Hi Anon!!

Now that my asks are working again, I have a fair few kissing booth fics I need to get through! I hope I'll be able to complete a few of them soon.

In my drafts currently, I have some of my half to gift swapping for Rosinante x f!reader, Beckman x m!reader, Ace x f!reader, Buggy x f!reader, Law x f!reader, Aokiji x f!reader (NSFW), and a Smoker x f!reader (NSFW) that I am prioritising. Their recipients have all written and created little presents for me, and I can't wait to give them their gifts from me in return.

I also have a few paragraphs written for 'Hey Doc' and half of a fic for Heartbeats part 2 (Law x f!reader pregnancy) that I'd love to share. Then there's the 'dreaming of you' for ASL that I just can't seem to match up to the right vibe. It's been driving me crazy. There's also some older requests that I have been having a go at, considering I'm in my 'kid-pirate era' currently: Hanahaki for a Kid x gn!reader x Killer.

The fic I have written the most of is for Rosinante, but it reads more like a fairytale than anything else. Lots of fantasy themes in it, and I'd love to have more time to do it justice.

In my personal life, I have been booked as a session musician for an event this weekend, and have been prioritising my time to get my set list sorted and memorised so I can have fun with it. Country dance event, the other band members are so much fun: drummer, pianist and bassist all know each other and are just like 3 goofy uncles.

I think that's it so far. I would also like to say thank you for baring with me while I make some OC content and drawings. I do this as an exercise when my words aren't working and I need to focus on something else to keep the creativity flowing. Tobiuo has been fun to play with and I would love to tell her story one day.

It's been a bit since I've posted Part 2 of my "I Know You" series.😬 ​My other interests keep distracting me (again), so I haven't exactly been working on Part 3. However, it's basically 85% written while the other 15% consists of adding new scenes and really tidying things up since it's one of my oldest TWST fics. But if I can wrangle my brain into cooperating, I can at least try to get the first chapter polished up and posted at some point. Assuming I don't get distracted again.

Overdue Update!

Hey, everyone!

I’m sorry for the lack of communication/content early into 2025! It’s been a bit rough, but I need to let you guys know what’s been going on!

~ My PC has been struggle bussing since the end of last year! I need a new motherboard and processor. They’re pricey, but I’ve almost saved up enough to get an upgrade super soon!

~ My original Quick legacy save is broken, laggy and keeps crashing! Any time I zoom out, the game crashes. It limits what I can do with the game, so I’m pretty much stuck on Mercy’s home lot!

~ I created a new save, spent hours redoing all the worlds. Then, I got hit with the For Rent save corruption bug. I have plenty of back ups, but progress halted there until EA fixes the game!

As you can appreciate, I’ve lost a lot of inspiration for the Sims. I’m pretty far ahead so I can keep posting (albeit it slower than I want). But, I’m losing my creativity and writing isn’t fun most days.

Hopefully, we’ll be back up and running soon! Thanks to everyone who’s still reading and commenting! It’s really appreciated!

this is purely out of curiosity and i don't want to send hate your way, but do you ship mob and reigen? and if so, why?

I do, yeah. An ex-friend of mine asked me the exact same question (just more... harshly I think and with what I assumed was prejudice) before they decided to part our ways and I could never properly answer them because I was so stressed by the situation, it was hard to gather my thoughts. So I'll do my best to explain here, hopefully to make myself understood better.

Sorry if this gets lenghty >_< I'll just put a readmore right here.

I think the biggest reason for why I like them is their canon relationship that has been explored in the series already quite thoroughly - that they have changed eachother, helped eachother grow and one wouldn't be the person they are without the other. I think most of us understand the depth of it. Reigen is Mob's teacher and friend, someone like an older brother. There surely is a strong bond between them and they've seen each other at their best and worst and still acknowledged and accepted eachother's flaws. They trust eachother, they would give their life for eachother even (at least Reigen would, he almost did in the finale after all). And I do think that they love eachother but in a way that isn't actually romantic in canon. I'm perfectly capable of realizing that and I value it a lot both in the series and in fanworks (one of my fav works of fanfiction is about exactly that).

It was my curiosity that made me search up a ship fic of them, I was just confused why people ship them in the first place and whether it can be good and I found myself enjoying it a lot (to my surprise). It was set into the future, and dealt with some serious topics like loss and acceptance, it was kind of bittersweet. Then I felt that maybe it was just slightly ooc because all of the serirei fics I was busy reading depicted Reigen slightly different. Nontheless, I had the other ship on my mind then so I never really dived into Mob/Reigen, but it changed my perspective on them a lot.

And at some point into all this I realized, why not? Why can't I haz 2 cookies? (god im sorry that was terrible sfjgsdkj). What I mean is that the buildup canon offers can be taken further - more of their relationship can be explored in terms of new tropes, sometimes romantic too.

On a personal note I'll just add that I'm rather picky about them and tend to stick to fluff, hurt/comfort and slow slow burns. And I like them most post-canon, a few years into the future. It turns out that it all depends on how they're portrayed for me to like them anyways. I talked on here recently about a work that really had it all and portrayed their relationship in a very satisfying and mature way, with all the complicated feelings, it felt very realistic, especially on Reigen's side. So if anyone wants, here's a rec from me again -> in my dreams (I seem to be more honest) on ao3, just because I think it has all that I like about the ship.

I think that this is the whole point of fanworks - to kind of look further and have fun with it, to see "what if?". Even if it's something sort of.. taboo I guess? Because you get to take it apart in a fictional dimension (if that makes sense). And I completely understand if this is something that can ick some people out or that someone doesn't want to ruin their perception of the characters' relationship. That's totally fine by me and I'm not going to force anyone into liking the ship of course. And there are definitely tropes and tags I really don't want to look into - not everything is for me either.

And I think this goes without saying but I'll add it here anyways: what I like to see in fiction doesn't mean I would like or encourage anyone to do the same thing in real life! It's just interesting to explore from a safe distance where no one can get hurt.

Jean didn't get fucking ripped to not use it to snuggle! These biceps can hold so many people! They're made for wrapping people up and cradling them!

Real talk, Jean can sleep alone she would just prefer not to. Given the opportunity to spend the night at her friends house, she will be in your bed cuddling you. Unless, of course, you're not cool with that, then she's on the floor, just happy to be invited. You might wake up with her arm propped up on the bed, reaching for you in her sleep.

She likes to hold people in the big spoon position and let them rest on her. Even better, if you lay on her. Please, please lay on the big dork. She'll rub your back, press soft hums into your head. Physical touch is so important to her. Platonic or romantic, she loves it.

If she sleeps by herself, she likes to sleep on her stomach! Burry her hands and arms under her pillow and shove her face into it.

She's a pretty heavy sleeper, too, so she can find herself sleeping just about anywhere. I've always had this scenario in my head where she goes to one of the many South Park Parties ™, and throughout the night, she just kinda passes out in an armchair. Slowly, throughout the night, her friends start to crawl into her lap and curl up against her. Mostly the girls stealing her body heat!

Long answer. Kind of? So thanks to @tinyalcoholicwitch and her oc Morgan, Jean can speak a bit of Mandarin Chinese! I've said it before that her father was from China and kinda found himself in America. He passed away before Jean could really get a grasp on the language. So the extent of her ability is kind of like talking to a toddler.

When she's older, she picks up sign language for her students. It's so very important to her that every child gets a fair chance to learn how to play!

It's an immediate WHEEZE outta her dude. You want a quick way to get you and her in trouble during class? Lean in and whisper a dirty joke to her. Doesn't even have to be well crafted. It could just be you whispering.

again, the latest anon who sent me a suggestion: i didnt answer your ask so i could have it for my reference. thank you for bringing that up, i hadnt realized that the tumblr tagging system was so...for lack of a better word, specific? that tagging a horror piece with things like "body horror" wouldnt actually block that content for a lot of users who didnt want to see that sort of thing! thank you for telling me! so, as per your advice, i will be using things like "tw body horror" in the tags so people can protect themselves, on top of also putting the content under a read more. that way, even if the piece slips through somehow, theres still a layer of protection. i am sorry to those i exposed to content that was upsetting to view. moving forward, i will be taking further steps to ensure that you can bypass potentially disturbing/triggering content i make. as always, i appreciate everyones support and encourage everyone to voice concerns they have about my art.
