“Carlisle?” Her timid voice filled his office, eyes finding her frame to watch her step into the room almost cautiously. A warm smile tugged on his lips to welcome her in, while he waited for her to keep on speaking. It took (y/n) a second, she had to clear her throat before she wrung her hands, body trembling with nerves. “Do you have a minute for me?”
“Of course, what can I do for you, (y/n)?” She had joined the faculty a few days ago, trying to adjust to the new surroundings while moving into her office. Carlisle and her had shared a few chats so far, getting to know one another to learn more about their new colleague.
“I was wondering if you could join my lesson tomorrow? I’d like to get some feedback on it from someone who has been doing all of this a bit longer than I have.” He had to stop a chuckle from clawing through him, wanting to comment on how long he had truly been teaching for.
(Y/n) stood a few steps from his desk, hands fumbling with her fingers to seemingly try and calm herself down. In moments like these Carlisle wished he had Edward’s power, able to pick up on every thought buzzing through her busy mind. A part of him hadn’t been able to let go of her, thinking of (y/n) whenever he got the chance to hold still for a second or two. Ever since he had run into her for the first time, his mind had clung to the thought of her and that sweet smile that unfroze his no longer beating heart.
“When is it?” He reached for his phone to open his calendar, double checking the appointments he’d need to follow through with.
“It starts at ten. If you’re busy it’s no problem, of course, I just wanted to seize the chance while you’re still at the office.” She seemed to slowly relax, no longer nervously playing with her fingers but even allowing her gaze to finally take him in. (Y/n) wasn’t stupid, she could easily pick up on his handsome appearance, not doubting that some of his students only took his classes to be close to him. But she could also tell that there was more to him than his good looks and his fascinating medical research, something that drew her in like a voice whispering her name in the depth of the night.
“Ten works just fine for me, I will gladly be there, (y/n).” The smile that began to widen on her lips was something he’d undoubtedly never forget again. “Why don’t you put in your number for me, so we don’t have to try and catch one another in our office hours.”
He couldn’t help but pick up on the sound of her heart skipping a few beats, fingers slightly shaking as she took the phone from his cold hand. Carlisle watched her teeth nibble on her lower lip while (y/n) added her contact, taking a second to double-check everything before she gave it back to him.
“Thank you, Carlisle. I won’t disturb you any longer, I’ll see you tomorrow.” With one last smile thrown his way, she disappeared from his sight and left him behind with a smirk he wouldn’t be able to wipe off in a long while.
She hadn’t been able to shake her nervousness ever since she had stepped into Carlisle’s office, thoughts spiralling whenever she was near the handsome doctor. (Y/n) had known of his work for years, which had been one of the reasons why she had joined this faculty as a junior professor in the first place. And now, with her office only a few doors down from his and him seeming to like her just fine, she couldn’t stop thinking about him.
Perhaps it had been the wrong thing to ask him to join her lesson this morning, but knowing he was close and could support her when needed seemed to calm her down. A part of her wondered how she could return the favour, very well aware of his reputation as the university’s best and most liked professor, but perhaps she’d find something to do for him along the way.
“Morning, (y/n).” Carlisle’s voice ripped her out of her thoughts, wide eyes finding his golden ones. He stepped into her office, placed a cup of hot coffee down in front of her, and sat down in one of her leather chairs. “I thought I’d come find you before the lesson, and bring you a good luck coffee. Do you need help with anything?”
“Thank you, Carlisle, that’s very sweet of you. I think I have everything, let’s just hope some people will show up.” The soft laugh that ripped through her filled her office, accompanied by a chuckle he let go of. Something about seeing him like that, relaxing in one of her office chairs, had a soothing effect on (y/n), allowing her to get a few calming breaths in.
“Trust me, (y/n), the room will be filled with students, it’s a topic most wouldn’t want to miss out on.” She took a sip of the coffee, struggling to swallow the moan that wanted to claw through her at the taste. For the moment she didn’t question how he knew her coffee order, but just tasting it gave her heart a soft squeeze. “Come, I’ll walk you down.”
He reached for her notes before she could protest, hands holding onto her coffee while finally following him down the hallway to the lecture hall. And with one last smile shot his way, the two stepped into the already packed room, following the promise he had spoken just minutes ago.
“I have to say it again, I was very impressed by your talk today. You’re a natural, (y/n).” She couldn’t help but grin at the text Carlisle had just sent her, feeling her cheeks grow warmer at the praise. The lecture had been good, by far better than she had expected, and a part of her knew that it was all his doing.
“Thank you for being there for me, that means a lot to me. I hope I can learn some things from you, perhaps I’ll sneak into some of your lessons.” Parts of her hated that she was already feeling this comfortable with Carlisle, a man who was so far out of her reach, (y/n) feared all of this would end with a broken heart on her end. But the other, more curious part of her needed to see if this could evolve into something else, something to cling to late at night when heat would overcome her and her thoughts would only focus on him.
“Anytime, (y/n). I’d be happy to lend a helping hand for whatever you need.” The air she had just inhaled got stuck in her throat, forcing her to choke on it. She knew that he hadn’t meant it in a suggestive manner, and yet the text had something to it, something she was unable to let go of.
“Careful there, I will take you up on that.” With a satisfied smile, she threw her phone down on the bed before changing into something more comfortable, ready to catch a few hours of sleep before her morning lesson. But just as she closed her eyes and got comfortable on the mattress, her phone buzzed again, forcing her to reach for it as her curiosity got the best of her.
“I wouldn’t expect anything else, (y/n). I’ll come by for a coffee after your lesson tomorrow. Sweet dreams.”
Ever since he had texted her that he’d come by, (y/n) had been expecting him to randomly show up. Even while teaching her lesson, she hadn’t been able to properly focus, mind taken up by the thought of Carlisle’s closeness. And now she felt him before she saw him, goosebumps rising on her arms the second he stepped into her office with his grin glued to his lips, body resting against the doorframe.
“Do you ever stop working, love?” (Y/n) couldn’t reply, not when her mind was spinning because of the way he had just called her. Love. Love? Heat flushed through her, holding her body captive as she stumbled over her words.
“Uhm,” her eyes flickered away from his frame, back down to her laptop. “Aren’t you the one who is either teaching or working at the hospital?”
“Are you keeping tabs on me?” Carlisle stepped into her office, door falling shut behind him to offer the two of them some privacy. She couldn’t help but watch him move closer, rounding the table to lean against it before he slowly closed her laptop, forcing her to keep her focus solemnly on him. He was toying with her, playing a game she had already lost before it had even started.
“Maybe I am.” The smirk she shot him tried to hide her nervousness, the trembling buzzing through her body. The scent of his cologne wrapped itself around her, pulling her even closer as his golden eyes studied her all too intently. “What can I do for you, Carlisle?”
“Oh, many things.” A spluttering breath left her, eyes slowly growing wider at the laugh he let go of. He studied her for another second before his cold hand found her chin, keeping her close as if he could feel that she was about to turn from him, unable to keep looking at him. But now she had no chance but to keep studying the handsome man that somehow found himself intrigued by her, unable to stay away from (y/n).
“You know,” his thumb began moving, tracing the skin below her lower lip which forced another shuddering breath from her. “There is something about you, love. I have felt and seen many things in my life, but you are different.”
“Is that a bad thing?” It was only a whisper, a whisper that was met with another laugh as he shook his head at her. Without a warning, he pulled her closer, hands finding her arms to force her out of her chair and to pull her between his thighs. She wanted to question how he was able to move this fast, but the second his lips ghosted over hers, (y/n) forgot every single thought she had tried to cling to.
It seemed as if he wanted to give her the power to decide over this very situation, giving her the chance to pull away before he’d properly kiss her. But her mind was her body’s hostage, not daring to protest as she closed the small distance between them with a whimper ripping through her. Cold hands settled on her waist to keep her pressed against him while her arms found their way around his neck, not daring to even think of parting from Carlisle again.
For a first kiss between two people who barely knew one another the kiss was anything but slow, it felt familiar almost, as if it had always meant to be. The pressure he used only seemed to grow, spurred on by a biting hunger that tied the two together. Even as he shifted them around, switching places to push her onto the table top of her desk, did he keep his lips pressed to hers.
“You’re a little minx, you know that?” The words were murmured against her lips, but (y/n) couldn't reply. She was addicted, needed more of his intoxicating kisses while her body shuffled even closer to his, legs finding their way around his waist. Both moaned the second she pressed her middle against his, feeling his hard cock press against the fabric of his trousers.
“Am I?” (Y/n)’s voice dripped with something that drew a growl out of Carlisle, lips kissing their way down her throat while his hands disappeared beneath her skirt. She let go of a silent prayer, thanking herself for choosing something like this to wear today, something that allowed cold fingers to find her warm skin, creeping further up her inner thighs.
“Tell me, love, did you already ruin your panties just from a simple kiss? I have a feeling you’ve been waiting for me to touch you for a while now, huh?” Both knew that their kiss had been anything but simple, but (y/n) didn’t dare use any words to reply. Not when she was panting for air already, feeling her bundle pulse from the raspy undertone of his teasing voice. Carefully he pressed his fingertips against her panties, feeling the damp fabric beneath his touch.
“I,” a shuddering breath left her at the touch, pressing herself further against his hand. “Maybe I thought about this before, but so have you.” It was a moment of clarity that allowed her to toy with him for a second, set on teasing him some more to rile him up - successfully.
Carlisle’s lips found hers again as he pushed her damp panties aside and brushed his fingers over her arousal-covered folds. The moan that left her was loud, louder than she had intended, but (y/n) couldn’t care about the people who could potentially hear them, all she could care about was the way Carlisle touched her. He took his time exploring her heat while lazily kissing her some more, only allowing her to pull away again as he started to circle her pulsing bundle.
“Fuck, you’re dripping for me, love. You’re a needy little thing, aren’t you? When was the last time someone took care of you?” Carlisle pressed one last kiss to her lips before he shuffled around, looking at her the second he pushed her skirt further up her waist to expose her heat. He groaned at the sight, watching his fingers glisten with her arousal as he kept circling her bundle, set on making her feel as good as possible.
“A while ago.” The hum he let go of vibrated through her body, forcing another moan out of her as he dipped his head down for a taste. Her hands found his blonde roots, tugging on his hair to keep him between her parted thighs. Carlisle’s tongue brushed over her warm skin, groaning against her while he pushed two fingers into her tightness, feeling her walls clench around him.
“I’ll take care of you now, love, don’t you worry.” It was a promise he intended to keep, that much she could tell. Carlisle looked at her with something so sincere she questioned if this was all really happening or if it was just another trick of her wandering mind. But it felt too real, too good to just be something she was imagining.
His cold fingers found the spots that made her arch her back, moaning his name as he pushed her further and further towards the edge. (Y/n) was trembling, torn between the sensation of his wandering lips, which sucked on her clit every now and then, switching places with her tongue, and the feeling of his fingers fucking her better than her own ever could.
A string of curses left (y/n), filling her office much louder than she intended. Carlisle only chuckled against her cunt, greedily lapping at her skin as her orgasm slowly began to build, set on consuming her fully. To both it only felt like the beginning, the beginning of something that would lead them through uneasy waters both would swim through if it meant being together like this.
“Cum on my fingers, love, let me hear who is making you feel this good.” (Y/n) sobbed his name as she came, walls fluttering around his fingers, teeth sinking into her lower lip. Her orgasm felt long, longer than ever before while he proudly kept sucking on her bundle, prolonging the intense sensation for a few more seconds.
“Jesus fuck, what was that?” She panted the words the second she came down from the high, questioning if the orgasms she had experienced before that one had even been proper orgasms. (Y/n)’s chest kept rising and falling, spurred on by her racing heart which was still stuck on the intense sensation.
“That was just a pretaste, now I’ll take you home and fuck you properly, just like you deserve.”

"Ah-ah," he chides. "Use your words, like I said. Tell me exactly where you want my hands."

Pairing: Carlisle Cullen x fem! Reader
Genre: Smut
Word count: 6.4k
Summary: You’re a newish member to the town of Forks, with an extreme obsession with Doctor Cullen. One day he finally gives in after you’ve visited the clinic for the 5th time that month.
Warnings: light choking, semi public sex, fingering, oral (male receiving), unprotected sex, p in v, teasing, praising, orgasm denial.
a/n: I know this is a shift from my usual posts but I've been desperate for some more Carlisle content. As always, I hope you enjoy <3 and send any requests my way!
As you stepped into the small, dimly lit clinic, the antiseptic smell filled your nostrils, mingling with the faint scent of pine from the freshly wiped floor. The receptionist looked up from her computer, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "Hello again," she said, her voice dripping with a hint of amusement.
You returned the smile, trying to appear as nonchalant as possible, and proceeded to the triage desk. Gripping my chest dramatically, you winced. "I've got these terrible chest pains," you gasp, hoping she wouldn't recognize your voice from the numerous calls I'd made over the past few weeks. "I think it's happening again."
She nodded sympathetically, though her eyes betrayed a spark of curiosity. "I'll let Dr. Cullen know right away," she assures you, before disappearing into the back rooms of the clinic. Your heart raced with anticipation as you take a seat, glancing around the empty waiting area.
Little did they know that your only ailment was an extreme obsession with the enigmatic doctor who had recently become the talk of the town.
The receptionist emerged from the back, her smile widening as she beckoned you to follow her. She led you down the hallway to a small, cozy examination room, the walls adorned with diplomas and medical charts. "Dr. Cullen will be with you in just a moment," she said, the amusement in her voice now unmistakable.
You nodded, trying to compose yourself as she closed the door behind you. The room was warm, and the gentle hum of the heater filled the space. You sat on the crinkling paper of the examination table, heart pounding in your chest.
Would he finally see through your facade of feigned illnesses? Or would he offer the attention and concern that you so desperately sought? The anticipation was almost too much to bear as you heard the soft footsteps approaching, and the door handle turned with a quiet click.
He stepped into the exam room with his usual grace and composure, a hint of surprise flickering across his features as his gaze fell on you. His cool, pale fingers clutched a patient chart, which he quickly placed on the counter. His voice, as smooth and soothing as ever, broke the silence.
Cullen leaned against the counter, folding his arms across his chest and studying you with a mix of curiosity and veiled amusement. "Back again," he commented, his voice betraying a hint of recognition. "Chest pains, you say?"
“Mhm,” you bite your lip as you gaze up at him, “It comes and goes..”
Carlisle hummed softly, tilting his head to one side as he observed you. The flicker of recognition in his eyes now more pronounced. He grabbed the stethoscope that hung around his neck, looping it over his ears.
He closed the small distance between you, his presence seeming to fill the room. He placed the cold metal end of the stethoscope against your chest, his touch as gentle as a butterfly's wings. "Take a deep breath for me," he requested, his voice velvety and commanding.
You gasp at the chill of the metal, a soft surprised sound escaping your lips as you try to steady your heart rate. You follow his instructions, taking in a deep breath.
Dr. Cullen listens intently as the sound of your heartbeat fills his ears through the stethoscope. His brows furrowed slightly, a look of concentration on his face. The cool and professional demeanor remains, his focus on your heart.
"Again," he instructs, moving the stethoscope slightly to a different spot on your chest. His gaze never wavers from yours, his eyes betraying a hint of suspicion laced with a touch of curiosity.
You nod, taking in a deep breath, your hands resting on your knees as you gaze up at his strong jaw. Your heart rate picks up as you admire his face from where you're sitting.
Carlisle can't help but notice the hitch in your heartbeat, his sharp hearing catching the slight acceleration. A small flicker of a smirk plays on the corner of his lips, as he continues to listen intently.
He lifts the stethoscope from your chest, his eyes locking with yours once more. "Your heart rate is elevated," he comments, his voice a low hum. "Any idea why that might be?" The hint of a knowing smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth.
“Uh,” you gulp, looking off to the side of the room. “No, I’m not quite sure..” your fingers fumble with the hem of your short skirt as you suck your bottom lip between your teeth.
Cullen's eyes flickered down to your fingers fidgeting with the hemline of your skirt before meeting your gaze once more. He raised an eyebrow, a mischievous gleam in his eyes.
He took a step back, returning the stethoscope to his desk and perching himself on the edge of it, folding his arms across his broad chest. "You know," he began, his voice a low growl, "I've noticed a pattern. Every time you come to visit, you seem to have a different ailment."
“I guess I’m just,” you try to come up with an excuse. “I just have a lot of things going on, huh?” you grin up at him stiffly.
The doctor tilts his head to one side, a smirk playing on his lips as he studies you intently. He pushes himself off the desk and begins pacing slowly in front of you.
"That's the thing," he says, his voice quiet and measured. "I've been a doctor for a very long time, and I've seen many patients through the years."
He stops in front of you, his gaze locking with yours. "And yet, I've never seen someone quite so...frequent as you."
“Oh..” you lick your lip, “I guess I’m just a bit worried, you know.. Chest pains aren’t a good sign..” your gaze falls to the tiled floor.
Dr. Cullen hums softly, a hint of amused skepticism in his voice. "That's true.. Chest pains aren't something to be taken lightly," he agrees, his gaze locked on your face. "But I have a feeling there's more than just chest pains that are troubling you."
“What.. what do you mean?” your eyes widen as you look up at him, body straightening under his intense stare.
Cullen cocks his head to the side, his eyes never leaving yours. He takes a step closer, his presence becoming more commanding.
"I mean," he began, his voice dropping to a near whisper, "that I suspect there's something more going on here. Something that has little to do with your physical ailments and more to do with..." he pauses, his eyes sweeping over your body briefly, "...something else entirely."
You take a deep breath, gulping as he moves closer. “Oh?”
Carlisle’s gaze hardens as he moves even closer, nearly towering over you now. "What if I were to suggest that your frequent visits here have less to do with medical concerns and more to do with something else, something more intimate?" he asks, his voice soft but commanding.
He leans closer still, his cool breath ghosting across your skin. "What if I were to suggest that there's a deeper, underlying reason for your...obsession with this clinic?"
You lean back, legs squeezing together as warmth fills your stomach. “Like what? Doctor Cullen?” you furrow your eyebrows, feigning innocence.
Dr. Cullen's eyes narrow ever so slightly at your feigned innocence. He can sense the heat coursing through your body and the way your legs press together. A smile tugs at the corner of his lip.
He leans in, his voice lowering to a near growl. "Don't play coy with me," he murmurs, closing what little distance remains between you. "You know exactly what I'm referring to."
“I don't-” you shake your head in response, eyes wide as you scoot further back on the table. “I don't think I know what you mean…” your body tenses with desire as he looks down at you.
Cullen's eyes darken at the way you scoot back further on the table, the subtle signs of your tension not escaping his sharp senses. He rests his hands on the edge of the table, effectively caging you in.
"Oh? You don't?" he asks, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Then tell me why you've been coming here every week for months. And don't give me that 'I'm just clumsy' or 'I have bad headaches' act again."
You open your mouth to give another excuse but nothing comes out, words seemingly caught in your throat. Eyes falling to his lips as your heart hammers against your chest erratically.
His lips curved into a knowing smirk as he noticed the way your gaze fixed on them. It was all the confirmation he needed.
He leaned in even closer, his voice dropping to a dangerous whisper. "Why don't you just admit it?" he asked, his breath fanning against your skin. "Admit why you keep coming back here. To see me. To see what it's like to have my hands on you."
“Doctor..” you start, voice soft and full of desperation.
Cullen's eyes flicker with a hint of satisfaction as he hears the desperation in your voice. He raises a hand, brushing a strand of hair from your face, his touch feather-light yet full of possession.
"Say it," he commands, his voice low and authoritative. "Say it, and then you can get exactly what you've been coming here for all these weeks."
“I..” your eyes flutter shut as you take a deep breath. “I’ve been coming here because I want to feel your hands on me.” you gasp out, cheeks flushing with your whispered confession.
Carlisle’s eyes gleam with satisfaction as he hears the confession tumble from your lips. He leans in closer, his hand moving from your cheek to your chin, tilting it upwards so your gaze meets his.
"Good girl," he purrs, the words making heat flare in your stomach. "It wasn't so hard, was it? Admitting what you really want."
He leans even closer, his body pressed against the table, "And what do you want me to do with those hands, princess?"
“I want you to touch me..” you bite down on your lip, legs parting as he slips between them. He lets out a low growl, the sound sending a shiver down your spine. He presses even closer, his hips now pinning you against the table.
"Touch you where?" he whispers, his free hand moving to rest on your thigh, just beneath the hem of your skirt. He toys with the fabric, his fingers tracing small patterns on your bare skin. "You'll need to be more specific, princess."
You move your hand to his, guiding him to where you want him. Carlisle’s hand stops you, a smirk playing on his lips as he sees the slight frown on your face.
"Ah-ah," he chides. "Use your words, like I said. Tell me exactly where you want my hands." He runs his thumb across your lip, watching you expectantly, waiting for your response.
You shiver at his cold skin against you, “Doctor,” you whine out. A low chuckle escapes Cullen’s lips as he sees you shiver under his touch. He brushes his thumb across your lip again, the coldness a stark contrast to your own heat.
“Tell me, princess,” he whispers huskily, his voice like silk. “Where do you want my hands? You’ve been fantasizing about them for all these weeks, haven’t you? Now’s your chance to tell me exactly where you want me to touch you. Be specific.”
“I want you to,” you squeeze your eyes shut in embarrassment. “Touch me, here, between my legs..” you murmur, motioning to your spread thighs. Dr. Cullen's eyes gleam with a mixture of satisfaction and arousal as he hears your whispered request. He moves his hand, which had been on your chin, to your hip, his fingers digging into your skin slightly.
“Is that so?” he murmurs, his voice laced with a hint of amusement. “And how long have you been imagining my hands on you there?” he asks, his hand slowly inching up your thigh, the coldness of his touch in stark contrast to the heat radiating from your body.
You gasp, forehead pressing against his shoulder as you shudder. Cullen lets out a low chuckle, enjoying the way you instinctively bury your face into his shoulder. His hand continues to move up your thigh, the coldness of his touch sending another shiver down your spine.
He brings his free hand up to run through your hair, his fingers tangling in the locks. "You're so sensitive, princess. Is that because you've been thinking about this for a long time, hmm?" he whispers, his breath hot against your ear.
“Yes..” you choke out, feeling his hands part your legs further. A low growl rumbles through his chest once you confirm that you've been thinking about this for a while. He moves even closer, his hips pressing against yours, pinning you to the table.
"How often do you think about me like this?" he murmurs, his hand finally reaching the bare flesh of your inner thigh. He lets his fingers dance over your skin, the coolness of his touch sending sensations through your body. "Every day? Every night?" you moan softly, pulling his hand to your soaked panties.
“Please… stop teasing me..” you whine, desperate for his touch.
Cullen grinned, his teeth flashing white in the dim light as he finally slipped his fingers into your panties. The coldness of his skin sent a jolt of pleasure through you, making your core tighten around his touch. His longer pointer finger found your clit with unerring precision, teasing it in a slow, maddening circle.
"You're so desperate for me," he whispered, his breath hot against your neck, sending shivers down your spine. His voice was a seductive purr that seemed to echo through your very soul.
"Do you dream about this, my little patient?" he murmured, pressing down slightly, making you gasp. "Do you lie in bed at night, touching yourself and imagining it's me bringing you pleasure?" His touch grew more insistent, his voice a dark caress that only served to fuel your desire.
You whine, the embarrassment and arousal mixing in a potent cocktail that makes your voice tremble. Cullen's smirk widens, the sound of your need making his own desire spike. "There's no need to be shy now," he whispers, his voice a dark promise. "You've been so eager for this, haven't you?"
With a sudden, firm movement, he slides a finger into you, the coldness of his digit making you gasp. He moves it in and out with deliberate slowness, watching the way your body reacts to his touch.
His thumb remains on your clit, swirling in a relentless pattern that sends waves of pleasure crashing through you. You can feel yourself growing wetter with each stroke, your body betraying just how much you crave his attention.
"Tell me," he murmurs, his voice a dark rumble that sends vibrations through your core. "How long have you dreamed of this moment?" His finger moves deeper, stretching you slightly, his eyes locked on yours, watching every flicker of emotion cross your face. "How long have you wanted me to do this to you?"
Your breath hitches as you struggle to answer, the sensation of his finger inside you making it difficult to form coherent thoughts. "Ever since my first visit," you stutter, your cheeks burning.
Cullen's smile turns predatory as he feels you clench around his finger. "Well," he says, his voice low and seductive, "today, all your dreams come true."
He adds a second finger, the coldness now a familiar and welcome sensation. He starts to pump them in and out of you, his thumb never leaving your clit, keeping the pressure constant.
You moan, unable to stop yourself from arching into his touch, your body begging for more. "More," you murmur, the word barely audible. "Please."
Dr. Cullen chuckles, the sound dark and triumphant. "As you wish, my eager patient," he says, his eyes dark with lust. He quickens the pace, the coldness of his touch making you shiver with pleasure. His thumb presses harder on your clit, and you can feel yourself getting closer and closer to the edge.
As your need grew more urgent, Cullen added another finger, stretching you further as you clenched around him. The sudden fullness made you gasp, and you bit down hard on the fabric of his white coat to muffle the moan that threatened to escape your lips. The material was stiff and cold, but it only served to heighten the warmth and pressure building within you.
Each stroke of his fingers sent a new wave of pleasure crashing over you, the chilly touch of his skin against your heated flesh making you tremble with anticipation. Your eyes squeezed shut, and your nails dug into the material of his coat, leaving tiny marks of desperation as your orgasm began to coil tightly in your core.
The sound of his fingers moving within you filled the room, a slick, intimate symphony that seemed to resonate with the thud of your racing heart. The tension grew, your breaths coming in short, ragged gasps as you approached the precipice.
The coldness of his touch was a stark contrast to the burning heat of your arousal, and you found yourself craving more of him, his mouth, his teeth, his tongue.
You could feel yourself getting closer, your body tightening like a bowstring drawn taut, ready to snap at any moment. Carlisle watched you, his eyes dark with lust, his own breathing growing heavier as he pushed you further and further towards the edge.
Your body shudders as the orgasm crashes over you, a keening cry escaping your throat despite your efforts to muffle it. Cullen's eyes bore into yours, his own desire clear as he watches you fall apart under his skilled touch.
His fingers continue to pump into you, drawing out every last tremor of pleasure until you're left panting and boneless against the exam table. He withdraws his hand, the loss of his cold digits making you whimper.
He smirks, bringing his hand to his mouth and sucking on his fingers, tasting you, his eyes never leaving yours. The sound of his satisfaction echoes in the room, making your cheeks burn even hotter.
The smugness in his gaze tells you that he's fully aware of the effect he's had, and the thrill of being so thoroughly exposed and dominated by him sends another shiver down your spine. You bite your lip, your eyes never leaving his, as you silently beg for more.
Dr. Cullen chuckles again at the sight of you, completely spent and utterly under his control. He takes a step back, admiring your flushed, disheveled appearance. “You're quite the picture, princess,” he murmurs, his voice low and sultry.
He moves to the sink and washes his hands, his eyes never leaving yours. Once finished, he turns back to you, his gaze dark with unfulfilled desire. “You know, I should reprimand you for all those fake ailments you've been coming in for,” he says, his voice deceptively casual
You cover your flushed cheeks with your hands, breathing heavy as you try to collect yourself. Cullen smirks as he watches you struggle to compose yourself. He moves back towards you, his footsteps slow and measured. He stops right in front of you, his broad frame towering over your seated figure.
"Embarrassed, are you?" he asks, his voice a low, amused purr. He reaches out, taking one of your wrists in his hand, slowly dragging it away from your face.
“You’re such a tease,” you whine, looking up at him, eyes still full of desire for him. Carlisle’s smirk widens as he hears the complaint in your voice. He releases your wrist, bringing his hand up to cup your chin, tilting your head up to meet his gaze.
"Who, me? A tease?" he asks, his voice dripping with a mix of feigned innocence and mockery. "I'm just doing my job as a doctor, princess. It's my duty to care for my patients," he says, his thumb brushing over your bottom lip.
You push your tongue out, licking the tip of his thumb with newfound confidence. “But what about you Doctor?” your hands go to his belt buckle, fingers brushing over his concealed erection.
Cullen's eyes darken as he feels your tongue against his thumb. A sharp intake of breath escapes him as your fingers brush against his erection, the feeling stirring an immediate response.
"What about me, princess?" he asks, his voice gruff and huskier than before. He watches you closely, his eyes locked on your face as you toy with his buckle.
“Who will take care of you?” you unbuckle his belt, gazing up at him through half-lidded eyes, full of lust. Carlisle’s hands clench into fists as you unbuckle his belt, his restraint faltering slightly as you gaze up at him with that look in your eyes.
He lets out a low, possessive growl, his body tensing as he struggles to maintain a semblance of composure. "You want to take care of me, princess?" he asks, his voice lower and more gravelly now. "Is that what you're offering?"
You nod eagerly, fingers fumbling with the zipper and button of his slacks. Slipping the pants away, you press your hand against his length through his boxers. Doctor Cullen’s eyes flash with desire as your hand presses against his length through the thin fabric of his boxers. He lets out a stifled groan, his hips involuntarily bucking against your touch.
"Eager, aren't you?" he mutters, his voice a deep rumble. He places a hand on your shoulder, half to steady himself, half to push you away. "You're playing a dangerous game, princess."
You free his erection from his boxers, your hand wrapping around his length. You lean in, pressing a soft, tentative kiss to the tip of his erection, feeling it twitch against your lips. Carlisle's grip on your shoulder tightens as you begin to suck, his hips jerking slightly as you take him into your warm, eager mouth.
His cock is hard and pulsing, the head slick with pre-cum that you greedily lick away. His hand slides into your hair, guiding you as you bob your head up and down his shaft, your cheeks hollowing with each suck. The room is filled with the sounds of your muffled moans and his stifled groans as you work to satisfy his desire.
The taste of him is intoxicating, making you want more. You let your tongue dance around the sensitive ridge, feeling him throb against your tongue. His other hand comes up to the back of your head, his grip growing firmer, his hips beginning to thrust in time with your movements. You moan around his length, the vibrations sending waves of pleasure through him.
His eyes are closed, his head thrown back, and his chest heaves with each ragged breath. You can feel his need for release growing, his body tightening with every stroke of your tongue. You suck harder, taking him deeper, eager to bring him to climax.
The power you have over him is exhilarating, and you revel in it, pushing him closer and closer to the edge. His hand in your hair tightens, his grip almost painful, but you don't care. All you want is to feel him come apart under your ministrations, to hear him cry out in pleasure.
Cullen groans, his body shuddering as your eager mouth works on him, his hand finding its way to the strands of your hair. He takes a fistful, bringing it to his nose and inhaling deeply, your scent mingling with the musk of arousal filling the room. He savors the feeling of your warm, wet mouth wrapped around his cock.
His grip on your hair tightens, guiding you with a gentle but firm rhythm that matches the pulse of your own desire. Each time you take him deep, he lets out a soft hiss, his hips rocking slightly to meet your movements. His other hand rests on the counter, knuckles white with restrained need.
The sound of your moans, muffled by his length, echoes in the room, a symphony of pleasure that drives him wild. His control is slipping, his breathing becoming ragged as you work your magic, your tongue swirling around the tip before taking him back in, deeper and deeper with every stroke.
The anticipation of his release builds, his entire body coiled like a spring ready to snap. The coldness of his touch has given way to the heat of passion, his restrained demeanor now a distant memory. The clinical setting is forgotten, replaced by the primal dance of desire that plays out between you.
You can feel him growing closer, his thighs tense and his breathing erratic. You know what he needs, what you've been longing to give him, and you push harder, faster, determined to bring him to the brink and watch him fall.
Cullen's eyes fly open, his gaze piercing yours as he feels the first pulse of his climax. He lets out a low, guttural moan, his hips bucking into your mouth as he releases. You swallow eagerly, your eyes never leaving his as he cums, the salty tang of his release coating your tongue.
His hand in your hair tightens, almost painfully, as he holds you in place, his entire body trembling with the force of his orgasm. You watch, mesmerized, as his features contort with pleasure, his jaw clenched and eyes squeezed shut. He lets out a series of deep, shuddering breaths, his chest heaving as he slowly regains his composure.
His hand releases your hair, moving to cradle the back of your head, his touch now gentle as the aftershocks of pleasure ripple through him. He opens his eyes, the intensity in them not diminished, and looks down at you with a mix of satisfaction and hunger.
"Good girl," he whispers, his voice hoarse. You sit back, licking your lips clean, feeling a sense of pride at having brought him to this point.
He leans down, cupping your chin and tilting your head up to meet his gaze. A possessive, satisfied smile plays on his lips. “You're quite the naughty little patient, aren't you?” he murmurs, his voice a low rumble. “Taking advantage of my good nature like that.”
He releases your chin, his hand moving to your hair, running his fingers through the strands. He tugs lightly, just hard enough to get your attention. “But I must admit, I rather enjoyed it,” he adds, his gaze dark with restrained desire.
“Then maybe I should keep my habit of coming here so frequently,” you bite your lip, gazing up at him seductively.
"You do seem to have a habit of finding yourself in my clinic quite often, princess." Cullen’s gaze darkens at your seductive bite of your lip. "And I do have a duty to ensure my patients are well taken care of..." he says, his voice a low, promising rumble.
He steps closer, his body now pressed against yours, his height towering over you. He leans down, his lips near your ear, his breath warm against your skin. "Maybe I should start charging extra for private appointments,” he murmurs.
You shiver at his words, hands reaching out to grasp his sides, your fingers digging into his cold skin. Dr. Cullen lets out a low, amused hum at your shiver, the feel of your fingers digging into his skin sending a jolt through him. "Someone's eager," he mutters, his hand sliding to the small of your back, pulling you even closer against him.
His other hand comes up, his thumb tracing the contour of your chin. He tilts your head up, his gaze a mixture of desire and possessive claiming. "You certainly know how to get my attention, princess," he murmurs, his voice a deep growl.
You slide your hands up his shirt, fingers dancing over his tense muscles. “Doctor..” you murmur. Cullen lets out a low hiss as your hands skim over his bare skin. Your touch seems to electrify him, his body tensing even more beneath your touch.
"Yes, princess?" he responds, his voice rougher than before. He leans down, his lips hovering over your ear. "What is it that you want?" he asks, his warm breath sending another shiver through you.
“I want..” you bury your face into his stomach, breathing in his musk mixed with his cologne. “Your hand wasn't enough… I need more of you..” your voice is needy and desperate as you gaze up at him, chin pressed against his firm abs.
Carlisle’s breath hitches at your admission, the mix of desperation and need in your voice firing up his own primal instincts. His hand at the small of your back grips tighter, his body tensing as he struggles to keep control.
"You want more, huh?" he mutters, his voice thick with desire. He releases his grip on your chin, his hand moving to the back of your head, his fingers tangling in your hair. "You're a greedy little thing, aren't you?" he growls.
“Please doctor?” the pads of your fingers dig into his back. Cullen lets out a low, possessive growl as you dig your fingers into his back. The pleading tone of your voice, the desperation in your touch, only serves to fuel his own need.
"You beg so prettily, princess," he mutters, his voice a deep rumble. "How can I resist when you ask so nicely?" He leans down, his lips hovering over yours, his breath warm on your skin. "But you must be specific, sweetheart. You need to tell me exactly what it is you want.“
“I want you to fuck me, please..” you gasp, lips parting for him. Carlisle’s eyes darken at your blunt request, a sharp intake of breath escaping him. He closes the small gap between you, his lips capturing yours in a fierce, possessive kiss. His tongue pushes into your mouth, delving and tasting, his hand at the back of your head holding you in place.
He pulls back from the kiss, his lips hovering millimeters from yours, his breath coming in ragged gasps. "You're insatiable, you know that?" he mutters, his free hand sliding down your body to grasp your hip. "How am I supposed to deny such a pretty request?"
With a low growl of approval, Cullen's hands guide you to the edge of the exam table, your legs shaking with anticipation. He bends you over, the cold steel pressing into your abdomen as he pulls your panties down, exposing your trembling thighs.
You feel his erection, hot and demanding, as he lines himself up with your slick entrance, the tip of his cock pressing into your wetness. His hand firmly grips your hip, his fingers digging into your skin as he adjusts his position, the sound of his zipper echoing in the small room.
You gasp as he enters you, inch by inch, filling you completely, the sensation of his cold skin against your heated flesh sending waves of pleasure through your body. His other hand wraps around your throat, not tight enough to cut off your air, but enough to remind you of his dominance, his control over your body and your desires.
He pulls almost all the way out before slamming back into you, the force making you cry out. His grip tightens, his hips setting a punishing rhythm that has you seeing stars. Each thrust sends a jolt of cold fire through you, the stark contrast of his frigid skin against your burning need only serving to heighten your pleasure.
The room is filled with the sounds of your muffled whimpers and his deep, satisfied grunts as he claims you, his sharp canines grazing your shoulder as he marks you, his patient.
As your moans grew louder, Cullen's hand left your hip and covered your mouth, his thumb pressing against your lower lip as his other fingers dug into your cheek. He was relentless, his hips moving with a precision that spoke of his experience and his unyielding need to bring you to the brink of ecstasy.
Each thrust hit the spot deep inside you that sent sparks of pleasure shooting through your body, and you could feel yourself growing wetter, your walls clenching around him with every stroke. The muffled sounds of your cries were only for his ears, a secret symphony of passion that played out in the quiet of the exam room.
His own breaths grew harsher, his movements more erratic, as he felt your body tense beneath him, his name a silent scream against his palm. The heat of your arousal mixed with the coldness of his hand on your mouth was a delicious torment, your eyes rolling back in your head as he claimed you, his possession complete.
The world outside the room ceased to exist, and all that remained was the frantic dance of your bodies, the cold steel of his touch, and the warm, velvety embrace of his cock filling you over and over again. You felt your climax building, a crescendo of pleasure that threatened to shatter you, your body begging for release.
"Not yet, princess," Cullen whispers, his voice hoarse and urgent against your ear, his movements unrelenting. His cold hand slides from your mouth to your neck, his grip firm as he feels your body begin to tighten around him, the warmth of your passion meeting the chill of his touch.
His strokes become deeper, more deliberate, as he watches your face contort with the beginnings of your climax. You try to hold back, your eyes squeezed shut, your teeth biting down on your bottom lip to muffle your cries. Each thrust sends a fresh wave of cold fire through you, making your toes curl and your nails dig into the edge of the exam table.
"I’ll let you know when to cum for me," he commands, his voice a low growl that sends a shiver down your spine. His hand on your hip guides your hips back to meet his, his thrusts becoming more powerful, more demanding. You can feel the swell of his cock inside you, the pressure building, the coldness of his skin against your hot, wet flesh.
Your eyes fly open, and you stare at the wall, panting, as he continues to fuck you with a masterful precision that has you teetering on the edge of oblivion. Your body is his to command, your pleasure his to give and withhold.
And as much as you want to cum, to shatter beneath his touch, you know that you won't until he says so. The anticipation is agonizing, a sweet torture that only makes the eventual release all the more potent.
You whimper, your body begging for relief, but Cullen's grip tightens, his movements unyielding. "Soon," he murmurs, his breath hot against your neck. "But not yet. I want to feel you clench around me, tight and desperate, begging for it." His voice is a dark promise, a siren's call that you can't resist.
You push back against him, your body moving in time with his rhythm, the cold steel of his hand on your neck a stark contrast to the warmth building in your core. The tension is unbearable, a coil winding tighter and tighter, threatening to snap at any moment.
You're so close, so very close, but he won't let you go over the edge. Not yet. Not until he's ready. And in that moment, you realize just how much you crave his control, his dominance over your very being. It's a heady feeling, one that makes you want to both fight against him and surrender completely to his will.
You gasp out his name, a plea and a curse all rolled into one, your voice echoing in the small, intimate space. His response is a feral growl, his hips slamming into you with renewed vigor, his hand on your neck pressing a little harder, his thumb stroking the pulse point beneath your jaw.
You're so close, so incredibly close, and you know that when he finally lets you go, when he allows you to come, it's going to be like nothing you've ever felt before. The coldness of his touch, the heat of his desire, the raw power of his control all coalesce into a storm of sensation that threatens to consume you. And you can't wait.
“You can let go now.” he growls into your ear. With a final, powerful thrust, Cullen's hand clamps down hard over your mouth, muffling your scream of pleasure as your body finally gives in to the climax that had been building for what felt like an eternity.
The pressure of his hand, the coldness of his skin against your flushed cheek, only heightens the sensation, making your orgasm feel like it's shattering you into a million pieces. Your eyes squeeze shut as wave after wave of pleasure crashes over you, your legs trembling and your core clenching around him, desperately trying to hold on to the feeling.
His own release follows swiftly, his hips jerking as he buries himself to the hilt, filling you completely with his seed. His grip on your neck tightens, his breath hot against your ear, as he rides out his climax with a deep, guttural groan. The room seems to spin around you, the only solid point the cold steel of his hand, grounding you in the midst of the tumultuous storm of sensation.
As your body starts to come down from the high, you feel him pull out slowly, his grip on you loosening, his breathing still ragged. He takes a step back, his eyes never leaving yours, his expression a mix of satisfaction and something else, something primal and possessive.
You collapse onto the exam table, boneless and spent, the coldness of the room now a stark contrast to the heat that still pulses through your veins. He reaches down to pull your panties back up, his movements surprisingly gentle given the ferocity of his earlier actions.
The cold fabric against your sensitive skin sends a shiver through you, a final reminder of the intensity of what just transpired. You can't help but feel a thrill of excitement at the thought of when you'll get to feel his cold touch again, eager to play out this twisted game of cat and mouse once more.

Premise: When Edward introduces Bella to his family after weeks of avoiding the inevitable, there was no telling how it was going to go down. Of course, what does one expect when they bring their girlfriend over for the first time…. except it's to a family of animal blood-sucking vampires who's lives each deserve a biography of their own. Bella felt the pressure of making a great impression, but the nerves seemed to heighten in regard to meeting the woman responsible for raising Edward throughout his undead life. The woman whose soul was bonded to none other than the Cullen patriarch.
--------------------------
Over a hundred years walking the Earth and Edward still experienced the universal feeling of cringe and embarrassment. This time, at the hands of none other than his family as he introduced him to the girl who’d captured his undead heart and made it hard for Edward to stay away.
“Alright, um,” he swallowed, placing a gentle hand on Bella’s back to nudge her in the direction of the staircase. Away from the prying eyes of his siblings and Carlisle after Alice had to say, ‘Oh, you do smell good,’ and Jasper was literally fighting for his life to keep it together. “Where’s Y/n?”
“In her studio,” Carlisle replied with a smile, the mention of his wife bringing a warmth to his chest. “She’s working on a project and can definitely use a break. She’s been excited to meet Bella since you mentioned bringing her over.”
Bella blushed, the nerves resurfacing at meeting another member of the Cullen family. The matriarch at that. Edward’s adoptive mother and Carlisle’s wife.
“Thanks,” Edward turned on his heel, leading Bella in the opposite direction. Mumbling a short goodbye, she followed the vampire down the corridor, past the staircase and a living space before stopping in front of a wooden door.
Before he knocked, Edward put a comforting hand on Bella’s shoulder, “Calm down,” his teeth sparkled against the light, eyes teasing. “Your heartbeat is out of control.”
“Sorry,” she flushed again, cursing at herself. She didn’t understand why she was so nervous to meet Y/n. More so than the rest of his family. Maybe it was because Edward spoke so highly of her. Maybe it was because she saw the way Carlisle lit up at the mere mention of her name. Or how the townspeople praised Y/n, even if they only had one interaction.
Edward went to knock, but this time was interrupted by a voice calling out from the other side, “Come in!” Smiling, he pushed open the door, revealing a large room in what only could be described as an organized disarray.
Bella’s jaw slightly dropped, taking in the scene before her. Eyes first darting to the high ceilings with a drop-down chandelier. Though it wasn’t on, thanks to the natural light provided by the left side of the room with floor to ceiling windows where a wall should’ve been. A beautiful, perfect view of the forest surrounding the home.
The walls were painted a rusted burnt red, the kind you see in art museums. Floors made of the finest dark wood, with one area covered by plastic reserved for protecting it by the paint cans laying on top, beside an easel holding a large canvas. A very large, vintage clock took the center of the wall connected to the window, surrounded by pieces ranging from old signs to shelves holding books and plants.
On the main wall parallel to the windows, a map of the world hung, flanked by art pieces. Portraits, landscape. Various mediums of pencil, oils, and acrylic. A phone straight from the 1930s mounted above a small table covered by messy stacks of paper. Bella’s eyes drew to a woven basket that came probably to her waist, filled with pieces of rolled parchment. A few laid on the ground. A foot away from it was a cart holding art supplies.
Finally, Bella’s gaze landed on the figure in the center of the room. Y/n sat on a wooden stool, her posture perfect, hand scribbling across a large piece of parchment placed on the wooden desk facing the windows. The desk was the type that propped up, a lamp attached to the corner, and side table. Something an artist or engineer invested in.
“I thought I heard the raging pump of a heartbeat approaching.” Bella squeezed her eyes shut in embarrassment, letting out a small groan. Opening them when she heard the skid of the stool against the floor.
“Y/n,” Edward scolded, tone playful.
“Apologies, I couldn’t help myself,” Y/n chuckled, approaching the two with a wide smile. Bella held her breath, admiring the woman before her. Alice may have been the fashion girlie of the family, but there was no denying who she must’ve gotten it from.
Y/n made even the simplest of clothing look ethereal. White blouse tucked into beige trousers, brown belt with hints of gold, paired with stunning white heeled boots. The necklaces she wore were layered, the longest of which had several charms making them clink together, bracelets covering her wrists, three rings on each hand, and gold hoops. A multicolor scarf consisting of warm tones like red, orange, and yellow tied around her hair. Then of course, her eyes were melting gold.
She was the picture of an artist.
Upon closer inspection, Bella had to hold back a whistle at the ring reserved for her left ring finger. Carlisle sure had taste and made sure his lady got what she deserved. That was no ring. That was a rock.
“You must be the famous Bella,” Y/n’s hand shot out, Bella hesitating a moment before taking it. Y/n’s handshake was soft yet firm at the same time. Bringing a chill to Bella as their skin met. “It is truly a pleasure to meet you,” letting go of her hand, Y/n brought both of hers up to make a gesture. “I have been begging Edward to bring you around for weeks. I don’t know why it’s taken him so long,” a playful glare was directed at him.
Edward rolled his eyes, then put an arm around Bella. “Bella, this is Y/n. My mother for all intents and purposes. Artist, architect, and occasional therapist to all of us emotionally stunted immortal teenagers.”
“You said it, not me,” Y/n smirked, hands raised again.
Bella laughed, comforted by Edwards touch as she regarded Y/n. “It’s really nice to meet you, Y/n. Edward talks about you all the time.”
“Good things, correct?”
“Of course,” Bella assured, nudging Edward who had scoffed. “He mentioned you designed this house--it’s absolutely beautiful. And this--,” motioning to the space, Bella was again in awe of Y/n’s studio. It’s like she was walking through an exhibit in the Louvre. “Wow.”
“When I made the blueprints for this house, I wanted everyone to have a place--plus everyone was vocal about what they wanted,” she teases with a grin. “Carlisle has his study, Alice her closets, Rosalie wished for a garage, Jasper desired a library, Emmett a game room, Edward got his music room. And me,” a hand waves to the room with pride. “My studio.”
Bella raised an intrigued brow, aimed at Edward, “you have a music room?”
Had he been human, Edward would have blushed. He brushed it off with a shrug, “Yeah, it’s just where I keep a few instruments. I’ll show you as we go through the house.”
“A few,” Y/n lightly scoffed, earning a small glare from the boy.
“Carlisle said you’re working on a project,” he changed the subject, nudging his head toward the desk. Catching sight of the blueprints that were in the early draft stages.
“The high school plans to renovate the library, so they’ve asked me to go over some plans and designs. They were pleased with my work for the gym last year.”
Edward turns to Bella, “Y/n has the magic touch for designing and constructing. And because we’ve had the time to redo college over and over again….” They share a laugh, “she’s got degrees in art, engineering, design, and business on top of her architecture education.”
The woman simply shrugs, “I like to keep busy. Who wouldn't want to take advantage of obtaining all the world’s knowledge when you have eternity.” If she saw the pointed look Edward was giving her, Y/n ignored it.
“Anyway,” He sighed, returning his attention to Bella, “The town comes to her for consultations. And, in most cases than often, she designs and oversees the build.”
“Wow, that’s amazing,” Bella awed, past Edward’s shoulder she spotted the white construction worker's hat. Propped beside a coat hanger possessing a pair of overalls, scarves, and painters' boots. “Did you-,” her finger pointed to the display of artwork, “paint all those?”
“Several, yes,” Y/n motioned them to follow her, moving closer to the wall. “This one you might have guessed is the view of the forest from this room. The first one I did when we moved here. But not all are recent, some I did in the 90s--,” she pointed to a canvas framed with gold trimming near the top. Depicting an image of inside a medical tent, “That one is from when I volunteered for the Army Nurses Corps.”
Bella’s eyes bulged, glancing between Y/n and Edward. “You--you served during the War?”
Y/n nodded, expression now solemn, “First World War. We were living in Virginia at the time and therefore injured soldiers coming back from Europe docked at the bases there first. Carlisle was the trauma surgeon, and I was a nurse.” Her boots echoed against the wood as they strolled down. “We stayed there the duration of the war before settling in Chicago….”
“How long before he wakes up?”
“Not long,” Carlisle kept his eyes on the unconscious boy while his wife paced behind him. Had they been able to sweat they would’ve been drenched. “The venom transferred from his neck. The closest I could get to his heart--it should take less than a day.”
Y/n ran a hand through her neatly styled hair in distress. They’d only been in Chicago a few months. Arriving when the War ended and immediately joining the effort to combat the Spanish Influenza spreading through the population. With their current predicament, there was no way they could stay.
Ripping the nurses cap off, she asked, “What’s our next move then? We can’t stay here. This city is an endless potluck of people, and we don’t know how strong his urges will be,” she stopped pacing, coming beside her husband with a pleading gaze. “I know you said his parents are dead, but that doesn't mean he may not have family who’ll come looking for him. What kind of people are we to rip him from the ones who love him?” Upon the look she received, Y/n dropped her head, “Unless you mean to fake his death.”
Carlisle placed a comforting hand on her shoulder, “The boy had the influenza. They saw his condition--it was deteriorating. They’ll believe it took him in the night and his body was sent to the incinerators. Just like the others.”
Y/n sniffed, eyes welling with unshed tears. “I know, but…” she trailed off, “He’s a kid, Carlisle. We agreed that when it came time for us to save someone from death, it would not mean robbing them of their life--.”
“He was dying, Y/n,” his tone was firm, yet gentle. “I promised his mother we’d look after him.” Eyes flicker to Edward, then back to Y/n. While Carlisle hated himself for what he’d done, there was no going back now. “He’s our responsibility now. We’ve to teach him the ways of this life and make sure he copes with it. Not succumb to the darkness like we did.”
Another sound left her, Y/n taking a moment to process before nodding. “Okay,” she whispered, keeping her voice steady. “We take this day-by-day.”
“Day-by-day.”
“That’s when Edward….” Bella trailed, biting her lip when she realized it wasn’t the best idea to bring it up. Yet, she was surprised both the vampires nodded, understanding her implication. Instead, she said, “He mentioned you’ve been with Carlisle the longest….”
Like earlier with the doctor, Y/n visibly brightened at each time his name was said. “Will be two hundred years this fall.”
“Two--two hundred??” The human spluttered. Edward had failed to tell her that information. Only saying the two had been together long before Carlisle saved him.
Chuckling at Bella’s reaction, Y/n tucked a piece of stray hair back in its place. “The vampire who bit me didn’t stick around. Abandoning me. A few days later of endless wonder and unable to control my newfound appetite, Carlisle found me.” Her smile was so wide, bright white teeth bouncing off light. “It’s been quite a life ever since.”
They spent the next few minutes learning about the history of each painting. From the oil masterpiece of the New York Skyline to the charcoal portrait of Joan of Arc. Bella took time to admire the watercolor image of Carlisle. Donned in his white coat, hair and posture perfect.
“Ah yes,” Y/n hummed, beaming up at the canvas. “My personal favorite. Though I’m a little biased given the muse of this piece happens to be the muse of my soul.”
“Stay still.”
“I am.”
“No, you’re not,” Y/n berated, dipping the brush back into the golden color before continuing to paint Carlisle’s hair. “I know this is time consuming, darling, but it’s not like you haven’t done it before.”
“In my defense,” his hand raised, quickly putting it back in his lap when she groaned, “I’ve never technically sat for a portrait. The ones from Volterra were done while I wasn’t aware they were being painted.” A grimace took his features, remembering his time with the Volturi. “Aro preferred moments to be captured as they were happening in real time.”
Y/n threw him a look, shaking her head in the process. “Yeah, he seems like the type.”
“First and last time he got to play model,” she laughed at the memory. “Thanks to the creation of the camera I could develop a photograph and wallah!” her hands made a gesture, “A still image to use as reference. And now with cell phones….I don’t even have to put in the work to develop the photo. It’s right there!”
Initially Bella found her reaction to a camera phone a little odd. But then remembered Y/n was a 200+ year old vampire and literally witnessed the development and advancement of technology.
“But I don’t always create,” Y/n winked, stopping in front of a stunning work of a lily pond. “Sometimes I collect.”
Stepping closer, Bella inspected the art, finger on her lip as her brows furrowed in concentration. She’d seen it before. The familiarity of it was driving her brain into overdrive. Then it hit her, breath hitching, “Is that…A Monet?” Her confirmation nod made Bella nearly choke on her saliva. “How--?”
“Being alive 226 years and getting the privilege of traveling anywhere means I’ve had the pleasure of meeting interesting people,” her smirk was the type a movie villain showed that made the audience fall in love with them and brush away the fact they were a villain. A captivating sight. “One of those people happened to be Claude Monet during our time in France. Our shared love for art and nature brought a great friendship. I was actually with him when he painted this,” she casually said, aware of Bella’s astonished reaction despite her eyes trained on the canvas. “Unfortunately, Carlisle and I left before I got to see him finish. After he died several of his paintings went to museums or auctioned off. I made sure to acquire this one--took me about three years to find.”
After a moment of gawking, Bella gathered herself and moved onto the next piece. It really felt like they were in an art museum. Soon they came to the end of the gallery.
“You’re incredibly talented,” Bella praised, unable to take her attention off the marble sculpture enclosed in a glass case by the small bookshelf.
“Thank you. It’s nice to finally have someone to show this all too. Instead of just me admiring it daily.” Y/n put her hands in pockets, “Now I hate to kick you out, but if you’ll excuse me, I have a deadline to beat,” Y/n led them to the door, “and I’ll let you get back to your tour of the house. It was lovely to meet you, Bella, and please don’t be a stranger. Our door is always open for you.”
“I really appreciate it,” Bella smiled, standing beside Edward in the doorway, “It was great meeting you too.” A wave of a goodbye and promise to visit again, Y/n watched Edward escort his girlfriend up the staircase to the second floor. Leaning against the side, Y/n touched a finger to her lips, not bothering to hide the giant grin surfacing.
“I know that look.”
Despite speaking after Bella and Edward disappeared, Y/n felt Carlisle’s presence the second he breached the corridor. Not to mention the tingling sensation at the base of her spine.
Slowly turning to face him, her smile widened, and Carlisle saw the way her golden hues sparkled when he approached. “And what exactly is that look?”
“The one where you’re overcome with happiness unable to be measured with how much it consumes you.”
Hands took hold of her shoulders, gently brushing down until they reached her own, Y/n leaning into his touch, voice teasing, “What mother would I be to not be overjoyed for her son and the wonderful girlfriend he’s brought home?”
Carlisle chuckled, tilting his head down to place a kiss on her forehead. The floral aroma of her Marc Jacobs perfume amplified her already sweet scent. Oh, how addicted he was to her scent. It was like walking through a garden of the most beautiful flowers on Earth.
“You didn’t embarrass him, did you?”
Y/n rolled her eyes, tapping his chest to scold him, “Not much more than you lot. He was practically dragging Bella out of the kitchen.” Carlisle raised his hands in defense, making her raise a brow.
“That was all the kids. I’m innocent, my dear, you must believe me.”
She tsked, “Well, at least you didn’t scare the poor girl like Rosalie and Jasper. And as much as I love Alice’s excitement, you might want to tell her to take it down a notch,” Y/n made a face, “I thought we all agreed last night not to bring up Bella’s scent.”
She was met with a sigh, her sculptured-God of a husband dropping his head onto her shoulder in defeat. “What was I supposed to do? You left me to fend for myself.”
Laughing, Y/n reached her arms around his shoulders, encasing him in an embrace to which he greatly accepted. “I’m sorry, my love. Will you forgive me? I promise to find you the finest stag in all of Washington for you to feast upon.” Instantly his head shot up, moving it so their noses brushed against each other.
“That’ll do.” Their lips met, igniting fireworks throughout their bodies as it always had for 200 years. Never once losing the feeling.
They’d seen everything in the course of their century's long life. Several wars. Epidemics. The fall of countries and rise of new ones. Medicine advancing, technology overtaking man. The race to space and the rebirth of the Olympic Games.
Met people who’d changed the world. Witnessed humanity evolve--and sometimes wondered how the hell it could be so stupid. But overall, they were the stagnant figures in their plane of existence. Time moving, they remained still.
And yet, somehow, they were able to find a family after all.
When they pulled apart, their expressions of love remained. “God,” she hummed, “That never gets old.”
“Just like the first time?” He chafed, gold eyes glimmering.
Y/n pretending to think, lips pouting, “Less nervous,” a squeal escaped her at the feeling of his fingers tickling her ribcage. Shoving him away, the woman chided, “Get back to the hospital old man. There are patients to be seen, and I have a deadline to finish.” The gasp that left him made her grin.
“Old?! I’ll have you know that if I’m old then that means you are---.”
“Don’t you finish that sentence,” her finger pointed at his chest, “otherwise you’re sleeping on the couch.” Carlisle smirked, entering her personal space once again.
“I can’t sleep. Neither can you.”
“Damn,” she exhaled, feigning defeat when really, she was becoming more invested with their little game. “You’re right.” Then her eyes turned dark, sinister. Face consorting to a look that made Carlisle shudder.
A look he’d seen hundreds of times, and not once did not bring a chill to his already cold body. Enough to bring his heart back to life. Enough to send the frozen blood down to his spine.
“Guess we’ll have to find another way to pass the time.”

SUMMARY: Carlisle being a little too rough with evidence to show for it in the morning. WARNINGS/TAGS: Established Relationships, Smut, Rough, Bruises, Pain

MINORS DO NOT INTERACT!

Conflict sparked along your hips, starting all from Carlisle's cold hands guided by tunnel vision. Cock sunken deep within your warm mortal insides, making the sliver venom rush to his face. Foggily watching as his face glows in the dim rays of the sunrise.
Spiraled on the bed, pillows had been kicked off while others brought comfort, propping parts of your body up for Carlisle to devour.
Moans danced around the room, pathed into both of your ears, accompanied by the instrumentals of the bed threatening to break under Carlisle's unmerciful movements of love. Dull pain stung around your body with the waves of feral pleasure, it all mixing into a perfect harmony that you sang to, enchaining the vampire further.
Leaning in, burying his hips into you, wanting to feel every inch of you, loving as your head drew back, hearing as his balls slammed against you with eyes blinded by the euphoric feeling.
"Carlisle," you plead, but he ignores you, leaving you to burst at the seams, watching as you arched back, whining out his name, pulling your vampire lover close to his climax.
Not having to wait long, hearing as his heavy breaths increased, his groans so close to your ear threatening to reignite a hunger for another round. Moans curl out of your throat, feeding his greed to cum. Quickly pull out of you, leaving a sharp emptiness, trading it for a white warmth that spilled atop your body.
Purple bruises shined in the morning sun's light, painting a timeline of the night, some resembling the silhouette of hands now etched on your body for the next two weeks. Two weeks of having to remind your passionate lover of their existence the next time he wanted to make more.

𝕮𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖎𝖘𝖑𝖊 𝕮𝖚𝖑𝖑𝖊𝖓
14 so soon? wow
“I’ve got to go” he mumbles between kisses, having been attacked at the front door by you just before he left for work. Not that he was going to stop reciprocating, of course. This had to be his favourite time of day with you.
“Five more minutes? Or ten even?” you ask oh so sweetly, pulling him in for a deep kiss that almost has him breathless.
“I can’t, you know I can’t” he mutters, contradicting himself with his actions but chasing your lips back when you pull away.
A teasing smile etches itself onto your face, “Oh? Well then I guess this will have to wait until you get back from work, Mr. Cullen” you open the robe of his that you borrowed, bottom lip caught between your teeth, and give him a little spin revealing the nice lingerie set you had put on just for him.
His hands go to his chin, pinching at his face as if this were a wonderful dream and he needed to check. “Little minx” he grins and pulls you in for one more deep kis.
“Nuh uh” you grin, wagging your finger disapprovingly, “you’re gonna be late for work.” With a mock pout you send him off all riled up. He still gets to work an hour late, needing that time to calm himself down in the car before going in. You’re in for it when he gets back, little minx.

Daddy's Credit Card
Cullen Family x Female Vampire Reader (Platonic)
PART 5
Summary: The Newborn army arrives in Forks and the threat to Bella's life is sizable. Edward worries that the alliance with the wolves won't be enough to keep her safe.
TW: Mentions of fighting, blood and death, lack of regard for the feelings of others.
Tumblr media
The Cullen family stood in the clearing as they waited for the arrival of the Newborns from Seattle. The pile of bodies the Newborns had left behind proved that they were a substantially large group of individuals with an unmatched bloodlust. The trees in the area had been smeared with Bella's blood, drawing them to the battlegrounds. The stage was set and everyone hoped that they were prepared enough to prevail.
Edward knew that no amount of training could guarantee them a victory over such strong beings. One misstep from anyone, whether it be Wolves or Vampires, could result in the deaths of everyone who volunteered to participate in such a dangerous fight.
Bella pushed for Edward to stay with her while also remaining close to the battle. The decision had been made to set up camp in the mountains where Edward could still use his powers to monitor the fight. Jacob Black had carried Bella up the mountain to a spot where Edward was waiting.
The Werewolf's scent was strong enough to disguise Bella's and Edward could only hope that all of the safeguards they put in place would be worth it.
Edward felt a change in the air when the Newborns arrived, anxiety settling in his stomach as he moved quickly through the thoughts of his family members. He felt powerless, the only thing he could do was move between the thoughts of his coven members to keep tabs on them.
The fight was going well, everyone was still standing while taking out the Newborns with ease. But Edward could tell that the sheer amount of red-eyed Vampires was quickly beginning to overwhelm them.
Bella stood close to Edward, shifting uncomfortably on her feet as her heart raced in her chest. The silence continued to stretch on and she could feel her anxiety growing.
Edward heard her heart rate speed up, he managed to mutter a few small updates to her about the battle before something caught his attention. A Newborn had changed sides, tearing other newly transformed Vampires to shreds. It was a mess of bodies being broken apart, the dismembered parts falling to the damp ground like the carefully sculpted stone of a statue.
The ravenous hunger of the Newborns had been turned against them, more and more members of the army turning on their own kind.
"What's happening?" Bella questioned nervously.
"Y/N," He mumbled, finally locating her in the outskirts of the forest.
Y/N used her powers to change the focus of the Vampires, sicking them on their own kind like rabid dogs. She was approaching the battlegrounds, taking control of more Newborns as she arrived in the clearing.
Her power spread, taking over the Newborns and turning them on the remaining army members.
The Cullens stopped fighting, watching the amount of Newborns dwindle as they attacked one another. The few remaining red-eyed Vampires then began to rip off their own heads and appendages, dropping them on the ground before collapsing. The sight was ghastly, Vampires using their own hands to end their lives.
"Carlisle," Esme said softly. He stared down at the bodies before quickly lifting his head, golden eyes scanning the treeline at the edge of the clearing.
Carlisle relaxed when he eventually spotted her, one of the Wolves growled as a figure entered the clearing. Carlisle held his hand out, "She's one of ours," He said loudly.
Y/N approached her family, stepping over the bodies like they meant nothing to her.
Edward turned his head suddenly as he heard Victoria approaching, her rage filled thoughts catching his attention.
"Someone's hurt?" Bella questioned nervously.
"Victoria is close. I can hear her thoughts. Seth, go," Edward said quickly. The Werewolf jumped up onto the rock ledge and disappeared into the woods, hoping to find Victoria before she made it to their campsite. Bella rushed over to Edward's side, he wrapped his arm around her waist securely.
"She knew we weren't there, but she caught my scent. She knew you'd be with me," Edward stated.
"She found us," Bella mumbled.
....
The battle was over. Victoria was dead and Bella was finally safe. Jacob had been injured by one of the Newborns, but everyone made it out of the fight alive.
It was discovered that the Volturi knew about the army, but chose not to intervene. Edward was worried about what their lack of involvement could mean, but he hoped that they would have some time before the Volturi came for them. There was no doubt that Jane would be telling Caius about Bella's continuing humanity and leniency was not in his nature.
Edward just needed more time.
Y/N had disappeared back into the forest after the battle and Edward found himself wondering if she was gone for good. It had been three days since the fight, he wanted to reach out to Y/N again, but he had absolutely no idea what to say. Edward knew that he should thank her, but the news of his engagement weighed heavily on him.
Y/N deserved to know.
He had typed out multiple different emails before quickly deleting them, nothing he wrote seemed to feel right. Edward just wanted to see her again, this wasn't the type of news that he wanted to disclose while hiding behind a screen.
Edward walked through the hallways, his cellphone feeling heavy in his hand as he lingered on Y/N's contact. He froze in the doorway to his bedroom when he spotted her. Y/N was sitting on the newly procured bed in his room that he had set up for Bella. Her presence was so unexpected that he almost didn't believe she was really there.
"I thought you left," Edward mumbled.
"I didn't... Sorry to disappoint," Y/N stated, toying with a loose thread on the blankets.
"Why did you come back?" He questioned.
"Your emails were melodramatic, but the phone call made me curious," Y/N said, looking up at him.
"Curious about what?" Edward questioned.
"What you want from me... You have your human and you have your happy family. Why do you keep reaching out when you didn't want me in the first place?" Y/N asked.
Edward hesitated, "I miss you... I miss how we used to be," He admitted.
"We can't get that back," Y/N replied simply.
"Why not?" Edward asked.
"The trust between us is gone," She said, standing up from the edge of the bed.
"It doesn't have to be," Edward said, moving closer to her. He was careful, acting like any sudden movements would scare her off.
"Edward, I became the enemy when you brought that human into the mix. You suddenly stopped trusting me and treated me as a threat," Y/N stated.
"You can't blame me for that... Nothing you've said or done since meeting her has given me any reason to trust you with her. Almost every word out of your mouth has been a threat on her life," Edward snapped, his voice steadily gaining volume.
He could tell that his reply had disappointed her in some way, "Threats don't equal action, Edward," She replied, her own voice beginning to rise in volume.
"Then why make the threats at all?" Edward asked.
"I hate her and I hate what this relationship is doing to you. That human is a cancerous tumor on this family and she needs to go," Y/N snapped.
Edward scoffed, "Now who's being melodramatic?" He muttered.
"The Volturi could have slaughtered us all and you know it. You are gambling with the lives of everyone I have come to consider family and you don't even care," Y/N said angrily.
"That's what this is really about?" Edward asked.
Her shoulders slumped suddenly, "I don't feel protected by you anymore... That girl has become your priority and you are choosing her despite the danger that comes with that choice," Y/N said.
"I'm sorry that you feel that way," Edward muttered, setting his cellphone down on his desk. Y/N huffed, shaking her head at his dismissive response.
"I never expected to fall in love with Bella. I wish that the choice to be with her wasn't dangerous, but that isn't my reality," Edward said softly.
"You left her before," Y/N stated.
"And we both almost died as a result... I never meant to make you feel like I was naive to the risk of being with Bella. But I need you to know that I will always protect you, no matter what," Edward said, taking another step closer to her.
She was his family and his closest friend, he was never going to be able to let her go and he hoped that she could understand.
"If only you meant that," Y/N mumbled. He felt the change in her, she was closing herself off to him and he hated it.
Y/N moved to leave the room and Edward quickly caught her wrist before she could pass him. His grip was loose enough that she could pull away, but she didn't. The simple moment of hesitation from her gave him hope. Maybe there was still a part of her that cared for him and possibly even missed him too. Something he couldn't explain lingered in the air between them.
"I don't want to lose you," Edward said.
Y/N looked up at him, eyes flickering over his face as if she were committing it to memory. Then the emotion disappeared from her expression in an instant as she steeled her resolve. Her body tensed and Edward would have shivered if he could from the icy glare she gave him.
"We can talk tomorrow," Y/N said coldly, pulling her wrist from his grasp and making her way out of his bedroom.
...
Bella made her way into the Cullen house, shrugging off her jacket and hanging it up. Edward had always told her she never needed to knock before entering his home, but it still felt odd. Bella stiffened as she felt a cool breeze, the hair on the back of her neck standing on end.
Bella slowly lowered her hands, her heart was pounding in her chest as she turned around. Y/N stood in the entryway, watching Bella closely like she was an insect under a magnifying glass.
Bella gulped, "Hi," She mumbled, trying to calm herself down.
Bella stumbled back into the wall when Y/N suddenly appeared in front of her, breathing heavily as her heart raced. Bella looked around herself nervously, bracing herself for whatever Y/N could possibly do to her.
Bella flinched when Y/N grabbed onto her left hand, lifting it up and inspecting the ring on her finger.
"Now where did you get that?" Y/N asked.
"Edward. H-he gave it to me," Bella said, shifting on her feet.
"He's marrying you while you're human?" Y/N questioned, dropping Bella's hand with disgust and stepping away from her.
Bella exhaled, "Yeah, but he's going to change me after," She said.
"How long has this been decided for?" Y/N asked.
Bella shrugged, "Not long," She muttered.
"And you really want to do this?" Y/N questioned.
"Why wouldn't I?" Bella asked, crossing her arms.
"I can offer a few simple reasons that won't overwhelm your little pea-sized mind... You will watch your family whither and die without being able to be a part of their life, you will never have children and you can never leave the family. Although that may sound like your puppy love fest can continue for eternity, when you fall out of love after a few decades, you will be trapped here. You convinced him to give you immortality and you will never be able to repay him for that. I almost feel bad for you, you poor stupid girl, you signed your life away and you don't even know it," Y/N said.
"Why would you say that to me?" Bella asked angrily, tears gathering in her eyes.
"No one is willing to tell you what you are really signing up for. You have this delusion that you have found your perfect future, but it's a sham," Y/N stated.
"Am I supposed to believe that you're looking out for me?" Bella questioned.
"That's not a skill in my repertoire, Bella. I look out for myself and myself only, you should try it for a change," Y/N said.
Bella huffed, watching her leave the room without another word. Bella wanted to defend herself and her decisions, but Edward had been growing distant since their engagement. She couldn't help but wonder if there was something else going on.
Did Edward regret proposing? Had Y/N advised him against their coupling? Were cracks already beginning to form in their relationship? Was a wedding really the best thing for them right now?
Bella definitely had a few things to think about and reevaluate.

Midnight arrived, and you were writhing in bed, the tingling in your groin wouldn't let you be so wet in your panties, a total disaster. Your parents weren't home; your mom was out of the country, traveling, and your stepdad was working at the hospital as usual. It was the perfect time to touch yourself, but you couldn't. You desperately need more than that. Taking your blanket, you go down to the living room; you need a distraction. As you turn on the television, the front door opens, and you hear heavy footsteps; it's Carlisle. "I'm home," he says, entering the kitchen. "I'm here." After that mention, he appears behind the sofa, taking off his long black coat. "Are you awake?" he smiled. "And you so early?" he laughed. Normally, Carlisle would arrive home in the early morning after his long shift, but this time he arrived earlier. "It was quiet; there aren't many patients at this hour." It's Christmas Eve, and although doctors don't have vacations between shifts, some volunteers choose to stay longer than the scheduled shift. That's how it works at the hospital where Carlisle works.
"Do you want to sit down?" you said, choosing a movie, he agreed, sitting right next to you. You covered your small body with the blanket, you were wearing a somewhat inappropriate pajama. After a while, your hair fell over Carlisle's shoulder, sleep was overtaking you. "Can I cuddle with you?" you said, shyly but with a soft tone, you needed to be hugged even if just for a moment. "Of course, princess," that word makes you burst, he is so sweet with you, always caring and interesting, Carlisle is the perfect stepfather. The one everyone wants to have, but only you can have.
You started to feel that heat in your stomach and groin again, with your heavy breathing and spasmodic movements, Carlisle noticed it. "Are you okay, princess?" His face showed concern, but also curiosity about the prominent heat you were producing. So hot. "Mmh," you said, and it almost sounded like a guttural moan you were suppressing.
He grabbed you by the chin while inspecting you closely. "Are you sure? You're sweaty and..." you interrupted him by kissing his lips. He stepped back, furrowing his brows, "What are you...?" you kissed him again in a messy and unkempt manner, and he followed your lead, gripping your jaw, demanding control. You moan, touching his chest, trying to unbutton his shirt. "Wait..." he says, stepping back again; his lips were swollen from the desperate kiss, pink and with ragged breathing. "We shouldn't be doing this." He grabbed his hair, resting his elbows on his knees, worried about what had happened.
He was cheating on his wife with his daughter, that's horrible, he thinks. "Carlisle... I need your help," you said, trying to convince him. Touching him gently on the shoulder, massaging him. "Jesus Christ..." he looked at you. You could feel some lust in him, you have aroused him. "I know you need it too," you kiss his neck dangerously, "you always help me..." You brush your lips against his ear, making him shiver, "Could you help me and take away this feeling?" While maintaining eye contact with him, you took off your silk shirt, leaving your chest exposed, your erect nipples screaming for attention, wanting to be touched and pinched. "I'm so horny, please," you plead, rubbing your breasts against his chest to kiss him. He hissed, grabbing your hair with his fist and pushing your lips against his, starting a session of kisses and touching your needy nipples, pinching them. "Mmh, yes, like that..." you moan, feeling the thrill from the pleasure and pain of his firm grip around your hair.
He let you go, taking you to his bedroom that he shares with your mother. He slammed the door shut, still holding you, and laid you on the bed while unbuttoning his shirt. "Take off your pajamas," he demanded, and you obeyed, doing it slowly. Now you are only wearing a tiny lingerie thong. "Take them off yourself" I nodded, biting my lower lip. "I need you to talk, darling, scream, and cry as much as you want." Before taking off his boxers, he grabbed a condom from his nightstand. "Ready, princess?" Carlisle was as excited as you, his cock ready to fuck you, hard and big. Slowly, he introduced the tip into your pussy, making you moan, he hissed, penetrating you slowly and deliciously.
Your gummy walls welcome him eagerly, squeezing his size. He moaned again, saying some illegible words. He fucks you slowly, you were melting in his arms. You screamed his name and scratched his back with your long nails, "Oh god... so big," you moan loudly, echoing in the room. "I love those pretty sounds, princess." Carlisle kisses you, devouring your mouth. "Keep doing it" You hug him by the neck and open your mouth, letting him put his tongue in, you suck and kiss, enjoying his taste "I'm going to cum," he whispered with labored breathing "Me too, so do it faster." and he did it.
Your legs began to tremble, dripping with the juices that flowed from your tight and small pussy, his cum was expelled from his dick and ended up in the condom. Carlisle thrusts into you once more before pulling out, and as he withdraws his cock, you notice the shine on the condom from your juices. "That was so good," you exhale, "We're not done yet, princess." You lean on your elbows on the mattress, looking at him. "What…?" You say incredulously, if you felt it was too much, imagine it again. "So, turn around with your ass up," you obey, exposing your big ass, you feel him lean against your back, coming closer to your ear, "I thought you liked being my dirty little secret," he smiled, touching your hips and you nodded, "Yes, it excites me just thinking about it." he teased, moving you back close to his pelvis "That's right, princess" after that; Carlisle fucked you like a rag doll, making you scream, moan with pleasure and pain, but you liked it, of course, you did, it was what you wanted, right? Being fucked like the good whore you are.

Carlisle Cullen smut drabble #1
Warnings : fem!reader, smut, oral (f!receiving), gentle Carlisle face sitting, pussy drunk, feral Carlisle, manhandling, he's just hella strong, aftercare, english isn't my first language.
*-*-*
"That's... are you sure it's a good idea ?" Surely it wasn't. Well, he did ask, well, beg, to indulge in this little fantasy of his, and you did like the sound of that, but...
You kept overthinking while rubbing your thighs together, the lingerie he generously gifted you hugging your unique curves in a way that made Carlisle want to devour you whole. Hopefully it was in the way he humbly asked of you.
He smiled, patient and reassuring. He grabbed your hand, guiding you to stand in between his spread legs. It was soft and comforting, the way he massaged your upper thighs, how he held you close.
"What are you scared about, lovely ?" He said, pressing a soft kiss to your hip dip.
"What if you can't breathe ?" You whispered, grabbing onto his shoulders.
"I don't need to." He simply smiled and reminded you kindly. Carlisle gently leaned back, taking you with him. He steadied you with his hands on your waist, your knees on each side of his hips.
"What if I'm too heavy on your face..." Your voice shivered as his cold fingers slowly undid the laces of your bra. Warm, open-mouth kisses were placed along your throat. There would be no one else you would trust to touch the thin, fragile skin on your throat.
You wondered what he felt when he pressed his nose so close to your warm, tempting blood. Oh, love... if only you knew. The mix of hunger, lust, and love was maddening. Could you feel it in the way he took a long lap on the length of your throat? Or in the way his long fingers slipped in the delicate lacework of your white panties? Or maybe... in the way his pulsing member rubbed teasingly against your wet folds.
"Too heavy... do you doubt my strength, baby, mh ?" He grinned softly. Slowly, deliberately, closer and closer to his face. But his silly little baby couldn't stop worrying, her knees digging in the bed and stopping her from getting closer. Now, that just wouldn't do...
If you didn't want to move, fine... but he would get his goddamn meal.
He scooted under you suddenly, laying down on the bed, your soaking, plump pussy hovering above his eager mouth. He only gave you a millisecond, just enough time to push your panty to the side and for you to gasp before engulfing your sweet cunt with his lips and mouth. The shaky whine you let out at the unexpected slimy texture of his tongue sliding messily into your folds. He slurped at your precious fluids, drinking it greedily.
Carlisle had experienced it, and goddamn it, did you feel it? He ate you out so slowly, so good. His wet muscle massages your lips longingly, the pressure steady and firm. He moaned in your sensitive core; the deep sound vibrated across your buzzing skin. Your knees dipped in the bed, your mewls echoing in the room. It wasn't enough for him; it was never enough.
He kept going back and forth, teasing your hole, making your eyes flutter closed, and not yet touching your flushed clit. Not yet, at least. Thanks to his control and patience, he waited until you started rocking your face. But it was still so shy, so afraid. Your worry about his 'survival' is still there. His poor baby was scared; he couldn't have that.
"Come on, love... use me..." He mumbled, his lips completely covered in your juices. That's when he decided to push further. And by that I mean pushing his well-trained tongue into your twitching, eager hole.
And fuck, you reacted so well for him. You threw your head back, moaning his name so deeply it made his leaking cock pulse against the denim of his pants. Your worry seemed to vanish from your sweet Carlisle. He closed his eyes, swallowing thickly. It was so carnal, so erotic, and God, you felt so fucking good. Maybe too good.
He started to lose control, to lose himself in the warmth of your thighs pressing so deliciously around his skull. The desperate rocking of hips, the flesh around your bones caressing his jawline in the process. The free moans you let out, so good, so real. Fuck, he loved you like this. But he needed more. More, more, and more. Carlisle felt his mind go blank; the lack of fucking friction against his crotch was unbearable, especially when he knew he could find perfect relief nestled in between your thighs. He was having a taste of heaven, and like the sinful creature he was, he wanted to sink himself in it.
He let out a loud growl as he fought himself. But in the end he agreed on one thing. He will not stop until he is drowned in your flooding release. But it was when you whimpered, gripping tightly on his blond hair, that he snapped. Could you blame him, lovely ?
"P-Please..."
Fuck-
The beast in him soared. His hands gripped onto your hips firmly, hoisting both you up. Using his speed and strength, he sprinted to the wall, pinning you to the wall. He held you up, your thighs on his shoulders, legs dangling on his back as his fingers dug into your lower back. His face pressed firmly against your sopping cunt. He sucked on your clit roughly, slurping, ravaging your wetness in his suckling, and saliva dripped down your thighs and his chin.
You panted shakily, holding onto his hair for dear life as you tried to rock yourself against his mouth, seeking more, more, and more. You might be going crazy too. The knots in your belly felt tighter, like a spring ready to explode due to the pressure. You were close, close to losing your goddamn mind.
Carlisle felt it too; it spurred him on better than any drug could ever do. He pressed you harder against the wall, eating you with reckless abandon. He felt so goddamn horny, pressure deep in his lower belly. He couldn't help it. He started rocking his hips against the wall, rough and harsh, and in that moment you weren't sure if you were thankful or disappointed you weren't the one receiving those merciless thrusts.
"Need you... need you so much, baby. Give it to me—fuck !" He moaned, pounding against the wall as he came right against the edge, just waiting to be tipped over. He thrust his tongue so deep in your pussy, hitting the spot that made you see stars.
"Carlisle…! Carlisle !" You cried out, your eyes flashing bright white as your body tensed almost painfully, your head leaning back against the hall as you came utterly and completely undone.
He drank your release as he exploded in his pants, his muscles tensing around you like a vice, marking the skin of your hips with his sheer strength. The pants and little sounds you were both letting out let you come down from your high slowly, almost tenderly.
Carlisle inhaled deeply, still buried against your heat, but the tremble in your thighs kept him grounded enough to regain his control. He finally seemed to notice the way he held you up against the wall. The grip on his hair was still firm, like you were preventing yourself from falling.
"It's okay, baby... shh... I got you…" He cooed quietly. Gently, he lowered you from his shoulders into his arms. The neglected bed welcomed you back as he laid you down on it, letting you relax and sigh in relief.
"I... I'm so sorry, love... You're okay ?" He murmured, kissing your temple and cheeks softly, like a silent praise. You did so well for me.
Your breathy chuckle reassured him, drawing his own smile in the corner of his mouth. He grabbed the blanket and pulled it up to you as you placed a grateful peck on his cheekbone.
"Do you want me to bring you the towel ? Or cuddles first ?"
"Mmh... I'd like a towel... it's too sticky..." You grinned.
Carlisle chuckled and nodded, using once again his speed, and came back within seconds with a warm, wet towel. "There you go, my love."
The cleaning was soft and calm. You talked in hushed tones, you forgiving his loss of control, him asking if anything hurt during the act. Eventually, you two found yourselves naked and cuddled up right up to each other. Carlisle caressed your hair and kissed your forehead. And who knows...?
A second round is so easily achieved...

Not Going to Change, Honey
pairing: carlisle cullen x male reader tags: evil reader, he doesn't really have morals tbh, Carlisle is your mate, rocky relationship, unresolved conflict, part 2 if people want it
For all the centuries Carlisle Cullen had roamed the earth, he had never encountered anyone quite like you. He had seen grandeur in architecture, brilliance in art, and compassion in the tender eyes of mortals. But when he first laid eyes on you—one of the Volturi’s most lethal guards—he was utterly unprepared for the impact you would have on him.
Carlisle’s initial impression was one of quiet awe. You stood poised in the grand reception hall of the Volturi fortress, clad in the distinctive blood-red cloak that symbolized your allegiance to Aro. Long, elegant lines formed your silhouette—every inch of you exuded a kind of potent, dangerous allure that was hard to ignore. Perhaps it was the severe cut of your jaw or the dark gleam in your eyes that made Carlisle’s breath catch. But despite the warning prickle of tension in the air, there was something undeniably captivating in your presence.
“I presume you are the esteemed Dr. Cullen,” you said smoothly, voice as cold and refined as the marble walls around you.
Carlisle inclined his head, forcing himself to maintain calm even though his chest felt inexplicably tight. “Yes. Carlisle Cullen,” he replied politely. “I recently arrived at Aro’s invitation.”
You surveyed him with an intensity that made him feel as though every thought he had was laid bare. Carlisle found his gaze lingering on the sharp contour of your cheeks and the elegant line of your mouth. There was a deadly grace about you, but more than that, a magnetic pull he couldn’t explain.
“Word of your…unique lifestyle precedes you,” you remarked, a slight edge of amusement curling your lips. “I suppose you’ll find Volterra quite different from your usual endeavors.”
Carlisle almost smiled in return. “I suspect I will,” he said quietly. Then he glanced around, torn between fascination and a subtle dread of the Volturi’s rigorous methods. “Though I’m eager to see what the Volturi’s world is truly like.”
You nodded curtly, turning on your heel to guide him deeper into the fortress. The moment you moved, Carlisle found himself transfixed by the fluidity of your steps, by the swish of your cloak. He wondered if you realized how captivating you were, or if cruelty and power were all you cared to claim as your own.
As time slipped by in Volterra, Carlisle discovered the Volturi’s customs and tactics were indeed difficult to reconcile with his beliefs. Yet, even amid that discord, he found himself drawn to you. You were everything Carlisle was not: ruthless, unwavering in your loyalty to Aro, and wholly accepting of a vampire’s predator nature. And yet, it was your contradictions that made you all the more alluring.
Carlisle had never believed in the concept of “opposites attract” until he crossed paths with you in the fortress library. He had been reading an antique medical text by the pale light of an ornate lamp, trying to distract himself from the day’s unsettling events, when he heard the soft echo of footsteps.
“Does Cullen also dabble in the history of human medicine?” you teased as you approached, a crimson sash draped diagonally across your chest. Your posture was perfect, your head held high.
Carlisle looked up, the faintest warmth creeping into his golden eyes. “I’ve devoted my life to saving humans. It’s…a passion.” He paused, watching as you took a seat across from him, uninvited and unbothered. “I’m surprised to see you here. I didn’t realize you had an interest in medicine.”
Your lips curved into a small, wry smile. “I don’t. But I was curious to see what keeps you tucked away in this dusty library night after night.”
Something about your directness made Carlisle’s throat tighten. He shut the old tome carefully, inhaling the scent of aged paper. “And now that you’ve seen me, what do you think?”
Leaning forward, you regarded him thoughtfully, your crimson eyes lingering on the gentle lines of his face. Your gaze was unsettling, piercing, but Carlisle found it shockingly intimate. “I think you’re a man out of place—yet you keep striving to adapt. There’s something admirable about that.” Then your smile vanished. “But I also think you’re naive to believe you can find any goodness here.”
Carlisle’s lips parted slightly. “There must be some measure of order, of morality, if the Volturi have kept the vampire world hidden so efficiently for so long. It can’t be all cruelty.”
“Morality?” You laughed under your breath, a low and dangerous sound. “Is that what you think you’ll find among us?” You shook your head, your eyes glinting. “Aro is cunning; Caius is cruel. Marcus is…numb. Morality is a tool, wielded only when convenient.”
And yet, as you spoke, Carlisle couldn’t help but notice how the lamplight highlighted the sculpted angle of your cheekbone, the richness of your voice, the slender cords of muscle in your neck as you half-turned away. He felt drawn to you, as though in another life, you might have fit in the place he dreamed of—somewhere far gentler.
As the weeks passed, Carlisle had more and more reason to question the Volturi’s practices. He witnessed the methodical punishments, the harsh interrogations, and the unwavering loyalty demanded of each guard. And yet, in quiet moments, he also witnessed small kindnesses from you—fleeting but unmistakably real.
Once, in a secluded corridor, he caught you covertly offering a sympathetic word to a newly turned vampire, shaken and afraid. You hid it behind a stern command, but Carlisle recognized the concern flickering in your eyes. Another time, you saved a mortal servant from the wrath of another guard who had lost control. Though you claimed it was only for efficiency’s sake, Carlisle saw the truth. You possessed a depth of compassion you refused to acknowledge.
You confronted Carlisle one evening by the window of the fortress’s grand hall, where silvery moonlight reflected on the polished floor. He was staring out into the silent streets of Volterra, hands clasped behind his back.
“What are you really looking for, Carlisle?” you asked, voice hushed yet insistent.
“I’m not sure,” He answered honestly. “Perhaps reassurance that I made the right choice coming here—or proof that I should leave.”
You lifted your chin, a scoff escaping your lips. “If you despise our methods so much, why stay?”
Carlisle’s gaze drifted to your face, gentling as he took in the faint lines of tension on your brow. “Because I’d hoped to find something good here—someone I could help redeem. And I…” He swallowed, voice trembling with emotion. “I’d hoped you might join me in that.”
You stared at him for a moment, your expression unreadable. Then, to his surprise, you raised a pale hand to brush an errant lock of hair back from his temple. The touch was achingly gentle, contradictory to your reputation for merciless skill in battle.
“Why waste your compassion on me?” you whispered, red eyes flickering.
Carlisle felt his throat tighten at the quiet vulnerability in your question. “It isn’t a waste,” he murmured, turning his head just enough to press into your hand. “I see your strength, your elegance, and beneath it all, a heart that still cares.”
Your lips parted slightly in a faint expression of surprise, but you hardened your gaze, retracting your hand as though burned. “Don’t romanticize me, Carlisle. You’ll only be disappointed.”
Yet, despite your dismissive words, Carlisle could see the faint quiver of your jaw—proof that not everything in you was made of stone.
Carlisle wanted to stay with you—see the connection between you blossom into that of mates—but as time went on, his resolve to leave the Volturi grew stronger. He couldn’t reconcile his moral code with the violence he saw. The tipping point came when he witnessed an unjust execution—one Aro insisted was necessary to maintain secrecy. Carlisle found himself unable to stand by as a life, no matter how tainted, was extinguished without mercy.
He sought you out in the ancient corridor lit by flickering torches. Stone arches framed you like an immortal sculpture, and for a moment, Carlisle’s heart clenched at how beautiful you appeared—like a painting come to life.
“I’m leaving,” he said softly but firmly, stepping closer than he ever had before. “I can’t stay here and watch this cruelty. It goes against everything I believe.”
Your expression hardened, but your eyes betrayed a flash of pain. “So, that’s it?” you asked, voice low. “You leave because reality offends your delicate conscience?”
Carlisle exhaled shakily. “It’s not about being offended. It’s about upholding the sanctity of life. You know that’s my creed.”
You swallowed, the torchlight catching in your hair, illuminating your features in deep shadow and warm highlights. Carlisle’s gaze flickered over your face, taking in every detail—every elegant line, every subtle contour he had come to find so enthralling.
“I already asked you before,” Carlisle continued, breath trembling. “but please come with me. Whatever bond is between us—whatever this is—I can’t bear the thought of leaving it behind.”
He reached out, gently brushing his fingertips along your jaw. The featherlight contact sent a tremor through both of you. For a moment, you closed your eyes as if steeling yourself against an onslaught of emotion.
“Carlisle,” you murmured, the single syllable loaded with longing and heartbreak. Then your eyes opened, scarlet irises locking onto his golden ones. “I cannot follow you. Aro trusts me. I have earned my place here through centuries of service.”
Carlisle’s lips parted, and his chest constricted painfully. “But what about your happiness? Don’t you see there’s more to life than this endless cycle of violence?”
Your jaw tightened. “This is my world. My choice. I’m not like you. I can’t pretend that moral codes and hopeful ideals will keep me safe.” You lowered your gaze. “You have to go. If you stay, you’ll be broken—one way or another.”
Something inside Carlisle cracked, the pain resonating through every fiber of his immortal body. “So that’s it?” he asked, voice faltering. “You choose them over—”
“I’m sorry,” you interrupted, your voice trembling at the edges. “But you have to leave. Now.”
In a final desperate moment, Carlisle pressed a tender kiss to your forehead, lingering just long enough to feel the slight chill of your skin. You stood perfectly still, your eyes sliding shut in silent torment. Then he stepped back, letting the cold air slip between you as though forming an invisible wall.
You remained where he left you, the slow hush of your unneeded breath the only movement. It took several minutes before you opened your eyes, composure already brittle. You touched the spot on your forehead where his lips had lingered, an ache you couldn’t name thudding in your chest. You had chosen your duty over love—and it stung in a way you hadn’t anticipated.
Carlisle eventually found a new life far from Volterra, building a family and fostering the ideals he cherished. Yet in the quiet hours of predawn, when his coven was at rest and the world was still, he thought of you. He recalled the elegantly carved lines of your face, your unwavering stare, and the fleeting softness you revealed only to him.
No matter the distance, no matter how many centuries stretched between him and that fortress of stone, you lingered in Carlisle’s thoughts—an unhealed wound and a cherished secret. He imagined a time you might leave the Volturi’s shadows behind, stepping into the light he so desperately wanted to share with you. Until that day, he carried the memory of your touch and the haunting depth of your eyes. For in the darkest corners of his heart, he still believed you were worthy of love—and that one day, you might finally believe it too.

Fate’s Design

[Carlisle Cullen x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: Not even fate can stop forbidden love. {GIF Credits: Pinterest}
WC: 2051
Category: Angst (with a side of fluff)
Can you tell I rewatched Twilight? 👀 Edward? Jacob? Nah, I’m team Carlisle all the way.
In all seriousness, this took me so long to write out since I’m in that stage of life where there’s no free time 😭
But, regardless, here’s a fic that no one asked for (and hopefully won’t mind 👀). So, uh… enjoy :)
『••✎••』
Funny, how the world works, how fate works.
The day you had first laid eyes on him, you could tell immediately there was something different about him, something... strange. Stranger than strange.
A simple hospital visit, a clumsy fall down the stairs, and here you were, stuck in a place of healing with the smell of antiseptics and disinfectant all around you. For a simple wrist sprang, being around deathly ill people who had no sense of common courtesy was the last thing you wanted to experience.
Still, it couldn't be helped, and so you endured. Endured until that one fateful encounter.
When the nurses brought him into the room, you couldn't help but stare. A young, handsome man who looked barely a few years older than you, pale, cold skin that reminded you of the snowy tundras, and bright eyes you swore turned gold in the light.
Strange, yes. Very strange. But a very good kind of strange, the kind of strange that was captivating.
Carlisle Cullen.
You couldn't help but smile as you thought of the name, as the memories came back to you. The first meeting, the second, and then the third. You remembered all of them, every single one, and the way your heart fluttered like a caged bird each time, wanting to break free.
How long had it been since that first meeting? Five months? Six?
You couldn't be sure, but it was enough.
Enough for you to know that you loved him.
How funny, how ironic, how cruel fate was, giving you someone to love and then making it impossible to be with him.
You were just an average girl with average interests and average talents who had a boring, average job that didn't pay much and was living an average life.
But you were human; he was not.
You were a creature that could live, grow, age, and eventually die while he was frozen in time, a beautiful, timeless statue with an old soul that lived a hundred years in the span of one.
You knew this, he knew this, and that was what held you both back.
Even though you loved him, even though when he looked at you, his eyes burned with the same emotions you felt, the two of you were still unable to come together.
You would’ve given up had it not been for your own stubbornness, your own will to hold on, to see this through to the end.
He was worth it, and you knew it.
And so, you decided it didn’t matter if your time with him would be short because you would spend it happily, without regret.
After all, a few months spent with him was better than none at all.
You found yourself storming into the hospital, pure determination set on your face as you went up to the reception desk and demanded to know where Carlisle Cullen was.
The nurse gave you an odd look but didn’t question you further, and after giving her the information she needed, she directed you to his office.
You were assured he was filing papers, so you didn’t bother with knocking. Instead, you barged in with the burning desire to make your mark, to make your presence known, to show him, without any doubt, how you felt.
You didn't care if he was startled by your sudden entrance, and as you approached him, he stood up, surprise written on his face.
"I’m done, Carlisle," you said, your tone final, a declaration. "I’m so done."
He tilted his head in confusion.
Your hands came to a fist as you rested them against his desk, eyes narrowed and burning.
"I'm done holding back," you said, voice steady. "If you don’t kiss me right now, I'll never forgive you."
Your name came out as a soft sigh from his lips, and you couldn’t stop the shudder that ran through you at the sound of it. The mellow, gentle tone that held your entire being was always catching you off guard, even after all this time.
It wasn’t fair; it really wasn't.
"Kiss me, goddamnit!" You yelled at him, the demand clear in your tone.
And, like always, he denied you. In fact, he practically told you to shut up in his own way by bringing attention that you were still… quite literally, in the hospital.
You didn’t care. It was obvious by the way you kept going at him, demanding he take action.
And then, a gush of wind.
Your eyes widened, and before you could utter a word, the door from behind slammed shut. Not enough to create a loud bang, but enough to get your attention, and when you looked over, his arm was extended out, hand resting on the door.
Just inches away from your head.
Your heart skipped a beat as you looked up at him.
He was towering over you completely, and the proximity made your breathing hitch. His gaze was intense and golden, and it burned right through you like it always did. But you weren’t scared, not even the slightest bit.
This was what you wanted, after all.
So you kept silent and waited for him to make the first move. Any move, really.
A few seconds passed, and then, ever so slowly, he lowered his head. But he didn't lean down far enough, no. Instead, his face inched closer and closer to yours until, finally, all you could see were his eyes.
And all you could think about was his lips.
"As much as I want to," he began, voice soft and smooth. "You and I both know it's not that easy."
"Yes, it is," you retorted, stubborn. "You're just making it hard."
"I'm being realistic."
"Realistic? Really?" Your face twisted into a scowl. "Says the man who's not even human."
"That's precisely why," he said. "You’re…"
His voice quivered, just slight enough to be noticeable. It made your heart ache, and you were ready to interrupt him, to say that it didn’t matter; nothing else did.
But you stopped yourself.
It was only right to hear what he had to say.
"You truly wish to want… this? To give up the happiness of your future, the family you deserve, to be drowned in sorrow, all for me?"
His words were sincere, his voice quiet, and the expression on his face was one you could barely comprehend.
"Drowned…? Drowned?!" You echoed his words; brows knitted in a deep frown. "Carlisle, I'm already drowning! Right now!"
You paused, trying to calm yourself, but you could feel tears prickling your eyes. This wasn’t how you had imagined it going.
"It hurts," you confessed, voice low. "It hurts me that you don’t understand, that you think so little of yourself."
Carlisle's breath caught, and his lips parted in surprise, but you weren’t finished yet.
"It hurts me that you think I could ever be happy without you," you continued, your voice rising a bit. “Carlisle, I have found happiness in you. I am happy with you. The day we met, I was a wreck; my wrist was a wreck… everything was a wreck. But then you came, and now, now I'm happy. You make me happy."
The look on his face was unreadable, but it didn’t deter you from speaking your mind.
"Why can’t you see that? Why can’t you see that you’ll always be twice the man than any other human being out there?"
Silence.
He didn’t answer, and the longer the silence stretched, the more your heart hurt. Carlisle was a good man; he was. He was a good doctor, a good father, and, of course, a good-looking guy.
He deserved the world.
And if the world couldn't give it to him, you would.
"If you can't see it, then fine," you finally spoke, and it was almost a whisper. "Then I'll do it for you. I'll tell you every day. I'll keep telling you until it sticks."
The corners of your mouth tugged upwards into a shaky smile.
"Even if I have to keep yelling at you."
He exhaled, and suddenly, he looked much more relaxed, and you realized that you had gotten through to him.
It made the tears that were gathering in your eyes spill over.
"At least I know you wouldn’t toss me aside when my personality eventually overpowers my looks," you mumbled, laughing.
"Toss you aside?"
There was a sudden, sharp edge to his tone, and when his hand came to rest under your chin, gently, carefully, your eyes shot up, staring into his own.
You didn't realize it, but the way you looked at him, the expression on your face, it made him see something different, something he never expected.
A woman who loved him. Truly, sincerely, deeply, and completely.
He couldn’t believe it, and yet, you were right there, in front of him, your eyes shining and reflecting nothing but adoration and admiration.
Your eyes were shining, but not with sadness, no, not anymore.
It was a beautiful sight, one he would remember for all of eternity.
"I'd be a fool to do that," he whispered, his tone sincere, and when his other hand came up, his fingers brushing over your cheek, a featherlight touch, he could hear your breath catch.
"A complete and utter fool."
You watched the smile grow on his lips, and it was so beautiful, it was unreal.
But this, the feeling of his hand on your skin, the coldness contrasted by the warmth of your own body, the gentleness of his touch, it was surreal.
"Carlisle," you murmured, and he was still staring at you, but there was a new intensity in his gaze. "Let me give you the happiness you deserve. Let me."
You took a small step forward, and his hand was still resting under your chin. You didn't dare move or speak again, not until you could read his face, the expression on his features.
It was difficult, however, and just when you thought he wouldn't say anything, he spoke.
"I can't guarantee the future or the happiness," he admitted. "Not for myself, and not for you, but-"
"But?" You couldn’t help but smirk.
"I can try," he answered. "For your sake, I'll try."
You should’ve expected the response after that, the speed at which his hand moved from your cheek to the back of your neck, pulling you forward, and his other hand, moving downwards to rest on the small of your back.
You should've, but you didn't.
All you could do was stare at him, your eyes widening, and just when you opened your mouth to speak, to say something, anything, his lips were on yours, and all the coherent thoughts left you.
You could hear the thumping of your heart, loud, thundering, and it drowned out all the other sounds around you.
He was gentle and careful, and the kiss was nothing more than a brief, feather-light press of his lips, but it was enough. It was enough to set your whole body on fire, to have you lean in, to have your hands come up, grasping onto his lab coat for dear life.
You could feel the coldness of his skin, but the taste of his lips was indescribable.
He tasted sweet, like vanilla, and the longer his lips were on yours, the more the flavor lingered until you couldn’t remember how your own lips had ever tasted.
When he finally pulled away, it was as if the world was spinning and all the strength left your body.
"We're not in the clear just yet," he murmured, his gaze still intense, and it sent a shiver down your spine. "There are many things we have to talk about and many things to work out, but-"
"Carlisle," you breathed out, your grip on his coat tightening. "Don’t talk. Just relish."
You leaned forward, and he did the same, his eyes fluttering shut, and as your lips connected with his, your mind was filled with a single thought.
This.
This was right.
It was perfect, and the world was a better place.
The funny thing about fate is that if two people are meant to be, no matter the time, the place, or the circumstances, they'll find each other.
The two of you were living proof.

Tell me everything – Carlisle Cullen (smut)
This is what I'd do as a historian, ask Carlisle all about his past. So I had to push (y/n) into this scenario. Please like and reblog if you enjoyed reading this, your comments keep us writers motivated! Enjoy my loves. xxx
Summary: The reader asks Carlisle to read her paper on Europe in the 1680s, asking him for his insights as somebody who has lived through these times. It's only a matter of time until their talks about history turn into something completely different.
Warnings: 18+, smut, piv, oral (f), quite some fluff
Pairing: Carlisle Cullen x fem!reader (2.7k words)
Tumblr media
“Doctor Cullen?” Her voice trembled as she knocked on his door. With her heart in her throat, she held her gaze focused on the door, almost forgetting how to breathe as Carlisle opened it.
“(Y/n), how many times have I told you to call me Carlisle?” His soft chuckles rang in her ears as he stepped aside to let her into his office. She had known Carlisle for a while, had been introduced to him months ago after befriending Alice and being invited to come visit the mansion. It hadn’t taken long for everything to fall into place, for (y/n) to see through the lies and stories, and yet she still wasn’t used to accepting that her closest friends were the way they are.
“I’m sorry for disturbing you, but there is something I need your help with.” She sat down on the leather couch he had pointed at. With an encouraging smile shot her way, Carlisle urged her on to keep speaking.
“If I remember correctly, Alice told me you were born in the seventeenth century.” She was close to letting go of a laugh, it felt all too unreal to even speak this sentence. “And I was asked to prepare a paper on Europe in the 1680s, I was wondering if you could read it and share your experiences with me?”
As a history student, (y/n) felt like she had to seize this very opportunity, trying to ignore the excitement flushing through her system at the mere thought of listening to his stories. This felt like she was time travelling, being offered a one in a million chance, she simply had to take.
“Of course, (y/n), I would love to help you. Did you already write the paper?” She tried to ignore the heat flushing through her, fuelled by the strength of his gaze. (Y/n) wasn’t blind, she was all too aware of his attractiveness, and the undeniable attraction she felt for him. And yet she had always been too shy, too scared to even try and be close to the man who seemed to have an all too pure heart.
“I did, here, I printed it out earlier.” His golden eyes followed her every move as she reached for her bag to pull out her paper. Sparks shot down her spine the second their fingers brushed together, leaving her torn between the coldness of his skin and the heat of his intrigued gaze.
“The others will be out hunting tomorrow, but if you don’t mind being alone with me, I could read it today and you could come back tomorrow for a chat?” She had to look away for a moment. It was just a handful of seconds, seconds he picked up on all too easily. Carlisle's smile began to grow wider, adding more fuel to the fire burning inside of her, threatening to burn her right in front of his piercing eyes.
“That would be great, thank you, Carlisle.”
……
“Carlisle?” Her voice echoed through the mansion as she slowly took off her shoes. She heard him call for her, guiding (y/n) up the stairs and into the kitchen, where he seemed to be cooking.
“Alice told me you haven’t eaten yet, so I thought I could make you something.” Her heart skipped a beat in her chest, something she was sure he easily picked up on. It took her a while to move closer, touched by the sweet gesture. With a soft “thank you” rolling off her tongue, (y/n) took the plate from Carlisle to let the heavenly aromas surround her.
“Where did you learn to cook like that when you don’t even eat that stuff?” Carlisle’s hearty laughter filled the room. Pride simmered inside of her, taking every laugh rumbling through him as a big win. The food tasted better than everything she had ever eaten before, sure that she’d now ask him to cook for her whenever she was around.
“With endless time on my hands, I find myself picking up hobbies. I’ve always enjoyed cooking for others.” (Y/n) let go of another satisfied sigh before picking up her empty plate to carry it to the sink, shooting Carlisle a warning gaze as he tried to stop her from cleaning it. A comfortable silence filled the room, it wrapped itself around them like the soft morning breeze, tying them closer together with shared moments they wouldn’t tell the others about.
“Come, let’s go to my study.” He reached his hand out for her to take. It was a simple gesture, accompanied by a bright smile that made her feel as if she was dreaming. Her hand trembled while finding his, allowing Carlisle to lead her through the mansion she had been in too many times to count, making it feel like her second home.
“I have to say, I’m very impressed by your paper, (y/n).” Her eyes grew wider as she pondered over his words, staring at the man who sat down on the couch next to her. Carlisle had his eyes focused on the pages, thumbing through them again while (y/n) seized the seconds to study the handsome man, the face she’d see in sleepless nights whenever her mind started to wander.
“Can you tell me a bit more? It’s nothing I will add to the paper, I promise. But,” she struggled to put her thoughts into words, pondering over every syllable she feared could make her appear stupid.
“It’s alright, love, speak to me.” His hand found its way back to hers, leaving (y/n) torn between the touch and the way he had called her. A shaky breath left her, forcing her body to calm down before she could let him in on the thoughts buzzing through her mind.
“It’s just - I struggle to understand you have lived through all these things I study. And it feels surreal to have you so close and I want to ask you about every detail, which is probably stupid and invasive.” She didn’t dare meet his gaze, focusing on his cold hand rather than the eyes that always managed to draw her in. His other hand let go of the pages, only to reach for her chin, tilting it back up for (y/n) to get lost in his golden pupils.
“That’s not stupid, (y/n). I’m honoured you want to hear about my past and my experiences. I am happy to tell you all about it.” A soft smile tugged on her lips, growing even wider as he matched it. For a few seconds, no words were spoken between them, drawn closer by the returning silence with a comfortable touch both longed for. It would be easy for either one to close the distance between them, unable to fight against the pull that made them feel like two magnets made to fit.
“I’m afraid our time together is about to be cut short.” It only took a few more seconds for (y/n) to hear the sounds of the others returning, making her heart drop in disappointment. Slowly, Carlisle let go of (y/n), he rose to his feet only to watch her mimic his movements with an unreadable expression widening on her features. “Here, why don’t you read through the comments I left and if you have any more questions, we can chat about it some more?”
“That would be great, thank you, Carlisle.” She wasn’t sure what was guiding her at that moment, but before (y/n) could stop herself, she had shifted her weight onto her toes to press a kiss to his cheek. And without sharing another word, she disappeared from his office with heat clinging to her like a second layer of skin.
……
“No, that’s also a lie.” Carlisle’s laughter reverberated through her apartment, echoing off the walls of her living room. She had called him a while ago, wondering if he’d be up for another chat about her questions. It hadn’t taken him long to find his way to her, making himself comfortable as one question after another left (y/n) – something they had been doing for the past hours.
“How can that be? You just destroyed everything I know about the past centuries.” Another laugh left him before he pulled (y/n) closer. She found herself sitting closer to him, staring up at Carlisle who cupped her cheek with his cold hand. The electricity she felt whenever he touched her was back, buzzing down her spine to leave her heart racing.
“I’m sorry, it’s not my intention to disappoint you, love.” His thumb brushed over her warm skin, leaving her tingling and buzzing while shuffling even closer to him. No further word managed to leave (y/n) while she focused on Carlisle, letting her gaze flicker between his eyes and his lips. The pull she felt was growing stronger by the second, urging her on to close the small distance between them.
“Carlisle,” (y/n) whispered his name as if she hoped that he could understand what she was about to ask of him. And then he finally moved. Their lips clashed together urgently, perfectly fitting together as if they had been created for one another, having to endure years and centuries even while waiting for her to find him.
The kiss wasn’t interrupted once, not as she crawled into his lap, not as he tightened his grip on her neck to keep her close to him. It felt as if he was tasting her blood, high on the taste and scent that had never influenced him this much, begging him to own every part of her body. And for her it was a similar sensation, just as intense even though she had nothing to compare it to, not used to feeling this dizzy from a simple kiss.
“Don’t stop, don’t ever stop, please.” (Y/n) mumbled the words against his lips. Carlisle’s cold hands found their way beneath her sweater, carefully touching her skin while trying to keep some distance between them and that last line they were craving to cross.
“Talk to me, love. What do you want?” His mouth found her neck while he focused on the sounds of her racing pulse, of her pounding heart and her trembling breaths. He had her trapped, lured into his darkness as if he had always counted on her weakness.
“Everything, I want all of you.” Carlisle rose to his feet without a warning, tearing a squeal from (y/n). Within seconds he had carried her into her bedroom, only to toss her down on the comfortable mattress she was now laying on. She watched him pull out of his sweater, exposing a simple shirt that clung to his muscular upper body, a sight (y/n) would forever remember, taking it to the grave with her.
“If you want me to stop, you have to tell me. Don’t ever stop talking to me.” Their eye contact grew more intense after he had spoken his words, leaving her nodding. Carlisle helped her out of her clothes, moving all too slowly for her liking even though she appreciated him for offering her yet another way out.
“Touch me, please, Carlisle.” With only her panties left on, she felt exposed, vulnerable almost. But the second Carlisle exposed most of his body to her, she could no longer focus on herself, only on him, the cold skin she wanted to feel pressed against her, the body she felt like claiming. Carlisle settled between her thighs, eyes focused on her face as he kissed his way to her heat, pushing her damp panties aside to marvel at her.
“The most beautiful sight I’ve ever seen.” His praise left her chuckling with glee, a sound that turned into a moan the second he brushed his tongue through her slit. Choked moans left (y/n) while her hands tugged on his golden roots, trying to pull him even closer. It felt as if she was about to make it to heaven, touched with such an urgency, she feared that this was nothing but a trick of her excited brain.
“Fuck, Carlisle, you’re so good at this, shit.” Two of his fingers were pushed into her, curled against her swollen spot while he took care of her pulsing bundle. It wouldn’t take her long to fall over the edge should he keep on touching her like this, making her feel as if she was his most prized possession, the only woman he’d ever touch with this much passion.
“I have you, love, give yourself to me.” The words gave her the sudden push, forcing her first orgasm through her while Carlisle kept fucking her with his fingers. Her sounds left him smirking, telling him that she had always wanted him as much as he had wanted her, drawn together by something neither could put into words until now.
“Carlisle,” she drew him closer, up her body to greedily kiss him. Their tongues fought for victory, while she tugged on his underwear, begging him to fully undress so that he could fuck her. Minutes passed by, minutes both used to prepare themselves for what was about to happen, to cross the last line that would keep them connected from this moment on.
“Are you sure about this? This will change everything.” Carlisle brushed her hairs out of her face, smiling down at (y/n) who looked at him as if he was her saviour, the one she’d forever fight for and love until her last moment on this earth.
“I’ve never been so sure of something before.” With a small nod thrown her way, Carlisle got rid of the last layers between them before he positioned himself at her entrance. He reached for her hand to interlace their fingers, holding her close while slowly pushing into her. Both moaned in unison, letting go of their sounds that clawed through them without giving either one a chance to hold back.
She felt perfectly stretched, full by everything he offered to her. (Y/n) never wanted to get out of this moment again, she could die a happy death like this, fucked by the man she had been crushing on, lured closer by her racing heart.
Carlisle didn’t hold back, he didn’t treat her as if she was close to breaking, no, he fucked her like he meant it. Every thrust was symbolic for the sensations they felt, the love growing stronger, the longing they no longer could deny. A perfect match that left them hungry for more.
No words managed to leave (y/n), she was already too far gone, fully concentrating on the feeling of Carlisle fucking her. His cold fingers took care of her pulsing bundle, adding just enough pressure to leave her trembling beneath him. Carlisle dipped his head down to kiss her, to swallow some sounds while his cock brushed her swollen spot with every calculated thrust.
“I won’t last long, Carlisle.” Her confession left him chuckling against her lips. Carlisle didn’t reply, at least not with words, but his thrusts grew faster, pushing her towards the edge once again. (Y/n) tried to scratch at his skin, desperate to hold onto him, but the second her orgasm clashed through her, she lost control of her body, giving herself fully to the sensation.
He kept fucking her, faster with every thrust. Carlisle drew some more moans out of (y/n) while groans kept leaving him, set on burying himself deep inside of her when he came. And with his forehead pressed against hers, he finally let go.
“Who knew sex with a man who is over three hundred years old could be this good?” (Y/n)’s whispers left both laughing. She allowed herself to keep studying him, letting her fingers brush through his strands, while promising herself that she’d live this to the fullest, wherever their path together would lead them.

Firsts with Carlisle? (Fem reader) Kiss, cuddle, holding hands, heated situations. 👀
CARLISLE CULLEN X FIRST TIMES
Tumblr media
First Kiss
He kissed you for the first time two weeks after you two started going on dates. It wasnt formal yet,and he didnt told you anything about vampirism or mates bounds.
You were at his house,Titanic playing on the TV and your hands interlocked, your head resting on his shoulder and his head resting on yours.
Your phone started to ring as you picked the call, your sister needed herlp
He guide you to the entrance and you were about to hug him when suddenly your foreheads touched.
Wasting no time and looking deeply into your eyes before doing it,he kissed you, shortly but intense, his hands resting on your lower back and your on his neck .
FIRST CUDDLE
You got hurt and got rushed to the hospital, where there he was
You two already knew each other but for the moment just friend
You had a car accident,it wasnt anything big or very bad but you stayed there the night
When middlenight passed he entered your room
“Want some company?”
You agreed immediatly and he sat with you on bed as there wasnt any chairs
You ended up cuddling with him,him tracing patterns on your back and whispering sweet nothings to you
FIRST TIME HOLDING HANDS
After the night at the hospital he offered taking you home and you agreed
On the ride to your home your arm kept hurting and he noticed
Grabbing your hand and rubbing his thumb on it he calmly told you the pain will pass
GETTING HEATED
He respect you too much to start things,so he gave you space and let you start
Almost a year in the relationship you woke up on his bed
You spent the night with Alice preparing Bella’s birthday and when you got tired of course you went to Carlisle room to cuddle and sleep
Early in the morning anyone were home just you and him
The morning kiss turned into you sitting on top of him and passing your hands all over his torso
That gave him the “go on” that he needed to continue getting things even more intense

Don't Mess With The Doctor's Wife 💘 | Carlisle Cullen Snippet
Tumblr media
Twilight Masterlist Part 1
Characters & Pairings: Carlisle Cullen x female!vampire!reader (romantic), Bella Swan x Edward Cullen, Edward Cullen x reader (platonic)
Content warnings: fluff, light angst, suggestive themes right at the end | female reader (she/her) | wc: 1.4k
Premise: Just some good ole fluff of a married vampire couple of a few dumbass teen immortals.
Note: So many people loved 'The Doctor's Wife' and asked if I could continue it! not sure if I'll make it long imagines but I definitely plan on making small snippets like this that is good ole fluff of the golden couple of the Cullens dealing with their chaotic teenage immortal children. Enjoy and thank you so much for the positive reception on my work!
--------------
“Honey….,” Carlisle leaned against the door of their bedroom, treading carefully on water he knew better than to cross. But their whole family dynamic was at stake and as the patriarch--and coven leader--he needed to fix it.
Without any bloodshed.
Her glare, however, spoke against his hopes for peace. “Don’t honey me, Carlisle Cullen.” Clothes flung everywhere, the room in utter disarray contrary to its usually unkempt nature. “He is being ridiculous and you know it.” Tossing a pair of Manolo Blahnik pumps into the suitcase she gave him another look, “And yes, I know he can hear me.” Carlisle had opened his mouth, but closed it, his wife not having to the mind reader in the family to know what he was about to say.
“You have every right to be upset. I’m not happy about the situation either, but we have to do what’s best for our family.”
Carlisle came over to where she was, beginning to pack his clothes into his own suitcase. Brushing away the stray hairs that fell from her hair scarf, Y/n’s eyes turned serious, “What happened was unfortunate--and it is a shame Bella got hurt. He’s been beating himself over it the entire weekend and I understand that, Carlisle. But what I don’t appreciate is him uprooting us and using you as the excuse.”
Following Bella’s birthday party gone wrong, Edward didn’t waste a second in making the executive decision to the family that they had to leave Forks. Saying they were a danger to Bella and to ensure her safety and no more harm comes to her as a result of his doing, they needed to remove themselves from the picture. And Edward’s genius move was to tell Bella it was because the staff at the hospital were starting to notice Carlisle’s lack of aging.
“His concern is valid. We’ve been here four years now. It was bound to happen.”
“So you’re telling me you’ve heard people talk at the hospital?” She challenged.
“I don’t need to hear them say it aloud, Y/n,” he tells her with a knowing look. “Their stares are enough confirmation. I had one nurse ask me last week if I had a skincare routine.” His attempt at a joke doesn't work. She doesn’t so much as crack a smile, but he tries again. “Soon they’ll be asking what botox doctor I go to.”
Y/n knew Carlisle had a point. It always happened wherever they moved. They settled down, spent maybe five or six years until all the kids graduated from high school for the hundredth time, then did it all over again. If it wasn’t nosy hospital workers, it was teachers. If it wasn’t the bakery owner she frequented asking how she managed to look 27 after seven years, then it was the engineer she was collaborating with on a project.
“It’s not fair,” she goes on, carefully folding her dress shirts, skirts, and pants. Not looking forward to having to pack up her art studio. All the supplies, artwork, and projects she was working on. “And I feel so awful for her,” her frown made his own appear, “You see the way she looks at him. It’s utter devotion, as though he was a sentient being sent from the heavens. And Edward,” her voice drops to a whisper, “he worships the ground she walks on. And this decision not only punishes her, it punishes him.”
The pair fall into a silence when the front door opens and slams shut. Edward’s lingering scent disapparating, causing Y/n to groan and place her head in her hands. The anger and not caring if her adoptive son heard her rant suddenly vanished. Replaced with shame.
Carlisle sighs, setting down the pile of towels he folded to walk over to her. Gently grabbing her shoulders, he brings Y/n into a comforting embrace, letting his hands fall to her waist, allowing her to sink into his arms with a content hum.
“Listen to me,” she closes her eyes, not wanting to meet his gaze where she’ll find judgement. “I sound ridiculous--and I’m being unfair to him and his feelings on the matter.”
“You care for him dearly,” Carlisle strokes her hair, “he understands that. And I think deep down he knows you’re right, but won’t admit to it because he believes he’s doing the right thing for Bella.” Carlisle leans back to look into her eyes, “Remember, he was turned at a young age--and has never experienced this type of love before. He’s learning all this for the first time.”
“I know,” she mumbles, deflated but understanding. They stayed in their embrace for a few minutes before separating to continue packing up. Edward returned later that night with brighter eyes, indicating he had fed to which resolved some of the tension between the two when they finally sat down to have the conversion they’d been dreading. Him apologizing for uprooting the family suddenly, and for the harm he was to cause Bella. And Y/n apologizing for the words she spoke before he left. They hugged it out, neither able to stay mad at the other, and Edward helped her pack the art room throughout the remainder of the night.
The time away from Forks was odd but somewhat comforting. Carlisle and Y/n decided to spend their time on the island they owned just off the coast of Brazil. Rosalie and Emmett traveled to New York, Alice and Jasper in Mississippi and Edward in Rio de Janeiro. They spoke on the phone frequently, sent letters and postcards, or emailed. Edward would spend a night or two on the island to hunt, Y/n painted canvas after canvas, and Carlisle worked on a medical textbook he was in the process of writing.
“You hear that?” She asked one night when they were cuddling on the couch. A random movie playing on the TV.
“What?”
“It’s quiet,” she whispered, a grin spreading on her lips. “No kids. No animals. No workers. Absolute silence.” Carlisle mirrored her smile.
“You’re right. We haven’t had complete silence in ages.”
“More like eighty years--give or take,” she snorted.
When the shit hit the fan in Italy, Y/n nearly killed Edward herself. Not just for the danger he put himself in but for the whole family. Alice and Rosalie also met her wrath--Rosalie for not explaining clearly to Edward the vision, and Alice for dragging Bella to Italy.
Yeah, none of them wanted the smoke.
The sight of the three siblings sitting on the couch with their heads down and twiddling their thumbs while Y/n paced in front of them while shouting a motherly tangent had Emmett straining to hold back his laughter. Carlisle didn’t dare intervene.
Back in Forks the family settled back into their routines. Carlisle in the hospital and Y/n working on projects. The kids in school and planning for the summer.
Then shit hit the fan again.
This time in the form of a newborn vampire army created by the red-headed lover of the tracker they disposed of the year prior. Victoria. And she was out for revenge against Edward and Bella.
Y/n was not the fighting type, but that didn’t mean she did not know how to throw down. She could get her hands dirty if she desired. Emmett and Jasper taught her the ropes, Edward taught her how to anticipate opponents moves.
“C’mon old man!” she dodged Carlisle’s attack, giggling as she pivoted to kick lightly at his chest. “Don’t be getting sleepy on me now. That’s not like you.” Carlisle smirked, catching her off guard by grabbing her waist and flipping her onto the ground.
“I’d watch who you call old, sweetheart,” he mocked right as Jasper yelled, “Never turn your back on your enemy!”
Let’s just say…they did more than spar that night once the sun went down.

Thrown Blood
Tumblr media
Carlisle Cullen x GN! Reader
Summary: Being pregnant with Carlisle still new things to learn from having a hybrid child.
Warnings/Tags: Established Relationship, Pregnancy, Vampire & Human Relationship, Throwing Up, Being sick, Blood drinking
Tumblr media
Lips squeezing tightly around the straw, not wanting to let a drop of blood go to waste. Only a few days from when you found out that Carlisle was going to be a dad once more. Still remembering how he looked up to you from his work, you wanted to smile, but your child's hunger kept you tame.
Knowing what Bella had gone through, Carlisle relaxed to the news, but it still didn't help his staring at you like death was behind you. Cutting you from your thoughts, a wave of nausea made you pause and lift your lips away from the straw.
The room stilled as you did, but not for long as all the blood you consumed came up and onto the light rug. Carlisle quickly brought a trash can under as you continued.
Throwing up, every drop that you had consumed from that day burned your throat, but a cold hand caressed your neck and cheek, knowing it was Carlisle trying to cool you down, but nothing helped the pain that came from your stomach after.
Crying out, Carlisle kneeled with panicked eyes, only imagining what he saw when he looked at you. His bloodied lip lover, pale as a ghost, is carrying his child that is slowly killing them.
After being done, he wiped your lips before letting you lay back on the couch. The panic in his eyes never left; it only went to Bella, who shook her head knowing this was a new experience.
"I'm hungry," You whisper in a hoarse voice, making everyone's attention snap to you once again. "I don't think that will help," Alice said sadly, but Carlisle moved to the kitchen grabbing something from the fridge without a word.
Finally, he came back handing you some food, quickly taking it from him, then digging in feeling as your body felt alive again and your stomach aching for more. Feeling a kick in your stomach of enjoyment makes you smile, knowing today you wouldn't die from Carlisle's love.
