In order to stay undercover from the GIW, Jazz had to bleach her hair to throw off the goons sent to hunt them down based on their basic descriptors.

One slight issue: they currently are hiding in Gotham while the Mad Hatter is on the loose and Jazz fits the descriptor of Alice.
