hugs. Her favorite type is to give you kisses on your cheeks while hugging you and telling you that you are the most beautiful thing in the world.

In public she is very careful not to be that obvious, she doesn't kiss you in public but she does hug you (also she loves grabbing your hand) to the eyes of the public both of you are best friends (this only makes things easier when you go out on dates) 

Are you feeling down? Arashi to the rescue! She will give more hugs and kisses when you feel a little depressed, she will make time to be with you when you need it.

"Honey, do you wanna talk about that? If you don't wanna, I could just kiss you until you feel better, but I want you to know that I'm here for you"

She would interact so much when both of you are on stage, hugging you when she sees you get on stage, saying things like you look so cute in that outfit, etc.

"You look stunning, (your name)” " Thank you Ara-nee! You look prettier than I tonight, true to be told." "You are so adorable," she said while hugging you.

Both of you have matching things together, like phone cases, and clothes but Arashi's favorite is a pretty necklace that she gifts you on your first anniversary! 

How rumors start

The truth to be told, I don't think that both of you had dating rumors, this is because her fans know she is an extrovert and treat all her friends the best (but I think her fans ship you with her). Arashi did her best not to be that obvious (this is because she doesn't want you to have a rough time handling those scandals).

This only makes you wanna know how far both can get given hints that you are in a relationship.

You would openly say that you and she had matching things, even show them in Live. 

You start the suspicious looks on your fans when both of your vacation together, going on dates of more than usual. 

One day a fan saw both of you hugging so tight (In reality, you were kissing but they didn't notice) Arashi notice the stare of the fan and soon she start to approach them asking if they want an autograph ( the fan obviously said yes) and when was your turn to do the same, she told the fan that both of you are spending time together and you were happy about it. The fan said that they hoped that you had a nice vacation together and they left. 

Later the fan posted on Twitter a photo of your autograph saying "they are so sweet!" (you were glad that they didn't notice the kiss and they didn't mention the "hug" ) this we're trending on Twitter.

How the fans know about your relationship.

It was until you decided to say it officially that the fans found out, and for this, they decided to do a Live together.

"We've been wanting to say this for a long time, we're dating," you said, after that, your sight relieved  "It feels good not to hide anything, but above all, not to hide what I feel for you," Arashi said, putting her head on your shoulder, trying to comfort you.

The comments in the Live were “FINALLY” and “Let's all pretend that we don't know it” and “THEY ARE CANON” after saying it, both continue talking about other topics, the different part is that you know you can hug in front of the cameras.

After the Live, Arashi and you talked in your room about what happened. 

"Love, you look a little sad, why?” she approached you "We finally said that we are in love, you don't have a reason to be sad now" she made it clear by holding to you so tightly that she wasn't letting go any time soon. 

"I'm sorry for hiding us” you murmur hiding your face in her shoulder.

She moves your face with her hand, you could feel a kiss on your lips as she moved back. you didn't say anything more, Arashi looked at you.

"Don't worry about that, Honey, I was a little scared too, we take our time." She said caressing your cheek.

"Besides, I'm willing to wait for you an eternity, my love."  she added giving you her beautiful smile.

You love her so much, being by her side is all you need.

(HSR) Astral Express Crew Headcanons

Hi everyone! I have returned, this time with a library entry for one of the newest fandoms on the list: Honkai Star Rail! While I am not confident about writing for all the characters yet, I figured some headcanons for the members of the Astral Express would be a good start. I hope you enjoy!

Welt

- Mr. Yang enjoys spending his time quietly. From playing chess with Himeko or Dan Heng to doodling in a notebook of his while sipping some tea - he's got all the grandpa habits you can imagine.

- One of these habits is crochet. After picking up some yarn and tools from a planet they visited, Welt tried to learn knitting...and failed miserably. Therefore he was hesitant to attempt crochet, but gave it a try nonetheless. It worked a lot better than knitting because it doesn't use two needles, just one hook. While he does get cramps and wrist pain from time to time, he does enjoy making crochet items, like scarves and amigurumi.

- Additionally, Welt knows how to make origami. He has tried to teach March before, but she gave up pretty quickly. The Trailblazer on the other hand has shown to be quite skilled at it, so making origami has become quite the bonding activity for the two of them.

Himeko

- As the mom of the Express, Himeko knows everyone's drink preferences in and out. She likes to make alcoholic cocktails for Welt and herself, though sometimes she does give non-alcoholic ones to the youngsters. It has definitely earned her March's favor.

- Totally a mix between a wine aunt and a mom. She definitely loves red wine.

- Speaking of being a mom, it isn't just an inside joke on the Express. Himeko has tried taking up a caring, motherly role for Dan Heng. While the two don't share too many similarities on the surface, Himeko is one of the only people who knows about Dan Heng's fascination with the arts. She supports him trying out different kinds of art - from poetry to painting - and actively funds his endeavors. Mostly in secret though. After everyone is asleep, she will invite Dan Heng to a large storage room on the Express where he can try out different things - music, painting, poetry, all the good stuff. While they don't talk too much, Himeko does notice that Dan Heng appreciates the opportunity to try out new things in secret and build his own identity, far away from Dan Feng.

March 7th

- March is the sunshine of the Express. Things would be way too calm without her around. Everyone knows that and everyone appreciates March for simply being herself.

- With her enjoyment of cute things and Welt's newfound hobby, March often asks him to crochet a few amigurumi for her. Whether it be a Diting Plushie or a small Trotter keychain, she has ideas for everything thanks to her travels with the Express Crew. Welt does quite enjoy being able to bond with March like this, occasionally explaining crochet stitches to her. March appreciates being able to talk to Welt about whatever she wants while he crochets and listens.

- Another thing is that March definitely collects cute stickers to decorate her photo albums with. If she's going to store all of her pictures somewhere, might as well make that storage space look cute, right?

Dan Heng

- As mentioned in Himeko's section, Dan Heng has taken a liking to the arts. He will secretly learn anatomy from YouTube videos or write some poems about whatever occupies his mind, maybe even try to turn some of these poems into song lyrics. His current preference is poetry, though he does enjoy going wild on a canvas with acrylic paint sometimes.

- Speaking of song lyrics, he seems like the kind of guy to be interested in Serval's rock music to some extent. March has dragged him to one of her shows before, and while he didn't quite see the point at first, he did end up enjoying it. So he ended up using March and her camera as a disguise to visit more often and learn about Serval's music.

- Speaking of music, he seems like someone who plays music for the plants on the Express because he believes it will help them grow. Maybe it's an old Luofu tradition? Though he will deny ever doing such a thing or push it on his home planet's culture.

God, this has been sitting in my drafts for ages,, I do still enjoy these headcanons though, they're really sweet to me. Might as well share my joy, right?

can you show off your K collection?

The whole collection, you say :D I have a lot, so under the cut so as not to clutter up everyone’s dash.

First: figures. The large military figures are from Alter and the slightly smaller Fushimi one is from Union Creative. The Alter ones are better quality but honestly I like the more dynamic pose of the UC figure better, there’s a matching Yata that I don’t own largely due to lack of space that’s very cool (however the UC Fushimi also has a truly terrifying alternate face…). The larger chibi figures are lottery prizes, I bought them separately in order to be sure I got what I wanted. I like the winter ones best, someday I need to get the Munakata from that set. The smaller figures are a Niitengo Deluxe set, I actually have a couple duplicates from this because I bought two sets. The ‘regular’ set had Mikoto and then there was a special set — I think it was an Animate exclusive? — that had Munakata along with alternate Fushimi and Yata figures. Then I have the teeny Shiro, Fushimi and Hisui which are keychains, I picked those up at a con (they didn’t have Yata which is why I ended up with Shiro and Hisui in there). 

Also on the figure end I have these little guys: K nendoroids! Wait, you may be wondering, I don’t remember any K nendoroids. That’s because we have no official ones (still mad about that!) so I had no choice but to make my own by modifying parts of existing nendoroids. The clothes were purchased from various places online.

Next is my full set of K nuis. It took a while to get all these, because when they released the ‘clansmen’ sets I only bought the Blue clan and then regretted it. And no, they didn’t make an official Niki nui, since I had extras I modified them. Hidaka, Benzai, Niki and Douhan are my own customs.

More plushies. I believe the larger ones were Sega prizes? I found Munakata and Fushimi being sold as a set online and then hunted down Yata later. The chubby birds are from the Chun Colle line, and of course I had to buy them their own (love) nest. The Saru cat had the clothes sold separately, I think the original listing showed them with a white cat but the black was all AmiAmi had at the time so I have black cat Saru. The Sarumi nuis are from the second release around ROK airing, they’re a bit different than the first release — a little less chubby with more scruffy hair. I have Munakata too, as you can see he’s…busy on top of my desk. 

Standees, because everyone needs a little anime boy on their desk. As you may notice, one of these things is not like the other. That’s right: Yata’s wearing bunny ears! Also Kuroh is there. At the time I bought the little Fushimi with the drink the cheapest one on sale had both Fushimi and Kuroh being sold as a set, so he’s here too. 

Speaking of standees, here’s a few more along with other lotto prizes. These were all from the specific Fan Clan lotteries, you had to be a member to draw. The big Fushimi picture and the water bottle were both grand prizes that I managed to win, so I got to choose my character for those (…don’t  ask how much I spent….). The Fushimi picture has hardware in the back that you can use to stand it up but it’s mostly hanging out hidden by my drawers because I don’t have space to display it right now. 

A few miscellaneous things. The Sarumi plate is official goods, the Akiben cup is a fan made product. The glass has Fushimi on one side and Munakata on the other though it’s hard to see, this was I believe also a lotto prize but I got it as a free gift from a shopping service. The pillows are also both official, the one on the left is the Kotobukiya dream cushion and yes I did buy the whole pillow just to use the Fushimi cover. The incredibly gay pillow featuring Fushimi touching himself while looking at a photo of Yata he’s pinned to his pillow is also, amazingly, 100% official merchandise.

Jumping around to some more official stuff, these are all my physical media. Missing Kings is actually the Japanese release, which has subtitles but no dub. It released before the US version even had a release date on the books so I bought the Japanese version instead (I don’t dislike the dub but dubs are also not something that’s a dealbreaker for me). I also have three stage plays — fun fact, the US and Japan are in the same region for blu ray — these are not subtitled. 

Novels (and a couple CDs). From the top left, we have the All Memories book, Case Files vol 2, Lost Small World, Idol K, the little short story booklet that came with the pre-MK S4 drama CD (with the glasses drama on it), the three anime adaptation books, the aforementioned drama CD and the Idol K CD. 

Next, manga. The top left corner is the K Poe Backs book, which has a bunch of mini first person comics of the cast seducing ‘you’ the reader. The top right is the K Maniacs book which is an official doujinshi book, it has no pairings but a lot of older Sarumi doujinshi artists are involved and Fushimi and Yata definitely dominate the book. I have the special Animate of editions of Gakuen K volume 3 and Missing Kings, because I liked the covers. The LSW books are all the special editions as well, the little booklet on the bottom right came with the final volume. The booklet between the two volumes of Days of Blue also came with that second volume and has the special Cherry Blossom Viewing chapter. (Meanwhile I just realized I don’t have Return of Kings….I need to buy that, I like the art.)

Some more random goods. The purse, hat and watch are all from Super Groupies collabs. I have the Super Groupies S4 wallet as well but it felt weird to take a picture of my own wallet (incidentally, if anyone sees the Super Groupies S4 earrings let me know, I didn’t have my ears pierced when they came out so I didn’t buy them and I want them now). The necklace was for Fushimi’s birthday, there’s a couple Yata ones that were made as well and another Fushimi one that’s blue but this is the only one I bought, it has a tiny S4 logo. The two tins are official teas that were made, the Homra one is my favorite of the two and is a pretty red. 

Some more clothes. I skipped most of the Super Groupies collab clothes for sizing reasons but these all fit and again, all are official. The shirts are from a collab with the brand Avail, they did shirts based off Shiro, Kuroh, Mikoto, Yata, Munakata and Fushimi. I have the Yata, Munakata and Fushimi ones, the puzzle piece S4 logo that’s Munakata’s is my favorite.

My wall o’ keychains. I actually have a lot of keychains on various purses so this is not all of them (I may have mentioned before that I’m also into lolita fashion so I have lots of purses, forgive me for not digging up all of them for keychain pics). The wall is missing a lot of Fushimi keychains though because they’re on my Fushimi ita bag. 

I’ll probably redo this at some point (I don’t really like backpacks so this doesn’t get worn much) but here’s a lot of my Fushimis that aren’t on other purses. I also have some new Sarumi ones I just bought, these are for the Sarumi ita bag I have in progress. This covers most of my collection, I also have a lot of posters and some magazines that aren’t convenient to get pictures of. This doesn’t count my, uh, extensive doujinshi collection either, just know that the bottom shelf and a half of my bookshelves is 90% Fushimi-centric doujinshi. I may be ever so slightly obsessed.
