BOSS
PARING: SEOK-WOO X READER
Summary: You made a mistake by correcting him in a meeting, now you must face the consequences.
Warning: (18+), coarse language, unprotected sex (wrap it before you touch it!), piv, desk sex, office sex.
Working for Seok-woo wasn't easy. He was demanding, punctual, meticulous to the point of seeming like a machine designed for success. Ever since I was assigned as his personal assistant, my days were marked by his schedule. But over time, I learned there was more to it than that. There was more behind his firm voice, more in his silences.
He was tall, broad-shouldered, with the elegant bearing of a man accustomed to being obeyed. His always dark, perfectly tailored suits contrasted with his serious, controlled expression. His black hair fell impeccably over his forehead, his lips were straight, and his dark eyes left no room for misinterpretation. He didn't tolerate mistakes, much less disrespect.
And yet, I had done it.
That day, during a meeting with the executives, I inadvertently interrupted him.
—With all due respect, Director Seok-woo, the data you mentioned is from the previous quarter,—I said, concentrating on the reports.
Silence.
His gaze fixed on me. Tense. Cold.
He nodded, barely, and continued with the presentation without correcting me or showing any emotion.
But I noticed it.
And I knew I wouldn't let it go.
That night, the office lights were dim. Everyone had already left. I was finishing organizing some documents when my cell phone vibrated. His name appeared on the screen.
—Come to my office,—he ordered simply. I grabbed the papers and, almost instinctively, the bento box I'd ordered in case he forgot dinner.
I walked to his office in silence, the echo of my footsteps echoing through the empty hallways.
Knock.
—Go ahead! —he said in a low voice.
I walked in and saw him. He was leaning against his desk, his back turned, talking on the phone. He was smiling.
A real smile.
—Of course, honey. Tell Grandma I'll pick you up tomorrow. I love you. —he said, and when he turned around, he saw me. The smile disappeared immediately.
—See you, princess —he added before hanging up the call.
—Here are the documents you requested—I murmured, approaching—. And I brought him something for dinner. I thought… he hadn't eaten.
He nodded without looking at me.
—Thank you.
I turned to leave, but I'd barely taken a step when his hand caught my wrist. Hard. It didn't hurt, but his grip was clear: he wasn't going to let me go.
He stood up, his imposing figure dwarfing everything around me. He walked slowly until my back hit his desk. His body was facing mine. Almost touching.
—Who gave you permission to correct me in front of my managers?
His voice was low. Deep. A whisper laden with tension.
—I… just wanted to help—I said, feeling the warmth of his closeness.
—Help? —His face was dangerously close to mine—. You think that was helpful? You contradicted me. You challenged me. Is that how you want me to see you? As someone who challenges me in front of everyone?
—It wasn't my intention… —I whispered.
He laughed, without humor.
—Always so obedient, so proper… until today. I wonder if you're forgetting your place.
His fingers slid from my wrist to my waist, slowly and deliberately. Then his hands rested on either side of my body, trapping me between the desk and his chest.
—Do you have any idea what you're doing when you do something like that?
My breathing became agitated.
I didn't say anything. I couldn't. I didn't dare.
—Look at me—ordered.
I looked up. His eyes were a blazing fire.
—When everyone leaves... you know what happens. You know who owns you.
He leaned toward me. His lips brushed mine. Just that. A minimal touch, laden with unspoken intentions. As if he wanted to prove he could take more… but wouldn't. Not yet.
—Don't do that again. Do you understand?
I nodded. Shaking, but firm.
And he smiled. Not out of tenderness. But out of control. Knowing that, even without kissing me, he already had me.
After saying that, Seok-woo picked you up firmly and sat you on the table. His lips sought yours with suppressed desire, but they barely touched your skin before straying to your neck. With determined hands, he opened your shirt and began placing wet kisses on your collarbone, causing you to throw your head back, letting out a sigh heavy with anticipation.
Your eyes searched for his, longing for a kiss that never came. You leaned forward to reach for him, but he stopped, looking down at you with a cocky smile.
—Today you don't deserve kisses —he whispered in a low, deep voice.
A frustrated moan escaped your lips, and he laughed mockingly, caressing your cheek with his knuckles.
—Mmm... don't pout, beautiful.—he added, enjoying your expression.
Undeterred, you began to slowly unbutton his shirt, brushing your fingertips over his muscles. Your lips moved down his neck, placing small kisses as he slid a hand under your skirt. With a determined movement, he pushed your panties to the side and began caressing your clit with gentle, almost tortuous movements.
Your body reacted instantly, clinging to his shoulders as you moaned into his neck, your breath caught in your throat. Seok-woo pulled away to watch your face, reveling in your expression of pleasure. Then, without warning, he slid a finger inside you and began to move with slow thrusts, continuing to stimulate your clit with his thumb.
You held onto him tightly as moans escaped your lips. Your body shuddered, growing closer to climax, and he felt it clearly as you began to clench around his fingers. Just as you were about to cum, he pulled out abruptly, drawing a frustrated moan from you.
—Not so fast —He said with a crooked smile, as he lifted your skirt higher and unbuttoned his pants.
He pulled out his already hard member, stroking himself slowly as he watched you. Then he aligned himself with your entrance and, without warning, entered you in one thrust. You clutched his shoulders with a loud moan, and he murmured in your ear:
—This will teach you not to question me again.
Your eyes rolled back in your head, overwhelmed with pleasure, and you whispered to him between gasps:
—I'm... I'm cumming...
—Oh really? —He replied playfully. At that moment, he pulled out of you, leaving you empty and frustrated again.
A moan escaped your throat. Before you could react, he pulled you off the table, firmly turned you around, and pressed your chest against the desk. He lifted your skirt again and thrust into you again, deeper and faster this time. Your moans filled the room, and he pulled you close and pressed your back against his torso, murmuring in your ear:
—Don't do that again, you hear me?
With your voice barely audible from pleasure, you asked him:
—Will you kiss me again...?
—Yeah —He replied without stopping.
—Okay, boss... it won't happen again...—you gasped, trembling with pleasure.
He smiled and kissed your cheek tenderly, continuing to move inside you. Then, he slid one of his hands down to your clit and began stroking it in gentle circles.
—It's... too much... —you murmured, your body on the verge of collapse.
—You can cum, baby. —he whispered.
And you did, climaxing with an intensity that made your whole body shake. Soon after, he followed with a few last deep thrusts, moaning your name.
Then he turned your face towards his and finally kissed you, deep, slow, as if sealing everything he had just made you feel.
And that night, the city witnessed a silent storm within four walls, where desire, tension, and power intertwined in every breath.

Doomsday
Seok-woo x fem!reader warning. swearing, not proof read, no happy ending
A/N. rewatched train to busan a few days ago and I just thought of this and wanted to write it out!
You had worked for Seok-woo for as long as you could remember. You were probably there even before he was blessed with his beautiful little girl, Su-an. She had a way of melting your heart effortlessly, much like her father had managed to do over the years, though you'd never admit it. Not out loud, at least.
It was a shameful thing to feel. You, a grown, intelligent, and self-sufficient person, were in love with a man who has a wife. Or, well... had a wife until just a few months ago.
You'd seen how the divorce affected him, but it was Su-an who suffered the most. Her bright, contagious smile had dimmed, replaced by a sadness far too heavy for a child to carry. You tried your best to bring it back whenever she came to the office with her dad on the less hectic days. Whether it was through little jokes, snacks, or just letting her draw all over the unused papers and documents you were sure you’d never need.
Seok-woo noticed, of course. He always did. "You’re too good to us," he'd said more than once, half-smiling in that soft way that made your chest tighten.
Today was one of those days when Su-an had tagged along. She was sitting quietly in your office, flipping through the stack of magazines you kept on the coffee table for guests. Her small hands delicately turned the pages, her big eyes wide with fascination. "A little birdie told me it’s someone’s special day today," you teased with a playful smirk, pulling open your desk drawer to retrieve the small, neatly wrapped gift you had tucked away a week ago.
The girl looked up at you, curious, setting the magazine aside as you extended the gift toward her. Her wide eyes sparkled with surprise and excitement. Just as she reached for it, the door opened. “Morning,” you greeted automatically, your tone warm as Seok-woo stepped inside. His expression was a mix of relief and mild irritation, likely from rushing to drop off an urgent client file before picking Su-an up. “Morning, [Name]. I hope she wasn’t too much trouble,” he said, his voice carrying that clipped efficiency you’d come to know.
His gaze shifted to the box in Su-an’s hands, his eyebrows raising slightly. “You got her a gift?” “Of course,” you replied with a small laugh, brushing off the question as though it were nothing. “She’s been a sweetheart, as always. You know I don’t mind having her around. Though…” You glanced at Su-an with a teasing grin. “I’m not sure she’ll like it.”
“I’m sure I’ll love it!” Su-an piped up, her small voice full of determination as she started tugging at the ribbon. You shared a smile with her father as you both watched her carefully unwrap the present, revealing a set of colored pencils and a thick sketchbook.
The reaction was immediate, and a bit expected. “Oh my gosh! It’s perfect!” she exclaimed, holding it up like a treasure. “Thank you so much!” “She’s been doodling on all my reports lately,” Seok-woo muttered under his breath, though there was no real bite in his words. You caught the faint twitch of a smile tugging at his lips. “She’s creative,” you quipped, ignoring the smirk he gave you. “Now she has her own space for it.”
Before Su-an could dive into her new gift, Seok-woo glanced at his watch. “We should get going. Her mother wants her by tonight. Something about her recital.” His tone was carefully neutral, but the slight stiffness in his posture was hard to miss.
Su-an’s excitement visibly faded. She clutched the sketchbook close to her chest but didn’t argue. The silence was heavy, but you stepped in, as you always did. “Su-an,” you said softly, crouching to her level, “don’t forget to fill at least one page before you leave, okay? I want to see what you create next time.” Her lips quirked into a small smile, and she nodded. “Okay. I promise.”
Seok-woo offered a brief but genuine “Thank you” as they left your office. You watched them go, a pang in your chest you couldn’t quite ignore. You couldn’t help but worry about both of them—how fractured their lives had become and how much weight they carried in silence.
That evening, everything changed.
It started as a last-minute phone call. Seok-woo, his voice uncharacteristically urgent, asked if you could meet them at the station. “Su-an wants to take the early train to Busan,” he explained hurriedly. “Her mom’s there, and I promised I’d get her there by morning but I forgot..” You tuned out the rest of what he said, answering with no hesitation in your response. “Of course. I’ll be there.”
You arrived at the station with a bag of snacks and supplies, something told you they might need it. When you spotted Seok-woo and Su-an on the crowded platform, you waved, smiling as Su-an ran to greet you. “Are you coming with us?” she asked hopefully, clutching your hand. Seok-woo frowned slightly but didn’t protest. “It might actually be good to have you along,” he admitted after a pause. “Just in case.”
You didn’t realize how ominous those words would soon feel.
Everything spiralled into chaos, news of an outbreak causing great panic all over Korea. You were lucky enough to get away from every danger you were faced with, always having Su-an’s safety on your mind before anything else.
In a state of panic and overwhelming emotions you couldn’t quite control, you pulled Seok-woo into a hug, almost seeming desperate as you clung to him like a lost child; however to your surprise, he returned the hug with just as much desperation. Something inside you instantly clicked as you pulled him away from the little group you’ve gathered over the many carts full of infected monsters; a pregnant lady and her husband.. their names being Seong-kyeong and Sang-hwa, at least you think.
Seok-woo looked at you with confusion as you took a deep breath, your hands shaking with nervousness and especially adrenaline. “Seok-woo, I know you absolutely do not want to hear this right now but in case we don’t get o—“ He glared at you and gripped your shoulders. “There is no ‘not getting out of here’ [Name], I will get you and Su-an off this train no matter what.” Your breath was shaky, tears threatening to spill as the days events sink in. “No, Seok-woo listen to me. If we— if I don’t get out, I want to let you know that I love you. You and Su-an. Please stay— stay safe for me okay? And make sure to tell Su-an to kill that recital.” You say between sobs, Seok-woo already pulling you into a tight embrace, shushing you. “I’ll get us out.” was the only thing he said before he went back to his daughter who was patiently waiting for you all to make a move.
You felt your heart ache as your words and confession was left unheard; the three simple words slipping from your tongue and left unnoticed by the man who has had your heart in a headlock for what seemed like all eternity, but of course, love could wait— survival can’t.
The silence in the next car was suffocating. Seong-kyeong sat in a corner, her face buried in her hands as she quietly sobbed. Su-an clung to you, her small hands gripping your sleeve as if she found your embrace as some sort of escape from this absolute nightmare. Seok-woo stood near the window, staring out at the chaos with a blank expression.
But you couldn’t focus on him. Your own thoughts were spiraling. The burn in your side was impossible to ignore now. At first, you thought it was just exhaustion, maybe a bruise from the earlier bumping into seats and doors—but when you finally glanced down, your blood ran cold.
The tear in your shirt revealed jagged teeth marks. Red blossomed around the wound, dark and unmistakable. You’d been bitten. Your breath hitched, your chest tightening as you quickly covered the mark. You looked around, panic rising, but no one had noticed yet. Not Seok-woo, not Su-an.
“[Name]?” Su-an’s soft voice pulled you back. She was staring up at you with wide, tear-filled eyes. “You’re shaking. Are you okay?” You forced a smile, kneeling to her level. “I’m fine, sweetheart,” you lied, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. “Just tired, that’s all.”
Seok-woo turned at her voice, his gaze narrowing as he studied you. You could tell he sensed something was wrong, but before he could speak, the train lurched violently, sending everyone stumbling. You held Su-an’s head close to your chest, trying your best to shield her as the train started to slow down.
“Attention please. Due to blockage on our track we’ve stopped at East Daegu station. We either wait for the rescue team or go to Busan by a different train. I’ll go and find a working train, if you’re alive.. please transfer safely. Godspeed.”
That was all you heard from the train operator before it went silent; only the awful sound of hissing and gurgling coming from the other cars. Your head felt heavy, and with every step you took your legs started getting heavier and heavier, sweat dripping down your neck. Everyone managed to get out, however you stopped in your tracks as you felt a sharp pain shoot through your side and body. “[Name]..” Su-an called out with worry as she stepped back into the car even after your protests. “[Name] come on, we need to go to the east track like they told us. We can’t loose time.” Seok-woo said, his tone rough yet laced with worry. You smiled with tears streaming down your face, your hands shakily taking off your ring that you got yourself not long after your first ever pay check at the company.
“I think this is my stop, yeah?” You hiccupped, caressing the little girls cheek with nothing but love. “Hold onto this for me yeah?” You placed the ring into her smaller hands, closing her palm and kissing it gently. You turned your gaze to Seok-woo who looked terrified, kneeling next to you and shoving your hand that was clutching your side away, revealing those disgusting teeth marks. “Shit. No, no… no. [Name] you— Why didn’t you say anything? I told you to stay close to me, why, why didn’t you—“ You put a finger against his lips, smiling. “Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere. I’m just going on a little trip, okay? Promise me you’ll get to Busan safely. That you will go to that recital and that you—“ You shook violently, a painful groan echoing through the car. “Seok-woo. I love you, I love you and Su-an so much.” You smiled weekly before backing away from them, stumbling towards an empty cart which you then closed.
Su-an pressed her hand against the class, screaming your name with tears flowing down her face, while all you could do while your mind was still somewhat conscious was look at her, pressing your forehead against the glass. “I love you Su-an.”
That was the last words they heard before they rushed out the car and your mind got twisted into a flesh eating monster.
— 3 years later
A memorial was held for all the people who were lost during the breakout, bodies never being collected; only burned to get rid of every trace those events had left. The memorial was held in Busan on the Haeundae beach where thousands gathered to try and put their resting loved ones to peace.
"We’ve come here to remember those we’ve lost and honor the lives they lived. Though some of us come here to remember, some might want nothing more than to forget. The world has changed, and the scars left by all we’ve suffered remain, but we gather in the hope that together, we can begin to heal.
Let us find strength in their memory and courage in one another as we face what lies ahead, carrying their legacy forward in the world we rebuild."
A roar of cheers and applause filled the area as everyone spread across the beach, lanterns in hand, ready to release them into the sky. Each glowing light was a symbol—a guide for lost souls to find their way to a better, pain-free afterlife.
Su-an clutched her father’s hand tightly. The scar left on her young heart that day was still fresh, though it was slowly healing with time. Seok-woo, however, had never truly moved on from your loss. Your office remained untouched, never given to anyone else, despite countless suggestions from others after his company started up again. It was your place, and no one else’s. Su-an still visited occasionally, sitting there to draw and talk to you—or perhaps to herself.
“Hold this for me, please,” Seok-woo said gently, handing the lantern to his daughter. He lit it carefully, just as many others around them were doing, their lanterns already rising into the dark sky. Together, they held the lantern—Su-an on one side and Seok-woo on the other. With a nod of silent agreement, they released it, watching as it drifted upward to join the hundreds of others.
Seok-woo knelt down beside his daughter, pulling her into his side as she sobbed against his shoulder. He rubbed his hands up and down her arm, trying to comfort her, though his own heart ached just as much. A small silver chain was around his neck, a ring on it like a sort of charm; the same ring you always wore until that day. He couldn’t deny the weight of his regrets. The regret of not saying goodbye. The regret of not saving you. The regret of failing to protect you.
But worst of all…
That he never said I love you back.

𝐒𝐄𝐗𝐘 | 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍!𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐘𝐔𝐍 𝐉𝐀𝐄 𝐗 𝐅𝐄𝐌!𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑

𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 - you are a scientist that got chosen alongside other scientists and astronauts to complete a mission to the moon to find samples of lunar water. you and the captain have a bit of tension but thats never stopped you from going after what you want.
𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 - sexual innuendos, smut, p in v, fingering.
𝐚/𝐧 - for all of you who wanted the han yun-jae oneshot, also i added an co-captain oc because i felt like it.

you are an american forensic psychologist who was transferred to south koreas science and space administration.
you spoke fluent korean so none of the korean scientists and astronauts looked down on you, in fact you were very well respected.
you were chosen to complete a mission to the moon to retrieve samples of lunar water from an abandoned research station.
the other astronauts who are going on this mission are Dr. Song Ji-an, an astrobiologist. Kim young the co-captain. Captain Han Yun-jae. Lieutenant Ryu Tae-seok, the head engineer. Dr. Hong Ga-young the team’s medical officer. Gong Soo-hyuk, the head of security. Lastly, Kim Sun leads the pilot team.
the captain han yun-jae was a strict man who didn’t like to lack his job. he was fairly young, around mid 30s. he has an daughter back on earth who is his main priority.
the co-captain kim young was much nicer to everybody. she is an astronaut and one of the most respected people in the lab.
the entire team is currently in the conference room with high executive mr.choi going over the mission.
mr choi stands in front of everyone with a stern face and hands behind his back. he begins to talk to the team.“you have done well to be apart of this team, we chose you because you are one of the very best from this entire organization.” mr choi eyes everyone before his eyes lands on you, you give him a small smile.
“this mission isn’t going to be an easy one.” his stern face not cracking a smile like usual. “captain han, choose ur partner”
captain han and the co-captain give each other a look and a slight nod before turning their attention to mr choi. “i’d like the co-captain kim young to be my partner, sir.”
Mr choi nodded. “very well. Dr.hong, choose ur partner”
Dr.hong’s eyes landed on you and she replied. “I’d like dr. y/n to be my partner. i could always use a forensics person with me.”
mr choi makes eye contact with you and smiles at you softly before continuing on to the rest of the crew.
after everyone chooses their partners mr.choi releases everyone so that you could all handle whatever you have to before ur boosted into space.
the next day.
everyone enters, some seem more tense then others. once everyone has entered the shuttle, the doors are shut and all of them make their way to their seat. the captain, co-captain, and the engineers take their place at their seats.
the engines begin to power up as everyone buckles their seatbelts. the shuttle starts moving and then, it lifts off from the ground.
the shuttle rockets into space and you can look through the glass windows at the planet earth. it becomes smaller and smaller the farther you are from it.
some people seem a little afraid to be up in space, but others seem fine. you can see how beautiful it is all the way the up here. the co-captain looks over at you, before giving you a small reassuring smile.
“we will be entering the moon’s orbit soon. so buckle your seatbelts, the gravity will be different when we enter the moon.” the captain speaks through the intercom.
as soon as the words leave the captain’s mouth, the people who seemed a little frighten before seemed even more frighten. the co-captain lets out a small sigh before her intercom comes online. “listen to the captain, if you wish to survive this trip and not float through the shuttle, i recommend you to buckle your seatbelt, the gravity with change soon.”
you then feel the shuttle entering the moon’s gravity. everyone gets a little lighter feeling as the gravity changes. the co-captain, captain, and all the engineers are hard at work piloting the ship.
but just then red lights began flashing and the ship began to malfunction causing the pilot to issue an emergency landing which worked but also didn’t.
the shuttle crashed into the moons surface hard, and barley steadied on the edge of the moon, tipping off.
people are dazed and confused after the hard landing. the lights in the shuttle flicker before losing power. a few people groan as they take off their seatbelt.
the captain is the first to get up and out of his seat. he helps the co-captain get up from her seat before he speaks. “is everyone okay?”
everyone seems to be a little confused and dizzy, but none of them seem seriously hurt. the co-captain manages to get the intercom to turn on and she speaks. “everyone seems fine, captain. just a little bit dazed from the hit.”
“we need to get out before the shuttle falls” you add into the conversation.
people stumble around, trying to get off the shuttle. the captain and co-captain help and make sure everyone is out before they move away from the shuttle.
everyone huddles around each other, and looks at the damage of the shuttle. one of the engines is blown up, a few others are smoking, and the side of the shuttle has dents all over it.
everyone steps back as the shuttle falls to the ground. the captain curses under his breath as everyone watches the shuttle fall.
“well, we can’t go back. so we need to find the research station.” the captain states as he starts walking away as the team follows him.
the team walks through the endless craters and dust all over the surface of the moon with little to no oxygen. they walk for miles, until they see a building in the distance. it slowly comes into view as they walk closer.
they finally arrive at the research base. the team takes a minute to look up at the building, it was in good shape, just looked unused.
the team is in awe at how big the building seems to be. the captain and the co-captain seem the most impressed. "it's definitely bigger than what was in the reports."
the captain and the co-captain give each other a look, before starting to walk towards the door. "let's go."
the team follows the captain as he enters the building. it looks much cleaner on the inside. the rooms seem very empty, but the equipment is still in tact.
the team wanders around the building, seeing the empty rooms and equipment still there. the equipment is still on. this building looks like everyone just left in a hurry without shutting anything off.
the captain starts lecturing everybody and the co-captain starts co-signing, it was almost annoying.
you lean over and whispered to the lieutenant. “of course she’s dickriding him”
the lieutenant hides his laugh with a fake cough when the captain looks at you both, causing you to wave at him innocently.
the captain eyes you both suspiciously before returning to his lecturing. the lieutenant let’s out a stifled laugh as the co-captain shoots both of you a look.
"stay close to each other. we know nothing about what happened down here at this base.” the entire team goes silent at the captain's stern words. they all share looks before nodding in agreement
the team begins to explore the research station. they move with caution and are very careful. the captain and the co-captain take the lead, while the others move in the middle and ur partner dr. hong and you at the back.
“the captain’s lucky he’s sexy or i would’ve quit” you whisper to dr.hong.
the lieutenant almost snorts out loud and stifles a laugh in his hand when you whisper to the doctor. the doctors face turns a light shade of pink from embarrassment. “will you shut up, he could hear you.”
you shrug and reply with no shame. “good, id let him hit.”
the lieutenant lets out a few stifled chuckles when you say that. doctor hong whips her head and gives you a look. “oh my god, do you have no filter?”
the lieutenant can barely hold his laugh in anymore as he covers his face with his arm.
she gives you another look as she crosses her arms. “i swear you’re ridiculous.”
the lieutenant can’t hold it in anymore and he starts to laugh out loud. the attention of everybody goes to you two. the captain turns around with a raised eyebrow.
doctor hong immediately tries to hide her embarrassment as the captain eyes the two of you with annoyance. the co-captain seems amused by the situation, and the rest just watch with a mix of confusion and amusement.
the co-captain struggles to hide her smile and the lieutenant is still recovering from his previous laughing fit. the captain sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose, clearly unamused. the doctor hides her face in her hands.
"can you two please be serious. we have work to do here." he says through a clenched jaw.
the lieutenant and you sheepishly nod, trying to stifle your laughs. doctor hong takes a deep breath before peeking through her fingers at the captain.
the captain gives you both a look before turning his attention back to the team. "we will spilt up and search through this entire base. you have a hour to find anything interesting. understood."
everyone voices in agreement before splitting up into smaller groups to look around the base. the team disperses into small clusters of twos and threes in different rooms and areas of the base.
as you begin to walk away, you hear the captain call out to you. “dr. y/n, come here for a moment.”
you halt your movements and turn around to see the captain staring at you. you walk over to him before he grabs your arm and pulls you aside.
he leans down to your ear, making sure no one else can hear him. "I need to speak to you privately for a moment. just us”
you blink a few times at his words before nodding in understanding. a bit curious as to why he wants to speak with just you, you follow him to a secluded corner of the room.
he stops when you’re in a small corner where no one can see you both. he leans back on the wall, and crosses his arms as he stares at you with a blank gaze.
you put ur hand on ur hip and smirk slightly, feeling a bit cocky. “like what you see?”
he doesn’t speak or respond for a few seconds as he keeps his gaze on you. a ghost of a smirk tugs at the corner of his mouth before he speaks. "I wouldn’t mind staring longer, but we have a mission to complain.”
he pushes himself off the wall and stands in front of you, towering over you as the corner of his mouth twitches into a smirk again.
he leans closer so your faces are only inches apart. your heart races a little bit as you stand there, pinned in between him and the wall. he looks down at you with a hint of amusement in his eyes before he speaks again. "did you think I wouldn’t hear what you were saying to the doctor earlier?"
you tilt ur head slightly. “i was hoping you heard it actually.”
his smirk widens a little as he raises an eyebrow at your words. "oh really? and why would you want me to hear it?"
you lean in closer towards him. “so you could take my suggestion.”
now you got his full attention. he leans in even closer, his face only centimeters from yours. he lowers his voice, so only you could hear him. "and what exactly is this 'suggestion'."
“that you fuck me.” you respond with no hesitation.
he lets out a low chuckle when you say that. he puts his hand on the wall behind you, completely trapping you in between him and the wall. "is that so? you want me to fuck you? right here in this station."
you smirk proudly. “yep.”
he lets out an amused laugh as he stares into your eyes. he brings his face closer to yours. "you're ridiculous, you know that. i could get in a lot of trouble if anyone heard you say that."
you lean against the wall and cross ur arms. “awh, how so?”
he raises an eyebrow at you.
he looks at you like you grew two heads. "how so? are you serious? i’m the captain, and you’re a member of the team. we’re on a mission to collect a important research sample. it’s highly inappropriate for me to do that with a member of my team. let alone do it in the middle of this research station."
“nobody has to know.” you put on ur best seduction tone and leaned against him.
he looks at you with a mixture of amusement and disbelief. “oh really? and how would we keep this a secret? this place echoes, you know that right?”
“bold of you to assume im loud.” you reply sassily.
he gives another amused smirk at your words, bringing his face closer to yours again. “oh i can guarantee you’ll be screaming my name by the time i’m done with you.”
he presses his body against yours, pinning you up against the wall. he leans down so your faces are only a few centimeters apart. your heart pounds wildly in your chest as he moves his mouth your ear. “let’s see if you can keep quiet.”
he brings one of his hands up and cups your chin, forcing you to look up at him. his face is still blank, but his eyes are filled with amusement as his thumb rubs your bottom lip.
“keep quiet and i’ll let you scream all you want after this” he whispers as his thumb moves from your lip to your chin, gently lifting it up so your mouth is aligned with his.
he doesn’t waste any time as he closes the small gap between you, capturing your mouth in a kiss. his hand grabs the back of your neck, pressing you further into his body as he kisses you deeply.
he pushes his tongue into your mouth, tasting you, as he presses his body harder against you. his lips move against yours, hungry and needy for you.
his free hand grabs your waist, his grip tight around it as he presses your body even closer against his. his thumb rubs soothing circles on your hip as his tongue continues to explore your mouth.
a moan escapes from your mouth as his lips move down to your neck, kissing and nipping at the sensitive skin there. his hand moves from your chin to the back of your head, tangling his fingers in your hair.
he lets out a low moan against your neck as he continues to kiss down your collarbone. you can feel his breath against your skin, hot and needy as he pushes his body even harder into yours.
he lifts you up, making ur legs wrap around his waist. he carry’s you to the control center and sits you down on the desk.
“are you wet for me?” he whispers into your ear, his voice filled with need and desire. his touch is firm and possessive, as if he’s laying claim to every inch of your body. “shall we see?”
you’re too lost in the moment, words have failed you. all you can do is nod, giving him the permission he craves.
his words send a shiver down your spine, and you can feel the anticipation building within you. his lips begin to trail down your neck, his hands gently teasing the hem of your jeans.
he undoes the button on ur jeans, carefully removing them while he continues to kiss and nip at your skin. he can sense how desperate you are for more, and his own desire matches yours.
his fingers lightly brush against the waistband of ur underwear, teasing you further as your breathing becomes uneven.
you can feel his gaze on you, as he looks up at your face, wanting to see your reaction to his touch.
his hands slide beneath the fabric of your underwear, his fingertips gently tracing along your sensitive skin, getting closer to where you wanted him the most.
his lips capture yours in a heated kiss, his tongue exploring your mouth.
your body is practically pleading for his touch, and he finally grants your silent wish. his fingers trail along ur core, gently stroking at first, before applying more pressure
he can hear the moan escape your lips, and he can feel just how much you want him, how much you need him.
he continues to move his fingers, bringing you closer and closer to the edge, wanting to drive you absolutely insane.
he watches your face, how you’re biting your lip, trying to hold back your moans. he loves how you look like this, how you’re completely at his mercy.
his name escapes your lips, barely more than a whisper, and he can tell how close you are. he leans to your ear, his hot breath causing your entire body to shudder.
“let me hear you” his other hand grabs you by the chin, making you look right at him as he continued to touch you in all the right ways
the look in his eyes, his words, and his touch all combine into one overwhelming feeling, and you can feel yourself getting closer and closer to the edge.
your body is completely overwhelmed, and you’re barely able to form a sentence. “please..”
he smirks, loving how desperate you sound, how you’re practically begging him, but he knows you can take more, and he’s determined to bring you to absolute ecstasy.
he slips a finger into you, stretching you out.
your body tensed up at the sudden sensation, waves of pleasure coursing through you.
he watches you closely, his eyes dark with desire, as he begins to move his finger inside you, each motion sending shockwaves through your body.
you can barely form a thought, the room is spinning and all you can focus on is his touch, his eyes, and the overwhelming pleasure that he was causing you.
he knows he is in full control of your body and you can barely move yourself.
he adds another finger, his pace quickening, knowing exactly how to get you to the edge. “you’re so damn beautiful like this” his voice is ragged with desire, and every bit of self control he has is being used to resist the urge to just take you right then and there.
he could see how close you were and he wanted to make sure you were completely undone before he gave you the release you needed so desperately.
your body clenches around his fingers, desperate for more, and you can hardly breathe from the intense sensations coursing through you.
he curls his fingers in just the right spot, hitting a nerve that makes you see stars. you cry out his name, completely lost in the sensations he’s creating within you.
he leans in, his lips brushing against your ear, his words barely audible. “let go for me, sweet girl.”
his words send you over the edge, waves of pure ecstasy crashing over you as you come undone beneath his touch.
you’re trembling violently, completely undone by the overwhelming sensations, and he continues to watch you with a mixture of awe and desire. he can’t get enough of you like this, vulnerable and completely his.
his grip on you tightens, not ready to let you go just yet.
he quickly unzips his pants, and he pulls you forward, your bodies now almost touching, and leans in to kiss you desperately. the taste of your lips only makes him want you more, and he presses himself against you, his hardness already obvious.
his hands roam over your body, unable to resist the urge to touch you everywhere he could reach, to feel the heat of your skin against his own.
he breaks the kiss, leaning his forehead against yours, his breathing ragged as he tries to control his desire. “i need to be in you.”
the words send a shiver of excitement through you, and you can hardly believe this is finally happening.
he positions himself between your thighs, his hands on your hips.
he looks into your eyes, the intensity of his gaze almost overwhelming. “last chance to back out”
you quickly shake ur head and look into his eyes. “i want this.”
he can see the desire in your eyes and his own desire takes over completely.
he lines himself up, the tip of his cock gently pressing against your entrance. he wants to savor this moment, but he’s already so close to the edge he knows he can’t hold back.
he wants to hold back, to go slow, but he's completely overtaken by his desire for you, by how much he wants you.
he takes a deep breath and thrusts into you slowly, trying to be gentle even as his body is on autopilot, wanting nothing more than to claim you.
his mouth finds your neck, his teeth grazing your skin, his breath hot against your ear as he whispers how beautiful you look, how much he wants you.
he can barely hold back, but he doesn't want to be any rougher than he has to be.
he looks into your eyes, checking if he was hurting you, and when he sees that you're just as lost in the moment as he is, he loses the last bit of his self-control.
he begins to move faster, each thrust harder than the last, his grip on your hips tight, almost bruising.
he's completely possessed by the pleasure of being inside you, by the way you feel surrounding him.
he can't think, he can't speak, he can only feel, and all he can think about is how much he wants you, how much he needs you, how all he wants is to make you his. forever.
he reaches down, slipping a hand between your bodies to tease your sensitive clit, wanting to bring you the same amount of pleasure he’s experiencing.
he wants to give you everything you need, to please you in ways you didn’t know were possible, to take you to heights you’ve never reached before.
his fingers move deftly, finding all the right spots, his lips finding yours again, desperate and eager to taste you.
he swallows up your moans as he deepens the kiss, completely consumed by you. he can tell how close you are to the edge, and he wants to feel the moment you completely let go.
he moves his hand as well as his body in every way he knows you love, determined to bring you to the peak of pleasure that he was experiencing himself.
he whispers against your lips, the heat of his breath, and the sound of his voice sending shivers down your spine.“let me see you come apart for me, love” he moves ur leg ontop of his shoulder creating a new angle.
your body is completely overcome with sensation, and you’re barely able to form a thought other than the overwhelming, all encompassing sense of pleasure that is coursing through your every nerve.
the way his body feels against yours, the way he touches you, the way he looks at you as he takes you to the peak of pleasure, is all too much for you to bear.
he can see the moment you completely let go, your body clenching around him as you find your release. he holds you tightly as you ride out the waves of pleasure, his grip on you unrelenting, yet gentle at the same time.
he stares at you completely enamored by the beauty of you in your most vulnerable state.
he gently lifts you up, still not letting you go, and kisses you tenderly, the intensity between you now replaced with affection. he wraps his arms around you, gently stroking your back as he whispers sweet nothings into your ear.
he finally comes down from the high and rests his head on your shoulder, his breath ragged, completely spent. he holds you close, as if he can't bear to let you go, as if by holding you close, he cant help himself from whispering dirty things into your ear.
“when we get back to earth, we aren’t stopping.”

master list!
> Seong Gi-hun
With him the tea parties were never boring
He always made you laugh and made sure you had fun even when your mother looked at him sternly for being with you longer than he should, now you won't finish the schoolwork.
He wasn't a good father, admitted it, but at least he tried and this time he didn't make the same mistake as did with your little sister.
—I think the princess would love to have more tea! —He said in a squeaky voice moving your toy doll as if she was the one talking.
You laughed and served him more with a fine movement, you loved the few moments spent with your father.
But you also noticed the tension that your father and mother had every time he came home and that was something that you didn't like, you were small but not ignorant, you could see that something was wrong between them, you just didn't know what it was about and that led you to commit some pranks that in your mind seemed innocent.
Like, for example, sneaking out of school to go see him, at first he would congratulate you for being so smart but then he would scold you for putting yourself at that risk.
—I like that you come to see me but don't do it this way, your mother would kill me —He said taking your hand as both walked through the subway to take the train back to school.
—She doesn't mind —You said with an innocent smile —besides, she's busy organizing the move.
—¿Moving? ¿Where are they going to move?
You raised your shoulders without having an answer, neither your mother nor your stepfather wanted to tell and that activated an alert in Gi-hun's head, after taking you to school again was when he found that strange and mysterious man with the briefcase and after that day your father was never the same.
He only wanted the best for you and your little sister and if he had to stay away to protect you that's what he would do.
> Cho Sang-Woo
Walking on his shoulders was the best, you felt like you could see everything from above and you liked hugging him by the neck from time to time.
It was curious how you were the only one who could see him smile genuinely, at first he felt scared when received the news that he was going to be a father, he wasn't going to lie, considered leaving you with your mother and sending money every month but now he couldn't see himself in a world without you.
—¿Do you want vanilla or strawberry ice cream? —him asked you as I walked towards the ice cream stand.
—¡Strawberry! —You responded happily while pulling his hair a little like that chef mouse used to do in the movie you liked so much.
He let out a low chuckle and walked towards it but stopped short when he saw a group of men that he instantly recognized walking casually down the sidewalk, they still didn't see Sang-woo but he was sure that if they did there would be problems because of his money problems.
He immediately put you on the ground and walked back the way came from, you looked at him in confusion, but before asking a question he entered a store without letting go of your hand.
—¿And the ice cream?
Your question caught his attention and he took his attentive gaze away from the door.
He formed the best smile could and told you that better choose some candy from there, you excitedly did so, ignoring the tension on his part and after a few minutes fortunately those bullies continued walking without seeing them, Sang-woo was able to release the air trapped in his lungs and returned to you.
After paying for the chocolates you took, both left the store and continued walking back home until Sang-woo met the recruiter.
The recruiter filled him with promises of a stable and secure future for you, a future where he wasn't constantly worried about your safety or whether he had enough money to buy the things you wanted.
He left you in the care of your grandmother and entered the games, it didn't matter what he had to do or the traitorous murderer he would become, he promised to come home and would do that.
> Hwang Jun-ho
No matter what he did, you did exactly the same thing whether it was something common or something dangerous.
¿Was he preparing to have cereal for breakfast? You did it too, ¿did he accidentally spill milk on the table? You also dropped it just to copy it.
You saw him as a hero and bragged at school that your father was a police officer to the point where they bullied you for even listening to it, something you didn't care about because you were still proud to say it.
People used to tell Jun-ho that you were a mini copy of him and that made him smile, because it was true and he was proud of it but also a little terrified of the trouble you were going to get into as you grew up.
He would drop you off at school every morning to make sure brought your breakfast and were well combed and clean, sometimes he struggled with your hair because being a single father he had to resort to video tutorials on the internet but you were always happy with the result.
—If you can't open your water bottle, ask the teacher for help —Your father said as you got out of the car.
—¡Yes daddy! —With your backpack carried on the shoulder and stumbling you ran towards the entrance of the school before they closed, it was already late and there was little tolerance and the teacher at the entrance let you know with an expression of disgust when she saw you.
You apologized with a slight bow and the teacher scolded you, she was already telling you about your punishment when suddenly Jun-ho sounded the sirens of his patrol car to get the teacher's attention.
Your father was still sitting inside the vehicle, only this time showing his best smile and waving at her with one hand.
The woman immediately changed her posture, gave your father a flirtatious smile and gently pushed you into the school, telling you that this was the only exception.
Jun-ho knew how to use his charms and he would use them as long as it was to save you from a school punishment or for them to make exceptions like this.
both had an excellent father-daughter relationship, however, when he went to that island to look for In-ho and then he was found in the water, those were the worst days of your short life. During the time he was in a coma, you slept next to him and your grandmother had to take you off of him by order of the nurses.
The good thing about that is that when Jun-ho opened his eyes, the first thing he felt was your body pressed against his like a little koala looking for comfort.
You were a real daddy's girl.
> Ali Abdul
Due to your nationality you were excluded at school, you didn't care much since the encouraging words of your mother and father always echoed in your head but when you started learning magic tricks to impress your classmates the teasing got worse.
Now you were in the back of your house trying to learn a card magic trick while holding back tears, you didn't want to worry your family, your father was constantly working and your mother was busy taking care of newborn brother.
You knew your family was going through a hard time so tried to make as little noise as possible.
You placed a six diamond card in your left hand and shuffled the other cards with your right hand, you made a quick movement of your hands and the card managed to appear right in the middle of the others
—Taraaaa... —you said without much encouragement despite your successful result.
Suddenly you heard a joyful applause and turned your head as saw your father coming out of the house looking at you with pride.
—¡That was fantastic princess!
—¿Oh really? ¡Thank you! —You said more excited than before, rearranging the cards in your hands to do the trick.
—It would be an honor to see a great magician do her show.
Despite being absent from you most of the day, he loved you and always reminded you by telling you or just paying you a lot of attention, even if it was only for a short time.
He knew that they bullied you for being different from others, he also suffered that discrimination but he tried to make you feel better every day.
For the next two hours he was attentive to every magic trick you taught him and applauded with pride and surprise every time you finished successfully, may have had no money and social status was horrible but were a united family and that was all that mattered.
He entered the games to help his family move forward, he spent each one thinking about you, your mother and your brother, family was his motivation and in fact, thanks to you he was saved in the game of marbles.
"Nothing is what it seems"
You said at the end of each act of magic and for some reason he remembered the phrase when he was about to fully trust Sang-woo, he didn't and just as you played with illusions and cards, he played with distraction and marbles.
> Hwang In-ho
He is not an excellent father, his work and the hard life he led consumed him as a human, but at the end of the day he always made sure to come to your room to read you a bedtime story, turn on the night light so you wouldn't be afraid of the dark, and stay by your side until you fell asleep.
You were a small lotus flower growing in a minefield, he disliked it but it was the only way to have you by his side, he affectionately called you "little sun" because you illuminated his life among so much death and darkness.
—...And then the circle did this for me —You finished narrating your day while showing him a paper flower that a guard with the circle figure impregnated on his mask had made for you.
—it's very pretty —He said after turning on the light to sleep and sitting next to you on the bed.
He was busy most of the day so he asked the guards to take care of you, a wonder for you and a danger for them because if he noticed a single unhealed scratch on your body he would make sure that the guard who didn't take good care of you would pay the consequences.
—It's time to go to sleep.
In-ho covered you with the blanket and placed a kiss on your forehead while humming a sweet melody that your mother loved.
You pretended to fall asleep and he left the room, usually you were obedient to his every rule but this time would be different.
This occasion was special.
You put on your bunny slippers and left the room wearing your duck pajamas, one of the square guards saw you on the screen but with just two buttons he changed the image to prevent the frontman from seeing you.
You walked cautiously until a triangular guard found you and guided you to a huge room with a childlike atmosphere, a blue sky painted all over the wall with white clouds and rainbows decorating it.
He gave you a radio and you spoke to all the circular workers to start your big plan.
You were a very smart and nice girl so you managed to convince everyone to help you organize a surprise birthday party for your father.
Placed balloons of all colors, confetti bombs everywhere and they made you a cake just as you requested, a large cake with a badly made figure of the frontman on top.
The next morning the mere image of seeing your father wearing his dark gray suit and his trademark mask in the middle of the playground with lots of colorful confetti falling on him and shouts of "Congratulations" from all the workers was enough to make you laugh.
In-ho was on the verge of a breakdown, there was a lot of work to do and you had distracted all his employees with this but he immediately calmed his fury when he saw you smiling like that.
That day was something unusual on the island, all the masked men received a slice of cake and saw their leader, the most firm, severe and imposing man open birthday gifts with his little daughter by his side, that day was an exception and there were no scoldings for helping you.
Now everyone was sure of one thing, you were his great weakness and if something happened to you the frontman would have no mercy on the world.
> The Salesman
The night passed calmly, the boring and monotonous atmosphere of the luxurious house in which you lived was about to consume you when you heard the main gate open, you quickly left your room, ran downstairs and saw your father, taking off his jacket and hanging it on the coat rack.
—¿What is the reason for this reception? —He asked you curiously as he placed his briefcase on the floor.
—¡I'm bored!
He looked at you in silence and tilted his head a little at the same time as he crouched down to be at your level.
—¿And what do you want to do? —He asked you even though he already knew your answer.
You had inherited his love for random games, where you didn't know if you would be the next to lose or win, so that was a hobby shared as father and daughter.
—¡Poker! —You said enthusiastically, forming a malicious closed-lipped smile on your mouth as you pulled a set of cards out of your pocket.
He couldn't be more proud, he was molding you into his shape and likeness which wasn't good but not all bad either, when you grow up you will have many freedoms and privileges in exchange for offering desperate people an unreliable opportunity, it wasn't an honest job but at least that way you wouldn't live like he did in his childhood, without a penny to eat.
After you explained the rules, prizes and conditions began to play, you won every time and as a reward he gave you one of your favorite chocolates, a more than special prize considering how strict he was regarding your bedtime.
Until in a bad game you lost, causing a small laugh to come out of your father's mouth.
—Looks like your luck has run out —He said leaning forward and without erasing his malicious smile.
You looked at him with half-closed eyes and before you knew it he lifted you off the ground and started to make you ribs without mercy.
You yelled at him between laughs to stop but he ignored it, despite being who the salesman was, he was more than happy to share a bit of his vile reality disguised as a childish act with you.
—Now to sleep —He said seriously once again, walking up the stairs to your room without letting you go —Tomorrow you have ballet classes and violin rehearsal, if you arrive sleepy you won't be able to do it.
—¡It's not fair! —you said with a pout as he placed you on the bed.
—Ah, princess, in life nothing is fair —he murmured, leaning down to leave a fatherly kiss on your head.
He was a heartless and sadistic man who loved the life and work he led but also loved being with you, he just hoped that when you grew up you wouldn't oppose his ideals or else he would have to get rid of you.
> Park Gyeong-seok
You were daddy's princess, while he was doing his paintings in the park you were next to him blowing bubbles and talking about random topics non-stop.
He laughed occasionally at what you said and responded to you but his eyes were still on his work, it was exhausting having to take care of you and your ill sister but there was no better reward than a hug from his two daughters at the end of a long day of work.
—¡Daddy can I go see the parade! —You said excitedly, pointing to the parade of motley that was passing by and handing out candy,
He hesitated for a few seconds, he didn't want to let you go alone and although it was a family environment there were always some risks.
—Fine but take your sister —He responded with a soft smile, you jumped with excitement and ran to your little sister to take her hand and quickly go to the parade.
Na-yeon and you went through all the people stealthily until reached the front where the animal motley were passing by and handing out candy. You jumped once again to get the attention of one of them and they gave you two pieces of candy for you and your sister.
The two continued watching the parade with a smile and curiosity until you were distracted by a clown who made you a dog made of a balloon, you didn't realize how long you were talking and laughing with that man until your father suddenly arrived and picked you up from the ground.
Gyeong-seok looked at the clown distrust and scolded you for your recklessness,
—I told you to take care of your sister, you should not talk to strangers ¿And what have I told you about staying away from me too much?
The minutes he spent anxiously looking for you were torture, when he found your sister in the dressing room with the motley, he immediately noticed your absence and his poor heart almost suffered an attack, he didn't know what he would do if something happened to you or Na-yeon.
—Sorry... —You murmur with tears in your eyes as you still see traces of his previous despair.
He hugged you tightly and turned around to return to his position where he had previously left your sister, he caressed your hair and gave you a kiss on the cheek as an apology for his reaction but you couldn't blame him, you were his world and he would lose his sanity without you.
After your sister's medical situation worsened and she was admitted to the hospital, things got a little complicated, your father knew that he had to find money to pay for her treatment and he would do whatever was necessary, even if that meant having to leave his two daughters in the care of the hospital.
—I don't want to be alone —You said with a pout on your lips and your arms crossed, although more than upset you were scared of having to go through this situation alone.
—I know princess but I need your help for this ¿Can I count on you? —He left a kiss on your forehead and took your hands to join them with his.
Receiving the news that he would have to be away for a few days distressed you a little, your mother died and you didn't want to lose him too.
He didn't want to leave them either, but that man with the briefcase offered him a great opportunity and hope that he couldn't let go.
—You are my brave girl ¿right? It will only be a few days and when I return I promise that everything will be better for us —He had no other option so he said goodbye to you with a promise that, by the way, he didn't know if he would be able to keep.
> The Masked Officer (Park Hee-soon)
Your father was a firm, authoritarian and even a little insensitive man.
Quite the opposite of you, you were an energetic and colorful ray of sunshine.
Letting you accompany him to the island was not the best decision, not because you didn't know how to behave, but because you were like a whirlpool among all the employees and guards, playing and ignoring the real reason why everyone was there.
Occasionally he would find a toy lying in the hallways and his office, naturally painted black with a small lamp next to the bed, was now full of stuffed animals and other things that you had put in the suitcase before leaving the house.
—¿Did you like how I decorated the room? —You asked happily with a wide smile on your face.
He looked at you in silence while pinching the bridge of his nose regretfully, it had been a long day at work, with the frontman infiltrating the games and him in charge being a complete burden but he could handle it, what he couldn't handle was you and your hyperactivity.
—Yeah... —He growled, taking off his black suit as he walked to the bed so could sleep, he was too tired to deal with you now but as soon as his body touched the bed you jumped on top of him, completely knocking the air out of him.
—¡I'm not tired yet! ¿Can we play something? ¡I see I see! —You suggested, jumping next to him on the bed excitedly.
—¿What do you see? —He murmured tiredly but playing along until an idea came to his mind —Hey, ¿why don't you go to the third floor and go to the eleven room to play? I'm sure she would be happy to do it.
You quickly ran to where he had told you and as soon as you left the room he grabbed the radio and spoke to eleven.
—My daughter is going there, be good and play with her until she falls asleep.
It wasn't a request for a favor, it was an order and even though eleven was also tired, she had no choice but to play with you until you fell fast asleep in her bed.
Anyway, most of the guards and employees there had a little affection for you.
> Lee Myung-gi
Now, he doesn't have the slightest idea how to take care of you.
He was still young and it wasn't in his plans to become father but now here you were, in to his computer playing video games.
—It's late and you have school tomorrow —He told you with a tired sigh, he didn't know what to do to convince you to go to sleep because when you stayed up until the wee hours of the morning it was quite a challenge to deal with you.
You ignored him and continued playing, you didn't take him seriously because he was very soft on you due to the little experience he had, also your mother's abandonment was another problem to deal with.
—Come on, you must go to sleep —He insisted for the second time, approaching you shuffling his feet, he was physically and mentally exhausted.
Another problem, now he had lost all his monetary income and several people were looking for him for fraud, it was a nightmare.
—No —you said flatly, turning to show him your tongue in a rude childish gesture.
Myung-gi sighed and left you at the computer to go to his bed to sleep, however as soon as you saw him close the door you heard him curse and... ¿Sob?
You took off your headphones and gently turned to look at the bedroom door, where you could swear he was crying.
You twisted your lips and stood up, your bare feet making contact with the floor and you crept towards the bathroom to brush your teeth and comb your hair.
After doing your little routine before going to sleep, you passed by your father's room, you stopped and thought about whether it was best to go in to see how he was or go straight to bed.
He didn't have the best family bond with you, you disobeyed him and he didn't seem to care but this time it was different, you didn't know all the problems he was going through and your behavior and rejection had been the icing on the cake.
You opened the door gently and saw him lying face down on the bed with the pillow on his face, you approached and he felt your presence so he turned to see you.
It wasn't his best year, he had lost a lot of money, all kinds of people were practically hunting him for him to give them back what they lost, he accidentally got his girlfriend pregnant and left her without telling her anything, your mother left him to his fate with you and you... another unplanned daughter that made his days more difficult.
He was overwhelmed and now lay red-eyed and full of tears on the bed.
—¿Can you read me a bedtime story? —You asked cautiously, playing with your fingers.
—I'm not in the mood... —He whispered, shrinking further into the bed.
You left the room in silence, he thought you had gone to sleep or play but after a few minutes you returned with a hot chocolate that you had prepared yourself and a children's story trapped in your arms.
You gestured for him to move aside and he did, you placed the cup of chocolate on the nightstand and lay down next to him.
—Once upon a time there was a soldier in shining armor... —You started reading the story for him.
Myung-gi was going through the worst time of his life but just for tonight, with you reading him a story and giving him a hot drink he felt better, he as a father was supposed to take care of you, not the other way around, but this nice act on your part felt like a big hug to his ugly loneliness.
He fell asleep when you finished the story, you covered him with the blanket and went straight to your room to sleep, it would be a difficult path to walk but for now you had each other, had to adapt, besides, internally both had some affection for each other.
That's why when he entered the games he took a photo of you with him, the guards took it from him when they put him to sleep but it doesn't matter, you would be a great reason to get out of there alive.
> Choi Su-bong // Thanos
He used to call you "My serotonin" because you were one of the sources of his happiness, a drug that came into his life by surprise and he had no intention of leaving.
As a father he wasn't the best of all but at least he tried, he let you dye your hair whatever color you wanted despite your young age and he bought you anything you asked for.
In your eyes he was the best father in the world but to the rest of the world he was the worst and most irresponsible.
—Fuck those idiots, you had fun, ¿right? —He said, throwing the newspaper with the headline "rapper leaves his little daughter forgotten in a club in the middle of the night" to the other side of the room.
You nodded happily as you took a sip of your apple juice.
—Besides, this is also partly your fault, I told you not to get away from me —He told you, pointing a finger at you accusingly.
He looked at you carefully, your colorful hair and your poorly painted nails of the same color were what stood out the most about your outfit, you were like a smaller version of him so he must have gotten the idea that the rules were not going to work for you.
—Anyway, let's go have breakfast ¿what do you want?
—¡Hot cakes with chocolate chips! —You shouted euphorically, raising your arms, Breakfast was the best part of the day.
—¡You read my mind darling!
With a carefree attitude he walked towards the kitchen with you following him like a baby duck would follow its mother, he wasn't the best example but you were more than proud to follow him.
You and him together were a mess but were more than happy, of course, when he lost all his money it was a problem to deal with but with you things were more fun.
And to think that at first he thought of leaving you in an orphanage, now you were his greatest confidant and official leader of his fan club.
In addition to your carefree and hyperactive behavior, you also inherited him taste for art, only you didn't rhyme, you had a fascination for plays, colorful costumes and extravagant makeup.
Another point that made him proud, your clothes were always colorful and full of life, you stood out from the ordinary just as he did.
Two colorful fish in a big ocean.
Okay tell me if you liked it! I missed Dae-ho but I hope to add him in future projects like this
Thanks for reading💗! And another thing, is anyone here a fan of Lee Dong-wook?

ꜰᴀᴄᴀᴅᴇ
(ɪᴅᴏʟ ᴡɪɴᴛᴇʀ x ᴀᴄᴛʀᴇꜱꜱ ꜰᴇᴍ ʀᴇᴀᴅᴇʀ)

plot: being an actress was hard. not the job itself but rather the worry of having to come home to a sulky girlfriend
warnings/notes: jealous mj, lowkey toxic IF YOU SQUINT, male mentioned…..
you’re standing there on the stage, lights flashing from every direction, and the crowd is going wild. you and byeon woo seok, side by side, holding the “couple of the year” award like it’s the most natural thing in the world. the audience is clapping so hard you can barely hear yourself think, but you don’t need to think. you’ve done this a thousand times—smile, pose, play the part.
you shift your weight slightly, leaning into woo seok just enough for the cameras to catch the moment. “we really did it,” you whisper, voice soft enough to be drowned out by the cheers, but he hears you. you’re both used to these little moments by now—playing the perfect couple for the world to see.
“told you we would,” he responds smoothly, flashing that charming grin of his, the one that always makes the fans go crazy. as he pulls you closer, his arm casually wrapping around your waist, you keep the smile up. nothing too over the top, just enough to sell the chemistry the media loves. you both know this game inside out.
then it’s time for the acceptance speech, and you let him take the lead. he starts off with the usual thanks—production team, the director, the fans. he’s good at this, the right mix of serious and charming. when it’s your turn, you step forward, and without missing a beat, you slip into character.
“i honestly don’t know how i got so lucky,” you say, glancing at woo seok like he’s the best thing that ever happened to you. it’s all for the cameras, but the way you say it feels real enough. you’ve got to give the people what they want. woo seok smiles back, playing along effortlessly. “working with him was… a lot of fun,” you add, letting a playful smile tug at your lips. “i guess spending so much time together on set paid off.”
the crowd eats it up. the flashes keep coming, and you can almost hear the headlines writing themselves: perfect couple, on-screen and off.
but then—buzz. you feel your phone vibrate in your clutch. you ignore it at first, focus on the speech, on the cameras, on the thousands of eyes watching your every move. but when the moment comes to step back, you glance down just to check. it’s minjeong. you swipe open the message: congrats on the award… you looked good with him.
great. you try not to let it show, but your smile slips for just a second before you catch yourself. no one else notices—not woo seok, not the crowd—but you know exactly what that text means. minjeong’s watching, and she’s not loving what she’s seeing.
you quickly slip the phone back into your bag, telling yourself you’ll deal with it later. right now, the cameras are still on you, and you’ve got a job to finish. you give woo seok a nudge, and he chuckles, leaning into you a little like the perfect co-star, ever the gentleman.
“we make a good team,” he says, loud enough for the audience to hear, and you nod, keeping the smile plastered on your face.
“the best,” you reply, just as smoothly.
another round of applause, and then you’re making your way off stage, the sound of clapping and cheers following you. woo seok walks beside you, relaxed as ever, but your mind is already drifting elsewhere. you know when you get home, minjeong’s going to have something to say about this, and it won’t just be a “congrats.”
you catch woo seok giving you a sideways glance as you walk off stage together. “everything okay?” he asks quietly, and for a second, you think about telling him what’s going on, but then you just shake your head.
“yeah, just... a long night,” you say, brushing it off. because, really, the last thing you need is for anyone to see behind the curtain.
the applause from the award ceremony is still ringing in your ears as you step onto the red carpet, woo seok beside you like a perfect co-star. the night feels surreal—one of those moments where you’re completely aware that all eyes are on you. the cameras are flashing, and every inch of you is under scrutiny. but you’ve got this. after all, this isn’t your first time handling the spotlight.
your gown is stunning—floor-length, shimmering in the lights, hugging your curves just right. you feel powerful, confident. beside you, woo seok is as charming as ever, his hand resting lightly on the small of your back as you both pose for the photographers. it’s all part of the act, and you’re good at it. the fans are screaming, holding up signs, calling your name. you give them that practiced smile, tilting your head just enough to give the cameras what they want.
but as you turn slightly, something catches your eye—a group of k-pop idols arriving on the other side of the carpet. aespa. you spot the flashes around them, fans going crazy at the sight of the group. your heart does a little flip, because standing right there, amongst her members, is minjeong.
she looks breathtaking. her icy blonde hair catches the lights just like your gown does, and her sharp, flawless features are impossible to ignore. but it’s her eyes that stop you in your tracks. because she’s not just glancing at you—no, she’s looking right at you. there’s something intense about her gaze, the way her eyes linger on you and then shift slightly, settling on woo seok’s arm, which is still resting casually around your back.
you freeze for a moment, heart racing. it’s not like she’s glaring or anything, but you can tell. there’s something simmering just beneath the surface, hidden behind her unreadable expression. her lips are pressed into a thin line, and even from this distance, you know she’s feeling something. something that probably isn’t good.
your mind starts racing, trying to figure out what she’s thinking, what she’s feeling. jealousy? maybe. frustration? definitely. you’re not sure, but you know it’s not the look of someone who’s loving this public display with woo seok.
you feel woo seok shift beside you, still blissfully unaware of the tension, and he leans in just slightly, giving the cameras another moment to snap. “ready to move on?” he asks, voice light and easy.
you blink, snapping back to the present. you’ve been staring for too long. the cameras are still on you, the crowd is still watching, and you can’t afford to break character. you plaster on that same flawless smile and nod, even though your mind is a mess. “yeah, let’s go,” you say, voice calm and controlled, even though your heart is hammering in your chest.
but as you and woo seok start to move down the carpet, you can’t help but glance back at minjeong one more time. she’s still watching. still standing there, looking like she’s got a million thoughts running through her head. thoughts that probably include how to deal with this whole scene later.
the night feels endless. you and woo seok stop for more photos, answer a few questions from the press, all while the weight of minjeong’s gaze sticks with you. you know she saw everything—the award, the speech, woo seok’s arm around you. and you can’t shake the feeling that when you see her later, there’s going to be something you’ll need to work through.
because as much as you’re putting on a show for everyone else, there’s no hiding from minjeong. she knows you too well.
the set is buzzing, lights hot on your face, the familiar chaotic energy of knowing bros filling the air. you’re seated next to woo seok. you lean back slightly in your chair, trying to shake off the nervous energy that comes with being on a show like this, especially knowing the kind of teasing you're about to get.
heechul, sitting across from you, gives you both a sly grin. “so, y/n,” he begins, dragging out your name, “everyone’s been talking about your chemistry with woo seok. i mean, you two look like you’re glued together half the time. you must be pretty close, huh?”
you smile, already bracing yourself for the wave of jokes that’s coming. "well, we are on set together almost every day," you say, glancing at woo seok. "you kind of have to get along, or it’d be a nightmare."
heechul raises his eyebrows. "oh, so you’re saying it’s all professional? just good co-workers? not even a tiny spark?"
woo seok jumps in before you can answer, smirking. "don’t let her fool you. y/n loves working with me. i bring the charm, the energy, the good vibes. who wouldn’t fall for all that?"
you roll your eyes dramatically. "yeah, okay, keep telling yourself that."
heechul cackles, sensing an opening. "ooooh, here we go. so, y/n, tell us—what’s really going on? rumors are flying, and we’ve gotta know: are you keeping woo seok in the friend zone, or is there something more?"
you can feel woo seok’s gaze on you, that playful look in his eyes, but you’re already used to this. it’s part of the game, part of the act you both put on for the cameras. you smile, shaking your head, starting to get annoyed at the continous attemptat trying to out you "sorry to disappoint, but we’re just friends. really."
"friends?!" heechul repeats dramatically, as if it’s the most shocking news he’s ever heard. "with that kind of chemistry? come on, y/n."
woo seok grins, leaning back in his chair. "see? even he doesn’t believe it."
you smirk, looking at woo seok. "well, maybe it’s because he doesn’t have to spend hours with you between takes, watching you trip over your own feet or forget your lines."
woo seok gasps in mock offense, clutching his chest. "wow. throwing me under the bus again, huh? and here i thought we were close."
you shrug, leaning into the banter. "hey, someone’s gotta keep you humble."
heechul’s eyes gleam as he leans in closer. "okay, so we’ve established that y/n’s not easily impressed, but woo seok, seriously—what’s it like working with the nation’s new sweetheart? you’re telling me there haven’t been any sparks?"
woo seok tilts his head, pretending to think about it, drawing out the silence for dramatic effect. "well… there have been some pretty intense moments on set, if you know what i mean."
you give him a playful shove, laughing. "oh my god, stop. we’re literally just acting."
heechul grins, clearly enjoying the back-and-forth. "acting, huh? sure doesn’t look like just acting to me. i’m telling you, you two are giving off some serious energy."
the set is alive with laughter, the hosts eating up every second of the playful tension between you and woo seok. it’s fun—easy, even—because you know how to play your part. but in the back of your mind, there's that quiet voice reminding you that someone else is watching. minjeong.
you keep the smile on your face, but the thought lingers. what is she thinking right now?
heechul shifts in his seat, sensing a change in energy. "alright, alright, we’ll let it slide for now, but mark my words—there’s something there. and when you two finally admit it, i’ll be the first to say i told you so."
the cameras cut to a commercial break, and you let out a small breath, relieved to have a moment to yourself. woo seok leans over, grinning. "you okay? you looked like you were about to roast me alive."
you laugh lightly, shaking your head. "nah, just trying to keep you grounded."
he chuckles, leaning back in his chair as the set crew scurries around, preparing for the next segment. but just as you’re about to relax, you feel your phone buzz in your pocket. instinctively, you pull it out and glance at the screen.
minjeong:you two looked really good together on screen today.
your stomach tightens. you stare at the message for a second too long, trying to gauge the tone. is she upset? sarcastic? you can never tell with texts like this.
"everything okay?" woo seok asks, noticing the sudden shift in your expression.
you quickly lock your phone, forcing a smile. "yeah, just… you know how it is."
he doesn’t press further, but you can feel his eyes on you as you slip the phone back into your pocket. great. the break ends, and you’re back on camera, smiling, laughing, playing the part like nothing’s wrong.
but minjeong’s message sticks with you. you know her well enough to realize there’s more behind those words than she let on. she’s definitely not happy.
you run through the rest of the show on autopilot, your mind half-present in the playful banter with the hosts, half-worrying about what’s waiting for you after. it’s not like minjeong has ever made a scene about your acting jobs before—she knows what your career involves. but this? the way you and woo seok are being portrayed, the teasing, the on-screen chemistry... it’s different. it’s public.
as soon as the cameras cut for the final time, you say your goodbyes to the hosts and make your way backstage. woo seok follows, still laughing about the last joke heechul made, but your mind is elsewhere. you quickly pull out your phone again, reading the message over and over.
you two looked really good together on screen today.
"are you sure you’re okay?" woo seok asks again, this time more serious, noticing the tension in your shoulders.
"yeah," you reply, your voice a little too light, too forced. "just tired."
he doesn’t push it, thankfully, and you head out, stepping into the cool night air. the ride back to your place feels longer than usual, the city lights passing in a blur. and as soon as you’re alone, you pull out your phone again.
you stare at minjeong’s message for a moment before typing back. thanks. it’s just for the show though, you know that, right?
her response comes almost immediately. sure, i know. just for the show.
but you can feel it, the unspoken tension, the way her words linger on the screen like a challenge. you can already tell that when you see her later, there’s going to be a conversation. maybe more than that.
just for the show. but with minjeong? nothing’s ever that simple.
you step into the apartment, as the door closes behind you, the excitement fizzles out, replaced by a heavy tension hanging in the air.
the apartment, usually warm and inviting, feels different tonight. colder. the soft glow of the tv is the only source of light in the room, casting shadows across the space. you can hear the low murmur of a rerun playing on the screen, and your stomach twists when you realize which one it is—tonight’s episode of knowing bros, the one where you had flirted with woo seok for the cameras, winked at him, laughed a little too easily for the sake of the show. it was all harmless, part of the job. but now, seeing the episode again, you feel the weight of what’s coming.
minjeong is on the couch, her legs stretched out, her lean frame tense, even though she’s pretending to be relaxed. her arms are crossed tightly over her chest, and her sharp jaw is clenched. she doesn’t even glance your way when you enter, her eyes glued to the screen, but you know she heard you. she always hears you. her icy blonde hair, slightly disheveled, falls over her eyes, casting shadows on her already sharp features. the aura surrounding her is unmistakable—minjeong is sulking, and it’s because of what she saw.
you set your bag down quietly, trying not to disturb the tense silence any more than necessary. the weight in your chest grows heavier as you take a few steps toward her. “hey, baby,” you say softly, testing the waters, hoping to break through that wall she’s put up.
“hey,” she mutters back, her voice flat and distant. no glance in your direction, no smile. just the tv, and that damn scene where you’re teasing woo seok playing on a loop.
you watch her for a moment, taking in the stiffness in her posture, the way her knuckles are white from how tightly she’s gripping her arms. usually, she’d pull you in for a hug the second you walked through the door, maybe tease you about how your day went. but not tonight. tonight, she’s locked herself in that stubborn, jealous shell of hers, and getting her out of it is going to take more than a simple apology.
you sit down next to her on the couch, the space between you feeling like miles. minjeong still doesn’t look at you, her eyes glued to the screen as the scene plays out. you can hear your own voice coming through the speakers—flirty, teasing, the kind of voice you use when you’re trying to sell chemistry for the cameras. on screen, you’re laughing with woo seok, winking at him, leaning into the banter like you’re having the time of your life.
you can feel minjeong’s mood shift with every second that passes. the tension radiating off her is almost palpable, and even though she hasn’t said a word about it yet, you know exactly what’s going on in her head. you’ve seen this side of her before—the possessive, quietly brooding minjeong who doesn’t like sharing you with anyone, not even for the sake of work.
“minjeong,” you say softly, leaning in a little closer, testing the waters. “you know it’s just for the cameras, right? it didn’t mean anything.”
she doesn’t respond at first, her gaze still fixed on the tv as your on-screen self giggles at something woo seok says. her jaw tightens, and she lets out a quiet huff. “i know,” she mutters, her voice clipped. “doesn’t mean i liked it.”
you sigh, moving a little closer, until your thigh is pressed against hers. her body is warm, but there’s a chill in the way she’s shutting you out. you reach out hesitantly, placing your hand on her forearm, but she doesn’t relax under your touch. “baby, come on,” you say gently, trying to coax her out of her mood. “it’s just acting. you know you’re the one i come home to.”
finally, minjeong turns her head to look at you, her sharp eyes locking onto yours with an intensity that sends a shiver down your spine. her expression is a mix of jealousy and frustration, though she’s trying hard to mask it under her usual calm demeanor. “it’s not about that,” she says quietly, her voice rougher than usual. “it’s just… watching you flirt with him like that, hearing everyone laugh like they believe it… i didn’t like it.”
there’s an edge to her voice that makes your heart ache. you know minjeong isn’t the type to voice her insecurities often. she’s always been the confident one, the one who stays cool under pressure. but right now, you can see the cracks in her facade, the vulnerability she tries so hard to hide.
“minjeong,” you whisper, leaning in closer until your faces are only inches apart. “you don’t have to be jealous. it’s just work. you’re the only one i’d ever look at like that for real.”
her eyes narrow slightly, and she huffs again, though this time it’s more out of frustration than anger. “yeah, well,” she mutters, her voice softening just a fraction. “doesn’t mean i want to see you doing it, even if it’s fake.”
before you can respond, minjeong moves, her strong hands finding your waist as she pulls you smoothly into her lap. you let out a surprised gasp, but you don’t resist, settling onto her thighs with your legs straddling her. her hands grip your waist firmly, possessively, as if she needs to physically remind you that you’re hers.
“look at me,” you say softly, cupping her face with both hands, forcing her to meet your gaze. her eyes flicker with something unreadable—frustration, jealousy, maybe even a little insecurity—but you don’t look away. “it’s just us now. no cameras, no acting. just me and you.”
minjeong’s grip tightens slightly, her gaze still intense as she studies your face. “you know i don’t like sharing,” she mutters, her voice low, almost growling. “even if it’s just for show.”
you lean in, pressing your forehead against hers, your lips barely brushing hers as you whisper, “you don’t have to share. i’m all yours. always.”
her breath hitches slightly at your words, and you feel her muscles start to relax under your touch. her hands slide up your sides, her fingers pressing into your skin possessively, and you can feel the last remnants of her frustration melting away.
“damn right, you are,” she mutters, her lips brushing against yours as she speaks.
you smile softly, pressing a kiss to the corner of her mouth. “no more sulking, okay?” you tease, though your voice is gentle.
she huffs, rolling her eyes, but there’s no real bite behind it. “fine,” she mutters, her hands still firmly gripping your waist. “just… don’t do that again.”
you laugh softly, kissing her again, this time on the lips. “only you, baby. i promise.”
minjeong sighs, finally relaxing fully into your embrace, her arms wrapping around you tightly as she pulls you even closer. the tension between you fades completely, replaced by the quiet comfort of being together. you rest your head against her shoulder, feeling her heartbeat slow as she holds you, the weight of her jealousy slipping away.
“you’re so possessive,” you murmur, a smile tugging at your lips as you rest in her arms.
minjeong hums, her voice low and satisfied. “only when it comes to you.”

Hear me out: squid game edition
I've seen on tik tok and pinterest a lot of people saying 'hear me out' on the finest man of the entire south Korea which makes me believe this 'hear me out' has lost its meaning, so I'm gonna do a list full of my favorite underrated characters of squid game that no one talks about enough.
♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤
N°6: That one math teacher from s1.
This man absolutely slayed his minutes of screen time and we have to admit he was smart as hell but unfortunately he was gone too soon (if he looked at me like that he would die looking a slurped caprisun)

N°5: The square masked officer
He was given 2 minutes of screen time and he served and ate. I don't know if this if just me but I hope he makes a bigger appearance in the third season because I feel like he has some potential (help me lord he's fine as hell)

N°4: Park Gyeong-Seok
Let's be real here, he did soooo good on episode 7, he literally went off and acted like he was in call of duty or something. He's honestly a great character and I got so sad they killed him because I want him to go back to his daughter (MY SHAYLA) but I also have a theory that N°11 (No-eul) was the one who went to shoot him but didn't actually kill him, this since we didn't see him die (he's so pookie I want him in my bed)

N°3: Choi Woo-Seok
My baby did nothing but serve face for the entirety of s2 (LMAO) but I honestly love him so much, he's such a cool and funny character, although i found slightly annoying how much trust he put onto captain Park but i can't blame him since Jun-ho also believes him but I hope they get to find that island in s3. (That fuckass chain of his makes him finer oof)

N°2: Deok-Su
BEFORE YOU COME AT ME LISTENNNN, OKAY? We can't lie and say he was the worst character because he WASN'T. Was he fucked in the head? Yes. Would he slay if he was alive during s2? Absolutely. This mf went INSANE during the bathroom fight and during lights out and although he wasn't the best with the brains, he definitely was one hell of a fighter. I don't think anyone in s2 would stand a chance if he was still alive (he's pretty fucking hot too I'd honestly let him destroy my insides)

N°1: Seong Gi-Hun
How tf is he the MAIN CHARACTER but also underrated??? He's quite literally one of the best characters in the entire show but I'm so disappointed at how much trust he puts on people (frontman) but that only shows how much kindness he has in heart, I mean, after watching over 600 people die, losing both his best friends (RIP MY SHAYLAS) and also losing contact with his daughter??? This man deserves the best therapist in the world. I also will NEVER forgive Netflix for cutting off his fluffy hair and for taking away his smile. (He's so pookie and this pic is making me feral I want him to look at me like that when he sees me laying naked on the table as he waits for dinner)

Anyway, this was a brief opinion on these characters and I know there's so much more I could say but I feel lazy and I can't remember half of the events of s1 but feel free to share your thoughts!! Like, repost and comment if you can I love you babes🫶🏽

I woke up feeling cold and lonely in our bed.
When I opened my eyes and saw the empty side of the bed where Woo Seok was supposed to be sleeping I remembered last night and how he just left.
I turned to the side and stared at the empty space where his face would usually rest. It felt so lonely, I almost wanted to cry. I reached over to his side of the bed and touched his pillow, hugging it to my chest and trying to catch any last lingering scent of him.
The scent of him comforted me as I sat in silence for a while, hugging his pillow close.
After a while I got out of bed, I felt so drained, both mentally and physically.
I had hoped last night was just a dream. That maybe he was still here somewhere.
I walked into the kitchen, hoping he'd be there with breakfast and his charming smile. I hoped he would greet me with his arms wide open and tell me he was sorry and that everything was going to be okay. But there was no one in the kitchen. Just an empty table and a lonely chair.
It made me sad. I thought we were finally getting better. That maybe things were looking up for us. We had been fighting a lot lately and things between us had been really rocky. Last night was the last straw for me. I had decided when he get’s back….if…. He gets back…. I need a break.
We hadn't gone on a proper date in months. It seemed like all he wanted to do was stay home, sit on the couch and drink. I tried talking to him about it but he kept avoiding it. I tried bringing up the topic, but every time we would end up in another fight.
We were fighting over such small things lately, things that never used to be a problem, over a towel on the bed, over lights, food, sex, everything.
I couldn’t take it anymore, it felt like we were falling apart and no matter what I did he wouldn't talk to me, he was shutting me out and I was sick of it.
"Why are you making a big deal out of this? Why don't you go out with your stupid friends!" He yelled.
"Because I want to spend time with you!"
“ I can’t with you right now. I need a fucking break. I am so sick and tired of this! Just go, please! I need some fucking air. I am sick of being in this house, with you, all day long. I need to clear my mind. Please just leave me alone." He said and walked away.
"Wait, Wooseok." I ran after him, grabbing him by the arm and turning him around to face me.
"I don't want to be in this house alone right now, if you walk out right now, I WILL hold it against you…I mean it."
He looked at me and for a second I saw a glimpse of the old him. My sweet and kind Woo. He was there. Behind those dark eyes, I saw the same man that I fell in love with. The man that brought me coffee in the morning, and made me laugh so hard, I could barely breathe. Always hung out with me in every class break. The man that always asked how my day was and would bring me a single flower just because. He was there, I knew it.
But as soon as the glimmer came, it disappeared and all that was left was anger and darkness.
"Let go of me."
"NO, Woo Seok, I will NOT let go. Please, talk to me, what's wrong, what is bothering you?"
"You. You are bothering me." He said and snatched his arm from my grasp, walking out and slamming the door behind him.
I was snapped back to reality, realizing that the last words we had exchanged were hateful ones.
I looked down at my hands, the hands that were holding him, and realized I was still clutching his pillow.
I sighed, dropping the pillow to the floor, getting into the bathroom for a shower.
I had to stop thinking about it. It was all in the past, and right now I had a day off from school and no plans...not any more … at least.
I needed to distract myself, I quickly showered, putting on my favorite outfit, the one that I had picked for the date that wasn't going to happen and headed out the door. If he didn’t wanna go to the beach … FINE, I can go.
The sun was setting as I got to the beach, there were a lot of people…and couples… enjoying the weather and the ocean view. It was a beautiful place. The waves crashed onto the shore and the sound was like music to my ears. It calmed me, and made me feel free and happy and since this day is such a bust, I might as well try and enjoy this by getting high.
I walked around a little as the sky grew slightly darker, finding a good spot, laying my towel on the sand, putting my bag and stuff next to me, before lighting up. I was taking in the scenery, the sky was growing darker and the beach was almost empty, most people were leaving, and as the smoke was leaving my lungs, I was already feeling lighter and happier excited about the high to come which would make me forget about all the drama - it was also kinda cold, pretty cold.
As I took another large drag from the joint, I felt the high starting, I was more “aware” of myself and my surroundings, I felt at ease, and it felt like i had let out a breath i dint know i was holding in. Suddenly the stress of the situation began to reduce as my body felt lighter, more fluid and ‘fun’.
I was lost in the sensations of the high, I put on some music, took off my t-shirt and laid down, shut my eyes for a moment, getting comfy in my plush soft blanket.
Suddenly I heard a chuckle, a chuckle full of snark.
"Well, that's certainly a sight, I guess your dates are more fun without me"
I opened my eyes, and was met with his.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" I mumbled closing my eyes immediately, not wanting to accept that this was happening.
"Nice way to greet your boyfriend" he replied, and snatched the joint from my hand, taking a long drag.
"You can't just show up here like that, we're supposed to be taking a break, remember? You didn't want me, you made that very clear. I don't have to put up with this, fuck off. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of"
"Aww Ouchie. That hurt." He said tauntingly, and then continued, "you look really good in those shorts, you know"
"Fuck off, Wooseok" I replied, sitting up and reaching for the joint, which he immediately raised above his head, out of reach from my height, as he chuckled.
His playful and casual mood was starting to throw me into a rage, why was he acting like nothing was wrong? After everything he said? Why was he now fucking with your high when you weren’t even dating anymore?
"You can't just leave and come back, whenever the fuck you feel like it."
"Watch me" He replied, taking another drag, and smiling.
"What's gotten into you? Are you drunk or something?"
"No" He laughed and handed the joint back to you - you didn’t accept it from him.
"Why are you acting like nothing's wrong, like you didn't walk out last night? Like you didn't tell me, and I quote "I am sick and tired of you"
"Oh come on, don't be a bitch!"
"Don't call me a bitch, Wooseok."
“You taking a hit or no?? It’s getting wasted over here. "
"Are you actually fucking with me right now???"
"Okay fine…Don't want it, you don't get it.." He said taking a massive drag and putting out the joint with his foot.
I stood up angrily and yelled, "Are you crazy?! That was a perfectly good joint, you just wasted it!!"
Suddenly Wooseok roughly grabbed my waist pulling me closer as he harshly held my face with one hand keeping my mouth open - he immediately pressed his lips onto mine, shotgunning his last massive drag into my mouth.
One was breathing out pushing the smoke, while the other was taking it all in.
His lips were on mine, his tongue was inside of me. It was intense. I hated that I loved it.
The kiss felt heavy and intoxicating, Wooseok slowly pushing his body’s weight onto you, both getting on our knees, lips still intact.
Wooseok slowly pulled away from me and looked at me, his gaze was hungry.
He was so beautiful, the sunset illuminating his face, and his eyes. I loved his eyes, and his smile, and the way he looked at me.
My eyes were fixed on his as I tried to catch my breath, my mind feeling shocked, angry and very much seduced at the same time.
“Tell me that wasn’t a better hit than the joint,” He whispered into my ear, his breath warm and seductive as he smirked, his gaze locked with mine, not breaking eye contact for a second. I had missed his voice, and the way his lips brushed against my skin as he spoke. I missed the way he was looking at me, and how his touch set my entire body on fire. I missed him.
I tried to say something but the words wouldn't come out.
Loosening his grip on my face he slowly moved his hand down to my hip, gripping it, and slowly pushing his leg between my thighs, as he pushed me onto my back.
He towered over me - "Now, where were we?" He whispered again, his lips grazing mine and his breath hitting my face.
His lips were so close, it was driving me crazy. I didn't know if I should push him away or pull him closer, but what about everything he said? Did I forgive him just like that? Was I really this easy?
He leaned down and kissed me, softly at first, but quickly grew more heated and passionate, his tongue exploring my mouth. His hands roaming all over my body, pulling my hips closer, pushing his knee against my crotch.
My brain was screaming at me to push him off, but my body was betraying me, wanting his touch, and craving more - addicted - addicted to him.
He slowly started kissing down my neck, his hands caressing my chest, his thumb brushing against my nipple, making me moan. He smiled and started kissing my neck, sucking hard, biting me, making me whimper and moan.
My head was spinning, it was all too much, and not enough at the same time. At some point I just had a silent stream of tears, running down my cheeks as the emotions hit me.
"I missed this so much" Wooseok whispered, kissing his way down my chest, and biting and licking my nipples.
"So much."
- I didn’t react
"Please, let's go home, okay? Come on."
- No response
"Y/N, come on. Let's go home."
"Look, I'm sorry okay? Can we please go home and talk about this?"
"No, Wooseok, you had your chance, you said it yourself, I bother you, remember? You don't need to pretend like everything is okay."
"Baby, please. Don't be like that. I didn't mean it."
"Yes you did."
"No, baby, please, it’s getting dark can we just talk inside.”
“ baby, I just wanna go home, and talk. It's so cold, and it's getting late."
- I turned around laying on my other side, my back facing him.
He sighed and then got up, packing our things, and putting everything back into my bag.
He walked over, and reached out his hand for me.
"Let's go, it's getting late.”
-I refused his hand and got up on my own, brushing off the sand.
"Come on, let's go" He said again, his voice impatient, as he grabbed my wrist and tried to drag me along.
"Stop it!" I protested, but he was still dragging me.
"LET GO OF ME!"
- I yelled, and pulled my arm away from him.
He turned to look at me, a hint of anger flashing in his eyes.
"What the fuck is your problem?" He yelled.
"You're my problem. You keep hurting me and then acting like nothing's wrong!”
"It's not like you never hurt me!,” he shot back.
"When? When did I ever do that to you?"
"You didn’t even run behind me in the morning when I said we needed a Break, you didn’t even care! You couldn’t care less about fighting for this relationship!."
"OFCOURSE I CARE! Maybe I would've chased you if you didn't leave after yelling at me and telling me to leave you alone!, and as for FIGHTING for the relationship, ALL I HAVE DONE is fight for it! - Chase after you ??? For What ???? You and I NEVER make it fucking work, has anything we’ve had for so long even barely qualify as a relationship?,” I snapped back in rage, only realising what I had just said after his expression fell dark and cold. Before I could Tell him I would never mean that -
"JUST WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT Y/N” He shouted at me, his voice was harsh and his eyes were dark and cold, there was no trace of the Wooseok I had just been kissing.
I didn't respond, my heart was beating fast, and I felt like I couldn't breathe.
"WELL ?" He shouted again, stepping closer to me.
"W-what?"
"What do you want from me, hm? What can I possibly do to fix this? You are always complaining, about something, and nothing I ever do is good enough for you, it's never enough, and you're always mad at me, what the hell do you want from me?!
“ I JUST WANT YOU, OKAY !! I WANT YOUR LOVE AND ATTENTION AND PRESENCE I WANT YOU TO HOLD ME I WANT YOU TO BE THERE! “
I paused for a second and then continued, my voice cracking. - "And you weren't. You aren’t.
It was like I could see the person I love crumble, his expression changed and I saw his eyes start to water.
"Will you give me.." he hesitated for a moment, and then continued, his voice shaking.
"will you give me another chance?, Please."
- The last word came out almost like a whisper.
I didn't say anything. My eyes were filled with tears.
He stepped closer to me, his eyes fixed on mine.
"Please" He whispered.
"Just one more chance. Please."
-I still didn't say anything.
"Please, Baby."
-I nodded.
"Say it, say you'll give me another chance."
-He pleaded, his voice barely audible.
"I will"
-His expression changed.
-His eyes lit up as a smile spread across his face, tears still streaming.
"Thank you" He said, before wrapping his arms around my waist and burying his face in my shoulder.
I wrapped my arms around his shoulders, holding him tightly, my face pressed against his neck.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, Y/N" He said, his voice shaking.
"it's… okay"
"no it's not. I was such an asshole to you. I'm so sorry"
"It's okay.”
"No, It's not. You don't deserve that. You deserve so much better than me. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me. And I've been such an asshole."
"You have"
-He looked up at me, his eyes watery, and his expression full of regret.
"I'm sorry, Baby. I'm so sorry" He repeated.
-He hugged me tightly, his arms wrapped around my waist strongly, almost as if they were desperate to be embraced.
"I'm sorry too"
"you don't have to apologise, none of this was your fault. It was all mine. I fucked up." - “Let me make it up to you at home?” he asked smirking and grinning like an idiot while crying, which was honestly kinda cute.
"Okay, you can try, and the “I’m sorry sex” better be Earth Shattering,” - I added on, pouting…. as our lips collided.

『𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬』 변우석

summary: The feelings between you and your best friend are far from over.
Genre: best friends to lovers, little bit of angst,Byeon Woo Seok x fem!reader, drabble
author notes: After months I came back, today I bring you a drabble about the love of my life, also because I saw "Lovely runner" and I liked it a lot so I got a little inspiration from there, well I hope you enjoy this and later I will bring more about Sun Jae and Woo seok since I don't see many people writing about them, take care and good night :)
Word count: 1089k
The soft ping of my phone broke the quiet hum of my apartment. A message from Woo-seok.
“Hey y/n, do you want to come to my house later? I need to write some lines for my new drama, “Lovely Runner”. You know, the usual, being my personal script coach and all that stuff.”
I smiled, imagining Woo-seok's signature goofy smile. It was almost endearing how he never seemed to take his acting career seriously, even though he was on the verge of becoming a major star. He was still the same goofy, clumsy boy he'd known in high school, the one who always made me laugh.
“Sure, I'll be there in an hour. "What time are you free?" I replied and let the tea sit while he prepared it for me.
An hour later, I found myself outside Woo-seok's elegant apartment building, the imposing structure a stark contrast to the cozy, modest apartment we used to share as roommates in college.
He greeted me with a wide, welcoming smile and a playful push, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the hallway. "You're late," he teased, pushing me inside.
"Traffic," I lied, my cheeks heating up under his gaze. Despite knowing him for years, my heart still pounded when he looked at me like that. He always had this way of making me feel seen, like I was the only person in the room.
His apartment was a testament to his success, modern and elegant, with a wide view of the city skyline. But I still felt at home, filled with the familiar warmth of his presence.
"Let's go to my room," he said, leading me to a well-lit space filled with scripts, props, and a comfortable chair.
"Okay, so this scene is where I first meet my love interest, played by the beautiful, talented, and incredibly charming Ryu Sun-jae," Woo-seok began, his voice dropping to a playful whisper.
I couldn't help but laugh. He was very dramatic, even when he talked about his own work. But his enthusiasm was infectious and I found myself immersed in the story. He ran through the lines, his voice shifting seamlessly between playful banter and sincere emotion.
He was good, really good. He poured his heart and soul into every word, into every gesture, making me forget that he was just watching a friend rehearse.
And this is where I'm supposed to make a grand entrance, you know, like a knight in shining armor. "But I think he's too exaggerated," he muttered, pulling a crumpled script from the table.
"No, I think he's perfect," I said, surprised by my own conviction. "He is your character, it is what makes him unique."
Woo-seok looked at me with a flash of surprise in his eyes. 'Actually? So you think?
"Yes," I nodded, trying to ignore the way his gaze lingered on me. There was an unspoken connection between us, a bond forged over years of shared laughter, dreams, and late-night chats.
'What do you think he should do here?' He asked, pointing to a particularly difficult line.
'Hmm, maybe try it with a little more vulnerability?' I suggested, my voice softening as I realized how closely I was studying his face.
He nodded, frowning in concentration. He walked the line again, this time with a raw emotion that resonated deeply within me.
"Wow," I sighed, genuinely impressed. 'That's perfect. You captured the uncertainty, the fear, the longing for acceptance. It is brilliant.'
Woo-seok's smile was brighter than the city lights outside. 'You're the best, Y/n. You always know how to make me feel better about my work.
We continued rehearsing until the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the room. As we worked, it felt like we were falling back into the comfortable rhythm of our old college days, time blurring into a cozy, shared memory.
"I think I'm a little hungry," Woo-seok said, breaking the silence. 'How about we order some food?'
"Sounds good to me," I agreed, feeling a warmth spread through me.
While we waited for our food, we sat on the floor and flipped through old photo albums. Laughter filled the room as we recalled silly moments from our past, each image a window into our shared history.
The delivery boy arrived, bringing with him the aroma of spicy noodles and sizzling dumplings. We ate in comfortable silence, enjoying the food and the company.
Later, while we were cleaning, Woo-seok turned to me and his eyes met mine. 'You know, Y/n, I'm so lucky to have you in my life. You have always been there for me, through thick and thin.
I smiled, my heart swelled with warmth. 'Me too, Woo-seok. You are my best friend and I will always be there for you.
He reached out and took my hand, his touch sending a shiver down my spine. "I know," he said, his voice low and sincere. "And I'm grateful for that."
For a moment, we stood there, hands clasped and the silence filled with unexpressed emotions. The city outside glowed like a distant dream, but all he could see was Woo-seok, his eyes containing a depth that he knew he couldn't ignore forever.
“I should probably head home,” I finally said, my voice barely above a whisper.
He nodded and his gaze stopped on my face. "Yeah, I guess you should."
I pulled away, my heart aching with a mix of longing and apprehension.
"I'll see you around, Woo-seok," I said, forcing a smile.
"Yes, definitely," he replied, his voice laced with a hint of disappointment.
When I left his apartment, I couldn't shake the feeling that something had changed between us. The line between friendship and something more had blurred, and I wasn't sure I was ready to cross it.
I had always valued our friendship and the thought of risking it for something uncertain made me sick to my stomach. But the warmth of his touch, the intensity of his gaze, and the way he made me feel so seen had awakened a longing inside me that I couldn't ignore.
The lights of the city blur as I walked, my mind replaying the events of the night. I knew I needed time to process everything, to discover my feelings. But one thing was certain: the bond between Woo-seok and I was deeper than simple friendship, and I knew, with a certainty that made my heart ache, that our story was far from over.

this may be a bit random, but could you write something for Choi Wook-Seok (the guy who plays rock, paper, scissors, minus one + helps with the search)
I’ve seen nothing about him online at all but I really liked him (maybe I’m just delusional)
It would be amazing if you could do something where the reader was an ex coworker (or just a friend) of Jun Ho and gets pulled into the little take down mission from episode 2. There she meets Wook-Seok and he gets really flustered around her or something.
thank you so much and good work on all your fics
Woo-Seok - Flustered
Synopsis: Woo-seok thinks you're really pretty and gets quite shy
A/N: Sorry this took so long to post i've been drowning in requests!!
Warnings: none
“So, just to clarify, you want me to join you to kidnap some guy who is apparently hosting death games and killing hundreds of people yearly on an unknown island?” you speak as you look at Jun-ho. When your old friend texted you asking to meet, you thought he had wanted to go out for a coffee and catch up - not try to convince you to help him find some guy running some deadly game on an island he's been trying (and failing) to find for two years now.
“I know how it sounds but I’m not making this up,” he says as he looks at you with a serious look. Jun-ho was well aware that his story sounded like the words of a mad man but there was really no way to not sound crazy talking about something like this. He was hoping that you'd just trust him and agree to this because your help would be valuable to getting this done.
You could see the look on his face that showed he clearly wasn't joking around and was dead serious about needing your help with this. However, as much as you did want to help him, you weren’t a police detective anymore. You had quit long ago and taken up a different job that didn’t put you in any danger. Something like this could be seriously dangerous and result in the harm of a lot of people. You let out a sigh as you ran a hand through your hair.
“Jun-ho. As much as I want to help, you know I don’t do that stuff anymore. I left it behind me years ago,” you say as you look at him with an apologetic look. You weren’t confident that you could just jump back into work like this. After all, if he was telling the truth, this would be a lot more than just a simple kidnapping and arrest. It’d be an all-out war - the one thing you wanted to avoid.
Jun-ho understood where you were coming from but he didn’t want to give up on you. When you used to work together in the police department, you were an excellent detective. You had a talent and it was being wasted for things that didn’t matter. This mattered. “Just keep watch then. You don’t have to come with us inside. I just need the skill I know you have to help us,” He says as he puts a comforting hand on your shoulder.
You stayed quiet for a few moments as you just looked at him, analyzing him to figure out whether you should listen to him. Were you really going to join him on a mission to kidnap some potentially dangerous guy? You let out a sigh before looking off to the side with slight annoyance. You took a deep breath before looking at him again. “I’ll help,” you say and Jun-ho immediately smiles, glad to have you on his side. He trusted you with his life and he knew you would prove a great help.
He pats your shoulder twice before pulling his hand away. “Good. We're meeting here tomorrow,” he says as he hands you a small piece of paper with an address. You looked down at it and nodded your head slowly. “Time is valuable so be here early,” he adds as he puts his hands into his pockets.
“Got it. I'll be there first thing tomorrow morning,” you say as you shove the piece of paper into your pocket and look up at him. Jun-ho nods his head in approval before swiftly walking away and leaving you on your own to think. If Jun-ho hadn't been such a good ally when you worked in the force together, you would've never agreed to this wild goose chase. But, unfortunately, he had done you a favor one too many times so saying no was off the table.
You let out another sigh as you looked to the horizon and thought about what tomorrow might bring.
“They better have guns,”
✧・゚: ✧・゚:
The next day, you arrived at the rather strange choice of a meet up place. It looked like a run down motel that offers its rooms for ridiculously cheap to those who couldn't afford anything better. You stare at it for a few moments before heading towards the door. When you went to open it, it didn't budge, so you looked around to see if there was something you could open it with.
Your eyes quickly landed on a camera watching you from above which you decide to wave at in hopes that the door would open for you. Thankfully, it did as you heard a buzz indicating it was now opened. You quickly walked in and began to climb the stairs to the correct floor written on the paper. You could hear the faint sounds of gunshots - something that made you more relaxed because thank god they do have guns in case this goes south.
When you arrived at the correct floor, you could already see Jun-ho waiting outside a room for you. He seemed anything but relaxed and you couldn't blame him. Something like this was a whole other level of dangerous. They pretty much only had one shot at getting this right or else it'd be all over.
“This way. The rest of the team is in here,” Jun-ho speaks as he leads you down the hallway and into a room. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the shit ton of won lying on a bed. Your eyes widen at the sight as Jun-ho leads you past into the bathroom which was filled with a shit ton of guns. You looked around the small bathroom in slight shock at how prepared they happened to be. You weren't going to ask where they got all these guns from but you could guess they were all illegally obtained from the black market. There was also a lot of ammo for the guns too.
Finally, Jun-ho pushes back a blue curtain revealing a hole in the wall that led to a giant space which seemed like it used to be separate rooms before the walls were removed. There were three guys shooting at the targets all the way on the back wall while three other guys stood behind them. They clearly meant business.
Woo-seok noticed the presence of Jun-ho and immediately looked at him. He had yet to notice you standing right behind Jun-ho. “These guys were in the marine corps!” he shouts out as he looks over at Gi-hun with wide eyes. He was rather impressed with himself for managing to make a team with professionals.
“These guys were in the UDT,” he shouts again while walking forward and gesturing to two other guys. “and these guys were in the ROK Special Forces,” he finishes as he gestures to the last two guys. “Oh, and this guy is just a former cop,” he says as he points at Jun-ho.
“Me too,” you say, making Woo-seok snap his head towards you. He immediately froze up. He recalled Jun-ho saying that he'd bring an old coworker and friend but he didn't think that he'd bring someone as pretty as you. You had him rendered speechless so quickly and suddenly, he was very aware of the people looking at him.
“This is my co-worker. I told you about her,” Jun-ho says as he steps back a little so you could have some space to reveal yourself. “She was great at her job when we worked together so she'll be a big help,” he adds. Gi-hun seems to nod his head before looking back at the men shooting but Woo-seok couldn't tear his eyes away from you.
“..Is there something on my face?” you ask as you rub your face once-over just in case. You didn't know what he was staring at you for but it was kind of endearing in an odd way. “no! Sorry. I'm Woo-seok,” he quickly introduced himself as he tried to calm down and not grin like an idiot. God, he could feel himself start to sweat.
“Glad to be on the same team,” you say as you hold your hand out for him to shake it. He quickly grabs your hand and shakes it vigorously, taking you by surprise at the suddenness and aggressiveness. “uhm- me too,” he stutters out before quickly pulling his hand back after realizing he was holding yours for a little too long.
You stare at him with slight confusion as you couldn't tell what brought along this behavior. He seemed awfully sweaty all of a sudden and his face seemed to flush a reddish color. He could also barely get a word out without stuttering. Usually people only acted like when they had a crush-
Wait. Did he have a crush on you?? He certainly seemed to display all the signs of a potential crush. Maybe you could just ask. Would that be too straightforward? You didn't want to embarrass him, you just genuinely wanted to know if he liked you but asking him out right might be a little much.
“uh- so you used to be in the police department?” He questioned, making an attempt at small talk with you in hopes to hide how nervous he was. He really didn't want to give a bad first impression to a girl so pretty. You nodded your head and started to talk about it but he could barely focus. He was suddenly hyper-aware of everything about him including his mannerisms.
Was he smiling too much? Was his stance weird? Did you feel uncomfortable with him looking at you? His mind was too consumed by the thoughts of what you thought about him. He thought about making a joke but maybe you wouldn't find it funny at all and there would be an awkward silence. It was just too much for him to handle. He'd much like to disappear now just to avoid doing something embarrassing in front of you.
“..woo-seok?” You call out as you look at him weirdly. He seemed to be in his own world right now. Something was evidently stuck on his mind. You, probably. You could easily tell how he felt about you. You did use to work as a detective after all. Reading people is what you do. You sigh and shake your head at his nervous behavior before speaking up.
“If you like me, just ask me out,” you say, making his eyes widen as he snaps out of his trance. He looked at you in disbelief, not entirely sure that he actually heard you correctly. “What?” He says as he feels his heart race a million times faster than it had been previously.
“If you like me, ask me out,” you repeat seriously. You found his shyness quite cute honestly and you actually didn't think you'd be against the idea of going out with him. He really just seemed like a sweetheart.
“..really?” He said as he nervously smiled. He sheepishly rubs the back of his neck with his hand before looking around at the other's. “well.. if you don't mind..” he says as he looks at you with a hopeful look.
“You gotta ask me like a man, c’mon,” you say playfully as you push his shoulder gently with a smirk. He laughed shyly before taking a deep breath. “Okay,” he says as he composes himself before looking down at you.
“Would you maybe like to go out sometime?”

𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 | 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫

the next day
you opened your eyes and slowly sat up in bed, groaning softly. your entire body felt wrecked after last night and you took a moment to regain your bearings. you felt a rush of pleasure just at the memory of what happened the night before. looking at the clock, you noticed it was already late morning.
you looked over to the other side of the bed and saw that it was empty. you weren’t surprised since you knew about gong yoo’s busy schedule, but you still felt a little bit of disappointment.
you finally got out of bed and made your way to the bathroom. you could tell that you were already starting to become sore in certain places. despite everything, a small smirk plastered itself on your face as you began to reminisce on the events of last night.
you took a moment to look at yourself in the mirror, and your couldn’t help but notice the various hickeys and bite marks that littered your skin. you could even barely notice the love-bites on your collarbone.
you couldn’t help but feel a pang of guilt as you remembered the conversation you both had prior. everything had been so passionate and intimate, but you still couldn’t shake the nagging feeling in the back of your mind.
you started up the shower and stepped in underneath the warm water. every second of last night’s events was seared into your mind, no matter how much you tried to block it out. his touch and touch alone was something that you were already becoming addicted to. his voice and his sweet nothings filled your ears to the brim last night, and you could already feel yourself wanting more.
you tried to distract yourself with the warm water running over your body, and the soap that you were scrubbing over your skin. still, you couldn’t shake the way he was looking at you last night. he was so possessive and demanding, yet he still had been so gentle with you, like he still didn’t want to hurt you. you knew that you were
absolutely gone for him in every way now.
you took your time with the shower, not wanting to get out and face the world yet. your mind was plagued with thoughts of him. you were starting to miss him already and he had only been gone for a short amount of time.
you sighed heavily and shut off the water, before stepping out of the shower. you towel dried your body and threw on one of gong yoo’s shirts that you found lying around. you wanted nothing more than to bury your face in his pillow and inhale his scent, but you knew you had other responsibilities to deal with.
you walked out to find him sitting on the bed, looking at his phone. he looked up at you, and you knew he was taking in the sight of you in his shirt. he didn’t miss the way the shirt hung off one of your shoulders, showing off some of the hickeys he left last night. all he could think about was the fact that you looked completely claimed, and he loved it.
“why arent you at work?” you ask, leaning against the doorway.
he let out a sigh and put his phone down, looking up at you. he could see the hickeys on your neck and he could already feel himself getting turned on again, but he had to force that thought out of his head. he had bigger things to deal with.
“took the day off,” he said, patting the spot next to him on the bed. “i need to talk to you about something.”
you made your way over to him and sat next to him on the bed, feeling a slight sense of nervousness. you weren’t sure what he wanted to talk about, but you had a feeling you were gonna hear some things you didn’t want to hear.
he had noticed you were fidgeting with your hands, and he put a hand on you to stop you. he took in a deep breath before speaking.
“i’ve been thinking about some stuff,” he said, still with his hand on top of yours. “about us, and what happened last night.”
“what about it?” you ask, anxiety building up in ur stomach.
he paused for a moment. “i don’t wanna keep doing this back and forth with you. going one step forward only to be pushed two steps back. i don’t think it’s healthy for either of us.”
“yeah, no shit.” you huff.
he let out a sigh, clearly frustrated by your attitude. “i’m being serious here, sweetheart.”
he shifted so that he was fully facing you now. “last night we both let our emotions get the better of us, and neither of us were thinking clearly. it was just a heat of the moment sort of thing. one of us could have put a stop to it, but for some reason neither of us did.”
“we broke up three days ago of course we’re still attracted to each other” you resort, annoyed.
“i know that,” he said, letting out another exasperated sigh. “that’s why it was stupid of us to let it go that far. i should have had more restraint. you should have had more restraint. we both messed up.”
you quickly cut him off. “you messed up, i dont regret it.”
“i messed up?” he said, raising an eyebrow at you. “what happened to both of us being at fault? you’re really gonna sit here and pretend you were completely innocent last night?”
“you came to my hotel room knowing what was gonna happen, so yes its ur fault.” you roll ur eyes.
“i was weak and i wanted you,” he said, looking at you in the eyes. “but i’m not taking all the blame here. you came to the door half naked, and you’re saying you weren’t trying to seduce me?”
“i didn’t even know it was you.” you reply, blankly.
“liar” he said, his hand still on top of yours. “your room is two floors above mine. even if you didn’t know it was me, you knew there was the possibilty.”
you move ur hand.
he clenched his teeth as you pulled your hand away. he really wanted to hold your hand, but now it felt like he wasn’t even allowed to touch you. he took a calming breath and continued. there was something more important to talk about right now.
“so what do u wanna do? ignore each other? see other people?” you ask.
“god,no.” he said, shaking his head. “no. the thought of me being with anyone else makes me feel sick, and the thought of anyone else even touching you pisses me off.”
“i don’t want to see other people,” he said. “i just… i don’t know how much longer this is gonna work. we haven’t had a single day together without some kind of stupid fight in the past few months. it’s like we’re going in this endless cycle of making up again and breaking up again.”
you had to admit he was right about that. it felt like you were constantly breaking up and getting back together, only for the cycle to start over. you knew in your mind that it was unhealthy, but you were still so in love with him that you couldn’t even imagine being with anyone else. you couldn’t imagine spending each day without him. the thought of being with someone else was just so goddamn awful.
“then we just shouldn’t be together, we aren’t gonna last.” you responded, truthfully.
he felt his heart clench at your words, and he was having an even harder time trying to keep his cool now. he wanted you, so goddamn bad, but god he could see the sense in your words. a part of him was telling him to just agree and to leave, but he just couldn’t bring himself to do it.
“i don’t want to end things,” he said, and he was being dead serious. “i want you to be with me. i’ve seen relationships like this. my friends’ relationships, movies and dramas and even my parents. it’s toxic, and it’s never gonna get any better.”
“its not about what you or me want.” you frown.
“then what is it about?” he said, and he knew exactly where this was going.
you sigh and look around. “it’s about our future. we both want completely different things in life.”
he let out a slow exhale, and he knew deep down that you were right. he knew your hopes and dreams, and he knew that his career wasn’t going to stop anytime soon. the idea of giving up something that he loved seemed impossible, but he knew in his gut that he loved you more.
“dammit” he said, running a hand through his hair. “you’re right. i wanted this to work, i really did, but we’re going two different directions.”
even just saying that felt like a huge weight on his shoulders. the thought of actually losing you weighed down so heavily on him. he loved you, he loved you so goddamn much, but he didn’t even know what to do with himself anymore.
“i’m still in love with you,” he said, reaching out to you. “i’ve always been in love with you, and i don’t think that’s ever gonna change, but i don’t like the thought of you waiting around while i’m off doing who knows what and going god knows where.”
he looked at you with a desperate look in his eyes. he wanted so badly to just hold you. he’d give anything to just hold you in his arms, but he could see the sense in your words. he knew deep down that the best thing for you would be to just go in separate ways. no more going back and forth. no more breaking up and coming back together.
you hold back ur tears, not wanting to cry infront of him. “im still inlove with you too, but i have to let you go.”
he swallowed hard as you said that, and he could feel his heart breaking a million times over. he had to force himself to remain composed at this moment. he would not break down in front of you. even if you were breaking his heart, he couldn’t show weakness. he was supposed to be the strong one.
he closed his eyes, still restraining himself. he didn’t want to give in to his emotions, but it was so goddamn hard. the thought of losing you was too much to imagine, much less go through. he had to hold it together, he had to make himself stay strong for you.
he opened his eyes back up, forcing himself to swallow his feelings and maintain his composure. he looked stoically at you, with no trace of the pain showing in his eyes.
“maybe it’s time to say goodbye,” he said, looking at you and fighting the urge to take you into his arms and never let you go. he had to make you think that he was fine with ending things, just like how you were.
“yeah.” you look down and sigh tiredly.
he took a shaky breath, his heart breaking into a million pieces but unable to show it. he wanted just one more moment with you, but he had to let go. he loved you so damn much, and he knew that walking away from you was going to be the hardest thing he has ever had to do. he would do it for your sake, no matter how much it hurt.
he looked at you one more time, taking in your face. he wanted to remember every detail. the way your hair was messy, the way your clothes hung off of you, the marks he left on you, that same goddamn shirt that he hated and loved at the same time. he would remember you like this for the rest of his life.
he stood up off of the bed, wanting to step further away from you. he couldn’t be right next to you right now. he’d never be able to force himself to leave if he could still feel your body heat.
“you should move on, find you someone who makes u happy.” you state, looking back up at him.
he let out a dry laugh at that. as if he could ever love another woman the way he loved you. he couldn’t even imagine being with anyone else. the thought of being intimate with someone other than you was revolting.
“i’m never gonna love anyone the way i love you.” he said bluntly, and he was dead serious. he couldn’t even imagine himself with another woman. there was only one person he wanted, and it was you.
and he left after that.
6 whole years together.
gone.

he’s not sure what’s gotten into him this morning, but he was in a rather mischievous mood today. there was already a cocky little smile on his handsome face that you haven’t noticed yet as he leaned against the kitchen counter while sipping on his coffee, watching you sluggishly stroll into the light of the room. you looked so cute with your hair sticking out in all directions, rubbing one of your eyes sleepily, wearing nothing but one of his t-shirts that was comically long on your frame and reached your thighs like a dress. “good morning, honey.”
the reminder of how tiny you were in comparison to him gave him an idea.
“good morning,” you murmured softly, your mind still half enveloped in sleep with your body moving on its own. you drew close to him, standing on your tiptoes with your head tilted upward and eyes closed, anticipating for him to lean down and meet you in the middle with a kiss as was your usual routine.
except this kiss never came, and you opened your eyes with a little pout and slightly furrowed brows. he was clearly biting back a childish giggle, unable to hide his amusement despite being a world-renowned actor. “what’s wrong? aren’t you going to kiss me?”
“are you being serious?”
he cracked a chuckle, taunting you by puckering his lips while standing up straight. “dead serious.”
you bit the inside of your cheek, trying once again to elevate yourself by standing on your toes and wrapping your arms around his neck in an attempt to pull him down to your level. still, he didn’t budge, and his stupid grin was only growing wider at how goddamn adorable you were in his perspective. all you could reach was his lower jaw, just short of his lips.
“come on, don’t be a dick!” you whined. “are you really going to make me get a ladder?”
“oh? are you too short to kiss me?”
“don’t piss me off— obviously, i’m too short to kiss you!” the statement solidified your suspicions that he was trying to get a raise out of you, which you normally didn’t mind since being an annoyance at his grown-age was sort of a love language of his, but it was way too early for this. he frequently teases you for your height, even before you started dated, always using your head as an armrest and purposefully putting items just out of your reach so that you would need to jump or climb something to reach it. “just to remind you, i’m average height. you’re the one who’s a giraffe masquerading as a human!”
that broke him, bursting out in laughter at your little insult. it made you roll your eyes playfully, ready to walk off and get ready for the day. before you could take more than two steps, he tutted and grabbed your wrist, pulling you back to him in a single fluid motion and finally placed a loving kiss on your lips. he didn’t stop or let go of you until he felt you go slack in his arms and kiss him back, indicating that you surrendered yourself and had forgiven him for his teasing.
“you’re lucky you’re so handsome,” you scoffed, pressing your finger into his forehead and pushing him off you with a giggle.
