Laptop is broken I need it for work

None if the fundraisers I've done to get a new laptop in the past have worked and I've had to rely on my friends to give me their old laptops in the past to continue working online while I look for a job.

I don't know if I'll raise enough this time around either but it's an attempt.

I don't know what to do, my laptop is broken and I can't get it to work. I'm doing everything, it's a few years old so I know it needed to be replaced a while ago. But I can't afford to. I owe commissions I cannot do commissions without my computer. I don't have any device to do them on. My phone is breaking too.

A decent laptop is about 300 USD or more. I'm going to get one that 300 USD. If I get more than that I will get a slightly better one. I will ask my friends as well for assistance.

My friend, may I open up to you the broad world of clicking an AO3 user's bookmarks. <3

AKA: literally click any ao3 username, "bookmarks" should appear towards the top of the resulting page. You can then voyage into the additionally wonderful waters of filtering by length, "recommended", fandom, etc.

Also: if the fic you like is in collections, try checking them out, especially if the title appeals to you. Can be a great way to find essentially a fic playlist.

i truly believe the ao3 filter should be the basis for every filtering system online the exclude option should be obvious but apparently seems unheard of

#i need to get a new laptop and i’m trying to search for ones but it’s bluescreening and not restarting so i’m concerned #anyways idea: website with every laptop sold in your current radius able to filter stores and their distance brand name types any other #options you want eg i want touchscreen and 360 like my current one and exclude options if i don’t want them #this is so frustrating i’ve been waiting for my laptop for 20 minutes and it’s still on 0% complete for restarting i’m just gonna shut down #and turn it on and hope for the best #me :)
