tosh my babygirl my princess light of my life angel darling… shes so good. shes so good 🥺 i love her dearly. she’s so damn underutilized i hate how the show regulates her to a supporting role + only uses her for romantic plots. WACK shes so much more than that. i want a plotline about her cyberterrorism like hello??? i want a plotline about her warped little mind.. i want a plotline about her finally learning spanish ;-; that show did not do her justice and it did not deserve her. i often say torchwood’s characters are too good for the show; tosh is probs the best example of that. no other character gets screwed over as badly as she does by the narrative (not even ianto!) she’s so tragic and lonely i just wanna give her the biggest hug ever. 

fav moment… every time she smiles. (or smirks. hrgh. tosh call me.) also every time she geeks out about smth. im tryna think of a specific moment but idk if i have one?? i just love her overall i smile every time she’s on screen she’s my girlie. when i rewatch i might rmr one though

least favorite moment, the absolute only thing i can think of (hell, my only complaint with her as a character other than i wish she’d get over owen cuz bad taste queen pls u deserve sm better) - it’s always bothered me how she goes over to owen’s flat in aditd and just starts babbling about her own problems. she even says something like “you think everything’s about you”, and in that ep it’s like ??? why are they all acting like he’s unjustified being miserable and angry when he's fucking dead?? like they're all so unsympathetic and mean, even tosh, and out of her it's especially weird?? tbh it just strikes me as ooc (+ kind of misogynistic highkey) writing. i mean, by all means, let tosh bitch, she deserves to blow off some steam + esp deserves to be rude to owen tbh fhsdkjfsd, but the way it’s done in that particular moment feels ooc and, like, how men write women as talking too much and never listening lmao u kno what i mean (owen’s tuned out in the actual episode but you can see her full ramble in the original script, on page 23). tosh has never troubled anyone with her issues before, why would she choose now to, and when she knows owen’s struggling? yeah, on second thought, i don’t hold that against her actually, that’s ooc to me fhdkf. thts just the writer being a wiener.

my only unpopular opinions (slash hot takes) are that 1) towen fucking SUCKS get her away from him, and 2) most people like tosh but she’s highkey underappreciated, esp in fanfic, because of fandom racism + misogyny. she’s not bashed like gwen is but she’s ignored completely which is nearly as bad, and a lot of it’s cuz she happens to be in a show with two white men in a gay relationship who are overwhelmingly prioritized 💀 i will never not be petty about the way that ship dwarfs everything else in comparison. also throwing towen into the background of janto is so gross n cheap. if ppl cared abt her they'd do smth more interesting. and it's never well-done either. ugh.

i have a few hcs that are gonna end up in my owento verse (gwen and tosh are prominent characters in it bc i love them, and their relationships w owen and ianto and each other also have value lawl). tbh a lot of em are just things i think they should introduce into their lives to be happier. i want them happy ;-;

she starts coding video games recreationally!! nothing fancy but she rlly enjoys it + also gets into the swing of making little storylines n getting to express herself that way which is good for her. owen playtests shit for her

her and gwen go on spa dates sometimes. they put it on the torchwood credit card

she gets into fish tanks and fish tank care!!! esp like aquarium plants. shrimp and moss balls, that sort of thing. maybe plecos or loaches. she loves it + it’s grounding, which is good for her bc shes otherwise always got her head in her computers yanno. she’ll sit by her tank while she codes her games and the water sounds are calming. 

she also sits by it while she studies her spanish books which she does finally do. she doesn’t get around to the piano, though; doesn’t prioritize buying a keyboard. maybe one day (this is a nobody dies au btw so she will in fact eventually get around to it ;-;)

oh she’s autistic have i said that. the fish tanks absolutely become a spin. she has a few we know of from canon - math and computers, obviously, but also history (gbg) and the uk’s rivers (from gooseberry; i think it was just the uk maybe it was europe’s rivers. or the world’s! i don’t remember). she also loves trivia like she knows a fair amount about quite a lot of things + loves accumulating random info

lowkey also. giving her a kitty. i think tosh should have a lil fuzzy kitty to keep her company 

well this is smth from my owandy verse but i think it should happen anyway. so it kind of kicks off bc gwen mixes up a blind date (it was gonna be tosh & andy and then owen & a friend of hers, but shes an adhd icon n bungles the invites <3)... tosh ends up with gwen’s friend, who’s straight, but they hit it off and she invites tosh to have drinks or maybe come to a bookclub meet or something with some friends of hers?? point is, tosh makes some casual friends. maybe meets a pretty girl there or smth 👁️ but mainly i want tosh to have girl friends like i think she grew up very lonely i want her to have some normalcy

also sometimes i like tosh x andy maybe they have a little meet cute at a torchwood crime scene or smth fshdkfd. i think they’d be cute and he’d treat her well. she'd babble abt tech stuff and he wouldnt understand a damn word but he'd listen very intently

i also like tosh x ianto for similar reasons. i think it’d be a kind of friends to lovers sitch... they should just be close in general tbh, platonically or not yanno, and in my owandy verse i like the idea of smth kicking off between them i just think theyd be so sweet

hey sorry i saw this th other day and promptly forgot to reply!! i think having things in my life i rly care abt helps me a lot and so does my conviction to live in ways that try to lower my impact on the world and others. i kno im like a loser in the eyes of many normal ppl but i never ever feel like it, i dont make a ton of money working w dogs (mostly bc i dont work a ton of hours, but im paid very well when i do wahaha) but im rly good at it and i practice my patience and kindness w them every day and it makes me happy to see them and their owners happy. also honestly being vegan for the animals and planet for over 10 years and caring sm abt it makes me feel rly good abt myself, i always kno that no matter what else is going on im making the best decision there. and just being a diy communist punk in general. hmm honestly i think im just a grateful and simple person in many ways, i truly dont sweat what other ppl think of me (was basically forced to learn this at a young age bc i never fit in lmao), i get a lot of happiness just out of spending time w my pets n partner, playing fantasy vgames and watching movies, crafting things and growing plants. i still get bummed by the state of the world of course but im also optimistic that somethings gotta give. we just need to hang on, stay active in the fight against the man, and do our best to not make anything worse!

First, though me saying sorry won’t fix someone else’s mistakes, I’m so sorry to hear what’s been going on with the hate anon. When there are people like that it’s quite hard not to fall into a loop of overthinking and starting to wonder if maybe they are right about everything. But in the end it’s amazing to see you stand strong against them because they are truly wasting their time here on earth judging and not even giving good criticism! Second is about the note situation and how it’s definitely discouraging especially during the time that is the like to reblog ratio on tumblr right now. Times are definitely changing with an influx of users that don’t know how tumblr works but at this point one has to be grateful for whatever they can get right? Lmao. You are so talented and have such great ideas that I only wish the note problem wouldn’t get to you as much. Sure following has a role to play in this and since you started off a little over a year ago I’m sure you have a nice small community (no bad intentions behind saying that I’m just guessing since your blog is still fairly new and you’re still getting used to tumblr)

What I’m trying to get across is this. I’ve been here for 10 years and even to this day I have such a bad habit of eyeing my activity and sometimes it does get to me “why doesn’t this post that I worked super hard on have hardly any attraction? Why doesn’t anyone love it as much as I do?” I suggest not to worry much about how much notes a posts gets and to just love and admire your piece and say to yourself that you did a good job. That you worked hard on that and it’s okay. Whatever you make, never compare to others because that’s where bad habits start to form as well which can possibly lead to trying to steal the style of whoever is successful and just do what they do. Always be unique, and start trying to rid yourself of that habit and I’m positive that it would shift your way of thinking and using the site.

I mean no ill intent with this message And only mean good. Trust me I know how hard it can be to get rid of a bad habit but if you just start, 1% is better than 0%. I believe in your bright and fruitful future doing and making work carefree of the eyes of others. And Ill always wish you nothing but the best Emma. i know ive been feeling gloomy whenever i use this app. Since i have only 1 year experience of using tumblr, it saddens me how my creations are not being recognised. Last year, when i uploaded my works, with no self reblog id end up having 1k notes. This year i thought my creations improved way better but I can't attest that ;(

I stress a lot creating stuff but when i see my creations are being ignored by many ppl it hurts me deep core. And yes i will always work with my own floral styles! Though you’d never guess it by how bubbly & extroverted he usually is, Tobbers is actually pretty reserved around strangers

Something about being bullied all his life doesn’t make it easy to approach new ppl

So even if someone does catch his eye, it’ll take a while for him to get the courage to introduce himself—especially if they’re also shy & don’t approach him first

Honestly tho, Tobbers is pretty oblivious to things like love & romantic attraction, so he doesn’t exactly,,, realize or understand that he is, in fact, in love w/ them

He just kinda,, doesn’t really think about that stuff, so it never crosses his mind that he might actually wanna be more than just friends

Either they have to make the first move, or one of the other proxies have to intervene

Which is stoopid?? Why would he take his GF to his own schedule?🤦🏻‍♀️isn't he supposed to be hiding her and protecting her?? Shouldn't they stay low-key?? So what I concluded is : She is an attention $eeker .

I didn't want to shared these info when I got them coz I found they're stoopid I would just create a fuss omg the fandom during the time we should be happy with the new Kadi moments we're having. I didn't want to ruin it all after a 2 years drought.

So after checking her posts and acc I analysed that she is maybe a stalker an obsessed Fan or even a sasaeng who follows him around and claims herself his GF for clout! Coz she literally told everyone she is dating him! Like the whole world knows . And to gain attention and cash from his fans and sasaengs when she gives them their fake relationship info.

Oh please who would take his GF to his schedule where cameras are everywhere?? Also Ji is always surrounded with female staff around in every schedule female staff of SM and of the other company that holds the show whom he doesn't know 💁🏻‍♀️so her taking pics in every schedule he has in the same time he is there and when he shares his pics on his IG.. is very suspicious to me! She may be one crazy part-time staff whom is obsessed with him. That's a weak supposition but anyway the thing is :She wants attention! Like "HEEEEY HELLO IT'S ME I'M HERE WHERE JI IS! SO I MUST BE HIS GF"💁🏻‍♀️

And since January 2021 all those stoopid Sasaeng pages kept posting this phrase " Ji must be careful he is followed by dispatch and he is not very careful! Dispatch may catch him easily he is so stupid and careless"!

Oh and what I was told when I got her info is pure pics of her BUT NEVER AN INTERACTION WITH JI! NO PIC WITH HIM NOR THEM BEING ON A DATE NOR ANYTHING?? So how are they so sure they're dating??

He is building his new Variety Entertainer Image and With Jongdae's marriage and Chanyeol's 10 gfs scandal he knows how that affected all the Exos and their reputation HE CAN'T RISK TO HAVE ANOTHER DATING SCANDAL while he is WELL AWARE OF THE PLAYBOY IMAGE HE HAS COZ OF HIS 2 PREVIOUS DATING SCANDALS. So especially in this period when he is building his Variety Show Entertainer Image I don't think (even if it was true and he had a gf) he would be careless and go out with her let alone take her to his own schedules 💁🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Normally when Idols are in the epitome of a new career (wether actor or singer or Entertainer or fashion designer or models or going Solo after being in a band etc..) they tend to not date and be clean of any other possible things that may cause them a scandal such us smoking doing drugs, dating etc.. they tend to clean their image even before signing contracts and be extremely careful in their behavior around others to avoid any offensive behavior scandals or dating scandals or smoking scandals etc... Coz the companies they sign with have it in their contracts that the celebrities who sign with them shouldn't have any kind of scandals that may affect the show's stocks and ratings and views etc... They may get punished if they break these rules and go in a scandal.

So what I think is Ji with his new Variety Entertainer Image he won't risk himself to date (that if he wasn't already married to Ksoo but anyways) and even if he was dating he would be extremely careful coz not only his fucked up playboy image in on the edge of worsening but also all the shows he would be in would be affected by the dating and with Chan's previous dating scandal and Chen's marriage he saw how fans recently don't take well the dating issue so he won't risk his own image to have a third dating scandal, it would ruin him and his Entertainer career and would also affect the shows he is in. So he knows for a FACT that if he dates now! After the Chen and Chanyeol scandals and how fans didn't take it well and hated on them a lot and the hate they received and how all the Exos were affected by that from stocks to sales to views etc...Ji is a 10000% sure if he dates now and his dating comes out to light he won't get the support he had with Kais/tal and Jen/kai ! Instead He would be seen as a playboy and fuck boy and would be hated and he would get a loooot of bad comments and hate and the shows he is in would get negative comments and bad ratings and I don't think Ji would want that with his extremely vulnerable and fragile personality. He just started recovering from his depression coz of Bad comments and haters and he said how he went to the psychiatrist back in Radio Star show in 2019. So I'm sure he wouldn't be able to take the attention and hate again.

And I don't think in his case, a dating scandal would be beneficial to increase his popularity and attract eyes to him in order to boost his new Variety Entertainer Image, I mean that startegy is very efficient sometimes but for idols who never had dating scandals before which is not his case coz he already had 2 dating scandals with THE IT DIVA GIRLS of THE ERAS back then!

So for me it's a No No.
