I never thought in a million years, I would be spending my Valentine's Day with Beetlejuice... but here I am! 🪲

I appreciate everyone's kindness towards my self insert/ship posts! I made this OC not only for myself, but for others as a way to recognize me in the community. Seeing everyone's support makes me feel more welcome here, and I just wanted to thank you guys for that!

I wanted to quickly share how my day has been, as a way to nicely cap off my posts for today:

I had to go to work. Since I'm actually alone for Valentine's Day, I didn't mind it! If I had the chance to stay in and sleep more, I would have done that, though-

I ate some chocolate cake and shared a few small gifts with my family! It's not much, but it's just a little something we like to do to share our appreciation for each other!

I took the opportunity to rewatch the Beetlejuice musical boot I have, as a refresher-

I also treated myself by purchasing the album on digital! I feel like I'm constantly listening to it on Youtube, that I just finally wanted to have it somewhere more convenient on my phone-

To finish this off, I would like to share this image I screenshotted from my first ever boot. The context for it is that Beetlejuice says the line, "Check it out, Lydia! Now we both got dead moms!" and then the crowd goes like "oh shit...".

Beetlejuice slowly turns to the audience and looks at them like "ouuuuu, I offended the crowd ouuuuu".

I completely laughed my ass off the first time I saw this cause like... this was the first time I was ever seeing the musical.

This was the version that familiarized me with the plot. Prior to this point, I only knew snippets of act one. I went into act two completely blind, and I do not regret it.
