Rewatched the PT dub plus some tcw episodes and it's great how they selectively germanized some name pronunciations and left others in anglo-mode. We get Master Vindu and Do'ku and fucking Obivan like they wanted to get rid of the weird foreign noises at all cost but then they kept Maul unchanged because the German pronunciation of Maul would mean Darth Mouth. Darth Muzzle. Darth Snout. Darth Jaws if you're very charitable. Darth Shut The Fuck Up, even! The possibilities are endless
