Yeah!!! when i first saw the whole "Thorne in narutoland" i though he was such an amazing pic because of his side-role of simply reacting to the wacky shenanigans around him. Ok, mainly just the absurd stuff Remilia will say (& do) but shhh

like imagine if he just got a costumer service job just to make a little living and it turned out to be a popular stop for ninja, he gets to overhear all sorts of crazy stuff. & get insanely peeved over how the village is run. What even are the priorities??

I can also imagine Thorne getting insanely confused over how others with demonic features (bloodline limits) get treated better than Naruto. Is there a strange & mysterious hierarchy going on?

Also i can totally see a demons resistance towards the miasma play into nature chakra or maybe genjutsus!!

I love Thorne so much, I'm always such a fan of characters that amount to "literally just a guy" (bonus points if they're visibly stressed) when it comes to casts of very impressive / important people, and he totally falls into that. My baby girl. My wife. I love him.

Live Thorne reaction is my favorite thing ever, he is doing a wonderful job both running the village and also standing there and looking pretty then reacting with appropriate "h u h ?" reactions every time Remilia declares her newest absolutely batshit insane venture.

"Bye Thorne, Im going to go kill a god now <3"

I think it's also interesting how like. Aside from the understandable shocked reactions, Thorne really does just. Keep rolling as he takes the punches.

Remilia killed a god? Hey, what the fuck! Life moves on tho, he has a village to run.

The star maiden has secret plans to lock him in a dungeon and turn him into her personal potioneer? Cool! That's going to give him nightmares now! Time to just refuse to unpack that and be glad it didn't happen.

Remilia pulls him in to a meeting with The Demon King to create a steady trade deal between realms, with him as their spokesperson on the villages end? Well he's sweating fucking bullets and feeling very out of place, but this might as well happen.

Thorne is my favorite king of "this might as well be my life", I love him dearly

Anyways I came here to talk about Thorne in Naruto so uhhh

I would fucking LOVE to see him in naruto. Obviously yk, like I mentioned before in my other post ab this, Thorne is a demon! He is a demon from the Demon Realm! He is a demon from the demon realm who helped to build a village mostly from the ground up, yes with Remilia's backing but like-- she was busy fighting gods and preforming miracles across the country side while he did the heavy lifting of day to day village management.

So like. Hey. A demon man with experience and genuine passion in running a village? In fucking Naruto? Instantly, so much potential.

HIM GETTING MAD AB HOW THE VILLAGE IS RUN IS SO FUNNY ACTUALLY. Thorn is crossing his arms tutting disapprovingly as he squints at the different aspects of shinobi and civilian life as they're managed by the rules and regulations of Konoha.

Thorne himself is a civillian, so it'd be interesting to see how he views the systems of Konoha from that lense. Konoha is a shinobi village and Thorne straight up doesn't even know what a shinobi is, so the whole system probably reads as really weird for him from the beginning

ALSO YOUR SO RIGHT AB THE BLOODLINE THING CONFUSING HIM AND THATS SO FUN

The thing is like. Literally who and how is Thorne supposed to figure out that no, none of these guys are demons. Yes, that includes the visibly not human looking people. Yes, some of these people using the title of demon as an insult. No, they are not actual demons.

Thorne is so fucking confused and has little to no real way to actually piece together that everyone around him is human. He could just ask, obviously, but that'd be a weird fucking thing to do and Thorne was raised on a fear of being killed for being what he is.

And even tho he's able to walk around (in his own world) as a Known Demon now, by the time he realizes everyone in this new village thinks he's a fr human-- well, he's already seen some villagers talking about "the demon fox" and throwing things at Naruto for being a so called demon.

So.

He has quite a bit of motivation to be on his fucking tippy toes ab this subject

And obviously yk, it's not like he can just crack open a random book and read out "ah yes, this world is populated by humans, and demons-- known more commonly as yokai, also exist and are seen as proper monsters and are also super rare and just about never take human form" like. What kinda book just reads that

Anyways all of this is to say that Thorne has a proper Situation to figure the fuck out and by the time he even realizes that there is a situation to figure out, he has more than enough reason to be fucking scared of what might happen if he fucks this up

Anyways uhh.

Having fun thinking ab things like seals and talismans and stuff designed to target biiju and spirits also affecting Thorne. Where would Thorne fall, as a proper demon from another world? He isn't quite a spirit, not really, but he certainly isn't anything human.

I think it'd be fun if he registered as some sort of yokai, which also pings him on the radar of the biiju.

Let's go with the hc that yokai used to be super common in the warring states, proper mideval fantasy japan where spirits lurk around every corner and you must always be mindful of your surroundings. But then the biiju were sealed, and suddenly yokai just started disappearing. It's unclear as to why, but popular theories tend to follow the same thought process of "well, the yokai felt the biiju being sealed and fled out of fear"

Now, ~60 years later, yokai are pretty much never seen. They still exist, probably, but pretty much no humans have seen them in decades. Or if they have, it's rare enough occurrences that it's an entire Thing(tm) and either is kept secret or the guy who saw them fucking died

ANYWAYS. ALL OF THAT IS TO SAY UHHH.

Yeah. Yokai Thorne not fully aware that he would be considered a yokai in this world where yokai haven't been seen in decades. Very fun implications.

He absolutely would try to help the biiju separate from their jinchuriki bc he considers the biiju as demons and like. He is also a demon. Demon solidarity.

Thorne is a character whos been proven to love his people. He literally committed his life into trying to just provide for the refuges of his race. When he was given the chance to help create a village for demons, he took to it like a fish to water. He used his own money when they run low, he helped to take care of the children, he really, really cares for his people.

And, well, now the biiju are his people too

Oh also!! I think it's interesting to point out too that Thorne isn't unfamiliar to the idea of moving between worlds/realms; He was a refugee from the demon realm when he was a child, and then came to uhh. Whatever Remilia's world would be called, ig. Is it earth? Idunno

But like, he did that!! He came from another realm!!

Then Remilia herself goes into several pocket dimensions and like, god realms or whatever, so theres that too

Idk I just think it'd be an interesting thing to point out if he gets tossed into Naruto-- it wouldn't be his first time as some sort of refugee from another world, having to adapt to an entirely new world filled with strange people and customs.

It was like Arthur was learning little things about Merlin that he started to love. 2- the things that he learn (and what I remember) was: Merlin's body hair grows really fast and he said that Gaius believe it was an outlet for his magic, they're traveling and M forgot his blade (the thingy that shaves beard) and he has this beautiful beard and long wavy hair by the end of the week, when they come back A is occupied with stuff and didn't saw M all day, but at the end he's back with short hair again saying that Gwen and George helped him with his chores so he could get a hair cut and shave; also A talks about how he recently learn that dyes are expensive and wants to know how M have such a colourful wardrobe and he says he only have two tunics because his mom helped a merchant out once and he gave her two pieces of fabric with she made the tunics and his neckerchiefs; Merlin knows how to write beautifully, calligraphy and all, M gets sick in this part and they communicate via little notes send it via George who told A that he was hesitaning into giving him M's note on the beginning because he thought it was improper, A keeps one that says "I believe in you" because he needs it emotionally; Merlin can compose music and he did compose and wrote an entire play (or just one song, I don't remember much), he dedicated one song to Arthur. 3- Arthur makes an announcement talking about love and union, looking directly at Merlin, hoping that he would understand that it was more or less about his feelings for him. 4- the song dedicated to Arthur it was about a Knight falling in love with his servant (and I believe running away with him, but don't quote me on that) 5- Arthur believes that the song is about Lance and Merlin's relationship, since is about a knight and not a King, and decided to go after him thinking his heart belongs to another. 6- Merlin confess that he wrote the song dedicated to him and ask what he thought about it, but Arthur is still under the wrong assumption and says that he liked the "song about the boat" better. 7- Merlin is devastated and I remember Arthur seeing him with Lancelot, with him giving him comfort 8- I don't remember how, but they confess to one another and have a little fight over the song part. And this is all I remember, I'm sorry if is really big or even impossible, but I'm desperate.

"You can room us out if you want, I know this isn't ideal . . ", is what you reassure Law in a calming voice, seeing him pressed up against the wall.

The man before you loses his stoic and cold the moment the door has closed behind you, darkness and lack of space restricting his air intake and ability to respond.

With the faint of light breaking through the closet's door gap, you can see a frozen Surgeon of Death. He slowly sits down, his long legs angled up to leave room for you. Silence, the only thing audible to you is his ragged breath as he tries to cope with the situation on his own.

Memories of the past cloud his mind, thinking back to the time he was sealed away in a chest by Corazon as a young one - the sound of a gun firing reverberating in his ears.

Law looks at you, almost pleadingly, seeking some sort of support in meeting your gaze. All you can do is take a seat beside him, however he won't let you. Instead, he harshly pulls you onto his lap and hides away in the crook of your neck. Inked hands resembling the movements of a tiny baby's grabbers as he drags you over.

Taken aback, you accept your fate as an anxiety plushie and set his hat aside to stroke through his messy raven hair. His breathing steadies in pace again, giving off a small 'Mhm' sound in a hum, indicating he's gradually finding peace again.

His slender arms wrap around you, embracing you into a tender hug. A deep rumble courses through you as he mutters: "Thank you, Wolfe-ya . ." Did he actually just speak his gratitude towards you?

These two words make you smile, there is so much you want to say, dearly wishing to grant him safety, albeit the fact he might not truly perceive it - panic shutting off his hearing.

Thus you slowly pull back and cup his cheeks, loving eyes entrancing Law as he meets your admiration. Insecurity plasters his expression, seeing you inch closer to his face.

"What are you-", the man got interrupted by a set of soft and velvety cherry lips, fluttering over the corner of his mouth. The kiss took him off guard, explaining his now freezing up body.

Where he is ought to speak his mind, is then where the door opens and Ikkaku nonchalantly peeks inside, ending the 7 minute timer forthwith. "Guys it's o-", the brunette cheers, however stops in her tracks and explodes in crimson red as she sees you two sitting on the floor, you on his lap, flustered, swollen lips, hair messy, ". . -ver? Oh my god! I'm sorry!"

Ikkaku slams the door shut again with a loud squeak and makes a run for it. Frustrated you call after her: "Kaku no we're- . . damnit!"

And again, you find the poor man beneath you crumbling down. Well, gives you all the more reason to shower him with some more "comfort" no?

It's Valentine's day, the perfect occassion to find an additional excuse for your affectionate inuendos.

Relationship hcs or something w/ Eula, Kazuha and Ganyu

Includes: gn!reader, some sort of sweet talking ig? talk about insecurities (Kazuha's part), I literally have no idea what it is exactly pls help

Here's part 2 and part 3:D

Eula:

Eula seems like a type that needs understanding in relationship without a word since she's not good at talking about her feelings

So instead she just looks at you, for example to help her patch some wound she has with reaching, to help her out

At first she simply looks you in the eyes with her stern glare

That's slowly drives off to the ground, softening so only you can see

There probably won't be a time where she will experess her love to you in words that aren't "I'm grateful" or something along the lines

So instead she does it by swearing to herself she will protect you above anyone or anything else

Or maybe deciding that she will bake you something and finish training earlier so she can do this

At first she was very confused why she felt the need to be close to you so you had to slowly explain to her how love works

Kazuha:

To me Kazuha will probably always be the more open with words in the relationship

In his opinion love is like two souls dancing next to eachother, longing to be close and dance together

His love would be very unconditional and eternal

Everytime he writes a poem his mind automatically somehow connects it to you, it can be through your eyes, hair, smile or little details such as freckles, moles or scars that make you so stunning to him, that he can't help but be amazed everytime he sees you

Everytime he writes letters to you, he always, and I mean always, adds some petal or leaf in your favourite colour and add a verse or two about how said petal or leaf reminds him of some sort of spot you two were at together

The moment he found out that you're insecure about something on your body, he wrote a whole list of reasons he loves that part of yours and then read it out to you (kissing it if it's kissable[like scar somewhere])

Ganyu:

Ganyu would be very awkward at first but it would slowly would die out, not fully tho

She's definitely sleep talking and that's where she's expressing her real emotions to you

How she treasures you dearly and every night hopes this day wouldn't end just so she could be close to you as long as she can since she's immortal

At first she wanted to ask Cloud Retainer for some advice how to tell you about her feelings but then got scared that Cloud Retainer would want her to take you to her so you can listen about her past

So she decided to keep it to herself

Until one day you found her asleep next to Yiyan Temple and got both confused and worried about why she was there

That was first time you heard her sleep talking, at first about work, then about Keqing and Ningguang, then about Qingxin and Morax and finally you

Next day when you asked her about it she got all nervous and ended up rushing to do something she had still many time to finish

And slowly from that she got more open

i finally finished dos2.... thoughts ft. drawings + choice playthrough phone notes (spoilers obv)

my godwoken was an elf witch named allegory. he ended up as a necromancer/hydrosophist combo. blood damage + healing was a fun mix! odd contrasts <3

his backstory, 2 me, is that he was lost in a marshland as a little kid, and tir-cendelius saw the chance to keep him isolated (seeing off any potential rescuers, magically expanding the marshes every time he tried to trek out and leading him in circles) + raise the perfect tiny loyal godwoken for when The Time was Right. he let him out when he was an elf teen. t-c should have kept him longer because if anything it just made him weirder when he got reintegrated into society a couple decades later. F

what if your god grew you in a petri dish to [major game spoilers, redacted]. but you were a capricious little know it all with a jester's soul. what then

gorry took sebille, fane and ifan with him because i thought he would assemble a team of hot emos if given chance. this paid off + i love them all dearly

i wasn't expecting the origin characters i didn't take with me after act 1 to UP AND DIE. but it actually added a really good set of stakes. responsibility for ur actions. lohse yelled at me for leaving her to her fate and i felt SO bad. sorry miss thing

LOVED the worldbuilding....i was super familiar with 5e before i played bg3 so i sort of knew what was coming most of the time but for divinity i had to LEARN. super fun. 100% recommend

also i thought bg3 went in on the body horror but divinity was Something Else.

^ and then larian said okay that was fun what if we do it again. and made bg3. anyway

i was hideously bad at combat for ages until i listened to all the people on reddit chanting 'put points in warfare' and then it was much much much more doable lol

ngl i actually very much prefer dos2 to bg3. i loved loved loved bg3 but after like 4 playthroughs during various patch stages it was such a relief to play a game that's actually completed and won't eat my laptop for breakfast!!! first two bg3 files i had i couldn't make it to the lower city because the optimization on mac was so diabolical that it wouldn't actually play until after patch 5. dos2 lets me also have photoshop on my computer. and files that aren't bg related. miraculous

but even ignoring technical issues: from a story and world standpoint dos2 felt way more expansive and inventive. campy but also harrowing in a way that bg3 just didn't hit for me. i also genuinely enjoy being given a zillion pieces of almost overwhelming info and then sorting it out so i am biased. may expand on this at a later point and not under a mile long read more. moving on

romanced fane bc i loved his voice acting and i thought the culturally cannibalistic elf/the one guy with no flesh to eat bit was funny. jokes on me i fell in DEEP. u canonically have disappointing sex because hes simply made of bones without nerves and afterwards he takes notes. he calls u dear heart offhandedly in act 1 like it's nothing then goes right back to being aloof. how many more times does he have to tell you? he has business in the blackpits. he spends the whole game having an increasingly worse time. he's a loser. it's all his fault. he got me. he got me good. god damn

my game glitched (?) and even tho he rejected sebille (sorry baby) her and allegory still made out right before the big final choice. no option not to. then he had the expected epilogue with fane. poly ending canon enough for me!

also the music was bonkers good and the audio direction in that one battle in the final act? mwah. and dallis' va knocked it out of the entire park.

last thing here's a gorry i drew when i was still back in act 1. 180 hours ago. titled on my phone as 'praying at every altar so i always come out on top'

I saw the college!pepe ask and SCREAMED because I'm entering college right now and I'm so SO nervous I'm clinging onto the comfort of college!pepe for dear life 😭 I also randomly tweeted mechanical engineering major Pepe and it sort of blew up 😭 then when the pepe marti interview article appeared he literally answered that if he wouldn't be a driver he'd be an engineer like DID I PREDICT PEPE IN STEM??????

now I can't stop thinking about engineering major Pepe who has a social science/humanities partner and even though the buildings are on the opposite ends of the campus he'd literally run for 20 minutes and 2 kilometers just to reach you every lunch or vacant time (my campus is freakishly large idk why) or like studying together and he'd be so overwhelmed with an equation that to take a rest he'd lay his head on your lap and listen to you ramble about your latest essay or social theory

and like the fact that in my college rn there's this ongoing joke that my department and engineering department are natural enemies (idk why 😭) but like pepe would singlehandedly defeat all those stereotypes because HE'S A SWEETHEART he would never do anything that could be called a red flag and he doesn't care that his major is the exact opposite to mine he would still give 101% of his attention

HELL YEAH i love this question sm i love sweet stuff <3 Józia treats Silver as her personal barbie doll 💖 she likes to do his hair (and sometimes put silly bows in it) or does his makeup or paint his nails (sometimes they get matching nails <3). Silver just lets her do whatever, he's just happy that she's happy. he has fallen asleep during more than once tho speaking of, if Józia finds Silver sleeping somewhere, she often puts flowers or other silly stuff in his hair, but she always runs away before he can wake up because she's a coward :(( so Silver usually just thinks it were the animals Silver is also one of the few people that actually calls her by her full name which she appreciates he also usually walks her back to Ramshackle after classes because he's a gentleman <3 Józia usually makes him carry all her heavy things. but it's fine!! he's happy to be useful!!!

so.

guess who got inspired~<3 after readin' that loveable trainwreck known as the boys~<3<3<3

it's the original verse that started all the bullshit and definitely worth the read and messages being discussed and it's definitely not any worse or even as bad as the show is 'edge'wise (def got surpassed there!). plus it really does feel like its own secret playbook/au for the show with some unique insight on the characters and story lmao<3 may also do a bit of concept breakdown idk

so this shit was an INSTANT creative boner for me y'all that i CANNOT for the life of me figure out why people wouldn't wanna further explore this! like holy fuck, i know how much bad~<3 homie is dearly loved, but what about fix-its and GOOD~<3 homie (no i do not mean superman but we're gonna dive a bit into that lore), or. OR. get this... homie who is good but for the WRONG reasons~<3<3<3 ;)))))))))))))))))))

like~ wanting to genuinely be the best fucking hero out of 'vindictive personal glory and pettiness'~<3<3<3 or simply because he literally 'cannot be bad' without reacting!<3<3<3

for a breakdown, in the comics, homie is gaslit into oblivion into thinking he is and then being bad (sort of an 'i think, therefore i am' evolving into 'i can, therefore i must' complex) and there's pretty much a build up to reveal he was never actually the 'villain' he was painted as from the start. (spoiler alert, butcher is much fucking worse) part of that includes him having visceral reactions to doing truly evil things he full well knows are legit evil

whether a mental breakdown, some mirror~ talk, or even him actually throwing up, the boi legit had a bodily *rejection* to evil and i just...

i couldn't help thinkin', well what if he *knew* it wasn't him because of this reaction, and he couldn't be gaslit... opens up a new can o worms, don't it~<3

just imagine the chaos to be had with this poor boi having to lose his goddamn lunch everytime he either does a bad mission for vought or is just fuckin' mean or lies to someone<3 it'd be fucking GLORIOUS<3!

imagine~<3 butcher getting 'infected' with homelander's peculiar 'affliction' thinking he's caught that 'raging case a vagina' only for it to turn out to be a 'raging case a morning sickness' for poor billy boo~<3<3<3

but beyond that, there are a couple lines that play in my head for his interactions with butcher and how he could take being accused given his... well, alibi lmao! things like~

"why don't you like me? everyone likes me."

"no, i think i'll just... continue to do the right thing. i love how much it grates you when people have a legitimate reason to adore me and especially when they cheer for me."

and my personal favorite~<3

"i'm the real hero. die mad about it."

because who doesn't love a sassy fine boi~<3<3<3!!

anywho~, this actually leads into the next bit which was actually an idea i had learning about the comics even before reading them. i have seen it played with somewhat?? though not really quite like this or in this capacity. BUTT~<3

detective husbands<3<3<3

or not quite there but getting there lol. this one definitely requires a key plot point from the comic in which homie was framed for what happened to becky (and others), but can still be combined with show elements or relate back to the show. the difference being that he is fully aware that he didn't do it and wants to find out, even help butcher know, who done it...

clone games are of course an option there, but i'm actually surprised that no one's thought about using doppleganger as the rapist. we know he can morph into anyone and is already an undercover rapist for vought's blackmailing, it's really not all that far fetched to consider he might end up taking certain 'looks' for joy rides and doing awful things to scared people. i for one think doppleganger is actually a great character for exploration and story twists, butt i digress

basically, this idea hinges on homelander *not* being the true culprit and offering to help~<3 it can also absolutely be combined with the last one<3<3 and even moar~<3<3<3

but mostly, i do love me that delectable idea of these two motherfuckers working together to figure out the truth~<3 and homie being the BEST worst soldier that butcher could ever possibly ask for. technically, homie can still be a huge dumpster fire for this as long as he didn't commit *this* specific crime, even different levels of trash fire, or clean as a whistle~<3

maybe with a dropped quote from marcus aurelius~<3 to help things along--"punish only he who has committed the crime."

so long as butcher finds him useful (OH--), homie's pretty much a shoo-in for the group shenanigans, he could be another vas but stronger~<3<3<3

aaaaaand~ since i mentioned it

clone games and shadow homie<3<3<3

clones are an obvious oldie, but a goodie i think. i also think they give lots of different people mixed feelings. it can for sure feel corny and overplayed (especially in the comics genre which lmao, let's be honest is a fuckin' cornfest in general), but can also be pretty cool and interesting, even thought provoking when done well.

side note~ i do think it was done well in the comic, if you go in knowing what to expect (and i honestly expected worse), you see the signs and build up even from very early in the comics. (also billy wut the fuck you stupid stupid entrapping clone accomplice cunt, how the fuck could you not be the slightest bit suspicious when a mountain of clearly very STAGED photos falls into your lap?? oh that's right motherfucker, ya don't actually care whether people are guilty or not as long as they're supes--)

but the abruptness in the way it changes the dynamic and understanding in what's actually occurred can give whiplash. it makes you realize just how tragic homelander's situation really is and then fully robs you of any enjoyment of his death because it is just that fucked up. start to end, you realize he never had a life of his own... and that's... that fuckin' hits. HARD.

in addition to unveiling that the story has been following its biggest villain the whole time, the themes are flipped entirely on its head, suddenly the *people* who were villainized and getting taken down are the ones who need saving and ooooooh... it fuckin' hurts, but it is VERY well done. especially when you realize that the story LAID THIS OUT from the very beginning~!

ugh, enough of that concept breakdown lmao.

basically clones are gonna be hit or miss for lots a folks, tho i do think it stems more from misunderstanding/bad stories and post hoc association, granted it can be an easy concept to fuck up (but also make flourish)

butt~ what about fanfic~<3?

OH. i see the opportunity~<3 and i am once again so disappoint no one else is gettin' creative! obviously, this one does hinge a bit more on the comic, but it can connect~<3 (can't do both~?;)))))))

the clone is.... well, there's a small part of me (micro~) that i must admit does feel kinda bad for him. in the same way i feel bad for the joker. in which this motherfucker is literally, legitimately, completely fucking insane?? and it's well... it's *difficult* to plainly judge a very broken mind as you would a 'normie'. (stiiiiiiil fuckin' hate 'em)

and in a way, i get it. to be *made* for one fucking purpose and then denied fulfilling it puts a mind in a fucked up place. he actually sorta mirrored homelander. both created for purpose, but while one was expected to meet a standard he was *not* prepared for, the other *was* prepared for his standard, and then denied the chance to meet it.

and there's a lot that can be explored there just between homie and the clone. especially if the clone *tells* him early on. ;) twin bros is also technically an option which i'll get to with shadowlander~<3 (which is not *quite* a twin)

butt. when it comes to clones, something that does often get explored is rapid deterioration of them or them coming out 'wrong' from damaged DNA. there's a whole somethin' there to be explored with an OG homie and a deteriorating clone or possibly more than one clone, cause why not? in the comics, his clone was an 'upgrade', but what if he hadn't been? better yet, what if they failed multiple times? what if the mental breakdown and subsequent framing of homie was the result of the physical and mental deterioration?

the deterioration itself could have even been a contingency plan to their original contingency plan (which honestly, TOTAL amateur move not to have one... BATMAN would have thought of one!) and these themes could be explored to bittersweet effect or even just sweet if the clone *does* tell him, and they work things out/team up against vought<3

combine the two (deterioration/team up) for a super tragic bittersweet feel that could even revolve around homie saving/failing his clone/brother/only friend... </3

OUCH.

moving on~ multiple clones because they all deteriorate rapidly. now THIS is a fuckin' fire starter... especially if the REAL homie is the one to never see the light of day, specifically because they *can't* make the contingency plan.

and here's where it gets REAL fun~<3 in this case, OG homie never sees light of day. one of the clones does commit the crime since they're all crazy *almost*, but the clones themselves keep dying, and public sometimes trashfire homie is a new clone every time and has many many many many doomsday arcs that he seemingly *recovers* from every time (new clone, who dis?... LMAO PERFECT. title right there!), vought changes things up.

public homie is the clones, he is always the clones. og homie (johnny boi~<3) becomes their contingency (assassin~) when needed since he is the only perfect one and he is very *very* well trained (as a weapon). (this can also super play into homie's anxiety for why they kept him behind the scenes too, noir can be show noir~<3, bit of role reversal actually)

kicker being when billy either *sees* og homie killing one of the clones, or has one of the deteriorating clones *literally* die and deteriorate/dissolve on top/in front of him as it's trying to kill him. it could even be one of the saner/good clones (or one that discovers homie) who finds and sends the pictures (of another clone, comic) to try get the boys to freee the real homie and stop vought

because i LOVE the idea of big dumb animal completely unused to human interaction homie coming under billy's wing, and billy definitely DEFINITELY abusing his trust and planning to use him as a weapon before~<3 well... let's just say that homie's story, general innocence (here), and need for comfort could do *things* to billy's cold dead heart<3

that one can also be combined with visceral reactions. and this homie would likely have never been with another person~<3 (what a cutie~!)

the a/b/o wrench could def be thrown in there in a special way too (thrown in like normal every other time~<3 the world def needs more omega butcher<3<3<3) but for the clones, they're all made betas/ pseudo or normal alphas while homie...

is a very rare type of prime (mmmmhmmm~<3 lol) or true alpha deemed too dangerous for society (bullshit of course, but omegas would likely be very common in this world and run things, alphas like homie would be killed at birth ordinarily, and the clones deteriorating could be explained by the tampered dna to make them 'normal'.)

i do also adore the idea that only a prime/true alpha can get a male omega pregnant for this kinda world setting~<3 (or even that they can get other normal *alphas* pregnant/bitch them) and that of course is an idea that can be used for any canon/au, show or comic.

how crazy would it be for billy to discover homie is an actual alpha and then use it against him to destroy his rep/turn people against him? it would be very on point, and could also result in an arranged bonding situation to *tame the dangerous alpha* with a *calm and rational omega*, guess who i have in mind~<3<3<3 ;)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

of course, homie's super sperm is still always an option because i love mpreg and bitching~<3<3<3

back to the topic. shadowlander/twins. twins are pretty self explanitory and of course, ideas can be combined. basically there were two and one got treated way way different. one or both finding out could either cause hella resentment, or these bois teaming up~<3<3<3

shadow homie... is a bit more complicated? and sparked from wanting the 'clone' framing situation AND show noir~<3 in which homie has a power he has no clue about because he has a literal dark side that can separate from his body. likely a manifestation that protected him when he was young (i love those imaginary friend type powers<3) that grew to be something... moar (and terrifying)

this kinda goes similar to the concept of mirrorlander and homie having DID, but a little different and more accurate to what's actually going on (on the show based on interview, and a little more respectful i do hope. DID is commonly used in explorations of duality and 'evil dangerous dark side' but it doesn't quite... help with common misconceptions about the disorder. just my two cents, if i were gonna explore this, i'd wanna flip it with a good personality that legit cockblocks homie every time he tries to do bad and is fighting for control/is the one causing visceral reactions to evil~<3)

but back to shadowhomie. basically, when homie was little, his literal powers created this demon to protect him. BUTT, as homie grew to no longer need him, he was caged up. and locked away. and forgotten. never a good combo and bound to cause issue~<3

so what happens? well, he has a 'clone' as this thing... developed. but he doesn't know it. shadow lander would likely hold everything dark about homie, in essence a literal manifestation of what his trauma created in him being *expelled* from his body and if not protecting him... well...

this kinda thing could also fuck around with homie's powers and make them act up a bit weirdly, maybe split what power he does or doesn't have/make them inconsistent, shadowlander splitting from him and not being with him could also be an explanation for homie's visceral reactions~<3 (full circle~<3)

but with this scenario, homie's not the culprit, but also... he is the culprit. but also not. yesn't.

i've always loved exploration in duality, and i like the idea of that side being able to fully separate, because it makes for great complexities and creative freedom. including giving homie his own doomsday arc~! (if you are unfamiliar with superman lore, i basically mean homie will end up fighting his dark side and ''''''dying''''''<3)

and that battle could be spectacular on its own when you consider that as a 'part' of homie, shadowlander could end up 'linked' to him. one gets hurt, the other does too. which always makes for... interesting fights. or since homie is the OG, it only works one way in which shadow homie gets hurt, but he wont, but maybe shadow homie is stronger overall to counterbalance it.

end result would be a struggle to 'reabsorb'/'kill' shadow homie, and to tie it back into the doomsday arc, billy could end up super fucking sad and depressed post '''''death''''' battle after a whole ass journey realizing 'oh shit, homie's *not* the bad guy' and also 'oh shit, i think i fell in love with him when i tripped, fell, and landed on his dick'... perhaps unknowingly with a little one on the way~<3<3<3 ;)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

twin works in place of shadowlander like the original clone too.

last thing i'll say is that i'm actually surprised they haven't used the clone option in the show given they have antony starr as homelander (*coughs in outrageous fortune* lmao). he's a guy who coulda pulled it off with flying colors and it honestly has me wondering if they may have a plan for a clone being made/used for the finale but a bit differently

MOVING ON~<3!

assassin homie and the boi who LEARNS<3<3<3

assassin homie is a fun one~<3

let's start with the 'boi who LEARNS'<3 what does that even mean? well, basically it means homie discovers he was gaslit and framed before shit hits the fan, and that he has a clone as a contingency plan... so what does he do~?

welp, couple options there between straight up murder/assassination~, getting people fired or getting them to resign, he basically takes out every single last person who *can* give the order for the clone to destroy him--

so that there's no one left who *can* give the order...

the result?

well, in someone as fucking unstable as the clone, this could cause a self destruct, he would implode/explode/everything inbetween. but ultimately be likely to destroy himself faced with a situation where he can never meet the objective he was made to meet. it's almost cruel, but it's basically a checkmate from homelander where he personally dismantles vought and gets the clone to destroy itself with minimal effort.

oooh~<3 scary and exhilarating<3<3<3

couple paths from there, either homie fucks off to be alone, total supe anarchy chaos without vought and he's around, or he takes full control of what's left of vought and OOOOHHHH~<3 OPTIONS~<3!

butt~ the fact of the matter would definitely fuck billy's (comic) plans to oblivion since... well, the boys could just go to homelander to stop him<3<3<3 if billy is stupid enough to actually try to follow through that is<3 or leave billy in a... peculiar spot.

he'd probably be there expecting a big final fight with homelander, and instead he'd get the clone destroying itself, homie was actually not guilty the whole time, and he doesn't even lift a finger to get the job done that billy had been trying to do for over a fucking decade.

"that's gotta sting..."

it also deals with a moar dangerous~<3 homie that actually uses that big brain and high iq of his<3<3<3

but with the options it does leave, there are certainly windows for... futures<3 lmao, brighter or darker actually.

something like this could make billy totally lose his drive and obsession even if homelander goes full tyrant on vought scraps because not only was he wrong, he didn't even manage to get the revenge he wanted. everything he claimed was for becky/becca (while knowing she would hate it) was pretty much for nothing in the end.

homelander could either make himself a 'villain' for billy just to snap him out of it, or even (while tyranting) implement changes that are good/more strict for vought superheros and come to check on billy.

things could even be unbearably NORMAL and they fall in love like the world's most boring average couple ever since its all over<3<3<3 (love me some vanilla shit and marshmallow billy boo<3 his canon submissiveness for people he loves his adorable<3<3<3)

it works similarly in reverse too, where homie fucks off and tells the world to fuck off since he's lost hope after that bullshit, and billy (begrudgingly) has to finally, FINALLY fucking swallow his pride and convince homie to come help them clean up/chaos is happening/major threats on the horizon they need homie for~<3<3<3

and homie OF COURSE<3 being stubborn<3 as billy tries to make him see reason that the world is worth protecting... maybe inadvertently doing so when they start banging and homelander gets billy boo up the duff~<3<3<3

but going back to assassin~<3 homie. i kinda like the idea of him apprehending and intercepting the supes the boys go after, even doing the jobs more efficiently than they could depending on scenario of course. 'making the boys obsolete' homie is another creative boner of mine and he is gorgeous~<3<3<3

but of course. not the only method. there's also the one who goes after billy~<3

of course, he'd need to get stopped and put on some kind of truce with him for butchlander, but then it can absolutely go back to him making the boys 'obsolete' to get rid of them<3 love me some dangerous predator homie<3<3<3

fact is, the boys has the 'hunted' taking aim at the 'hunter', classic trope, but it makes for some magical cat and mouse games~<3 assassin homie dials up his danger and discretion up to 1100 for sure. and there is A LOT that can be done with that<3<3<3

pretty self explanitory~<3

mostly, i just wanna drop that billy loving hate fucking is canon BOTH ways~<3<3<3 (gotta LOVE maeve taking control and his lazy lover ways~, can only IMAGINE what *show* raynor did to him<3<3<3) as is his submissive sweet bean marshmallow fluffy boi bottom tendencies when he falls in love like literally admits to becky being the first woman on top in the comic HE'S JUST SO FUCKING ADORABLE I--<3<3<3

this is just another canon dropping for both continuities. while not impossible for supes to sleep with humans... it IS portrayed as... *difficult*.

in the comics, it's more specific, but both the show and comic actually give examples of strength disparity being an issue and normal humans getting hurt. mm mentions what happens to the sex workers at herogasm, and that poor writer guy gets his dick snapped off.

the comics take it another step and show us people can and often do use drugs cut with V in order to be able to keep up, so to speak. (the only real thing to mention about v is that it comes in many more different forms in the comic that def could be explored<3)

but going back to the supe/human thing, i would wager that it (obviously) varies for supes for how *difficult* it is to maintain control when with humans. homelander obviously would be the top of that list.

(can just be homie being petty and hurt, works best if his record is spotless otherwise i think but also good if he's being extra extra petulant) but the good reason is him thinking he's lost time and hurt people, and not wanting to hurt anyone else/get to the bottom of things on his own if he doesn't think it was him for whatever reason.

as always lmao, can be tied back to others such as the visceral reactions, or idk, maybe the motherfucker actually has a hobby this time. it goes back to billy having to convince him to help instead<3<3<3

definitely love the world ending option here, maybe yellowstone is about to erupt or something and only homelander can stop it. i have an idea there that i will go into another time just to not add anymore tangents here. same goes for secret identity~<3 since that's more general<3

the other part of this is a homie who quit a long long time ago as soon as the first accusations (from others, not billy) started rolling in and fucked off to live a quiet life. it does tie in back to the clone shenanigans, multiple bad ones or one is fine. but this OG homie is an overpowered beast and--gentle giant<3.

in the 'crossed' crossover (lmao), supes could be immune and billy inadvertently makes homie the last best hope for human survival... and he can be a remarkably shitty one or he can actually be great or gradually learn~<3 but personally, it does seem poetic that billy would inadvertently create billions of what he was allegedly trying to destroy. that is monstrous humans with no humanity.

You let out a long sigh, dragging your feet through your shared apartment, throwing your limp, jaded body onto the couch. You didn’t bother closing the door, instead, letting it swing itself shut. Your feet were aching to be set free from their cage inside your shoes, convincing you to untie your laces and leaving them where you took them off. At this point, you were curled into yourself on your side letting all of you self-loathing swallow you whole. silent tears made their way out of the corner of your eye, leaving dark wet spots on the fabric of the couch. More began to join them, a loud, choked sob ripped itself from your lungs. You knew another slump was making its way to you.

You simply didn’t want to exist anymore. Nothing seemed to ever go your way, and you were tired of it. You were tired of waking up and hating what you saw staring back in the mirror. Tired of not being able to go a day without thinking of leaving the planet somehow. You just wanted it to stop. Boy, did you feel suffocated. you could never talk to anyone, in fear of making them feel guilty. your shit brain always managed to tell you that you didn’t deserve the love you received, and made you feel guilty for being sad. You hated all of it.

So what if you did something to rid yourself of pain altogether? The thought alone scared you when it first crossed your mind. And more times than you’d like to admit, you considered doing it for real. But the consequences never dawned on you until then. How your boyfriend, Chan, would react. He’d never be able to forgive himself if he lost you.

You cried harder, guilt ripping you apart like a starved lion. How could you ever even think to leave him like that? You’d ruin him forever.

As if on cue, the soft click of your apartment door made its way to your ears. A whine escaped your lips, praying to whatever was above the clouds that he didn’t see your current state. You grasped the arm of the couch to stand, but steady hands found their way into yours. you paused in front of him in panic. Chan’s hand rested on your cheek, turning your face to meet his. You couldn’t bare to look at him like this, in fear that you might break again.

“Look at me angel,” his voice was gentle and quiet. “Please.” You knew he just wanted to help you, but that didn’t make it any easier to look him in the eye when you were practically crumbling in his hands.

After a moment of his waiting, your puffy red eyes met his warm ones. And, of course, to your dismay, another cry leapt from your throat. You felt so guilty making him take care of you when he already has a plethora of other things to worry about. “What’s going on in that pretty head of yours, sweetheart?” His thumb was wiping your eyes as you tried your hardest to not hiccup as you spoke.

“‘M just so-so tired.” Your breath hitched in your throat as your shaky words fell from your lips, just above a whisper. “Its okay,” chan assured you, stroking your hair. “Take your time.” You took a few more breaths before trying to speak again. You sat there ranting for him for god knows how long, and he stayed with you the whole time. A sigh left your lungs once again, hugging the man in front of you.

Chan’s arms made their way around your form, cradling your body and bringing you to your shared bedroom. He gently placed you on your bed, turning away for a moment to grab one of his t-shirts and placing it next to you. He stood in front of your small frame on the bed, helping you undress yourself. You slipped off your shoes hours ago, leaving your top and bottoms to be removed and replaced. Chan grabbed the hem of your shirt, lifting it gently as your arms made their way above your head. He tossed the stray article of clothing into your closet, focusing back on you. He smiled at your skin reacting to the cold air, leaving a chaste kiss on your collarbone before handing you his shirt, as he unbuttoned your bottoms. he lifted your hips off of the bed slightly, sliding the clothing down your legs, leaving you in your underwear and his shirt. You laid down, curling up to create some sort of warmth within yourself. As if on cue, chan laid behind you in the now dark bedroom, bringing the covers over you both.

“You know you can tell me anything, right? I hate seeing you suffer in silence. I want to help you, baby.” He whispered, kissing the bottom of your hairline. You could feel his featherlight fingertips drawing patterns into the fabric of your shirt. A calm silence fell between you, your restless body flipping over to speak to him. “Thank you. For everything you do for me. I’m working on it, I promise,” you spoke lowly into the dark room, before pressing your lips to his, capturing them in a passionate kiss. “I love you.” you whispered after the kiss, letting him lay on your chest. soon you heard chan emitting soft snores, and you too, joined him in dreamland.

hmm, they both initiated the relationship? ykwim? They both notices they had feelings for each other and just...go from there. they never have like a relationship talk, they just go with the flow until at some point they starts to get comfortable to refer the other as partners. They basically can read each other's mind, after all.

Did they have an official first date? If so, what was it like?

Yes, sort of. A tennis game! And a coffee sesh after, just like canon. They plan this to be just "let's just relax, this case has been really exhausting, take a one day break, L" but when Light got home, sayu asked "how's the date going?!" He immediately said "it's not a date, you watch too many dramas it's rotting your brain" And sachiko gave him a smile while shaking her head at this statement and when he's back to his room he immediately calls L and was like "hey does that count as a date?" and L answers with "depends, do you want it to be?" with a smirk that light can hear.

it was late at night, light was helping L with the case when everybody went home. they were sharing their view about this certain criminal when light notices L staring at his lips, first he ignored it but it happens again and again to a point where their face just got real close and then...kiss, somehow. idk lmao.

Light!! The thing is it was said over the phone. He gets more and more comfortable talking with L through calls, since every now and then L travel frok countries to countries. One time he just like "yeah, safe flight. love you, bye" he expected L to say goodnight to him as a response as usual but L was silent and he realised what he just said and realised that he fucking mean it. L seems to still be able to read his mind even thousands miles away so he replies with "i love you too, goodnight". they never missed seeing each other more than that night.

we had a discussion for this! but as we see in canon, they're both very acts of service with a little hint of physical touch here and there. quality time is also important. words and gift aren't really needed for them.

L. Only to annoy light. It's terrible that he almost cringed to himself, but it does bring a good laugh for light.

PDA is a not their preference, they just love being in private more. They might hold hands sometimes, butmost times they won't. Altho they always stand or sit reaaaaally glued to each other even though there are so many space.

both. they want it, they got it. but light gives light kisses (ha) more, not necessarily on the lips, usually when L was really busy working, keeping his feet on the ground.

They don't spoon a lot, they prefer not touching at all or cufdling face to face, but when they do, Light is the little spoon because being a big spoon makes his sleeping position kinda uncomfy, he feels awkward with his legs, it's just not. thankfully L thinks cuddling light this way is very calming.

It's not really a proposal, they didn't even remember who said it first. But one sleepy night after a hard case, someone said "hey you wanna get married" and the other was like "sure, why not" "really?" "yeah, i think i'm ready, you?" "me too" "great" and then they go to sleep. at breakfast the next morning L called watari from across the room and said "wammy i need you to prepare [enter marriage stuff here], and light, you must call your family after this". poor old watari chokes on his tea.

The wedding is in a secluded little place near the wammy's house, L used to go there a lot as a kid. With just light's parents, sayu, and watari. Well, not until Light caught Mello, Matt, Near, and Linda peeping from the bushes

A chunky cat the wammy's kids feed daily but never try to keep them in, because no animals are allowed inside the orphanage. L saw it and was like "light let's bring this bitch home" she is, indeed a little bitch, but light and L loves her dearly. her fur has light brown and black colors, like both of their hairs, so she becomes their daughter, L gave him a weird ass name but i can't think about it rn.

Who kills the bugs in the house?

Light because he's the one who's actually bothers to. They ofc annoyed L but he cpuldnt care less to actually get rid of them.

Who’s more likely to convince the other to come back to sleep in the morning?

L. He rarely sleeps and once he did, he wakes up very fucking late and will pull light back to the bed if he's woken up by the empty space beside him.

Light. L is a spoiled brat. But Light can't bale for shit, that's Watari's job. Light grow up learning and helping his mom making meals for the family. He's not the best, but it's good enough to make L craves them in between his sweets.

None of them. But they would slow dance on rare, sentimental occasions.
