i don't actually think about glee that often anymore. and i realized that i haven't watched a single glee episode since like 2016, maybe 2017. that's kinda wild considering how that show absolutely consumed every moment of my life for years. maybe i should finally give it a rewatch. though i may not be as big of a fan anymore, some of my closest and best friend are because of glee. i've been friends with some of y'all for more than 10 years!

SYNOPSIS: Matt made it clear that he wasn’t ready for a relationship with you, but how does he react once you tell him you’re going out for the night?
-
Matt broke it off with you, it was his decision entirely.
Since you have birth to Angelina, it was said that Matt wasn’t ready for an official relationship. At the time, you had been angry; you had a few month old baby in your arms as your boyfriend proclaimed that he wasn’t “ready for something so formal.” As months pass, you’ve grown used to the situation, handing your daughter back and forth with the father of your child as you minded your business and he minded his.
Today was Friday, and Matt had texted you a few days ago that he was going to come by to pick up Angelina so she could visit Nick and Chris. You complied, given it was also a perfect opportunity to get out for once. Usually, when Matt has his daughter at his place, you stay in and relax, something you’re not necessarily able to do with an almost two year old around.
Today you decided to go to the bar… information Matt was not expecting.
When you heard the annual three knocks on your door, you made your way towards it and opened it. “You have a key, Matt, you know how to get in.” You say as usual, walking back into the bathroom to finish putting in your earring. You were already dressed up, nothing too crazy, but still comfortable enough for you to wear out.
“Why are you all dressed up, mama?” Matt leans against the open doorframe, his blue eyes raking over your body before watching you in the mirror. His arms were crossed over his chest, accentuating his taut biceps in the tank top he was wearing, accommodating to the nice weather outside.
“I’m going to the bar.” You reply shortly, turning around without looking at him as you walk by. Before he could get any sound out his mouth, your daughter sprints out of your room (too busy playing with her box of fake fruits that Uncle Nick gifted her), looking for her father.
“Daddy!” Her sweet voice distracts Matt as his eyes drift down, meeting hers. She has a cute smile on her face as she extends her arms up towards him.
“Hi, babygirl.” Matt smiles wide as he leans down to pick her up, resting her on his hip, placing a stabilizing arm underneath her. Placing kisses around her face, sweet giggles fill the air, quickly placing a smile on your face just from the sound.
As Matt makes his way over to you, he watches you gather your things. Rocking her slightly on his hip, he speaks up, “What’re you doin’ at a bar?” He tried to sound as neutral as possible, but the edge in his tone was clear. Immediately picking it up, a sigh escapes your lips. You glance back at him, noticing how Angelina was too busy playing with her father’s horse necklace to pay attention to what her parents were saying.
“What do you usually do at a bar, Matt?” You reply sarcastically, giving him a look. With a clench of his jaw, he keeps his eyes on you, occasionally falling down your body to watch your legs sway by each other.
Licking his lips, he averts his gaze and looks back over at you. “Are you meeting someone there?” His voice became heavy, jealousy seeping through.
Matt’s always been possessive, not too an unhealthy extent, but enough that even a stare towards someone that had romantic feelings for you got the hint. You used to love it, it felt safe, like he was protecting you. But ever since he called it off (and with Angelina), he’s had no reason to be jealous because neither of you had any time or reason to be or hookup with someone else.
His sudden dose of questions doesn’t surprise you, but they did start to get on your nerves. He was the one who didn’t want to stay together.
“Does it matter?” You respond, grabbing your phone as you turned to face him. You notice the way he tries to hide his irritation, either for Angelina’s benefit or for yours. There was no use if the latter was the case, you knew him inside and out. “When are you coming back with her?” You decide to change the topic, your voice back to normal, trying not to let his curiosity get the better of you.
Exhaling softly, Matt licks his lips again as he answers, “Nick was actually wondering if you’d wanna come over Sunday; said he misses you.” He never stops his slight movements with his daughter on his side, soothing her into unconsciousness.
As the words leave his lips, it made you realize how long it’s been since you’ve seen Nick and Chris. You did miss them; they were your best friends. But being as busy as you were with a little girl, you barely have time for yourself, let alone to hangout with your friends. You’re hoping today will ease your anxiety of going out again.
Nodding your head, a soft smile curls at the end of your lips. “Yeah, that sounds good.” You accept the invitation, the thought of seeing the other two boy’s lifting your mood.
“Cool.” Matt’s answer was short as he watches your reaction. He’d be lying if he said seeing you happy didn’t make him happy. That’s all he’s ever wanted for you, he was just always scared he’d never be the one to give that to you. But, now, with you going out to the bar, potentially meeting someone else…
“It’s getting late so I’m gonna head out.” Your voice interrupts his thoughts as he blinks. Swallowing dryly, Matt nods and tightens his hold on his girl, grabbing the bag you pack for her every time Matt came by to pick her up.
“Yeah, I should probably get back, anyway.” He replies, trying his best to go along with your statement, despite the uproar of jealousy burning up his body. He slings the bag over his shoulder, taking steps towards your front door.
Before he leaves, Matt turns to let you talk to your daughter. “I’ll see you soon, Angel.” You kiss her cheek, smiling as she giggles softly. “I love you.” You whisper close to her ear, knowing how much it tickles her. More giggles fill the air as she playfully swats at you, her tiny fingers resting against your nose. Pressing a peck against her small palm, you let go of her as she immediately reaches for Matt’s necklace again.
“Say, “bye, mama.” Matt rocks her gently, looking down at her. Angelina’s bright eyes look over at you, waving her hand dramatically.
“Bye, mama.” She repeats, her words slurred slightly, clearly just a few seconds from sleep. You laugh softly at her attempt, waving back at her. As Matt turns to leave, he opens the door, but not without a last glance to you.
“Have fun tonight, Y/N.” He says, catching you off guard. Exhaling through your nose, your shoulders lose their tense position, watching Matt watch you. Your eyes swipe between his, trying to read him. For the first time, you couldn’t. It made you feel anxious, like you were doing something wrong. No, he’s doing this on purpose, he knows how to get under your skin.
“Thanks, Matt.” You reply shortly, keeping your face neutral as you spoke. With a curt nod from him, he turns and shuts the heavy door behind him. Sighing as you can’t help yourself, you walk over to the window, watching him walk away. You notice the way he entertains Angelina’s babbles as he buckles her into her carseat, exaggerating his reactions to make her laugh. As he rounds his car, he takes his seat in the driver’s side and turns it on. With a glance towards you, he notices you staring as he sends you another nod before putting the car in drive and pressing on the gas.
Maybe you shouldn’t go out tonight…
-
That same sentence repeats itself in your head as soon as you step foot into the busy bar.
It’s only been a couple minutes since you walked in and you already regret it. You couldn’t remember the last time you’ve been in this sort of setting and you’re far from getting used to it. You’d be lying if you said your mind wasn’t plagued with thoughts of Angelina and Matt. You know how good of a father Matt is, he’s just… complicated, it was something you just had to live with.
As you sat at the bar, you pondered whether you should get a drink or not, knowing you wouldn’t be able to drive home if you did. Getting lost in your thoughts was easy as the people around you entertained themselves.
“Hey.” A voice broke you out of your reverie, your head snapping in the direction beside you. A man seated himself on a chair next to you, a half-empty glass in his hand.
Swallowing dryly, you reply, “Hey.” You couldn’t remember the last time someone tried to flirt with you, given you’ve spent so much time with Angelina and Matt. Once your eyes met his, you almost gasped at his appearance. He had dark brown hair contradicting his blue eyes, bright skin a familiar shade. He looks like Matt…
Redirecting your gaze, a quiet sigh escapes your lips, thankfully being drowned out by the loud music. Silently waiting for his next words, your fingers tap anxiously against the top of the bar.
“I was just wondering what a pretty girl like you was doing sitting alone.” The stranger replies, a smirk forming on his face. Exhaling softly, you ignore him, contemplating your options. Matt would never start a conversation like that. A voice inside your head yells at you to stop comparing other people to Matt, knowing that a habit like that could get destructive.
You needed to go home.
-
Sunday morning comes around as you sleep in, taking the empty house for granted. When you had gotten home Friday night, it was easy to fall into a routine of making food and watching tv, deciding to take your free time to relax instead of go out. Maybe it just wasn’t for you.
A few hours later, your make your way over to the triplets’ house, putting the car in park as you unbuckle your seatbelt. It was a little past four as you knocked on their door, waiting patiently for someone to answer.
“Y/N!” Nick’s voice blared as soon as the door creaked open, enveloping you in his arms almost immediately. With a soft laugh from you, you wrap your arms around him, relaxing in his hold. “I missed you so much, I haven’t seen you in forever.” He says, his tone more dramatic than needed, making you chuckle.
“I missed you, too, Nick.” You smile, stepping into their house and up the stairs. Smiling once you see your daughter, she reciprocates and giggles loudly, alerting Chris. She rests on his lap as his legs bounce lightly, previously relaxing her.
“Y/N!” Chris smiles, looking over at you.
“Mommy!” Angelina exclaims, trying to get over to you. Chris picks her up and walks over to you, handing you your daughter before hugging you softly, making sure he doesn’t crush Angelina.
“How’ve you been, ma?” Chris asks, his voice soft. He grew into the habit of calling you that ever since he found out you were pregnant; you slowly got used to it.
Entertaining his small talk, you feel Angelina play with the neckline of your shirt, her tiny fingers just barely tugging on the fabric. Chris stands with his arms crossed, listening to your words, occasionally interrupting whenever a new thought popped into his head.
“Why didn’t anyone tell me you were here?” Matt walks out from his room once he hears his daughter giggle, not expecting for you to be here already. Nick had made his way back up next to you, joining your conversation, not without periodically getting annoyed at Chris.
“‘Cause you were too busy brooding in your room.” Chris replies, a smile that’s been on his face the entire time never leaving. With a scoff from the other brother, Matt gets closer to you, reaching out to tickle his daughter gently. With a cute giggle in response, his mood quickly switches as he watches her.
Once Nick announces that he needs to grab something from his room (to get away from the conversation he held with Chris), Chris immediately follows him, his words never stopping even when Nick groans in irritation. As they walk upstairs, it leaves you, your daughter and Matt together.
“So, how was the bar?” Matt breaks the silence as his arms cross, his jaw subconsciously tightening. He waits to hear your answer, his blue eyes raking over your reaction.
“It was fine.” With a vague answer, you knew it upset him, but you wanted to figure out why. You notice the way his tongue licks over his teeth, his short nails digging into the soft skin of his arm.
“Did you meet anyone?” His question lingers in the back of your mind as you walk a few feet to sit down on their couch, shortly after feeling the cushion beside you dip as Matt took his seat next to you.
Hesitating, you exhale softly trying to figure out how to reply. You could be unclear and not give him a definite answer, or you could be honest and finally tell him how you truly feel. You knew waiting any longer would just make things worse..
“No.” You reply, looking over at him. Matt tries to hide the look of shock on his face, but you noticed it before he fixed it. “Because I was too busy thinking about you.” You mutter, looking down at your daughter in your lap as she fidgets with your fingers.
Matt sat still, watching you. He’d be lying if he said he was expecting you to say that, too engrossed with the idea of you meeting someone else and forgetting about him. His chest moved faster than usual, your sudden confession taking him off guard. “You were thinking about me?” He asks, his voice coming out softer than intended.
With a nod in response, you keep your eyes on your girl, too nervous to look at him. Your eyes widen slightly when you suddenly feel his hand grasp your chin, making you look over at him, his tattooed arm holding you tightly.
“You were thinking about me?” Matt repeats, his blue eyes boring into yours. You knew this game he played; if he ever asked you something important and you didn’t verbally answer, he’d make sure you did either way.
“Yes.” You sigh, swallowing thickly as your nerves heighten. His tough façade slowly breaking as a small curl tugs at the ends of his lips. Rolling your eyes, a small smile overtakes your mouth as you try to look away from him.
“Look at me, baby.” His voice was raspy as he caught your attention, mindlessly following his words. “I know I’ve been difficult and these past two years have been a lot, but,” he takes a second to think, trying to find the right words. “I was an idiot for never treating you the way you deserve, mama. I promise I can do better this time.”
And who were you to say no?

★Blind Date★
︱Enhypen Sunghoon OneShot
︱nsfw! oral sex! sexual intercourse! fucking on the ︱first date!
╩╦╩╦╩╦╩╦╩╦╩╦╩
Third Person POV~
"Heeseung, I don't wanna go on another blind date... The guys are always weird.." You were annoyed. Your best friend was once again trying to talk you into a blind date. There was no way you'd agree. "Come on Y/n.. He's really good looking! And he's a gentleman. Just give him a shot.." He wouldn't quit until you agreed, so you simply nodded. "Fine.. I'll do it.."
"Alright.. I'll let him know.. Trust me on this one.. I really think you'll like him.. You have a lot in common." He smiled before leaving your room so you could get ready for your newly scheduled rendezvous.
You spent a few hours getting ready, wearing a periwinkle colored maxi dress that stopped mid thigh. Adorning yourself with a decent amount of makeup, your favorite jewelry, and a thin fur coat for the occasion you got cold. You also made sure to put some essentials into your clutch.
After that, you were ready to go. Heeseung drove you to the restaurant. "If you need me.. Call me, I'll be close by. If you don't text within an hour I'll go home.. Be safe.. I love you." He smiled, kissing your cheek as you smiled. "Alright.. I love you too Heeseung.. Bye.."
"Don't come home or the date is unsuccessful." He made sure to add as you laughed. "Okay.. Bye Heeseung." You got out of the car, tugging down your dress as you waved at Heeseung, watching him drive off before walking inside. "Reservation?" Upon being asked, you simply responded Lee, as Heeseung had told you to. The man led you to your table shortly after.
You arrived at the table, immediately gasping as you met eyes with your blind date. He was extremely handsome. You smiled, taking your seat as he smiled at you. Your heart fluttered. "Hello... Nice to meet you... I'm Sunghoon." He smiled, reaching across the table to shake your hand as you gladly took his hand. His hands were warm and smooth. "I'm Y/n.. Nice to meet you as well.."
"You're really pretty Y/n..." He smiled as you blushed. "Thank you, you're really handsome." He smiled at your response. "Let's glance at the menu.. Order whatever you want, I'm footing the bill.." His words made your stomach do a flip. No guy had ever offered to pay for your dinner. They were always down to split it fifty-fifty. He definitely had your best interests. "I can't let you pay for everything Sunghoon.."
"Just leave it to me.. What do you want to eat? Any cravings? I'll have whatever you're having.." He gently gestured towards the menu as you sighed, skimming the selections for something that suited your taste. You had eventually decided on something, pointing it out to him as he smiled. "I like that too.. Alright then. White wine or red?"
Everytime he asked for your preference, you felt special. No guy had ever been so considerate. "I prefer red.." You answered shyly as he nodded, gesturing towards the waiter. "Hey can we get two (insert food) and a bottle of your best red wine?" He asked as the waiter nodded. He repeated the order to make sure it was written properly, and then he left with a promise to bring the bottle of wine.
"So, what are your interests Sunghoon?" You asked as he hummed. "I'm a figure skater.. I'm currently in talks of doing it professionally, but as of now, I work at my parents' ice rink.. I teach skating classes." He said as you stared at him, stunned. "You ice skate too?" You asked as he nodded. "You do as well?"
"I used to.. I was about to go pro, but I slipped during a triple axel, and I tore a ligament.. I haven't been able to skate the same since." You explained as he pouted. "That's so sad... If you wanted.. We could spend some time together after hours.. I'll help you get conditioned to skating again." He offered and you couldn't resist.
He got better and better with each sentence. "I'd love to try.. I haven't skated since the incident happened a few years ago.. I tried skating once my leg healed, but I kept falling.. It was frustrating.." You didn't notice how emotional you were becoming until he reached across the table to rub your hand. "It's alright... We'll take it slow.."
﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊﹊
The night was long and you enjoyed every second of it.. He was offering to drive you home, and at first you were reluctant, but he was adamant.
"Actually.. Can we go back to my place? I don't think I want this night to end yet." He asked so politely and you couldn't resist. Heeseung wasn't lying about him being a gentleman.
He took you to his apartment, opening the door as he led you to the living room. He sat you down, offering you a glass of water to sober you up. Your alcohol tolerance was low, but every interesting topic over dinner was paired with another glass of wine.
Sunghoon had apologized, saying that he wouldn't have kept pouring you glass after glass if he'd known of your low tolerance. You insisted it was okay though.
"Here... Take a few sips.. It might make you feel a bit better." He took your coat, setting it down with your other belongings before turning on the tv. Some random movie was playing on low volume. It provided background noise. "Thank you.. For everything tonight.." You set your cup down, only just now noticing the small distance between you.
"I enjoyed talking with you.. What do you wanna do now?" He asked as you hummed, inching closer to him, your thighs were now pressed against each other. "What do you want to do Sunghoon?" You let your drunken state lead you, leaning in to whisper in his ear as he let out a shaky breath. "I- I.. It doesn't matter what I wanna do.. I'm happy pleasing you.."
"So, are you fine with this?" You pulled him closer, your lips ghosting over his as you turned towards him, crossing one leg over his lap. "If that's what you want.." He swallowed, hard, eyes flickering from your lips and back to your eyes, his heart beating out of his chest. "What do you want Sunghoon?" You wanted an answer. He gulped, "I want you.. Y/n.. I want you.." He finally spoke as you smiled.
You pressed your lips against his, letting him have control as he pulled you to straddle his lap, your dress riding up as you sunk into the new seat. His hands naturally found the curve of your hips, squeezing occasionally as his lips melted into yours.
You grinded into him, rolling your hips into his until you could feel his erection through his slacks. He slid his tongue past your lips, licking, swirling, and sucking to his hearts content as you let out needy little mewls every now and again.
The kiss was heated, both of you needily pressing against each other as he let out impatient groans everytime your hips met his in a concentrated roll. "I.. I need you.." He pulled away, panting against you as you smiled, already out of breath. "You can have me.." He smiled, watching you move off of his lap, attempting to remove your heels, struggling in the process. "Let me do it.."
He easily unstrapped the heels, taking them off your feet as he pulled you up from the couch. "Follow me.." He spoke in between heavy breaths, unbuttoning the top buttons of his silky white shirt as you followed him to his room.
He had pulled you against his chest once entering the room, leaning down to leave wet and sloppy kisses across your neck and shoulders, knowing that his nipping and biting would leave many marks in their wake. You moaned at the contact, feeling him ease your zipper down as the thin strap of your dress slid off of your shoulder.
"Hurry up and take it off.." He was eager, unbuttoning his own shirt to reveal his ab line. You had turned to face him, easing your dress down your figure as Sunghoon watched attentively. You had taken an interest in his slim, but fit physique. Faint, yet toned abs, and strong, toned arms that were revealed once he let his shirt hit the floor. You were fascinated.
He gestured towards the bed and you gently obeyed, climbing onto the bed as he followed, hovering over your figure. He kissed you again, this time more needy than before. His hands roaming your skin as he rubbed your clit through your lacey underwear, drawing small and breathy moans from your throat.
He had pulled away, kissing down your torso as his lips met waistband. He had tugged on the thin fabric, pulling it off of you and discarding it before focusing in on your perforation. He left a few gentle kisses before going in, licking and sucking to his hearts content. You let out small yet musical sounds, which all went from Sunghoon's ears, and straight down to his throbbing dick.
"Fuck.." You swore, the world falling carelessly from your lips as he went down on you, enjoying every liquid that poured out of you. "Sunghoon.." His name fell from your lips so easily, and he moaned at the sound, sending pleasurable vibrations through your body. You were so close.. "I'm gonna cum-" You could barely speak as he increased the intensity of his attack, leading you through, what you now acknowledged as, the best orgasm you'd ever experienced.
Multiple expletives fell from your lips as he lingered against you, soon pulling away with glossy lips and hazy eyes. "I've been dying to do that all night..." He sounded satisfied, working on his belt as he removed it, his pants following soon after.. You could already tell he was big.
He used his fingers, sliding two into you as a means of prepping you for his package. You were far too horny to wait, as was he, but his fear or hurting you overshadowed his raring erection. You let him finger you until he was able to easily slide in three fingers, and then you stopped him.
"Just fuck me.." You mumbled and he nodded, reaching towards his nightstand for what you assumed was a comdom. "No condom.. Just fuck me already.." You spoke as he glanced at you, worried. "You sure? I don't know if I can pull out in time.."
"I'm on the pill.. It's fine.." It took some convincing, but he finally complied, removing his underwear and letting it litter the floor along with all your other clothes. He spit into hand, giving his length a few slow and languid strokes before pressing his tip against your entrance. "Can I?" He asked your consent again, wanting to be sure as you nodded. "Please fuck me Sunghoon.."
He had pushed in almost instantly, his tip touching spots that had never been touched before. You felt full.. He was huge, and he knew it. He gave you a few seconds to adjust properly before moving slowly, letting your wetness coat him.
He let out adorable moans and other pretty noises that made your stomach turn. He was so perfect. "Y/n... Shit.." He cussed, head dropping in pure pleasure as he increased the speed of his thrusts, making sure to fuck you deep. "Sunghoon- mhhm.." You moaned his name, pulling him closer as you pressed your lips against his.
Every sound in the room was lewd and hot, skin-slapping, the wet sounds you guys made everytime you parted lips, and the heavy breaths and moans each of you let out. Sunghoon was in pure euphoria, as were you.. "I'm.. I'm gonna- cum-" He was already close, having not expected to last long, and you were already nearing your second release.
"Cum with me.." You spoke, gripping his bicep as he thrusted harder, cumming inside of you as you came undone on his dick. He continued to thrust to ride out your orgasms, hips slowly coming to a stop as you smiled. "That was great.." You kissed him again, throwing your head back against the pillows. "Thank you for tonight.. I had fun.." Sunghoon thanked you as you smiled. "So did I.."
"Let's get you cleaned up."

The next morning, you wake up to soft, golden sunlight, and an empty bed. You yawn, stretching your stiff limbs before getting out of the bed. You were wearing an oversized shirt and some sweats that barely managed to stay on your hips despite being tied as tight as possible.
You checked your appearance, and surprisingly, even your makeup had been removed. You were so sleepy after sex with Sunghoon last night, you had barely stayed awake during your shared bubble bath. Looking at your neck, you could see every pretty little love bite he left on your skin. You barely remembered him helping you tie your hair up and take your makeup off.
You left his room, easing your way to the kitchen where you heard soft humming. Sunghoon was there, cooking breakfast. "Good morning Sunghoon.." You smiled, garnering his attention as he glanced at you with a smile. "Good morning Y/n... Did you sleep well?" He asked as you nodded. "Mhhm.. How about you?"
"I slept a lot better with you beside me.." His words made you blush. "Sunghoon..." You were flustered, hiding your face against his arm as he ruffled your hair. "You're cute... Let's go out again sometime... Okay?" He asked, glancing down at you as you nodded. "I'd like that.." He leans down to kiss you. "Then I guess it's a date.."

——
Feixiao
She first learned about your existence from General Yueyu. Some creation made years ago that was given the title of ‘ultimate life form’
A creation made to perfectly counter all abominations on the xianzhou, someone so powerful it would take an aeon or two too defeat. Or so she said.
To say little feixiao was interested was a major understatement. If this were true, where were you? What ship were you in? Why hasn’t she heard of you anywhere else?
When she asked yueyu this, the general had a face of regret and sadness, before saying the information was classified.
Years later, she met you, the fabled ‘ultimate life form’ was an enemy of the xianzhou. She couldn’t believe it, Yueyu spoke so highly of you, so why’re you an enemy?
And just like general Yueyu said, you were STRONG. Hell, possibly the strongest being in the entire xianzhou and universe.
But, as a general, it was her duty to stop you. So you two fight, and she gets utterly defeated. She’d never known defeat like this, power like yours. Just WHAT were you?
For the next days, every general and the astral express crew, even the marshal of the xianzhou had confronted to stop you, all the generals were forced to play a supporting role, as the marshal was the only one able to deal damage to you.
However, it didn’t matter, your plan had been successful. Inputting 7 ancient gems into the core of the xianzhou and causing it to self destruct while having some biological monster protecting it.
Feixiao couldn’t believe YOU were meant to be the great savior Yueyu talked so highly about. But then, once the gems were entered, a video began to play on everything and anything that had a screen, reveling the dark truth.
Your creator was betrayed, his granddaughter killed by the xianzhou military! And the marshal herself being the one who betrayed the great doctor. Showing long lost and thought to be destroyed footage of the dark incident Hundreds if not thousands of years ago. (Not doing the 50 years ago, cause why not)
It was at the point everyone lost hope. The marshal herself was a traitor to one of the greatest scientists and ally to the xianzhou, even the generals will were shaken. And the astral express couldn’t help but feel sorrow for you.
But, with a powerful speech from the marshal, everyone’s will and hope were restored and the generals, the nameless, large almost unending numbers of cloud knights, and the marshal went down to stop you.
But, the bio-lizard got in their way. It would see its creators plan through the very end. It was a monster, all cloud knights were flies it swatted dead, the generals focusing all their strength to defeat the lizard.
Only feixiao and the marshal were able to get past the impossibly defense of the lizard, who was luckily for them, to distracted to notice. The two ran down the hallway and saw you, watching the fight through a holographic screen.
Feixiao tried to move towards you, but the marshal stopped her before taking a piece of fallen debris and throwing it towards you, seeing an invisible death shield surrounding you.
Marshal: M/n!! Stop this madness!!
M/n:…you’ve got some nerve. To betray my creator, get Maria killed! And lock me away for years upon years!!
Feixiao: Tsk…! M/n, we need you! Please help us!
Feixiao blurted out, much to the shock of the marshal and m/n.
Feixiao: You were made to be the strongest force for the xianzhou!! Why are you so intent on destroying it!!
M/n:….Doesn’t matter. It's all going according to plan. There's no reason for me to help them. Besides, there's no way to save anyone. All of them are unsaveable, pathetic, and childish. Only then will the marshal feel the consequences of her betrayal!
Feixiao: Forget the marshal! Hate her all you want, but not the people of the xianzhou! There innocent! Was this maria’s last wish!? For you to become the enemy! Hated, feared, a boogeyman!?
Marshal:….I know what I’ve done to you is unforgivable. I know that you’ll never forgive me. Even if you kill me, you’ll never forgive me. But the people of the Xianzhou are innocent. I know that people fight over the most trivial things. Some people may be selfish, like the professor said... but they're good, if they try their best and never give up on their wishes. They always have a reason to be happy; that's why you should help them out! Saving them is a good thing! M/n, I beg you, please do it for them! Give them a chance!
The marshal pleaded, bowing to you much to the shock of feixiao. To see the marshal like this was almost… fictionally impossible. However, Feixiao’s words seemed to strike you, as you remembered Maria’s true last words.
M/n:….Maria….
You said as the marshal and feixiao looked up seeing a horrified and saddened realization dawn on you, a single tear falling down from your face, before you forcibly ripped out one of the ancient gems.
M/n: I…I have to stop this! I have to keep my promise to her!!
You declared before using your monstrous strength to rip out all the emeralds and jump down from the platform, running towards the biolizard.
The biolizard stopped its killing blow on Yanqing and March as it felt a shift. Something had changed, the xianzhou wasn’t shaking… you had betrayed your creator!!
The biolizard released a horrific shriek of rage, shaking the very soul of everyone who heard it. The lizard turned to see you running towards it with the chaos emeralds, as you focused on your sadness, Maria, the professor, and your promise to her—turning super.
Everyone could only watch as the lizard and you fought, each impact shaking the universe itself. A beautiful spectacle infront of them as your speed and strength left them in awe, wondering if your power could rival that of the aeons.
Eventually, the lizard couldn’t contain its rage nor its own existence as you ripped off the machinery that kept it alive, as it expanded, ready to nuke this whole stellar system. But, you saved them, using chaos control to teleport yourself and the lizard away, FAR away. Managing to somehow teleport it to IX itself, having the lizard be swallowed whole by the black hole of the end as it released its final explosion of energy.
—Okay now that the story is over, let’s get to the point of this request—
Your body was blasted away as IX swallowed the biolizard, killing it as its explosion blasted you away. Your body crashed through multiple planets, destroying the rock and any life forms on it before it crashed down onto the xianzhou’s outer ship.
The ship shook and spun horizontally 5 times before stopping. Everyone was confused at what could’ve cause this. The marshal went outside and saw you. You were still alive! After 50 years!?
She took you in and decided to keep your existence a secret for now. She cared for your body until you awoke. After punching the marshal in the face, she began to fill you in on everything that happened after the Great War with you 50 years ago.
Although you’d never forgive her, you needed to keep your promise to Maria. So, you tell her your joining the cloud knights, not to serve her, but to keep maria’s promise.
She agreed and asked what ship you wanted to join. You remembered that foxian/borisin general. Being the first general you fought, and being…unique, you wanted her ship.
Feixiao was then informed of this which shocked her. But, surprisingly, she accepted with what seemed like… joy? Nevertheless, you ran to the yaoqing and met her at the cloud knights headquarters, where she greeted you with friendliness.
Feixiao would have you on the four front of battles, leading a platoon, but you declined. You refused to work with anyone and you would only work alone.
Feixiao felt a little pang hit her but agreed. You were strong enough anyway, so she allowed it. And over the years, she grew close to you.
The battles and bloodshed you two would spill from the borisin was beautiful, watching as your guard slowly but surely lowered around her, seeing you smile only to her made her feel special.
She keeps you as close as she can. Letting you sleep in her house and bed, cooking for you and even wanting to bathe you. Daily trainings with you at the gym, along with hundreds of spars and competitions a day.
To feixiao, you two were already in a relationship. After all you lived together! And you only smiled at her! Of course you loved her back…!
And since you’re completely distrustful of everyone else, the thought of someone stealing you away was laughable and fictional. It’ll never happen.
So, feixiao never overreacts when someone ogles at you or tries to get close to you. Cause 10/10 times, you’d just teleport away from the area.
Kafka
Kafka heard of you from Elio. Apparently you’re supposed to join the stellaron hunters as its final member.
With the help of Sam, she used her webs to catch you and Sam used his mech suit to slow your pace. Simply trying to stop you from falling took all her strength along with firefly’s mecha suit, which made her even more curious about you.
They’d take you back to their little hideout and nurture you until you wake up. Which would only be a month. You wake up and look around, not recognizing the area around you.
Kafka is there though, and she introduces herself to you, along with the entire deal with the ‘stellaron hunters’
Seeing as it was apparently ‘destiny’ that they saved you, and that this would possibly be the best way to up hold your promise, you accept their invitation.
You go on missions and learn about what’s changed in the cosmos since the battle at the xianzhou. Apparently a lot has changed, but none that you care about.
Kafka slowly begins to become infatuated with you, you were just so adorable. The ‘loner’ demeanor of yours that hid the cutie you were was so addicting to her.
She ain’t afraid to show it. She’s blunt with her desires and romantic at the same time. Oh how your adorable face lights up with a blush due to your emotional inexperience~
Kafka LOVES to dress you up and do your hair. Also, she sleeps in your room with you. She knows you love it despite your cute little struggles.
On missions, kafka takes the time to rub her thighs and tits against you, to show everyone exactly who you belong to.
Kafka likes to puppet you closer to her, making you sit on her lap and bringing you in for a HEAAATED 1 hour make out session. Purposefully leaving lipstick on your lips, chin, jawline, and neck.
Robin
Robin like everyone else, had heard of you. How your power was rumored to rival that of the aeons. At first, she couldn’t believe it, someone so strong existing as a mortal? No way, right?
But then she saw you at the main lobby of penacony. Your appearance matched to what she heard of you, down to your hairstyle and the small details of your clothes.
She was amazed by your beauty, and the fact that you were real. She approached you with Sunday, who had his own interest in you.
You blew them off, not interested in some pop star and her brother. They were slightly put off but decided to chase you, still having some questions of their own.
Inside the actual penacony, robin acts as your tour guide. She doesn’t try to dig into your life, as it’s none of her business. But she does want to stick around you.
Your whole dynamic is her wanting to stick around you, and you trying to get away. Let’s skip to when you two eventually get close enough for others to consider you to in a relationship.
Robin is clingy but will let go of you if you ask, and you never ask her to let go as you don’t want to hurt her feelings.
Sunday, much to his dismay, uses robin to get you closer to him and the family’s goal. He plans to use you to successfully enact his plans.
But, you’re extremely distrustful of him and the family. Something about them is just, off. Sunday and the family grow increasingly annoyed at your intuition.
So, they decide to take you by force. They try to use a smaller type of the Harmonious Choir to make you submit. But you easily destroy the mission and go to kill Sunday, only for Robin to step in, begging you to not hurt her brother.
Your eyes grow feral, robin…. How could you be so stupid!? She was in on this! So, you punch her into her brother, spitting on them and declaring them pathetic and a blight of Xipe before leaving forever.
Robin desperately tried to stop you, make you stay with her, but it was no use. Your mind was made up and you couldn’t care less about penacony, Sunday, the family, or robin.
So with one more punch, you leave penacony forever, and Sunday runs to his sister cursing at himself for his failure and for getting his sister hurt.
Robin wasn’t able to be herself for a full month. How could she? The person she loved had left her and hurt her! And her brother was a catalyst to that.
Sunday desperately tries to make it up to robin, but she just can’t bring herself to forgive him. Why did he try that? Why did her hurt YOU. And she hates herself for it.
She hates how weak she is, not being able to stop you, not being able to clear up the obvious misunderstanding between you and the family/her brother.
So, she leaves penacony. She can’t live with the knowledge that you hate her. She’ll track you down and bring you back to her, even if she has to get in her knees and beg.
Black Swan
Black swan teleported you to her little dimension, watching as you crashed into the ground and made the whole place shake.
She’s so interested in you. Your genetical structure, your story, your memories, and your prowess.
Black swan keeps you with her. As she wants to learn a lot about you. She’s patience, and doesn’t try to read your memories, shockingly.
After all, what would happen to her if she tried to pry the memories out of an…. ‘Aeonling?’ It’s just too risky.
She loves to watch you from a far though. You’re just so adorable. That little ‘loner’ demeanor of yours made you even more of a cutie.
Trying to hide your personality from her made her fall harder for you. Also seeing you try to ‘call out her fraudulent divination’ was cute.
She helps you with your trauma while making you more reliant on her. Making you face your trauma in a healthy manner while also manipulating your memories and putting some memories that never happened into your head.
Such as you two going on dates, playing some games, cuddling. Little did you know, she’d cuddle you everytime you went to sleep.
These memories make you ease up to her much quicker, just as she predicted. She holds you close and hums a lullaby for you, while playing with your hair like Maria did.
Firefly
This one short, cause it’s just like kafka, except she’s much more nervous and reserved as firefly, yet more confident as Sam….
Yes, this is the laziness and tiredness catching up to me…. I’m so sorry. I’m just so tired of this and other shit making my anxiety rise.

omg sevika x reader who is annoyingly oblivious to sevika's advances.
*grabs readers face and stares intensely* "i like you"
"i like you too sev!" *while being completely unaware that it was a confession*
this is so cute omg
men and minors dni
sevika's been in love with you since the day you met. she tried to ignore it for as long as she could, but the feeling persisted. first, for weeks, then months. and finally, when a year rolled around and she still got butterflies every time you so much as smiled at her or your fingers brushed, she finally admitted to herself that she loves you.
it took her a month to work up the nerve to tell you. and when she finally did, she was so nervous she thought she was going to piss herself.
you noticed, of course, you're her best friend, if anyone's gonna notice sevika's nervous it's you.
you'd grabbed her shaking hands in yours, your eyes wide and worried as you looked up at her. sevika tried to ignore the way your touch made her warm, and took a shaky breath before speaking.
"i think. i think i like you." she'd said.
she'd expected you to be surprised, or maybe disgusted, or maybe laugh a bit. but she didn't expect you to giggle and smile sweetly, squeezing her hands in yours and shrugging.
"well duh, sev, we're best friends. i like you too." you'd said, before dragging her to sit beside you on the couch and flipping through channels on the television.
sevika was shocked. completely silent as she stared at you, her eyes bugging out of her head. you didn't notice, of course, too invested in finding a show to watch. you just cuddled against her like you always do, and sevika gulped before pulling you closer to her chest.
so... she had to be a little more obvious. that's fine. sevika can do obvious.
but apparently you can't.
she made it a point to give you incredibly flirty compliments, all of which you'd just giggled at and returned, seemingly thinking she was being platonic.
"i can't stop staring at your tits in that shirt."
"sev, you could be hypnotized by tits on a marble statue." you'd said, laughing. which, yeah, she probably could, but that's not the point.
"you have a great ass."
you'd snorted and smacked her ass, making her jump. "so do you. especially in those pants."
"i find you incredibly attractive. you have an amazing personality."
you'd sighed sadly and leaned your head on her shoulder. "i dunno. i think i'd have a girlfriend by now if all those things were true."
sevika's got nothing else to lose, at this point. you're driving her fucking crazy, and she wants to make you hers just as bad as she wants to tease you about how fucking oblivious you are.
so, she's going all out.
you'd given her the spare key to your place a few months ago, and sevika let herself in this afternoon. she's been working since. she hopes to god you like her back, because it's going to be really awkward for her to clean up the thousands of rose petals on your floor, the hundreds of heart balloons hovering in the air, and the dozens of lit candles if you don't.
she's made dinner, which is waiting in the stove. she's bought wine, which is waiting on the counter. she's got romantic music playing, and she's dressed herself up in her best suit. all she has to do now is wait for you to get home.
she tries to remind herself of all the evidence she has that proves you'll react positively-- once you finally get the message through your thick skull that sevika likes you.
you're always spending time with her. you're always touching her subconsciously-- a hand playing with hers, your fingers in her hair. you've told her many times that you find her attractive, and anytime she mentions a hookup, you get this sad, far away look in your eye. you like her back. she's almost certain.
she doesn't have to wait much longer to figure it out, though, because she can hear you fiddling with the doorknob outside your home. sevika takes a deep breath, and clenches her hands into fists.
you walk into your home and immediately pause, blinking around at the decor that's decorating your living room. you're so distracted by your confusion that you don't notice sevika until she clears her throat. you jump.
"sevika?" you ask. "what's going on?"
"i-- i wanted to talk to you about something." sevika says, her heart in her throat. you blink.
"what's all this?" you ask, tugging at a balloon string. sevika opens her mouth to answer, but you cut her off before you can, your face melting in horror. "fuck, do you have a girl here? shit sev, you shoulda told me you needed my place for a date-- i woulda gone and stayed at yours!" you say, turning to walk back out of your own home.
sevika would laugh if she wasn't so fucking fed up with your cluelessness.
"what the fuck are you talking about?" sevika asks, reaching out to grab your wrist before you can leave. "you think i brought a girl to your place?"
"i know you don't like having women in your own home."
"except you." she says. you blink.
"well yeah, but i don't count." you say, shaking your head. sevika huffs.
"so you think i came over to your house, without your permission, and littered it with all this lovey-dovey crap, just to impress a different girl?!" she asks. you blink. "who the fuck would i do all of this for? i don't know anyone who'd like this shit except you!"
you furrow your brow. "this... is for me?" you ask. sevika nods, thinking you're finally starting to get it. you aren't. "why? sevika-- i know i complain about being single but if you hired me an escort for the night i'm gonna kill you." you whisper, eyeing your bedroom like you're scared a woman in lingerie will come sauntering out at any moment.
sevika groans, and then she laughs. you pout, trying to figure out what's so funny, and sevika laughs so hard she starts to cry.
"i don't get it-- is this a bad prank or something?" you ask. sevika doubles over, her hand still wrapped around your wrist as she laughs at you. you huff. "sevika-- stop laughing at me! tell me what's going on!"
"you're an idiot!" she says between giggles. you huff.
"so you trash my house with valentines decor and insult me-- is that it? are you filming this or something, is this an internet trend? you know i don't keep up with that shit." you ask. sevika falls into another round of laughter, pulling you closer to her as you try to break free of her grasp. you just sigh, watching your best friend laugh at you.
"i'm in love with you." sevika says, a smile on her lips as she wipes tears from her eyes. you roll your eyes.
"i know, i know, i entertain you endlessly with my naivety when it comes to internet culture--"
"no, dumbass, i'm in love with you!" she says, still smiling. she releases your wrist to grab your face in her hands, looking you in the eye as she speaks. "i'm in love with you. i want to be in a relationship with you-- more than friends. like girlfriends. and lovers. and hopefully someday wives, though i doubt you'll know when i'm trying to propose to you, so that's gonna be your responsibility. i've been trying to get your fucking attention for months. i've been flirting with you non-stop. i've asked you out on dates, multiple times! and you head is shoved so far up your own ass you didn't even realize! and i love you, even though you're clueless, so i tried to make it as fucking obvious as possible tonight-- but you managed to find a way to misconstrue that too." she says, giggling. you blink.
"is this--"
"it's not a prank." she cuts you off. "i've been in love with you since the day we met. you're so fucking funny, and so hot, and usually, with most things, pretty smart. and i've been trying to ask you out for months, and i'm sick of waiting for you to understand me. i'm laughing because you're incredibly dense, but i'm not joking in the slightest. i want you to be mine. i want to be yours." she finishes.
you blink. sevika's thumbs start gently sweeping across your cheeks, smiling at you as she watches your mind try to catch up.
"n-no you're not." you say. sevika snorts.
"i very clearly am, honey." she says, waving a hand behind her at all the romantic shit in your living room. "i never thought i'd do something as corny as this-- but i guess love makes you do stupid things." she says, shrugging.
you gulp. "b-but... you flirt with everyone!" you say. sevika laughs.
"no i don't-- i just flirt with you, and you think i flirt with everyone."
"you've been with like twenty girls since we met!"
"and i couldn't fucking settle on any of them 'cause none of 'em were you."
"sevika-- you're insanely fucking attractive." you say, looking at her like she's crazy. she laughs.
"so are you."
"but not in the same way! you're way out of my league!"
"is that what you really think?" she asks. you blink, and nod, and sevika's heart breaks a bit as she starts to understand just why you've been so clueless. "you're stupider than i thought." she says. you blink at her again, and sevika snorts. "sorry. i shouldn't be insulting you this much during a love confession." she leans forward and kisses your forehead, and she feels the way you freeze in her arms. "i think you're out of my league, honestly. you're way too fucking nice for someone as gruff as me, and you're so sweet it drives me crazy. you're the total package, baby, you're so hot it's actually a problem, and nobody makes me laugh like you, and if it's okay with you-- i'd like to kiss you about it. let me prove how serious i am." she says.
you gulp again, still confused and hesitant to believe your friend, but she's looking at you with puppy eyes, and you've never been able to deny her when she looks at you like that.
you nod, and sevika smiles, and then she gently, tentatively presses her lips against yours.
you never let yourself even consider the fact that sevika might like you back. it seemed so far flung and ridiculous, that the only time you wasted fantasizing was in your dreams, when your subconscious finally got a say.
but this kiss, this gentle, chaste, soft kiss, is better than any dream you've ever had. you whimper, something inside of you bursting open, and sevika hums, one of her hands coming down to wrap around your waist.
your heart's beating a mile a minute, and your mind is racing, and you feel like you're being electrocuted, but when sevika's tongue swipes across your lips, all of those things fade to the background, and the only thing you can think or feel is sevika sevika sevika sevika.
she pulls away smirking. you blink up at her with wide, sparkling eyes.
"oh." you say. sevika chuckles.
"so... you're starting to get it?" she asks. you slowly nod.
"i... i might get it a bit faster if you kiss me again, though." you whisper.
sevika grins, her sweet little gap tooth on full display, and your stomach flip-flops.
sevika likes you. no-- actually, she loves you. sevika loves you. fuck.
she leans back in to kiss you again, but you speak before she can.
"oh, i'm a fucking idiot." you whisper. sevika laughs again, and the sound makes the embarrassment fade a bit.
"not usually." she says, re-assuring you. you sigh.
"fuck. this whole time you've been flirting with me, haven't you?" you ask.
"i think i asked you out half a dozen times, babe. you somehow thought it was all just 'friend-dates.'" she says, teasing you. you groan.
"fuck."
"it's okay, though, because... because i think you finally understand." she says, smiling. you huff.
"s-say it again." you demand. sevika grins.
"i'm in love with you."
you melt, your knees going wobbly as your breath catches in your throat. sevika laughs at your reaction, kissing your cheek. it sends fireworks throughout your body, and you reach forward to grab fistfulls of her dress shirt.
"i love you too." you say.
sevika grins, and then she's kissing you again.

Honey, our boyfriend drowned!
Barbie dolls: jegulus x gn!reader
Word:5.1k
Summary: lemme set the scene: Regulus' car crashes into the lake on his drive to work most definitely killing him and then some mystique happens and I get too lazy to write actual plot but I add some sad and cute and JUST FUCKING READ IT ITS FUN AND NICE
Warnings: regulus dies (or does he mwhahaahha), lots.of talk of grief and death and blood and nasty and self hatred you and James are going through it, regulus with a cane and long hair, talks of the war but it's the tiniest mention, Barty has attachment issues, there is some cringe bc believe it or not Im cringey as a person so it just happens, regulus speaks Google translate French, James speaks Google translate Hindi, I had so much fun writing this.one and that's so stupid bc Its literally about death but it was a hoot, brotherly love, peter included SUCK MY DiCK OH MY GOD, oh James takes a picture OH and there's a cordless phone but I was personally thinking of the big clunky ones that sat on the wall you know, insinuations of the cave, Sirius says Jesus Christ in shock you say Gods no in shock yodabba dabba, everyone are friends I watched MLP okay everyone loves each other now, take a shot everytime I say warm, you cry, I quit
While you and James were in school, you started dating a boy named Regulus. He was beautiful and graceful. Your relationship continued outside the bounds of the school walls. Once you and James graduated you got a home and Regulus joined you both a year later when he graduated. Domestic life was wonderful for the three of you. And then Regulus died.
It was hard to believe. How could your boyfriend disappear right out from under both of your noses? He left for work one day and didn’t come back. It was like the world paused after that. The walls wept with you both. The house seemed smaller and tighter because everywhere you looked were remnants of him. His books were on the shelf with his writing inside. His additions to the grocery list were still on the fridge. His fancy shoes for events sitting by the door. His winter coat is on the rack. You could still smell his cologne. Maybe that was because James would spray it on Regulus' pillow and clutch it to his chest while he slept. Your day together as a couple consisted of sitting on the couch in silence and staring ahead listening to the clock tick.
His death put a strain on your relationship. You could barely take care of yourselves. How could you love another person when you could barely work up enough energy to cry? So you both floated around the house silently like you were the ones dead. You didn’t talk to James for weeks.
Everyone around you seemed to take a hit from Regulus’ death. Evans and Barty became reclusive, you hadn’t heard from them in months.
Dorcas started bouncing around her friends’ homes, staying the night on a new person’s couch because she was scared to leave anyone alone. They’d slip from her grasp like Regulus did if she didn’t stay with them.
After a few weeks, Mary and Lily took on the role of caretaker. Bringing people dinners and shoving them into the shower so they’d bathe every once in and while.
Marlene tried to crack jokes with people, she was most definitely the kind of person to joke until her pain went away.
Pandora spent all her days sitting in a rocking chair in front of the window. You checked on her once and asked her how she was. She told you, without looking away from the window, ‘I had a premonition about this four years ago. It’s scarier in real life. I can’t just crawl into his bed and press my fingers to his pulse. I’m living in a nightmare.’ You sighed and patted her shoulder, leaving her with the wisest words you could muster: ‘Me too, Panda. Me too.’
Peter is in the nearest Library every day, reading all of Regulus’ favorites. He even came over a few times to borrow some of Regulus’ personal books.
Remus found a French cookbook and started making his way through it one recipe at a time as a way to get up and do something. He said he thought of Regulus with each dish and it made the pain recede like an ocean wave.
Sirius took it the hardest, for obvious reasons. He laid on his couch all day, staring at the bookshelf next to the TV. Remus said he couldn’t convince Sirius to move to the bed. He’d only to get up to use the bathroom. Remus would have to sit next to the couch on the floor and feed him so he didn’t wither away. Remus eventually realized Sirius was staring at the picture of him and Regulus sitting on the shelf. After a long time, Sirius finally moved from the couch, instead taking his tears to his bed. You didn’t see Sirius for weeks.
When Regulus’ funeral arrived it was obvious the impact he left. All 12 of you stared at the empty coffin as it settled into the ground. You didn’t even get the peace of knowing his body was resting in the coffin. They never found it. They found his car in the lake with a massive hole the size of his fancy car on the side of the bridge overhead. The police said his body probably drifted down the attached river into the woods. It was likely his body was scavenged by animals. It did nothing to settle your mind.
Your lover drowned and then was torn apart by wild animals? Great, glad he’s resting peacefully. All of his things were in the car too. The book he was trying to finish during the month of the crash. His bag with his wallet and every other personal item you could think of. He even still had Pandora’s hair clip on the strap. His blood was on the seat and front windshield. Cops said it was impossible for him to have survived, especially with the amount of blood that was lost. He left for work, taking the route he always did, and died in the process.
It took a long time but you all eventually healed from it. Of course, it still hurt when you were reminded of it but you slowly got back to your average life.
Sirius got off the couch. Dorcas slept in her own bed. Marlene finally cried. Lily and Mary started making food only for themselves. Remus put his cookbook on the shelf, next to the picture. Peter moved out of the libraries, finding new books. Barty and Evan even joined you and James on a double date once. Pandora moved away from the window. You and James stopped being zombies dancing around each other. You finally talked it through and cradled the other through the night, Regulus' pillow was shoved into the closet.
You asked your friends for help to pack all of Regulus’ things into boxes. It was terribly hard to move on when his presence was still staring you in the eye. You told Sirius he could stay home but he still showed up. He helped you pack up Regulus’ clothes, taking back the band shirts Regulus stole from him. He even used one as a tissue when he cried about it.
With too many people in your house, you were all able to stuff Regulus into three separate boxes. Remus helped James move them into the attic. even though you wanted him hidden away in boxes didn’t mean you wanted to sell his presence away. You hugged everyone goodbye. It was a sour goodbye, the memory of Regulus’ loss fresh on their minds but happy they got to see all their friends again.
You, along with all the others, had your good and bad days. You’d say an inside joke Regulus came up with and spend the rest of the day crying next to the window. Some days you’d blossom and be like you were years ago. As time went by your bad days became more and more far apart. You and James’ relationship was going strong, you felt like you were in school again. In a positive way.
After a long brunch with Remus and Sirius full of laughs, you and James went home and relaxed. James left to go take a nap and you started reading by the window facing out towards the road that led to your doorstep. After you got through four chapters, James was rising from his nap and kissing you good morning. Though it was really more of a late afternoon, you didn’t correct him. He left to go make himself a snack, still in his pajamas. You continued reading.
As you heard the timer go off for James’ food you glanced up to see if he was getting it. You saw him through the opening, reaching over for the pot on the oven. You moved to look back at your book, pausing when you saw someone on the sidewalk. You were an avid enjoyer of people-watching.
It was a man who left your boots feeling shaken. His hair was longer, reaching down to kiss his back between his shoulder blades. He walked with a limp. He was classily dressed. At the top of his cane was a bird skull. He was dressed in all black and had various silver jewelry hanging from his body. His hair was falling into his face as he stared at the ground. You glanced down at the ground to see his shoes, finding they were just as fancy and put together as he was. You looked back up at his hair, trying to see if you could figure out how he maintained it so perfectly.
As you dragged your eyes up, he shook his head back. His hair flew back revealing his scarred face. There was a scar parting his eyebrow and making a trail across his cheek to his ear. You saw one peeking out from the bottom of his jaw and dipping under his high-collared shirt.
Even with all the changes you recognized him. You sprung out of your chair, flinging your book back towards the coffee table. You heard it clatter to the floor.
“James! Call Sirius!” You yelled as you scattered towards the front door, knocking over items on your way.
“What? Why?” James asked from the kitchen opening. You spun your head back towards him. You probably looked like a frazzled crazy person. You felt like a frazzled crazy person. You were either hallucinating or really watching your dead lover walk down the street.
“Call Sirius, James.” You said, your tone nipping at his hand and making him turn around for the phone hanging in the kitchen. You flung open the front door, ignoring your shoes and the fact the door smacked against the wall.
You weren’t entirely sure Regulus, or at least what you thought was Regulus, wouldn’t run away if he saw you coming. You ran down the concrete steps and your driveway. You ignored the fire the rough ground started on the bottoms of your feet. James stood on front doorstep with the phone pressed to his ear. You caught snippets of his words as you moved to the end of the driveway, staring down the sidewalk.
“I don’t know.” Your chest heaved as your mind caught up with what you were looking at. “Just said to call you.” You stared at the man in black walking down the center of the sidewalk. “Bein’ weird.” You saw the man stop his walking as you stood in his way.
“Regulus?” You yelled. The man stood still. You took a step towards him. James had settled silent. “Regulus? Baby, is that you?” You yelled down the sidewalk. He was standing on the sidewalk in front of your neighbor's house, still staring at the ground. Hr pulled his head up, facing you. Even from a far distance, you could recognize him.
Your body started running before your brain could even tell you to. Regulus picked up his pace, a nice brisk walk. You doubted he could go much faster with his apparent hurt leg but you didn’t care. Your undead lover was on your sidewalk. You picked up your pace, letting your lungs burn. Your heart was burning more, the pain from knowing you’d never see Regulus mixing with the hope that he was really walking down your sidewalk.
“Holy shit.” You heard James say from the first doorstep. “Listen uh, Sirius, I’m going to have to call you back. I think we might be hallucinating right now.” James said. You heard the quiet clatter of the phone on the table next to the front door. You and Regulus stopped with barely two feet between you too. Your chest heaved. You thought your ribs might explode.
Regulus was beautiful even with the scars and obvious dark experiences lingering behind his eyes. You couldn’t imagine what happened in the past year and a half but he was still Regulus after all this time. You felt like you shouldn’t cry because he might feel guilty and leave again. You closed the gap between you two, wrapping your arms around him. Regulus sighed with his chin pulled over your shoulder. You heard his cane drop to the sidewalk, his weight leaning into yours.
You gripped the onto the back of his shirt, crying into his shoulder. Regulus held onto you just as hard. You felt James’ arms join yours, holding onto Regulus. After a few moments of Regulus finally feeling at home and you and James realizing you did all that crying for nothing, you all pulled back. Regulus wobbled a second, before leaning on his other side. James quickly dipped down and held Regulus’ cane out to him. Regulus thanked him, leaning his weight back on the cane.
“You’re alive.” You said, sticking your hands your hands out at Regulus. He gave you a one-shouldered shrug.
“There’s a lot I need to tell you,” Regulus muttered, glancing down at the cane. You shook your head, reaching out for him again. You let your hands cup his face.
“Oh let me look at you.” You traced the scars on his face. You tugged lightly on the ends of his hair. You let your hands dip down, tracing over the necklaces. You looked down at the metal skull buckle on his belt, grinning at his fancy shoes again. Even after all the changes, he was still in his stupid shoes.
“You’re so beautiful, my love. I can’t believe you’re alive.” You said, cupping his face again. Regulus hummed and tilted his face into your hand. You pulled back and let James pull Regulus into his arms. James cradled Regulus’ head to his chest just as he used to when Regulus got bad nightmares. Regulus let out a gasping sob, digging his nails into James’ forearm. James closed his eyes and pressed his nose to Regulus’ hair.
A few minutes later Regulus was sat at the table with his favorite tea hugged between his hands. You watched him from across the table, tracking his every move. It was weird looking at him. Aside from the fact you thought he was dead, it was a stark change.
You got to watch James slowly change parts of himself over the year. The wrinkles near his eyes got more prominent, he cut his hair, and he got new shoes, etcetera. You went from seeing Regulus with hair shorter than his chin to watching him flick it over his shoulder. You saw him with the clear and pristine skin he took pride in the scarred look he was sporting now. Regulus pursed his lips and blew on the hot tea in his hands before flicking his eyes up to you. You didn’t shy away from the fact you were staring at him. James wandered into the dining room his phone pressed to his ear.
“No Sirius, I’m being ser-I’m being for real. You need to get over here now, you’re not going to believe this.” James said, leaning on the doorframe and staring at Regulus. Regulus stuck his hand out at James, wiggling his fingers. James raised an eyebrow ‘You sure?’. Regulus shook his hand, ‘yes.’. James handed the phone to Regulus. Regulus pressed the phone to his ear. He cleared his throat.
“That coffin was uncomfortable, dickhead.” Regulus said before pulling the phone away from his ear and hanging it up. He set it on the table and took a slow sip from his tea.
“I think you just gave him a heart attack,” James said. You hummed, staring down at the phone.
“Yeah I’m not sure if that was the best action but it was a very Regulus thing for you to do so at least some things haven’t changed. “ You said, handing the phone off to James. Regulus closed his eyes as he pulled his tea away from his lips.
Minutes later Sirius was bursting through your door with Remus tailing fast behind him. Sirius peered into each room, making haste to search the house. Regulus set his tea down. Sirius stood in the dining room doorway, frozen in place. Regulus stood from his chair, leaning on his cane and sighing as he did so. He tilted his head to the side, making a small spin to show off his new look.
“Jesus Christ,” Sirius muttered.
“that’s who he looks like, I was trying to place it,” you said, sighing and smacking James’ bicep. Regulus faces Sirius again, holding his arm out. Sirius closed the space, pulling Regulus into a hug. They rocked side to side. You thought of shooing everyone out but you also wanted to watch Sirius’ reaction. Sirius pulled back and smacked Regulus on the crown of his head. Regulus glared at him, obviously, it wasn’t hard.
“Don’t you ever do that again you dick,” Sirius said, before cupping Regulus’ face. He grimaced and shook his head.
“You look like me in fourth year,” Sirius whispered, running his hand through the length of Regulus’ hair. Regulus hummed.
“I thought so too. I missed home, so I grew it out. I plan on trimming it soon though, not really me.” Regulus whispered. Sirius hummed and traced the scar down Regulus’ eyebrow with his thumb.
“What’d you do?” Sirius asked.
“I ended a war before it started, the usual break year plans. I almost drowned and fought off some weird gremlin things. It’s a story.” Regulus said, waving off Sirius’ look of concern. “I’m fine now, other than the trauma I hold with water. But I managed to figure it out. I just take showers weird now.” Regulus added, once again downplaying the severity.
“Well, your funeral was a waste of time,” Sirius said, turning back around to stand next to Remus. Regulus shrugged.
“Did you guys cry?” You, James, Remus, and Sirius shared looks. You all shrugged.
“Eh, not really.”
“I mean what even classifies as crying these days, you know.”
"So much I got dehydrated"
“After the first couple of days, it was a breeze.” Regulus rolled his eyes and pulled his tea off the table.
“So did you guys sell all my shit?” He whispered into his cup. You and James quickly shook your heads.
“Oh gods, no. It’s all in the attic.” You said, pointing at the ceiling above you. James and Remus left for the attic as you and Sirius chased after Regulus. Regulus took his tea from the dining room to the living room, setting it on the coffee table. You and Sirius stared at him as he settled onto the couch. Regulus propped his cane against the side table, taking a sip from his tea. Regulus lifted an eyebrow at the floor. He leaned over and held your book up.
“Thought I taught you better than to throw books,” Regulus said, setting the book on the coffee table. You crossed your arms over your chest. You scoffed.
“I was a little more focused on my undead lover walking into my garden.” You said. Regulus shrugged and gently set the book down on the coffee table. Regulus kicked his foot up, resting his ankle on his knee. James and Remus joined you with all three boxes. They were all labeled with a different form of his name, three different handwritings. Evan wrote R.A.B. in his swirly handwriting. Sirius had written Regulus in his pristine handwriting. You scribbled down Reggie on the top with an almost empty Sharpie. It looked like you didn’t care but you couldn’t bear to look at the boxes any more than you had to.
Regulus leaned forward, tearing open the nearest box. He started rummaging through it and you wished Evan was here. You couldn’t fold things as perfectly as he could. Regulus pulled out his favorite stuffed animal, setting it on the couch next to him. He closed the box, reaching for the next one. He tore it open just as fast. He pulled out his favorite blanket and book. Regulus threw the blanket next to his stuffed animal. He set the book on the coffee table and as you watched him close up the box again, you sucked in a shaky breath. Regulus lifted his head, looking at you. You turned into James’ arms. James tightened his hold. You hated to get James’ shirt dirty but watching Regulue tear through the boxes you were sure you’d never touch again made your throat close up.
“Sorry did I do something?” You heard Rehgulus’ voice behind you. James’ hand ran up and down your back. You felt SIrius’ hand land on your shoulder.
“No, we’re just processing, I think. Lots of changes today.” James said, rocking you back and forth. Sirius took on the role of changing the subject so you still had a little bit of dignity.
“We need to call the others. I mean this is a big change we’ll have to get every-“ Regulus cut off Sirius.
“Listen, I know okay. I know, but I haven’t felt at home in over a year. I just want to spend today here. Tomorrow I will tell everyone of my resurrection but right now I just want a nap. You and Remus can stay if you want, I really don’t care. As long as I get a nap on the couch, I’m okay. I will gather everyone tomorrow but today is just..” Regulus sighed, a visible weight lifting from his shoulders. “Just for me. Is that okay?” Regulus asked. Sirius stayed silent a moment. He glanced around the living room. He shrugged, looking back at Regulus.
“Yeah, that’s okay.” Regulus slipped his shoes off, setting them next to his cane, and laid across the couch. You pulled back from James, wiping at your eyes. You headed off for the bedroom, tearing open the closet. You pulled down Regulus’ pillow and brought it back to the living room. Regulus gave you a soft smile and gently took the pillow from your hands. He set it down before quickly sandwiching your hands between his. He was warm, not cold like a dead body. Maybe he was real. Regulus stared up at you.
“I learned how to cook traditional French dishes,” Remus said, picking at one of the boxes. Regulus hummed. He was on the brink of sleep but still wanted Remus to feel heard. “You should come over for dinner some night.” Regulus nodded against his pillow. Remus left after SIrius and not long after you heard SIrius’ motorcycle fade away. You imagined Remus’ long legs cramped behind Sirius on the back of his bike and snorted.
“I love you, you know that? Every day I wasn’t here I worried for you. I missed you so much I’d feel sick. I’m sorry I left like that.” Regulus said. Your eyebrows pinched and you sank your teeth into your bottom lip, trying your hardest to not cry again. You nodded. Regulus hummed and pressed your palm to his lips. You sighed and rubbed his cheek lightly. He dropped your hands and laid back on the couch, now with his pillow propped behind his head.
Regulus turned onto his side, clutching his stuffed animal to his chest. He pulled his blanket up to his nose. Sirius stood next to Regulus, brushing hair out of his face and gently rubbing his cheek before roughly smacking him and messing up his hair again. Regulus groaned and swatted his hands away. Sirius pulled back and slipped out the front door.
“Mon Soleil?” Regulus whispered into his blanket. You glanced at James, watching his water line fill.
“छोटा राजा?” James whispered, his voice fragile. You looked back to Regulus. His eyes were still closed.
When James heard Regulus’ snores next to his ear he slid the bookmark into their place and set it on the coffee table. James leaned his head back, resting it on the couch armrest. You sighed, watching Regulus sleep peacefully.
“Read to me?” Regulus asked. James nodded and grabbed the book Regulus pulled from the box off the coffee table. James sat on the floor next to where Regulus head was on the couch. He opened the book to the page they left off last time, and you felt like James might cry. He started reading and as he went on you started to wish Regulus had given you a task too. You were just standing there watching them. You quietly joined James on the floor. You sat a foot and a half away from James. He paused his sentence for a second to look up at you and give you a soft smile. You returned it and slipped a hand under Regulus’ blanket. It probably smelled like the attic but Regulus didn’t seem to care, snoozing away. You rested your hand on his hip, lightly rubbing it before getting your hand to sit. You wished to hold his hand but one was clutching his stuffed animal and the other was pressing his blanket to his face.
“I don’t think we’ll be getting much sleep tonight.” You whispered, not wanting to wake up Regulus. James turned his head to face you. He reached over and held onto your other hand, kissing the back. He nodded and looked over towards the wall.
“I feel like we shouldn’t go to sleep because when we wake up, the boxes will be back in the attic. Sirius will be back on the couch and we’ll be sitting on the bed sobbing together.”James whispered. You humed. You slipped your thumb under the edge of Regulus’ shirt, pressing your finger into his warm skin.
“He won’t be warm anymore.” You muttered, eyes still caught on Regulus. James’ thumb rubbed against the back of your hand. You wondered if he was testing to see if you were warm still.
“We’ll visit his grave on Wednesday together and wonder if those wild animals were well fed. If it was all worth it. Stare down at the dirt and know six feet under is an empty wooden box with nothing but a copy of Regulus’ favorite poetry book inside.” James’ voice wobbled and you gripped his hand tighter.
“I thought every day that I would wake up and it’d all be a nightmare. I was just dreaming. All those crime shows got to me and my brain inserted me into an episode while I was sleeping. Every morning I’d wake up to find out we were still planning his funeral. I thought I was dead for a while. Thought this was my punishment for not recycling enough or something.” You said, pressing your thumb further into Regulus’ skin. Not to hurt him, but you needed to feel his pulse.
“I can’t go back there,” James whispered.
“Then maybe we go to sleep tonight. Maybe we’ll wake up and he’ll be in bed with us.” You said giving the side of James' face a sour smile.
“Then we start again. We heal again.” James gave you a sad look and stared ahead again. You decided to lighten the mood a little. “And we had a freaky joint dream.” James snorted. He sniffed and stared down at his lap. He kissed the back of your hand again. You focused on Regulus’ skin under your finger. Still warm.
“And if we wake up to find ourselves right back where we started? What then?” James asked, turning his head to face you. You paused for a moment and let his words stir in your head. You thought about getting thrown right back into that dark and messy place.
You didn’t take showers unless Mary forced you and you hated yourself for everything you did. Why didn’t you stop Regulus and tell him to stay home that day? Why didn’t you drive him to work yourself? Why didn’t you deviate from your routine, anything to save Regulus’ life? And when you got over what ifs that could’ve stopped this all from happening, then you hated yourself for not helping James more. Why couldn’t you take care of him? His parents called every day and he could barely pull himself out of bed to answer the phone. You couldn’t look away from the floor to pick the phone up. You picked apart yourself with sharp nails and then let your pieces rot into something awful that barely resembled yourself anymore. All in the name of grief.
“So sorry to break up such a sweet moment, however I am trying to sleep. So if you two could shut up: that’d be preferable. “ You heard Regulus say. James turned his head back, glancing at Regulus. He looked back at you.
“Seems pretty real to me.” You whispered.
Regulus stayed true to his word, calling every one of your friends to your home. When he joined them in the living room there were screams and cries and most definitely noise complaints from the neighbors. Barty fell to his knees, taking Regulus down with him, and sobbed into his hair. He was an ugly crier too, saliva connecting his two lips when he opened his mouth in a silent cry.
Dorcas and Evan were quick to join them on the floor, wrapping Regulus up in a sea of arms. Probably the first body of water he felt comfortable in a while.
Eventually, Regulus made it to his feet, giving everyone their own hug. Peter told him he had books he found that Regulus would enjoy. Mary smacked him on the back of the head and told him to brighten the fuck up before dragging him into a tight hug. Lily told him she had a new bread recipe she’d been meaning to try. Marlene cracked a stupid joke through her tears and lightly punched Regulus in the arm. Regulus made it to Pandora and she pulled him to her chest, squeezing him as tight as she could.
“I didn’t see this.” She whispered in his hair. Regulus gripped her back just as tight.
You all had a warm dinner made by Remus and Lily. Regulus and Sirius share a nostalgic look after the first bite. You didn’t have a big enough table so you all crowded into the living room, gathering around the rug. Regulus earned a spot on the couch. Barty was at his feet, arms wrapped around Regulus’ leg.
James shot up halfway through dinner, dashing across the house. He came back with his camera. He took one shot of everyone in the living room before turning the camera around and squeezing himself into frame too. He labeled them both ‘Regulus’ first family dinner back’ on the backs. He added the date and set the camera and photos on the kitchen counter deciding to deal with them later.
On his way back into the living room, he kissed you before pecking Regulus on the cheek. As he settled back into his seat on the floor, the group broke into ruckus laughter from a joke Sirius made. Sirius beamed and your and James’ eyes shot for Regulus. You found him snorting out his tea through his nose. His pain, disgust, and laughter all conjoined and you knew when you woke up tomorrow, he’d once again be in your bed. Warm.

merry christmas {peter parker}
plot: you and peter broke up around christmas one year ago but he heard that you've moved on and he comes to see you.
character: female reader x peter parker (tasm)
His body was on auto-pilot as he swung through the streets of New York; it was a second nature to him now to swing absent-mindedly and get to his required destination safely. However, his mind was not so clear. His mind reeled over the information he'd heard from Aunt May just a few days prior.
"I met (y/n) today, Peter. She looked good, really good actually... She asked about you."
Peter's heart thudded hard inside his chest at the mere mention of your name. Aunt May eyed him curiously, she hadn't brought you up in months because every time she did, Peter's face would drop and his volume grew loud. Today, though, seemed different. Peter swallowed hard, "Yeah?" He asked, trying his hardest to not sound interested, "How is she?"
Aunt May hesitated. She didn't want to tell him but she had to. You and Peter had been broken up for almost a year and he hadn't moved on; still blamed himself for you getting hurt and still regretted his decision of walking away every single minute of every single day.
"She's dating again." It was those three words which broke Peter's heart in two, "She seems really happy." And then those four words shattered the two halves into millions of little pieces.
For the last three days, it's all Peter could think about; the fact that you were dating again and... you were happy. You and Peter had been happy once a long time ago.
The two of you had grown up together though not very close until college, after Gwen... Your friendship was solid but there was always something more to your relationship and then three years ago, it transformed into something more. It was really good. You helped Peter to heal, he helped you let go of past traumas and then... he got stupid, careless and you ended up getting put in harm's way. You got hurt, badly hurt, and Peter couldn't live with the guilt no matter how much you tried and pleaded with him that it wasn't his fault. He pulled back and you had no choice but to leave. You wanted to stay and you tried - you tried so hard to fight but after months of coldness, of him pulling away... you couldn't do it anymore. You lost the fight and gave up.
"When you're ready, Pete... I'll be here."
He figured you would move on but he didn't realise that it would actually happen. He didn't think you would actually be able to move on. And yet, here he was swinging to your apartment on Christmas Eve as snow fell around him and flashing lights filled the night's sky and then, there you were... in the arms of your new boyfriend.
You were curled up together on the sofa watching - Peter released a breath he didn't know he was holding - Home Alone. You and Peter used to always watch it on Christmas Eve too. Jealously raged in his stomach, boiling hot and angry but it was the overwhelming sadness which poured down on him like a wave crashing into him that won the battle. He moved closer, landing on your fire escape though out of view. Your apartment was mostly the same though you didn't have the pictures of the two of you littered over the walls anymore... Instead the walls were bare, he hated that. Your Christmas tree decorations were the same, same gaudy tinsel that used to give Peter a sore head if he looked at it for too long and...
He stilled.
You still had the decoration that the two of you made together. It was clay which you'd imprinted both of your thumbs into the shape of a heart onto the surface. He couldn't believe that you still had it. He didn't think a new boyfriend would like that but he realised you'd hidden it at the back of the tree for that very reason - maybe so that if Peter were to swing on by he could see it and know that you still loved him?
He shook his head. You had moved on. You were over him. Done. Finished. But why didn't it feel finished? Why didn't he feel like he could move on? Peter knew he shouldn't but he needed to. He needed to tell you how he still felt even if it was to say goodbye but he couldn't just barge into your apartment when your boyfriend was here - that would be an awful first impression, wouldn't it? Instead, he jumped off of the fire escape and swung his way down the street to Sal's Corner Store.
There, he bought a cheesy Christmas card which looked like a three year old threw up glitter on it, "Can I borrow your pen?"
"Sure thing, Spider-Man!" Sal said chucking him a pen which Peter caught effortlessly. To serve Spider-Man in a store these days wasn't all that unusual. It usually meant quicker service so Peter often would pull his suit on when Aunt May needed groceries - it was just easier.
It took him a few minutes to write everything he needed to write down and then he handed the pen back, "Merry Christmas, Sal!" And he was off again, swinging back up to your fire escape.
You yawned, leaning into the embrace of your boyfriend when a flash of blue and red from your window caught your eye. No fucking way. Your heart suddenly quickened by about 100 times the speed as you stared frozen in your seat staring out the window. All you could see was darkness, no one was there but you had seen - you were sure that you had seen...
Slowly, you stood, telling your boyfriend some lame excuse about being too warm, and moved towards the window of the fire escape. It was empty but as you slid the window open you saw it... A red envelope which was stuck to the railing with... a web.
You could leave it there, leave it to disintegrate in the snow never knowing what he wanted to tell you, never knowing how he felt... Could you live with that? Knowing that he had stretched out his hand and you had ignored it, turned away and shut the window on him. You released a long breath and stretched out your arm and yanking the letter from the web and coming back inside. You excused yourself to the kitchen to read it as your heart beat faster and faster.
Dear (y/n),
It's Peter.
I know that you've moved on and I saw how happy you looked and I had every intention of writing you this card to try to win you back. I wanted to tell you that I was ready for a relationship, I was ready to let you in and letting you go was the biggest regret of my life but... I'm standing in Sal's and I can't write what I want to write. What kind of person would I be to ruin your current happiness in hopes of chasing a dream we once shared together?
I want to be happy... with you but you're so happy so... I guess I'm going to try and let you go. It's not going to be easy but I need to let you go, for your own good and for mine.
I'll always love you.
Merry Christmas, (y/n).
Peter
Your hands trembled as you read the card over and over soaking up every letter, every scribble, every scratch of ink on the paper; every trace of Peter. You had gone without any inkling of him in a year and now you had a taste and you needed to soak it up as much as you could. You were so focussed on the card that you didn't hear footsteps come up behind you, "What's that, babe?" Your boyfriend asked, wrapping his arms around your waist and kissing your shoulder.
"Nothing," you said quickly, closing the card and sliding it into the bin, "Christmas card from an old friend." You swallowed the lump in your throat and turned to him, forcing a smile, "Ready to go finish the movie?"
You were happy, you were and you weren't going to throw your happiness away just because Peter wrote you a card. You couldn't. You wouldn't. You were happy so... with a breath and a smile, you walked into the living room and fell back into the arms of your boyfriend with the words of Peter's card still floating around your head.

Superficial Love - Carlisle Cullen (smut)
There's just something about writing fics that start in a church, and I ain't sorry about it. I'm not religious nor do I believe in God, but somehow it always works out in these fics. Please like and reblog if you enjoyed reading this. Enjoy my loves. xxx
Summary: The reader is trapped in a marriage with a cheating husband, while she is crushing on the handsome doctor that has promised her once that he'd always be there for her. God's timing is always right.
Warnings: 18+, smut, oral (f), cheating, religious connotations, very much fluffy
Pairing: Carlisle Cullen x fem!reader (2.3k words)
“(Y/n)?” Her eyes fluttered open, hands still interlaced. She was kneeling, knees pressed into the red pillow of the wooden bench, praying to the God she had been calling out to for years. Golden eyes were staring down on her, making a smile tug on her lips. “Can I?”
“Please, sit.” Carlisle sat down next to her, eyes wandering to the wooden cross dangling over the altar. For a few seconds they were engulfed by silence, caught up in their thoughts. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you here before.”
“I rarely come here, but every now and then I feel myself pulled closer. My father was a pastor, I think I never quite got rid of my belief.” His words were nothing more than whispers, spoken into the empty church as if God himself was listening in on their conversation. She could tell that he was plagued by something, just like she was, hoping that the answers they were looking for would come their way.
“I get it, this place certainly holds a special place in my heart, maybe it’s the quietness it offers.” A sad smile was shot his way, breath caught in her lungs as (y/n) found Carlisle already looking at her. His hand found her knee, squeezing just enough to wordlessly express that he’d listen to whatever she may feel like sharing. “You know,” she swallowed, shaking her head to fight through the sadness tightening up her throat. “It’s not easy, it feels like I keep and keep on trying, but he doesn’t care. I think he’s cheating, at least that’s what the sickly-sweet smell of perfume sticking to his clothes tells me.”
(Y/n) had been trapped in her marriage for years, married to a man that had lost his interest in her and the life they were once sharing months ago. But even though he clearly kept her around to make his life easier, she didn’t find the strength to pull away, unable to snap apart the last strings he was holding in his fingers, guiding her like a puppet.
“I told you once, if you ever need my help, I’ll be right there for you. My family would welcome you with open arms.” Carlisle squeezed her legs one more time before he tried to pull his hand away, though stopped by (y/n)’s own hand finding his, slowly interlacing their fingers.
There always had been something keeping the two connected, ever since she had crossed paths with Carlisle at the hospital, grateful for the doctor that had stitched up her wound from tripping on a hike. From that very moment on, he had been on her mind, her own safe haven she’d disappear to when things got too rough, imagining her life by his side. Nothing more than harmless dreams she kept clinging to, desperate for something good.
“I,” a shaky breath was exhaled by (y/n), eyes set on their hands. “I wouldn’t be able to go back, and I don’t think that’s a risk I’m willing to take just yet.”
Carlisle pondered over (y/n)‘s words for a few moments before he slowly let go of her hand, rising from his position to turn towards her. He stared down on her for a second before his cold hand found her warm cheek, lips meeting her forehead to murmur a small, “I’ll be there, whenever you want me to.” And with a sad smile tugging on her lips, (y/n) watched the tall man leave the church.
“God, I’m begging you, give me a sign.”
…
It took five days for the sign to appear - at least for something (y/n) interpreted as a sign. It was a rainy evening, she had been sitting on her sofa, eyes set on her watch. The seconds kept fading by, minutes slowly turning into an hour. Just this morning her husband had promised her a night out, murmuring something about “wanting to work on our marriage”, words that have left (y/n)‘s heart jumping in excitement. Excitement that has now turned into sadness, a tiring sadness that was slowly pulling her under.
She could only guess that he was with the woman he had been seeing behind her back for the past months. A sign she had been waiting for, deep down praying that God, or whoever was listening to her prayers, would finally give her the push she needed.
With a sigh rolling off her tongue, (y/n) rose from her position, making her way into her bedroom to start packing her clothes into a bag, at least enough clothes that would help her survive for the next few days. She had been scared of the pain that would cling to her once she found herself facing this very situation, and yet the pain didn’t come, instead a soaring wave of anger was clashing through her system, forcing her to make her way out of the dark house, starting her car to make it towards her destination.
The rain made it harder for her to see, accompanied by the thick darkness that engulfed her. From afar (y/n) could take in the expensive mansion, the light flooding through it and the windows giving off a beautiful view into the forest. She could only hope that he was home, and that he’d actually stick to his promise and welcome her.
(Y/n) parked her car in front of the mansion, eyes barely able to take in her surroundings, deeply inhaling before she ripped open the door, racing up the stairs to the entrance. Trembling hands knocked on the wood, shifting her weight from one foot to the other, hoping that he’d open the door soon.
“(Y/n)?” Carlisle stared at her with a smile tugging on his lips, welcoming her with his hand finding the small of her back. She was dripping, clothes soaked through and sticking to her limbs, and yet she couldn’t help but chuckle, eyes not daring to part from his.
“I’m sorry it took me this long, but I finally had enough.” He studied her for a few moments, not able to bite down his smile as he squeezed her side. Carlisle guided her upstairs with a soft “Let’s get you warmed up” rolling off his tongue, not daring to part from her. Wordlessly (y/n) followed him through the house she had been in numerous times before, spending her afternoons with the doctor she had fallen for months ago, wanting to be close to him at any given chance.
“You can take a shower if you want, I’ll make you some tea.” They were standing in his bedroom, eyes not able to break contact just yet. A small nod was the only reply she could give him, unable to speak up due to her racing heart and her dry mouth. Carlisle turned from her, laying out some dry clothes of his before he tried to leave the room, held back by the whisper of his name.
(Y/n) took a step closer, and another, till she came to rest right in front of him. For a few seconds they were engulfed by silence, trapped in the crackling atmosphere that left her skin tingling. Perhaps it was God giving her the push she needed, perhaps it was the rush of the moment she couldn’t escape from, but perhaps it was simply the comfortableness Carlisle emanated. She shifted her weight onto her toes, eyes flickering down to his lips before she softly kissed him, testing the waters.
Carlisle immediately drew her in, hands finding her waist to keep her in place. His cold lips perfectly moved in sync with hers, not daring to part as they got lost in the new sensation. No longer did (y/n) care about the cold sticking to her limbs, no longer did she worry about the soaked through clothes of hers.
His cold hand cupped her cheek, thumb stroking her skin before he slowly parted from her, smiling at the heavily breathing woman in front of him, “Get in the shower, I’ll wait downstairs for you.” And with one last kiss pressed against her lips, he left (y/n) with her racing thoughts alone.
…
“You know, I begged Him for a sign, anything that would finally wake me up from the nightmare I was trapped in.” Her soft voice echoed through the living room, eyes set on the dark forest, body pressed against Carlisle’s chest. His fingers danced up and down her arm, smiling at the woman he had finally managed to lure closer, not wanting to part from her and the life they’ll live ever again.
“Maybe it’s selfish of me, but I’ve begged for a long time that you’d find your way to me. Deep down I knew I’d eventually get lucky, if one can call this luck.” She turned her head towards the doctor, shooting him a smile before she kissed him. Her hands found his chest, gasping against his cold lips as he pulled her into his lap. (Y/n)’s heart was pounding in her chest, wanting to reach out to his, too oblivious for her own good, not understanding that his heart hadn’t been pumping any blood for the past centuries.
“We have all the time this world can offer, we don’t have to rush anything.” Carlisle’s caring words left her smiling, chuckling against his lips. Fuck, it felt like a dream, finally able to love the man she had been secretly longing for for longer than she’d like to admit.
“I’ve waited too long for this, I don’t want to waste another second without being touched by you.” A squeal left (y/n) as Carlisle rose to his feet, with her legs slung around his waist and her arms wrapped around his neck. He carried her up to his bedroom, grateful for the empty mansion, knowing that he wouldn’t let her leave the room for the upcoming hours.
“If you ever want me to stop, tell me, please.” His calming words coaxed a whimper out of (y/n), not used to be treated like this. She found herself pressed against his mattress, grateful that she had decided against wearing his sweatpants, only wearing her panties and the dark shirt of his. Carlisle’s hands danced up her legs, spreading her thighs for his curious eyes, lips finding her soft skin, sucking marks into her inner thighs. The gasps of hers urged him on, smirking against (y/n)’s lips as he kissed his way higher and higher, coming to face with her soaked through panties.
“Look at you. So ready for me, my pretty girl.” Carlisle’s murmurs coaxed a deep moan out of her, hands fisting the fabric of his blanket, gasping as he pulled her panties down her legs, allowing the cold air to wrap itself around her trembling body. He was marvelling at her, soaking in this very moment, praying that he won’t ever forget about this.
“Please, don’t tease.” (Y/n)’s desperate words left him chuckling, giving in with his mouth finding her core, tongue pressed flat against her arousal covered folds. Her taste left him moaning, already high on her, savouring every drop he was offered. Carlisle’s nimble fingers found her clit, circling the bundle of nerves as if they had done this numerous times before. She was dripping for him, making it easy for the tall doctor to brush through her folds over and over again, teasing her with the rough surface of his tongue.
She was clenching around nothing, needing to feel more, wanting to be stuffed by him. It seemed like Carlisle managed to pick up on her body’s needs without (y/n) speaking up, fingers pushing into her to stretch her walls. The whimper that left (y/n) at the sudden intrusion coaxed a groan out of Carlisle, sound vibrating on her warm skin.
He curled his fingers, making her arch her back off the mattress, not used to being pushed towards the edge this quickly. Carlisle picked up the rhythm of his movements, eyes watching her pleasure-drunken features, how she pierced her teeth into her lower lip, how she had her eyes squeezed shut.
“God, I’m so close.” (Y/n)’s voice trembled, tightening her grip on his blanket to try and stop herself from giving in right there and then. She clearly struggled to hold back, choking on her gasps as if she was drowning and he was the salty water filling her lungs, forcing her to let go of the strength lingering in her muscles.
“Cum for me, let go, darling.” Carlisle sucked on her bundle of nerves, giving her the final push with his fingertips pressed against her swollen spot. His name spluttered from her lips like a waterfall cascading down her chin, filling the room like a song echoing through the night. She was trembling, limbs quivering against the mattress, not able to hold still as the powerful sensation filled her body.
“Christ, I’ve never felt like this before.” Her confession left him smiling, slowly letting go of (y/n) to move up her body, lips meeting hers. She could taste herself on his lips and tongue, deepening the kiss with her tired eyes falling shut and her weak hands tugging on his golden roots. Carlisle wrapped her in his arms, pulling (y/n) against his chest to allow her to rest, wordlessly communicating that he’d be right there to protect her.

Smut below the cut
The three of you had always been close, always doing everything together. Sometimes it felt like Yeosang was toeing the line between friendship and something more, though he never outright stated his feelings for you. Your best friend seemed to love the idea of you two together though and she always seemed to find excuses to push you two closer. Like right now.
“I’m sorry, y/n, I totally forgot I promised my friend I’d help him finish his project tonight.” She offered an apologetic smile that you knew all too well. “I’ll be back in like two hours, why don’t you stay and hang out with Yeosangie until I’m back?”
You nodded and watched as she practically sprinted for the door, leaving you alone in the living room with her twin. Before you could speak, he let out a sigh. “She does this almost every time nowadays, huh?” You nodded again and plopped down beside him. “I’m sorry. You didn’t come here to spend time with me, you came to see her, but she keeps ditching you in the hopes that I’ll finally-” He stopped himself and shook his head. “I’m sorry.”
“Finally what?” You chanced a glance at him and he bit his lip, shaking his head again. “Finally admit you like me?” He froze and you chuckled softly. “I’m kidding. I know that’s not the case. But she wants it to be. She’s always going on about how we could really be sisters one day but I tell her every time that it’s not gonna happen.” You sounded almost sad as you spoke so you quickly offered a playful grin and continued. “You’re way out of my league.”
“I’m sorry, what? I’m out of your league?” He scoffed and shook his head once more, leaning away from you to get a better look. “Have you seen yourself? I think you got it twisted.” He claimed, a fond smile creeping onto his face.
You felt warm at the compliment but didn’t read further into it. This was how he was with you. You always pretended to flirt back and forth, except it wasn’t pretending on your part. So you laughed it off and rolled your eyes, settling into the comfortable silence as he continued to stare at you. “Can I help you?” You asked quietly, letting out a nervous giggle as you tried not to squirm under his unwavering gaze.
“What if you were right?” He bit his lip pensively as you looked back at him in confusion. He immediately wanted to take that back but it was too late so he forged ahead. “When you guessed she was waiting for me to confess to you. What if you were right?”
“I mean…am I?” He nodded slowly and lowered his gaze, cheeks tinged pink. “This isn’t a prank, is it?”
“Why would I make a confession and blush if I just wanted to play-flirt with you? I wouldn’t put myself in a painfully awkward position just to pull a fast one on you.” He rolled his eyes and gave you a pointed look, making you offer up a sheepish smile in return. “Look, she isn’t helping anyone with a project. I asked her to leave this time so I could finally tell you. Usually her leaving would be her idea but this time it was mine. I’ve been sitting on this for years and she knew. She told me a few days ago that if I didn’t tell you how I felt then she’d either tell you herself or try to set you up with a friend of hers. So when I found out you’d be here today, I told her to find an excuse to leave.” You didn’t know what to say so you simply stared at him for what felt like ages before he coughed awkwardly and looked away. “It’s fine if that’s not-”
“It’s not that, I’m just…surprised.” You looked at your lap as everything began to click into place, unable to suppress a chuckle. “She’s been playing both of us, huh?” You glanced over at him just in time to see his head snap up. “She told me the same thing. About confessing, I mean. She’s known about my little crush for years. I always thought she was just teasing me, and she probably was, but I guess she was just excited since she knew it was mutual.”
“Oh…” It was all he could manage. Your confession hit him like a bus and his mind raced a million miles an hour but still, he couldn’t form a coherent sentence. Instead, he settled into his spot on the sofa with a tiny smile.
Given the usually-playful nature of your relationship, you turned to him with a grin and teased him a bit. “Wanna make out?” You saw a brief wave of surprise cross his face before a lazy grin was returned to you.
“Wanna head to my room?” It was your turn to show surprise but you quickly recovered.
“What’s in your room that we can’t do here?”
“Oh nothing, I just doubt she’d appreciate me nailing you on the couch.” Your cheeks flushed as he rendered you speechless. Usually, he backed off after a little teasing, but this time he was keeping it up and you weren’t entirely sure he was kidding. After a few beats of silence, he grew serious. “Hey, I’m just-”
“Okay, let’s go.”
“What?”
“Let’s go.” You stood from the couch, a smile playing at the corners of your lips as you held out a hand. He took it hesitantly and allowed you to pull him to his feet. Once he was standing before you, his demeanor changed and he offered a flirty smile.
“You sure about this? Once I get you in my arms, I’m not letting you leave until I’ve got you trembling underneath me.” His voice dropped and he changed the way he was holding your hand, lacing his fingers between yours as he pulled you into him.
“I’ve only thought about it half a million times.” You said sarcastically as you rolled your eyes. “Yes, I’m sure. Let’s go.” He let out a soft laugh and nodded, leading you off to his room.
He closed the door as you sat on his bed, glancing around the room and smiling when you saw your old prom photo, among others. This room was full of memories, good and bad, so maybe that’s why you didn’t feel an ounce of anxiety when he approached you, standing between your legs. You didn’t hesitate to wrap your arms around his waist, hugging him tightly as his fingers combed through your hair.
After a short while, you looked up at him and he bent down to kiss you. You craned upwards to meet him halfway, taking a quick breath before your lips met and letting your hands rest on his hips. His lips felt even better than you’d imagined and you found yourself feeling reluctant to let him break the kiss even for a moment. You let him though and he angled your head differently with a gentle grip on your chin.
He was taking things slow and being extremely gentle with you but you still felt yourself getting aroused. You nipped at his lip and his breath hitched as he carded his fingers through your hair. Pride swelled in your chest as you slipped your hands under his white tee, pressing your palms flat against his warm stomach. He pulled back to suck in a deep breath and tugged your shirt off before nudging your thigh with his. “Scoot back and lay down.”
You eagerly complied and he moved over you, smiling down at you before kissing your cheek. “I can’t remember the last time I wanted something as bad as I want you right now.” He whispered as he moved to kiss along your jaw and neck. You tipped your head back for him and he groaned softly. The way you offered yourself up to him made his head spin and his dick twitch. He grew a bit more restless as his lips danced along your skin, hands everywhere as you pulled his shirt up.
“Take it off.” You whispered, stifling a small moan when his large hands gently squeezed your breasts. You wanted to pout when he pulled away despite him doing so at your request. You allowed yourself to openly admire his physique as he tossed his shirt to the side with yours before kicking his jeans off. “Mine too.” You urged when he started to rejoin you on the bed.
He cursed under his breath before carefully pulling your jeans off and adding them to the pile of clothes. He moved back between your legs and allowed his hands to slide up the tops of your thighs. “You’re so fucking pretty, y/n…” He sighed, eyes roaming your body as he brought a hand between your legs and thumbed over your clothed clit.
“I was thinking the same about you.” You murmured, lifting your head to watch as he slipped his hand inside your panties. He circled your clit with two fingers and leaned in to catch your lips in a more demanding kiss than before. You laid your head back down and ghosted your small hands down his chest and torso, not stopping until you reached the elastic of his briefs.
You were tempted to tease him but didn’t, only pausing briefly before slipping your hand into his underwear. He fit nicely in your palm and you suddenly couldn’t wait to have him inside you. You gave a gentle tug, your grip firm, and were rewarded with one of the most stunning sounds you’d heard to date. You continued, so focused on drawing moans from him that you didn’t realize just how worked up you were until he slid his fingers inside your dripping pussy and you felt the knot in your belly tighten.
You felt him twitch in your hand when he heard your whiny moan and dug your thumb into the slit, almost as if retaliating. He damn near fell apart, groaning into your mouth as his hips bucked into your touch. He pulled back suddenly, swatting your hand away as he sat up.
“I can’t-” You propped up on your elbows, confused. Was he calling it off? “I just- I’m sorry, y/n, I can’t-” You watched him hook his thumbs in his waistband and shove his briefs down and it clicked. He kicked his underwear the rest of the way off and immediately reached for yours. “You’re just- fuck, you’re perfect and I can’t help myself.” You lifted your hips to help him remove the offending material and let your legs fall open as soon as he got your panties off.
He gave you a look that made you clench around nothing as he settled on his knees between your legs. You wanted to fawn over how cute he was when he was desperate but you were just as needy and couldn’t be bothered to put effort into anything except getting him inside you. “Please…” you didn’t have to elaborate. He knew what you wanted, what you needed.
He ran his length through your folds once, twice, three times before finally allowing himself to sink into you. He was thick and the stretch already had your toes curling in delight before he even bottomed out. When he finally did, you pulled him down and crushed your lips to his, wrapping your arms and legs around him.
His hips moved slowly, almost torturously as his lips danced with yours for a few seconds. It wasn’t long before both of you gave up on proper kisses and resorted to drinking up each other’s moans instead. He was gentle with you despite his previous desperation, almost treating you like glass, and it made your stomach do a backflip. To him, you were as delicate and as beautiful as a flower, something to be handled with great care, and needed to be taken care of.
He showered you with soft kisses and murmured words of praise as he rolled his hips, repeatedly driving his cock into you. He was going mad, every thrust pushing him closer to the edge as he slipped a hand between you. You gasped against his lips when he isolated his middle finger and began to trace teasing circles there, your skin burning at the simple touch. You were going to cum.
You warned him of your impending orgasm and he held steady, giving you a nod. “Cum for me then, angel.” All your muscles contracted and released at the same time, back arching off the bed as you finally broke a sweat. You let out a loud, breathy moan as your orgasm washed over you, moaning again with every wave of pleasure.
Yeosang couldn’t tear his gaze away from your face, something inside him demanding he commit the image to memory. He forced his eyes to stay open even when his lids grew heavy as your warmth squeezed him, drawing forth his own orgasm. You pulled him in for a messy, desperate kiss as he filled you to the brim, nipping at his lips each time he moaned. You couldn’t help yourself, he was just too pretty.
As the pleasure subsided, he pulled out and rolled off you, much to your dismay - his weight on top of you felt nice. You immediately rolled onto your side and admired him for a moment before laying your head on his chest and draping an arm over his middle. “She’s gonna have a lot to say when she gets home in a while.” You whispered, giggling softly afterwards.
He let out a low chuckle and kissed your head. “She is. But I don’t mind.”

isaacwhy x gn!reader (sfw) summary: you're out shopping with your boyfriend, isaac, when you find some initial necklaces. just in time for your six-month anniversary, you buy two, one for him and one for you. requested?: no, inspired by @ficblogmoni's!
It was quite unexpected, but in this relationship you'd had going with Isaac, you'd become quite the shopaholic. It was mostly spurred on by the fact that Isaac loved to shower you in gifts and take you shopping for whatever you wanted. Either way, you'd been shopping more times in the last few months than you had in years.
You'd gotten together with Isaac around six months ago, being friends with him for some time beforehand. When you'd finally gotten the guts to ask him out, he was overjoyed. After a few dates, he'd confessed that he'd been totally head over heels and trying to plan how to ask you out. Seeing him so flustered about it was simply the most endearing thing in the world.
Once you were officially a couple, then came the onslaught of gifts. Every day, your drink order from the local coffee shop was waiting for you once you were awake. Your favorite meals were ordered on DoorDash the second you mentioned you were having a craving. You hardly had to raise a finger, and your needs were being met.
You didn't quite have his YouTube income, but you tried to return the favor. Little gifts and trinkets from his favorite shows and souvenirs from wherever you'd go. He'd always blush bright, grinning like an idiot and telling you it wasn't necessary. All of your gifts would end up somewhere in his room or office, and he'd amassed quite the collection.
Your six month anniversary was right around the corner, and you thought it was the perfect time to buy something. He loved the sentimentality of anniversaries and you needed to show him you did, too. So, you popped over to his room with a smile on your face and asked to go out for a little shopping trip.
"Yeah! Let's do it!" Isaac was laid out on his bed, but on top of his blankets and almost fully dressed.
As he rolled out of bed and began to slip his shoes on, you walked up to him and began to mess with his hair. "Your curls are growing out, you know."
"Do you think I need to get them cut?" He looked up at you, and the way he looked like a puppy nearly melted you into the carpet.
You laughed and shook your head. "No, no, I like them a little longer. But, if you want to cut it, that's fine."
He shrugged as he finished tying his shoes, standing up and sufficiently towering over you. "Eh, I like it a little longer. Looks cooler that way, anyways."
"I'm just sad your mega Christian conservative family never taught you how to take care of them," You snickered, "Learning from Nick of all people.."
"Oh, shut up," He lightly smacked your arm as the two of you began to walk to his door, "You ready to go?"
You nodded and flashed a thumbs-up, "Ready."
Walking through the house didn't take long, but you did have to dodge a flying slipper from Blake, who was on the couch watching anime. You flipped him off as Isaac lightly scolded him for it, but you made it to the front door in one piece.
The two of you hopped into Isaac's car. You got settled into the passenger seat as Isaac turned on the car, pulling out of the driveway. You turned on your music, at Isaac's request, as you made the commute to the shopping mall area.
Pulling into the parking lot, you and Isaac got out of the car and you walked with your hand in his towards the first store. His eyes flitted around, and you gave his hand a reassuring squeeze. "You're faceless, Isaac. They don't know."
"I know, it's just a little weird sometimes," He laments, "Even if there's almost no chance anybody could recognize me, I still get.. anxious about it. Doesn't help I'm so tall."
"They won't," You looked at him with a smile, "Plus, there's a lot of tall dudes. None as hot as you, though."
Isaac shook his head and snickered, but seemed a little more relaxed as you walked in the store together. It was more of a beauty store, and you broke away from Isaac to look at the necklaces. Isaac headed towards the watches.
As you sifted through the necklaces, your eye caught onto one section. It was a bunch of beautiful silver necklaces with initials on them. Your eyes darted back over to Isaac to make sure he wasn't looking as you slipped two into your hand. You found a store employee who was happy enough to box them up in small gift boxes.
You walked back over after making sure there wasn't anything else you wanted, seeing Isaac with a watch in his hand. It was beautiful, slightly minimalist but also with enough flare that you know Isaac would like. He looked to you with a smile. "You think it would look good?"
"I think it's great," You looked a little closer, a little in awe of its quality, "Thing looks expensive. But, you'd look good in it."
"I think so, too," Isaac nodded as he called over a worker and had them box one up for him. His eyes looked to the boxes in your hands with an intrigued look on his face. "What do you have there?"
"Nothing you get to know about yet," You said with a small grin.
He shook his head as he brought the boxes over to the register, paying for them and handing your boxes back to you. "Fine. Keep secrets from me, then. What's next? Do you watch Chainsaw Man with Tanner or something?"
"Worse," You laughed, "It's a watch party. Tanner, Nick, Blake, Larry, we even have Grunk on discord with us. We're literally only leaving you out."
"How dare you.." He scoffed, but his feigned anger turned into a big smile when he saw a store, "Wait, can we go get some shoes?"
"You have an addiction, Isaac."
You were quite lucky, by the time you had left the shoe store Isaac only had three new pairs. One of which he had picked out for you, and bought it before you had a chance to tell him no. That was one of the downsides of him knowing your measurements for everything: he bought shit for you even if you wanted to tell him no. Of course, if you genuinely hated something, he wouldn't.
Only a few stores later, the two of you called it a day on the shopping. You had a few new outfit components, one pair of shoes from Isaac, and the necklaces. They'd make for a great anniversary present.
You did your best to act as normally as you could as you got everything out of the car and into the house. It was a lot easier when Tanner came over and pestered the two of you, asking if you had gotten anything for him. He was dismayed when you had to let him down.
The rest of the night went smoothly, chilling in Isaac's room watching anime, cuddled up under the covers. He eventually had to work on a video, but told you that he had his schedule completely cleared for the next day. He never would miss an anniversary.
Unfortunately, you couldn't find the willpower to stay up until he came back to bed. Although you fell asleep alone, you woke up to being held by Isaac when the morning sun was fully up. Isaac smiled at you as you turned to him, resting you head on his chest.
"Happy anniversary, baby," You heard him say in his morning voice.
You looked up at him, doing your damnedest to keep your eyes open. "Happy anniversary, Isaac."
He sat up just slightly so he could look down and see your face, and you saw his tired smile. "Do you want to grab breakfast? I could pick up your drink order and get us some food."
"Usually I'd stay home, but," You stretched out your arms and sat up fully, "I've got something for us to wear out."
He raised a brow, a small smirk on his lips. "Oh yeah? What's that?"
"Not yet," You pulled yourself from his bed and shook your head, "Get dressed."
He nodded, following you out of bed and over to his dresser. "Any specific dress code for picking up some breakfast?"
"For our six-month anniversary? If I get to pick, put on one of your slutty tank tops."
"They're not slutty!"
"Sure."
He shook his head, finding a black tank top and pulling it on. He slipped into a pair of light-gray, if not off-white, sweatpants. You got dressed for the casual occasion, making some looks over at your boyfriend and admiring the way his arms looked in the tank top. They were drool worthy.
Once the two of you were ready to leave, Isaac looked to you expectantly. "Well then, I'm all dressed. What are you adding to the outfit?"
You grinned. "Well.." You reached into the bedside table and pulled out the two boxes you had picked up the day before. They held the necklaces you bought, but you quickly peeked in them to figure out which one was yours before holding your hand out with his necklace box in it. "Find out."
He picked the box out of your hand, which looked even tinier in his giant palm. He slowly opened the box and his expression was generally unreadable for a few seconds before a big smile spread across his face. "Is this.."
"My initial," You finished his sentence as you put on the "I" necklace, "And I got one with yours."
He took a few more seconds in shocked silence before he slowly put it on, fidgeting with the letter a bit. "Was this what you bought us yesterday?"
"Yeah," You flushed a little, "I wanted to be able to tell the world you're mine, and I'm yours. A little anniversary gift."
Isaac approached you slowly, the smile never leaving his face. "You're mine, and I'm yours," He repeated, "I like that."
"I know you do," You wrapped your arms around his waist, pulling him in close, "That's why I love you."
He grinned as he leaned down to you, pressing a kiss to your lips softly. "I love you too. Happy anniversary, baby."
You buried your face in his chest, taking in his scent. "Can we get out of here? I'm hungry as hell."
He snickered as he took your hand, leading you out of the room just as he did the day before. Your fingers laced together, feeling warm and content in his presence. "Of course. Anything for you."

Dinner Mix-Up
Larissa Weems x Reader
This is a super special birthday story for my wifey @funky--lesbian. She was the one who gave me the idea and I'm simply writing it out for her. It was so wonderful meeting you IRL Tuesday <3
She had been insanely busy. So busy that she was coming home late in the evenings, long after you retired to bed. In the mornings, she left before you woke, needing to get into the office before she had any students cause trouble during the moments she slept. You could tell Larissa was running herself into the ground.
With the arrival of the Addams’ girl and her family, not to mention the beast on the loose, Larissa was at wit's end with the school year. Time and time again, you tried reminding yourself that this semester was one of the worst the headmistress had ever seen, but you couldn’t help but feel forgotten about, in a way. She was always so tired and completely unwilling to share the burden with you, making it nearly impossible to support your girlfriend.
Two days prior, you waited up for her, watching her trudge into the bedroom, strip herself of her clothes, and crawl into bed. Sleepily, you gather her into your arms and gently dance around your feelings as you pull the pins from her hair, “I missed you so much today, darling. I wondered if you would like to go on a date with me on Friday?”
“Mhmm... I would love that. I miss you.” Larissa hummed, happy to have her hair loosened and her face buried into your chest.
“How about that sweet little Italian restaurant that just opened in Burlington?” You scooch yourself down in bed, keeping your arm around her. The two of you had been dating for years, Larissa always keeping you level-headed while you helped her find peace on her craziest of days.
You could tell she was on the verge of sleep from how her breathing began to slow just a bit, her grip around you loosening a tad, “Mmokay, darling... I’ll call tomorrow for reservations...”
Pressing a kiss to her forehead, you whisper, “I love you.”
“I love you too...” She mumbled back, nuzzling her face into you before going still. You knew it would be just a few moments before she was sleeping, which made you smile in the fact that she was at peace. Even this short conversation was making you feel closer to Larissa, settling many of your worries about the two of you growing apart.
Well, that was until you got to the restaurant and waited... and waited... and waited.
You sat in the restaurant like a fool for over an hour. Larissa hadn’t even bothered to call or respond to any of your attempts at communication.
At first, you drove home fuming, ready to give Larissa Weems a piece of your mind upon returning home, but when you entered and Larissa was nowhere to be found, you broke down. You couldn’t help yourself when you curled up on the couch and wept as Larissa had absolutely broken your heart.
Was a relationship just too much for Larissa right now? Perhaps Larissa was reminded of her old feelings for her roommate with Parents Weekend two weekends ago? Or maybe she didn’t really mean it when she said she loved you? There was always the chance she was saying it out of habit and it had lost all meaning to her.
All of your ruminating had you spiraling. Your whole body shook from the sobs and the decorative pillow on the couch was soaked with your tears. How could you and Larissa have fallen this far? You would do anything to make her love you as she once had.
The front door opened with a jolt, Larissa slamming it behind herself when she saw your form sitting on the couch. With her deep rapid breaths and the way her eyes narrowed in on you, she was in an absolute rage, “Where were you?!”
“Where was I?! Where have you been? What is wrong with me?” You began to verbalize your spiraling, shouting straight back at your girlfriend, deeply conflicted by your feelings of anger and sadness, “I just don’t know what I can do to make you love me! I can- I can be different. I can change. What do you want from me? Do you want me to be more like Morticia? I’ll do whatever you want... Please... I love you...”
“Nothing is wrong with you! I just waited like a fool for hours and you didn’t show up!” Larissa circled the couch and dropped onto the cushion next to you, ready to argue. Her brows furrow at the mention of Morticia’s name, the sight of you weeping so openly bringing tears to the woman’s eyes, “I don’t know why you even mention her! I love you, not her.”
“What do you mean I didn’t show up? You didn’t show up!”
“I was sitting there at a beautiful, romantic, candlelit dinner waiting for you! You are the one who bothered not to show!”
“Candle-lit? The place isn’t that fancy! Don’t pretend you were there!”
“It’s a five-star restaurant! What do you mean it isn’t fancy?” Larissa’s tears were fading into a cry-laugh, her anger fading into an amused confusion. She reached into her coat pocket, pulling a handkerchief to dab at your tears.
You spoke with a slight shake to your voice, “We went to different restaurants... Didn’t we?” Her soft laughter began to make you laugh, coming to realize that you had been at different restaurants, standing one another up while being stood up. Larissa’s beautiful hand reaching out, coming to grasp your face.
You dove forwards, wrapping your arms around Larissa’s middle, and felt her arms hold you tight. Her tone was thick with regret, “I think we did.”
“I’m sorry, Riss...” You mumbled into her neck, the floodgates had opened and all of your emotions were ready to come pouring out. There was so much you had kept from Larissa during the previous months and now you were ready to divulge it all with her.
“Honey, it was just one big misunderstanding...” Your girlfriend attempted to soothe you once more, hand to the back of your head as she cooed to you, worried you still felt guilt for the switch-up.
Gripping her a little tighter, you crawled into Larissa’s lap, spilling your heart to the woman before you in hopes she could come to understand all that you had been feeling, “No... I’m sorry that life has just been so much recently. I’m sorry you are overworked and that I can’t do anything to help you.”
“Darling...” Larissa gathered your face in her hands, thumbs stroking your cheeks, “You keep me sane. Coming home to you each night... Just seeing you in bed waiting for me is... everything. From all of this, the one thing I’ve realized is how I can’t live without you.”
Her words were an incredible comfort to hear as you returned the sentiment, “I can’t live without you. I love you so much, Larissa.” You turned your face into her hand, pressing a kiss to her palm, your eyes not leaving hers.
The headmistress chuckled, shaking her head as you hadn’t quite understood where she was going with her thoughts. Her hands on your face dropped, one coming to grasp your hand while the other reached into her jacket pocket, her gaze was more intense this time, “No... Darling... I truly cannot live without you.”
You finally understood when your eyes gazed down and saw the small box at Larissa’s fingertips. The beating of your own heart became rapid as you could hardly comprehend what was happening in this moment. After all of this, all of the pain and heartache you put yourself through, your girlfriend, your love, your everything wanted to marry you.
“Rissa...?” You questioned, still not able to fully understand how she could be proposing after all of this.
“Marry me... Please. I can’t live without you.” Larissa wasn't quite asking as much as she was pleading with you. She needed to know you would be by her side always. To be her peace and bring her sanity in the darkest times of her job.
You must have confused the woman as you shook your head ‘no’ out of pure disbelief, but your words quickly countered your actions, “Yes, yes, a million times yes.” Rather than put the ring on your finger, you dove into Larissa’s arms, tackling her to the couch and pressing a deep, loving kiss to her lips.
Tonight had been a rollercoaster, but you knew Larissa had been your rock and now she would be until death do you part.

hiiii can u do a best friends to lovers with kenan😝
; 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 - 𝘬.𝘺𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘻 ✮
summary: the req😛
warnings: male being a male
author’s note: I didnt know what to write so I decided to make yet another man look bad xx
You sat on the edge of your bed, staring blankly at your phone. It was late, but you felt wide awake, your heart heavy with the weight of betrayal.
Just a few hours ago, you had learned that your boyfriend, Amir, had cheated on you. The news had hit like a punch to the gut, leaving you reeling.
You had tried to take things slow with Amir, wanting to build a genuine connection first. But instead of understanding, he had found someone else—someone who was willing to jump into the physical side of the relationship without hesitation.
The tears had come quickly, and despite the hurt, you felt too numb to cry. As the night wore on, you could hear your phone buzzing with messages from friends checking in. But it was Kenan, your best friend, who you wished would just show up without asking. He always knew when you needed him—it had been that way since little.
You heard a soft knock on the door, and your heart lifted slightly. “Hey, it’s me,” Kenan called, his voice warm and familiar.
Without waiting for an answer, he opened the door and stepped inside, a worried look on his face. “I heard what happened. Are you okay?”
You shook your head, fighting back the tears that threatened to spill over. “Not really.”
Kenan crossed the room and sat down beside you, his presence a comforting balm on your wounded heart. “You didn’t deserve that.” He looked at you, his eyes filled with empathy. “Do you want to talk about it?”
You sighed, resting your head against the wall. “It’s just… I didn’t want to rush into anything with Amir. I thought he understood, but he just… he didn’t care.”
Kenan’s expression hardened, a flash of anger crossing his features. “You deserve someone who respects you and your boundaries. He’s an idiot for not seeing how amazing you are.”
The sincerity in his voice made you feel a flicker of hope, and you managed a small smile.
“Thanks, Kenan, but maybe I should’ve just done what he wanted,” you murmured, feeling the weight of guilt settle over you.
“Don’t say that,” Kenan replied firmly. “You should never have to change who you are for someone else. You deserve someone who appreciates you for you.”
“Let’s go grab some ice cream. It’ll help, I promise,” he suggested, a bright smile breaking through your sadness. You could never resist that smile; it always had a way of lifting your spirits.
You laughed softly, appreciating his effort to cheer you up. “That actually sounds perfect.”
As you walked together to the nearby ice cream shop, you shared stories and laughter, even managing to forget about the pain for a little while.
Kenan was always good at making you feel better, and you cherished the friendship you two had built over the years.
He was the one who had been there for you through breakups, academic stress, and family issues, always knowing just what to say to lift you up.
Once you arrived, you ordered your favorite flavors, and he insisted on treating you. “Hm,” he hummed, handing you a cone piled high with your favorite flavor.
“Thanks, Kenan. You’re the best,” you said, genuinely touched by his kindness.
As you sat on a bench outside the shop, sharing your ice cream, Kenan’s gaze was serious, and you could sense that he had something weighing on his mind.
“Listen, I need to tell you something,” he began, looking a bit nervous. You raised an eyebrow, curious.
“I know you’re hurting right now, and I don’t want to complicate things, but I’ve liked you for a long time. I just didn’t know how to tell you.”
You paused mid-bite, your heart racing.
Kenan liked you?
The thought sent a rush of confusion through you. “Kenan, I… I don’t know what to say. I just got out of a relationship.”
“I get that. I really do. But I’ve watched you go through so much, and I can’t help but want to be there for you, in more ways than just friends. I care about you, like, a lot. And I just wanted you to know, uh.” he confessed, his eyes searching yours for a response.
You felt a mix of emotions—sadness from the recent heartbreak and the surprising warmth that came from Kenan’s admission.
“I care about you too, Kenan. You’re one of my closest friends. But I’m not sure if I’m ready for anything more right now.”
“I understand,” he said, a hint of disappointment flashing across his face. “I just wanted to be honest with you. I’m here for you, no matter what you need.”
“Can we just take things slow? I don’t want to lose you as a friend,” you replied, relief washing over you as you saw the understanding in his eyes.
“Of course. Friends first, right?” he said, a soft smile returning to his face. “But just know, whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here.”
;;
That night, you talked until the stars filled the sky, sharing dreams, fears, and laughter. For the first time in days, you felt a glimmer of hope. Kenan’s presence made the pain a little more bearable, and you realized just how much he meant to you.
As the weeks passed, Kenan was a constant source of support, helping you navigate the emotional aftermath of your breakup.
He would bring you flowers, surprise you with little gifts, and make you laugh until your stomach hurt. The bond between you deepened, and you started to see him in a new light.
One evening, as you were sitting in your favorite café, sipping hot chocolate, you caught him staring at you with a soft smile. “What?” you asked, a playful grin on your face.
“Just thinking about how lucky I am to have you in my life,” he said, his voice sincere. “I never want to lose this.”
“Me neither,” you replied, feeling your cheeks heat up. “You’ve been amazing, Kenan.”
He leaned closer, his expression serious again. “I meant what I said. I really like you, and I want to be there for you, not just as a friend but as someone who cares deeply.”
You took a deep breath, your heart racing. “I’ve been thinking about it too. Maybe we could give it a try? When I’m ready, I mean.”
A huge smile broke across Kenan’s face, and he nodded eagerly. “Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be right here.”
With that, the two of you finished your drinks, the air between you charged with unspoken possibilities. As you left the café hand in hand, you felt a sense of excitement flutter in your chest.
Maybe this was the beginning of something beautiful..
Days turned into weeks, and your relationship with Kenan blossomed. He made you feel cherished and valued, and you began to realize that the friendship you had once shared had transformed into something more profound and meaningful—the more time you spent together, the more you understood how well you complemented each other.
One night, as you walked through a park, the moonlight casting a gentle glow around you, Kenan stopped to face you. “I know things have been complicated, but I want you to know that you mean everything to me. I’m so glad we took this opportunity.”
Your heart swelled at his words, and you smiled up at him. “I feel the same way, Kenan. You’ve helped me heal in ways I didn’t think were possible.”
He stepped closer, his voice dropping to a whisper. “Can I kiss you?”
With a soft nod, you leaned in, feeling his lips brush against yours for the first time. It was sweet, tender, and everything you had hoped for. As you pulled back, your eyes sparkled with joy, and Kenan’s smile mirrored your own.
From that moment on, you knew that your journey from friends to lovers had been worth every step. You had found someone who truly cared for you, and in his arms, you felt safe, loved, and ready to embrace the future together.

Piece of You (The Mandalorian x reader)
Masterlist | Playlist
Warnings: fluff, you might fall in love with Mando if you haven’t already
Word Count: 1.1k
A/N: Thank you so much for 500 followers!! Wrote this cuz I love this tin can and I kinda just wanna kiss his big, sexy stupid helmet. Also I’m sad rn but the show must go on :’)
Grogu cooed gleefully as he watched the evening light refract from the stone on your wedding ring. He was clearly fascinated by the way the light bounced around the hull of the razor crest. You smile into his wrinkly green head as he grabs your fingers, bouncing happily on your lap.
You were waiting for your husband with bated breath. He was out, bounty hunting again, something you’ve grown used to over the past few years. But today he was late, and he had promised you that he would be back at noon.
Being married to Din Djarin had its own set of hurdles that you had to learn to get past. One of the main things you still haven’t gotten through was your husband’s untimely working schedule. You certainly understood the complications of bounty hunting but the familiar anxiety hits you as you glance up to see the evening sun setting, its departure casting a golden glow over Grogu and you.
As light slowly faded, you got dinner ready for your child and not before long he was sound asleep in your arms, tiny fingers gripping your tunic. A clan of three, Din had whispered with a smile when he had proposed to you. You vowed to care for this kid as your own and you loved him very much knowing that he was just an extension of Din.
You glance outside once more for Din but no sign of him. You sigh and get up, rocking the child slightly and placing him into his cot with a little stuffed Blurrg that you made not too long ago. Just as you placed the stuffed Blurrg down with Grogu, you hear the whoosh of the front entrance and the stomp of big boots. You smile, turning to see your husband, expecting him to remove his helmet and give you his usual kiss but he just walks past you.
You blink as he removes his helmet and sets it on the dining table, trying to figure out what had just occurred. You gather your bearings and glare at him as he walks straight into the refresher without even giving you a glance.
“Di'kut,” you murmur to his retreating figure. Suddenly, you look back at his shiny helmet and an evil thought crosses your mind. You quickly grabbed your reddest lipstick and instantly got to work.
You wiped the helmet clean with a cloth before slathering lipstick on your lips. You kissed every single shiny bit of beskar until it was covered in red smooches. Giggling at your creation, you wiped your lips, setting the helmet down and you quickly walked to your sleeping quarters.
You pretended to be asleep the second you heard the shower turning off. About thirty seconds later, your ears were happy to hear a loud sigh coming from where you had left Din’s helmet. One thing you loved about your husband was that he never overtly reacted to anything and his toned down reactions made any situation funnier than it actually was.
Your lips tried to betray you by curling upwards and you felt like you were fighting with the Maker as you tried to keep it together when you heard Din’s footsteps coming towards you.
“Cyar'ika, what in the world have you done to my helmet” he sighed again.
You kept your back turned to him, still fighting the urge to giggle.
“Did I do something wrong?”
Instantly, you turn to him with a grimace on your face. There your husband was, holding his decorated helmet, a big fluffy towel wrapped around his waist and a look of slight indignation was sewn into his handsome features.
“Ah,” he said as he set the helmet on the bedside as he scanned your face.
“They don’t teach you how to treat your wife as part of your training, Mando?” you pout as he smiles down at you.
He suddenly tackles you, kissing you all over. Wet droplets scattered all over your face as the curls on top of his head shook. You squirm and laugh but Din cages you with his larger frame and you’re trapped.
“I’m sorry baby, I just really needed the shower.” he said, his damp hair soaking your linen shirt as he laid his head into your chest.
You wrap your arms around him and cling to him like your life depended on it. He noticed the pressure in how you held him and he reassuringly brought a hand up to cup your face.
“Hey, I’ll always come back to you. No matter what. I made that promise and I intend to keep my word.” He whispers as he looks up at you.
“Really?” you ask despite knowing what his answer will be.
“Of course.” He said, nuzzling back into your chest.
After a few beats of comfortable silence, you smile.
“You'll have to wear that to work tomorrow.” you said, pettiness lacing your voice. “No buts.”
“Hey-“
“It's just a piece of me with you, you know, for a while until it fades away.” you say, truth edging your voice on.
“I already have a piece of you with me, cyar'ika.” He says, holding your hand and placing it onto his chest, right above where his heart beats. “This here belongs to you, and only you.”
You and him stayed like that for a while, you feeling the weight of his hand against yours and the soft thump of his heart, playing a melody that would only be music to your very own soul. Your other hand finds its way up to cup his jaw, his scraggly beard soft and fluffy under your touch.
You stared lovingly at the man before you. You thought about the first time you saw him without the beskar and the usual combat gear, how he surrendered it all for you, showing his vulnerability in the purest form he could find.
Nevertheless, you had the right to be mad.
“That’s cute, sugar curls, you’re not getting away with this, not even your sweet words can save you now, Mando.” you said, patting his chest.
A dark look passed his eyes, one that would usually be masked by the helmet. You most definitely caught the look and you shrank back slightly, wondering whether you had taken it too far.
“I was just joking, I’ll go clean it-” Din silenced you with a hand to your mouth.
“You wanna show everyone that I’m yours, huh?” He leaned down and whispered in your ear.
You nod, unable to find any coherent words in your brain to comprehend the pressure of his hand on your mouth.
“Only for you then, cyar'ika.” he breathes, kissing the shell of your ear.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
“I’m not even going to ask about your beskar decorations today, Mando.” Cara chuckled, trying to keep a straight face. “But if I had to pick out a wild guess, I’m gonna go with angry wife?”
Din nodded and smiled at the thought of your mischiefs. Cara patted his shoulder understandingly as several giggles erupted from the other end of the canteen.
“Wouldn’t have it any other way.”

since you play Fallout 4 without fast travel and with an emphasis on immersion, have you played or considered playing on survival mode? because like, I'm someone who doesn't care for survival mechanics in games much at all, but I love Fallout 4's it's honestly really well implemented and honestly feels like it could be the intended experience, everything is just that much more immersive and surviving the Commonwealth feels that much more rewarding as a result. i'd say, maybe at least give it a chance if you haven't, it really is a game changer
I spent most of yesterday doing all the Institute quests and finishing the main campaign since Dana had been trying to do something without confronting them directly, but eventually she decided there was no other way. I did a BUNCH of quests in a short amount of time, and it took a few months of in-game time that went by in a few hours, which I decided the canon reason for was Dana knowingly putting herself in the most dangerous position in the entire Commonwealth, working as a Railroad double agent in the institute while under heavy scrutiny, and so a lot of it was happening all at once and pretty impossible to process. For this time she had to leave Piper behind for a few months, as she didn't want her getting hurt, and all of this pressure and responsibility was an extreme toll on her, resulting in her memory of her time working for the Institute being a blur.
There was a really powerful character moment while Dana was in power-armor, walking out to capture a synth for the institute, very rainy and dark on an overcast night walking through a field way out of town, and a couple of raiders tried to ambush her. And as she stood still there, watching through her rain-covered visor, letting them strike her with their pool cues and having their .38 bullets ricochet off of her advanced stolen military hardware suit of armor, she reflected on how a year ago, when she came-to, these guys were the biggest of her problems. She used to get a kick out of scheming around these guys and outsmarting them. But now, after caving in the skull of one of these two with a single swing of her baseball bat and looking at his terrified partner, still frantically swinging his crude weapon as before, but now with a much deeper desperation and fear, perhaps knowing that he's going to die over what he thought was going to be an easy score, Dana has a lot to think about. About how her heart is that of a Wanderer, but how sad and scared it made her that she may never be able to walk through the Commonwealth as an equal again. She wasn't scared of being famous, she knew word didn't travel like that for just anyone in the wasteland. She was just scared that she may never encounter anything that surprised her again, and that prospect was terrifying to her. The idea of being too complete in her understanding of the world.
Anyway, all that is to say: I think I'm nearing the end of Dana's story in the Commonwealth, and if I play again I've got an idea for a new character (a piece of shit) who is gonna be on survival difficulty!

A Perfect Puzzle Piece (Sam Winchester x Reader fluff)
Request:
More Sam Winchester Fluff pwease? I need more soft boy Sam lol. I’ll leave the story up to you
Pairing: Sam x Reader
Warnings: I mean period pains I guess? Other then that just fluff :)
Word count: 837
Note: Wrote this few years ago. Like/ reblog or both if you like it :)
Your head hit the soft pillow as your tired body went under the freshly washed covers of the bed you shared with your other puzzle piece. Sadly he wasn’t there to spread his arms so you could fit into his body perfectly. Out and about, he was working with his big brother, trying to find a way to stop The Darkness from completely destroying the world you once saw as beautiful. The truth was the world was now nothing but ugly and dark, you were just lucky to have found a little bit of light in Sam and Dean. You would always go with them but being a woman came with one little thing-periods and period craps. Every month you’d have those sharp waves of pain that were at times unbearable. Today was one of those days…you woke up and immediately wanted to die. It was a perfect morning….
The pain, the ugly feeling knowing a pad is between your legs and the feeling like you were heavier twice your actually weight plus the unexpected acne…It was like that time you almost got killed by a demon. The motherfucker got you good until Sam jammed a knife in his heart. Ah good times…
You were in so much pain you couldn’t get up, and you tried. At one point you were crying wishing desperately you were a man but it was useless. You took the pain meds and even took a shower hoping hot water would calm the situation but it didn’t. Sam and Dean got worried as always, even though you told them a million times first days were always the most painful for you. Finally you convinced them to go and do their research wherever that might be and just to leave you to sleep off this whole situation. And that’s what you did…Spending a whole day in bed with Sam’s scent all over the sheets wasn’t so bad after all. You hugged his pillow inhaled the sweet smell of his shampoo not thinking of the blood war between your legs, and for just few minutes the pain stopped and you got to close your eyes, drifting to dream land faster than Dean running towards pie. After you woke up, you were pain free but still alone. Even though he was out for only a couple of hours you missed him and the loneliness kicked in.
“When will you come home? I miss you.” You texted him.
Few seconds later your phone buzzed. “Tonight. We can’t find Crowley, this whole trip was useless. I miss you too. How’re you feeling?”
“The pain is gone for now but I’m sad and I don’t know why.” You press send.
Few seconds later… “It’s okay to be sad. We will be home soon, I promise.”
“I love you Sammy.”
“I love you too. See you soon.”
That was at 6pm that day.
The rest of the day you, of course, spent in bed watching old movies on Sam’s laptop until you got a headache and decided to go and sleep at 2am. It felt like you had spent that whole day working; you were drained, still sad and just done with life and motherfucking nature. You just needed Sam and his hugs.
At the end he kept his promise. He came back with Dean at around 3am while you were already fast asleep. He took a quick shower got into his pajamas and without a sound joined you. He wrapped his arm around your waist as you slowly drifted back to reality. He placed small kissed on your neck sending shivers all over your body. When you realized your perfect puzzle piece was back you slowly opened your eyes and turned around to face him, snuggling against his warm body.
“You’re back.” You mumbled, feeling a genuine wave of happiness consuming you.
“Hey.” He smiled. “Sorry I woke you up. How’re you feeling?”
“I’m glad you did. Still feel like crap, but better. How was the trip?”
“Useless and tiring. “ He said as his long fingers were playing with your messy and now tangled bed hair. “I missed you.”
“I missed you too.” Feeling safest as you can possibly be, right there in his arms, with your heart beating fast and your cheeks blushing uncontrollably, your legs went between his as your body climbed on top of him while your lips kissed him hungrily. “Cuddle me.”
Sam gasped by surprise and laughed, feeling your body against his. That’s how pure bliss and comfort looks. That’s how love looks like. It was dark as it can possibly be, but you could still see the beautiful lines on his face and his breath taking hazel eyes glowed in the same darkness. The same could be said about him, your features and silhouette were still visible. His hand brushed away your hair so he could study you more.
“I love you.” He said. “I can’t believe I found you.”
“To the moon and back Sammy.” You said and kissed him again.

Too Late?///Yang Jungwon
You had been friends with Jungwon for about a year. In that time, mentally at least, it felt like you had gone through the five stages of grief. Mainly because over the time you had become friends, you had developed feelings for him. He was kind and always so considerate of you and just about everyone else in his inner circle. Not to mention he had that leader aura around him, he was just so responsible and interesting to watch. Who wouldn’t catch feelings?
Problem was, you were 99% sure that he didn’t reciprocate your feelings. He was sweet and caring, but not just towards you. He was like that with everybody…So how could you be sure he was giving you “extra” attention or sending you secret love signals?
About three months ago, while out with Jungwon getting coffee you thought, just for a second, that there was a possibility of him viewing you as more than a friend. “You know my friend Gabby right?”, you asked, glancing up from the table to look at him. He had a hat on, trying to keep the sun out of his eyes since we were sitting outside. Both of you had been busy with your respective jobs, so this particular day was more of a catch up. He squinted, something he seemed to do when he was thinking, before responding back with a. “I think so…”
“She wants me to go out with her and her boyfriend next Friday, they want to introduce me to this guy…”, you tried to sound nonchalant. Your thought process was that maybe, just maybe if there was a potential “threat”, Jungwon might make a move. You tried to analyze his face, look for any crack of emotion. Surprise, sadness, shock, anger? Jungwon was silent for a few seconds, but he did raise his eyebrows, which you didn’t know how to interpret.
“She’s setting you up on a date?”, he laughed, throwing his head back. You rolled your eyes as you waited for him to calm himself down.
“It’s not that funny Jungwon…”
“Yeah it is. I can’t imagine you going on a blind date. You’ll never show, you’d get too nervous.”, he explained, staring into your eyes intently.
“That’s not true!”, you exclaimed, “I’m…I’m actually really looking forward to it”, you lied, turning your head to the side so you didn’t have to look at him. Though he didn’t encourage you to go on the date, he still didn’t tell you anything of substance. Specifically something like, Go out with me instead.
“Well, I am going on the date, I just wanted to tell you since we’re friends and that’s what friends do.”, he got quiet as he picked up his drink and took a sip. When he put it back down, he opened his mouth, like he was going to say something, but then he seemed to change his mind.
“What?”, you questioned. “You were about to say something”.
“No, it’s nothing”, he responded. You didn’t understand why he was being so evasive.
“Jungwon, I’m gonna annoy you until you tell me.”,you whined.. “Please, please, what is it”, you started to plead, but then he cut you off.
“Alright, alright. I don’t think you should go, that’s all. It’s a waste of time. There might be someone better.”, Still being evasive. But you’d be lying if you didn’t admit, it was sort of what you wanted to hear. But still, you couldn’t be completely sure.
“Um, who? You know someone who’s interested?”you probed.
“Maybe”, he said slyly.
“Who?”, you asked again. Maybe this was it, maybe he did have feelings for you. So, it wasn’t all in your head?
“I don’t know, I think I have a friend who mentioned you once, but I don’t remember who.” And with that, you felt your heart sink. Either he was telling the truth, or he didn’t want to admit to anything. Either way, you were stuck. Some people might have just right then and there confessed to him. And part of you wanted to do just that. Tell Jungwon how you felt. But, you started out as friends and if he rejected you, that not only meant you’d end up with a bruised ego, but probably would end up losing him as a friend. That was a risk you weren’t willing to take.
The next day, you relayed your conversation to Jungwon to Gabby.
“You know he likes you, right? I mean…it’s obvious.”, she explained as we sat on her bed. You sighed and shook your head.
“I don’t think so. I feel like if he did, he would’ve said it by now.” Gabby side-eyed me as she sat up.
“Girl, that was his way of saying it. This is the same guy that buys you random things when he goes on trips and then when you ask why he got you gifts, he says that he was thinking of you. That’s something a guy would do if he’s interested in you! Shit, my own boyfriend doesn’t do that…” You laughed, but had to admit that Gabby had a point.
“Ugh”, you covered your face with a pillow, “Then what do I do? Should I go out with your friend? I mean, I told Jungwon and he didn’t seem to be that bothered. He told me that he has a friend who’s interested in me. I feel like I’m being auctioned off or something…”
“What friend?”Gabby asked, “Does he have a name.”you uncovered your face and looked up at her.
“No, he didn’t give me a name.”
“That’s because HE is the friend. He made it up to buy himself time.”
And you truly believed that.
But, the date came and went. But surprisingly, you actually hit it off with this friend of Gabby’s. He was sweet, seemed really interested and for once, got your mind off of Jungwon. So the next morning, you woke up to a text from Jungwon asking how it went. When you responded back explaining that you really liked this new guy, Jungwon simply sent back an eye roll.
And now, it’s been three months. You now had a boyfriend that wasn’t Jungwon. And you thought that you were over him. So when he reached out for your annual coffee catch up, you thought it was just that, a catch up.
You did the same routine as always. You met up outside, went in and ordered and then sat at the same table back outside. You started off by asking about the tour that was coming up, to which he dismissed rather quickly.
“So, I guess you have a boyfriend now…”, he said hesitantly. “Are you happy?”, he questioned.
“What do you mean?”, you responded back.
“Well, I don’t know, sometimes you aren’t happy in a relationship. Maybe if it’s not the right person…” The minute he said it, you felt like you had a weight in your stomach.
“Jungwon, what are you implying? You haven’t even met him yet?”
“I don’t want to meet him.”, he snapped.
“Why? Aren’t you happy for me? I mean, I’ve wanted to be in a relationship for a long time.”
“If you wanted one, why didn’t you ask me?”, he yelled. I stared at him in shock. All this time and I was right?
“Why didn’t you ever say anything Jungwon? Now I’m with someone else…”
“I didn’t want to ruin our friendship if you didn’t feel the same way.”
“That’s why I didn’t say anything either…”
{A/N: Dudes, I have writers block, which is why you haven't heard from me in over a month, but I felt bad so I write this last night. By no means is this my best work (duh), but...it's something and it's pretty dialogue heavy. Maybe I'll make a part two if anyone likes this. I know I don't normally write for Enhypen, but XO slapped lmao, I keep listening to it. And I gotta admit, I kinda have a crush on Jungwon lmao. So, yeah, that's why you're getting this fic. Hope everyone has a lovely day/night/ whenever!, I do have a request that I haven't written yet, which should come out soon, so if you sent it in, I promise that I will eventually write that for you. Peace yall✌️}
P.S. If there's typos, I'll come back and edit later
