first thing out of the way: he is very similar to venti, just more on the malicious end of the spectrum. yes i have a type and its silly trans coded characters with deep lore and unclear thought processes. love me a character i can study under a microscope <33

anyway fun fact i did not like kokichi when i first watched a playthrough of danganronpa v3! i thought he was annoying and this opinion did not change until very recently (like. a few months ago recently). returning to the series made me realize "hey actually. this guy is super interesting. woagh" and then it was all downhill from there (/silly).

like i said earlier, kokichi is a funny silly guy on the surface, similar to venti. he presents himself as this evil overlord with a massive following, and constantly talks about how cruel he is, but actually he's a pacifist!! and also like his main thing is that he lies a lot. cant believe i forgot the main gimmick of this character :p. he wants to be interesting so people will remember him, but this mostly just comes off as him being annoying to those around him. i care him so much.

I think we could all use a bit of comfort today as a treat for getting through the day😢

i have never been this excited about a second season of a show !!!!! it's kind of wild to me that it's a real thing that exists. so many cancelled shows have made me less optimistic for renewals, but it's incredible that this story is really going to continue !! the first season didn't really get any advertisement at all, it was all just by queer word of mouth. and i think that's lovely !! it just shows what we can make happen when we band together :] (it'd be even better if hbo max paid their writers and actors fair living wages though,, just saying,,) i can't wait to watch this silly pirate show and for online to be like march of last year again !! october 5th we're so back !! we're all in the brainrot again folks

I think some folks MAY have gotten the wrong idea about how I feel about Circe with some of my posts. So, to clear the air...

I love how we're never given a reason why she turns people into animals. That's so funny and so awful. And another potion-making magic gal?!?! I love that she's just basically vibing on an island doing whatever she wants. I even love the fact that she scares Odysseus shitless! She's morally gray and that's why she's FUN.

I just sincerely hate when people try to girlboss her or have her be a victim of SA when she never was Looking at you, Miller. Especially when she was actually the one who coerced Odysseus in exchange for his men being transformed back into humans. And even then, while he was clearly afraid of her, (it's in the language of the Odyssey) she likely meant him no harm after a certain point. He just didn't know that.

Why does she need a reason to do awful things? Why can't she just be a goddess who does whatever she wants? That's the reason why I love her!!! She's fucked up!!! :D

I fear this may be too controversial but i really don’t get the hate on junlian when so many people ship xuexiao? Like I know they’re not exactly the same but it’s fascinating to me how one fucked up ship is so popular while the other is so incredibly hated?? Like they both have incredibly complex relationships in canon and both have one character who felt wronged by the other and then went on to force them to do things that went against their morals while also being really close to them and outwardly caring for them. Do you get what I mean? Xue Yang and Jun Wu both did these things yet Xue Yang is loved for the complex and fascinating character that he is but Jun Wu is reduced to a stupid jerk and people hate him. Maybe it’s the difference between the fandoms but I don’t think that’s the only reason. Idk I’m not telling people who they can and cannot like but I do think the difference is weird

I have just rewatched "The Imperial City Dreams Of Thieves" (yes it's the fourth time. yes I'm aware that I may have a problem.) and it still cracks me up that, not only did Goemon immediately attempt to throw hands when he saw a guy who may or may not be Lupin - dude saw the slightest opportunity to try to skewer his boyfriend without consequences and he very literally JUMPED on it - not only that, but he CONTINUED to try to turn Lupin into human sashimi EVEN AFTER KNOWING THAT LUPIN WAS THE ONLY REAL ONE THERE. Lupin had already mentioned Goemon's missing Zantetsuken and thus proven that he couldn't be part of the computer simulation, and STILL Goemon tried to stab him with a broken sword. He didn't even have any particular beef with Lupin at the moment, Hell! for all we know they were on a romantic robbing-a-secret-lab date when they got yeeted into the simulation. No, he just decided to cut his boyfriend to bits for funsies. This man is completely unhinged, I stan him so hard.
